Team ARP is on the ground at Taipei to cover Computex 2016 LIVE on the Tech ARP Facebook page and this article. Computex 2016 begins today, May 31, 2016 and will run for five full days. So join us for our live coverage every day, until June 4!

June 3 Schedule

On the fourth day of Computex 2016, we are tentatively scheduled to attend the following major events :

9:15 AM – 10 AM : Breakfast with VIA
10:10 AM-10:30 AM : GIGABYTE Racing Simulation

10:30 AM+ : Free and easy at Computex TWTC Exhibition Hall

1:30 PM+ : Free and easy at Computex Nangang Exhibition Hall

3:30 PM – 4:30 PM : Dell Computex 2016 Press Conference

Computex 2016 Day 1 Coverage

Computex begins at 9:30 AM, and our first task is to get our press passes at the Media Centre. Off we go! 😀

We have arrived at the Nangang Exhibition Center! First stop – the Media Center to get our media passes.

Joining the queue for the media pass. There is a faster collection point outside but it’s so hot no one wants to pick up their media badges there…

ASUS ZenFone 3 Smartphones

Check out the 3 new ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphones. From left to right- ZenFone 3 Ultra, ZenFone 3 Deluxe and the ZenFone 3. We’ll have our hands on videos uploaded tonight!

The ASUS ZenFone 3 Ultra is a 6.8″ phablet that will come with up to 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. Our hands on video will be out tonight so check it out later!

The ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe is a 5.7″ smartphone that will come with up to 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It also has a 23 MP rear camera with 6P, f/2.0 lens.

Intel Computex 2016 Keynote

The Intel Atom is not quite dead. It’s going to power Intel’s IoT solutions.

Intel demoes Raw Data virtual reality gaming with two players at different locations!

Intel will introduce the first Intel Optane SSD at the end of this year.

The Intel Optane SSD will be 3.7x faster than regular SSDs.

Intel confirms that Apollo Lake and Kaby Lake are on schedule for release by the end of the year.

Intel just announced the Intel Xeon E3-1500 v5 series processors! ‪
