Cops Seize E Jean Carroll’s Gun Following Trump Assassination Threats

New York police have confiscated an unlicensed firearm belonging to E. Jean Carroll following assassination threats made against Donald Trump.

In January, The National Pulse reported that Carroll admitted to holding a firearm at her home during her defamation trial against former President Trump. This revelation, according to a police report, led Warwick, New York police to visit Carroll’s residence on February 15 to address the weapon.

The gun confiscation comes amid multiple credible threats against Trump from high-profile far-left activists.

Truth : Cops Did Not Seize E Jean Carroll’s Gun After Trump Threat!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : E. Jean Carroll Handed Over The Gun!

Let me start by pointing out that the police did not seize the gun. Instead, E. Jean Carroll handed over her gun to the police.

E. Jean Carroll had earlier told the federal court in New York (on January 17) that she kept a “high standard revolver, nine chambers” by her bed at home, but she did not have a licence.

In a police report obtained by NBC News, the Warwick chief of police visited E. Jean Carroll’s house on 15 February “to discuss some open issues“. The next day, E. Jean Carroll and a member of her security team surrendered the gun to the Warwick police.

To be clear – the Warwick police department did not seize E. Jean Carroll’s gun. She surrendered it a day after the Warwick police chief addressed her disclosure about owning an unregistered gun.

Fact #2 : Police Is Keeping Her Gun Until She Has A Licence

The Warwick chief of police, John Rader, said in his report, that he “offered to secure the weapon at the police station’s property for safekeeping”.

The police report also said that the firearm was being held until E. Jean Carroll obtained a New York pistol licence for it.

To be clear – the Warwick police department did not seize E. Jean Carroll’s gun, because of any assassination threat against Donald Trump. It is only keeping her gun, until she obtains the necessary New York pistol licence.

Fact #3 : E. Jean Carroll Did Not Threaten Donald Trump

The People’s Voice article appears to suggest that the confiscation of E. Jean Carroll’s gun was related to assassination threats against Donald Trump. That is simply not the case.

Not only have there not been any recent assassination threats against Donald Trump, E. Jean Carroll herself did not threaten Donald Trump.

On the other hand, E. Jean Carroll was threatened by Donald Trump’s supporters after he posted about her on social media:

“The thing that really got me about this was, from the White House, he asked if anyone had any information about me, and if they did, to please come forward as soon as possible, because he wanted the world to know what’s really going on – and that people like me should pay dearly,” she told jurors.

Carroll was presented with some of those threats on the stand. “I hope you die soon. I hope someone really does attack, rape and murder you,” one message stated. Another missive read: “Rape Jean rape jean.”

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should never share anything from NewsPunch / The People’s Voice. Here are some of its fake stories that I fact checked earlier:

How Alex Jones Came To Shut Down Infowars!

Alex Jones has finally seen the light! After praying at a church for the first time in his life on Easter Sunday, the notorious far-right and alt-right conspiracy theorist decided to shut down Infowars for good! He also promised to pay the Sandy Hook families the $1.5 billion in damages he tried to avoid earlier.

Amazingly, his path to redemption started with his deep distrust of his wife, Erika Wulff. When she took their daughter to an Easter Sunday celebration, he suspected that she was really there to get a little sugar from the new pastor, who was quite the hunk!

So he sent one of his trusted Infowars employees to follow her car from a distance, and another to join the Easter Sunday celebration with his family. The two-pronged strategy appeared to hit pay dirt, when one of them spotted Erika and her daughter disappear into the sacristy while looking for Easter eggs.

On receiving the message, Alex Jones rushed over to the church with his Bushmaster XM15-E2S and Glock 20SF, and a trench coat to hide them in. But Easter Sunday traffic slowed him down, and by the time he arrived, the Easter egg hunt was over, and people were filing in for the second service.

He spotted his wife and daughter in the front, but kept his peace – he didn’t want to start his own Sandy Hook “action”, without first catching his wife “in flagrante delicto”. So he sat quietly at the back, and waited for the opportune moment.

The pastor came forth to start the service, and Alex Jones could not help admiring how he was incredibly attractive. So young and fit. He looks like he has a six pack, and quite a dong, Jones thought to himself, before realising awkwardly that he started to get an erection.

Pressing his legs together to stifle his growing tumescence, Jones could not help listening to the hot young pastor speak about the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and what it meant. It was the first time he had ever heard the whole story and its significance. He always thought Jesus was crucified because he was a Casanova who got caught with a Roman noble lady!

At the end of the sermon, Alex Jones was hit by three epiphanies. First, he realised he could not stop thinking about the hot pastor and that he might actually be gay, or at least bisexual. Secondly, he realised it is possible for his own moral “rebirth” if he just confess to his sins and repent. Finally, he realised how close he came to easily killing strangers out of (misplaced?) jealousy using legally-purchased firearms.

