People are sharing a NewsPunch article that claims that the Hungary is preparing to prosecute “lifelong Nazi” George Soros for Holocaust atrocities!

Hungarian prosecutors are preparing charges against 92-year-old Hungarian-American financier George Soros for aiding and abetting the murder of thousands of Hungarians during the Nazi occupation during World War II.

Soros is set to be charged with “knowingly and willfully” aiding and abetting the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest from September 1942 to January 1943, according to a source in the prosecutor’s office in Budapest, Hungary.

Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s administration have been seeking justice for historical crimes committed by Hungarian Nazi collaborators and Soros is understood to have been using his vast resources to “hide in plain sight” for decades.

Prime Minister Orban has been warning about Soros’ corrosive influence on society for decades. “Europe must not succumb to the Soros network,” wrote Orbán recently.

Soros was born to a Jewish family in Hungary in 1930, and survived the Holocaust by collaborating with the Nazis. He has expressed a total lack of remorse for his actions, telling 60 Minutes in 1988 that if he didn’t do it, somebody else would have anyway.

Soros was been missing since at least March 5, shortly after news leaked about the impending charges. He was expected to attend a conference on his recent work on African education however he did not arrive.

The prosecution considers Soros fit to stand trial despite his advanced age, the prosecutor’s office said, however the case will be on hold until he is arrested.

Soros founded the Open Society Foundation in 1993 to help promote far-left values and open borders around the world. Laura Silber, a spokesperson for the foundation, told USA TODAY that the claim Soros aided and abetted Nazis is “100% false.”

US-based fact checkers have regularly defended Soros from claims that he was a Nazi during his teenage years. However, these same fact checkers are funded in part or wholly by Soros and they have failed to identify this conflict of interest while reporting on Soros.

Fact #1 : NewsPunch Is A Fake News Website

Like Real Raw News, NewPunch is a FAKE NEWS website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

It was founded as Your News Wire in 2014, before being rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news spread on Facebook that year.

Their articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from NewsPunch. Here are some of their fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : No Evidence Hungary Is Prosecuting George Soros For Any Crime

There is ZERO EVIDENCE that Hungarian prosecutors are preparing to prosecute George Soros for any crime.

NewsPunch certainly offered no evidence to back up its claims that Hungarian prosecutors are preparing to prosecute George Soros for Holocaust atrocities.

The Hungarian government and media certainly made no mention of any legal action against George Soros, an American citizen who lives in New York.

Fact #3 : George Soros Was A Jewish Child During World War 2

The claim that George Soros is a lifelong Nazi who collaborated with them in World War 2 is laughably false.

George Soros (born György Schwarz on August 13, 1930) was only 9 years old when World War 2 broke out in Europe. On top of that, he was a Jew!

To protect themselves from antisemitism, his family changed their name from the German-Jewish name of Schwartz to Soros, which meant “next in line” in Hungarian. His family only survived the war by purchasing documents that declared them as “Christians”.

As a Jewish child, George Soros had to pose as the Christian godson of a Hungarian government official. He would personally witness the confiscation of Jewish property, calling it a very personal experience of evil.

Fact #4 : Tivadar Soros Saved Other Hungarian Jews

It is also ridiculous to claim that George Soros collaborated with Nazis, when his father, Tivadar Soros, was notable for helping to save other Hungarian Jews.

When George Soros was 13 years old, the Jewish Council asked kids like him to hand out deportation notices. His father recognised the list for what it really was, and asked George to warn them.

The Jewish Council asked the little kids to hand out the deportation notices. I was told to go to the Jewish Council. And there I was given these small slips of paper … I took this piece of paper to my father. He instantly recognized it. This was a list of Hungarian Jewish lawyers. He said, ‘You deliver the slips of paper and tell the people that if they report they will be deported.’ I’m not sure to what extent he knew they were going to be gassed. I did what my father said.

George Soros would later call 1944 as “the happiest [year] of his life” because it gave him the opportunity to witness his father’s heroism.

Fact #5 : Nazi Germany Only Occupied Hungary In 1944

The claim that George Soros “knowingly and willfully” collaborated with Nazis, and aided and abetted the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest from September 1942 to January 1943 is easily proven false.

Not only was he a child (as mentioned above), the Nazis only occupied Hungary in March 1944. So he could not possibly have aided the Nazis in killing Jews in Budapest 1-2 years earlier.

Fact #6 : George Soros Is Vehemently Anti-Nazi

It is ludicrous for people to claim that George Soros is a lifelong Nazi, when he is a Jewish survivor of Nazi occupation of Hungary in World War 2, who personally witnessed other Jews getting taken away to be killed.

Since then, he has been a supporter of progressive and liberal political causes, which he supports through his Open Society Foundations. He has personally influenced the Fall of Communism In Eastern Europe.

He has donated billions on philanthropy promoting democracy and good governance, which makes him unpopular amongst nationalists and populists, who often create and/or spread conspiracy theories about him, including labelling him as a Nazi, amongst other things.

No Evidence American Racist Gang Attacked Chinese Business!

This video has gone viral on WeChat and WhatsApp, which are commonly used by Chinese netizens and the Chinese diaspora. It has also been posted on social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.

This incident happened very recently, and is a developing story, but here is what we know so far…

Fact #1 : Viral Incident Happened On March 4, 2023

Let’s start with some basic facts on what happened.

At around 8:20 PM on March 4, 2023, a group of about 20 masked individuals took an elevator to the third floor of a corner mall in College Point, Queens, New York City.

Wearing masks and hoodie sweatshirts, they stormed into the Fish Village restaurant, flipping tables and chairs smashing dishes and utensils, while customers were eating. They also broke a window during the minute-long mayhem.

They then quickly left the Fish Village restaurant, as quickly as they entered. The attackers did not use weapons, or take any property with them.

Fortunately, no one was hurt in the incident, but restaurant manager Tony Hu said that they suffered about $20,000 worth of damages. The restaurant also have to comp the 30 or so customers who had their dinners so rudely interrupted.

From the time they entered to the time they left, it only took a minute. They didn’t say a word. We have no idea what was happening. I was behind the register and was in shock. Then I ran to call 911, but by the time I got through, they were already gone.

Fact #2 : Attackers Were Asian / Hispanic Teenagers

While some people are claiming that this was evidence of a hate crime by White racists or black hooligans attacking Asian / Chinese businesses, that’s not true according to the restaurant manager, Tony Hu.

Hu, who does not speak English, told CBS News that the attackers were Asian or Hispanic teenagers. Some people even labelled them as “kids in hoodies”, while others pointed out that it does not appear to be a hate crime:

I frequent this building, it has a bunch of high end Chinese restaurants, hotel, has a gated parking lot and this restaurant is on the 3rd floor

Makes me think it is a targeted attack, not a random flash mob

Other people suggest that the attack may have been a warning by Asian organised crime.

Big Trouble in Little Chinatown. The Triad Gangs are Back in business. This is typical Triad extortion scheme. Pay $20,000 per month to the Triad or else.

These were Asian people behind those masks. This was extortion or gang activity, which is prevalent in Asians communities. But the NYC Media paints ADOS/Black faces as the culprits of all crime in our city

The New York Police Department is investigating this incident as Criminal Mischief, and not a hate crime.

Fact #3 : Police Are Still Not Able To Identify The Attackers

Despite knowing that they were being recorded on video, the attackers did not assault the person recording them. This is likely because they were fully covered up with face masks, and hoodies.

And their tactic appears to be working, making it impossible for law enforcement to identify them. The New York Police Department is still investigating the incident, and has not yet made any arrests.

Two days later, mayor Eric Adams called on New Yorkers to remove their face masks when entering businesses, to cut down on crime.

Let’s be clear. Some of these characters going into stores that are wearing a mask, they’re not doing it because they are afraid of the pandemic.

They’re doing it because they’re afraid of the police, and we need to stop allowing them to exploit the safety of the pandemic by wearing masks, committing crimes.

Don’t forget just after outing Michelle Obama as a transgender, Joan Rivers went in for a “routine” surgery and died.

 

Truth : Joan Rivers Was NOT Killed For Insulting The Obamas

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created to disparage Barack and Michelle Obama by misogynists and Republicans of the MAGA, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Joan Rivers Made Comments On July 1, 2014

First, let me just establish some context about Joan Rivers’ comments on the Obamas.

On Monday, June 30, 2014, Joan Rivers officiated an impromptu gay wedding between two of her fans at a bookstore in New York City.

The next day, a reporter approached her on the street, and asked her about officiating that gay wedding, before asking whether the US will ever see a gay president:

Reporter : Do you think that the United States will see the first gay president or the first woman president?

Joan Rivers : Well, we already have it with Obama, so let’s just calm down. You know Michelle is a tranny.

Reporter : I’m sorry, she’s a what?

Joan Rivers : A transgender. We all know. It’s OK. 

Reporter : Oh my gosh!

The viral video wrongly claims that she made the comment on July 4, 2014. She made it on July 1 – the day after she officiated the impromptu gay wedding.

It was only reported on July 3 by The Hollywood Reporter, before being picked up by mainstream media on July 4.

Fact #2 : Joan Rivers Called It A Compliment

After the story was picked up by CNN, her representative released this statement that Joan Rivers appears to have written:

I think it’s a compliment. She’s so attractive, tall, with a beautiful body, great face, does great makeup. Take a look and go back to La Cage Au Follies (sic). The most gorgeous women are transgender.

