People are sharing a Brownstone Institute article, which claims to show that the CDC altered death certificates in Minnesota to remove the COVID-19 vaccine as a cause of death!

CDC Altered Minnesota Death Certificates that List a Covid Vaccine as a Cause of Death

Someone (who needs to remain anonymous) was able to obtain the death certificates from Minnesota for all deaths that occurred from 2015 to the present, which presented the opportunity to see if the CDC is being entirely honest about the US death data. Unsurprisingly, the CDC is not.

As we shall document, the CDC is concealing references to a covid vaccine on Minnesota death certificates (that are exceedingly rare to begin with because of widespread medical establishment denialism of vaccine adverse side effects). In almost every death certificate that identifies a covid vaccine as a cause of death, the CDC committed data fraud by not assigning the ICD 10 code for vaccine side effects to the causes of death listed on the death certificate.

When someone dies, there is a death certificate that is filled out for official/legal purposes. Death certificates contain a lot of information (some states include more than others), including the causes of death (CoD).

The critical thing to keep in mind is that the person filling out the death certificate writes a text description of the CoD’s, but doesn’t assign the ICD 10 codes for the CoD’s.

That’s the CDC’s job.

There are two ICD 10 codes for vaccine side effects that can be broadly used for the covid vaccines – T88.1 and Y59.0

The CDC receives the death certificates from the various states and applies ICD 10 codes. This is primarily done with a secret algorithm, with a tiny percentage of cases adjudicated by CDC staff when the algorithm is unable to confidently assign an ICD code to the text description written on the actual death certificate (such as confounding spelling or a text description that does not make much sense). I confirmed this with a biostatistician who works for a DoH in a US state (I’m leaving out which one because I want to preserve my persona grata status). The individual who obtained the MN death certificates likewise confirmed with state officials that the ICD codes in their data were assigned by the CDC.

With that introduction, below are 7 death certificates from Minnesota that identify a covid vaccine as a cause of death where the CDC omitted the corresponding ICD 10 code identifying a vaccine side effect when the CDC assigned ICD codes to the death certificates.

It is striking that 7/9 died before May 2021. This is odd – if anything, the deaths should skew later, not earlier. Vaccine adverse events were denied – with maximum prejudice and then some – for many months before the medical mainstream has finally (begrudgingly) started to acknowledge that the covid vaccines can trigger potentially lethal pathologies (in exceedingly rare instances to be sure).

The clustering of death certificates mentioning a covid vaccine at the beginning of the rollout suggests that ‘administrative’ interference likely played a role in discouraging coroners from mentioning a covid vaccine on death certificates.

Another noteworthy tidbit here is the age of the decedents: every single one is a senior citizen, and the average age of the decedents is 80. This is important to highlight because whereas young people “dying suddenly” stands out, there has been much less attention or acknowledgement of the covid vaccine’s devastating toll upon the old and frail, where deaths – even those that occur in close proximity to vaccination – are readily attributed to prior health conditions.

Finally, the actions of the CDC call into question whether the CDC is altogether qualified or trustworthy enough to be the steward of the nation’s epidemiological data. The CDC manages many of the datasets that underpin whole fields of study. If the CDC is willing to fraudulently alter data (or even if the CDC is just too incompetent to avoid corrupting data), all data under the aegis of the CDC is potentially suspect, especially if it relates to a controversial political or social issue. The implications of this are disturbing, to say the least.

Truth : CDC Did Not Alter Death Certificates To Remove Vaccine Deaths!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : NCHS Is Responsible For ICD

The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) is a system that was developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in collaboration with other health organisations. The current version – ICD-10, has been in use since January 1, 1999.

In the United States, the National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) is the federal agency responsible for the proper use of ICD, and responsible for developing a Clinical Modification (ICD-CM) – to track morbidity and include new causes of morbidity like COVID-19.

