Some people are claiming that US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris offered plea deals to the 9/11 terrorists, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi!

Lindsey Graham : When you think it can’t get any worse, it just did. It is outrageous that the Biden-Harris Administration has entered into a plea deal with the mastermind of 9/11 and his accomplices.

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his accomplices, Walid bin Attash and Mustafa al Hawsawi, have the blood of thousands of Americans on their hands. Yet they were apparently allowed to plead guilty and avoid the death penalty, and potentially received a host of other conditions.

Truth : Joe Biden + Kamala Harris did not offer 9/11 terrorist plea deals!

This is yet another example of fake news about Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : 9/11 Masterminds Pleaded Guilty

On Wednesday, 31 July 2024, the U.S. Department of Defense announced that its prosecutors had reached a plea agreement with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi – who allegedly plotted the 9/11 attacks in 2001.

The Convening Authority for Military Commissions, Susan Escallier, has entered into pre-trial agreements with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al-Hawsawi, three of the co-accused in the 9/11 case.

The three defendants agreed to plead guilty to all charges, including the murder of 2,976 people in the September 11 attacks, in exchange for the U.S. government taking the death penalty off the table. They will officially enter their guilty pleas at a plea hearing as early as next week.

To be clear – these 9/11 defendants are not getting away scot-free. The plea deal only removes the death penalty. They will be sentenced by a panel of military officers, and will likely be imprisoned for life.

The defendants also agreed to respond to questions from 9/11 family members “regarding their roles and reasons for conducting” the September 11 attacks, by submitting their responses within 90 days.

Fact #2 : White House Had No Role In 9/11 Plea Deals

While the Biden Administration (like the Obama and Trump Administrations) have tried to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, neither President Joe Biden, nor Vice President Kamala Harris, had any role in that plea deal.

A White House National Security Council spokesperson told ABC News that the White House only learned that the Convening Authority for Military Commissions entered into pretrial agreements with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Walid Bin Attash, and Mustafa al-Hawsawi, the same day – on Wednesday, 31 July 2024.

The White House NSC spokesperson also confirmed that President Biden and the White House played no role in the process.

Unsurprisingly, none of those who are claiming or suggesting that President Biden or Vice President Harris were the ones who offered a plea deal to the 9/11 attack masterminds, actually provided any evidence.

Fact #3 : Prosecutors Decided To Accept Plea Deal

It was the Department of Defense prosecutors of the 9/11 case that agreed to the plea deal, as explained in the letter sent to the families of the 9/11 victims:

The decision to enter into a pre-trial agreement after 12 years of pre-trial litigation was not reached lightly; however, it is our collective, reasoned, and good-faith judgment that this resolution is the best path to finality and justice in this case.

I should also point out that the chief prosecutor for this case is Rear Admiral Aaron Rugh, who has served as a lawyer for the U.S. Department of Defense since 1997, through multiple administrations. He was not politically-appointed by President Joe Biden, and is not a member of the Biden Administration.

Fact #4 : 9/11 Families Were Informed Last Year

While the decision may have surprised some people, families of the 9/11 terror attack victims were informed a year ago that the U.S. government was negotiating plea agreements with the September 11, 2001 terror attack masterminds.

The prosecutors had already been in negotiations with the 9/11 terror attack defendants for 1.5 years when the Pentagon reached out to the affected families to inform them that the defendants might not receive the death penalty:

“The Office of the Chief Prosecutor has been negotiating and is considering entering into pre-trial agreements,” or PTAs, the letter said. It told the families that while no plea agreement “has been finalized, and may never be finalized, it is possible that a PTA in this case would remove the possibility of the death penalty

The Pentagon letter, which was dated 1 August 2023, was widely reported by the mainstream media at that time.

In the end, both sides agreed to the plea deal almost one year after that letter, and after 27 months of negotiations that begun in March 2022. Families of the 9/11 victims were the first to be notified of the plea deal, receiving a letter from Rear Admiral Aaron Rugh, earlier on Wednesday.

Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that US Marines just arrested Oregon AG Ellen Rosenbaum for treason!

As usual, the article is (intentionally?) long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpt. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

JAG Serial Hangs Four Criminal Colorado SCJs

The four Colorado Supreme Court Justices who tried keeping President Trump’s name off the state’s primary ballot earlier this year were sequentially executed for treason at GITMO on June 10—better late than never.

