Why These CIMB SMS Messages Are Fake

Let us show you how to identify these fake CIMB SMS messages.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : Grammatical Mistakes

If you carefully read the first SMS messages above, you can easily spot numerous grammatical mistakes. A bank will never send such poorly worded messages to their customers.

However, they may copy the real SMS message from CIMB to trick you into thinking that this is a real transaction. Such fake SMS messages will have proper grammar.

Warning Sign #2 : Embedded Links

Banks will NEVER embed links (URLs) into the message. If you see embedded links, always think – SCAM SMS!

Unlike the Public Bank SMS scam, they used a copy of the real SMS message to trick you into clicking the URL in the first message.

Warning Sign #3 : Wrong Links

And always check the link – www.cimbclickikm.cc and cimbclicksecurity.com are not the correct addresses for the CIMB Bank websites (www.cimbclicks.com.my or www.cimb.com.my).

The best policy is to manually key in the bank website address. NEVER click on any link in an SMS, even if it looks legit.

When you see any website with .cc links, be wary because the .CC domains are registered in the Cocos (Keeling) Islands – an Australian territory of only 14 km², with only about 600 inhabitants.

Warning Sign #4 : No Personal Login Phrase / Picture

To avoid phishing attacks, banks now give you a secret response (like a picture or a phrase) to confirm that you are visiting their legitimate website.

If the website you are visiting gives you the wrong picture or secret phrase, you have been tricked into visiting a fake website designed to mimic the real bank website.

You should also remember that the bank website must show you secret picture or phrase right after you enter your login, but BEFORE you key in your password.

If you are asked to key in your password without the website displaying the secret phrase or picture, you have been tricked into visiting a fake website designed to mimic the real bank website.

 

CIMB Advice To Protect Against Fake SMS / Email Scams

Here is a list of DOs and DON’Ts to protect yourself against fake SMS / email scams.

Please DO follow these good practices

  1. Pay attention to your transaction alerts and check your account activities regularly. In case of any unusual activity, please contact us immediately.
  2. If you wish to contact us, ONLY call the number on the back of your card or refer to CIMB website “Contact Us” page.
  3. Always check the URL of the website that you are making purchases from. Ensure  the “lock” icon or “https” appears on the website’s address bar.
  4. Always find a reputable seller on online marketplaces by searching for reviews from other customers to know their experience.
  5. To access CIMB Clicks, type the entire URL as follows: www.cimbclicks.com.my
  6. Always remember to log out once you have completed your banking transactions.

Please DO NOT follow these bad practices

  1. Don’t panic and give personal information to fraudsters impersonating representatives of government agencies etc. even if they deploy fear tactics. Immediately call the number on the back of your card to verify with CIMB.
  2. Never apply for personal financing through unverified links or individuals promising a lower rate. CIMB does not impose any application charges for personal financing applications.
  3. Never take instructions from anyone to change the mobile number in CIMB records to any number other than your own mobile number.
  4. When transacting online, never continue with a purchase if you have any doubts if the seller is not genuine.
  5. Never share details such as your card number / User ID / PIN / password / TAC  with anyone or key them in in any website other than CIMB Clicks.
    (Note: CIMB will never ask for  your ‘User ID’, ‘Password’ or ‘TAC’ under any circumstances outside of CIMB Clicks).
  6. Do not click on links or open email attachments from unknown / unreliable senders / sources.
    (Note: Emails from CIMB will always end with @cimb.com such as cimb.marketing@cimb.com

Clicking on the links will often lead you to a phishing website, a fake website designed to look like a Public Bank website.

You will be asked to key in your personal information, including your Public Bank user name and password. DO NOT KEY IN YOUR INFORMATION!

But if you are free and want to help screw these scammers, key in fake information as many times as possible.

Note : These scams do not just affect Public Bank. In fact, all banks are affected :

US Tax : How Much YouTube Income Will You Lose?

YouTube will soon withhold up to 30% of income from non-US creators as tax for the United States!

Find out whether you will be double-taxed, and how much income non-US YouTube creators will lose!

 

YouTube To Tax Non-US Creator Income By Up To 30%!

On 10 March 2021, YouTube creators started getting this email :

We’re reaching out because Google will be required to deduct U.S. taxes from payments to creators outside of the U.S. later this year (as early as June 2021). Over the next few weeks, we’ll be asking you to submit your tax info in AdSense to determine the correct amount of taxes to deduct, if any apply. If your tax info isn’t provided by May 31, 2021, Google may be required to deduct up to 24% of your total earnings worldwide.

Yes, the alert says that up to 24% of your total worldwide earnings may be deducted, but the actual deduction could be as high as 30%.

It all depends on which bracket you fall into :

Those Who Submit US Tax Info

  • Foreign creators : 24% to 30% withholding tax, unless your country has a tax treaty with the US.
  • US creators : 0% withholding tax, because they have to pay taxes on their total income

Those Who Do NOT Submit US Tax Info

  • Business account (Foreign) : 30% withholding tax of US earnings
  • Business account (US Resident) : 24% of total worldwide earnings
  • Individual account (Foreign + US) : 24% of total worldwide earnings

This change only impacts the earnings of non-US YouTube creators, since US creators are already paying taxes on their income.

 

Why Are Non-US Residents Getting Taxed On US Income?

You may not be a US citizen or resident, but the US government requires income generated in the US to be taxed.

Since they cannot tax your income like they would an actual US resident, they require companies to withhold a portion of your US income as tax.

The general idea is that as long as you make money in the US, or from US residents, you must pay tax on that income.

 

Does This Mean Non-US Residents Will Be Double-Taxed?

Check the latest IRS list of countries with income tax treaties with the United States.

Unless your country has a Double Taxation Agreement (DTA) with the United States, yes, you will end up getting double taxed – by the US government and your own government.

Since YouTube will withhold part of your income, the double taxation impact is somewhat lessened because you will only pay your country’s income tax on what’s left over.

That is scant consolation because you are still getting double-taxed, and will end up with considerably less income.

 

How Much Tax Will Non-US YouTube Creators Have To Pay?

How much income non-US YouTube creators will lose depend on four factors :

  • whether they file their US tax info,
  • whether their country has a double tax treaty with the US,
  • whether they are an individual or a company, and
  • how much income they get from US viewers

YouTube shared a hypothetical example, but it is overly optimistic – assuming only 10% US traffic.

So we came up with our own scenarios of 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% US traffic. For simplicity, we eliminated ”discounts” eligible to countries with US tax treaties.

This table we created shows the maximum US withholding tax you have to pay, with a monthly YouTube income of US$1,000.

And this table shows how much income you will receive, after deducting the US tax, from a YouTube income of US$1,000.

There is no doubt that this is a massive tax that is going to cut deeply into the income of every non-US YouTube channel, because it is a non-progressive flat tax, with no deductions.

 

What Can You Do About This US Tax By YouTube?

This withholding tax is going to irk a lot of YouTubers who have never stepped foot in the US, or received any benefit from the US government.

More so for non-US creators in countries without a double tax treaty with the US, because they would get double-taxed.

YouTube creators may be incentivised to target non-US viewers by producing more localised content, but ultimately, US traffic still pays the best. So we don’t see shifting focus away from US viewers as a good strategy.

Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone can do but bite down and bear the pain, on top of what has already been a terrible 2020 and 2021.

But if you are ever in the US and get some shit about being a foreigner, I suppose you can send them this smackdown, “I have every right to be here! I pay taxes too!“.

Seafood scams on Facebook have been proliferating recently, and Facebook just doesn’t care.

So it is up to all of us to spread the word and WARN EVERYONE about these seafood scams on Facebook.

Seafood Scams On Facebook : What’s Going On?

We were first alerted to the world of Facebook seafood scams by people who were cheated by Ocean Sense and East Malaysia Seafood Agent.

These Facebook seafood scam pages have a simple modus operandi :

  • offer online seafood delivery at very attractive prices and even free delivery
  • advertise on Facebook to reach out to people, and avert Facebook’s ire
  • ghost you after you deposit money into their bank accounts
  • delete your negative comments on their Facebook page

Even though many people reported Ocean Sense and East Malaysia Seafood Agent as scam pages, Facebook declined to take action and they are STILL ACTIVE.

 

Seafood Scams On Facebook : How To Detect Them!

The problem with seafood scams on Facebook is how easily scammers create them. Even if they get banned by Facebook, they will simply create a new one.

Facebook also partly enables them to continue with their scam by ignoring reports, claiming that there is nothing on the scam pages that go against their Community Standards. Duh – as if the scammers will post on Facebook admitting that they are scammers.

So how do we detect these seafood scams on Facebook?

Step 1 : Check List Of Reported / Confirmed Seafood Scams

The first thing you should do is run a quick search online on the name of the seafood vendor. See if anyone has reported them to be a scam.

These Facebook pages have been reported to be scam pages, but we haven’t been able to independently verify their reports :

Step 2 : Check With The Commercial Crimes Department

Next, use the Commercial Crimes Department’s website to check for bank accounts that have outstanding police reports.

For example, the CIMB 8604503834 has two outstanding police reports lodged against it.

DO NOT BANK ANY MONEY to any account flagged by the Commercial Crimes Department’s website.