Fact #2 : Doctors / Coroners Do Not Assign ICD Codes

The ICD-10 codes on death certificates are not assigned by the doctor attending to the death, or the coroner who performed the autopsy. In most states, that the job is performed by a state agency – usually its department of health.

In this 2009 article, Chris Dimick explains how ICD coding is done for death certificates in the United States (with my emphasis in bold):

For every death that occurs in the US, a physician, coroner, or medical examiner completes a death certificate. The certificate lists details about the cause of death as well as any contributing conditions or injuries.

All death certificates are sent to a state agency, which varies by state but can include the department of health.

Fact #3 : NCHS Performs ICD Coding For Some States

Not all states do their own ICD coding. For those states, it is the NCHS that does the coding for their death certificates.

However, not all states do their own coding. Some states send their non-automated coding to NCHS, where government mortality coders finish the job.

Other states do not handle any of the process and pass along compiled death certificates for NCHS do both data entry and coding.

It is possible that Minnesota may be one of those states that rely on the NCHS to do their ICD coding, but I cannot yet confirm this.

Fact #4 : ICD Codes Are Mostly Assigned By Software

Regardless of whether a state health agency or the NCHS handles the ICD coding of death certificates, the vast majority of these ICD codes are assigned automatically by software. Only complicated cases are manually coded.

Each state agency compiles the death certificates and uses a suite of automated coding software to translate the death certificate information into ICD-10 codes.

Since not all certificates can be coded automatically, some states employ mortality coders to handle complicated cases. Typically only one or two mortality coders work in the state offices, Anderson says.

However, it is not possible to know from the death certificate itself whether the ICD code was automatically assigned by software, or manually assigned by a human mortality coder.

Unless those who claim malicious alteration of the ICD code in any death certificate can offer actual evidence to back up that claim, he/she is likely lying to you.

Fact #5 : No Evidence Of Altered Death Certificates

There is no evidence that anyone actually altered those Minnesota death certificates. Neither the CDC / NCHS, nor the state health agencies.

Assigning an ICD-10 code that differs from the cause of death is not an alteration, which implies there was a different ICD-10 code earlier, and someone else changed it.

There is no evidence of any death certificates being altered, and the Brownstone Institute offered no evidence of that either.

And regardless what ICD-10 codes are assigned, mortality coders cannot change the causes of death listed on those death certificates.

Fact #6 : They Were Senior Citizens Who Died From Other Causes

The Brownstone Institute identified 7 death certificates from Minnesota which they claim list “covid vaccine as a cause of death“, but the CDC “omitted the corresponding ICD 10 code“.

But their death certificates listed other causes of death under Part 1 (Immediate Cause and Underlying Cause). None of them actually mentioned COVID-19 vaccine as an “Immediate Cause” or “Underlying Cause” of death.

Death #1 : 78 years old, sudden cardiac death with congestive heart failure, and coronary artery disease

Death #2 : 77 years old, anoxic encephalopathy (brain injury from a lack of blood flow), with acute respiratory failure and cardiogenic shock after cardiac arrest

Death #3 : 92 years old, myocardial infarction (heart attack) with hypertension

Death #4 : 82 years old, natural causes with mitral stenosis and hypertension

Death #5 : 65 years old, myocardial infarction (presumed) with coronary artery disease, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension

Death #6 : 82 years old, hypoxic respiratory failure and septic shock with pneumonia, and acute myocardial infarction

Death #7 : 86 years old, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) due to COVID-19 pneumonia, with hypertension, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and severe viral sepsis

The Brownstone Institute appeared to highlight them because COVID-19 vaccination was mentioned in Part II.

However, health issues mentioned in Part II refer to “other significant conditions contributing to death but not resulting in the underlying cause given in Part I“.

In other words – anything mentioned in Part II of the death certificate are NOT the direct cause of death.

Fact #7 : ICD Code May Not Match Official Cause Of Death

It is also important to point out that mortality coders have to follow a specific and complicated set of rules to assign the correct ICD-10 code for each deceased person.