As reported, a panel of military officers unanimously found Justices Richard L. Gabriel, Melissa Hart, Monica Márquez, and William W. Hood guilty of treason, and Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall scheduled their executions for June 3. But for reasons not given to us, and which we could not independently determine, the admiral postponed the highly anticipated hangings until June 10.

The four were fed a final meal before being asked if they wanted Last Rites or a member of the cloth present at the gallows. Only Justice Márquez expressed interest in reconciliation, but said her faith, Paganism, required that a priestess of Kakia, the Greek goddess of vice and moral badness, deliver her from the “material plane” unto the next world. When told JAG had no priestesses available, Márquez accused JAG of discrimination and said that hanging a lesbian or non-binary person during pride month was morally and biblically unethical.

JAG’s response: she’d hang first, and her three co-conspirators would be privileged to watch her receive a rope necklace ahead of their respective turns.

Justice Gabriel had gone last. The admiral had told him he was wise to shut his eyes as the others swung, for even he found hangings distasteful—but necessary.

Truth : JAG Did Not Hang Four Colorado Supreme Court Justices!

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : JAG Did Not Hang Any Supreme Court Justice

This is really silly, but it has to be said – the US Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) did not hang any Colorado Supreme Court justice for any reason, never mind voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the 2024 US Presidential elections.

In fact, neither the US Marines nor JAG have arrested any Colorado Supreme Court, and they have certainly not executed any of them by hanging!

When Real Raw News first claimed that US Marines arrested Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez, Colorado Judicial Department spokesperson Rob McCallum said that “there is no legitimacy” to the claims.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

To be clear – no Colorado Supreme Court Justice was arrested or executed for any reason, by the JAG, the US Marines, or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

Regardless of the reasons, it is really silly for anyone to claim that JAG executed four Colorado Supreme Court justices by hanging.

The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians, even if they are American citizens. The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

Even if JAG officers are used to prosecute civilians like the Colorado Supreme Court Justices, they are not the judge, jury, and executioner.

Fact #3 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

JAG Pulls Plug on Klaus Schwab

The saga of globalist kingpin Klaus Schwab culminated in his death Wednesday afternoon, after President Donald J. Trump reportedly ordered Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall to “pull the plug,” a GITMO source told Real Raw News.

Schwab, suffering from organ failure and acute Adrenochrome withdrawal, had been on life support since arriving at Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay on April 19, and staff had questioned whether he would recover to be deemed fit to stand trial, a prospect that diminished with each passing hour.

Wednesday evening President Trump telephoned Adm. Crandall to inquire about Schwab’s condition and whether the 86-year-old death-bringer would ever be healthy enough to face a military tribunal for his myriad crimes against humanity. The admiral, our source said, informed Trump that Schwab’s prognosis was bleak and that GITMO’s finest physicians put his odds of recovery at less than 1:150,000.

“Mr. President, if he regains consciousness, it’s unlikely he’ll know who or where he is or what’s going on. He’s a vegetable, Mr. President. A specialist here did suggest a radical therapy that could stimulate him awake, but It’s unethical, immoral, and not something we’d try—at least not without your approval,” the admiral said.

“What is it?” President Trump asked.

“Well, Mr. President, it would mean acquiring and administering Adrenochrome,” the admiral said.
“That’s not happening,” said President Trump authoritatively. “Schwab’s a loser and deserves a tremendous hanging, but no point dragging this out. Pull the plug. It’s my call.”

An hour later, our source said, physicians removed Schwab’s breathing tube; his heart stopped beating, and he flatlined shortly thereafter.

“He’ll be kept on ice like the rest of them,” our source said.

Asked if President Trump and Adm. Crandall discussed the orderly who wanted to liquefy Schwab’s innards with acid, our source said, “They did not. We will figure out his allegiances, then decide where to go from there.”

Fact #1 : Klaus Schwab Is Still Alive + Well!

No matter what you think of him, Klaus Schwab is a person of note, as the founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF).

If Klaus Schwab ever died from any reason, it would have been reported all over the world. However, there has been no legitimate media report of Klaus Schwab dying or being hospitalised for any reason.

On top of that, WEF spokesperson Yann Zopf confirmed to both Snopes and Lead Stories that the rumours were “entirely baseless”, and Schwab was in “excellent” health:

These claims are entirely baseless and unfounded. Professor Schwab’s health is excellent. Like many high-profile individuals and organizations, he and the World Economic Forum have been targeted by conspiracy narratives, as well as misinformation and disinformation campaigns.