Step 3 : Check List Of Reported Company + Bank Accounts

Just because a bank account has not been flagged by the Commercial Crimes Department’s website doesn’t mean it’s safe.

That’s because many people do not bother to lodge a police report, or it may be a recent scam.

Here is a list of reported company and bank accounts, which you should AVOID :

Step 4 : Look For An Address

Genuine seafood vendors on Facebook will share with you their address, so you can drop by and select your seafood if you wish.

But don’t just trust the address they post. Always check the address on Google Maps, and use Street View to check if the shop really exists.

Step 5 : Look For Angry Emojis

A genuine seafood vendor may have one or two angry emojis by dissatisfied customers, but scam pages will have A LOT of them.

Hover over the reaction emojis, and look at how many are positive (likes or wow), and how many are negative (angry).

Scam pages will have a lot of angry emojis because they often delete negative comments, so angry customers have only one option – show angry emojis to warn potential customers.

Step 6 : PM People With Angry Emojis

To find out for sure if this is a scam, just PM (private message) those who left an angry emoji react to the Facebook page.

That’s how we were able to confirm that Ocean Sense and East Malaysia Seafood Agent are seafood scam pages.

Step 7 : Pay Only By Credit Card / Cash On Delivery

If you are still enticed by the great offer and want to take a risk, insist on paying with a credit card, or cash on delivery.

NEVER PAY to a bank account directly, because there is simply NO PROTECTION, and NO WAY for you to get your money back.

Using a credit card protects you against fraud, because the payment is not instantly credited to the vendor.

If you did not receive the seafood you ordered, simply call up the bank and inform them. They will refund the money.

If the seafood vendor insists on a direct bank transfer and refuses even cash on delivery, it is highly likely that they are scammers.

Cybercafe Converts RTX 3080 PCs Into Cryptomining Rigs!

The COVID-19 pandemic has decimated the cybercafe industry, with many closing down and selling their gaming PCs and accessories.

However, this Vietnamese cybercafe did something different – they began converting their GeForce RTX 3080 gaming PCs into cryptomining rigs!

The Star Gaming cybercafe in Ho Chi Minh City showed how they were transforming their business due to the COVID-19 pandemic, converting their gaming PCs into cryptomining rigs.

Instead of hosting gamers, the cybercafe is now hosting a slew of new cryptomining rigs.

It is possible that they are also building completely new cryptomining rigs. In this picture, you can see that each rig holds at least eight GeForce RTX 3080 graphics cards.

 

How Much Money Can Each RTX 3080 Cryptomining Rig Make?

Just how much money can this cybercafe make from their RTX 3080 cryptomining rig?

Officially, GeForce RTX 3080 cards start at $699, but due to the shortage of cards, they are now selling for about $1,199 each.

So eight of them would cost approximately $9,592. Let’s call it a flat $10,000 for the whole 8-card rig, plus power supply.

The average commercial electricity rate in Vietnam is VND 2,666 per kWh (about US$0.12 per kWh). So electricity should cost about $225 per month. Let’s make that $300 per month (+33%) to account for cooling costs.

As of 21 February 2021, each GeForce RTX 3080 has a hash rate of 86.5 MH/s using the Ethash (Phoenix) algorithm, which should generate approximately 0.18100503 ETH worth US$361 every month.

So each 8-card rig should generate a net profit of US$61 per month or US$732 per year. That doesn’t sound like much, but it’s a pretty decent ROI of 7.3% per annum.

It would certainly be much better than operating a cybercafe with little to no customers due to lockdown / biosecurity measures.

In fact, their costs would be very much lower if they are converting their existing RTX 3080 gaming PCs into mining rigs, with significantly higher ROI.

This is, arguably, a better solution for cybercafes to ride out the COVID-19 pandemic, than to give up and sell out.

This RTX Laptop Mining Farm Could Make $3.5 Million / Year!

Take a look at this crypto-mining farm that could make $3.5 million a year using just 900 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 gaming laptops!

 

Hundreds Of RTX Laptops Used In Crypto Mining Farms!

Not only gamers are affected by the limited supply of graphics cards in the market. So are cryptominers!

Chinese cryptominers now have to resort to buying up whatever GeForce RTX gaming laptops they can find, literally hundreds of them!

Instead of ASIC miners or GPU mining rigs, they are now powering their cryptomining operations with RTX gaming laptops!

We earlier highlighted the new trend of using RTX gaming laptops to mine cryptocurrency. It looks as this is more extensive that we first thought.

A Weibo blogger called 神鱼BTCer just shared even more pictures of RTX laptop-based mining operations, big and small.

Many appear to be pretty ghetto, placing the laptops in a kind of “tent mode” for better cooling, wherever there’s space – on tables, chairs or the floor.

But he also showed a seriously big crypto-mining farm being built using these GeForce RTX 30-series gaming laptops.

He even shared a short clip (part of the video we posted above), showing the cryptocurrency mining farm partially operational, with more being set-up.

There are 10 laptops per shelf, with each shelving unit capable of accommodating 60 laptops.

While not particularly large, this cryptocurrency mining farm has at least 15 visible shelving units, so that’s a total of 900 RTX gaming laptops when it’s fully operational.

Currently, it’s only partially complete, with about 200 or so laptops running, with many boxes of laptops left to open and setup.

 

How Much Money Can This RTX Laptop Mining Farm Make?

We had earlier shared about how a Bilibili content creator used an RTX 3060 laptop to mine 0.00053009 ETH while she sipped her coffee at Starbucks for 2 hours.

Based on her experience, we can guesstimate that the average GeForce RTX 3060 laptop will be able to produce :

  • 0.000265045 ETH per hour
  • 0.00636108 ETH per day
  • 0.1908324 ETH per month (30 days)
  • 2.3217942 ETH per year

Chinese electricity costs about RMB 0.545 (US$0.084) per kWh. Assuming each laptop uses about 250 watts of power (including whatever external fans they may be using), that works out to about RMB 1,200 or US$186 per year.

As of 11 February 2021, Ethereum is priced at US$1740. So here’s roughly how much this cryptocurrency mining farm would make, at that price :

  • 100 laptops : $385,392 per year
  • 200 laptops : $770,784 per year
  • 300 laptops : $1,156,177 per year
  • 400 laptops : $1,541,569 per year
  • 500 laptops : $1,926,961 per year
  • 600 laptops : $2,312,353 per year
  • 700 laptops : $2,697,745 per year
  • 800 laptops : $3,083,138 per year
  • 900 laptops : $3,468,530 per year

So there you have it – this small cryptocurrency mining operation can potentially make almost US$ 3.5 million in a single year.

But what’s the ROI, you say?

The Chinese OEM, Hasee, offers a GeForce RTX 3060 gaming laptop with a starting price of just RMB 6,499 (approximately RM4,089 / US$1,005 / £732 / A$1,309 / S$1,340).

And the video shows that this mining operation is using the same, or similar, Hasee RTX gaming laptops.

Let’s say they paid a 20% scalper’s premium, and purchased all 900 Hasee RTX 3060 laptops for a cool US$1,085,400.

Let’s further round that up to US$1.1 million for miscellaneous costs – shelving units, lights, fans, etc. including US$500 per month for rental.

Based on those assumptions, their net profit for the 900-laptop mining farm would be US$2,368,530 per year, at current prices.

That’s an incredibly high ROI of 17.9% per month, which is 67% higher ROI than the 78-card GeForce RTX 3080 mining rig!

After recovering the cost of the entire mining farm ($1.1 million) in just over 3 months, everything else they make after that is pure profit (after deducting rental and electricity costs), unless they are stealing the electricity!

With such great ROI, you can count on cryptocurrency miners to buy up ALL the GeForce RTX 30 series laptops they can get their hands on!

A Weibo blogger called 神鱼BTCer just shared photos of different GeForce RTX 30 series laptop mining rigs!

BTCer claims they are all “home-based”, but we have no idea whether they are his, or from different cryptocurrency mining operations.

But in a response to a question, he said that the best way to keep them cool is by putting them in a sort of “tent mode”.

This picture shows four stacks of GeForce RTX 3060 laptops made by Chinese OEM Hasee, powered on (you can see the green light).

Hasee offers a GeForce RTX 3060 gaming laptop that has a starting price of just RMB 6,499 (approximately RM4,089 / US$1,005 / £732 / A$1,309 / S$1,340).

These twenty Hasee GeForce RTX 30 series gaming laptops would cost just over US$20,000.

This seems like a waste of power – leaving their displays turned on. But leaving the display up would definitely improve cooling.

 

How Much Money Can RTX 3060 Laptop Mining Rigs Make?

A Bilibili content creator Fish Pond f2pool demonstrated how fast someone with a GeForce RTX 3060 laptop can “mine” cryptocurrency.

She plugged in her GeForce RTX 3060 laptop into a power socket at Starbucks, and mined 0.00053009 ETH over 2 hours while she sipped her coffee.

On 5 February 2021, Ethereum closed at US$1,680.497, so she mined enough during her coffee break to make US$0.89 or RMB 5.76.

Not quite enough to pay for her coffee (about RMB 28), but at least the electricity is FREE!