Stop it already … and if you want to talk about ‘politically correct,’ I think this is a ‘politically incorrect’ attack on me because I’m old, Jewish, a woman and a ‘hetty’ – a heteosexual …

And I plan to sue the reporter who, when he turned off his camera, tried to touch me inappropriately on the ass – luckily he hit my ankle.

Fact #3 : Joan Rivers Died A Week After Her Endoscopy

On August 28, 2014, Joan Rivers visited her personal throat doctor, Dr. Gwen Korovin, at Yorkville Endoscopy for an appointment to check out her sore throat and hoarseness of voice.

A gastroenterologist, Dr. Lawrence Cohen, who was the medical director of the clinic at that time, performed a laryngoscopy and saw something of concern with her vocal cords.

Dr. Gwen Korovin then started a second laryngoscopy to view Joan Rivers’ vocal cords, even though she was not certified by Yorkville Endoscopy, and only authorised to observe Cohen. It was during that procedure that her vocal cords began to swell, cutting off oxygen to her lungs and leading to a cardiac arrest.

At 9:40 AM, someone at the Yorkville Endoscopy dialled 911, reporting a patient in cardiac arrest. 5 minutes later, the New York Fire Department response team arrived at the clinic, and found that CPR was already being performed on Joan Rivers with a defibrillator attached and a breathing tube inserted into her windpipe.

The firefighters took over the CPR efforts, until an ambulance from Mount Sinai Hospital arrived at the clinic two minutes later at 9:47 AM. The ambulance crew joined in the CPR efforts, as a second NYFD unit with Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) arrived with a supervisor.

By 9:50 AM, ten rescue workers were on site, trying to revive her. She was rushed to the Mount Sinai Hospital, where she died a week later, on September 4, 2014.

Fact #4 : Joan Rivers Autopsy Revealed Her True Cause Of Death

The claim that she was killed by the Obamas was dispelled with the release of her autopsy results and cause of death on Thursday, October 16, 2014.

According to the New York Medical Examiner, Joan Rivers died from a complication of the [endoscopic] procedure she underwent, causing “anoxic encephalopathy due to hypoxic arrest” that occurred “during laryngoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with propofol sedation for evaluation of voice changes and gastroesophageal reflux disease.”

The classification of a death as a therapeutic complication means that the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy.

In other words, Joan Rivers suffered from laryngospasm – a spasm of her vocal cords that blocked air from reaching her lungs, resulting in a loss of oxygen supply to her brain.

Even if the Obamas wanted to kill Joan Rivers, it would be quite impossible for them to trigger laryngospasm during a procedure with multiple medical personnel in the room.

Fact #5 : Michelle Obama Isn’t Transgender

The claims that Michelle Obama is a transgender woman who was born a man is not only false, it’s absurdly ridiculous, because… she suffered a miscarriage and later gave birth to two girls – Malia Obama and Sasha Obama.

For those who are wondering – transgender women cannot give birth, or suffer miscarriages, as they were born men, and lack both ovaries and uterus.

Viral photos showing Michelle Obama with a penis bulge were also proven to have been edited to falsely show that she was a transgender woman.

After news broke that Jansen Panettiere died suddenly at home, people immediately claimed that the Hollywood actor and the only brother of Hayden Panettiere died from the COVID-19 vaccine!

Truth : Jansen Panettiere Did Not Die Suddenly From Vaccine!

It’s now tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Jansen Panettiere Died Suddenly At Home

Jansen Panettiere (born Jansen Rayne Panettiere on September 25, 1994) was the younger and only brother of Hayden Panettiere. Like his more famous sister, Jansen was an actor, starring in movies and television shows.

At around 5:30 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2023, the New York Police Department (NYPD) received a call to an apartment in Nyack, New York. Jansen Panettiere was dead when they arrived.

When they arrived, they found Jansen “sitting upright in a chair unresponsive” in his living room. Jansen was reportedly already dead when he got there – he was not breathing and cold to the touch. Even so, they performed CPR on him, hoping to somehow revive him.

Joe Fails phoned 911, while another friend called Jansen and Hayden’s father, who arrived at the scene while Benjamin Brown was doing chest compressions.

When EMTs arrived, they saw Jansen Panettiere lying on his back on the floor of his living room “not breathing, and cold to the touch with lividity“, and pronounced him dead. His body was later taken to the Rockland County morgue.

Jansen Panettiere was only 28 years old when he died, leaving behind his sister Hayden, and parents Lesley Vogel and Skip Panettiere, as well as his girlfriend, Catherine Michie.

Fact #2 : Jansen Panettiere Died From Heart Disease

The police did not provide a cause of death, but said that no foul play was suspected in Jansen Panettiere’s death. The police report further indicated that “Deceased was pronounced dead on arrival by an EMT” and that “there were no obvious signs of trauma observed“.

Under New York state law, an autopsy must be conducted on Jansen Panettiere. Kasey Kitchen – a representative for his sister, Hayden Panettiere, confirmed that his death was being investigated.

On Monday, February 27, 2023, his family released a statement, revealing his official cause of death was cardiomegaly (an enlarged heart), with aortic valve complications.

Though it offers little solace, the Medical Examiner reported Jansen’s sudden passing was due to cardiomegaly (enlarged heart), coupled with aortic valve complications.

Jansen’s heart could be seen in his eyes, and his charm in his brilliant, engaging smile; his soul in his masterful and revealing paintings, and the joy of life in his dry wit.

His charisma, warmth, compassion for others and his creative spirit will live forever in our hearts and in the hearts of all whom he encountered.

To be clear, Jansen Panettiere died from heart disease, not from the COVID-19 vaccines!

Fact #3 : Jansen Panettiere Was Suspected Of Overdosing

According to his neighbours, Jansen Panettiere was addicted to prescription painkillers – believed to be oxycodone, and had been “popping them like gumballs” over the years.

Jansen Panettiere went to rehab for his drug addiction a year before his sudden death, and sobered up. However, he apparently fell off the wagon in recent months.

His neighbours told DailyMail that that they wouldn’t be surprised if he died from a fatal overdose. They said that Jansen was often seen returning to his apartment in the early hours of the morning looking “wasted” and “shabbily dressed”.

However, this hypothesis has now been laid to rest, after his official cause of death was confirmed to be cardiomegaly, with aortic valve complications.

Fact #4 : Jansen Panettiere Was Suspected To Have Committed Suicide

A source close to the family told DailyMail that Hayden Panettiere had been left “inconsolable” over the sudden death of her only brother and “best friend” Jansen, following a battle with “terrible anxiety and depression“.

According to that inside source, Jansen had been “having a rough time lately” with his career:

He had been having a rough time lately with his career and he was dragged in so many directions.

Hayden is just inconsolable. He was her best friend and her only brother. He was such a nice guy but he lived on the edge.

Jansen Panettiere also alluded to his frustration with his acting career in his graffiti art website:

I AM a good person. I don’t do anything illegal illegal or at least I don’t do illegal things that hurt people in front of me, if that makes sense. I’ve done drugs but I don’t steal. Not to say that anyone that’s ever stolen something is a bad person and far from it. Meaning I have my moments like everyone else. I was frustrated with the whole acting thing so I would take it out on weird things things like clothes, like ugggggggg sneezing into a white shirt  “try to get that stain out!“ Drop shirt.

However, this hypothesis has now been laid to rest, after his official cause of death was confirmed to be cardiomegaly, with aortic valve complications.

Fact #5 : Jansen Panettiere Was Likely Vaccinated Against COVID-19

Like most people, Jansen Panettiere never publicly mentioned his COVID-19 vaccination status.

However, both Jansen and Hayden Panettiere were likely fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 before November 2021, because they both went to Tahiti that month.

On November 28, 2021, she posted a photo on Instagram, with the description, “Sibling time at the amaaaaazing market in #Tahiti ❤️ #OceanDiaries @jrpanettiere”

The Islands of Tahiti required tourists to be fully-vaccinated from May 1, 2021 until January 8, 2023. From January 9, 2023 onwards, travel was permitted for unvaccinated tourists.

Fact #6 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

It would be impossible for the COVID-19 vaccine to cause Jansen Panettiere’s sudden death as he would have received his doses at least 15 months ago!

He cannot possibly be suffering from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

Truth :  Cause Of Death For Jansen Panettiere Was Not Vaccine!

Jansen Panettiere (born Jansen Rayne Panettiere on September 25, 1994) was the younger and only brother of Hayden Panettiere. Like his more famous sister, Jansen was an actor, starring in movies and television shows.

At around 5:30 PM on Sunday, February 19, 2023, the New York Police Department (NYPD) received a call to an apartment in Nyack, New York. Jansen Panettiere was dead when they arrived.

When they arrived, they found Jansen “sitting upright in a chair unresponsive” in his living room. Jansen was reportedly already dead when he got there – he was not breathing and cold to the touch. Even so, they performed CPR on him, hoping to somehow revive him.

Joe Fails phoned 911, while another friend called Jansen and Hayden’s father, who arrived at the scene while Benjamin Brown was doing chest compressions.

When EMTs arrived, they saw Jansen Panettiere lying on his back on the floor of his living room “not breathing, and cold to the touch with lividity“, and pronounced him dead. His body was later taken to the Rockland County morgue.

Jansen Panettiere was only 28 years old when he died, leaving behind his sister Hayden, and parents Lesley Vogel and Skip Panettiere, as well as his girlfriend, Catherine Michie.

The police did not provide a cause of death, but said that no foul play was suspected in Jansen Panettiere’s death. The police report further indicated that “Deceased was pronounced dead on arrival by an EMT” and that “there were no obvious signs of trauma observed“.

Under New York state law, an autopsy must be conducted on Jansen Panettiere.