Unsurprisingly, the Real Raw News article offered no evidence to back up its claim, just rambling nonsense.

Fact #2 : Donald Trump Is No Longer President

It is really silly for anyone to claim that President Trump ordered Klaus Schwab to be taken off life support.

Not only does the President of the United States not have the right to order people to be taken off life support, Donald Trump is no longer the President of the United States!

Fact #3 : US Military Has Not Executed Anyone Since 1961

Even though the US military has killed many combatants intentionally, and civilians as collateral damage, they have not executed prisoners since 1961.

There are four US military inmates on death row, but none of them have been executed so far.

Fact #4 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

JAG Arrests 4th Treasonous Colorado SCJ Melissa Hart

Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart, one of the four justices who ruled in favor of striking President Donald Trump’s name from the state’s primary ballot, received an unexpected visitor Sunday morning, and it wasn’t the Easter Bunny.

A White Hat source told Real Raw News that JAG investigators had discovered where Hart had ensconced herself—400 miles south of Denver, at a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Pueblo-style casa in Santa Fe, New Mexico—and decided to pay her a courtesy call.

He said investigators confronted Hart with a military arrest warrant when she stepped outside to retrieve the previous day’s mail. She incredulously told investigators they had the wrong woman and identified herself as Lissa Mather, a semi-retired elementary school teacher who relocated to the Santa Fe area following the tragic death of her husband, Brad.

They handcuffed Hart and drove her to a JAG processing center, where she will stay until flown to Guantanamo Bay to stand trial along with her three co-conspirators, Richard L. Gabriel, William W. Hood, and Monica Márquez—who have been in pre-trial detainment since earlier this year. JAG has said all four will be tried jointly.

On February 23, Gabriel returned to Denver International Airport, where JAG criminal investigators awaited him. They allowed him to leave the airport and rent a car before pursuing him along Pena Blvd toward downtown Denver. They’d been prepared to sideswipe him, to send his car careening off the road, but Gabriel simplified their mission by stopping at a convenience store a mile from the airport, in the northeast suburb of Montbello. He spent five minutes in the store and returned to his rental, only to find himself staring into an open window, behind which sat, in the driver’s seat, a JAG investigator pointing a pistol at Gabriel’s forehead. As he turned to flee on foot, three more investigators advanced on him from behind and placed him in handcuffs.

Our source said Gabriel will soon join Hood and Marquez at Guantanamo Bay.

We asked our source why JAG hasn’t yet held tribunals for the other two.

“Because Admiral Crandall will try them jointly. And that means we need all four, and we’ll have Melissa Heart soon enough,” he said.

JAG Executes Oprah Winfrey

The case of JAG vs. Oprah Winfrey reached a theatrical conclusion Monday morning when Winfrey was executed at Guantanamo Bay for having aided and abetted the enemy, FEMA, in depriving Hawaii residents and tourists of life and property during last summer’s Maui inferno.

Although her execution had been scheduled for February 14, JAG postponed the hanging until the 19th, for reasons JAG hadn’t expatiated on at the time of this writing. Real Raw News summarized Winfrey’s tribunal in an earlier article.

The hangman placed the loop of rope around Winfrey’s neck and a cloth sack over her head. The admiral gave the order that prompted the hangman to flip the switch that triggered the pivoting door beneath Winfrey’s paunchy legs. She dropped without uttering a squeak, and was pronounced dead three minutes later.

Upon receiving notification of Winfrey’s death, Real Raw News asked GITMO sources whether JAG, or any military entity, has authority to prosecute and sentence civilians.

“When President Trump gave us provisional control, it gave us the authority. The moment Oprah Winfrey aided the Deep State, she became indistinguishable from it. The two were inextricably linked,” our source said.

Fact #1 : Oprah Winfrey Was Not Arrested / Sentenced To Death

Let me just start by pointing out that Oprah Winfrey has not been executed, arrested, or sentenced to death, for being an accessory to mass murder in the Maui inferno, or any other reason.

Oprah Winfrey is a mega celebrity, and one of the richest women in the world, with a net worth of $3.5 billion as of May 2023. If she was ever arrested, it would have been international news.

Yet, no legitimate media outlet, not even celebrity blogs, have reported that Oprah Winfrey was in any legal trouble, never mind arrested, sentenced to death, and then executed by hanging!

We know this for sure because Oprah herself posted about her speaking with Tyler Perry on resilience and forgiveness in her latest “The Life You Want” class on 23 February 2024.