Based on her experience, we can guesstimate that the average GeForce RTX 3060 laptop will be able to produce :

  • 0.000265045 ETH per hour
  • 0.00636108 ETH per day
  • 0.1908324 ETH per month (30 days)
  • 2.3217942 ETH per year

So that mining rig with 20 Hasee laptops you saw up there could make, at current prices, about :

  • $8.908 per hour
  • $213.80 per day
  • $6,413.87 per month (30 days)
  • $78,035 per year

Chinese electricity costs about RMB 0.545 (US$0.084) per kWh.

Assuming each laptop uses about 250 watts of power (including whatever external fans he may have), that works out to about US$3,679.20 per year.

So his net profit for the 20-laptop mining rig would be US$74,356 per year, at current prices.

That’s an incredible ROI of 30.8% per month, which means he will recover the cost of the entire rig ($20,100) in just under 3.5 months!

This is actually 2.9X higher ROI than the 78-card GeForce RTX 3080 mining rig!

With such great ROI, you can count on cryptocurrency miners to buy up hoards of GeForce RTX 30 series laptops!

12-Card GeForce RTX 3090 Gigahash Mining Rig!

It seems easy for crypto-miners to get hold of the GeForce RTX 3090 graphics card in bulk.

A crypto-miner is building a compact mining rig that uses just a dozen GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards to generate over a gigahash per second!

Guntis Vitolins, who recently lost 500 graphics cards in a fire, is using a dozen INNO3D GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards, powered by four EVGA SuperNOVA G3 1000 watt power supplies.

 

How Much Money Can This RTX 3090 Crypto Mining Rig Make?

Just how much money can Guntis make from this crypto-mining rig?

Officially, RTX 3090 cards start at US$1,499, but due to the shortage of cards, they are now selling for about US$2,450 each. The EVGA SuperNOVA G3 1000 PSU each cost US$309.

So the twelve cards would cost approximately US$29,400, while the four EVGA PSUs would cost US$1,236. Let’s call it a flat US$31,000 for the whole rig.

The average commercial electricity rate in Ireland (where he’s based) is about €0.2413 per kWh. So electricity should cost about €800 or US$965 per month. Let’s make that US$1450 per month (+50%) to account for cooling costs.

Each GeForce RTX 3090 has a hash rate of 104.48 MH/s using the Ethash (Phoenix) algorithm, which should generate approximately 0.23401064 ETH worth US$312.53 every month.

So the total rig of 12 cards should generate 2.80812768 ETH worth US$3,750 per month. Deducting electricity costs, that’s a net profit of $2,300 per month or $27,600 per year!

That’s a high ROI of 7.4% per month, which means he recovers the cost of the entire rig in about 13.5 months.

This is about 31% lower ROI than the 78-card mining rig that uses the much cheaper GeForce RTX 3080, which pays for itself in just 9.5 months!

No wonder crypto miners are buying up graphics cards by the pallets… at the expense of PC gamers all around the world!

Please be warned that several people have allegedly been scammed by Ocean Sense – a seafood vendor on Facebook.

However, several customers reported that the vendor would block them after receiving payment, and delete any negative comments on their page.

SCAMMER ALERT

“OCEAN SENSE” – seafood supplier.

Do not purchase from this vendor. It is a scam. Blocks purchasers from FB/FB messenger and mobile number after monies for orders are banked into his account.

Be careful with online purchases during this depressed period of time!

We checked the CIMB account number with the Commercial Crimes Department’s website, which showed that no report has been lodged against it… yet.

However, it doesn’t mean it is a safe account. At least 61 people have looked up the same number.

In fact, a similar East Malaysia Seafood Agent page is also using the same CIMB bank account owned by Yap Kok Keong!

Another Ocean Sense customer just shared screenshots of his interaction with the same vendor, who used a different bank account :

After paying Ocean Sense RM500, he was told that seafood he purchased would arrive at 11 AM. But there was no sign of it at 12 PM, which was when the buyer realised he was cheated.

According to the Commercial Crimes Department’s website, this CIMB bank account had two police reports lodged against it.

You should AVOID dealing with A&B Bintang Trading, and definitely DO NOT send money to CIMB 8604503834.

If you have been cheated by this company, please LODGE A REPORT at the nearest police station!

We reached out to Ocean Sense, and after some digging, they claim that they are based in Tawau, and that their customers can purchase seafood from them at this address :

However, there is no Jalan Airport in Tawau, and Jalan Airport Baru is just an empty road leading to the Tawau Airport.

 

Help REPORT Ocean Sense Seafood On Facebook!

Even though these customers have reported Ocean Sense as a scam to Facebook, the page is still active, and the person running this page is actively deleting negative comments.

Here is how you can help prevent more people from being scammed.

Step 1 : Report To The Police!

If you are one of those who were scammed, please report to the police ASAP.

This would help get the bank accounts blacklisted, and listed in the Commercial Crimes Department’s database.

Step 2 : Publicise The Scam!

Share this article, or the news about Ocean Sense, with your family and friends.

Alert your community via social media – Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

Step 3 : Report The Scam To Facebook!

Facebook is quite lax about scams. They need many people to report a page as a scam before they will even bother to take action.

So follow these steps to report the Ocean Sense Facebook page as a scam.

  1. Go to the Ocean Sense Facebook page.
  2. Tap on the … menu on the upper right corner.
  3. Select Find support or Report Page.

  1. Select Fraud or Scam and Other.
  2. Click Next.

  1. Select Report Page.

  1. Tick the I believe that this goes against Facebook’s Community Standards check box.
  2. Click on the Report button.

That’s it! You have done your part in reporting a scammer.

But for this to work, many more people must report the page as a scam. So please share this out, and get your family and friends to help report them.

Facebook is very lax, and will likely claim that the page doesn’t contravene their Community Standards. But without enough reports, they will take it more seriously.

Maybank TTDI Closed After COVID-19 Exposure!

Maybank closed their TTDI (Taman Tun Dr Ismail) branch, after an employee there was confirmed to be in close contact with a COVID-19 patient under investigation!

On 6 January 2021, Maybank announced that an employee at their TTDI branch at Lorong Rahim Kajai 14 was confirmed to be in close contact with a COVID-19 patient under investigation.

Even though the close contact happened outside of the branch, Maybank closed their TTDI branch, for cleaning and sanitisation, until further notice.

The self-serviced terminals (SST), which was closed for one day for cleaning and sanitisation, will be available for use from 7 January 2021 onwards.

Warning Sign #1 : No Such B40 Subsidy Program

The Malaysian government has not announced any B40 subsidy program.

Neither would Maybank offer free money for the B40. It’s a bank, not a charity.

Warning Sign #2 : Bad Grammar

The bad English grammar should be a warning sign that this is not a legitimate offer.

Warning Sign #3 : Not Using The Real Maybank Domain

A genuine Maybank campaign would use the real Maybank domain – www.maybank.com.my.

The use of a different domain should warn you that this is not a legitimate Maybank website.

In fact, Google Chrome will warn you that this website is a phishing attack – to get your personal and banking information.

Warning Sign #4 : Asking You For Your Information

The banks – whether they are Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, etc – will NEVER ask you to fill in your personal details.

Think about it – they already have your information because you have an account with them!

Even if there is a legitimate B40 subsidy programme, they only need you to log into your Maybank account. They do NOT need you to register your details again.

These scammers ask you for these details so they can use them in phishing calls, to convince you that they are really from Maybank.

Warning Sign #5 : Asking You For Your Bank Login!!!

This is a BIG warning sign. Banks will NEVER ask you for your user name and password.

If you key in this information, you are basically giving these scammers access to your Maybank account.

They will call or message you and try to get your TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) number that is sent to your mobile number. DO NOT GIVE THAT TO THEM!

If you sent them your user name and password, please contact the bank immediately, and change your password!

All IT Hypermarket just announced the closure of their SOGO KL outlet after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

All IT Hypermarket : One Employee Positive For COVID-19

At around 3 PM today (17 October 2020), All IT Hypermarket announced the immediate closure of their SOGO KL store, after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

This employee, Staff A, is a sibling of Staff B from the same household, and the second All IT Hypermarket employee to get infected.

Staff A last worked at their SOGO KL outlet on Sunday, 11 October 2020 and did not come to work subsequently because he was not feeling well.

A pre-hospitalisation COVID-19 screening on the morning of Friday, 16 October 2020 came back positive late at night on the same day.

After they received the news, they temporarily closed their SOGO KL outlet for a deep cleaning exercise.

They also placed their staff under 14-days of self quarantine, and they will all undergo COVID-19 testing.

Their SOGO KL branch will remain closed until further notice to “mitigate the risk of infection”.

SOGO however decided to close the entire 7th floor for cleaning on 17 October, reopening it on 18 October 2020.

As per MOH guidelines, they should be performing contact tracing, and contacting those who came in close contact with the affected employee.

If you happen to be in close contact with the affected All IT Hypermarket employee at their SOGO KL outlet, you will be contacted and asked to self-quarantine as well as undergo a COVID-19 screening test.

At around 3:30 PM today (12 October 2020), Machines announced the immediate closure of their Mid Valley retail store, after an employee tested positive for COVID-19.

The employee, who last worked at the Mid Valley outlet on 8 October 2020, informed Machines about COVID-19 positive cases in the flats where he lived on 10 October 2020.

They made arrangements for his self-quarantine and COVID-19 screening test, which came back positive today, Monday, 12 October 2020.

