Claim : American Racist Gang Attacked Chinese Business!

People are sharing this video of a gang of hooded individuals ransacking a Chinese business establishment in the United States, as an example of hate crime by American racists against Asians and the Chinese in particular.

No Evidence American Racist Gang Attacked Chinese Business!

This video has gone viral on WeChat and WhatsApp, which are commonly used by Chinese netizens and the Chinese diaspora. It has also been posted on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.

This incident happened very recently, and is a developing story, but here is what we know so far…

Fact #1 : Viral Incident Happened On March 4, 2023

Let’s start with some basic facts on what happened.

At around 8:20 PM on March 4, 2023, a group of about 20 masked individuals took an elevator to the third floor of a corner mall in College Point, Queens, New York City.

Wearing masks and hoodie sweatshirts, they stormed into the Fish Village restaurant, flipping tables and chairs smashing dishes and utensils, while customers were eating. They also broke a window during the minute-long mayhem.

They then quickly left the Fish Village restaurant, as quickly as they entered. The attackers did not use weapons, or take any property with them.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident, but restaurant manager Tony Hu said that they suffered about $20,000 worth of damages. The restaurant also have to comp the 30 or so customers who had their dinners so rudely interrupted.

From the time they entered to the time they left, it only took a minute. They didn’t say a word. We have no idea what was happening. I was behind the register and was in shock. Then I ran to call 911, but by the time I got through, they were already gone.

Fact #2 : Attackers Were Asian / Hispanic Teenagers

While some people are claiming that this was evidence of a hate crime by White racists or black hooligans attacking Asian / Chinese businesses, that’s not true according to the restaurant manager, Tony Hu.

Hu, who does not speak English, told CBS News that the attackers were Asian or Hispanic teenagers. Some people even labelled them as “kids in hoodies”, while others pointed out that it does not appear to be a hate crime:

I frequent this building, it has a bunch of high end Chinese restaurants, hotel, has a gated parking lot and this restaurant is on the 3rd floor

Makes me think it is a targeted attack, not a random flash mob

Other people suggest that the attack may have been a warning by Asian organised crime.

Big Trouble in Little Chinatown. The Triad Gangs are Back in business. This is typical Triad extortion scheme. Pay $20,000 per month to the Triad or else.

These were Asian people behind those masks. This was extortion or gang activity, which is prevalent in Asians communities. But the NYC Media paints ADOS/Black faces as the culprits of all crime in our city

The New York Police Department is investigating this incident as Criminal Mischief, and not a hate crime.

Fact #3 : Police Are Still Not Able To Identify The Attackers

Despite knowing that they were being recorded on video, the attackers did not assault the person recording them. This is likely because they were fully covered up with face masks, and hoodies.

And their tactic appears to be working, making it impossible for law enforcement to identify them. The New York Police Department is still investigating the incident, and has not yet made any arrests.

Two days later, mayor Eric Adams called on New Yorkers to remove their face masks when entering businesses, to cut down on crime.

Let’s be clear. Some of these characters going into stores that are wearing a mask, they’re not doing it because they are afraid of the pandemic.

They’re doing it because they’re afraid of the police, and we need to stop allowing them to exploit the safety of the pandemic by wearing masks, committing crimes.

Claim : Jeremy Ruehlemann Died Suddenly From Vaccine SADS!

Right after news broke that Jeremy Ruehlemann suddenly collapsed and died, anti-vaccination activists immediately claimed that the 27 year-old model died from the COVID-19 vaccine!

Truth : Jeremy Ruehlemann Did Not Die Suddenly From Vaccine SADS!

It’s now tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Jeremy Ruehlemann Was Found Unconscious

At 9:50 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2023, the New York Police Department (NYPD) received a 911 call about an “unconscious male” at a midtown Manhattan apartment.

NYPD officers arrived at the apartment, to find 27 year-old Jeremy Ruehlemann “unconscious and unresponsive” in the bathroom. Unfortunately, he could not be revived, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The fashion model had been living with his mother for the past year in upstate New York, and worked as a bartender in a Woodstock restaurant. He often travel into the city for modelling jobs, staying with his brother or a friend.

His death was announced by fashion designer Christian Siriano, who called Ruehlemann his muse:

I have never posted anything like this but to lose a friend who was such a beautiful soul is just really hard. This is for Jeremy, the most beautiful man that gave so much love to everyone he met no matter what. He was one of my muses and he always will be.

He inspired me and I will love him forever. I’m sending all my love to his family and friends who lost someone so special. I know we will meet again one day but right now I just want to hug him. Rest well J we all love you so much! Send love to his family today please.