You may note that this occurred four days after the US Navy JAG (Judge Advocate General) supposedly executed Oprah Winfrey by hanging, on 19 February 2024.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

That may be possible in a country like North Korea, but certainly not in the United States, where death row inmates wait an average of 178 months – about 15 years after their sentencing, before they are executed.

In fact, none of the six Gitmo inmates charged with capital crime in the 9/11 attacks in 2001, and the attack on USS Cole in 2000, have actually been trialled to date, never mind convicted and sentenced to death.

Even though the US military has killed many combatants intentionally, and civilians as collateral damage, they have not executed prisoners since 1961.

Deep State Won’t See a Dime of Trump’s Money

When Deep State Judge Arthur Engoron—a man who looks like death walking—ruled that President Trump must pay $355 million in fines for allegedly overvaluing Trump Organization properties to secure low-interest bank loans, Trump naturally expressed shock and outrage on his social media platform, Truth Social.

According to one source, the besieged president and his closest advisors met at Mar-a-Lago’s inner sanctum shortly after the verdict. Trump reportedly assured them that although he had sufficient liquidity to cover the unjust fines without auctioning off real estate, such as Trump Tower, he would “never in a million years” dissolve his empire or yield to Deep State corruption.

If Trump, for whatever reason, decides to pay, he could do so without sacrificing a nickel, RRN has learned.

A JAG source in Pensacola, Florida, said Trump has acquired an unexpected benefactor: Oprah Winfrey.

“We’ve informed the president we’ve confiscated more than enough of Oprah’s assets to cover the cost,” the source said.

As reported previously, a military tribunal this month sentenced Winfrey to death for her role in perpetrating last summer’s Maui inferno. Immediately after her conviction, JAG started identifying and seizing Winfrey’s assets, including four properties in three states, $34 million cash, a fleet of luxury vehicles, $25 million in jewelry, and other unspecified resources.

“We’ve only hit the tip of the iceberg. She’s sheltered a lot overseas. But I can say we’ve made progress. Trump said Oprah’s cash should get used to fight the deep state, not fund it, and that’s what we’ll use it for,” our JAG source said.

Truth : Trump Cannot Use Oprah’s Money To Pay $355 Million Fine!

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : Oprah Winfrey Was Not Arrested / Sentenced To Death

Let me just start by pointing out that Oprah Winfrey has not been arrested, or sentenced to death, for being an accessory to mass murder in the Maui inferno, or any other reason.

Oprah Winfrey is a mega celebrity, and one of the richest women in the world, with a net worth of $3.5 billion as of May 2023. If she was ever arrested, it would have been international news.

Yet, no legitimate media outlet, not even celebrity blogs, have reported that Oprah Winfrey was in any legal trouble, never mind arrested and/or sentenced to death!

We know this for sure because Oprah herself posted about her experience flying to NYC to take part in the photoshoot for the cover of the last issue of British Vogue, on 8 February 2024.

Could she have made it for the photoshoot, if she was supposedly arrested and jailed in Guantanamo Bay, before being courtmartialed, and sentenced to death???

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

The claim that the US Navy JAG convicted Oprah Winfrey for being an accessory to mass murder in the 2023 Maui fire, and sentenced her to death, is absurd.

Fact #3 : JAG Cannot Confiscate Civilian Property

The claim that JAG can confiscate Oprah Winfrey’s assets is also laughable. As the military justice branch of the American military, JAG cannot confiscate civilian property.

Even if somehow permitted to do so under the Justice Department’s asset forfeiture program (2023 guidelines), it would require the minimum oversight of:

the Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) or investigative agent in charge of the administrative
forfeiture matter (and, if applicable, the AUSA in charge of the related criminal matter);
investigative agents; and
appropriate USMS representatives.

In short, even in the MAGA / QAnon fantasy world where Oprah Winfrey’s assets were somehow confiscated, it would be under the oversight of the US Justice Department.

Fact #4 : Seized Assets Cannot Be Given To Trump

Even in the MAGA / Canon fantasy world where Oprah Winfrey was somehow sentenced to death, and had her assets seized, there is no reason why those assets should ever be given to Donald Trump!

The seized assets would belong to the US government, and can be used as it sees fit. And there is simply no reason why it should divert some of those seized asset to a private citizen, even if he is called Donald J. Trump.

The truth is there is no way Oprah Winfrey’s money is ever going to be used to pay Donald Trump’s massive fine for fraudulently overvaluing his properties!