 

Machines Mid Valley : Closed After COVID-19 Exposure!

Machines immediately close their Mid Valley outlet for disinfection and cleaning, and it will remain closed until further notice.

They are now working with the Ministry of Health (MOH) to identify close contacts for COVID-19 testing and quarantine.

This incident only affects their Mid Valley outlet (G-063, Ground Floor), and does not involve their outlet in the adjoining Gardens Mall.

Bank Negara Malaysia Email Scam : Watch Out For It!

You may have received this email purporting to be from Chin Suit Fang, a Bank Negara Malaysia board member, and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee.

It warns you that you have just 48 hours to address an outward payment from your bank account (not necessarily RHB), or Bank Negara Malaysia will freeze your account for investigations.

Bank Negara Malaysia confirmed that this is a fake scam email, even though Chin Suit Fang is really on the Board of Directors for BNM, and that’s really her photo.

 

Bank Negara Malaysia Email Scam : Why It’s Fake

For those who want to learn more how to spot such email scams, and specifically why this Bank Negara Malaysia email is a scam, here are the details :

Tip #1 : Check The Email Address

If you check the email address, you will see that it’s from BNM.gov.my@banknegaramalaysia.onmicrosoft.com.

That is not a valid Bank Negara Malaysia email account, which always ends with @bnm.gov.my.

Tip #2 : Do You Really Have That Much Money?

It is impossible for Bank Negara Malaysia to question you over such a large transfer when you don’t have that much money in the bank in the first place!

Tip #3 : Did You Really Transfer That Much Money?

If you really have that much money, did you really transfer so much out?

First thing to do is NOT to respond to the email, or click on any link.

No, the first thing you should do is check your bank account. If there has been no such transfer, the email is evidently false.

Tip #4 : Bank Transfers Are Generally Limited To RM50K A Day

Unless you performed the transfer over-the-counter at the bank, and submitted a Bank Negara Malaysia declaration form, it is simply impossible to transfer more than RM50,000 a day.

Online transfers are limited to just RM50,000 a day, and in some cases, to just RM20,000 a day.

Tip #5 : Bank Negara Malaysia Directors Will Not Email You 

Even if you are in the habit of transferring half a million ringgit to other people (call me please?), Bank Negara Malaysia will not email you to ask you about it.

If they require you to submit documents, you can be assured that it will be by an official letter.

Even if you are a famous personality or a politically significant person, no Bank Negera Malaysia director is going to write you an email.

Do you really think it is the job of a BNM director to write demand letters?

Tip #6 : Why Would They Include Their Personal Picture?

Why on Earth would any person include their personal picture in an official email?

Heck, do YOU even include a picture of yourself in your emails to your family and friends? Of course, not!

The only reason why scammers do this is to trick you into believing that this is really an email from a Bank Negara Malaysia director.

Tip #7 : Look At The Horrendous Grammar

The email isn’t even well-written, with bad grammar and odd capitalisation of various words.

Is this the kind of email a Bank Negara Malaysia director would pen? Seriously?

No, this is the kind of English that is written by someone with a poor command of the English language.

WhatsApp just rolled out digital payments in Brazil! It is a good look at what could eventually be rolled out across the world – WhatsApp Payments!

 

WhatsApp Payments : What Is It?

On 16 June 2020, WhatsApp started rolling out digital payments to their users and businesses in Brazil.

By leveraging the recently-announced Facebook Pay, it allows WhatsApp users to send money, or pay for their purchases, directly through the app.

It also allows WhatsApp Business users to receive money or payments for their products or services.

 

WhatsApp Payments : Is That The Official Name?

They did not reveal an official name, calling it either digital payments on WhatsApp or simply payments on WhatsApp.

It could become WhatsApp Pay, like the recently-launched Facebook Pay, or Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Or it could be just Facebook Pay on WhatsApp.

But right now, for simplicity, we will use the placeholder name – WhatsApp Payments.

 

WhatsApp Payments : Cost + Limits

This is one of the first things people will want to know – is it FREE?

Well, it is free for WhatsApp users to send or receive money through WhatsApp, subject to these limits (for Brazil) :

  • Sending limit : 1000 BRL per transaction (approx. US$196 / £155 / S$272 / A$282 / RM 837)
  • Receiving limit : 20 transactions per day, or 5000 BRL per month (approx. US$977 / £775 / S$1361 / A$1412 / RM 4,181)

If you need to exceed that limit, you need to register for a WhatsApp Business account, which lets you accept unlimited payments, and credit card payments.

However, you will need to pay a flat 3.99% processing fee, irrespective of the payment sum.

In addition, WhatsApp insists that free transfers are strictly restricted to “personal transfers between friends and family”.

All businesses, even very small ones who do NOT exceed those limits, must also use WhatsApp Business and pay the 3.99% processing fee.

Otherwise, they risk the blocking of their personal account, if WhatsApp catches them receiving payments.

 

WhatsApp Payments : How Does It Work?

WhatsApp currently restricts access to their setup methods to users in Brazil, but from what we can tell – here is basically how WhatsApp Payments work.

Setting It Up The First Time

  1. Install WhatsApp and setup your WhatsApp account, if you have not already done so.
  2. Sign up for a Facebook Pay account, if you have not already done so.
  3. Create and verify your 6-digit Facebook Pay PIN.
  4. If you wish to use your fingerprint to authenticate payment, select the Use Fingerprint option.
  5. Key in your full legal first and last names and your CPF (identity card number)
  6. Add and verify at least one supported debit / debit-enabled combo card. You can add a credit card, but they can only be used to pay businesses.

To Make Payments On WhatsApp

  1. Open a chat with the person or business you wish to send money to.
  2. Tap the Attach (paperclip) icon, and select Payment.
  3. Key in the amount you wish to send.
  4. Authenticate the payment using the 6-digit Facebook Pay PIN or your fingerprint.
  5. The money will be transferred to the recipient, and you will both receive notifications in the chat window.

 

WhatsApp Payments : What Cards Are Supported?

Currently, WhatsApp will support these Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards in Brazil :

  • Banco do Brasil
  • Nubank
  • Sicredi

 

WhatsApp Payments : How Secure Is It?

To assure everyone that their transactions are secure, WhatsApp listed these security and privacy steps :

  • Encryption between your phone and WhatsApp servers keeps your payment information secure.
  • Advanced data storage contains multiple layers of hardware and software protection.
  • Facebook Pay PIN protection and device biometrics adds extra security before sending money.
  • You can only send money from your WhatsApp account once you have provided the correct debit or credit card information and verified that you’re the authorized user.

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : Not So Fast!

The AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia promises UNLIMITED AIR TRAVEL to local sixteen destinations, for a whole year!

But as usual – there are caveats with this offer that makes it a joke to call it Cuti-Cuti Malaysia….

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : What Is It?

Now that Malaysia is under Recovery MCO, AirAsia announced the Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia promotion to spur domestic tourism.

This is the domestic version of their earlier international Unlimited Pass, which we pointed out was a waste of money for most people.

It promises to let you book unlimited flights to sixteen local destinations within Malaysia for a year, for just RM 399 per person.

AirAsia BIG Members can purchase this special pass from 11 June to 13 June 2020.

After purchasing it, they will be able to redeem flights from 25 June 2020 until 31 March 2021.

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : TLDR Advice

For those who don’t have the time to read, here is our quick summary of what you need to know :

  1. COVID-19 will prevent / discourage you from using this Unlimited Pass for many months.
  2. You are NOT guaranteed tickets, because there are limited promo seats on each flight.
  3. It will not apply during embargo periods – weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
  4. Families should NOT bother. Holidays should be fun, not torture.
  5. You must be willing to book your ticket, and be seated, separately from anyone you are travelling with.
  6. It is best purchased and used by retirees, or singles / couples who have flexible working arrangements and can travel on working days.
  7. We also recommend it for business travellers – this can really save them a lot of money!

Since it may not be available during weekends, public holidays and school holidays, the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia tagline is really misleading…

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : Who Should Buy It?

Based on the severe restrictions AirAsia places on this pass, the best people to buy it should meet these requirements :

  • retired, single or a couple
  • able to travel on normal working days / need to travel for work
  • willing to put up with booking / travel hassles

Everyone else should not bother. Really. Travel should be fun, not torture.

We however recommend it for BUSINESS TRAVELLERS. The 14-day advanced booking may be a problem, but if you need to travel a lot for work, this pass will save you a lot of money!

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : Not For Holidays!

Reason #1 : Remember COVID-19?

Even though Malaysia did very well in the fight against COVID-19, the pandemic isn’t over. In fact, COVID-19 is likely to persist and spread back and forth from various countries for many more months to come.

Until a vaccine is approved and administered worldwide, it is possible that Malaysia may encounter additional waves of COVID-19 infections.

If you are unwilling to take this risk, you may end up not flying all that much, if at all!

Reason #2 : You’re NOT Guaranteed A Flight

The pass does NOT guarantee you to any flight. You can only use it to redeem flights that AirAsia has earmarked with 100% OFF signs.

You can select flights without the 100% OFF sign, but you will have to pay full price for them.

