This appears to be yet another example of fake news created about FEMA, and here are the reasons why…
$750 FEMA assistance does not need to be repaid
Let me start by pointing out that the $750 FEMA assistance is called the Serious Needs Assistance. The $750 is a one-time payment per household that is given by FEMA, and does not need to be repaid.
FEMA issues this payment to disaster survivors who apply within the first 30 days after a disaster is declared in the area, and is meant as initial and immediate assistance to help survivors cover “essential items like food, water, baby formula, breastfeeding supplies, medication and other emergency supplies“.
To be clear – FEMA will not be asking you to repay the $750 one-time immediate assistance payment, and obviously, it is not going to seize your property!
Myth: FEMA grant money is a loan that I will need to pay back.
Fact: FEMA disaster assistance are grants which do not need to be repaid.
But when the claims went viral, FEMA spokesperson Jaclyn Rothenberg refuted those claims, stating clearly that Hurricane Helene victims do not need to repay the $750 assistance.
This is not true. We do not ask for this money back.
So you have to wonder – what kind of person would mislead disaster victims so they won’t accept this free $750 assistance that they desperately need???
This one-time payment by FEMA isn’t new. In fact, the Serious Needs Assistance was also issued under the Trump Administration, albeit at a lower sum of $500 per household.
After Hurricane Harvey hit Texas and Louisiana in August 2017, FEMA issued one-time payments of $500 to cover “critical needs” like diapers, infant formula, food and fuel (source | source).
If the same FEMA assistance was a payment that does not need to be repaid under the Trump Administration, why would anyone suggest that it is now a loan under the Biden Administration that must be repaid within a year???
You only need to repay FEMA for an advance on insurance settlement
Some people are sharing a screenshot (example), as “evidence” that you need to repay the $750. That’s simply not true.
That is actually a screenshot of a FEMA article (archive), which explained that FEMA grants “do not have to be paid back” in most cases.
The portion highlighted as “evidence” actually refers to an advance on insurance money that some disaster victims may request from FEMA if their insurance claims are delayed. Obviously, such an advance will need to be repaid when the victims receive their insurance settlement!
Does help from FEMA have to be paid back?
No. In most cases, FEMA grants do not have to be paid back. If you have insurance that covers your temporary housing costs, but ask FEMA to advance you some money to help you pay for those costs while your insurance is delayed, you will need to pay that money back to FEMA after your receive your insurance settlement.

People are sharing a video showing the US flag falling from a Chinese crane, revealing the ZPMC logo, together with this message :
During opening ceremony of new gantry cranes in USA. A sudden gust of wind blew away the board covering Chinese brand name. You can see the board is black on one side and has American flag on the other.
What an embarrassment trying to hide the Chinese made cranes.

The video is genuine, but taken out of context. Here are the facts…
Fact #1 : Video was recorded on 29 March 2013
The viral message was intentionally vague on when it happened, suggesting that it was new. The truth is – the video was recorded many years ago – on 29 March 2013 in Miami, Florida.
At that time, the President of the United States was Barack Obama, not Joe Biden or Donald Trump.
Fact #2 : It was not an opening ceremony of any kind
The viral message said that this incident happened during an “opening ceremony of new gantry cranes” in the United States. That is completely FALSE.
The video was recorded at the Port of Miami Tunnel project in Miami, Florida – just before President Obama spoke about his infrastructure plan.
It was related to the Port of Miami tunnel project on Dodge Island, which would connect the port to the interstate highway system, and had nothing to do with the gantry cranes.
As President Obama was going to speak about shipping “products made in America” through ports like the Port of Miami, so it would have been awkward optics to have Chinese logos in the background.
Therefore, members of the White House advance team decided to cover up the ZPMC logo with a US flag. Not only did the ZPMC have Chinese characters, it was also a Chinese state-owned company. Awkward indeed!
Fact #4 : They left the ZPMC logo visible
After wind blew the American flag off the logo, a member of the White House team went onto the gantry to retrieve the flag. But instead of putting it back over the logo, he shifted the American flag to the side of the gantry.
Ultimately, the ZPMC logo was left visible during President Obama’s speech, as this picture shows.
They were more than 8 years old when President Obama spoke at the Port of Miami in 2013, and more than 16.5 years old when this fake news started circulating in 2021.
So the claim that the Americans were trying to pass off new Chinese cranes as American-made cranes is nothing but fake news.

Fact #1 : 9/11 Masterminds Pleaded Guilty
On Wednesday, 31 July 2024, the U.S. Department of Defense announced that its prosecutors had reached a plea agreement with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi – who allegedly plotted the 9/11 attacks in 2001.
The Convening Authority for Military Commissions, Susan Escallier, has entered into pre-trial agreements with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al-Hawsawi, three of the co-accused in the 9/11 case.
The three defendants agreed to plead guilty to all charges, including the murder of 2,976 people in the September 11 attacks, in exchange for the U.S. government taking the death penalty off the table. They will officially enter their guilty pleas at a plea hearing as early as next week.
To be clear – these 9/11 defendants are not getting away scot-free. The plea deal only removes the death penalty. They will be sentenced by a panel of military officers, and will likely be imprisoned for life.
The defendants also agreed to respond to questions from 9/11 family members “regarding their roles and reasons for conducting” the September 11 attacks, by submitting their responses within 90 days.
Fact #2 : White House Had No Role In 9/11 Plea Deals
While the Biden Administration (like the Obama and Trump Administrations) have tried to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, neither President Joe Biden, nor Vice President Kamala Harris, had any role in that plea deal.
A White House National Security Council spokesperson told ABC News that the White House only learned that the Convening Authority for Military Commissions entered into pretrial agreements with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi, the same day – on Wednesday, 31 July 2024.
The White House NSC spokesperson also confirmed that President Biden and the White House played no role in the process.
Unsurprisingly, none of those who are claiming or suggesting that President Biden or Vice President Harris were the ones who offered a plea deal to the 9/11 attack masterminds, actually provided any evidence.
It was the Department of Defense prosecutors of the 9/11 case that agreed to the plea deal, as explained in the letter sent to the families of the 9/11 victims:
The decision to enter into a pre-trial agreement after 12 years of pre-trial litigation was not reached lightly; however, it is our collective, reasoned, and good-faith judgment that this resolution is the best path to finality and justice in this case.
I should also point out that the chief prosecutor for this case is Rear Admiral Aaron Rugh, who has served as a lawyer for the U.S. Department of Defense since 1997, through multiple administrations. He was not politically-appointed by President Joe Biden, and is not a member of the Biden Administration.
Fact #4 : 9/11 Families Were Informed Last Year
While the decision may have surprised some people, families of the 9/11 terror attack victims were informed a year ago that the U.S. government was negotiating plea agreements with the September 11, 2001 terror attack masterminds.
The prosecutors had already been in negotiations with the 9/11 terror attack defendants for 1.5 years when the Pentagon reached out to the affected families to inform them that the defendants might not receive the death penalty:
“The Office of the Chief Prosecutor has been negotiating and is considering entering into pre-trial agreements,” or PTAs, the letter said. It told the families that while no plea agreement “has been finalized, and may never be finalized, it is possible that a PTA in this case would remove the possibility of the death penalty
The Pentagon letter, which was dated 1 August 2023, was widely reported by the mainstream media at that time.
In the end, both sides agreed to the plea deal almost one year after that letter, and after 27 months of negotiations that begun in March 2022. Families of the 9/11 victims were the first to be notified of the plea deal, receiving a letter from Rear Admiral Aaron Rugh, earlier on Wednesday.

Fact #1 : President Joe Biden Was Not Hospitalised
The rumours of President Biden being hospitalised started when he was diagnosed with COVID-19, forcing him to cut his Southern Nevada trip short.
Far right commentators like Charlie Kirk and Tucker Carlson soon claimed or suggested that President Biden was being hospitalised, and could possibly be dead.
A source near the Las Vegas Metro Police said there was an emergency situation in which Joe Biden was involved and the roads were closed to transport POTUS to the University Medical. Then there was mysteriously a military service order and the secret service said they would evacuate POTUS to Johns Hopkins. The rumor in the police department was that Joe Biden is dying or already dead.
The truth is the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was notified that President Joe Biden was sick on July 17, and proactively shut down roads leading to the University Medical Center hospital. But then the Secret Service informed LVMPED that President Biden would leave Las Vegas instead.
President Biden was then seen boarding Air Force One at the Harry Reid International Airport, and getting off the plane in Delaware. He then isolated himself in his Rehoboth Beach vacation home. At no point during that time was Joe Biden hospitalised.
Fact #2 : President Biden’s Doctor Publicly Announced His Condition
President Joe Biden was treated at his Rehoboth Beach home by his doctor, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, who treated him with Paxlovid.
Dr. O’Connor announced that Biden’s pulse, blood pressure, respiratory rate and temperature were normal, and he has “excellent” oxygen saturation and his lungs remained clear. He also shared that President Biden never developed a fever during his COVID-19 infection.
Updates on President Biden’s health was regularly reported by the mainstream media, and political websites, so it is odd to see people claiming that he was hospitalised and might already be dead!
Fact #3 : President Biden Announced He Would Speak Publicly On July 24
On July 23, President Joe Biden announced that he would be addressing the nation from the Oval Office the next day.
Tomorrow evening at 8 PM ET, I will address the nation from the Oval Office on what lies ahead, and how I will finish the job for the American people.
That would be quite impossible to do if President Biden was hospitalised in critical condition… or dead, as some have suggested.
Fact #4 : President Biden Was Seen Flying Back To White House
On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, President Joe Biden tested negative for COVID-19. He then left isolation to return to the White House.
He was seen publicly boarding Air Force One at Dover Air Force Base for the return trip to the White House (in this video), and then disembarking from Andrews Air Force Base.
While he didn’t answer the shouted questions from the reporters, at least in this video clip, you can see that President Biden looks quite spry… and is most definitely not dead, or dying.
Some people are also sharing a screenshot of a CNN news report with the title “BREAKING: Joe Biden Hospital Rumors Confirmed. In Critical Condition at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center“.
There is no such CNN news report. It was completely fabricated by Matthew Sabia as satire, likely a poke at the baseless rumours circulating on social media. In fact, the screenshot has a disclaimer pointing out that:
Other sources such as @MatthewSabia on Twitter who created this screenshot claim you idiots will believe anything, so reports are conflicting…
Obviously, anyone who bothers to check CNN would have discovered this, but as Matthew pointed out – many people are idiots who will believe anything.
Fact #6 : Viral Photos Were AI Generated
It may seem silly but this has to be said – the viral photos of President Joe Biden lying on a hospital bed are also fake, and appear to be AI-generated.
There are obviously no photos of President Biden lying on a hospital bed, because he was not hospitalised after his COVID-19 diagnosis.
And even if he was hospitalised, he wouldn’t be wearing a shirt, with what appears to be a singlet underneath.

