HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G

The HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G is built around the brand new Kirin 990 platform, with a triple-tier architecture :

  • two ARM Cortex-A76 high-performance cores at 2.86 GHz
  • two ARM Cortex-A76 sustained performance cores at 2.36 GHz
  • four ARM Cortex-A55 low-power cores at 1.95 GHz

It also comes with a powerful 16-core ARM Mali-G76 GPU, and a new Da Vinci neural architecture.

The 4G model comes with 2 NPUs – 1 big + 1 small, but the 5G model will have 3 NPUs – 2 big + 1 small. This should give the 5G model a significant boost in AI capabilities.

In the front, it has a 32 MP selfie camera, but in the back, it features a new SuperSensing Quad Camera that consists of :

  • a 40 MP SuperSensing main camera (f/1.6)
  • a 8 MP telephoto camera with 3X optical zoom (f/2.4)
  • a 40 MP ultra-wide camera (f/1.8)
  • a 3D Time-of-Flight camera

The HUAWEI Mate 30 Pro 5G is powered by a large 4,500 mAh battery, and supports 40 W wired charging, and 27 W wireless charging.

U MOBILE New Prepaid Plan – UNLIMITED POWER

Kuala Lumpur, 16 February 2017 – U Mobile kick-starts 2017 with a huge bang, unveiling a prepaid pack that would delight any social media lover. UNLIMITED POWER Prepaid comes bundled with App-Onz, offering unlimited data for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. From tomorrow, prepaid customers will be able to share, upload and view posts on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter without ever having to worry about data!

Jasmine Lee, Chief Marketing Officer of U Mobile, showcased the App-Onz offering by arriving in a helicopter at the launch and capturing those moments on U Mobile’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts. “We are extremely excited about our new prepaid pack, UNLIMITED POWER. It really does pack a punch with the App-Onz bundling. We hope our prepaid customers will be able to share unlimited excitement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter with their unlimited App-Onz data.”

U Mobile’s UNLIMITED POWER Prepaid pack will be available to customers from tomorrow, 17 February 2017. The new prepaid pack also offers 300 minutes of free calls every month to all U Mobile numbers. Existing U Mobile prepaid customers can switch to the new UNLIMITED POWER Prepaid by dialling *118*6*2*3# from their phones starting tomorrow, 17 February 2017.

App-Onz is also available to customers on Hero Postpaid (U28, P50, P70 and P98) and Broadband plans. App-Onz will be activated for existing postpaid customers between 17 February and 25 February 2017, while new postpaid customers will get to enjoy the service immediately upon signing up.