The correct ICD-10 code may not necessarily be the same as the underlying cause of death identified by the coroner or doctor.

In part, the coding is meant to capture an underlying cause of death -the main disease, accident, or injury that caused the death. A death certificate usually lists more medical information than is directly reflected in the underlying cause of death.

These conditions are coded as multiple causes of death, which provide specifics of what contributed to a person’s death. While a physician may indicate an underlying cause of death on a death certificate, that categorization is not alw used by the coder, Anderson says.

ICD-10 provides mortality coders with a complicated set of rules that must be followed to select an underlying cause of death.

We don’t necessarily take what the certifier or physician writes as the underlying cause of death, because what they may write down may not necessarily be the best underlying cause, Anderson says. Even if they do it exactly correctly, since we are looking for something that is most useful from a public health standpoint, we may reselect another cause on the certificate.

Again – it is important to point out that regardless of what ICD codes are used, the causes of death on each death certificate do NOT change.

Adam Zimmer, asst Bengals coach age 38 found dead. No cause given, no foul play. Here’s his dad, as Vikings coach frustrated with players not getting the vaccine. I’m willing to bet this is a case of SADS & the coroner will find he had myocarditis 🚫💉

No Evidence Adam Zimmer Died From COVID-19 Vaccine!

It’s becoming a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all athlete deaths or injuries on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Adam Zimmer Was Found Dead With An Eye Injury

Adam Zimmer (born January 13, 1984) started working with the Cincinnati Bengals as their offensive analyst in July 2022, working remotely from his Minnesota home.

At 1:13 PM on Monday, October 31, the Mendota Heights Police Department were called to conduct a welfare check at his house in the 2500 block of Condon Court, after someone reported that he “had passed out from drinking“.

Based on a search warrant affidavit filed at the Dakota County District Court last week, officers found Adam Zimmer seated on a couch, and he “appeared to have bruising or blood pooling around his eye“, suggesting he may have been punched in the eye.

A woman was there when the police arrived, although the court filing did not identify her, or explain her relationship to Adam Zimmer, if any.

The police department said that “there are no signs of foul play“, and that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Police captain Wayne Wegener said that his office was “not investigating this as a suspicious death“.

According to the inventory receipt tied to the court filing, the police only took an iPhone, presumably belonging to Adam Zimmer.

Fact #2 : Adam Zimmer’s Cause Of Death Is Currently Unknown

Adam Zimmer’s body was sent to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, where the coroner will conduct an autopsy to determine his cause and manner of death.

The coroner completed the autopsy but has not released the results. Adam Zimmer’s body was released to his family, and his funeral was scheduled for 11 AM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at the Good Shepherd Catholic Community Church in Colleyville.

Until the autopsy results are known, anyone who claims that Adam Zimmer died of this cause or that cause is lying to you.

There is no evidence that the COVID-19 vaccines had any part in his death. But the court filing suggested that alcohol had a part to play in his death.

Fact #3 : Adam Zimmer Was Likely Vaccinated

Anti-vaccination activists are pointing to the fact that his father, Minnesota Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer is very public about his support for COVID-19 vaccination as “evidence” that Adam must be fully-vaccinated too.

While that is certainly a possibility, there is no evidence that Adam Zimmer was vaccinated against COVID-19, so it is wrong for anyone to claim that she died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects.

Earlier I wrote that there is no vaccine mandate in the NFL, and that Mike Zimmer kept expressing his frustration that some of his players refuse to get vaccinated. If the head coach cannot even get the players over which he has so much power to get the vaccine, he cannot force his own son to get vaccinated if he didn’t want to.

However, Steven Cass just pointed out that the NFL requires coaches to get vaccinated against COVID-19. He is correct – the NFL required coaches, front-office staff and team personnel to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster by December 27, 2021.

