The Samsung Galaxy J7+ Price & Pre-Order Announced!

7 September 2017 – Samsung Malaysia Electronics is introducing its new and highly capable mid-segment smartphone, the Galaxy J7+, designed for the everyday person to make every moment desirable.

The New Samsung Galaxy J7+ Smartphone

With amateur photography on the rise, Samsung has built the ideal everyday mobile camera by popping in a second rear camera into the Galaxy J7+. The two rear cameras (13MP f1.7 + 5MP f1.9) allow for a higher level of smartphone photography; providing better focusing, a greater depth of field and sharper clarity.

Consumers can also try their hand at pseudo-professional photo taking through its ‘live focus’ photography mode. This feature allows users to adjust out-of- focus background (bokeh) effect even after the photo has been taken. Now, you too can snap high-quality social-worthy photos of your foodie trips!

Besides that, the device’s dual rear and front cameras also come with improved aperture 13MP f1.7 + 5MP f1.9 (rear), and 16MP f1.9 (front) lenses for capturing brighter and more aesthetically pleasing photos in low-light conditions. With this, the common folk can now indulge more easily in low-light photography, be it night-time sceneries or romantic candlelight dinners.

Following in the steps of Galaxy flagship devices, the Galaxy J7+ is fashioned with a smooth metal unibody and comes equipped with a powerful Octa-core processor (Quad-core 2.39GHz + Quad-core 1.69GHz). It also sports a noticeable 5.5” Full HD Super AMOLED Display, perfect for those who indulge themselves in their own world of entertainment, including mobile gaming and YouTube.

Samsung also introduced the Dual Messenger feature to the Galaxy J7+, allowing users to have two separate accounts for the same IM app on one device. Thanks to this, there is no more need for constant logins and logouts. Users can have their personal and professional WhatsApp conversations running simultaneously, without needing to own a second device.

Apart from that, the Galaxy J7+ is equipped with an expandable storage of up to 256GB, 4GB RAM, Enriched Selfie Camera functions, the Always-On Display, Secure Folder and Bixby Home & Reminder functions for added convenience. Additionally, Galaxy J7+ users can look forward to exclusive deals on the mySamsung app.

The 2016 Galaxy J Series Is Optimised For Data

Arguably the key feature of the 2016 Galaxy J series is their Ultra Data Saving (UDS) Mode. The new UDS mode is designed to reduce data usage by up to 50%. It achieves this by compressing data that is uploaded and downloaded, while restricting data usage by background applications.

According to Samsung, the UDS Mode reduced data usage by up to 62% on Instagram and 46% on YouTube! This was based on their test results using Opera Max that was carried out from April 1-25. Of course, the actual results will vary according to your usage patterns.

As a bonus, the UDS Mode also frees up RAM, and increases battery life. In fact, Samsung says that the UDS Mode will double the 2016 Galaxy J Series smartphones’ standby time!

This is perfect for the next-generation data-only 4G LTE networks like the new Yes 4G LTE network.

Dual SIM, Dual Standby Capability

All 2016 Galaxy J Series smartphones come with dual SIM, dual standby capability. This gives you the flexibility of using two different networks in a single device. This is particularly convenient for frequent travelers who can now use their local SIM and international SIM cards simultaneously.