Reason #3 : Severe Limitations On Tickets

It’s stated in their Q&A (conveniently located in a separate Q&A page) that :

  • tickets are limited, and may not be available for all flights during public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  • you can only buy it for direct flights, no connecting flights allowed.
  • every passenger must book the flight individually – you cannot book as a group, even if everyone has the Unlimited Pass.
  • you must be 12 years or older, and have your own BIG Member account.
  • you must book your tickets at least 14 days in advanced.

These limitations are designed to reduce your ability to fly as often as you would like using the Pass. Families, for example, must be willing to be seated separately.

Unless you are single or a couple, and able to travel during work days, you may not even have the opportunity to use the AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia at all!

Reason #4 : Forced To Pay Full Price

Flying as a group will be problematic, because there are limited seats available for this Pass.

What will likely happen is that a few members of your group will be able to use their Pass, while the others will have to pay full price for their tickets.

The way out would be to split the group up, and fly on separate flights. But obviously, this makes travel much more of a hassle.

And remember – even if you get to fly out with the Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia, you may not get to do so on the way back.

You may have to pay full price, unless you are able and willing to adjust your return date according to what’s available for the Unlimited Pass.

Reason #5 : Fuel, Baggage + Other Fees

Even if you manage to book many flights using the Unlimited Pass, they aren’t free. You will still need to cough up extra money for ancillary fees.

Budget airlines like AirAsia make a large percentage of their profits not from flight tickets, but from ancillary revenue – administrative fees, baggage fees, assigned seat fees, flight insurance, cancellations, documentation, meals, merchandise, fuel surcharges, etc.

In Q3 2019, almost a quarter of AirAsia’s revenue came from such ancillary sources – a whopping RM 686 million. And unlike revenue from flight tickets – they have relatively low costs – and so they contribute substantially to the airline’s PROFITS.

Frequent AirAsia travellers will tell you that these ancillary fees often cost as much as, or even more, than the flight tickets!

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia : The Caveats

AirAsia conveniently lists the caveats of the Unlimited Pass in two sections in a separate Q&A page, which we have combined and summarised here (with our emphasis) :

  • It is only applicable on direct flights with the AK carrier code.
  • Flight redemption is limited and may not be available for all flights during public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  • Flight redemption is only valid for base fare only and do not include optional add-ons, passenger service charge, regularity service charge, or other charges.
  • Booking must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the flight departure date.
  • All applicable taxes, fees or charges imposed by the regulatory bodies must be paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • It is available for BIG Members within Malaysia who are at least 12 years of age on the date of departure and the passenger must be the BIG Member who made the booking. Each AirAsia Unlimited Pass is assigned to one (1) passenger only with one (1) BIG Member account.
  • You can only book for yourself, and cannot select multiple passengers using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • In the event any travel agency or party other than an individual BIG Member purchased the AirAsia Unlimited Pass and subsequently made flight bookings using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass, AirAsia shall have the right to cancel/forfeit such AirAsia Unlimited Pass and the flight bookings, without any liability on the part of AirAsia to such agency, third party or any passenger.
  • AirAsia reserves the right to cancel or forfeit your Unlimited Pass, if you miss more than three (3) flights.
  • The AirAsia Unlimited Pass cannot be sold, bartered, assigned or transferred to another person. Any attempt to transfer the AirAsia Unlimited Pass or book travel using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass for someone other than the holder of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will result in immediate forfeiture of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • Use of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will not earn any BIG Points, and flights flown using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will not count towards any offers or bonuses. Redemption of BIG Points is also not allowed for the purchase of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • When purchasing the AirAsia Unlimited Pass, passengers must ensure their details in the BIG Member account (i.e. name and date of birth) are as per passport or identity card. These details will be used for booking during the redemption process.
  • The AirAsia Unlimited Pass Cuti-Cuti Malaysia is non-refundable.

GrabFood : Restaurant Availability Not Based On Commission!

GrabFood has responded officially to the allegations that they are turning off restaurant availability according to commission rates.

We also asked them some questions of our own, and will update the article with their replies when we get them!

 

GrabFood Restaurant Availability Controversy : What Happened?

In case you missed the recent kerfuffle, Burgertory – a gourmet burger restaurant – recently accused GrabFood of quietly switching off their restaurant’s availability because of their lower commission rate and sales bucket.

GrabFood Clarifies Restaurant Availability Controversy!

Sean Goh, the Managing Director of Grab Malaysia, issued this press release to address those allegations.

First and foremost, we would like to address the misconception: we do not turn off any of our stores / restaurants based on commissions.

Secondly, during rainy days, or when there is a lack of delivery riders in a specific area, we automatically reduce the service distance to ensure that we can maintain our service levels. Once the availability of delivery riders has recovered, our service distance would resume to normal levels. Occasionally, this may result in stores being unavailable in a nearby location, but available in a further location. For example, Customer A may reside in Bangsar but only see restaurants available in PJ, because we have insufficient delivery partners within the Bangsar area at that specific time.

Thirdly, during festive seasons where some of our restaurant partners may be closed, we practice a precautionary ‘temporary pause’ based on feedback from delivery riders who cite that a restaurant is closed despite being available in our app. This is done to ensure we do not disappoint customers who may continue to order from restaurants who have not updated their operating hours especially during the festive season. Such was the case experienced by this specific restaurant partner.

Prior to Raya holiday period, we sent out multiple communications (emails and SMS) to remind our restaurant partners to update operating hours and how to easily reactivate their restaurants in case of a ‘temporary pause’. In this case, we apologise that we were not attentive enough to ensure our partner received and acknowledged our communications.

We also note that information that was provided by our support staff was inaccurate, and apologise for the heartache and impact to our restaurant partner.

In view of the pandemic, we empathise with our merchant partners whose income has been affected due to the lockdown and restricted operating hours, and have had to rely only on delivery services to generate income. We are continuously looking at different initiatives to help drive demand for them, such as our Local Heroes and Grab Small-Biz Relief fund which this specific partner was also a part of, but will strive to balance this with the need to ensure we continue to uphold our highest service level.

Our Questions To GrabFood On This Controversy

We took the opportunity to ask GrabFood to clarify some points not covered in their press release. We will update this article with their answers when we get them.

  1. If bad weather or a lack of riders is an issue for a particular area, why was XXX restaurant marked as Unavailable, while other restaurants in the same vicinity are still Available?
  2. Is there a verification protocol for your rider reports? Does GrabFood call the merchant to verify that they are closed, after a rider reports it?
  3. The press release mentioned that GrabFood requested that restaurant partners update their operating hours. Did Burgertory or the other affected partners change their operating hours? If not, wouldn’t the operating hours remain the same?
  4. What is this Temporary Pause you refer to? Why is there a need for it, and what exactly was the procedure to reactivate their restaurant?
  5. The Raya holidays ended on 26 May 2020, but why are they still experiencing these issues?
  6. Is there any reason why GrabFood support staff would claim that availability of a restaurant is based on the commission level, if that was never the case?
  7. If the percentage of commission does not determine availability of the restaurant, does it affect prioritisation or visibility on GrabFood?
  8. Can GrabFood explain to our readers the difference in commission paid by the various restaurants, and what advantage they would have for paying GrabFood more commission, as opposed to less?
  9. Does sales bucket affect store availability? Does it also affect prioritisation or visibility on GrabFood?
  10. There are concerns that the commission levels are too high – some 25% to 35%? Can you tell us the exact commissions, and breakdown of what goes to the riders, and what goes to GrabFood?

GrabFood : How Burgertory Exposed Potential Discrimination!

Burgertory recently complained about how GrabFood was discriminating against them, in favour of larger businesses, or those who can pay them higher commissions.

Burgertory vs GrabFood : A Quick Primer

Burgertory – a small gourmet burger restaurant – had been using GrabFood for food deliveries for more than a year.

However, they recently noticed that GrabFood kept listing their business as unavailable, even though they were open for business.

Oddly, other restaurants in the vicinity were listed as available, just not Burgertory. When they complained to GrabFood, they were told that restaurant availability was turned on or off based on :

  • differences in commission rate – commission per order (25% to 35%)
  • differences in sales bucket – the value of each order

In other words, what you see on GrabFood is not what’s really available, but rather – which restaurant is more willing to pay them more commission, or can generate them more money.

Burgertory vs GrabFood : Some Updates!

First of all, Grab issued an official press release, stressing they do not turn restaurants off based on commission rate, but there was no mention of the sales bucket.

In a Facebook comment, they said that Burgertory was switched off the first time, because a GrabFood rider arrived and found them closed.

However, Burgertory pointed out that they kept Grab updated on their operating hours, and the rider arrived late – after they closed at 8 PM, and they were not alerted to the rider’s report, or that they were being switched off.

Burgertory also posted a separate update, sharing that Grab told them other merchants “has paid campaigns with them, and the difference in the discoverability radius is to help with the campaign ROI“.

 

GrabFood Discrimination : Bad For Almost Everyone

If what they were told is true, then GrabFood is intentionally turning off visibility to potential customers, in favour of higher profits from their merchants.

They are no longer acting as a neutral platform, but becoming a gatekeeper of sorts, giving those who can pay more, greater access to customers.

This is naturally bad for merchants, who already have to pay rather exorbitant commission – 25% to 35%. With such a discriminatory system, they will be forced to pay more just to stay visible on their platform.