That said, the NFL vaccine mandate offers exemptions to those who are not eligible to be vaccinated (by CDC definition), and those who contracted COVID-19 in the last 90 days.

Fact #4 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Even if Adam Zimmer was vaccinated against COVID-19, he would have received all of his doses more than 10 months ago.

He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #5 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up celebrity deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and VITT can be proven.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines happens within minutes. That’s why people are asked to wait for 15-30 minutes after getting the vaccine. People who get an anaphylactic shock will require an epinephrine shot to quickly relieve it.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Vaccine-induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

Fact #6 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #7 : Claims Of Athletes Dying From COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing athlete deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of athlete deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance.

Will these anti-vaccination activists apologise for lying to you? Nope! They will just move on to the next athlete tragedy…

There is a big elephant in the room once again following unexplained sudden death of Darius Campbell Danesh aged 41? That elephant is called “vaccine”?!!

Truth : Darius Campbell Danesh Did NOT Die From COVID-19 Vaccine!

It’s becoming a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Darius Campbell Danesh Died From Chloroethane

On 11 August 2022, 41 year-old Darius Campbell Danesh was found dead in his apartment at The Berkman in Rochester, Minnesota.

At that time, the local police department said that there were no signs of intent or suspicious circumstances.

Nevertheless, an autopsy was carried out by the Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner’s Office, which just released its results.

The Southern Minnesota medical examiner ruled his death “an accident” that was brought about by “toxic effects of chloroethane” as well as “suffocation“.

In other words, Darius Campbell Danesh accidentally suffocated after inhaling chloroethane – an anaesthetic drug that is also known as ethyl chloride, and is sometimes used recreationally.

To be clear – the autopsy report confirms that Darius Campbell Danesh did not die from any COVID-19 vaccine side effect.

Fact #2 : Darius Was Suffering From Chronic Pain

Darius Campbell Danesh’s family further stated that the autopsy report confirmed that chloroethane led to his respiratory arrest.

They also shared that he had been using chloroethane to treat his chronic pain from a car accident in 2010.

The results of medical examinations have confirmed that Darius’s death was an accident caused by chloroethane, which is used to treat pain and that tragically lead to respiratory arres.

Darius was suffering from chronic neck pain following a car accident in 2010.

That could explain why Darius was staying at The Berkman, which is across from the famous Mayo Clinic’s Saint Marys Hospital.

The Berkman mainly caters to people who either work at the Saint Marys Hospital, or its patients and family members.

Fact #3 : Darius Campbell Danesh Was Likely Vaccinated

It is currently unknown if Darius Campbell Danesh was vaccinated against COVID-19. However, he was in Minnesota when he died.

The United States currently require non-residents to be fully-vaccinated to travel to the US. While it is possible to travel to the United States with a vaccine exemption, it is more than likely that Darius Campbell Danesh was fully-vaccinated.

Fact #4 : Claims Of Celebrities Injured By COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing celebrity deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

Fact #1 : The Man Was Not An FBI Agent

If you watch the video carefully, you will note that the man never once identified himself as an FBI agent.

One of his friends also clarified that he was not an FBI agent, but a paramedic EMT.

Fact #2 : The Incident Happened One Year Ago

The incident involving Atter happened almost exactly a year ago – on 1 June 2019 at 1 AM.

The Rochester police officers thought he looked like someone with a warrant, and released him after they checked his ID and confirmed he wasn’t the person they were looking for.

The City of Rochester issued an official press release confirming this, as well as the fact that Atter was not an FBI agent.

Fact #3 : The OP Never Made Those Claims

The person (@thisisnike1) who released this video on Instagram, specifically did not claim that Atter was an FBI agent, and said that the video was over a year old :

“‪Somethin’ been telling me to hold on to this video over a year now, ok.”

This misleading use of a genuine video follows a slew of similar fake news about the George Floyd protests in the US :

So beware of similar fake posts, because they appear to be part of some disinformation campaign.