He sat stunned and speechless for the first time in his life, as people filed out of church. That’s when his wife and daughter spotted him looking catatonic, but with tears streaming down his fat cheeks, and wearing a black trench coat. His two Infowars employees also noticed that he wasn’t quite himself, and came over.

When they realised he was “packing heat”, Erika ordered them to quickly carry him to his car before people were aware that he almost wanted to commit mass murder. Heck, he could still do it, if they didn’t hurry!

They didn’t have to worry, because Alex Jones was not able to do anything but sob like the insecure little boy he always was, but with his eyes finally opened by his three epiphanies. What an awkward scene it was as they struggled to help him to his car, with people staring and wondering why he was bawling like a baby.

Alex Jones Decides To Shut Down Infowars!

When he got home, he ran to his computer on which he wrote so many fake stories. He wrote confession after confession – to his readers, to his family, and to the many people he falsely wrote about, and asked for their forgiveness.

He also asked his estranged family for forgiveness, and admitted that he was lying when he said he forgot details about his children because he ate too much chili. He sure loves chili, but it never made him forget anything.

Then he told his employees that he would be shutting down Infowars for good, and offered them all six-months severance if they agreed to never write or post fake news again.

Alex Jones also wrote to the families of mass murders that he accused of faking their deaths, and said that he would no longer stonewall their lawsuits, and will gladly pay them what they were asking for. He was a billionaire, and even after paying everyone, he would have plenty of money left.

He then pledged to donate the rest of his money to charities, and will dedicate the rest of his life to stop the proliferation of fake news and guns in the United States.

That was when Alex Jones woke up in cold sweat, with a sense of impending doom. He tried to reach out to his laptop, as he felt the ache in his chest grow and spread down his left arm. If he could just reach it…

After US President Joe Biden stated that he taught the 2nd Amendment for 12 years, some people immediately claimed that he never taught a single subject or class!

Tony Kinnett : President Biden claimed that he “taught the 2nd amendment for 12 years.”

Biden has never taught a single subject or class, though he has been caught lying about teaching courses at UPenn twice.

RNC Research : Biden claims he “taught the Second Amendment for 12 years!” He was paid $1 million by the University of Pennsylvania, but he never taught a single class.

Kambree : Biden is a liar! He claims he “taught the Second Amendment for 12 years!”

Truth : Joe Biden Taught Constitutional Law For 17 Years!

Let’s take a closer look at Joe Biden’s claim and find out what the facts really are!

Fact #1 : Joe Biden Did Not Teach At UPenn

Let me start by pointing out that Joe Biden was the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Professor of Practice at the University of Pennsylvania for four years – from 2017 to 2021. He was also appointed as a Senior Fellow at the Andrea Mitchell Center for the Study of Democracy at the same time (source).

As Presidential Practice Professor, Biden held joint appointments in the Annenberg School for Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences, with a secondary affiliation in the Wharton School.

However, none of them were teaching positions. The position of Benjamin Franklin Presidential Professor of Practice was only honorary, and did not involve any teaching, although Joe Biden shared his insights and wisdom with thousands of Penn students through seminars, talks, and classroom visits:

As our Benjamin Franklin Presidential Professor of Practice, the Vice President helped to expand Penn’s global outreach, while sharing his wisdom and insights with thousands of Penn students through seminars, talks and classroom visits.

Fact #2 : Joe Biden Taught Constitutional Law For 17 Years

That said, Joe Biden taught constitutional law as an adjunct law professor at the Widener University Delaware Law School for about 17 years.

He taught constitutional law for one semester per year by himself for 12 years, and another 5 years with a co-teacher. This was confirmed by Widener University Delaware Law School dean, Rodney Smolla (source):

Senator Biden began teaching at the Delaware Law School in the fall of 1991. He taught a course in constitutional law on Saturdays, one semester each year. He taught the course by himself until 2003, when he was was joined by a co-teacher, Professor Robert Hayman of the Delaware Law faculty.

According to Smolla, Joe Biden last taught at the Delaware Law School in the fall of 2008. In short, Joe Biden taught constitutional law for 17 years, 12 of which were on his own.

Even if you only wish to count solo teaching, Joe Biden is correct in claiming that he caught the 2nd Amendment (which would be part of constitutional law) for 12 years. But technically, he taught constitutional law (which would include the 2nd Amendment) for 17 years.

There is even photographic evidence. Below is a photo (source) of then-Senator Joe Biden leading a discussion with students at the Delaware Law School campus, as an adjunct professor.