Fact #5 : Donald Trump’s Assets May Be Seized!

Ironically, Donald Trump may have his own assets seized to pay for the massive $355 million fine, with another $100 million in pre-judgement interest!

On 21 February 2024, New York Attorney General Letitia James said that she is prepared to seize assets from Donald Trump if he is unable to find the cash to cover his civil fraud fine.

We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day.

Last week, the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps executed the WHO official who had surreptitiously entered the United States to discuss enacting fresh shelter-in-place and vaccine mandates with the CDC’s nefarious Rapid Response Team, GITMO sources told Real Raw News.

Dr. Chickwe Ihekweazu’s hanging took place on February 3, a day late, before a cadre of military brass and two unnamed conservative politicians who had arrived at Guantanamo Bay the previous day. As is typical for GITMO proceedings, Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall oversaw Dr. Ihekweazu’s demise and had seemed stoically unemotional when two MPs in a hummer stopped at the foot of the gallows and dragged an impenitent Chickwe kicking and screaming from the vehicle. Ihekweazu’s cacophony of deceptive protestations echoed the sentiments of dozens of other despotic Deep Staters.

Atop the platform, the hangman slipped the noose around Ihekweazu’s neck and checked the tautness. Satisfied, he stepped backward, his hand hovering an inch from the button that, when pushed, would end Ihekweazu’s life.

“You are entitled to a final statement,” the admiral told the condemned.

“Let me live,” Ihekweazu shouted. “I promise you, killing me won’t stop mandates. Mandates are necessary. Destroy me, and another will fill my shoes. There is nothing you can do, any of you can do, to stop the inevitable,” he continued, sounding suddenly confident.

Our source said that JAG sent a video of Ihekweazu’s execution to the WHO’s headquarters in Geneva.

“Our message is clear: Any WHO in the U.S. will be arrested and tried. If they want to preach mandates and lethal so-called vaccines with snake venom, let them do it elsewhere. The United States is closed to the WHO, as far as we’re concerned.”

After all – neither promoting vaccine mandates, or COVID-19 vaccination, are crimes in the US military, or even in the United States.

Even if promoting vaccines and vaccine mandates are crimes in a hypothetical dystopian United States, they would not necessarily be capital crimes resulting in the death penalty.

Fact #3 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians like Dr. . The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

The United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps on Wednesday executed Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Tanya M. Skeen, the culmination of a military tribunal that took place January 24 and which RRN has opted not to play-by-play because it was procedurally identical to a half-dozen other tribunals that saw Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall prosecute Deep Staters with a penchant for thriftily giving American tax dollars to Ukrainian officials.

As reported on December 19, U.S. Marines arrested Skeen and a “male companion” in Charlottesville, Virginia, on December 16 based on evidence she had surreptitiously wired $35 million to Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s personal bank account. The amount was a pittance compared to what other Deep Staters had sent Ukrainian officials, but JAG nonetheless indicted her for treason, defrauding the U.S., and aiding and abetting the enemy. The charges earned her a one-way ticket to GITMO, where she’d been held in pre-trial detainment until her tribunal and subsequent execution.

The three officers weighing the case quickly found her guilty and, somewhat surprisingly, recommended she get the noose. The lead panelist, a Navy captain, opined: “The crime itself is an act of treason and the deciding factor in our judgment. We agreed the punishment fits the crime even if it was $10,000 or $10.”

Admiral Crandall had accepted their recommendation and sentenced Skeen to death. She was escorted to the gallows Wednesday morning. Peculiar for a Deep State stooge, Skeen accepted Last Rites but stopped short of redressing her crimes. “I’ve only ever tried to serve my country as I understood how to serve it. Apparently, some authority thinks I’ve engaged in improprieties. What more can be said?”

Oprah Winfrey Goes to GITMO

Charged with treason, accessory to mass murder, conspiracy to influence an election outcome, aiding and abetting the enemy, and other high crimes and misdemeanors, talk show host Oprah Winfrey has been an inmate at Guantanamo Bay since early December, a source at GITMO told Real Raw News.

According to an arrest brief reviewed by RRN, U.S. Navy JAG investigators on December 3 apprehended the obese creature while she was in Los Angeles to visit a friend, television personality Gayle King, a broadcast journalist for CBS News. Investigators intercepted a limousine holding Winfrey and her chauffeur near The Getty, an American & European art museum off Interstate 405 in northwest LA, and forcibly removed them from the vehicle.