Fact #2 : His Father Said Jeremy Ruehlemann Died From Drug Overdose

On Tuesday, January 24, his father, Achim Ruehlemann, said that Jeremy likely died from an accidental drug overdose.

He did rehab and had tried to get off prescription medication. Obviously, he was not successful. There was no desire to end his life, this was accidental.

Obviously, he had some issues with drug addiction, but he was very happy. He loved life. He was very vibrant, a wonderful soul and a very giving guy.

Fact #3 : His Cause Of Death Is Still Under Investigation

I should point out though that the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office is still investigating his death, and has not issued an official cause of death.

Achim Ruehlemann also noted that they are not “100 per cent sure exactly what happened”, as they are still waiting for the toxicology test results to be released.

Until the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirms the cause of death for Jeremy Ruehlemann, it is important to say that we do not have an official cause of death.

As it stands though, there is NO EVIDENCE Jeremy Ruehlemann died from the COVID-19 vaccine, and it seems more than likely he died from an accidental overdose of prescription medicine.

Fact #4 : Jeremy Ruehlemann Was Vaccinated Against COVID-19

Jeremy Ruehlemann was vaccinated against COVID-19, posting a photo of himself getting the vaccine on March 20, 2021.

Jeremy appeared to suffer no ill effects from his COVID-19 vaccination, posting “💉✔️🙌🏼”

I should point out that COVID-19 vaccines are meant to protect us against hospitalisation and death from SARS-CoV-2 virus infections, by training our own immune system to recognise the virus and create antibodies against it.

The COVID-19 vaccines cannot prevent hospitalisations or death from other causes of death. It is not an elixir of immortality.

Fact #5 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Jeremy Ruehlemann was vaccinated 22 months ago. He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not many months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITTdevelop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #6 : Claims Of Celebrities Injured By COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing sudden deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of sudden deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance. Here is the latest dozen of other false sudden death claims!

Will these anti-vaccination activists apologise for lying to you? Nope! They will just move on to the next celebrity tragedy…

ABC producer Dax Tejera went viral on social media, after he died suddenly from a heart attack which anti-vaccination activists blame on the COVID-19 vaccine. His death was confirmed by ABC News President Kim Goodwin in a staff memo on Christmas Eve :

Why NYPD Arrested Dax Tejera’s Wife After His Death!

As if the tragedy of Dax Tajera’s sudden death wasn’t enough, his wife was arrested shortly after he passed, and charged with “acting in a manner injurious to a child”!

Apparently, Dax Tejera and his wife, Veronica, left their two young daughters alone and unattended in their hotel room, while they went for dinner at a nearby restaurant – the popular Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, which is about a 15 minute walk.

The couple were in midtown Manhattan to celebrate the holidays with their two daughters – aged just five months old, and two years old, and stayed at the exclusive Yale Club. They allegedly left both girls sleeping in their hotel room at the Yale Club for at least two hours while they had dinner, albeit keeping an eye on them using two cameras.

However, Dax Tejera suffered a heart attack while they were walking back to the hotel, and was taken to the Bellevue Hospital. Veronica Tejera, who is a senior producer at the Washington Post, asked a close friend and her parents to attend to their children while she accompanied her husband in the ambulance.

Unfortunately, the hotel would not allow her friend in, and instead, called the New York Police Department (NYPD). Dax Tejera died en route to the hospital.

The NYPD said it received the 911 call at 11 PM over “unattended children” at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, Manhattan – the address of the members-only Yale Club hotel. There, they discovered “a two year old female, and a five month old female” who were “left alone inside of a hotel room for an extended period of time”.

The NYPD arrested Veronica Tejera at around 12:20 AM, and charged her with two counts of “acting in a manner injurious to a child”. The children, who were unharmed, were released to the care of their grandmother.

Veronica Tejera was later released shortly after 4 AM, and given a desk ticket which would require her to appear in court on January 12, 2023.

 

What Dax Tejera’s Wife Said About Her Arrest + His Death

This was what Veronica Tejera said about her arrest, and Dax Tejera’s death.

When Dax collapsed on December 23rd, I accompanied him in an ambulance to the hospital. I asked both a close friend and my parents to rush to my children’s hotel room to attend to them as I monitored them by camera. The hotel would not allow my friend in and instead called the NYPD.

We had two cameras trained on my children as they slept, and I monitored them closely in the time I was away from them. While the girls were unharmed, I realize that it was a poor decision.

Our family has suffered a terrible tragedy. I respectfully ask for privacy while my children and I mourn Dax’s death.
