EXMobile Chat 6 Smartphone Announced

KUALA LUMPUR, July 5, 2016 – EXMobile has announced the availability of its first 6-inch phablet sized smartphone, EXMobile Chat 6, in the local market.

Recently, there are a lot of smartphone manufacturers take turns to release their own 6-inch or above size smartphone to accommodate the market need as consumers nowadays prefer to use big screen devices as it offer more conveniences and better productivity.

EXMobile understands that local consumers have been waiting for an affordable phablet smartphone, hence the EXMobile Chat 6 was then introduced to the market.

Having a large screen is always a good thing for smartphone users as we can see more details on the display panel.

On the front, the EXMobile Chat 6 adopts a very simple yet classy candy bar design. Its rear panel uses plastic material, which gives a comfortable grip despite being a huge phone.

This phablet phone is sporting a 6 inches IPS screen that is presented with a desirable 720 x 1280 pixel resolutions display.

Under the hood, EXMobile Chat 6 is powered by a 1.3 Ghz quad-core processor that is coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card for up to 64GB. Powering up the device is a 2,800 mAh capacity battery which can sustain up to 130 hours of standby time and 4.5 hours of talktime.

On the camera department, the Chat 6 offers a 5-megapixel f/2.0 rear shooter with dual LED Flash support and a 2-megapixel front-facing snapper which can also take a decent selfie.

Out of the box, this device is running Android 5.1 Lollipop. It comes with dual SIM capabilities that supports 3G connection. Its other connectivity features includes Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and also can be used as a WiFi Hotspot.

The EXMobile Chat 6 comes in Rose Gold, Black and Silver color options. It is now officially available in EXMobile authorized retail stores nationwide with a recommended retail price of RM359 / ~US$89.

ExMobile VoLte 1 Smartphone Released

Kuala Lumpur, 11 June 2016 – ExMobile had released the company’s first ever smartphone with fingerprint sensor at the Malaysian market this year with the device model name called ExMobile VoLte 1. ExMobile aims to offer an exquisitely designed smartphone to the local consumers that not only presented with premium metal clad body but also capable to deliver outstanding performance as well.

ExMobile VoLte 1 is an all-in-one machine for all age groups. You will not be disappointed with the VoLte 1 as the phone is equipped with superior hardware and gorgeous 5.5 inch Full HD Sharp LTPS 2.5D Arc display covered by Dragontrail Glass protection on top.

EXMobile VoLte 2 Smartphone & EX Watch Launched

KUALA LUMPUR, 8TH JANUARY 2016 – EXMobile today unveiled its latest VoLte series smartphones and EX Watch for the Malaysian market.

Being in this business for 6 years, EXMobile has built up a solid network with over 800 Malaysian dealers with more than 100 models released since 2009. There are also 10 service centers nationwide. EXMobile has generated over RM50 million annual revenue in 2015 and hit over 100 thousand units of device sales under its brand.

“From 2014 to 2015, 4 out of 5 top Malaysia based Taiwanese/International brand fall in market share. The only vendor with growth had put their focus on budget conscious consumers.Also,The weakening Ringgit currency has brought big impact to the mobile market, the purchasing power of local consumers has also dropped correspondingly. EXMobile VoLte 2

The latest EXMobile VoLte 2 smartphone sports a 5″ Super Color TCL IPS screen with 1280 x 720 pixels and 320 PPI pixel density. The VoLte 2 has 2.5D curved glass edges and nano coating on both the front and back glass panels, presenting an elegant design and premium finish.

The EXMobile VoLte 2 is 71 mm wide, 144 mm tall and just 6.8 mm thick, and weighs just 139 grams. Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek 6735A quad-core processor together with the ARM Mali-T720 GPU, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded with a microSD card up to 64 GB.

This smartphone features a 13MP f/2.2 aperture rear shooter with dual LED flash and a 5MP front camera. It also comes with a high-grade Yamaha YDA165 audio chip that supports ACC and DTS Dolby.

The VoLte 2 is powered up by a 2,200 mAh battery with up to 90 hours of standby time and 7 hours of talktime. It supports 4G LTE connectivity with Dual SIM, Dual Standby support. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.

The EXMobile Volte 2 is now available at authorized stores and dealers nationwide with the retail price of RM 549 (~US$ 129). Alternatively, you can grab one online here.

EXMobile will also be releasing a high-end smartphone in the near future. This model will feature a Quad HD display, octa-core processor mated to 4 GB RAM / 32 GB flash storage, and a 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging technology. It will also come with a 16 MP OIS rear camera and 8 MP selfie camera. It will support 4G LTE connectivity with dual SIM, dual standby capability.

 

EXMobile EX Watch

The EX Watch is a new smartwatch produced by EXMobile that offers a 1.22″ HD IPS round display with 240 x 240 pixels. Its display is protected by a nanometer-tempered glass screen with a full bonding process.

The EX Watch measures 52 x 46 x 13.5 mm, and it uses a 108 MHz MediaTek MT2502A SoC paired with 128 MB of RAM and 32 MB of internal storage. It also supports up to 8 GB of additional storage via a microSD card slot. It is powered by a 350 mAh lithium-ion polymer battery.

The EX Watch watchcase is made of stainless steel, with two watchband options – stainless steel or leather –  that weighs 128 g and 62.8 g respectively. The leather strap variant will come with Silver, Black, Rose Gold, Royal Blue and Gold colour options and retail for RM 399 (~US$ 93) in Q1 2016.
