Kuala Lumpur, 29 January 2018 – Samsung Malaysia Electronics celebrated the official opening of its latest Samsung Premium Experience Store in Pavilion Shopping Centre, to give Samsung fans in the city another outlet to fully experience the Galaxy ecosystem. Located in Kuala Lumpur’s golden triangle, city dwellers can immerse themselves in all of Samsung’s innovations at this premium experience store.

The newly-launched Samsung Premium Experience Store is designed to be a one-stop retail solution with a total built-up area of 4,241 square feet. It offers the full range of Samsung smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories which harmoniously make up the Galaxy ecosystem.

Additionally, the store will also graciously receive customers and their Samsung devices for personalised after-sales services, therefore completing a customer’s all-round Samsung experience.

Apart from offering services and products via sales, visitors of the store will be able to fully experience the Galaxy ecosystem through multiple refreshing experiential zones set up within the store’s spacious and open concept area.

For example, the Virtual Reality (VR) station combines Samsung’s latest and most innovative VR product, the Gear VR, with a large and gorgeous display in its latest flagship, the Galaxy Note8, to truly immerse its visitors in one wholesome and entertaining experience. The best part is visitors will get to enjoy these experiential setups for free.

 

The Samsung Premium Experience Store Promotions

In celebration of the official opening, Samsung mobilised several opening promotions, exclusively to the store in Pavilion.

From now until 18th February 2018, customers who purchase a flagship smartphone (Galaxy Note8, FE, S8, S8+ and A8+) at the store will be entitled to gifts worth a total of RM347, consisting of :

  • one side screen protector worth RM99,
  • a Bluetooth headset worth RM99, and
  • a Smart Care Screen Protection Plan worth RM149.

Not only that, Samsung fans are able to receive great freebies without needing to purchase a new device as well. Samsung has invited DialogHub of Malaysia to introduce ClearPlex ProtectionPro for the first time in Southeast Asia.

During this promotional period, the first 50 customers per day who walk into the store with a Galaxy smartphone of their own will be entitled to a free ClearPlex ProtectionPro worth RM99.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 Promotion & Roadshow

Kuala Lumpur, 18 September 2017 – Since its official unveiling in New York, interest in the Galaxy Note8, Samsung’s brand new flagship, has been sky-high. Pre-orders for the device saw tremendous response and although that is now over, Samsung Malaysia Electronics will continue its celebration of the Galaxy Note8’s impending arrival to Malaysian shores.

 

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 Roadshow

To celebrate the official launch of the Galaxy Note8 in Malaysia, Samsung invites you to be a part of a nationwide roadshow where consumers will have the opportunity to own the ultimate productivity device along with exclusive Galaxy Note8 promotion and deals!

From the 21st until 24th of September 2017, Samsung invites all Galaxy fans and tech enthusiasts to Do Bigger Things with the Galaxy Note8 firsthand at various locations across the country. Several roadshows will be ongoing at three locations simultaneously, at Pavilion (Kuala Lumpur), Gurney Plaza (Penang) and AEON Tebrau City (Johor Bahru). The roadshow queue at Pavilion (Kuala Lumpur) will start at 11am onwards, while the sales of the Galaxy Note8 will officially begin at 12pm. The roadshows at Penang and Johor Bahru will commence from 10am onwards.

For every purchase of a Galaxy Note8 during this 4-day celebratory period, customers of the roadshow will receive a free Samsung Gear VR worth RM499 and free Samsung Screen Protection worth RM149 that allows for a one-time cracked screen replacement (excluding Service Fee).

A bonus exclusive to the Pavilion (Kuala Lumpur) roadshow, the first 100 customers to purchase the brand new Galaxy Note8 will receive the opportunity to meet Running Man star Song Ji-Hyo on stage in person and collect a free Clear View Standing Cover autographed by the star herself.

Adding on to the fiesta, Samsung is taking the opportunity to reward Galaxy Note8 fans through Samsung Pay and mySamsung! For Samsung Pay, simply activate the app by provisioning a credit or debit card to redeem RM10 Petronas fuel voucher. Galaxy fans outside of the roadshow vicinity can also enjoy great deals during the roadshow period. Just head over to the nearest Samsung Experience Stores and enjoy exclusive bank promotion of 3x Maybank Treats Points and receive a free Dual Port Car Charger worth RM89 for every purchase of the Galaxy Note8 via Maybank 0% Ezy Pay Plan for a period of 12 and 24 months.

The Samsung Experience Store Relaunched At The Gardens Mall!

9 June 2017 – Samsung Malaysia Electronics Sdn Bhd today relaunched one of its most prominent Samsung Experience Store Large (SESL) in Malaysia, at The Gardens Mall Kuala Lumpur. Being only one of few SESL establishments in the country with vast retail area that integrates merchandising, experiential zones and customer service, the grand reopening marks the establishment’s first major revamp since its inception in 2013 and incorporates the new flagship store concept for Samsung.

 

The Relaunched Samsung Experience Store

The flagship store’s new spacious and open concept befits an Experience Store, and brings with it a refreshing premium design with multiple experiential areas. For one, the VR motion chair experience zone incorporates two of Samsung’s latest gadgets, the Gear VR and Samsung Galaxy S8, to give visitors an immersive and almost true-to-life view of virtual reality through the lens of the Gear VR.

To complete an all-rounded customer experience, the SESL also provides Samsung Smart Service, where customers can obtain aftersales care at the service centre. Offering a complete range of services including full hardware repair, software upgrades, and device consultation and advice, customers can also visit at any time to obtain free checking services for in-warranty devices, to ensure that their products are maintained to their best performance and functionality.

The service centre also offers hassle-free solutions to customers by promising top-quality repairs with minimal repair time, during which customers can feel free to browse the spacious experiential areas of the store.

In celebration of the SESL’s grand reopening, customers who complete several exciting activities that involve the Galaxy ecosystem in-store get to take home a fridge magnet personalised with a photo taken on the spot using the Galaxy S8*, valid from 10am-10pm on 9th to 11th June 2017. Additionally, visitors who register their first payment card on Samsung Pay on the spot will also be entitled to a free Samsung Wireless Charger Stand worth RM279 on a first-come-first-serve basis.