Winfrey was taken to GITMO shortly after, and she will face a military tribunal.

Our source said the charges against Winfrey are vast and substantiated by solid evidence to be presented at the tribunal. For example, JAG says Winfrey had foreknowledge of the firestorm that ravaged parts of Maui in October. A week before the blaze, Winfrey hired contractors to coat the entirety of her Maui estate with fireproof resin. Hers was one of a few opulent estates to survive the inferno magically. Winfrey was part of a villainous group that planned to raze Maui to the ground and rebuild a “smart 15-minute city” on the ashes.
“That’s just one of many crimes,” our source said. “We have her dead to rights, and all will be revealed at her tribunal.”

Our source said the individual now publicly portraying Winfrey is a shoddy body double.

“Soon after the arrest, another Winfrey made public appearances. Only this Winfrey was somehow 200 pounds lighter. These fat celebs seem to love Ozempic, but even that isn’t going to get rid of 200 pounds of flab in three days. Oprah, the real Oprah, will probably hang for what she’s done,” our source said.

Claim : US Military Hanged Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel To Death!

On 18 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that the US Navy just hanged Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bancel at its Guantanamo Bay naval base!

It is long and rambling, so please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

Moderna CEO and eugenicist Stéphane Bancel lost his life Friday afternoon after a hangman for the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate Generals Corp’s put a noose around his neck and flipped a switch that opened a swinging door beneath the pharmaceutical mogul’s feet.

Bancel’s death was a quiet affair. Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall did not attend the execution, nor did the cadre of military of brass that had been present at earlier hangings. Instead, Bradley Earl, Command Master Chief, JAG Law Program Judge Advocate General’s Corps, oversaw the execution.

He, a few Marine guards, a Navy chaplain, and a physician were the only persons present to witness Bancel’s last moments. As expected, the perpetuator of Moderna’s clot shot protested his demise, saying that he, a French citizen, had been given immunity against prosecution by both French President Emmanuel Macron and U.S. Food & Drug Commissioner Director Robert M. Califf, both of whom purportedly told Bancel he would be “held harmless” in matters involving vaccine injuries or deaths.

As Bancel was led at gunpoint to the gallows, he insisted that he, a man of science, had conclusively proven that Moderna’s death shot was safe and effective and hadn’t killed a single human since it was made publicly in late 2020. Truth is, Bancel was not a man of science; he held an M.B.A. from Harvard as well as master’s in engineering from an obscure French university. He had no medication credentials, yet asserted himself as a medical professional, and officials around the world touted his non-existent contributions to medical science, namely the Covid-19 vaccine. The release of the vaccine saw Bancel’s net worth skyrocket from $657m to $5.04bn. When Bancel spoke, health authorities listened. As Bancel profited, people died.

Unlike Vice Adm. Crandall, Master Chief Earl uttered no humorous invectives at Bancel. He simply asked him whether he wanted Last Rites—Bancel spat at the suggestion—and ordered the hangman to fulfill his duty.

Bancel was declared dead at 12:30 p.m. EST.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

This disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news that will go viral, and generate him money.

His articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from his website. Here are some of his fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : No Legitimate Report Of Stephane Bancel’s Arrest

Only Real Raw News has published his fantastical account of US special forces arresting Stéphane Bancel outside a DC restaurant. That’s because Michael Baxter / Tiffin made it up.

Naturally, there is no news from any legitimate news outlet, or the US military, about Stephane Bancel’s arrest sentencing and hanging in Gitmo.

How likely is it for a one-man operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story”?

Fact #3 : Moderna Is A Public-Listed Company

Moderna is a public-listed company, and is traded on the Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders would have to be informed if their company CEO was really arrested, and sentenced to death.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s not even legal to cover up such an event from the shareholders.

Fact #4 : Stéphane Bancel + Moderna Issued A Press Statement

On Thursday, November 16, 2022 – one day after Real Raw News claimed Stephane Bancel was sentenced to death, Moderna announced positive results for its two bivalent vaccines targeting the Omicron variant of COVID-19 – mRNA-1273.214, and mRNA-1273.222.

Instead of being incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay, as Michael Baxter/Tiffin claimed, Stephane Bancel announced from Cambridge, Massachusetts that:

We are pleased to see that both of our bivalent booster vaccine candidates offer superior protection against Omicron BA.4/BA.5 variants compared to our original booster, which is encouraging given COVID-19 remains a leading cause of hospitalisation and death globally. In addition, the superior response against Omicron persisted for at least three months after the mRNA-1273.214 booster.