On Monday, February 27, 2023, his family released a statement, revealing his official cause of death was cardiomegaly (an enlarged heart), with aortic valve complications.

Though it offers little solace, the Medical Examiner reported Jansen’s sudden passing was due to cardiomegaly (enlarged heart), coupled with aortic valve complications.

Jansen’s heart could be seen in his eyes, and his charm in his brilliant, engaging smile; his soul in his masterful and revealing paintings, and the joy of life in his dry wit.

His charisma, warmth, compassion for others and his creative spirit will live forever in our hearts and in the hearts of all whom he encountered.

Cardiomegaly itself isn’t a disease, but a sign that another health condition is causing the heart to be enlarged. Taylor Hawkins, for example, had an enlarged heart that was twice the average size of a man his age.

There are many causes of cardiomegaly, but it could well be caused by the unspecified aortic valve complications the Medical Examiner found. Damage to the valves can cause the heart chambers to enlarge.

What is certain is that Jansen Panettiere did not die from any vaccine side effect, suicide, or drug overdose!

Just in case you are wondering, both Jansen and Hayden Panettiere were likely fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 before November 2021, because they both went to Tahiti that month.

On November 28, 2021, she posted a photo on Instagram, with the description, “Sibling time at the amaaaaazing market in #Tahiti ❤️ #OceanDiaries @jrpanettiere”

The Islands of Tahiti required tourists to be fully-vaccinated from May 1, 2021 until January 8, 2023. From January 9, 2023 onwards, travel was permitted for unvaccinated tourists.

Inevitably, anti-vaccination activists will claim that his heart problems were caused by the COVID-19 vaccines. That’s nonsense, as no COVID-19 vaccine is known to cause cardiomegaly, or damage the aortic valves.

mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna are known to cause myocarditis in children and young adults, but not older adults like Jansen Panettiere. But if he developed myocarditis, it would have presented many months ago.

In any case, it is not known what COVID-19 vaccine he received. He could have received the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine from Johnson & Johnson, for all we know.

Truth : Jeremy Ruehlemann Did Not Die Suddenly From Vaccine SADS!

It’s now tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Jeremy Ruehlemann Was Found Unconscious

At 9:50 AM on Saturday, January 21, 2023, the New York Police Department (NYPD) received a 911 call about an “unconscious male” at a midtown Manhattan apartment.

NYPD officers arrived at the apartment, to find 27 year-old Jeremy Ruehlemann “unconscious and unresponsive” in the bathroom. Unfortunately, he could not be revived, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The fashion model had been living with his mother for the past year in upstate New York, and worked as a bartender in a Woodstock restaurant. He often travel into the city for modelling jobs, staying with his brother or a friend.

His death was announced by fashion designer Christian Siriano, who called Ruehlemann his muse:

I have never posted anything like this but to lose a friend who was such a beautiful soul is just really hard. This is for Jeremy, the most beautiful man that gave so much love to everyone he met no matter what. He was one of my muses and he always will be.

He inspired me and I will love him forever. I’m sending all my love to his family and friends who lost someone so special. I know we will meet again one day but right now I just want to hug him. Rest well J we all love you so much! Send love to his family today please.

Fact #2 : His Father Said Jeremy Ruehlemann Died From Drug Overdose

On Tuesday, January 24, his father, Achim Ruehlemann, said that Jeremy likely died from an accidental drug overdose.

He did rehab and had tried to get off prescription medication. Obviously, he was not successful. There was no desire to end his life, this was accidental.

Obviously, he had some issues with drug addiction, but he was very happy. He loved life. He was very vibrant, a wonderful soul and a very giving guy.

Fact #3 : His Cause Of Death Is Still Under Investigation

I should point out though that the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office is still investigating his death, and has not issued an official cause of death.

Achim Ruehlemann also noted that they are not “100 per cent sure exactly what happened”, as they are still waiting for the toxicology test results to be released.

Until the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner confirms the cause of death for Jeremy Ruehlemann, it is important to say that we do not have an official cause of death.

As it stands though, there is NO EVIDENCE Jeremy Ruehlemann died from the COVID-19 vaccine, and it seems more than likely he died from an accidental overdose of prescription medicine.

Fact #4 : Jeremy Ruehlemann Was Vaccinated Against COVID-19

Jeremy Ruehlemann was vaccinated against COVID-19, posting a photo of himself getting the vaccine on March 20, 2021.

Jeremy appeared to suffer no ill effects from his COVID-19 vaccination, posting “💉✔️🙌🏼”

I should point out that COVID-19 vaccines are meant to protect us against hospitalisation and death from SARS-CoV-2 virus infections, by training our own immune system to recognise the virus and create antibodies against it.

The COVID-19 vaccines cannot prevent hospitalisations or death from other causes of death. It is not an elixir of immortality.

Fact #5 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Jeremy Ruehlemann was vaccinated 22 months ago. He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not many months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITTdevelop within days.

Project Veritas recently released a “sting” video, in which they appeared to have entrapped Jordon Trishton Walker, who was identified as the Pfizer Director of Research and Development Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planning.

In that viral video, Jordon (JTW) who was trying to impress his Tinder date – an undercover Project Veritas journalist (PV), claimed that Pfizer was thinking of mutating the COVID-19 virus using Directed Evolution.

When his Tinder date / undercover Project Veritas journalist suggested that it was Gain-of-Function, Jordon insisted that Directed Evolution was different from Gain-of-Function.

PV : Pfizer ultimately is thinking about mutating COVID?

JTW : Well, that is not what we say to the public. No.
JTW : Don’t tell anyone this by the way, you have to promise you won’t tell anyone.
JTW : We’re exploring like – you know how the virus keeps mutating?
JTW : Well one of the things we’re exploring is like, why don’t we just mutate it ourselves so we could- we could create preemptively develop new vaccines, right? So we have to do that. If we’re gonna do that though, there’s a risk of like, as you could imagine, no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating fucking viruses.

PV : It [mutating COVID] sounds like Gain-of-Function to me.

JTW : I don’t know, it’s a little bit different. I think it’s different. It’s like, this, it’s definitely not Gain-of-Function.

PV : It sounds like it is, I mean, it’s okay.

JTW : No no no, but directed evolution is very different.
JTW : Well you’re not supposed to do Gain-of-Function research with the viruses.
JTW : They’d rather we not, but we do these selected structure mutations to try to see if we can make them more potent.

Jordon Trishton Walker on Directed Evolution : What are the Facts?

Anti-vaccination activists are excitedly sharing the Project Veritas video of Jordon Trishton Walker as evidence that Pfizer was caught mutating the COVID-19 virus to develop new vaccines.

But the truth is – if you actually go through the Project Veritas video, it was really a nothingburger on Pfizer, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Project Veritas Is Infamous For Misinformation

Project Veritas is infamous for posting misinformation, and heavily edited videos that either cast a misleading angle on a story, or push misinformation.

In 2020, Project Veritas claimed that US Representative Ilhan Omar was linked to a “cash for ballots voter fraud scheme”, which turned out to be baseless.

In February 2021, Project Veritas posted a video of Mark Zuckerberg allegedly warning Facebook staff about the risks of mRNA vaccines, even though Zuckerberg changed his opinions three months earlier after asking Dr. Anthony Fauci to clarify the issue in a November 2020 livestream.

In October 2021, Project Veritas released a video of Pfizer scientist Nick Karl saying that natural immunity is better than vaccination, when in fact Nicholas Karl is a biochemist who was not involved in the development or manufacture of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #2 : His Job Does Not Involve Vaccine Development

While many people are obsessed in proving that Jordon Trishton Walker is really a Pfizer director of mRNA research, and not a consultant on loan / secondment from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), it really does not matter.

Pfizer has a job position called Director, Research and Development and mRNA Scientific Strategy, which is close enough to the super-long title Jordon Trishton Walker is said to hold.

Ironically, that post is at the Pfizer Pearl River R&D facility near New York – the same place Nicholas Karl, the biochemist who got punked by Project Veritas in 2021 also worked at!

The job description, however, clearly shows that the director of R&D and mRNA Scientific Strategy is an office executive mainly dealing with business development.

Drive select projects within WRDM (Worldwide Research, Development and Medical) to deliver business critical insights to Pfizer leaders, such as the Executive Leadership Team, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. These projects may include:

  • Leading select operational initiatives across Pfizer therapeutic areas, including delivering key aspects of the Corporate Strategic Plan and representing WRDM on corporate project teams.
  • Developing the strategic vision for mRNA technology at Pfizer and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, such as Business Development, to enable decision-making on critical topics and ensure successful execution of the strategy. Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to deliver innovative medicines across Pfizer’s portfolio and advancing these priorities in collaboration with Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officers and other WRDM leaders.
  • Maximizing the effectiveness of the President of WRDM on key internal and external deliverables.

Fact #3 : Jordon Walker Never Said Pfizer Was Mutating COVID-19 Virus

If you watch the Project Veritas video or read the transcript carefully, you will realise that Jordon Trishton Walker never said that Pfizer was mutating the COVID-19 virus. He only said that it was “a thought that came up” in one of the meetings.

… it was a thought that came up in a meeting and we were like, why do we not — it was like, we’re going to consider that with more discussions.

Fact #4 : Viruses Are Already Mutating Globally

It seems silly for Pfizer to intentionally infect monkeys to mutate the COVID-19 virus, to try and predict the next variant, when the virus is mutating rapidly globally – every infected person is literally a mutation factory!

Infecting monkeys also may not deliver the same variants as viruses that mutate in human beings, and may not serve as a good predictor of future variants.

