Realme Malaysia Offers 360 Degree After Sales Service

Realme just announced that they now offer 360 degree after sales support. in Malaysia!

With a click of a button on the Realme website, Realme fans can now easily find an authorised service centre in Malaysia to help them with software and hardware issues that may affect their Realme devices

Furthermore, fans can also  drop an email, contact a hotline, or reach out to its social media pages and e-commerce sites.

By providing 360 degree support, we hope that this will provide further trust in the brand by showcasing our strength in the after sales service, as well as ensuring that current customers are taken care off too. Additionally, as Realme authorized OPPO to offer the after-sales service, we are also thankful for the strong support from OPPO,” said Tiffany Teh, Brand Manager, Realme Malaysia

Realme Malaysia Support Channels

From now onwards, fans can reach out to receive support for their Realme devices in various ways :

  • Drop an email to service.my@realme.com
  • Call the hotline number: 1800 818018. The hotline is available from 9AM to 6PM every day except Sunday and public holidays
  • Visit any of the 21 authorized service centers offer various kinds of services including help desk, device inspection and software updates. The Realme website also enables fans to search all locations of its after-sales service centers
  • Fans can also reach out to Realme Malaysia via its Facebook and Instagram pages and e-commerce sites for after-sales service support

“In India, Realme’s official website has been updated to list all Realme independent authorized service centers, along with a convenient ‘Callme service’ which includes free pick-up and return in India. We hope to bring the same service to Malaysia, as we aim to provide consumers with good experience not only on products but also service.” added Teh

Here is the First Huawei Flagship Store in the Southern Pacific!

KUALA LUMPUR, 25 March 2017 – Huawei once again places its focus on Malaysia by opening the very first Huawei flagship store in the Southern Pacific Region, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The country has been identified as one of the key markets in the region following its growing market share, solidifying itself as the second most favorite smartphone brand for Malaysian consumers.

Strategically located in Pavilion Elite, the 4,476 square feet Huawei flagship store it will serve as a one-stop center that provides onsite services, send-for-repair service, and private product consultation in its premium service center. Its vast selection of smart devices, including phones, tablets and wearables will also be available for all to experience at the store, redefining a holistic luxury retail experience.

Huawei recognizes Malaysia’s growing appeal in the regional and international circles, making it the ideal location to set up its key innovation and investment hub. The launch of the new flagship store serves as a strong addition to other 200 Huawei Branded Stores and 11 Service Centers in Malaysia, expanding its already impressive service range that Huawei is committed to bring to the consumers.

This also  further demonstrates Huawei’s commitment and confidence in Malaysia, evident from a series of initiatives including the launch of the Customer Solution, Integration & Innovation Experience Centre last year and its brand new flagship the Huawei P10 series recently.

In conjunction with the Huawei flagship store opening, Huawei also introduced a special promotion where the first 100 customers who spent RM 1,000 and above walked home with an exclusive SWAN speaker, and others received an exclusive Huawei merchandise. A charity auction was also held in the flagship store where a total of RM7,200 was donated to Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak Kanak Terencat Akal Malaysia.

Malaysia’s Largest OPPO Customer Service Center

Kuala Lumpur, 21 June 2016 — Continue in the effort to serve the customer better and enhance the brand’s aftersales quality, OPPO expanded its customer service to a broader scale and opened Malaysia’s largest OPPO customer service center in Plaza Berjaya, Kuala Lumpur today. The opening ceremony of the customer service marked a milestone for the company’s stable growth in the Malaysian market.

During the ceremony, OPPO Malaysia further announced that the company offers free software upgrade, free device clean-up, repairing services and free password unlocking for customers who face trouble logging into their phone. All OPPO customers can enjoy these free services for a life-time when they visit any OPPO Customer Service Center.