Only Michael Baxter / Tiffin can persist with such a stupid lie, and only his idiotic fans will continue to believe his fake stories.

Fact #5 : Only Enemy Combatants Are Detained At Gitmo

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that a US military tribunal in Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay) convicted Stephane Bancel, and sentenced him to death.

The Guantanamo Bay prison is only used to detain high-value enemy combatants. Stephane Bancel is not an enemy combatant by any military or legal definition, and would never be detained there.

If Stephane Bancel really committed a crime in the United States, he would have been brought to trial in an American court.

Fact #6 : US Military Tribunals Are Only For Foreign Combatants

It is also stupid for Real Raw News to claim that Bancel was trialed and convicted as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal, when he is a French civilian.

Military tribunals in the United States can only be conducted for members of enemy forces during wartime. The United States is not at war with France.

Needless to say – Stephane Bancel is also not in the French military, so even if he was arrested, there is no way he would be tried in a military tribunal.

Fact #7 : Death Sentences Take Years To Execute

It is also hilarious that Real Raw News readers actually believe the bullshit that someone sentenced to death would be executed just days later.

That may be possible in a country like North Korea, but certainly not in the United States

Death row inmates in the United States wait an average of 178 months – about 15 years after their sentencing, before they are executed.

Fact #8 : US Military Has Not Executed Anyone Since 1961

Even though the US military has killed many combatants intentionally, and civilians as collateral damage, they have not executed prisoners since 1961.

There are four US military inmates on death row, but none of them have been executed so far.

Fact #9 : US Military Cannot Execute Anyone By Hanging

The US military can no longer execute anyone by hanging. In fact, the last US military execution by hanging occurred in 1961 – their last execution ever.

If the US military has to execute anyone, only lethal injection is allowed. Death by hanging is no longer allowed.

Claim : US Military Sentenced Stephane Bancel To Death!

On 15 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that a US military tribunal just convicted Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bancel, and sentenced him to death!

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and Office of Military Commissions had difficulty finding three impartial panelists to hear evidence against Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel, for every interviewee knew someone whose life the vaccine had shattered—or killed. Following a weeklong search, JAG picked the three—two male Marine Corps officers and a female Navy captain—who expressed the least ill will toward Bancel. Nonetheless, they found Bancel guilty of murder five minutes after Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall rested JAG’s case and implored the panel to deliver upon Bancel a punishment commensurate to the damage his vaccines had caused the world.

Vice Adm. Crandall said a Navy nurse had drawn Bancel’s blood shortly after he arrived at Guantanamo Bay. The blood was introduced onto a card containing fusion proteins that detect Covid-19 antibodies.

He called to the witness stand Captain Richard G. Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, who stated his name, rank, and credentials for the record. Captain Zeber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Doctor of Optometry degree. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation, Navy Achievement, and Good Conduct medals.

Vice Adm. Crandall excused the witness, then asserted to the panel that Bancel, as Moderna’s CEO, must have had full knowledge of the clot shot’s deleterious effects but concealed that data to maximize profits. Moderna’s Covid shot made Bancel a multi-billionaire.

“I sincerely hope you won’t get to spend it,” Vice Adm. Crandall told Bancel.

The panel gave its verdict and held Bancel responsible for the deaths and injuries, suggesting he be hanged by the neck until dead as restitution for his crimes against humanity.

Upon hearing the panel’s decision, a furious Bancel came out of his seat and began shaking his cuffed wrists in the air. “How can you do this? I am a businessman. I have two children—”

“—Let’s hope you didn’t vaccinate them,” Vice Adm. Crandall interjected. “This commission stands adjourned.”

Bancel is scheduled to hang on November 18, at GITMO.

Fact #8 : Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Under FDA Regulatory Oversight

The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was confirmed to be safe and effective, after it successfully concluded its clinical trials with an efficacy of 94.5% against symptomatic COVID-19 infection, in a large study involving over 30,000 participants.

The VRBPAC committee vetted and discussed the study findings on 17 December 2020, and recommended that the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine receive its Emergency Use Authorisation, which the FDA granted on 18 December 2020.

Like ALL other vaccines, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was under FDA regulatory oversight. If Moderna lied about their results, the FDA would not have continued to re-issue or amend its EUA and full approval time and time again.