Therefore, it would be much cheaper and certainly more accurate for Pfizer scientists to simply collect samples of new variants that are created every few months!

Fact #5 : Pfizer Modifying COVID-19 To Test PAXLOVID

Pfizer responded to the claims on January 27, 2023, stating that it has not conducted gain-of-function or directed evolution research when it came to the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (marketed as COMIRNATY).

However, Pfizer stated that it does modify the COVID-19 virus to produce the spike protein of the new variants identified by health authorities, to test whether its vaccine would continue to work against the new variants.

If any gain-of-function or directed evolution work was being done on the COVID-19 virus, Pfizer was only doing it to test if the virus can evade nirmatrelvir – the patented half of the PAXLOVID oral medication it developed.

Fact #6 : Directed Evolution Cannot Predict Dominant Mutation

Directed evolution is a form of protein engineering that uses mutagenesis and the natural selection process to create proteins with desired characteristics.

While the mutagenesis process it uses can create many variants, directed evolution cannot predict which variants will end up becoming dominant.

That’s why it’s called directed evolution – the scientists direct the evolution of a gene to produce proteins they want, not predict what proteins will become “dominant”.

Jordon himself pointed out to the Project Veritas journalist that even if Pfizer tries mutating the virus, it may not predict future variants.

JTW : Yeah, if it works.

PV : What do you mean if it works?

JTW : Because some of the times there are mutations that pop up that we are not prepared for like the delta and omicron and things like that, so…

Fact #6 : mRNA Technology Allows For Quick Vaccine Development

In any case, it doesn’t make much sense for Pfizer to try and “predict” the next variant, because the mRNA technology allows for very quick vaccine development.

Moderna, for example, took only TWO DAYS to design its mRNA vaccine after Chinese scientists released the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome, and only 26 days to create its first batch of vaccines.

In other words – Pfizer, or rather BioNTech scientists, only need the genomic data of the latest variant to create a new vaccine. There is no real need to predict the next variant, because developing a new vaccine with mRNA technology is so quick!

Why mRNA vaccines take so long to get to market has more to do with testing and red tape, than actually creating them!

Project Veritas released another “sting” video involving Jordon Trishton Walker, who was identified as the Pfizer Director of Research and Development Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planning.

In that viral video, short clips were edited to show Jordon (JTW) telling a Project Veritas journalist (PV) that Pfizer is mutating the COVID-19 virus to try and preemptively develop new vaccines.

Here is a transcript from the video, but it is very long as Project Veritas appeared to have been edited to repeat parts of the video. So please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts.

JTW : It’s pretty good for the industry to be honest. It’s bad for everyone else in America.

PV : Why is it bad for everyone else [in America]?

JTW : Because if the regulators, who review our drugs, you know that once they stop being a regulator, they want to go work for the company, they are not going to be as harsh on the company where they’re getting their job.

PV : What is Pfizer doing, I guess to optimise, you know, the vaccines now?

JTW : Oh, we actually had a meeting about that today. So there’s a lot.

PV : Really?

JTW : We’re doing, ugh, I don’t know if I should say this.

JTW : We’re exploring like – you know how the virus keeps mutating?
JTW : Well one of the things we’re exploring is like, why don’t we just mutate it ourselves so we could focus on – so we could create preemptively develop new vaccines, right? So we have to do that. If we’re gonna do that though, there’s a risk of like, as you could imagine, no one wants to be having a pharma company mutating fucking viruses.

PV : Yeah. Okay.

JTW : So, we’re like, do we want to do this? So that’s like one of the things we’re considering. For, like, the future, like maybe we can like, create new versions of the vaccines and things like that.

PV : Okay. So, Pfizer ultimately is thinking about mutating COVID?

JTW : Well, that is not what we say to the public. No, that’s why it was, it was a thought that came up in a meeting and we were like, why do we not — it was like, we’re going to consider that with more discussions.
JTW : That exactly, actually. We’re like, wait a minute, like, people won’t like that.
JTW : So, the way that we’re thinking about – don’t tell anyone this by the way. You have to promise you won’t tell anyone, okay?
JTW : So, the way it would work is like we put them in – the virus in these monkeys. And then we successively, like, cause them to keep infecting each other.
JTW : And we collect serial samples from them, and then, the ones that are more infectious, to like, the virus we’ll put them in another monkey and you just constantly actively mutate it. That’s one way.
JTW : Or we could even do like, directed like simulation, which like we tend not to prefer. And they just sample what the different like, proteins on the surface of the virus look like over time.
JTW : So, then you can see the mutation. You can now force it to mutate in a certain way you want it.

PV : Okay.

JTW : But you have to be like very controlled to make sure that this virus that you mutate doesn’t create something like, you know, goes everywhere.
JTW : Which, I suspect is the way that the virus started in Wuhan, to be honest. Like, it makes non sense that this virus popped out of nowhere.

PV : Yeah, I know.

JTW : It’s bullshit.

PV : So, I mean, when is Pfizer going to implement the mutation of all these viruses?

JTW : I don’t know, it depends on how the experiments work out because this is just like, something we’re trying, right?

PV : It sounds like Gain-of-Function to me.

JTW : I don’t know, it’s a little bit different. I think it’s different. It’s like, this, it’s definitely not Gain-of-Function.

PV : It sounds like it is, I mean, it’s okay.

JTW : No no no, but directed evolution is very different.

PV : Directed evolution?

JTW : Directed evolution.

PV : Directed evolution, okay. Well, so, I mean, is that what it is?

JTW : Maybe, I don’t know.

JTW : Well you’re not supposed to do Gain-of-Function research with the viruses.
JTW : They’d rather we not, but we do these selected structure mutations to try to see if we can make them more potent.
JTW : So, there is research ongoing about that. I don’t know how that’s going to work.
JTW : There better not be any more outbreaks cause, like, Jesus Christ.

PV : So, tell me more, what’s developing with the whole, you know virus mutation process?

JTW : Well, they are still kind of conducting experiments on it, but it seems like, from what I’ve heard, they’re kind of optimising it, but they’re going slow cause everyone’s very cautious, like, you know, obviously they don’t want to accelerate it too much, but I think they’re also just trying to do it as an exploratory thing because you obviously don’t want to advertise that you are figuring out future mutations.

PV : So, did that – did the whole virus mutation thing come from your executive Sarah [Wu]?

JTW : No, that came from – we have like chief scientific officers in the other divisions.

PV : What’s the goal for Pfizer doing that [COVID mutations]?

JTW : So, part of what they want to do is try to figure it out – to some extent, try to figure out like, you know how there’s all these new strains and variants that just pop up?
JTW : Why don’t we try to like, catch them before they [variants] pop up in nature and we can develop a vaccine prophylactically, before, like, new variants. So that’s why they’re thinking like, if you do it controlled in a lab, then we say this is a new epitope, and so if it comes out later on, in the public, then you already have a vaccine kind of working.

PV : Oh my God. That’s perfect. Isn’t that the best business model though?
PV : Just control nature before nature even happens itself, right?

JTW : Yeah, if it works.

PV : What do you mean if it works?

JTW : Because some of the times there are mutations that pop up that we are not prepared for like the delta and omicron and things like that, so…
JTW : Who knows? I mean, either way, it’s going to be a cash cow. COVID will probably be a cash cow for us for a while going forward. Like, obviously, like…

PV : Well I think the whole, you know, research of the viruses and mutating it [them], like, would be the ultimate cash cow.

JTW : Yeah, it’d be perfect.

JTW : It [Pfizer] is a revolving door for all government officials.

PV : Wow!

JTW : Yeah, for any industry though. So, in the pharma industry, all the government officials who, you know, review our drugs eventually, come work for pharma companies.
JTW : And the military – all the army and defence government officials eventually go work for the defence companies afterwards.

PV : How do you feel about that revolving door?

JTW : It’s pretty good for the industry to be honest. It’s bad for everyone else in America.

PV : Why is it bad for everyone else [in America]?

Project Veritas Did Not Show Pfizer Mutating COVID-19 Virus!

Anti-vaccination activists are excitedly sharing the Project Veritas video as evidence that Pfizer was caught mutating the COVID-19 virus to develop new vaccines.

But the truth is – if you actually go through the Project Veritas video, it was really a nothingburger on Pfizer, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Project Veritas Is Infamous For Misinformation

Project Veritas is infamous for posting misinformation, and heavily edited videos that either cast a misleading angle on a story, or push misinformation.

In 2020, Project Veritas claimed that US Representative Ilhan Omar was linked to a “cash for ballots voter fraud scheme”, which turned out to be baseless.

In February 2021, Project Veritas posted a video of Mark Zuckerberg allegedly warning Facebook staff about the risks of mRNA vaccines, even though Zuckerberg changed his opinions three months earlier after asking Dr. Anthony Fauci to clarify the issue in a November 2020 livestream.

In October 2021, Project Veritas released a video of Pfizer scientist Nick Karl saying that natural immunity is better than vaccination, when in fact Nicholas Karl is a biochemist who was not involved in the development or manufacture of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #2 : Pfizer mRNA Vaccine Created By BioNTech

What many people often forget is that the COMIRNATY mRNA vaccine was not created by Pfizer, but a German company called BioNTech, helmed by Uğur Şahin and Özlem Türeci – Germans of Turkish descent.

Pfizer is primarily the US manufacturing and testing partner for the BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine, while in China, that would be Fosun Pharma.

Why this is important is because the bulk of the mRNA vaccine research work is done by BioNTech, not Pfizer or Fosun Pharma.