Fact #1 : Video Was From July 2022
Let me start by pointing out that this video is genuine, but it isn’t new. The video is actually two years old, being recorded at the White House on July 26, 2022.
This is important because many people are sharing and mocking this video now in July 2024, right after President Joe Biden ended his re-election campaign, and endorsed Kamala Harris instead.
Fact #2 : Kamala Harris Was Describing Herself To Visually Disabled People
While the video was not digitally-altered, and does indeed show Vice President Kamala Harris describing herself as a woman sitting at the table, wearing a blue suit, she was actually doing that for the benefit of visually disabled people at the meeting.
That video was recorded at a roundtable that Kamala Harris hosted with disability rights leaders to discuss access to reproductive healthcare, on the 32nd anniversary of the signing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
As Sara Luterman, a 19th News journalist who attended the meeting, pointed out – Kamala Harris did so because some of those participants are blind / visually impaired. Luterman herself is partially blind.
This was at a meeting with disability rights leaders earlier today. VP Harris is describing what she is wearing because some of those leaders are blind.
Will those who mocked Kamala Harris now apologise for their crass remarks? One can only hope…
Fact #3 : Self-Description Is Common Practice With Visually Impaired People
According to the Missouri School for the Blind, it is actually best practice to self-describe yourself to visually impaired people:
Introduce yourself using your name and/or position, especially if you are wearing a name badge containing this information.
Be precise and thorough when you describe people, places or things. Don’t leave things out or change a description because you think it is unimportant or unpleasant.
Feel free to use visually descriptive language. Making reference to colors, patterns, designs, and shapes is perfectly acceptable.
Instead of mocking Kamala Harris for describing herself to visually impaired people at the meeting, we should applaud her for doing so.
Fact #4 : Biden Admin Implemented Gender-Neutral Pronouns In 2021
While some are mocking Kamala Harris for describing her pronouns, this isn’t new. Neither is this use of pronouns something that only she does.
Within 24 hours of President Joe Biden’s inauguration in January 2021, the White House released a new contact form, in which allows users to select their pronounces of choice.
In other words, Kamala Harris is describing her gender and pronouns to visually impaired people at the roundtable, in line with the Biden Administration’s policy on gender inclusivity.

Fact #1 : Biden Administration Did Not Plot Assassination Attempt
Let me start by pointing that that the Biden Administration was not involved in the failed assassination attempt of Donald Trump.
If that was even a possibility, it would be triggered a Congressional investigation into the plot, and it would have triggered the Joe Biden’s resignation and the possible criminal prosecution of those involved.
Yet, none of that happened, because there is simply no evidence to even suggest such a possibility. Not even the MAGA wing of the Republican Party has dared to claim that the Biden Administration is somehow involved in the failed assassination of Donald Trump.
Needless to say, none of those promoting these spurious claims ever offered any evidence to back them up. That isn’t surprising at all because based on the evidence collected so far, the shooter – 20 year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, appears to have acted alone as a lone wolf, with no known political motives.
Fact #2 : Joe Biden Quit Re-Election After Weeks Of Turmoil
Claims that Joe Biden only quit his re-election campaign after his administration failed to assassinate Donald Trump is nonsensical, are easily disproven by the timeline.
Right after Biden’s dismal debate against Trump in Atlanta on June 27, several Democratic officials and political advisors started calling on Biden to end his re-election campaign. Those calls increased in urgency after Biden held a news conference at the end of the NATO summit on July 11, in which he made more gaffes.
The attempted assassination of Donald Trump occurred more than 2 weeks – 16 days to be precise, after Democratic Party officials and members of Congress started calling for Joe Biden to end his re-election campaign. So his decision to quit was not triggered by the failed attempt at assassinating Donald Trump, but by his own poor debate performance against Trump.
Fact #3 : Biden Likely Has Legal Power To Assassinate Trump
Frankly speaking, there is no need for President Joe Biden to use an unstable, lone wolf shooter, to assassinate Donald Trump. If Biden really wanted to assassinate Donald Trump, he likely has the legal power to do so.
With all of the US government’s resources at his disposal, he would be able to rely on its best sharpshooters, or he could simply have Donald Trump poisoned by the Secret Service, and then shot and garrotted for good measure. And he would arguably be legally protected against criminal prosecution.

Fact #1 : No Evidence Hillary Clinton Is Replacing Joe Biden
Let me start by simply pointing out that Hillary Clinton is not replacing Joe Biden in the 2024 US Presidential Election.
These rumours appear to originate from posts on X (formerly Twitter) by Alex Jones and senior Trump advisor, Jason Miller. Jason Miller never offered any evidence, while Alex Jones claimed to have called Roger Stone and other unnamed “sources” who allegedly confirmed it.
I called Roger Stone, I called other sources. They said, yeah, that’s the word.
However, Roger Stone is not only a close confidante of Donald Trump, and self-described political hit man, he was convicted of lying to authorities, obstructing a congressional investigation, and witness intimidation, amongst the seven felony counts. Never mind he lacks credibility, Roger Stone is unlikely to know anything about any plan within the Democratic Party to replace President Joe Biden as its nominee for the 2024 Presidential Election.
So who were his other sources? Someone at the White House or the DNC? The man running the hot dog stand down the street? An ouija board? Who knows??? What appears certain is that this rumour has not been independently corroborated by other sources, never mind actually verified as true.
It doesn’t help that Hillary Clinton herself ruled out running for President in the 2024 election during a “Morning Joe” interview in March 2022.
Fact #2 : Joe Biden Endorsed Kamala Harris After Dropping Out
On Sunday, 21 July 2024, President Joe Biden ended his re-election campaign, and endorsed Vice-President Kamala Harris to succeed him as the Democratic candidate.
Fact #3 : Rumour Was Based On Opinion Piece By Pablo O’Hana
Alex Jones appears to be reacting to an opinion piece published by The Hill, in which Pablo O’Hana suggested that Hillary Clinton would be a good choice to replace President Joe Biden should he step down as the Democratic nominee for the 2024 Presidential election.
All right, folks, it’s Saturday night and we saw The Hill, all the news reporting Hillary said to replace Joe Biden. They’re really going to try to replace Joe Biden in Chicago with Hillary Clinton with all of her criminal activity, all of her background, all of this. So they are literally involved in a Democrat civil war, a power struggle over what public gets control.
However, Pablo O’Hana never claimed that Hillary Clinton will be replacing Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee at the DNC convention. He only stated that she would make a great candidate to replace Biden. It’s clearly stated in the first two paragraphs of his article!
“But who?”
The strongest argument against replacing President Joe Biden as the 2024 Democratic nominee is the notion that no suitable successor exists. But there is, and not just a good one but one of the most qualified people ever to run for the office: Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Even the title unambiguously states that he thinks Hillary Clinton would be a good replacement for Biden – “Ready for Round 2: Why we Need Hillary more than ever“. Did anyone who made these claims actually read the article???
Fact #4 : Pablo O’Hana Criticised Claim Hillary Clinton Is Replacing Joe Biden
Pablo O’Hana criticised claims that Hillary Clinton is replacing Joe Biden based on the opinion piece he wrote for The Hill.
At first, he did not respond specifically to Alex Jones’ comments, but expressed his amazement that some people are unable to differentiate between news and opinions.
The inability to differentiate between ‘news’ and ‘opinion piece’ is absolutely extraordinary
But after more and more people ran with the (baseless) claim that Hillary Clinton has been confirmed to replace Joe Biden as the Democratic nominee, he pushed back more forcefully, calling out “the insanity from Alex Jones or Trump hacks“.
I truly can’t believe how much drama my opinion piece has caused on the right. I implore you to properly read what I wrote and not listen to the insanity from Alex Jones or Trump hacks.
That is good advice. Instead of listening to people who have a history of being less than honest, you should read Pablo O’Hana’s article and determine for yourself if he really stated that Hillary Clinton has been confirmed to replace Joe Biden in the US Presidential Election.

As the video below shows (courtesy of ALX), President Biden was seen disembarking from Air Force One in Wilmington, Delaware at around 7:30 PM, after a campaign event in Madison.
Despite his poor debate performance against Donald Trump, and claims that he has trouble walking, Biden appears to confidently strut down the stairs by himself, even pausing momentarily to point at someone.
When Biden arrived on the tarmac, he saluted an officer and took time to speak with him. He then answered a shouted question from a journalist who asked if he planned to watch “the interview tonight”..
It is obvious from the video that President Joe Biden was fit and well when he left Air Force One.
The White House also confirmed that the rumours of President Joe Biden suffering a medical emergency on Air Force One were “100% false“.

Fact #3 : Biden Cancelled Event To Avoid Crossing Picket Line
The truth is – President Joe Biden made the decision to cancel his Philadelphia event on Sunday, the day before he flew on Air Force One on 6 July 2024.
Biden was originally scheduled to speech at the annual conference of the National Education Association (NEA) in Philadelphia on Sunday, 7 July.
However, the NEA’s staff union – the National Education Association Staff Organization, announced a strike on Friday, 5 July, setting up picket lines around the Pennsylvania Convention Center in downtown Philadelphia for a planned 3-day strike.
The very same day, Biden cancelled his speech. His campaign told the Associated Press that the president is a “fierce supporter of unions, and he won’t cross a picket line“.
The union’s 3-day picket of the event also effectively ended the weeklong convention, causing the cancellation of the last three days, including President Biden’s appearance.
Finally, the Biden campaign said on 5 July that he still plans to travel to Pennsylvania over the weekend, even though he already cancelled his speech at the NEA convention.

Let me start by pointing out that President Joe Biden did not die from a medical emergency aboard Air Force One. Neither did the New York Times confirm his death.
If Joe Biden really died, his death would have been reported to the US Congress, and publicly announced. It’s not like they can just keep quiet and replace him with a body double!
There would also have been extensive coverage globally. Yet, there has been no such announcement by the White House, and not even a peep from any legitimate media outlet – more than half a day after people started making these claims!
Unsurprisingly, the people making those claims did not provide any evidence President Biden suffered some kind of medical emergency, much less died from it.
When asked for the source of her claims, Laura Loomer said, “I’m a journalist. I don’t divulge my sources.”
Fact #2 : President Biden Walked Off Air Force One In Delaware
In any case, we know for sure President Joe Biden is alive and well, and did not suffer any life-threatening medical emergency, because there is actual video footage of him alive and well!

Fact #3 : White House Pool Did Not Report Death / Emergency
A White House Pool report written by Sophie Hills of The Christian Science Monitor confirmed the authenticity of the video above. It also showed that nothing untoward happened to President Joe Biden during that trip – he did not suffer any medical emergency, and he certainly did not die.
President Biden stepped onto the stairs down from AF1 at 7:34 and walked down, holding the railing. Part of the way down he stopped and pointed to something to his right.
He descended the stairs the rest of the way, and saluted, shook hands, and spoke with a greeter.
Pool shouted some questions. “Will you watch your interview Mr. President?” The president crouched slightly and jokingly looked at the pool, pretending to be ready to jump away. A reporter repeated the question and pool was too far away to hear what the president said, but it looked like he said “yes I will.”
The president got into an SUV and the motorcade is rolling from DANG at 7:38.

