Kennedy family snubs RFK Jr. in St. Patrick’s Day photo with Biden!

The Kennedy family openly snubbed RFK Jr. when it posted a St. Patrick’s Day photo with President Joe Biden at the White House!

Kennedy family snubs RFK Jr. in St. Patrick’s Day photo with Biden!

The Kennedy family has largely been against the independent bid for the US Presidency by their infamous family member, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., which is also known as RFK Jr.

Several members of the family have openly spoken out against his candidacy, and his anti-vaccine views, calling them “dangerous”. To make it clear that the Kennedy family supports Joe Biden in his bid to be re-elected for a second term, almost the entire Kennedy family joined the president for a St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the White House on Sunday, 17 March 2024.

In an open snub to her own brother – RFK Jr., Kerry Kennedy posted a photo showing dozens of the Kennedy family taking a photo with Joe Biden, with this message.

“It’s not enough to wish the world were better, you must make the world better”

@POTUS President Biden, you make the world better. Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

@vradenburg3 @Mkennedycuomo @vickikennedy2277 @amykennedy715 @pjk4brainhealt @roryekennedy
@maxeykennedy

The photo featured former Rhode Island congressman Patrick J. Kennedy, Ambassador Caroline Kennedy, Biden’s special envoy to Northern Ireland Joe Kennedy III, as well as Kennedy family members of all ages… except RFK Jr. himself.

Other members of the family then reshared the photo on their social media accounts, making it clear that they support Joe Biden, and not their infamous family member – RFK Jr.

Patrick Kennedy even tweeted additional photos, writing:

What an honor to spend St. Patrick’s Day afternoon at the @WhiteHouse with friends, family, and world leaders @POTUS , His Excellency @LeoVaradkar and many cousins – Smiths, Shrivers, and Kennedys!
We are blessed.”

Joe Biden himself retweeted Kerry Kennedy’s post, with the reply, “From one proud Irish family to another — it was good to have you all back at the White House.

Maria Shriver Snubs RFK Jr. The Next Day!

In the second of a one-two punch against RFK Jr., Maria Shriver – another member of the Kennedy family, joined President Joe Biden the next day for his signing of a new executive order to spend $$12 billion to improve research on women’s issues like reproductive challenges and conditions like menopause.

At that White House event which was also attended by First Lady Jill Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, Maria Shriver called the executive order historic, and praised Biden profusely for his commitment to women’s health in an obvious snub of RFK Jr., and joked:

I’ll bet today that this is the first time a president of the United States has ever signed an executive order that mentions the words ‘menopause’ and ‘women’s mid-life health!’

Shriver even threw a veiled jab at former President Donald Trump, when she said:

This is an undertaking that could only be put into a motion by a president who respects women sees women who understands women and who want the best for women who wants us all to achieve our highest potential.

Recommended : Did Joe Biden Teach The 2nd Amendment For 12 Years?!

Biden’s executive order comes at a time when women’s health issues are dominating politics, with several states adopting anti-abortion laws that have threatened even unrelated reproductive issues like IVF.

Just before he signed the executive order, Joe Biden repeated his call for people to vote for a Democratic Congress to restore abortion rights:

You send me a Democratic Congress that supports reproductive freedom, I promise you we will restore Roe v Wade again as the law of the land.

Biden’s executive order goes beyond reproductive health issues. It also includes federal funding of research into mental health, substance abuse disorders, environmental health factors, and autoimmune diseases that disproportionately affect women, like rheumatoid arthritis.

The National Institutes of Health, for example, will increase its investments in small businesses that focus on women’s health by 50%, while the Defense Department will invest $10 million to learn more about cancers and mental health issues affecting women in active military service.

The US NIH is also launching a new effort around menopause and the treatment of menopausal symptoms that will identify research gaps and work to close them, according to White House advisor Jennifer Klein. However, this funding isn’t guaranteed as it is ultimately up to the US Congress to approve it.

The partnership agreement was signed by LGMS Executive Chairman Fong Choong Fook and WithSecure Corporation CEO Juhani Hintikka, who flew in from Finland to emphasise its importance while demonstrating support for the progress of Malaysia’s Digital Economy.

The signing was witnessed by Malaysia Deputy Communications and Digital Minister Teo Nie Ching, together with His Excellency Sami Leino, Ambassador of Finland to Malaysia and Brunei.

The Deputy Minister said that the partnership was ‘timely’, and represents a ‘significant leap’ towards a secured Digital Economy, and more so ahead of the National Cybersecurity Bill the Unity Government is set to unveil in early-2024.