So it is unlikely that Jordon Trishton Walker would actually be involved in the development of any mRNA vaccine, even if he is the Pfizer Director of Research and Development Strategic Operations and mRNA Scientific Planning.

Fact #3 : His Job Does Not Involve Vaccine Development

Pfizer has a job position called Director, Research and Development and mRNA Scientific Strategy, which is close enough to the super-long title Jordon Trishton Walker is said to hold.

Ironically, that post is at the Pfizer Pearl River R&D facility near New York – the same place Nicholas Karl, the biochemist who got punked by Project Veritas in 2021 also worked at!

The job description, however, clearly shows that the director of R&D and mRNA Scientific Strategy is an office executive mainly dealing with business development.

Drive select projects within WRDM (Worldwide Research, Development and Medical) to deliver business critical insights to Pfizer leaders, such as the Executive Leadership Team, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. These projects may include:

  • Leading select operational initiatives across Pfizer therapeutic areas, including delivering key aspects of the Corporate Strategic Plan and representing WRDM on corporate project teams.
  • Developing the strategic vision for mRNA technology at Pfizer and working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, such as Business Development, to enable decision-making on critical topics and ensure successful execution of the strategy. Identifying and prioritizing opportunities to deliver innovative medicines across Pfizer’s portfolio and advancing these priorities in collaboration with Pfizer’s Chief Scientific Officers and other WRDM leaders.
  • Maximizing the effectiveness of the President of WRDM on key internal and external deliverables.

Fact #4 : Jordon Walker Never Said Pfizer Was Mutating COVID-19 Virus

If you watch the Project Veritas video or read the transcript above carefully, you will realise that Jordon Trishton Walker never said that Pfizer was mutating the COVID-19 virus. He only said that it was “a thought that came up” in one of the meetings.

… it was a thought that came up in a meeting and we were like, why do we not — it was like, we’re going to consider that with more discussions.

Fact #5 : Viruses Are Already Mutating Globally

It seems silly for Pfizer to intentionally infect monkeys to mutate the COVID-19 virus, to try and predict the next variant, when the virus is mutating rapidly globally – every infected person is literally a mutation factory!

Infecting monkeys also may not deliver the same variants as viruses that mutate in human beings, and may not serve as a good predictor of future variants.

Therefore, it would be much cheaper and certainly more accurate for Pfizer scientists to simply collect samples of new variants that are created every few months!

Fact #6 : Directed Evolution Cannot Predict Dominant Mutation

Directed evolution is a form of protein engineering that uses mutagenesis and the natural selection process to create proteins with desired characteristics.

While the mutagenesis process it uses can create many variants, directed evolution cannot predict which variants will end up becoming dominant.

That’s why it’s called directed evolution – the scientists direct the evolution of a gene to produce proteins they want, not predict what proteins will become “dominant”.

Jordon himself pointed out to the Project Veritas journalist that even if Pfizer tries mutating the virus, it may not predict future variants.

JTW : Yeah, if it works.

PV : What do you mean if it works?

JTW : Because some of the times there are mutations that pop up that we are not prepared for like the delta and omicron and things like that, so…

Fact #7 : mRNA Technology Allows For Quick Vaccine Development

In any case, it doesn’t make much sense for Pfizer to try and “predict” the next variant, because the mRNA technology allows for very quick vaccine development.

Moderna, for example, took only TWO DAYS to design its mRNA vaccine after Chinese scientists released the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome, and only 26 days to create its first batch of vaccines.

In other words – Pfizer, or rather BioNTech scientists, only need the genomic data of the latest variant to create a new vaccine. There is no real need to predict the next variant, because developing a new vaccine with mRNA technology is so quick!

Why mRNA vaccines take so long to get to market has more to do with testing and red tape, than actually creating them!

Truth : Dax Tejera Did Not Die From Vaccine-Induced Heart Attack!

It’s now a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Dax Tejera Collapsed After From Dinner + Drinks

Initially, Dax Tejera – an ABC News executive producer, reportedly passed away from a heart attack on Friday, December 23, 2022. This was announced by ABC News President Kim Goodwin in a staff memo on Christmas Eve :

It’s with a heavy heart and great sadness that we share that our friend and colleague, Dax Tejera passed away suddenly of a heart attack last night.

As EP (Executive Producer) of “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” Dax’s energy, passion and love for that show, ABC News, and you, shined every Sunday morning. That same love was extended to his precious girls.

Our thoughts are with his wife, Veronica, the couple’s two young daughters, and the entire Tejera family.

Since then, more details have emerged about his death. Dax Tejera collapsed while walking back from dinner and drinks with his wife at a New York City restaurant. He was taken to Manhattan’s Bellevue Hospital in an ambulance, but died before he could reach it.

Fact #2 : Dax Tejera Choked To Death

An autopsy was performed on Dax Tejera, and on February 8, 2023, the New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner announced that Dax Tejera died from “asphyxia due to obstruction of airway by food bolus complicating acute alcohol intoxication“, and classified his death as “accidental“.

In other words, Dax Tejera choked to death while intoxicated with alcohol. He did not suffer a heart attack as initially suspected. He also did not suffer from any COVID-19 vaccine side effect. Anti-vaccination activists have been proven WRONG… YET AGAIN.

Fact #3 : Unknown If Dax Tejera Was Vaccinated Against COVID-19

Anti-vaccination activists claim that Dax Tejera was fully-vaccinated against COVID-19. However, there is no evidence of that, as he never publicly revealed his vaccination status.

For all we know – he may not even be vaccinated! The COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory in the United States where he lives, and many people like Kris Jordan, Aaron Carter, Kirstie Alley and Stephan Bonnar were never vaccinated.

Dax Tejera took his family to St. Barts for a holiday in July 2021, which some anti-vaccination activists are claiming as evidence he was fully vaccinated. That’s not true, because St. Barts allows both vaccinated and unvaccinated Americans to visit.

  • Fully-vaccinated American and Canadian travellers can visit St. Barthelemy without undergoing any PCR or antigen test.
  • Unvaccinated American and Canadian travellers can visit St. Barthelemy with a negative PCR test for COVID-19, taken within 3 days prior to departure, or a negative antigen test taken within 2 days prior to arrival.

So it is possible that Dax Tejera was never vaccinated against COVID-19. Until and unless we know his COVID-19 vaccination status, anyone who claims that Dex Tejera died from the COVID-19 vaccine is lying to you.

Fact #4 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Even if Dax Tejera was fully-vaccinated before his trip to St. Barts in July 2021, he cannot possibly be suffering from any vaccine side effects, because they appear within days, not 17 months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and TTS develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up sudden deaths or injuries to the vaccine; injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like myocarditis and TTS can be proven.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

Fact #6 : Claims Of Celebrities Injured By COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing celebrity deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of celebrity deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance. Here is the latest dozen of other false celebrity claims!

Will these anti-vaccination activists apologise for lying to you? Nope! They will just move on to the next celebrity tragedy…

Judge Ronnie Abrams Recuses From SBF FTX Case!

The FTX drama continues with the shocking announcement by US District Judge Ronnie Abrams over a potential conflict of interest.

On Friday afternoon, December 23, Federal Judge Ronnie Abrams of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York recused herself from the FTX case.

The judge’s husband, Greg D. Andres, is a partner at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, which advised FTX in 2021. Though Andres himself did not personally advise FTX, Abrams chose to recuse herself from the case “to avoid any possible conflict, or the appearance of one.”

The order also stated that Davis Polk & Wardwell previously represented parties “that may be adverse to FTX and Defendant Bankman-Fried,” though Andres allegedly did not represent those clients either.

RONNIE ABRAMS, United States District Judge:

It has come to the Court’s attention that the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, at which my husband is a partner, advised FTX in 2021, as well as represented parties that may be adverse to FTX and Defendant Bankman-Fried in other proceedings (or potential proceedings). My husband has had no involvement in any of these representations. These matters are confidential and their substance is unknown to the Court. Nonetheless, to avoid any possible conflict, or the appearance of one, the Court hereby recuses itself from this action. See 28

U.S.C. § 455.

This decision came just one day after Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) was released from custody pending trial on eight criminal charges including wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, and violations of federal campaign finance laws.

It is unknown why Judge Ronnie Abrams chose to wait until now to recuse herself from the FTX case. But it should be pointed that it was a different judge – Gabrial Gorenstein, who approved the record-setting $250 million bond that did not require SBF to pay a single cent up front.

A new judge from the Southern District of New York will now have to be selected to oversee Sam Bankman-Fried’s trial.

SBF Free + Flying Business On “No Cash Up Front” FTX Case Bail!

In the meantime, the disgraced FTX co-founder was spotted “chilling” in the American Airlines Greenwich Business Class lounge located at Terminal 8 of the John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York City.

Sam Bankman-Fried was accompanied by his parents, FBI agents and lawyers. He had full access to what looks like an Acer Predator gaming laptop, and a smartphone. When he was asked for a photo, SBF replied, “Haha maybe not today“.

You may recall that, on December 9, SBF claimed that he did not have access to (much of) his professional or personal data, despite having obvious access to a laptop and a mobile phone.

1) I still do not have access to much of my data — professional or personal. So there is a limit to what I will be able to say, and I won’t be as helpful as I’d like. But as the committee still thinks it would be useful, I am willing to testify on the 13th.

SBF was later spotted in the Business class section of an American Airlines flight, “disguised with a beanie”. He appeared to be engaged in conversation with a suited executive.