First, let me just point out that there is no indication that the Democrats are planning to switch from Joe Biden to Michelle Obama in the 2024 Presidential election.
If the Democrats are planning to replace Joe Biden with Michelle Obama in the 2024 Presidential election, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media. Yet, that never happened because it was all made up.
While Democrats are considering the possibility of switching from Joe Biden to a younger and more dynamic candidate after the disastrous first debate against Donald Trump, Michelle Obama isn’t one of them. Rather, they appear to be considering the likes of Vice President Kamala Harris, California governor Gavin Newsom, Illinois governor J. B. Pritzker, and Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer.
Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claims.
Fact #2 : Voter Registration Card Was Sent By Non-Profit Organisation
As “evidence”, The People’s Voice article shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) which purportedly shows a voter registration card bearing Michelle Obama’s face.
That mailer is genuine, but it has nothing to do with Democrats switching from Joe Biden to Michelle Obama for the 2024 Presidential election.
That registration card mailer was sent by The Voter Participation Center (whose name and address are clearly seen on the upper left corner). It also clearly states that The Voter Participation Center is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organisation.
The Voter Participation Center works with election officials and other grassroots organisations to make it easier for people in the United States to register and cast their votes.
This recent mailer also has nothing to do with the Biden-Trump debate, because similar mailers were also sent out before the 2022 midterm congressional elections in November 2022.
Fact #3 : Michelle Obama Ruled Out Presidency Bid
Despite her popularity, Michelle Obama has consistently ruled out running for the US Presidency. In fact, on 5 March 2024, the former First Lady’s office told NBC News that she does not intend to run for President:

Truth : ICC Did Not Issue Arrest Warrants For COVID Crimes Against Humanity!

Fact #1 : ICC Did Not Issue Arrest Warrants For COVID Crimes Against Humanity
First, let me just point out that the International Criminal Court (ICC) did not issue any arrest warrants for crimes against humanity that were allegedly committed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
If the ICC really issued arrest warrants against anyone for crimes against humanity, it would have been reported all over the world. In fact, the ICC itself would have issued a public statement, like it did just 3 days ago, when it issued arrest warrants against the Russian Minister of Defence Sergei Shoigu, and the Russian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov.
Needless to say, there was no ICC press release or reputable media report on arrest warrants being issued for crimes against humanity allegedly committed during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s because it was all made up!
Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.
Fact #2 : President Joe Biden Was Not Arrested
The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a photo which purportedly shows US President Joe Biden being arrested by police officers.
That is a fake, AI-generated image. If you look closely, you can see Biden’s right hand is bizarrely dislocated from his arm. The police officers also have bizarre fingers (that disappear), as well as have bizarrely-placed face masks, or in one case – a face mask that disappears halfway!
Needless to say – President Joe Biden was not arrested for any reason.
Fact #3 : International Criminal Court Post Is Fake!
The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the International Criminal Court posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:
Elites behind depopulation agenda will face swift and severe justice.
That is a fake screenshot, because there is no such post on X by the International Criminal Court! If the ICC actually made such a shocking post, it would have been reported by the media across the world. But of course, that didn’t happen, because the ICC never posted it!
In addition, the actual ICC account on X has a grey checkmark, not a blue checkmark. Why would The People’s Voice article use a fake screenshot???
Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News
The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.
Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Some people and/or websites are claiming or suggesting that a confused President Joe Biden wandered off at a G7 photoshoot, forcing Italian Prime Minister Meloni to shepherd him back!
New York Post : Biden appears to wander off at G7 summit before being pulled back by Italian PM
President Biden appeared to wander off at the G7 summit in Italy, with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni needing to pull him back to focus.
As world leaders applauded a parachuting presentation, Biden could be seen trailing off and stepping away from the group, appearing to talk to an officer packing a parachute.

The annual G7 gathering for once actually achieved more than warm words, but the unprecedented $50billion (£39billion) seizure of Russian assets to aid Ukraine will not be why Puglia ’24 will be remembered.
“It’s the worst he’s ever been,” one seasoned diplomatic source whispered to me yesterday, and the whole world can see it now.
Meloni’s photo op show of unity and military prowess was quickly overshadowed when Biden decided to turn his back on the G7 group as they clapped for each parachute jumper displaying a national flag.
He stood grinning for a few seconds before deciding to shuffle away from the powerful pack.
After taking several small and limbering steps he began to talk to someone and offered them a thumbs-up. The other leaders stood watching the President with puzzled looks on their faces.
Emmanuel Macron, Rishi Sunak and Giorgia Meloni stared in his direction before catching each other’s eye with a knowing glance.
Quick-thinking Meloni then made a beeline for the President before tugging on Biden’s arm.
By this point the President was facing in the total opposite direction, with his back to everyone else, clearly not sticking to the script.
As if helping a confused elderly relative, Meloni gently shepherded Biden back towards the photographers, as the rest of the G7 leaders all made an obvious movement to surround the befuddled-looking Joe.

Biden was seen staring off into the distance and wandering around like a brain-dead zombie, and even had to be ushered by Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.

Fact #1 : G7 Parachute Video Was Edited
Let me start by pointing out that the viral video, which was posted by the New York Post, appeared to be edited from the original video posted by the Republican National Committee (archive).
The truth is – the Joe Biden turned away to give a thumbs up to several parachutists who landed behind the group. A parachutist rigger appeared in the original video, but was cropped out to make President Joe Biden appear as if he wandered away from the group of world leaders preparing for a G7 photo opportunity.
In the full, unedited video, the group of world leaders watched as a parachutist carrying a G7 banner landed in front of them. Several other parachutists landed behind them, along with a parachute rigger who was kneeling on the ground to pack up one of parachutes and the French flag.
The original video also shows Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and French President Emmanuel Macron briefly looking towards the parachutists who landed behind them. Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni then walked toward Biden, to tap him on the arm and invite him to join the other leaders who were being briefed by an Italian Army officer about the demonstration they just watched.
In short – President Joe Biden did not wander off in a confused or befuddled state. In fact, he was not only aware that some parachutists had landed behind the group, he actually took the effort to acknowledge them, and say something to them.
Fact #2 : White House Criticised The Disinformation
The White House criticized the New York Post and other media outlets for mischaracterising President Joe Biden as “confused”, and for using an “artificially narrow frame” to make it appear as if he wandered off in a daze.
White House spokesperson Andrew Bates shared the unedited video, and pointed out on X that Joe Biden was congratulating one of the parachutists, and giving them a thumbs up.
The Murdoch outlets are so desperate to distract from @POTUS’s record that they just lie.
Here, they use an artificially narrow frame to hide from viewers that he just saw a skydiving demonstration.
He’s saying congratulations to one of the divers and giving a thumbs up.
White House communications director Ben LaBolt shared Andrew Bates’ criticism, and warned about “bad faith actors” who posted the edited video:

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak pushed back on claims that President Joe Biden was confused that day. According to The Telegraph, Biden merely wanted to shake the hands of all those parachutists:
He went to go and talk to the pilot, one of the parachute jumpers. He went to go and shake all their hands.
They all landed and he was being very polite and went over to talk to all of them individually, and Giorgia was saying don’t worry they’re all coming – we were meant to line up and they were coming to shake our hands.
As far as I know he went over to talk to some of the parachute jumpers, saying thank you or hello to them all individually, and then we all lined up and they all came and lined up.
Fact #4 : This Is Just Fake News About Joe Biden

US Senators Drop a Bombshell on the World Health Organization
The tide is turning.
In a shocking turn of events, all Republican senators (49), led by Senator Ron Johnson, have formally urged President Joe Biden to withdraw his support in expanding the World Health Organization’s (WHO) pandemic authority.
The letter, sent ahead of the 77th World Health Assembly scheduled from May 27 to June 1, 2024, in Geneva, Switzerland, argues that the WHO’s mishandling of the COVID-19 crisis underscores the need for major reforms rather than granting it more power.
The senators warn that such an expansion could threaten U.S. sovereignty and constitutional rights, emphasizing that any international agreement enhancing WHO’s authority should be treated as a treaty, requiring a two-thirds supermajority vote in the Senate for approval.
“THIS IS BIG NEWS!!!” wrote Dr. Meryl Nass on 𝕏.
“49 Senators (every Republican Senator) have told President Biden to withdraw US support for the Treaty and IHR amendments–but if the US does go forward, the treaty(s) will have to be submitted to the Senate for its advice and consent, requiring a 2/3 vote (which is an appropriate threat).”
These claims are based on a letter that Senator Ron Johnson and Senator Rick Scott sent to the Biden Administration:
Dear Mr. President:
Next month, during the Seventy-seventh World Health Assembly (WHA), your administration is expected to commit the United States to two international agreements that would strengthen the World Health Organization’s (WHO) authority to declare public health emergencies of international concern and expand the WHO’s authority over member states during such emergencies. This is unacceptable.
The WHO’s failure during the COVID-19 pandemic was as total as it was predictable and did lasting harm to our country. The United States cannot afford to ignore this latest WHO inability to perform its most basic function and must insist on comprehensive WHO reforms before even considering amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) or any new pandemic-related treaty that would increase WHO authority. We are deeply concerned that your administration continues to support these initiatives and strongly urge you to change course.
Article 55 of the IHR requires the text of any IHR amendment to be communicated to member states at least four months before the WHA at which they are to be considered. As the WHO has still not provided final amendments text to member states, we submit that IHR amendments may not be considered at next month’s WHA. Some of the over 300 proposals for amendments made by member states would substantially increase the WHO’s health emergency powers and constitute intolerable infringements upon U.S. sovereignty. As such, it was essential that the WHO abide by the four-month notice period to allow member states time to ensure that no traces of such proposals were included in a final amendment package for consideration by the WHA. Having failed to do so, amendments are not in order.
The WHO’s most recent publicly available draft of its new pandemic response treaty is dead on arrival. Instead of addressing the WHO’s well-documented shortcomings, the treaty focuses on mandated resource and technology transfers, shredding intellectual property rights, infringing free speech, and supercharging the WHO. Moving forward with a new pandemic preparedness and response treaty ignores the fact that we are still unsure of COVID-19’s origins because Beijing continues to block a legitimate independent investigation. We strongly urge you not to join any pandemic related treaty, covenant, or agreement being considered at the Seventy-seventh WHA. Should you ignore this advice, we state in the strongest possible terms that we consider any such agreement to be a treaty requiring the concurrence of two-thirds of the Senate under Article II Section 2 of the Constitution.
In light of the high stakes for our country and our constitutional duty, we call upon you to (1) withdraw your administration’s support for the current IHR amendments and pandemic treaty negotiations, (2) shift your administration’s focus to comprehensive WHO reforms that address its persistent failures without expanding its authority, and (3) should you ignore these calls, submit any pandemic related agreement to the Senate for its advice and consent.

