The Nintendo 3DS eShop is shutting down for good on 27 March 2023! That means you will no longer be able to buy or download new games from the 3DS or Wii U eShop after 27 March 2023.

You also won’t be able to purchase in-game content, download demos or free-to-play software, or redeem download codes, or add funds to your 3DS or Wii U account.

You can, however, still redownload games or content that you purchased before the cut-off date, albeit for an undisclosed amount of time.

Cazzarion : Demon Hunting

Mysterious incidents were reported in abandoned locations. The Gate of Hell has been opened and demons are troubling here. Ram Ganger, special agent of WOM, arrive to send the brood of evil back to hell.

You landed in the middle of the Demons Apocalypse, try to stay alive as long as possible.

The good news: You don’t have to crawl into hell to fight the demons, the demons come to you in places such as the Chateau, Palace, Pandora, Laketown, abandoned castles, etc. The usual dark caves and tombs are of course also present.

The bad news: You can’t win, you’ll die.

Death is certain for you. This game is like life, it ends with death. You cannot win in this game, the game will beat you (because in this game you’re playing a toxic white old man, and toxic white old men always die. Some die earlier and others later. But in the end, all the toxic white old men are dead. In the alternate story, you play an NGO climate activist and they’re as good as dead too, they just don’t know it).

Don’t look for the demons, the demons will search and find you. Search for ammunition to stay alive as long as possible. Use the weapons properly: Strong weapons for strong demons, flamethrowers for flying demons, etc. Move through the map and collect ammunition and extra lives.

You start with a limited number of lives and ammunition. Ammunition and extra lives are spawned after some time. With every minute you survive, the game becomes more difficult, every minute more demons attack you and you find less ammunition and extra life every minute. Once all your lives are exhausted, the battle for survival is over for you.

You can win Steam Achievements on each map: Bronze if you survive 10 minutes, silver if you survive 20 minutes. The best of the best win gold after 30 minutes.

Furthermore, 3 dragon eggs are hidden in each map (but not in the Random dungeon Maps). There is a Steam Achievement for every dragon egg you find. There are 84 Steam achievements in total.

The developer and publisher, Zarpazo, also added this weird “woke-free” description in the Xbox Store:

Attention: This game is not woke!! This game is worse than rock music. OMG, in this game, lesbian trans female werehogs get killed by a toxic white old man! If you are woke and you play this game you can get paralyzed. If you can’t feel your toes or butt while playing or after playing, see a doctor right away. Play the game at your own risk, if you are woke and you feel unwoke while playing, take a 5 minute break.

Which they later changed to this equally bizarre rant :

Attention: This game is not for reptiles!! This game is worse than rock music. OMG, in this game, lesbian trans female werehogs get killed by a toxic white old none reptile! Duskers

In Duskers you pilot drones into derelict spaceships to find the means to survive and piece together how the universe became a giant graveyard.

Explore

You are a drone operator, surrounded by old gritty tech that acts as your only eyes and ears to the outside world.

What you hear comes through a remote microphone. What you see is how each drone sees the world. Motion sensors tell you something’s out there, but not what.

And when you issue commands, you do it through a command line interface.


Adapt

You have to earn everything in Duskers, scavenging drone upgrades, drones, and even ship upgrades. But dangerous creatures lurk in these derelict ships, and weapons are rare, so you may need to think of a clever way to explore a military outpost using only a motion sensor and a lure.

But even if you find a way, the sensor that you rely on may break down, or you may run out of lures, even your drone’s camera feed can start to fail. A favorite strategy can’t be exploited for long, so you’ll have to continually adapt.


Survive

Duskers is set in a procedurally generated Universe, and when you die you lose everything. You not only need to worry about what hazards lay waiting for you in the derelicts, but also running out of fuel, or parts to modify your drones and ship.

You are alone, isolated in the dark reaches of space. Only by sifting through what ship logs remain un-corrupted can you piece together what happened.

Isla Sinaloa : Free-To-Play Game To Become Paid Soon!

Isla Sinaloa is a free-to-play game, with a paid annual pass option.

On Saturday, February 18, 2023, the developers, EnsenaSoft, decided to remove the annual pass, and make the game a paid game.

Those who paid for the annual pass will get 1,000 moons per day, until the end of the annual pass. This is twice the 500 moons all other players get.

With the latest release we have removed the annual pass and made sharing islands and cross platform backup available to all. That will allow many more people to share their islands and avoid issues of the game having more functionality for some players. There are now no purchases within the game.

For the players who bought an annual pass, we appreciate your support very much! You will continue to get 1,000 moons per day until the end of your year compared to 500 moons per day for all of the rest of the players. Everything else is now available to all players.

We have submitted the request to Valve to change it to a paid game and understand that it may take around a week before the game becomes a paid game. So, if you have not grabbed it already or you want your friends to get it, now is a great time to get it before the change is made. 🙂