This is also bad for customers, because our choices will be limited to what GrabFood decides makes them more money, not what’s actually available.

They would be essentially deciding who you should order your food from. And limiting you, not to those with better food ratings, but those who can pay them more.

Eventually, food prices will go way up, because merchants have to increase their GrabFood commissions to “stay visible”, and the additional cost will be added to your meals.

It’s not bad for everyone though. As long as customers remain ignorant, restaurants will be “encouraged” to pay GrabFood more money. It will work out great for GrabFood.

 

Burgertory vs GrabFood : What Happened?

Here are the details of the Burgertory vs GrabFood scandal. It started with a Facebook post by Burgertory on 4 June 2020 :

We are really disappointed and upset with the partnership with GrabFood.

We have been on-boarded to GrabFood for more than a year now, and we have been a cooperating partner.
Not until recently that we found out GrabFood has been very non-transparent in their assignation for restaurants availability in terms of radius.

We have been receiving a lot of complaints from our customers about GrabFood not showing the availability to deliver within reasonable distance, and we thought this is due to GrabFood system that is set to be within a specific distance in each area.

However what triggered the following case was on 26 May 2020, when we were alerted by our staff that GrabFood was unavailable for that day (imagine the sales that we lost, especially during this COVID period whereby businesses are struggling). Our sales from GrabFood on that day is ZERO. Upon checking, we realized other restaurants in same area is available but not us.

Hence we reached out to GrabFood merchant support via live chat and given the response that they off our restaurant availability from the back-end due to differences in commission rate by different restaurants, which means the restaurants which signed higher commission rate with them will get the priority and ‘be available in more places’. And they switched on our availability back after our call.

We were very upset and escalated to the manager. He then gave us another explanation that GrabFood will allow restaurants with larger ‘sales bucket’ to appear in more places. If that’s the case, it’s discrimination against small businesses, or any businesses that have menu selling items with lower price.

We gave feedback to them that this is not acceptable. And the manager promised to get back to us again after discussing with the team. It’s been a week and we hear nothing from them.

Yet it happened again today..! We realized they ‘turned off’ our restaurant again after checking from the app. Hence we wrote a complaint again, and same cycle happened… (same canned response, and they switched back on)

We are deeply disappointed with such partnership relationship. Does this mean that we have to always check if our restaurant has been hidden from the platform? These occurrences have broken the trust, we don’t know when their system will discriminate against us again and only switch back on after we found out and reach out to them each time. This is totally unfair to small and medium businesses.

After the public uproar, GrabFood quickly reached out to them the very next day to “discuss the issue”.

They clarified that Burgertory did not get “switched off” because of their lower commission, but did not explain why some restaurants get “switched off”, while others don’t.

We are truly humbled by the support from many of you and empathy shown by some of the business owners as well. Just want to give a quick update for those who has asked us about any update from GrabFood after the post yesterday:

They have reached out to us this afternoon to further discuss the issue, and clarified that the switch-off wasn’t due to commission factor, though we still don’t know the reason behind why certain restaurants in the same area are switched off unknowingly. We will continue to discuss and provide feedback to their team and hope that this will not happen again.

The reason why we decided to share the experience is to clarify what it might have impacted many of us as small & medium businesses. This is a year like no other and we empathise with all local businesses that are struggling to survive. We’re touched by some the responses we received yesterday, this is the time we strongly feel what brings Malaysians together. 

Apart from this, all of us from Burgertory team is really thankful for all the support to our business shown by our community, especially everyone of you, in what are the toughest of times. We always strive to sustain and provide a better F&B experience to all our customers. Hope all of us can stand strong together in unity through this tough times. Stay safe!

Scammers are now targeting Malaysians with THREE fake CIMB Bank scams regarding online or credit card payments.

THREE Fake CIMB Bank Call + SMS Scams!

Due to the COVID-19 lockdown, many Malaysians are now purchasing more online, and paying for those purchases with their credit cards.

This has attracted scammers who are now targeting both online purchasers and credit card users. In these new scams, they are pretending to be CIMB Bank.

Scam #1 : Credit Card Payment Authorisation

In this scam, the scammers used an automated call system with the number +113818415.

After you accept the call, a pre-recorded message will ask you to verify that you have just charged RM XXXX to your credit card, with these options :

  • Press 1 to accept the charge to your credit card
  • Press 2 to speak to a CIMB bank officer

Needless to say, when you opt to speak to a bank officer (fearing that you are a victim of a hacking attempt), the scammer will now convince you to transfer your money from your bank account to the bank’s account for “safe keeping”.

There is no such thing. Banks will NEVER ask you to transfer money out of your account. If they suspect fraud, they can simply disable your credit card, and deny payment to the merchant.

Scam #2 : Outstanding Credit Card Debt

In a different version of the first scam, the automated call system used a mobile number – +6012-22452090.

This time, the pre-recorded message will inform you that you owe RM XXXX on your CIMB Bank credit card.

Again, you will be offered the opportunity to speak with a CIMB Bank officer – the scammer – who will try to convince you to pay the money into a different account, or give him / her your login details.

A real bank officer will NEVER ask you to transfer money to a different bank account, or request for your login details. If you have outstanding credit card debt, the bank will just charge you interest on it.

Scam #3 : Online Purchase Warning

Happening concurrently with the scam calls is this CIMB Bank SMS scam campaign.

You may receive something like this, which looks like a genuine SMS from CIMB Bank informing you about a charge to your credit card.

 

Of course, the mobile number – +6013-688-1813 is a dead giveaway for those who are alert. But at a glance, it looks genuine enough.

If you call the scam number – 1800-81-9767, you will be connected to the scammer, who will then try to convince you to transfer money from your bank account to a CIMB Bank account for “safe keeping”.

Just like in the first scam example, no bank will ever ask you to transfer money out of your own bank account. Even if they suspect fraud, they can simply lock your account.

And again, if they suspect your credit card has been misused, they can simply disable your credit card, and deny payment to the merchant.

 

Warn Everyone About Bank Scams!

Such scams, whether they are from CIMB Bank or any other bank, has the potential to cost the victim A LOT OF MONEY.

So please warn your family and friends about these scams. Share this article as widely as possible.

And if you receive a similar call, please report it to Maybank, Bank Negara and the police.

GrabPay Scam : Don’t Link Your Debit Card / Bank Account!

Beware of a new GrabPay scam that can quickly suck your debit cards and bank account dry!

Don’t link your debit card or bank account with GrabPay, and SHARE this warning with your family and friends!

 

GrabPay Scam Alert : Don’t Link Your Bank Account!

On 16 May 2020, Muhammad Syahir recounted how he was cheated of almost RM 900 through a GrayPay scam. Here is a brief summary of what happened :

  • The scammer created a new Instagram account, pretending to be the victim’s friend.
  • He messaged the victim asking for his phone number.
  • After receiving the victim’s phone number, he messaged him through Instagram to tell him about the GrabPay 8th Anniversary Campaign.
  • The victim was asked to look out for a GrabPay code, which would reveal what he won.

  • After sending the GrabPay code (not a TAC code) to the scammer, the victim saw RM 425 being debited into his GrabPay account. Unbeknownst to him, that money was from his own bank account!
  • A few minutes later, the victim received a notification that the RM 425 was paid to UNIPIN (M) SDN. BHD.
  • The scammer messaged him again on Instagram, asking for a second code that was sent to the victim.
  • The victim then received another notification from GrabPay stating that another RM 425 was paid to UNIPIN (M) SDN. BHD.
  • After that, the scammer blocked the victim on Instagram. That was when the victim got suspicious.
  • When the victim checked his bank account, he discovered that he lost RM 896.30 to the scammer.
  • In total, the scammer made 5 withdrawals through GrabPay – four from his debit card, and one from his bank account.

Another person – Patrick Saw – also fell for the same GrabPay scam, losing RM 405.

 

GrabPay Scam Alert : GrabPay Flaws?

Muhammad Syahir highlighted what he felt were major flaws with GrabPay :

  1. GrabPay allows credit / debit card transactions without CVV verification or OTP from the bank.
  2. GrabPay will not notify you about any first-time login attempt of a different gadget in a different location.
  3. GrabPay does not require users to set-up a secured PIN for any big transactions – e.g. more than RM100.
  4. If your bank account is linked to your GrabPay e-wallet, there won’t be any SMS notification for bank transfers to your e-wallet.

According to his experience, the scammer only needed to use the Grab Activation Code to withdraw money from all bank accounts / debit cards linked to your GrabPay app.

 

GrabPay Scam Alert : How To Avoid It?

To avoid falling prey to such a scam, here is what you should do :

  • NEVER accept a friendship request from a new social media account, until you have verified with your friend (through a phone call or face-to-face) that he/she created that new account.
  • NEVER send any code you receive to anyone. Even if it is a friend, why does he/she need the code that was sent to YOU?
  • Businesses will never give away free money for anniversaries. Don’t fall for such an old trick!
  • NEVER link your debit card or bank account to an e-wallet. Only link a credit card, because they are insured and protected against fraud. If you get scammed, you can call the bank to ask for a refund.

 

GrabPay Scam Alert : Original Post + Police Report

Here was what Muhammad Syahir posted earlier, together with his police report :

SCAM ALERT VIA GRAB PAY!
It happened to me last night and I have lost almost RM1K in a few minutes via Grab Pay.