Truth : WHO Pandemic Treaty Will Not Threaten US Sovereignty!
This is yet another example of fake news about the WHO Pandemic Treaty, and here are the reasons why…
Fact #1 : WHO Member States Want To Better Prepare For Future Pandemics
This claim is based on WHO member state discussions, which started in 2022, to amend existing International Health Regulations to strengthen the world’s preparedness against future global pandemics.
The International Health Regulations (IHR) were first adopted by member states in 1969, empowering the WHO to monitor global diseases. Those regulations have since been revised over the years, including in 2005 – after the SARS outbreak.
On 1 December 2021, world leaders agreed to kickstart the process to draft and negotiate an agreement or convention to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response“.
Fact #2 : Recommendations Came From WHO Member States
The proposed recommendations came from WHO member states, and not WHO itself. Among the more than 200 recommendations on how to better prepare for the next pandemic were:
sharing of data and genomic sequences on emerging viruses
a plan for equitable vaccine distribution
a ban on wildlife markets
incentives for reporting new viruses or variants
Fact #3 : Biden Administration Does Not Want A Binding Agreement
The European Union proposed that the changes be adopted in the form of a new treaty, a measure backed by Britain, Indonesia and Kenya, among other countries.
Despite what people are claiming on social media, the United States has opposed a binding treaty. India and Brazil are similarly reluctant about adopting a treaty.
The EU proposed the treaty and is its biggest backer, with support from Britain, Indonesia, Kenya and others.
The United States will take part in the talks but has opposed a binding treaty. India and Brazil have also voiced reservations.
Yet, all GOP senators are apparently insisting that the WHO Pandemic Treaty should be a binding treaty??? Do they want to maintain US sovereignty, or hand it over to the WHO???
Fact #4 : WHO Pandemic Treaty Is Unlikely To Be Binding
The zero draft of the proposed WHO agreement on preparing for future pandemics was released on 1 February 2023, and was the focus of the article by The Epoch Times.
If you download and read the zero draft, you will realise that the WHO is still calling it a “convention, agreement, or other international instruments“, clearly showing that member countries have not decided whether they want it to be binding or otherwise.
In the third point noted on the very first page of the draft, it was even pointed out that this is just a draft that is being used for “commencing negotiations“, and that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed“.
The INB (Intergovernmental Negotiating Body) further agreed that the zero draft would be considered at its fourth meeting as a basis for commencing negotiations at that meeting, it being understood that the zero draft will be without prejudice to the position of any delegation and following the principle that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”.
So it is ludicrous for anyone who read the first page of the zero draft to claim that the Biden Administration is planning to sign away US sovereignty to the WHO. Moreover, the Biden Administration does not want a binding agreement, while the GOP senators appear to be demanding for one!
More to the point – if the Biden Administration holds firm, the Pandemic Treaty will not be binding, as every country has to agree to these changes, or nothing changes.
Fact #5 : WHO Pandemic Treaty Does Not Affect Sovereignty!
If you download and read the zero draft, or any of the Pandemic Treaty’s draft agreements, you will realise that WHO Member States will continue to have the right to “determine and manage” their own healthcare initiatives, including how to tackle future pandemics!
In fact, the issue of sovereignty was addressed at least three times in the latest April 2024 draft:
… reaffirming the principle of sovereignty of States in addressing public health matters,
Recalling the sovereign right of States over their biological resources…
… the sovereign right of States to adopt, legislate and implement legislation, within their jurisdiction, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, the WHO Constitution and the principles of international law, and their sovereign rights over their biological resources;
Only those who did not read any of the draft agreements will remain unaware that the WHO Pandemic Treaty would not affect any country’s sovereignty!
Fact #6 : WHO DG Dismissed Sovereignty Claim In May 2022
On May 17, 2022, WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus dismissed the claim that countries signing up for this new agreement would be giving up their sovereignty.
The accord process is led by Member States with their own Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (called INB), representing all regions of the world. The INB has now started a two-year process that includes global public hearings with all stakeholders. This represents the world’s opportunity to plan together, detect pathogens quicker, share data broadly and collectively respond more effectively to the next diseases X or known pathogens.
Unfortunately, there has been a small minority of groups making misleading statements and purposefully distorting facts.
I want to be crystal clear. WHO’s agenda is public, open and transparent. WHO stands strongly for individual rights. We passionately support everyone’s right to health and we will do everything we can to ensure that that right is realized.
The first ever World Health Assembly, which took place soon after the WHO Constitution entered into force in 1948, was a watershed event in global public health. And like the proposed pandemic preparedness accord, this did not mean WHO usurped nations’ sovereignty; in fact it strengthened countries’ ability to fight diseases together.
WHO is an expression of Member States’ own sovereignty and WHO is entirely what the sovereign 194 Member States want WHO to be.
Every year, these sovereign governments come together at the World Health Assembly to set the health agenda for the world. Individually we can’t beat pandemics; our best chance is together.

The poll was conducted by Al-Monitor in partnership with data analytics firm Premise and asked which of the three world leaders they viewed “most favorably.”
44.4% of those surveyed said they viewed Putin most favorably, followed by Chinese President Xi Jinping with 33.8%, while only 21.7% said they preferred Biden.
Truth : Global Poll Did Not Show Putin 2X More Popular Than Biden!

Fact #1 : It Was Not A Global Poll
Let me start by pointing out that the Al-Monitor poll which was the basis of the The People’s Voice article was not a global poll. It only covered three Middle Eastern countries – Egypt, Iraq, Turkey; and one North African country – Tunisia.
That’s only a fraction of Middle Eastern and North African countries – just three out of 18 countries in the Middle East, and just one in seven countries in North Africa . It’s not even a regional poll. It also did not include influential countries like Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), or Jordan.
More importantly, the poll covers just 4 of the 195 countries around the world. So the poll does not show that Vladimir Putin is twice as popular as Joe Biden around the world.
Fact #2 : Al-Monitor Poll Did Not Show Waning US Influence
The Al-Monitor poll also does not show the US losing influence around the world under President Joe Biden, as the The People’s Voice article claimed.
In fact, the Al-Monitor poll actually showed that 40% of respondents agreed that the US is still “best equipped to help solve the Israel-Hamas war”, compared to Russia (27.9%) or China (13.4%).
In other words, the respondents overwhelmingly believe that the US is still far more influential than Russia, at least in resolving the Israel-Hamas war.
Fact #3 : Al-Monitor Did Not Refer To Biden’s Weak Leadership
The People’s Voice article suggests that the Al-Monitor polling showed that the US was losing influence due to President Joe Biden’s “weak leadership.
The Al-Monitor article (archive) suggested that Washington’s popularity suffered due to its support of Israel’s war in Gaza, and said nothing about Biden’s leadership qualities.
Again, the Al-Monitor poll showed that 40% of respondents agreed that the US is still “best equipped to help solve the Israel-Hamas war”, compared to Russia (27.9%) or China (13.4%).
That sounds like a tacit acknowledgement that people in those four countries trust Biden far more than Putin in helping to resolve the Israel-Hamas war.

Fact #1 : Joe Biden Did Not Ban Religious-Themed Easter Eggs!
This is really silly, but let me just point out that US President Joe Biden did not ban religious-themed Easter eggs in the White House Easter Egg art contest, or at the White House Easter Egg Roll.
What these right-wing American and Christian conservatives are apparently so outraged about is a flyer (PDF) calling for children in National Guard families to submit artwork for Easter eggs. Selected designs would then be painted onto real hen eggs by talented egg artists and displayed at the White House.
The flyer called for children to draw a “snapshot of their life“, but asked that their artwork must not contain include “questionable content, religious symbols, overtly religious themes, or partisan political statements“.
However, those submission guidelines have nothing to do with Joe Biden, Jill Biden, or the Biden Administration.
Fact #2 : Easter Egg Art Rules Set By American Egg Board
The eggs for the White House Easter Egg Roll event, as well as the Easter Egg art contest, are all sponsored by the American Egg Board. It is the American Egg Board that created those rules as the Sponsor.
It is clearly stated in the flyer that the Sponsor (American Egg Board) decides on the guidelines, and decides on the submissions.
[The] Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the entrant’s Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.
In addition, the flyer also states that participants will grant the Sponsor (American Egg Board), the right to use their artwork, and collect their personal data. It also referred participants to the American Egg Board’s privacy policy.
In short, the White House Easter Egg art contest rules were issued by the American Egg Board, not Joe Biden, Jill Biden, or the Biden Administration.
Fact #3 : Those Rules Were Used For Last 45 Years!
What’s even more damning is the fact that the non-discrimination language used in the American Egg Board flyer has been used for the last 45 years, across many administrations both Republican and Democrat.
After many right-wing American and Christian conservatives vented their bile on social media, White House Deputy Assistant to President Joe Biden, Elizabeth Alexander, pointed out this hypocrisy:

Fact #1 : Joe Biden Did Not Cancel Easter In The United States
This is silly, but let me just point out that US President Joe Biden did not cancel Easter in the United States.
In fact, President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden are hosting the 2024 White House Easter Egg Roll on Easter Monday, 1 April 2024 – a tradition that dates back to 1878.
The theme this year is “EGGucation” as announced by the White House on March 28, 2024:
Today, the White House announced the full program of activities for the 2024 White House Easter Egg Roll, a tradition dating back to 1878. A teacher for more than 30 years, First Lady Jill Biden is continuing her theme of “EGGucation” for the event, transforming the South Lawn and Ellipse into a school community, full of fun educational activities for children of all ages to enjoy.
In addition to the time-honored traditions of rolling and hunting eggs, this year’s White House Easter “EGGucation” Roll will also feature a School House Activity Area, Reading Nook, Field Trip to the Farm, Picture Day, a Physical “EGGucation” Zone, a Snack Time Tent and more. The South Façade of the White House will be adorned with balloons, marked with STEAM school subjects, a nod to Dr. Biden’s belief that with EGGucation, “all students can soar.”
Unsurprisingly, none of those making this ridiculous claim actually provided any evidence that the Biden Administration cancelled Easter in the United States.
Joe Biden is the first American president to issue a formal proclamation. However, neither Joe Biden, nor the Democrats, created the Transgender Day of Visibility!
The International Transgender Day of Visibility is an annual event that occurs on every March 31, since it started in 2009. It was created by transgender activist Rachel Crandall of Michigan, not Joe Biden, or the Democratic Party.
Fact #3 : Easter Occurs On Different Day Every Year!
Unlike the Transgender Day of Visibility, Easter is not celebrated on a fixed date. Instead, Easter falls on a Sunday between 22 March and 25 April, after the astronomical full moon.
Only in 2024 does Easter coincide with Transgender Day of Visibility – on March 31, 2024. However, that does not mean Transgender Day of Visibility is cancelling out Easter.
These people do not appear to understand that two (or more) celebrations can occur on the same day. Either that, or they think you are really easy to fool…
Fact #4 : Joe Biden Issued Similar Proclamation In Past Years
I should also point out that President Biden first proclaimed March 31 as a Transgender Day of Visibility in 2021, and did so in 2022 and 2023 as well. He did not intentionally declare 31 March 2024 as the Transgender Day of Visibility to mock Christians.
This isn’t something new or exceptional for Joe Biden. He has issued a proclamation for every Transgender Day of Visibility every year of his presidency. If Easter did not get cancelled in 2021, 2022, and 2023, his 2024 proclamation certainly wouldn’t cancel Easter either!
Fact #5 : Joe Biden Celebrated Easter In Previous Years
Finally, I should point out that Joe Biden is a devout Catholic, and has been celebrating Easter every year, so he would never mock Easter as many people are claiming.
We also know that both President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden hosted the White House Easter Egg Roll the past two years – in 2022, and 2023. They only skipped it in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
If the Bidens have been celebrating Easter in the past, why would anyone falsely claim that they are cancelling Easter this year??? Isn’t lying a sin in Christianity???