The suited executive could be his lawyer, Mark Cohen, who may have been accompanying the disgraced FTX co-founder to his parents’ home in Palo Alto, California, where he has to serve his house arrest while awaiting trial.

Sam Bankman-Fried, better known as SBF, has been released on a “no cash up front” $250 million bail bond!

 

SBF Released On “No Cash Up Front” $250 Million Bail Bond!

FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried, better known as SBF, has been released on a $250 million bond, but guess what – it does not actually require him to come up with the cash.

Instead, the release agreement showed that SBF was being released on a $250 million personal recognisance bond that was secured by his parents’ five-bedroom home in Palo Alto.

If SBF fails to appear in court, or violate other conditions of his bail, then the property would be seized. That property is estimated to be worth only $4 million.

In addition to his two parents, the bond must be signed by two other people (one of whom cannot be a relative) by January 5, 2023; and they would all be on hook for the $250 million bail.

This “no cash up front” bail deal was worked out between SBF’s legal team and US prosecutors, which included his agreement to be extradited to the United States.

New York federal court Judge Gabriel Gorenstein released him, subject to detention at his parents’ home while wearing an electronic monitoring bracelet, with mandatory mental health counselling and substance abuse treatment.

SBF had to surrender his passport under the bail agreement, and was stricter to travel to the Northern District of California, or the Southern and Eastern districts of New York for court appearances.

This was a fraud of epic proportions. If that was the only test, detention would likely be appropriate. But he voluntarily consented to extradition. That should be given weight.

Claim : Charlbi Dean Kriek Died From Vaccine SADS!

Almost immediately after news broke that Charlbi Dean Kriek died suddenly, anti-vaccination activists started claiming that the model and star of the movie, Triangle of Sadness, died from vaccine-induced Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).

Fact : Charlbi Dean Kriek Did Not Die From Vaccine SADS!

It’s becoming a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or injuries on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Charlbi Dean Died Within A Day

Charlbi Dean Kriek, a 32-year old model and actress from South Africa – passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at a New York City hospital.

Her representatives confirmed her death on Tuesday, saying that , Charlbi Dean had been unwell and was being treated for an “unexpected, sudden illness” when she passed away.

On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, her brother – Alex Jacobs Kriek explained to Rolling Stone that Charlbi Dean died from a lung infection that may have been complicated by the loss of her spleen from an earlier accident.

According to Jacobs, Charlbi experienced some “minor” symptoms that concerned her enough that she asked her fiancé, Luke Chase Volker, to take her to the emergency room. She then died in a matter of hours – on the same day.

This happened literally within the span of a day: getting a headache, going to sleep, waking up her boyfriend and saying please take me to the hospital.

Her boxing trainer, Gary Stark Jr, shared that she sparred with him just three days before she died. At that time, she appeared to be in good physical health.

However, on the day she died, she cancelled her boxing lesson at the last minute. This confirms what her brother said – she did not die suddenly, but suffered some kind of illness on the day she died.

Fact #2 : Charlbi Dean’s Cause Of Death Was Sepsis

Her brother was told that she likely died from a viral infection in her lungs, but her cause of death would be confirmed by an autopsy.

We still aren’t entirely sure (what happened). There’s an autopsy being done which we know might take quite a while. But what we have heard it that there was a viral infection in her lungs.

On Thursday, December 22, 2022, the New York City Medical Examiner officially revealed the cause of death for the Triangle of Sadness actress.

After conducting an autopsy on Charbli Dean, the medical examiner listed her cause of death as “bacterial sepsis“, that was “a complication from asplenia” caused by “remote blunt trauma to her torso“. Her death was ruled an accident.

The bacterial sepsis that killed Charlbi Dean was confirmed to be caused by a Gram-negative bacteria known as Capnocytophaga, which are commonly found in the mouths of humans and other mammals like cats and dogs.

Capnocytophaga bacteria generally do not pose any danger to people, but can cause illness, including sepsis, in immunocompromised people – like Charlbi Dean who lacks a spleen, or people on certain medications or have an autoimmune disease.

Fact #3 : She Had Her Spleen Removed Earlier

The autopsy results and coroner findings confirm what her brother, Alex Jacobs Kriek revealed earlier – Charlbi Dean had her spleen removed in 2009, after a “very, very bad car accident” that left her with a broken back and ribs.

They removed her spleen. It’s involved in fighting off infections, and that could have had something to do what happened. Her spleen not being there just added on to the reason why she perhaps couldn’t fight it off.

Fact #4 : Charlbi Dean Kriek Was Likely Vaccinated

While there is no direct evidence that Charlbi Dean Kriek was vaccinated against COVID-19, she was residing in New York City when she fell sick and passed away.

The United States currently requires non-residents to be fully-vaccinated to travel to the US. While it is possible to travel to the United States with a vaccine exemption, it is more than likely that Charlbi Dean was fully-vaccinated.

Fact #5 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Even if Charlbi Dean was fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, she would have received all of her doses many months ago.

She cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #6 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up celebrity deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and TTS can be proven.

If Charlbi Dean died from any vaccine side effects, they would have been picked up in the autopsy.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines happens within minutes. That’s why people are asked to wait for 15-30 minutes after getting the vaccine. People who get an anaphylactic shock will require an epinephrine shot to quickly relieve it.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (TTS) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

Fact #7 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

Almost immediately after news broke that Charlbi Dean Kriek died suddenly after filming Triangle of Sadness, anti-vaccination activists claimed that the model and actress died from vaccine-induced Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).

Her brother, Alex Jacobs Kriek, came out to rubbish those claims, calling them “completely out of question” and saying that it was “completely ridiculous and extremely naive” for people to claim Charlbi Dean died from the COVID-19 vaccine.

He also revealed that Charlbi Dean’s cause of death was a lung infection that may have been complicated by the loss of her spleen from an earlier accident.

Alex also explained that his sister was in a “very, very bad car accident” in 2009 that left her with a broken back and ribs. She eventually had to have her spleen removed, which may have contributed to her death in 2022.

Charlbi Dean : Autopsy Confirms Her Cause of Death!

On Thursday, December 22, 2022, the New York City Medical Examiner officially revealed the cause of death for the Triangle of Sadness actress, who was born Charlbi Dean Kriek on February 5, 1990.

After conducting an autopsy on Charbli Dean, the medical examiner listed her cause of death as “bacterial sepsis“, that was “a complication from asplenia” caused by “remote blunt trauma to her torso“. Her death was ruled an accident.

This confirms what her brother, Alex Jacobs Kriek revealed earlier – Charlbi Dean had her spleen removed in 2009, after a very bad car accident.

The bacterial sepsis that killed Charlbi Dean was confirmed to be caused by a Gram-negative bacteria known as Capnocytophaga, which are commonly found in the mouths of humans and other mammals like cats and dogs.

Capnocytophaga bacteria generally do not pose any danger to people, but can cause illness, including sepsis, in immunocompromised people – like Charlbi Dean who lacks a spleen, or people on certain medications or have an autoimmune disease.

Right after news broke that Julie Powell died suddenly, anti-vaccination activists immediately claimed that the famous food writer and blogger died from vaccine-induced sudden death (SADS / VIDS / VDS)!

Truth : Julie Powell Did NOT Die From Vaccine Sudden Death!

Fact #1 : Julie Powell Died From Cardiac Arrest

Julie Powell (born Julia Ann Foster on April 20, 1973) died at 49 years of age  on Wednesday, 26 October 2022, at her home in Olivebridge in upstate New York.

Her husband, Eric Powell, confirmed to the New York Times that she died of cardiac arrest caused by a cardiac arrhythmia.

Her brother-in-law, Ethan Powell, told the Los Angeles Times that she had a heart arrhythmia – a heart rhythm problem.

So, let me be clear – Julie Powell’s cause of death was cardiac arrest caused by a cardiac arrhythmia, not the COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #2 : Julie Powell Was Sick For Quite Some Time

On her social media, Julie Powell shared that she was sick with flu-like symptoms on October 7, after her husband fell sick. She was still sick on October 9, and again on October 23.

On October 25 – the day before she died, she reported in her last tweet that she woke up with Black Hairy Tongue, which is a harmless condition that could be brought about by her rather long illness.

Now, I point all this out because the media and conspiracy theorists believe that her prior illness could have caused her death. Some have also claimed that she died from a COVID-19 infection.

I have to stress – we don’t know that, because we are not her doctor. But it seems unlikely as she had a cardiac arrhythmia that led to a cardiac arrest.

Flu cannot trigger a cardiac arrest, although COVID-19 can cause myocarditis, which could cause the heart to beat irregularly and cause a cardiac arrest.

Fact #3 : Julie Powell Was Fully-Vaccinated + Boosted

Julie Powell was fully-vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, with her last booster on 24 December 2021. She did not suffer any significant adverse reaction from the vaccine doses.

Anti-vaccination activists are pointing to a May 8, 2021 post, as evidence that she got sick from the vaccine.

This vaccine has me a little noshy but totally not up to actually doing something about it. Also, there are cats.

The thing is – Julie was not saying that she was sick. Noshy meant “feeling snackish”, nosh meaning “to eat a snack”.

In other words, Julie Powell was saying that, after her vaccination, she felt peckish, and wanted to snack on something, but was just too lazy to do anything about it.

COVID-19 vaccines are designed to protect us against severe illness and death from COVID-19, by teaching our own immune system how to create antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

They, however, cannot protect us against other causes of death, whether it’s a heart attack, cardiac arrest or even other viruses. Hence, fully-vaccinated people can and will die from other causes of death.