The incident happened when one of my close friends re-created a new Instagram account and requested to follow me. He messaged me and asked for my phone number via Instagram message. Without any doubt, I gave him my phone number, knowing that he probably has lost my phone number.

He posted a few photos to his newly-created Instagram account so it does not look like a phishing account.

After that, he sent another message to me about GrabPay 8th year special campaign. He was telling me that I will send a message with a code to your phone and please let me know the code and I will see what you have won.

Grab Activation Code was sent to my phone number. It was an activation code not TAC code. I gave the activation code to him without any doubt because I know that he is my friend. Also, I was thinking of this is just an activation code, it has nothing to do with my bank accounts.

The tricks started here. I saw RM425 was debited to my GrabPay account and I did not know that it was from my bank account which was linked to the GrabPay account. After a few minutes, I received a new notification from the GrabPay that RM425 was paid to UNIPIN (M) SDN BHD.

The scammer then messaged me again on Instagram. Another activation code was sent to your phone, please let me know the code. Then, I have received another notification from GrabPay that another RM425 was paid to UNIPIN (M) SDN BHD.

When I was about to reply him a message, he blocked me up. That was the time that I know something fishy has happened. When I checked my Maybank2u, I have lost a total amount of RM896.30 from my bank account. The scammer has cleared all the money in my bank account and left RM60 balance to my GrabPay.

The scammer did a total of 5 transactions as you can see from my GrabPay activity picture below. 4 transactions were made directly via debit card which is linked to my GrabPay account and 1 transaction was made via Maybank2u. The scammer even managed to access my Maybank2u account from the GrabPay account.

It happened to me in a blink of an eye where you were blinded by this scammer who cat fished your close friend to do this scam.

On top of that, let me highlight the flaws of the GrabPay app:

1) Grab allows credit/debit card transaction without the bank’s authorization OTP and also the CVV verification.
2) Grab does not notify the user via email for any first-time login attempts of different gadgets in different location.
3) Upon registering this app for the past few years, Grab did not put a clause for the users to mandatorily set up their secured pin for any big transactions that are more than RM100.
4) Your bank account that is linked to your GrabPay will not notify you via sms for any debit transaction from the bank to the GrabPay.

*The scammer just need the Grab Activation Code and he can take all the money from your linked bank accounts on the Grab app. Such a flaw app!

Please be aware of this scam and help me to share this news. I have also tag a person who has faced the same case last week. You may also check on his Facebook profile. Patrick Saw has lost RM405 from the scammer who has approached him the same way as mine.

Recent Kaspersky research revealed that in 2019, WannaCry is still the most prevalent ransomware circulating, and some 30% of people targeted by ransomware were business users!

  • 30% of ransomware attacks targeted business users
  • Organisations lost, on average, US$1.46 million in costs, fines and repetitional damage in 2019
  • WannaCry attacked 164,433 users in 2019, and accounted for 21% of all ransomware attacks.
  • GrandCrab accounted for 11% of attacks, while Stop accounted for 4%.

WannaCry, arguably the world’s most famous ransomware, reached its peak 3 years ago – on 12 May 2017 – but continues to wreak havoc on unsuspecting victims.

GrandCrab is famous for its ransomware-as-a-service model, rented out to cybercriminals by its developers. Meanwhile, Stop spreads through compromised software and websites, as well as adware.

 

Ransomware : How To Protect Your Business

Here are some tips that Kaspersky is recommending to stay protected against ransomware :

  • Explain to employees how following simple rules can help a company avoid ransomware incidents.
  • Always have fresh back-up copies of your files so you can replace them in case they are lost (e.g. due to malware or a broken device).
  • Don’t just rely on a physical backup, but also store your backup in the cloud for greater reliability.
  • Always update your operating system and software to eliminate recent vulnerabilities.
  • Use anti-ransomware software, which will prevent ransomware from exploiting vulnerabilities in software and applications – especially important for customers who continue to use Windows 7.

And if a corporate device is encrypted by ransomware, please remember that the attack is a criminal offence. You should NOT pay the ransom.

Instead, report the ransomware attack to your local law enforcement agency, and find a decryptor that may work for you. Some are available for FREE.

Ji Shan Foundation : New Charity Scam Exposed!

Ji Shan Foundation is yet another fake charity misusing photos of sick children and a sob story to CHEAT you of your hard-earned money!

Ji Shan Foundation is a charity scam that recently posted this fake call for contributions :

Condition: Acute lymphocyte leukemia

Ji Shan Foundation Charity Scam Exposed!

This scam is actually an old RECYCLED scam. It was first posted in March 2019, the same day the Ji Shan Foundation Facebook page was created.

At that time, the Ji Shan Foundation scam urged people to donate to a different “father” – Chai Kok Weng, with a different set of photos.

That same scam was updated on 16 April 2020 to change the name of the benefactor to Sim Zhi Yew, with a different bank account!

Ji Shan Foundation STOLE the photos from Lim Ek who posted those photos on 4 December 2019.

As you can see in his post, his two children were admitted to the Parkcity Medical Centre for Influenza A (H1N1), not leukaemia.

 

 

Sim Zhi Yew + Chai Kok Weng : Known Charity Scammers

Both Sim Zhi Yew and Chai Kok Weng have been reported as charity scammers for some time now.

They are currently in the list of 79 reported charity scammers in Malaysia, with the following bank accounts.

Ji Shan Foundation Charity : REPORT THEM!

Despite people reporting the Ji Shan Foundation charity page for over a year now, Facebook has left them alone.

It looks like it will take A LOT of people reporting them before Facebook will do anything. You can help take them down by reporting their page as Fraud or scam :

 

Charity Scam : How To Avoid It?

While many of us want to help people in need, you should NEVER send money to a charity that you have not first verified to be a genuine charity.

You should certainly NOT send money to any person, without first confirming that he/she really needs the money for that critical surgery or medication.

It doesn’t matter if you are just sending a small token sum. Even ringgit / dollar you send them quickly becomes a substantial amount, and worse, encourages them to create new charity scams.

In Malaysia, you can also use this Commercial Crime Investigations Division page* to check if a bank account number or telephone number has been reported to the Royal Malaysian Police.

* However, please note that the CCID database is not comprehensive, because scammers can easily change their bank accounts and telephone numbers. Also, many victims are unaware they were scammed, and thus never reported them to the police.

The safest thing to do is NOT to send anyone money. Visit them directly to ascertain their authenticity, and donate directly to them.

This McDonald’s Malaysia voucher giveaway is just another scam, which the real McDonald’s Malaysia confirmed earlier :

This is what we recommend you do :

  1. Share this article with your family and friends, so they won’t get cheated.
  2. Click on the advertisement as many times as you can. This will help use up the ad budget they set for the ad campaign.
  3. Report the fake Google survey, by clicking here, and selecting Spam, malware or “phishing” (fake login)
  4. Report the advertisement, by clicking on the menu icon on the upper right side, and selecting Report ad.

 

McDonald’s Malaysia Voucher Giveaway : Exposing The Scam!

Okay, for those of you who are interested to know the details of this scam, here are the facts…

Fake McDonald’s Malaysia Facebook Page

If you go to its Facebook page, you will note that the name is off – McDonald’s_MY. Also, the page appears to have been created on 7 April 2020.

Compare that to the real McDonald’s Malaysia page (@My.McDonalds) which has a blue verified check mark. You can also see that over 80 million people liked this page.

Fake McDonald’s Malaysia Survey

The survey isn’t the scam. It is the decoy. It’s to trick you into thinking this is a real offer.

The bad grammar should be an obvious clue, as well as using mcd as a short form for McDonald’s Malaysia.

After you click Submit, you will be taken to this page, where you will be redirected to an outside website, where the real scam lies.

The bit.ly link is a shortened link that leaks you to a my.12xlwin7.net page. This is when the real scam starts…

If you proceed, you will be submitting your details to the scammers and their sponsors, which appears to include UNICEF, Your Voice Malaysia and Job-Central Malaysia.

You will also be asked many questions, including your telephone number, your location, and whether you have credit card, etc.

They will also try to trick you into allowing myxlwin to send you push notifications, presumably advertisements from their sponsors.

And after answering many questions, you will be asked to click on four ad banners, in order to get a chance to win a McDonald’s voucher.

As you can probably tell by now, this is just a scam to

  • obtain your personal details, with your permission to give them to their sponsors,
  • conduct a survey for their sponsors,
  • receive your permission to send you more advertisements,
  • trick you into clicking on their sponsor’s advertisements.

Ultimately, you are not going to get any voucher. So don’t waste your time. THIS IS A SCAM, PERIOD!

The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) issued no less than two warnings about Bitcoin Revolution in January 2019 and August 2019.

Bitcoin Revolution is likely to be an international “get-rich-quick” cryptocurrency scam.

The public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the entity operating under the name of Bitcoin Revolution.

The article, designed to look like a genuine Malaysiakini article, claimed that Malaysian politician Lim Guan Eng told Nabil Ahmad on the TV show MeleTOP how he made his fortune using the Bitcoin Revolution platform.

It even claimed that Lim Guan Eng showed off how much he made, before specifically endorsing Bitcoin Revolution.