Fact #1 : Baltimore Bridge Collapsed After Being Hit By Ship
Let me start by simply pointing out that the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore collapsed on March 26, 2024, after being hit by a massive cargo container ship.
This Baltimore bridge did not collapse after an explosion. Neither was its collapse caused by a planned demolition in a false flag operation.
The viral video showing the bridge collapsing after an explosion is actually a video showing the partial collapse of the Crimean Bridge after being hit by a truck bomb on 8 October 2022. It has nothing to do with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.
Fact #2 : Baltimore Bridge Opened In 1977
Constructed over a period of five years at an estimated cost of US$110 million, the Francis Scott Key Bridge opened in 1977. It is a 4-lane steel bridge that spanned 2.6 km across the Patapsco River, where its namesake wrote the Star-Spangled Banner in 1814 after witnessing the British defeat at the Battle of Baltimore, and the British bombing of Fort McHenry.
After the bridge collapsed, other ships could no longer leave the Port of Baltimore. Over 40 ships remain trapped inside the Baltimore port, while another 30 ships that planned to make port are no longer able to do so.
The key point is this – this bridge was built 47 years ago under Republican president Gerald Ford, and opened under Democratic president Jimmy Carter. There was no DEI at that time, and its design and construction had nothing to do with the present Biden Administration, including current Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg.
The Dali is a massive Singapore-flagged container ship that is 289 meters long, and holds up to 10,000 twenty-foot equivalent (TEU) cargo containers. At the time it hit the bridge, it was carrying 4,679 TEU containers of cargo.
It was just leaving the Port of Baltimore just after midnight when it lost power. Not only were the crew blinded in the dark, none of its electronics worked and there was no propulsion, so they were unable to control the ship.
As the crew tried unsuccessfully to restart its engine, a local pilot onboard the vessel ordered the ship to be steered to port (left), and the anchor to be dropped. While the crew managed to restore electrical power using an emergency generator, they were not able to restart its engines.
With the ship floating adrift, the two local pilots onboard issued a mayday call at 1:30 AM to warn authorities that a collision was imminent, which allowed them to stop traffic from going over the bridge. A Maryland Transportation Authority official was recorded saying at that time:
There’s a ship approaching that has lost their steering. Until you’ve got that under control, we’ve got to stop all traffic.
According to NTSB investigator in charge, Marcel Muise, the recovered voyage data recorder (VDR) helped them establish the timeline of events:
12:39 AM : Dali departs Seagirt Marine Terminal
1:07 AM : Dali enters Fort McHenry Channel
1:24 AM : Numerous alarms were recorded on audio at the ship’s bridge, and data recording stopped (due to power loss) before resuming shortly from a redundant power source.
1:26 AM : The pilots onboard Dali made a high frequency radio call for tugboats to assist the Dali.
1:27 AM : The pilot dropped the port anchor and made another radio call reporting that the Dali lost all power, and was approaching the bridge.
1:29 AM : The Dali collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge’s support pylon, causing it to collapse.
The video below, which is being shared on WhatsApp, does not accurately reflect the truth – the ship never regained the use of its engines, but it clearly shows when the ship lost power, and when it restored electrical power.
There is no evidence that this accident was a planned attack, a cyberattack or a false flag operation.
For one thing – the Dali is owned by Singapore-based Grace Ocean, and managed by Singapore-based Synergy Marine Group, and it was chartered by Danish shipping giant Maersk to carry cargo. It is highly unlikely that those Singaporean and Danish companies would be involved in a planned attack.
On top of that, there were two local pilots onboard the Dali. If it was a planned attack, they would be complicit in a plot that would have involved dozens of people and intricate planning… for the “terrifying” purpose of collapsing a single bridge. Hardly makes for a great movie plot, don’t you think?
The Baltimore Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) said in a press statement, that “There is no specific and credible information to suggest any ties to terrorism at this time.”
United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Erek L. Barron also dismissed those claims in a public statement, saying “There is no evidence at this time to suggest that today’s collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore has any ties to terrorism.”
Fact #5 : Dali Was Inspected Twice Last Year
Dali was involved in a July 2016 accident, in which it hit a quay as it tried to exit the North Sea container terminal at the port of Antwerp in Belgium. That incident, which damaged several meters of its hull, was blamed on the ship’s master, and the local pilot onboard.
The Dali was inspected twice last year. According to Equasis, an inspection that was carried out in June 2023 in San Antonio, Chile, found that the Dali had “propulsion and auxiliary machinery” deficiencies. The Maritime Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said a faulty monitor gauge for fuel pressure was rectified before the vessel departed the port.
In September 2023, the Dali underwent another inspection, this time by the US Coast Guard in New York, but that inspection did not find any deficiencies at that time. However, that does not mean that the Dali did not suffer engine failure before colliding into the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
Until investigations into the Dali are complete, anyone who claims that the collision was intentional is likely lying to you.
Fact #6 : Loss Of Power May Be Caused By Dirty Fuel
The loss of power experienced by the Dali is common in the maritime industry (source) – as many as 600 cases each year according to FuelTrust, although most occur in open water. They are often associated with poorly mixed fuel, or changing from high-sulphur to low-sulphur fuels when entering coastal emission control areas (ECAs).
In fact, shipping experts think “dirty fuel” may be the reason for Dali to lose power before smashing into the Francis Scott Key Bridge (source).
That power loss could have been caused by dirty fuel clogging filters that leadto the ship’s main generator.
While inside a port, as the Dali was before the collision, ships typically run on a relatively light diesel fuel. That also could have been contaminated. Common contaminants include water, dirt and algae. He definitely could have had dirty fuel
– Gerald Scoggins, a veteran chief engineer in the oil and gas industry and the CEO of the Houston company Deepwater Producers
Ian Ralby, the CEO of I.R. Consilium, a maritime and resource security consultancy, also said heavy marine fuel loaded onto ships in port is mixed with what is called cutter stock, and is prone to being loaded with contaminants and is not closely regulated. Such dirty fuel could have “gummed up all of the fuel lines on the ship.”
Fact #7 : Baltimore Bridge Was In Fair Condition
According to a press aide for Pete Buttigieg (source), the Francis Scott Key Bridge was last inspected in May 2023, and “found to be in satisfactory condition with an overall rating of fair”. Such inspections are supposed to occur every 24 months
Previously, Federal Highway Administration records show the bridge was last inspected in May 2021. Back then, inspectors rated its condition as “fair” with a rating of 6 (satisfactory) out of a maximum of 9, on three parameters.
To be clear – these inspections were being carried out on the bridge every 2 years, regardless of who happens to be the Transportation Secretary at that time.
Fact #8 : Baltimore Bridge Location + Design Was Problematic
In light of the accident, experts are highlighting the problems with the location of the bridge’s piers and its design.
The Francis Scott Key Bridge is a steel truss suspension bridge with three centre spans held up by piers. Engineering experts that 11 News spoke to questioned why those piers were built so close to the shipping channel. They also pointed out that the bridge piers were not built to handle such ship collisions.
The way that it collapsed, I think that was surprising to some people, in particular, because one of the piers was hit, but all three of the spans collapsed. That’s a function of the continuity of the bridge.
So, there is a lot of load-sharing that goes on among those three spans, and so, if two of them are damaged or destroyed, as was the case here, by their support, direct support being removed, then the third span is going to be severely impacted and collapsed as well.

In other words – the Francis Scott Key Bridge did not collapse due to controlled demolition. Its three spans collapsed after the pier was hit due to its suspension design.
Fact #9 : Baltimore Bridge Lacked Pier Protection
Roberto Leon, a Virginia Tech engineering professor, also highlighted the fact that the piers lacked protection:
The only way the post can resist it is by bending. But it cannot absorb anywhere near the energy that this humongous ship is bringing. So it’s going to break.
If a bridge pier without adequate protection is hit by a ship of this size, there is very little that the bridge could do.
After the September 11 terrorist attacks in 2001, Maryland discussed installing pier guards, but decided against it as it was too expensive.
I think they would have been effective in all this. They would have reduced the impact, or at least prevented the ship impacting directly the piers because the way it went, it looked almost effortlessly the same. The vessel hit the pier and it just went and there was no hesitation. The bridge couldn’t handle it at all. So, I think the fenders, the bumpers would help.

Claim : Soldiers Are Protecting Trump Properties From Seizure!
On 22 March 2024, Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that Navy SEALS, Delta Force, Army Rangers, and US Marines are now protecting Trump properties in New York, Florida, New Jersey, Nevada, and California!
As usual, the article is long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpt. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!
White Hats Fortify Trump Properties
Navy SEALs at Mar-a-Lago. Marines stationed at President Trump’s Bedminster resort. Delta Force guarding Trump Tower and 40 Wall Street in New York City. And Army Rangers patrolling Donald Trump’s expansive Seven Springs golf course and estate in Westchester County.
General Eric M. Smith and the White Hat council have deployed 2,500 soldiers and Marines to Trump’s properties in New York, Florida, New Jersey, Nevada, and California as a formidable deterrent against the Deep State’s threat to seize his real estate empire. Agents of the Deep State have said they will annex Trump’s lands unless he secures a $454 million bond by next week.
Last month, Deep State judge Arthur Engoron floated that arbitrary figure after wrongly ruling that President Trump and his oldest sons overvalued their real estate holdings in New York and Florida. In response, the Trumps denied the spurious allegations, arguing that, if anything, insurance underwriters had undervalued holdings such as Trump Tower, Mar-a-Lago, and 40 Wall Street, and saying Engoron’s judgment is part of a broader Deep State conspiracy to deplete Trump’s campaign cash.
Mar-a-Lago sources told Real Raw News that the Deep State won’t see a dime of Trump’s money, and that Trump refused an overture to pay the fine with cash White Hats had acquired from the late Oprah Winfrey’s vast fortune. Trump reportedly told Gen. Smith that Oprah’s assets ought to be injected into the economy to help restore prosperity once the Biden cabal gets annihilated.
President Trump, the lawful commander-in-chief, accepted Gen. Smith’s counterproposal: bolster defenses should the Deep State try to forcibly commandeer Trump-owned properties.
It wasn’t the first time Trump welcomed White Hats onto his land. The 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment–Delta, or 1 SFOD-D, and an unknown number of Navy SEALs have been safeguarding Trump’s Mar-a-Lago headquarters since April 2021.
Now, White Hats have strengthened seven of Trump’s most valuable landmarks.
“I can’t say how many soldiers and Marines are watching a specific location, but we’ve placed over 2,500 men out there, and we’ve made no secret about it. In fact, President Trump and General Smith notified the necessary parties that Trump’s estates are under military guard. We’ve pretty much dared them to make a move,” our source said.

Fact #1 : Soldiers Are Not Protecting Trump Properties From Seizure!
This is really silly, but it has to be said – US soldiers are not protecting Trump properties from seizure.
If soldiers were actually deployed to protect his properties, it would have been covered internationally, not just nationally, because it would be completely unprecedented!
Yet, there was no such news. Not even right-wing conservative websites or pundits mentioned such a shocking event. There are also no photos or videos of soldiers guarding any Trump property. That’s because it never happened. There are no soldiers protecting Trump properties from being seized.
Unsurprisingly, the Real Raw News article offered no evidence to back up its claim, just rambling nonsense.
Fact #2 : US Soldiers Cannot Be Deployed Except In Special Circumstances
It is really silly for anyone to claim that US soldiers were sent to protect properties owned by Donald Trump, more so to prevent them from being seized.
The Posse Comitatus Act prevents federal military personnel from being deployed within the United States, except when expressly authorised by the Constitution, or an Act of Congress.
Generally, only the President of the United States can order the deployment of US federal military personnel and federalised National Guard troops within the United States using the Insurrection Act of 1807.
Even if President Joe Biden wanted to help protect Donald Trump’s properties, he wouldn’t be able to use the Insurrection Act to deploy troops, because they can only be deployed to “suppress civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion”.
Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

Several members of the family have openly spoken out against his candidacy, and his anti-vaccine views, calling them “dangerous”. To make it clear that the Kennedy family supports Joe Biden in his bid to be re-elected for a second term, almost the entire Kennedy family joined the president for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the White House on Sunday, 17 March 2024.
In an open snub to her own brother – RFK Jr., Kerry Kennedy posted a photo showing dozens of the Kennedy family taking a photo with Joe Biden, with this message.