It is therefore ludicrous for anti-vaccination activists to blame all deaths of fully-vaccinated people on the vaccine. Did they really expect the COVID-19 vaccine to be an elixir of immortality? Please grow up.

Fact #6 : Cardiac Arrest Is A Common Cause Of Sudden Death

Anti-vaccination activists falsely claim that young people do not suddenly die from cardiac arrest.

The truth is – people have been dying from cardiac arrest since time immemorial, long before any vaccine was invented.

Fact #7 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up celebrity deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and VITT can be proven.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines happens within minutes. That’s why people are asked to wait for 15-30 minutes after getting the vaccine. People who get an anaphylactic shock will require an epinephrine shot to quickly relieve it.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Vaccine-induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

Fact #6 : Claims Of Celebrities Dying From COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing celebrity deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of celebrity deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance. Here is the latest dozen of other false celebrity claims!

Truth : Kim Jung Gi Died Of Heart Attack, Not SADS!

It’s becoming a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Kim Jung Gi Died Of Heart Attack

47 year-old Kim Jung Gi was at the airport in Paris on 3 October 2022, when he complained of chest pains.

The Guinness World Record holder (for longest drawing by an individual) had just concluded an exhibition of his work, and was waiting to to board a flight to New York for Comic Con.

He was transported to a nearby hospital for surgery, but passed away. His death was announced by his collaborator Hyun Jin Kim on his official social media account:

It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we inform you of the sudden passing of Kim Jung Gi. After finishing his last schedule in Europe, Jung Gi went to the airport to fly to New York, where he experienced chest pains and was taken to a nearby hospital for surgery, but sadly passed away.

The Daniel Maghen Gallery, where Kim Jung Gi was exhibiting in Paris, also confirmed in an Instagram post that his cause of death was a heart attack.

It is with a great sadness that we inform you of the death of Kim Jung Gi on Monday evening in Paris. The South Korean artist died after a heart attack at the age of 47.

His sudden disappearance contrasts with the immense happiness he brought us. We are speechless.

Daniel Maghen, the entire gallery team, and particularly Olivier Souillé, who had accompanied him for ten years, are terribly affected by his loss.

All our thoughts are turned to his family, his wife and his two children, his friends, his collaborators Kim Hyun Jin, Boin Lee, Jean-Christophe Caurette… and his fans, for whom his disappearance will leave a great void.

Neither his family, his friends nor people working with Kim Jung Gi ever claimed that the renowned artist died from the COVID-19 vaccine, or the sudden adult death syndrome (also known as the sudden arrhythmic death syndrome).

Fact #2 : Kim Jung Gi Was Likely Fully Vaccinated

Some Indian / Pakistani blogs like NewsWizal and PassengerNews24 claimed that Kim Jung Gi was not vaccinated against COVID-19, “according to South Korea’s intelligence service”.

Never mind the fact that South Korean intelligence services are not keeping track of their citizens’ vaccination status, or the fact that they somehow have access to foreign intelligence reports, they appear to be confusing the South Korean artist with a female South Korean actress.

It is currently unknown if Kim Jung Gi was vaccinated against COVID-19, because it is not mandatory in South Korea, despite what anti-vaccination activists may c laim.

However, Kim Jung Gi is likely fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, as he was about to fly to New York when he died.

The United States currently require non-residents to be fully-vaccinated to travel to the US. While it is possible to travel to the United States with a vaccine exemption, it is more than likely that Kim Jung Gi was fully-vaccinated.

Fact #3 : Kim Jung Gi Was Well Before Complaining Of Chest Pains

Kim Jung Gi appeared to be in good health, during his exhibition at the Daniel Maghen Gallery, and on the way to the airpot.

That tells us that he isn’t suffering from vaccine-induced myocarditis, which would have left him breathless and fatigued, with cardiac symptoms like chest pain, irregular heart beat, etc.

His complaint of sudden and severe chest pain is a classic symptom of a heart attack. If he suffered a cardiac arrest, he would have just collapsed, which was what happened to Coolio just days earlier.

He also did not suffer from pulmonary issues as claimed by some anti-vaccination activists, which would have resulted in breathing difficulties.

Fact #4 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Kim Jung Gi likely received his COVID-19 vaccinations months ago.

He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Vaccines Do NOT Cause SADS

It is ludicrous to claim that COVID-19 vaccines cause sudden arrhythmic death syndrome (SADS), because SADS was first documented in 1977 – long before COVID-19 vaccines were invented!

Despite what anti-vaccination activists may tell you – SADS is not a new vaccine-related syndrome.

SADS is an inherited problem with your heart’s electrical system, which produces an abnormal heart rhythm that leads to a cardiac arrest. That’s why it can be prevented by implanting a cardioverter-defribillator.

SADS also occurs at a rate of 0.12 to 0.21 per 100,000 people every single year. In other words, approximately 9,000 to 16,000 people die from SADS every single year, before the COVID-19 vaccines were invented.

The UK Office for National Statistics data on Sudden Adult Deaths from 2016 to 2020 also showed NO INCREASE in SADS cases, demonstrating that COVID-19 vaccines did not increase the prevalence of SADS.

Note : There is no 2021 data until sometime in December 2022. The 2020 data was only released on 22 December 2021.

Vaccination in the United Kingdom started on 8 December 2020, with over a million doses administered by end of the month. Despite (false) claims that the vaccines cause SADS, that did not result in an increase in SADS cases.

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

Vancouver Times just posted an article, claiming that New York police just arrested Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz for multiple counts of fraud!

The CEO of Starbucks, Howard Schultz, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of fraud. He was arrested at his home in New York and is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

Schultz is an American businessman and author, currently sitting as the chief executive officer (CEO) of Starbucks. A spokesperson for the company said that Schultz plans on resigning through his lawyers as soon as possible.

Starbucks is currently in hot water for banning cash payments at its stores in the UK, with plans to ban cash internationally. As a result, the term ‘boycott Starbucks’ continues to trend on social media.

It is unclear what the charges relate to, but a source close to the CEO indicated it may be linked to allegations of Schultz stealing money from his employees.

The mainstream media and big tech want to hide the truth. Beat them at their own game by sharing this article!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by Vancouver Times to generate page views and money from gullible people.

Fact #1 : Vancouver Times Is A Fake News Website

Vancouver Times is a “content aggregator” (copy and paste) website that is known for creating fake news to generate more page views and money.

To look legitimate, they copy and paste news from legitimate news organisations. To drive traffic, they create fake news, sometimes masked as “satire”.

To give themselves a veneer of deniability, they label themselves as a “satire website” in their About Us section.

Vancouver Times is the most trusted source for satire on the West Coast. We write satirical stories about issues that affect conservatives.

Here are some of their fake news that we debunked :

Fact #2 : Howard Schultz Was Not Arrested

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz was not arrested by the police for fraud. He remains a free man.

Not only was there no police report on his arrest, there was zero media coverage, which is impossible because his arrest would have been worldwide news.

Starbucks is also a public-listed company (SBUX) on the Nasdaq, which means it is legally required to announce the arrest of its CEO publicly and to investors. There was no such announcement.

Fact #3 : Howard Schultz Is A Billionaire

Howard Schultz is a billionaire with a net worth of some 4 billion US dollars. He earned almost a quarter of that – 940 million dollars – during the COVID-19 pandemic.

So Schultz certainly does not need to rob his employees. He’s earning about $640,000 every day – more than what most of his store employees will earn in a lifetime!

Even if you believe Jason Pires from Vancouver Times, how exactly do you think Schultz steals from his employees? By sneaking a few dollars from the till at every store?

Fact #4 : There Is No Such Thing As A Publication Ban

Vancouver Times likes to use the “media blackout” claim, to explain why you can’t find any reputable media outlet reporting on Howard Schultz’s arrest.

That’s utter and complete bullshit. No one – not a judge, not even the US government – can control the worldwide media, or prevent anyone from writing about such a momentous arrest.

Crypto Hedge Fund 3AC Filed For Chapter 15 Bankruptcy!

The 2022 Crypto Winter continues to blow hard and cold…

On Friday, July 1, 2022, Singapore-based cryptocurrency hedge fund, Three Arrows Capital (3AC) filed for Chapter 15 bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York.

Representatives from the law firm Latham & Watkins filed the Chapter 15 bankruptcy filing to legally protect its US assets from creditors in the United States.

In the legal filing, they stated that “the Debtor’s business has collapsed in the wake of extreme fluctuations in cryptocurrency markets” and “the Debit commenced a liquidation processing before the BVI Court” on June 27, 2022.

This move came after a British Virgin Islands court ordered the liquidation of 3AC on Monday, June 27, 2022.

Voyager Digital revealed that 3AC failed to make payments on loans made up of US$350 million in USDC and 15,250 BTC (worth US$306 million), and issued them a notice of default on the same Monday, June 27.

 

3AC Founders Remain Silent On Bankruptcy, Location Unknown

Founded in 2012 by Zhu Su and Kyle Davis, 3AC managed about $10 billion in assets as recently as March 2022, but that sank to just $3 billion a month later.

3AC was dogged by persistent insolvency rumours in the last few weeks, with rumours of more than US$400 million in losses when the cryptocurrency markets collapsed between May and June 2022.

Zhu and Davis admitted in a WSJ interview that 3ACa lost their $200 million investment following the collapse of Luna and its sister coin, TerraUSD.

8 Blocks Capital chief executive Danny Yuan also alleged that 3AC had misappropriated US$1 million of its funds to pay off their margin calls.