All that is FAKE. There is no such segment on MeleTOP, and no such article on Malaysiakini. Lim Guan Eng never made such an endorsement.

 

Fake Lim Guan Eng Endorsement Exposed!

How do we know this is yet another fake celebrity endorsement?

Reason #1 : That Is A Fake Art News Page

The people behind this fake endorsement created a fake Facebook page on 2 March 2020 to masquerade as the ARTnews magazine, whose genuine Facebook page was created on 13 February 2009.

Reason #2 : The Fake Article Is Hosted On Nelassa.com

The Facebook advertisement was designed to look like it will lead you to Malaysiakini, but it actually leads to a hidden page on Nelassa.com.

Nelassa itself masquerades as a new website on cell and plant biology, with articles going back to December 2019. But a quick check shows that the domain was only registered in February 2020.

Even more interestingly, the owner of this domain blocked access to his/her name and contact – always a suspicious sign!

Reason #3 : The Links Lead To SecuredSheep.com

The fake article of Lim Guan Eng endorsing Bitcoin Revolution is replete with links to Bitcoin Revolution. But if you inspect the links, they all lead to SecuredSheep.com.

Interestingly, SecuredSheep.com is also protected by the same company – Domain Protection Services, Inc.

 

Please AVOID Bitcoin Revolution

Let us repeat what the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) warned in January 2019 and August 2019.

Bitcoin Revolution is likely to be an international “get-rich-quick” cryptocurrency scam.

The public should therefore refrain from undertaking any business or transactions with the entity operating under the name of Bitcoin Revolution.

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : A Waste Of Money, Unless…

The AirAsia Unlimited Pass promises UNLIMITED AIR TRAVEL to five countries, for a whole year!

But frankly speaking – the AirAsia Unlimited Pass is A WASTE OF MONEY, unless you fit a certain set of criteria.

Find out if you fit that small set of criteria, because if you don’t – do NOT sign up for the AirAsia Unlimited Pass!

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : What Is It?

Stung by the Airbus bribery scandal and the COVID-19 coronavirus crisis, the AirAsia Unlimited Pass promotion is their effort to stem the bleed.

From 29 February to 7 March 2020, AirAsia BIG Members can purchase the Unlimited Pass which would give them the right to purchase tickets to seven sectors, as many times as they wish – for a year :

  • Australia
  • Japan
  • Korea
  • China
  • Taiwan (only Taipei) *thanks for the heads-up, Goldfries!
  • India
  • United States (only Honolulu)

That sounds like an AWESOME deal, doesn’t it? Who doesn’t want unlimited air flights to all five countries for a whole year?

However, AirAsia threw in so many caveats, the Unlimited Pass is almost useless… unless you are willing to put up with the hassle.

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : TLDR Advice

For those who don’t have the time to read, here is our quick summary of what you need to know :

  1. COVID-19 will prevent / discourage you from using the Unlimited Pass for many months.
  2. You are limited to flights over 4 hours, and only with the D7 or XJ carrier codes.
  3. You are NOT guaranteed tickets, because there are limited promo seats on each flight.
  4. The Unlimited Pass also may not apply during peak periods like weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
  5. Families should NOT bother with the Unlimited Pass. Holidays should be fun, not torture.
  6. You must be willing to book your ticket, and be seated, separately from anyone you are travelling with.
  7. It is best purchased and used by retirees, or singles / couples who have flexible working arrangements and can travel on working days.

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : Why It’s A Waste Of Money

Reason #1 : Remember COVID-19?

Four of those five countries are in the throes of fighting COVID-19, and it is unlikely that India won’t be affected soon. And the COVID-19 coronavirus is spreading, not receding.

So how likely do you think you will be travelling to those countries over the next 12 months, even if there is no travel ban?

IMHO, many people will not be travelling (voluntarily) to China, Korea, Japan and Australia in the next 6 monthsat the very least.

Reason #2 : You’re NOT Guaranteed A Flight

With tourism falling off the cliff over the next few months, not only will people cancel their flights, so will airlines.

Even if you are fearless, it doesn’t mean AirAsia will be fearless as well, or stupid enough to fly an almost empty plane just because you insist on flying.

As stated in their rules (see below), buying the Unlimited Pass does NOT guarantee you to a flight. It is up to them to decide whether you qualify for a flight to your destination.

Reason #3 : Severe Limitations On Tickets

It’s stated in their Q&A (conveniently located in a separate page) that :

  • tickets are limited, and not available for all flights or destinations, or time periods, especially public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  • only long haul flights of over 4 hours with the carrier code D7 or XJ are allowed.
  • you can only buy it for direct flights, no connecting flights allowed.
  • every passenger must book the flight individually – you cannot book as a group, even if everyone has the Unlimited Pass.
  • you must be 12 years or older, and have your own BIG Member account.

These limitations are designed to reduce your ability to fly as often as you would like using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass. Families, for example, must be willing to be seated separately.

Unless you are single or a couple, and able to travel during work days, you may not even have the opportunity to use the AirAsia Unlimited Pass at all!

Reason #4 : Forced To Pay Full Price

Flying as a group will be problematic, because there are limited seats available for the Unlimited Pass.

What will likely happen is that a few members of your group will be able to use their Unlimited Pass, while the others will have to pay full price for their tickets.

The way out would be to split the group up, and fly on separate flights. But obviously, this makes travel much more of a hassle.

And remember – even if you get to fly out with the Unlimited Pass, you may not get to do so on the way back. You may have to pay full price, unless you are able and willing to adjust your return date according to what’s available for the Unlimited Pass.

Reason #5 : Fuel, Baggage + Other Fees

Even if you manage to several flights using the Unlimited Pass, they aren’t free. You will still need to cough up extra money for ancillary fees.

Budget airlines like AirAsia make a large percentage of their profits not from flight tickets, but from ancillary revenue – administrative fees, baggage fees, assigned seat fees, flight insurance, cancellations, documentation, meals, merchandise, fuel surcharges, etc.

In Q3 2019, almost a quarter of AirAsia’s revenue came from such ancillary sources – a whopping RM 686 million. And unlike revenue from flight tickets – they have relatively low costs – and so they contribute substantially to the airline’s PROFITS.

Frequent AirAsia travellers will also tell you that these ancillary fees often cost as much as, or even more, than the flight tickets!

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : Who Should Buy It?

Based on the severe restrictions AirAsia places on the Unlimited Pass, the best people to buy it should meet these requirements :

  • retired, single or a couple
  • able to travel on normal working days
  • would like to travel to those 5 countries
  • willing to put up with booking / travel hassles

Everyone else should not bother. Really. Travel should be fun, not a torture.

And we should point out that the target group above can often get free or heavily discounted flights on AirAsia without the Unlimited Pass. Thanks for the screenshots, Nigel!

So all the Unlimited Pass does is “force” you to travel more on AirAsia – they won’t make money from your flights, but they will make their money from your ancillary fees.

 

AirAsia Unlimited Pass : The Caveats

AirAsia conveniently lists the caveats of the Unlimited Pass in two sections in a separate Q&A page, which we have combined and summarised here (with our emphasis) :

  • It is only applicable on direct long haul flights of over 4 hours with carrier code D7 & XJ.
  • It excludes flights to Bali, Singapore, Jeddah and all Fly-thru routes. Embargo period applies.
  • Flight redemption is limited and may not be available for all flights, all destinations including public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  • Promotions which are applicable for bookings made via airasia.com and AirAsia Mobile App are limited to regular base fare only and shall not include Premium Flex or Value Pack bundled category.
  • All applicable taxes, fees or charges imposed by the regulatory bodies must be paid at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • It is available for BIG Members within Malaysia who are at least 12 years of age on the date of departure and the passenger must be the BIG Member who made the booking. Each AirAsia Unlimited Pass is assigned to one (1) passenger only with one (1) BIG Member account.
  • You can only book for yourself, and cannot select multiple passengers using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • In the event any travel agency or party other than an individual BIG Member purchased the AirAsia Unlimited Pass and subsequently made flight bookings using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass, AirAsia shall have the right to cancel/forfeit such AirAsia Unlimited Pass and the flight bookings, without any liability on the part of AirAsia to such agency, third party or any passenger.
  • AirAsia reserves the right to cancel or forfeit your Unlimited Pass, if you miss more than three (3) flights.
  • The AirAsia Unlimited Pass cannot be sold, bartered, assigned or transferred to another person. Any attempt to transfer the AirAsia Unlimited Pass or book travel using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass for someone other than the holder of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will result in immediate forfeiture of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • Upon purchasing the AirAsia Unlimited Pass, the passenger shall have the right to book and fly on AirAsia X and Thai AirAsia X flights to Australia, India, China, Korea and Japan for an unlimited number of times, subject to full and final payment of any applicable airport charges, taxes and regulatory fees, or other charges.
  • Use of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will not earn any BIG Points, and flights flown using the AirAsia Unlimited Pass will not count towards any offers or bonuses. Redemption of BIG Points is also not allowed for the purchase of the AirAsia Unlimited Pass.
  • When purchasing the AirAsia Unlimited Pass, passengers must ensure their details in the BIG Member account (i.e. name and date of birth) are as per passport or identity card. These details will be used for booking during the redemption process.
  • The AirAsia Unlimited Pass is non-refundable.