Other members of the family then reshared the photo on their social media accounts, making it clear that they support Joe Biden, and not their infamous family member – RFK Jr.
Patrick Kennedy even tweeted additional photos, writing:

Joe Biden himself retweeted Kerry Kennedy’s post, with the reply, “From one proud Irish family to another — it was good to have you all back at the White House.”

In the second of a one-two punch against RFK Jr., Maria Shriver – another member of the Kennedy family, joined President Joe Biden the next day for his signing of a new executive order to spend $$12 billion to improve research on women’s issues like reproductive challenges and conditions like menopause.
At that White House event which was also attended by First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, Maria Shriver called the executive order historic, and praised Biden profusely for his commitment to women’s health in an obvious snub of RFK Jr., and joked:
I’ll bet today that this is the first time a president of the United States has ever signed an executive order that mentions the words ‘menopause’ and ‘women’s mid-life health!’
Shriver even threw a veiled jab at former President Donald Trump, when she said:
This is an undertaking that could only be put into a motion by a president who respects women sees women who understands women and who want the best for women who wants us all to achieve our highest potential.
Biden’s executive order comes at a time when women’s health issues are dominating politics, with several states adopting anti-abortion laws that have threatened even unrelated reproductive issues like IVF.
Just before he signed the executive order, Joe Biden repeated his call for people to vote for a Democratic Congress to restore abortion rights:
You send me a Democratic Congress that supports reproductive freedom, I promise you we will restore Roe v Wade again as the law of the land.
Biden’s executive order goes beyond reproductive health issues. It also includes federal funding of research into mental health, substance abuse disorders, environmental health factors, and autoimmune diseases that disproportionately affect women, like rheumatoid arthritis.
The National Institutes of Health, for example, will increase its investments in small businesses that focus on women’s health by 50%, while the Defense Department will invest $10 million to learn more about cancers and mental health issues affecting women in active military service.
The US NIH is also launching a new effort around menopause and the treatment of menopausal symptoms that will identify research gaps and work to close them, according to White House advisor Jennifer Klein. However, this funding isn’t guaranteed as it is ultimately up to the US Congress to approve it.

Fact #1 : Joe Biden Did Not Propose To Start Vaccinating America!
Let me start by pointing out that Joe Biden did not propose to start vaccinating America.
It is unknown if those people promoting that claim have hearing problems, or they are trying to gaslight other people. What is certain is that – Joe Biden never said that in the video.
If you watch the video, and listen carefully, you will hear him referring to vaccinating America in the past tense:
Folks, we’ve come through pretty tough times, and I know, I know we got a lot more to do. We had to stay off… we had to start off by vaccinating America. Trump stood flat-footed during that period of time before the pandemic.
To be clear – Joe Biden was speaking in the past tense, referring to his push to vaccinate America against COVID-19 early in his term.
Fact #2 : Donald Trump Did Promote COVID-19 Vaccines
Let me throw a bone to right-wing conservatives, who had to stoop so low as to mishear what Joe Biden actually said – former President Donald Trump did promote COVID-19 vaccines.
In fact, let me give him credit speeding up the development and approval of COVID-19 vaccines through Operation Warp Speed. He would later downplay the COVID-19 vaccines in his final months in office, and both Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine in private.
But former President Donald Trump backtracked (again?) and recommended that Americans get vaccinated against COVID-19 in March 2021.
I would recommend it. And I would recommend it to a lot of people that don’t want to get it and a lot of those people voted for me, frankly.
But again, we have our freedoms and we have to live by that and I agree with that also. But it is a great vaccine. It is a safe vaccine and it is something that works.
Later in December 2021, he would tell his fans that he also took the COVID-19 booster dose, as recommended by the CDC. At the same Dallas event, he told the crowd to take credit for helping to save lives using the COVID-19 vaccines:
Look, we did something that was historic. We saved tens of millions of lives worldwide. We together, all of us — not me, we — we got a vaccine done, three vaccines done, and tremendous therapeutics.
This was going to ravage the country far beyond what it is right now. Take credit for it. Take credit for it…. Don’t let them take it away. Don’t take it away from ourselves.
Fact #3 : Joe Biden Referred To Donald Trump’s Disbanding NSC Directorate
Right after stating that he started his administration by vaccinating America against COVID-19, Joe Biden referred to the Trump Administration’s decision in 2018 to dismantle a National Security Council (NSC) directorate at the White House that was charged with preparing for when, not if, another pandemic arrives.
The NSC Directorate of Global Health Security and Biodefense was created by former President Barack Obama in 2016, in response to the 2014 Ebola outbreak; and survived the transition to the Trump Administration. However, it was disbanded in May 2018 by John Bolton, right after President Donald Trump appointed him as head of the National Security Council.
So when President Donald Trump said that the SARS-CoVo-2 coronavirus “came out of nowhere” and “blindsided the world”, public health officials and national security experts disagreed, as they had been warning about coming pandemics for years. They also criticised his Administration’s decision to disband the directorate.
It would be nice if the office was still there. I wouldn’t necessarily characterize it as a mistake (to eliminate the unit). I would say we worked very well with that office.

In a viral post on X (formerly Twitter), Elon Musk appeared to suggest that NYC migrant Jhoan Boada was set free and given a free ticket to California, after beating up police officers in Times Square!

While the post did not mention the illegals he was referring to, Elon Musk attached a photo of NYC migrant Jhoan Boada showing his infamous middle finger salute as President Joe Biden awards him the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
Truth : NYC Migrant Jhoan Boada Was Exonerated Of All Charges!
Let’s take a closer look at Elon Musk’s post and find out what the facts really are!
Fact #1 : NYC Migrant Jhoan Boada Was Exonerated Of All Charges!
Let me start by pointing out that the NYC migrant in photo that Elon Musk posted, Jhoan Boada, was exonerated of all charges in connection with the Times Square brawl involving a group of migrants and NYPD police officers.
On Saturday, 27 January 2024, two officers and a lieutenant from the NYPD Midtown South Precinct approached a group of men outside a migrant shelter on West 42nd Street at around 8:30 PM. When they tried to arrest one of the men, several other migrants attacked them.
Surveillance video recorded several migrants kicking and punching the NYPD officers, while trying to pry them off a man the police had taken to the ground. Seven migrants were charged for their alleged roles in that fight.
Jhoan Boada, a native of Venezuela, was one of those who were arrested and charged for his alleged participation in the brawl. When Boada infamously showed bystanders the middle fingers after leaving his arraignment in court, he would become the face of the mostly right-wing outrage over the incident.
However, just over a month later – on 2 March 2024, the Manhattan District Attorney dropped all charges against Jhoan Boada, calling it a case of mistaken identity. As Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg announced:
Our investigation has revealed that Marcelino Estee, not Jhoan Boada, is the individual described in this complaint, wearing the black & white jacket with pink shoes, committing this assault.
We are therefore moving to dismiss this complaint against Jhoan Boada.
To be clear, Jhoan Boada – the infamous NYC migrant who flipped the bird and made right-wing conservatives so outraged, is completely innocent of the crime. He was not involved in the Times Square brawl with NYPD officers.
Fact #2 : Jhoan Boada Photo Was Edited
Just in case you are wondering, the viral photo of Jhoan Boada showing his two middle fingers while receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Joe Biden isn’t genuine. It was photoshopped.
Fact #3 : Jhoan Boada Was Not Given Free Ticket To California
There is no evidence that Jhoan Boada was given any free ticket to flee to California, after being set free.
There is also no reason for Jhoan Boada to flee to California because… he was exonerated of all charges!
No one, not even Elon Musk, provided any evidence that Jhoan Boada was given a free ticket to California.
Fact #4 : No NYC Migrant Suspect Received Free Tickets To California
The claim that those NYC migrant suspects were given free tickets to California also appears to be false.
On 1 February 2024, a New York City official told CNN that four of the suspects who were arrested and subsequently released were given bus tickets by a faith-based charity, and were en-route to Calexico, California.
However, the same senior law enforcement official backtracked two weeks later, stating that the New York City police no longer believed that the four men actually fled on a bus to California.
When police in Calexico visited an address provided by the charity, no one could identify the suspects. One of the suspects was later arrested in New York City on separate robbery charges. That led the police to believe that the tip was yet another “misidentification”.

Let’s take a closer look at Joe Biden’s claim and find out what the facts really are!
Fact #1 : Joe Biden Did Not Teach At UPenn
Let me start by pointing out that Joe Biden was the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania for four years – from 2017 to 2021. He was also appointed as a Senior Fellow at the Andrea Mitchell Center for the Study of Democracy at the same time (source).
As Presidential Practice Professor, Biden held joint appointments in the Annenberg School for Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences, with a secondary affiliation in the Wharton School.
However, none of them were teaching positions. The position of Benjamin Franklin Presidential Professor of Practice was only honorary, and did not involve any teaching, although Joe Biden shared his insights and wisdom with thousands of Penn students through seminars, talks, and classroom visits:

That said, Joe Biden taught constitutional law as an adjunct law professor at the Widener University Delaware Law School for about 17 years.
He taught constitutional law for one semester per year by himself for 12 years, and another 5 years with a co-teacher. This was confirmed by Widener University Delaware Law School dean, Rodney Smolla (source):
Senator Biden began teaching at the Delaware Law School in the fall of 1991. He taught a course in constitutional law on Saturdays, one semester each year. He taught the course by himself until 2003, when he was was joined by a co-teacher, Professor Robert Hayman of the Delaware Law faculty.

According to Smolla, Joe Biden last taught at the Delaware Law School in the fall of 2008. In short, Joe Biden taught constitutional law for 17 years, 12 of which were on his own.
Even if you only wish to count solo teaching, Joe Biden is correct in claiming that he caught the 2nd Amendment (which would be part of constitutional law) for 12 years. But technically, he taught constitutional law (which would include the 2nd Amendment) for 17 years.