Both co-founders have remained silent over the implosion of 3AC, and its bankruptcy. Zhu’s last Twitter post was on June 15, in which he sought to allay rumours of insolvency, while Davies has not said a word.

According to the lawyers from Latham & Watkins, their current locations are unknown, and they are “rumoured” to have left Singapore.

The foreign representatives understand and believe that while the debtor has had certain operations in Singapore, Mr. Davies and Mr. Zhu’s current location remains unknown. They are rumored to have left Singapore.

Social media has gone nuts, with the news that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was arrested by the FBI, and charged with multiple counts of fraud!

It all stemmed from this Conservative Beaver article that was posted on 5 November 2021.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was arrested at his home in the affluent suburb of Scarsdale, New York Friday morning by the FBI and charged with multiple counts of fraud. Bourla is being held while he awaits a bail hearing. Federal agents are in the process of executing a search warrant at his home and at multiple other properties he owns across the country.

Albert Bourla faces fraud charges for his role in deceiving customers on the effectiveness of the COVID-19 “vaccine.” Pfizer is accused of falsifying data, and paying out large bribes. According to an FBI agent that spoke to the Conservative Beaver, Pfizer lied about the effectiveness of the vaccines, and mislead customers about the serious side effects the vaccines can produce. Pfizer is accused of paying off governments and the mainstream media to stay silent.

Albert Bourla was already in hot water after it was revealed Pfizer, and a research partner, “falsified data, un-blinded patients, employed inadequately trained vaccinators, and was slow to follow up on adverse events.” The whistleblower Brook Jackson was fired as a result of her attempts to stop the fraud that was being committed, BMJ reported.

In October, Project Veritas released a series of leaks dubbed “PfizerLeaks.” In the video, another Pfizer whistleblower reveals how the company uses aborted fetal cells in the COVID-19 “vaccine.” Pfizer tried to keep this fact hidden from the public.

If convicted, Albert Bourla could spend the rest of his life in prison. Bourla is considered innocent until proven guilty.

The police have ordered a media blackout, which was immediately approved by a judge. Conservative Beaver is based in Canada, and not subject to American law.

The truth is – Pfizer CEO was NOT arrested by the FBI. Neither was he charged with fraud over the COMIRNATY vaccine or “PfizerGate”.

Fact #1 : Conservative Beaver Is A Known Fake News Website

The Conservative Beaver is a “news aggregator” (copy and paste) website that is known for creating fake news to generate more page views and money.

4 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe being arrested and charged with possession of child porn and cocaine. This never happened.

1 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about an American Airlines plane crashing into the Atlantic ocean after the pilot died from a heart attack, after taking his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. There was no such plane crash.

23 October 2021 : They wrote a fake story about Alec Baldwin being arrested for first-degree murder and possession of child pornography. That did not happen.

19 October 2021 : They wrote a fake story claiming that Colin Powell‘s doctor said that died from vaccine side effects, and not COVID-19 or cancer. That is completely false.

17 October 2021 : They wrote a fake story about Brian Laundrie being found alive in Mexico, and was in the process of being extradited to Florida. His body was found a week later.

Fact #2 : Albert Bourla Remained Active On Twitter

For someone who was arrested by the FBI and charged with fraud, Albert Bourla remained remarkably active on Twitter.

At 7:10 PM on 5 November 2021 – while he was supposedly under FBI custody, he posted this thread about the Pfizer oral antiviral treatment for COVID-19 – PAXLOVID :

Fact #3 : Albert Bourla Appeared In Public TWICE!

Even though Albert Bourla was supposed to be under FBI custody with a media blackout, he appeared on CNN on 5 November 2021!

He also appeared on CNBC on 5 November 2021! So much for a media blackout…

Fact #4 : FBI Cannot Order Media Blackout

The FBI cannot order a media blackout over any arrest, even if it’s of a celebrity or a notable person like the CEO of Pfizer.

Even if that is somehow possible – it’s not – the FBI cannot control the worldwide media, or prevent anyone from writing about such a momentous arrest.

You can also be sure that even if the American press refused to run the story, it would have been gleefully published by the likes of RT, Al Jazeera, CGTN, Global Times, etc.

Truth : Mount Sinai New York Is NOT Using Ivermectin To Treat COVID-19!

Like 95% of viral news on COVID-19 on WhatsApp, this is also FAKE NEWS, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Mount Sinai Hospitals Not Using Ivermectin To Treat COVID-19

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) is a hospital network in New York City, where they have eight hospital campuses.

No hospital in the Mount Sinai Health System use ivermectin to treat COVID-19, so the claim is FALSE.

In fact, the latest MSHS COVID-19 treatment guidelines (updated 28 June 2021) lists ivermectin under “Medications not currently recommended for the treatment of COVID-19”

This status has been there since the 4 May 2020 edition of the MSHS COVID-19 treatment guidelines.

Fact #2 : Mount Sinai Says Ivermectin Should Not Be Used Outside Of A Clinical Trial

The latest MSHS COVID-19 treatment guidelines (updated 28 June 2021) states that ivermectin should not be used outside of a clinical trial.

In vitro studies demonstrate ivermectin inhibits SARS-CoV-2 replication and suggest the dosing required would be above what is recommended by the FDA for parasitic infections.

Observational studies and small clinical trials evaluating the use of ivermectin for COVID-19 have been published or are available in pre-print. Most patients included in these reports are prescribed ivermectin early in diagnosis and/or hospitalization and variable comparators are used to determine outcomes including mortality. Regimens are variable in dose and duration. Randomized controlled trials evaluating the potential role of MSHS COVID-19 Treatment Guidance June 28, 2021 ivermectin are limited especially in hospitalized patients with severe or critical disease.

Use of ivermectin for the treatment or prophylaxis of COVID-19 is currently considered unlabeled use and is not recommended outside of a clinical trial.

Fact #3 : Ivermectin NOT Proven To Treat / Prevent COVID-19

Ivermectin has only been shown to work against COVID-19 in lab (in vitro) studies, but does NOT appear to improve clinical outcomes or prevent transmission.

That is why the WHO and the vast majority of health authorities around the world DO NOT advocate using ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19.

Fact #4 : Mount Sinai Hospitals Do Not Use Vitamin C To Treat COVID-19

Mount Sinai hospitals also do not use vitamin C to treat COVID-19, so the claim is also false.

There is no mention of Vitamin C in the latest MSHS COVID-19 treatment guidelines (updated 28 June 2021).

Mount Sinai relies mainly on supportive case, as well as :

  • SARS-CoV-2 antibody therapy
  • Dexamethasone
  • Remdesivir
  • Tocilizumab

Fact #5 : Science Is About Evidence, Not Faith

The fake news creator is attempting to blind people to the truth about ivermectin, by asking them to have “absolute, unshakeable faith” in ivermectin.

Is ivermectin now a religion too?

Science – the lynchpin of modern medicine – is all about evidence, not faith. Treatment for COVID-19 should be based on evidence, not faith.

So please stop believing in charlatans promising alternative treatments. They are called “alternative medicine” because there is NO EVIDENCE that they actually work.

The Weekly Inquirer posted this article on 11 April 2020 :

NEW YORK, NY: EXHAUSTED FUNERAL HOME EMPLOYEE CREMATED BY MISTAKE WHILE TAKING A NAP

An employee of a New York, Funeral & Cremation Service died yesterday, after being accidentally cremated by one of his coworkers.

According to the Police, 48-year old Michael Jones decided to take a nap one a stretcher after working for sixteen hours straight to the recent influx of dead bodies.

While he was sleeping, another employee mistook him for the corpse of a 52-year old person who died from respiratory issues and moved him to the crematory.

Before anyone could notice the mistake, he had already been exposed to temperatures ranging between 1400 to 1800 degrees Fahrenheit and reduced to ashes.

Jenna Anderson, one of Mr Jones’s coworkers, says she heard him scream for about 15 seconds after the crematory was activated.

“At first, we didn’t understand where the sound was coming from. When we realized what was happening, it was too late. We shut down the heating system, but he was already dead.”

Ms. Anderson claims that the young coworker who caused the accident was a new employee, and had forgotten to check for the toe tag to make sure he had the right body.

Jenna Anderson says she heard the victim scream in agony as the crematory was reducing him to ashes.

The police has opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding Mr Jone’s death.

Investigators have not ruled out the possibility of filing criminal charges against the employee who caused his death.

The young man could possibly be accused of criminal negligence causing death.

Okay, let’s start with why this is fake news, and move on to what the facts are…

Weekly Inquirer Is A Satire Website

Weekly Inquirer calls itself a satire website, but it is really a FAKE STORY website, because it does its very best to conceal that it is a satire website.

It only has this tiny disclaimer at the bottom of every page, which we have to blow up to show you :

They also buried the nature of their website in their privacy policy, hiding in the second paragraph that :

New York is Burying The Dead On Hart Island

Due to the COVID-19 crisis, New York is burying any dead not claimed within two weeks on Hart Island, at least temporarily.

The Story Isn’t Even Logical

Never mind the bad grammar and bad spelling peppering the story, the story isn’t even logical.

  1. Even the most tired person would wake up if someone wheels the stretcher, and definitely when he’s being lifted and placed into the combustion chamber.
  2. Even the stupidest of employees can see that the sleeping employee is dressed differently, even in a uniform?
  3. No one gets cremated on a slab. The dead body is first placed in a casket before being cremated.
  4. The cremation process takes a long time – about 1-2 hours – to reduce a body into ashes. Yet the story claimed that he was reduced to ashes even though they turned it off, after hearing him scream?

The story is so full of holes, you can use it to strain your pasta…