Let me start by pointing out that this is an old claim from 2020, when a woman who called Ally Carter posted on Instagram that Barack Obama and Joe Biden raped her.
She claimed to have been trafficked in underground tunnels that run under schools, cemeteries, and Universal Studios to elites living in Hollywood, the Buckingham Palace, and the Getty Museum since she was thirteen years old.
The Stew Peters interview mentioned in the The People’s Voice article occurred on Wednesday, 10 November 2021 – more than 2 years ago!
Fact #2 : None Of Those Claims Were Ever Proven True
Despite these claims surfacing many years ago, Ally Carter never provided any evidence that:
she was sold to Joe Biden multiple times, or
there are millions of sex abuse victims like her, or
some sex abuse victims had their limbs cut off so they cannot fight back against the abuse, or
some abusers drained their victims’ blood to use as a fountain of youth, or
CPS (Child Protective Services) buys, sells, and trades children
Needless to say, The People’s Voice article provided zero evidence to back up those claims.
The claims that Michelle Obama is a transgender woman who was born a man is not only false, it’s absurdly ridiculous, because she gave birth to two girls – Malia Obama and Sasha Obama.
For those who are wondering – transgender women cannot give birth, or suffer miscarriages, as they were born men, and lack both ovaries and uterus. And no, Malia and Sasha Obama were not adopted.
Even if you ignore the fact that she gave birth to two girls, Michelle Obama grew up as a female. Her family and friends only knew her as a girl and then, a woman. Never as a boy or a man who later became transgender.
Michelle Obama sometimes shares photos of her childhood on her Instagram account. They are all proof that she grew up as a girl, never as a boy.
On the other hand, all these claims that she was born a boy has never been backed by any evidence. Ally Carter certainly offered no evidence that Michelle Obama was born a man.
In fact, if Ally Carter truly was raped by Michelle Obama, she would have know that Michelle was a woman through and through…

On top of that, The People’s Voice article and video used a fake cover photo, which shows a masculine Michelle Obama with a feminised Barack Obama.
It is an “upgraded” version of the fake Barack and Michelle Obama Christmas photo that went viral in 2022.

Fact #1 : Viral Video Is From January 2021
Let me start by pointing out that the viral video isn’t new. It was actually recorded and posted by CNN’s Manu Raju on 19 January 2021 – more than 3 years ago!
Anyone who claims that this shows a current event in February 2024 is lying to you.
Fact #2 : Soldiers Were Marching To Protect Biden Inauguration
The viral video does not show American soldiers marching to arrest anyone. It actually shows National Guard troops marching into Washington D.C. to protect the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden.
The troops were deployed in unprecedented numbers to safeguard the capital after the deadly insurrection at the US Capitol just days earlier, on January 6, 2021.
Manu Raju posted the video on both his Instagram and Twitter accounts, with the following descriptions:

Fact #3 : US Only Has 1.4 Million Active Military Personnel
As per Statista, the United States has the world’s third largest army with about 1.4 million active military personnel, as of 2022. However, that is made up of the many military branches in the United States:
Army Active Duty : 461,657
Navy Active Duty : 340,065
Army National Guard : 329,705
Air Force Active Duty : 320,421
Army Reserve : 176,171
Marine Corps Active Duty : 174,577
Air National Guard : 104,984
Air Force Reserve : 68,048
Navy Reserve : 55,224
Marine Corps Reserve : 32,599
Space Force Active Duty : 8,000
The US Army alone does not have 1 million soldiers, even if it brought in its entire reserves, as well as the National Guard. So it is literally impossible for “over a million” soldiers to be deployed to make arrests across the United States.
That number available for the US Army to deploy within the United States is far below 1 million, because approximately 171,000 troops are deployed overseas!
Even the approximately 800,000 US Army active, reserve and National Guard troops available in the United States cannot all be deployed, because a significant number has to be retained to man its many bases, and provide logistical or technical support.
It is really silly for anyone to claim that the US military personnel were sent to arrest civilians all across the United States. For what crime? For what purpose? None of that was explained, but yet, many people believed it is true.
All that is utter nonsense, because the United States is not a police state, or under martial law. In the US, criminals are arrested by the state police, or the FBI, depending on the nature of the crime committed. US military members would never be involved in such arrests.

Truth : Viral Photo Does Not Show Stacks Of Joe Biden Ballots!

Fact #1 : Viral Photo Is A Stock Photo
Let me start by pointing out that the viral photo is actually a stock photo taken by Drew Angerer, and is available on Getty Images as image number 620878242.
Fact #2 : Viral Photo Is From 2016 Election
The viral photo has nothing to do with the 2020 US Presidential election, because it was taken during the 2016 US Presidential election cycle. On 3 November 2016, to be specific.
For the benefit of people who are confused about the two elections, Joe Biden did not participate in the 2016 election, so it is impossible for his name to be on those 2016 ballot papers.
Donald Trump ran against Hillary Clinton in 2016, and won. However, Trump would lose the 2020 election against Joe Biden.
Fact #3 : They Were Test Ballot Papers
In addition – those were not actual ballots. They were test ballots papers that were being scanned on 3 November 2016 to ascertain that the voting machines and ballot scanners were working properly. This was explained clearly in the description of the stock photo in Getty Images:

Fact #4 : No Evidence Of Systemic Voter Fraud In 2020
Right after the 2020 US Presidential election concluded, 62 lawsuits were filed to contest the election process, vote counting, and vote certification process in 9 states.
Nearly all of those lawsuits were quickly dismissed or dropped due to the lack of evidence, or lack of standing. To date, none of the lawsuits have shown any systemic voter fraud. In fact,

The admission Monday was the latest evidence that Trump’s claims of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election were baseless. The former president’s allegations of massive voting fraud have been dismissed by a succession of judges and refuted by state election officials and his former attorney general, William Barr.
Both Project Veritas and O’Keefe said in their statements posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, that they are not aware of any evidence or other allegation of election fraud in Erie during the 2020 election.

Claim : Taylor Swift Showed Trump Won Flag At 2024 Grammys!
People are sharing a video on X (formerly Twitter), which appears to show music superstar Taylor Swift holding up a flag that proclaimed Trump Won, Democrats Cheated! while being photographed on the 2024 Grammy Awards red carpet!
This is yet another example of fake news circulating on X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…
Fact #1 : Viral Video Was Edited
Let me start by pointing out that the viral video was edited, with the addition of the red-coloured “Trump Won, Democrats Cheated!” flag and two hands holding them up.
It may not be obvious to most people, but if you look carefully, you can see several obvious signs of digital manipulation:
The Trump Won flag does not ripple or flutter at all. The folds remains still throughout the video, even when Taylor Swift appears to move the flag.
Taylor Swift’s fingers does not even twitch or move at all, even when she appears to move the flag.
Taylor Swift’s left hand has a white outline – a photo editing (masking) artifact, which is most clearly seen at the end of the video, against the black background.
In the first two seconds of the video, you can see her left hand (in black gloves) appearing just under the flag. Brightening the image shows the right hand (in black gloves) appearing under the flag too.
It is therefore no surprise that the video has been labelled by X (formerly Twitter) as Manipulated media. However, X has apparently made no attempt to remove the obviously edited video from its platform.
Fact #2 : Taylor Swift Did Not Hold Trump Flag At 2024 Grammys
To be clear – Taylor Swift did not hold up, or show, any Trump Won, Democrats Cheated! flag at the 2024 Grammy Awards red carpet.
We know this to be true, because the original video that was posted by Variety on 4 February 2024, shows her standing for photos with her left hand on her waist.
The original Variety video also showed Taylor Swift wearing long, black evening gloves. The edited video, on the other hand, showed naked fingers.
If you use an image editor to brighten the shadows, you can clearly see both of her hands in those black gloves appearing just under the red Trump Won flag.
But you don’t even need to do that – in the first two seconds of the edited video, you can see Taylor Swift’s left hand hold onto the fabric of her white dress.
Fact #4 : Taylor Swift Unlikely To Endorse Donald Trump
While Taylor Swift has yet to endorse any candidate for the upcoming 2024 Presidential election, it is very unlikely that she would ever endorse Donald Trump.
For one thing – Taylor Swift only endorsed Democrats so far. She endorsed Joe Biden in the 2020 election, and Phil Bredesen and Jim Cooper in the 2018 midterm elections in Tennessee. Her 2018 post, in particular, made it clear her values did not align with those of the GOP.
I’m writing this post about the upcoming midterm elections on November 6th, in which I’ll be voting in the state of Tennessee. In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now.
I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country. I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.
I cannot vote for someone who will not be willing to fight for dignity for ALL Americans, no matter their skin color, gender or who they love. Running for Senate in the state of Tennessee is a woman named Marsha Blackburn.
As much as I have in the past and would like to continue voting for women in office, I cannot support Marsha Blackburn. Her voting record in Congress appalls and terrifies me. She voted against equal pay for women. She voted against the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, which attempts to protect women from domestic violence, stalking, and date rape. She believes businesses have a right to refuse service to gay couples. She also believes they should not have the right to marry. These are not MY Tennessee values.
I will be voting for Phil Bredesen for Senate and Jim Cooper for House of Representatives. Please, please educate yourself on the candidates running in your state and vote based on who most closely represents your values. For a lot of us, we may never find a candidate or party with whom we agree 100% on every issue, but we have to vote anyway.
So many intelligent, thoughtful, self-possessed people have turned 18 in the past two years and now have the right and privilege to make their vote count. But first you need to register, which is quick and easy to do. October 9th is the LAST DAY to register to vote in the state of TN. Go to vote.org and you can find all the info. Happy Voting! 🗳😃🌈

People are sharing an article (archive) by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), which claims or suggests US President Joe Biden hired Bill Gates and other billionaire technocrats to flood the Internet with AI censorship bots ahead of the 2024 election!

Biden Hires Bill Gates To Flood the Internet With ‘AI-Censorship Bots’
The Biden administration has hired Bill Gates and other billionaire technocrats to flood the internet with ‘AI-censorship bots’ ahead of the 2024 election, according to reports.
A report from the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday exposed a secret AI-enabled censorship campaign aimed at preventing Trump from becoming president.
Reclaimthenet.org reports: The accusations focus on a series of AI tools currently under development. Financial backing for this venture has reportedly come from the Biden administration, leading to concerns about the permeation of political influence in freedom of speech.
According to the report, the administration has invested millions of funds in AI research. The objective of this activity, as stated, is the creation of handy tools capable of targeting and suppressing “misinformation.” Once operational, these utilities could ostensibly be handed over to major social media platforms.
Details contained in the report point towards a disturbing admission by researchers involved in the project, officially known as “Track F.” A series of emails reveal their belief that the average American lacks the ability to distinguish between truth and falsehood in the vast, complex landscape of online content. Seemingly, the project accuses veterans and conservatives of being particularly prone to disseminating or accepting misinformation, even more so than the general public.
The initiative dubbed “Track F” has been set in motion to recognize “misinformation,” while also producing educational materials for those most vulnerable to false narratives. This initiative is part of a largely unnamed effort, the “Convergence Accelerator Program,” which was stealthily set up in 2021 to address nationally impactful issues through high-level research.
Biden Did Not Hire Bill Gates To Flood Internet With AI Censorship Bots!
This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…
Fact #1 : Bill Gates Doesn’t Even Have An AI Program!
Let me start by simply pointing out that it is impossible for Joe Biden to hire Bill Gates to floor the Internet with AI censorship bots, because Bill Gates doesn’t even have an AI program!
Bill Gates is a big proponent of artificial intelligence, and has made a number of investments in AI companies like Inflection AI and LikeWise. However, he does not actually own or run those AI companies.
As far as anyone can tell – Bill Gates does not have the power or resources to “flood the Internet with AI censorship bots”.
The People’s Voice certainly offered no evidence that Joe Biden hired Bill Gates, or any other billionaire, to flood the Internet with AI censorship bots.
Fact #2 : Report Doesn’t Even Mention Bill Gates!
The People’s Voice article is based on an “Interim Staff Report” (PDF) by the GOP Representative Jim Jordan’s Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Government under the House Judiciary Committee.
While the report mentions a number of tech luminaries like Elon Musk and Marc Andreesen, it does not even mention Bill Gates once as a person of interest in the issue!
So why on Earth would anyone claim that US President Joe Biden hired Bill Gates, when he was not even mentioned in the report as a person of interest?!
Bill Gates’ name only appeared in the notes on Page 10 as part of a title of an article written by Jonathan Turley.
Fact #3 : Report Doesn’t Claim AI Tools Were Deployed
Even though the Jim Jordan report claims or suggests that the National Science Foundation (NSF) is funding the development of AI tools, it doesn’t even claim that they were deployed, or ready to deploy, for the 2024 US presidential election.
So why would anyone claim that Bill Gates or any tech billionaire was hired by Joe Biden to use these AI tools, which are still under development, to censor people during the 2024 Presidential election???
Fact #4 : Report Doesn’t Claim Joe Biden Was Involved
Notably, the Jim Jordan report also does not directly claim that the Biden White House is involved in the NSF funding of those AI censorship tools.
It only said that senior White House officials berated social media companies into changing their content moderation policies.
Fact #5 : NSF Convergence Accelerator Was Launched Under Trump!
It would be quite impossible for anyone to blame Joe Biden for the development of these AI tools, because NSF Convergence Accelerator was established in 2019 – during the Trump Administration!
While the report focused on Track F, which launched in March 2021, the earlier Track B and Track D on AI technologies were initiated in 2019 and 2020 during the Trump Administration.
Fact #6 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Publishing Fake News
The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

People are sharing an article (archive) by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), which claims that American leaders just signed a WEF treaty to ration meat, electricity and gas in America, to combat climate change!

American Leaders Sign WEF Treaty To Ration Meat, Electricity and Gas
The global elite have successfully penetrated the cabinets of western democracies, ushering in an era of disastrous policies that are destroying the economy from the inside out and stoking unprecedented division in society.
The next phase of the global elite’s plan involves penetrating the universities and the high earners and it appears the highest earners in our society have already taken their thirty pieces of silver and sold their souls to the devil.
According to a report from the Committee to Unleash Prosperity (CUP), America’s wealthiest citizens fully support the WEF’s plan to ration gas, electricity, and meat and dairy products for the general public in order to allegedly “fight climate change.”
As the New American report, the polling data reveals widespread support for policies designed to force compliance with the WEF’s “Net Zero” agenda.
77 percent of higher-income Americans overall and almost 90 percent of those from “top universities” agree with the WEF and support the plan to strictly ration gas, meat, and electricity in America to combat “climate change.”
In fact, nearly 60 percent of such people believe there’s too much liberty – too much freedom – in America even though, objectively speaking, we are less free than ever before.
In case you are wondering what real people think about the idea of rationing gas, meat and electricity and handing over more rights and freedoms to the global elite… 63 percent of Americans, the vast majority, oppose the above rationing policy.
Democrat mayors across the country who have sold their soul to Klaus Schwab have been pushing measures to ban the public from eating meat and dairy products to force Americans to comply with the WEF’s globalist agenda.
14 major American cities have set a “target” to comply with the WEF’s green agenda goals by banning meat, dairy, and private car ownership by 2030.
The U.S. cities have formed a coalition called the “C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group” (C40) which has established an “ambitious target” to meet the WEF’s goals by the year 2030.
Now global cities including London in the UK are following suit, pledging to force their citizens to radically reduce their standard of living and quality of life.
o fulfill the Net Zero “target,” the C40 Cities have pledged that their residents will comply with the these mandatory rules:
“0 kg [of] meat consumption”
“0 kg [of] dairy consumption”
“3 new clothing items per person per year”
“0 private vehicles” owned
“1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years per person”
Essentially, the masses must stop eating meat and using natural fuels to meet the goals of the elite.
Truth : American Leaders Did Not Sign Any WEF Treaty To Ration Anything!
This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…
Fact #1 : America Did Not Sign Any WEF Treaty
Let me start by simply pointing out that America did not sign any WEF treaty, because there is no such thing.
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), and has no power over governments. It can lobby governments, but it cannot decide on their policies. It certainly did not create a treaty rationing meat, electricity or gas.
The WEF Head of Media Engagement, Vann Zopf described this claim as “fake”, and said that there is no such treaty by the World Economic Forum.
As usual, The People’s Voice offered no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim. Perhaps that’s why the article is so long and rambling – so it’s hard for you to make any sense of it at all!
Fact #2 : C40 Cities Group Is Run By Mayors
Interestingly, The People’s Voice article used a photo of US President Joe Biden, even though he has absolutely nothing to do with the C40 Cities group, which only involves those participating cities and their mayors.
Needless to say, the screenshot of Joe Biden allegedly posting on X (formerly Twitter) that “I’m fiercely loyal to @wef – our global government” is a complete fabrication.
Not only does Joe Biden have a grey (not blue) check mark, he never posted that tweet. If he did, it would have gone viral. Naturally, The People’s Voice offered no evidence that Joe Biden ever posted that tweet.
Fact #3 : C40 Cities Group Was Not Created By US Cities
The People’s Voice article claimed or suggested that US cities formed a coalition called the “C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group”. That’s not true.
According to the C40 Cities website, its genesis goes way back to 2005, when the Mayor of London at that time, Ken Livingstone convened representatives from 18 megacities to create the C20. Then in 2006, the C40 Steering Committee invited a further 22 mayors to join from the Global South, to create the C40 group.
Ultimately, the C40 Cities group comprises of cities from all over the world, as the official list and map shows.
The People’s Voice article also claimed that C40 Cities have pledged that their residents will comply with mandatory rules to reduce meat and dairy consumption to zero, limit purchase of new clothing items, eliminate car ownership, and allow every person only one short-haul return flight every 3 years.
That’s utter nonsense that’s based on the 2019 report by the University of Leeds, Arup and the C40 Cities organisation, called “The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World“.
If you just skim through the entire report here, you can quickly see that there is no mandatory requirement. That’s because it’s just an analytical report that imagines what could happen if people did this or that. Nothing more.
As a C40 Cities spokesperson pointed out, it was just a report that provided “an analysis of consumption-based emissions in C40 cities“, and it was “not a plan for cities to adopt“.
The report calculates, for example, that if residents of C40 cities changed their eating habits to reach a “progressive target” of consuming 16 kg of meat, and 90 kg of dairy per person per year, then greenhouse-gas emissions from meat and dairy could be cut by 51% between 2017 and 2050 (pages 78-79).
Similarly, the report calculates that reducing car ownership, and increasing vehicle lifespans could cut emissions by 23% (pages 84-86). It never advocated banning private cars.
Why on Earth would people just make this up? Did they read the report? Or did their poor command of the English language led them to misunderstand what it said?
Fact #5 : C40 Cities Has Nothing To Do With WEF
The People’s Voice article claimed or suggested that the C40 Cities is somehow related to the WEF (World Economic Forum).
That is simply not true. The C40 Cities group is not affiliated with the WEF, and receives no funding from the World Economic Forum.

Claim : Tanks + IFVs Are Being Sent To Protect Texas Border!
On 1 February 2024, Real Raw News posted an article (archive) claiming that M1A1 tanks and Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs) are being sent to protect the Texas border against illegal immigrants!
As usual, the article is long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpt. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!
White Hats Send Armor to Border
In response to the escalating conflict between the federal government and the State of Texas over which entity has jurisdictional authority to police the Lonestar State’s border with Mexico, White Hats are, with Governor Abbott’s consent, sending M1A1 Tanks and Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles to Eagle Pass, TX, where swarms of would-be illegals continue their unstoppable stampede onto U.S. soil.
As reported last week, a White Hat convoy carrying troops and truckloads of concertina wire arrived in south Texas after the U.S. Supreme Court decreed that the criminal Biden regime had the authority to cut down razor wire the Texas Military Department had erected to deter border jumpers.
The debacle started in early January when a mother and her child purportedly drowned in a doomed effort to cross the Rio Grande. Federal CBP officers claimed Abbott’s razor wire prevented them from reaching the pair. The fatalities enraged Alejandro Mayorkas and his bloated, corrupt Department of Homeland Security, which holds dominion over CBP, whose officers the Texas National Guard had blocked from installing surveillance cameras and cutting wire near Shelby Park. The feds opined that Abbott exceeded his gubernatorial powers, and he, having declared the unabated migrant surge an “invasion,” argued that the Biden cabal was trying to dilute his ability to govern and safeguard his constituents. The Supreme Court heard the case expeditiously and ruled (5-4) in favor of the feds.
Responding to the verdict, the Texas Military Department pledged it would unspool three new rolls of wire for each roll the feds cut down. The percolating and potentially inevitable confrontation has been dubbed “The Standoff at Eagle Pass.”
White Hats, sources in Gen. Smith’s office told Real Raw News, have unswervingly vowed to help the Texas Military Department shutter the border and, if necessary, drive federal forces away from the border and even the entire state of Texas.
He wouldn’t say if armor is already in Eagle Pass but mentioned that White Hat officers of the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss committed two tank platoons, or eight M1A1 tanks, and an equal number of BFVs to the border mission, with backups ready to roll. Fort Bliss, home to the 1st Armored Division, is approximately 500 miles from Eagle Pass.

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.
Fact #1 : Tanks + IFVs Are Not Being Sent To Protect Texas Border!
This is really silly, but it has to be said – the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss is not sending two M1A1 tank platoons, with Bradley IFVs to protect the Texas border against asylum seekers and migrants.
Why on Earth would armoured forces be needed to protect the border against unarmed men, women, and children???
What will Real Raw News claim next? That the US Navy is sending battleships and aircraft carriers to take on illegal immigrants???
Fact #2 : Two Children + Their Mother Drowned
Real Raw News claimed that a mother and a child drowned in while trying to cross the Rio Grande in early January 2024. That’s not accurate.
The incident did not occur in early January as Real Raw News claimed, but in mid January – on the night of 12 January 2024, to be precise. In addition, three people died, not two as Real Raw News claimed – a mother and her two children.
Victerma de la Sancha Cerros (33), her daughter Yore Rubi (10) and son, Jonathan Agustin (8), drowned while trying to cross the Rio Grande near Shelby Park. Another two migrants in that group – Monica de la Sancha Cerros (30) and her son, Victor Antonio (10) were rescued by Mexican officials.
Fact #3 : Texas Officials Blocked Access To US Border Patrol
At 8 PM of that tragic night, Mexican officials alerted the US Border Patrol about two migrants in distress on the US side of the river, near the Shelby Park boat ramp. When a Border Patrol agent arrived to help, personnel from the Texas Military Department refused the agent access to the park.
In court filings, Chief Border Patrol Agent Robert Danley said that federal agents were not permitted to visually monitor the Shelby Park area when the three deaths and two rescues happened. He also said Texas officials blocked mobile video surveillance inside the park’s area that can find migrants in distress.
It is ridiculous to claim that the US military would deploy forces in opposition to the current Administration. The US military is subservient to the US civilian leadership, which is currently the Biden Administration under US President Joe Biden.
Deploying military troops without a direct order by the Biden Administration would be mutiny under Article 94 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). If those troops actually engaged in violence, it would also be considered an insurrection / rebellion.
Military personnel committing mutiny would be subject to a court martial, and those found guilty shall be punished by death or other alternative punishments that the court martial may decide.
Fact #5 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website
Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.
To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.
That disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate money.