This partnership is also aligned with the government’s ‘Ekonomi Madani’ vision of attracting significant foreign direct investments and generating avenues for technological advancements and innovations.

It serves to demonstrate how collaborative efforts can facilitate a robust, secure and prosperous digital ecosystem, thereby solidifying Malaysia’s position as a preferred destination for global tech investments.

The partnership agreement today between LGMS and WithSecure embodies a philosophy of attracting significant foreign direct investments and generating avenues for technological advancements and innovations.

WithSecure is today a leading international cybersecurity group which had also invested significantly in Malaysia and in nurturing local talent. LGMS Berhad, meanwhile, has been recognised as Cybersecurity Malaysia’s ‘Company of the Year’ with Fong himself being acknowledged as ‘Cybersecurity Professional of the Year’.

Fong said that, within today’s Digital Economy, cyberthreats and ransomware attacks have become more sophisticated and rampant and potential damages to SMEs, who often lack the necessary IT expertise and resources, can be catastrophic.

Most SMEs today are just one cyber attack away from a devastating setback or even closure. Recognising that most SMEs might not possess advanced IT know-how, our collaboration with WithSecure aims to deliver cybersecurity solutions that are not only robust but also intuitive and user-friendly.

The purpose is to empower our SME community to navigate the digital landscape confidently and securely.

– LGMS Executive Chairman Fong Choong Fook

This localised cybersecurity approach underscores WithSecure’s understanding of the region’s unique digital ecosystem and our commitment to crafting solutions that align with local business needs. This solution is also aligned with broader sustainability goal and embraces the ESG framework of safeguarding critical infrastructures, nurturing a secure digital community and reinforcing stringent governance standards, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to responsible, transparent business operations.

Peter McCullough Testified To EU Parliament On Vaccine Safety?!

Did Dr. Peter McCullough testify to the EU Parliament on COVID-19 vaccine safety on 13 September 2023?!

Take a look at the viral claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Peter McCullough Testified To EU Parliament On Vaccine Safety?!

People are sharing Twitter (X) and Rumble videos of Dr. Peter McCullough, claiming that he testified about the dangers of COVID-19 vaccines to the EU Parliament on 13 September 2023:

Blake 🔮 : Must Watch: Dr. Peter McCullough Calls For Complete Stop To All COVID Injections – Not Safe For Human Use (9/13/23):

@P_McCulloughMD testifies in the European Parliament to end all COVID vaccinations.

“I submit to you the COVID-19 vaccines and all of their progeny & future boosters are not safe for human use.”

World Council for Health (WCH) : In a session focused on the @WHO, Dr Peter McCullough (@P_McCulloughMD) delivered a powerful speech to the EU Parliament ahead of his upcoming WCH event in Bath, UK with Dr Tess Lawrie on Tuesday.

William Sumner Scott : The EU decided to allow Dr. Peter McCullough to make his presentation of the dangers of the covid – 19 vaccines. Bottom line, do not take any more of them.

America Out Lout : Dr. McCullough delivered a speech to the European Union Parliament on September 13, 2023, in a session dedicated to the World Health Organization and Pandemic response.

Peter McCullough Testified At EU Parliament : What I Discovered

Don’t be surprised if you did not see any EU Parliament announcement about banning COVID-19 vaccines, after Dr. Peter McCullough’s damning testimony to them.

Such a tremendous testimony should have made international news, shouldn’t it? After doing some research, this was what I discovered…

Fact #1 : Hearing Was About New WHO Proposed Rules

Like me, you probably thought that the EU Parliament invited Dr. Peter McCullough to testify about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.

However, the event was actually billed as an “Expert hearing with Q&A” on “Health & Democracy under WHO’s new proposed rules“.

The new WHO rules they are referring to are really proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that WHO member states themselves have drafted and negotiated since December 2021.

Fact #2 : It Was Not An Official European Parliament Event

If you check the European Parliament website, you will not find this event listed at all. You also won’t find it in the European Parliament’s list of official events for September 2023:

Hearings : A committee is permitted to organise a hearing with experts, where this is considered essential to its work on a particular subject. No hearings were held in August or September 2023.

Workshops : Workshops are organised by the policy departments and enable members to put questions to and exchange views with experts on subjects associated with parliamentary business or subjects of current interest. No workshops were held in September 2023.

Other Events : All other public events organised as part of committee activities involving external speakers or experts. Only one event was scheduled for September 2023 – the 13th meeting of the Joint Parliamentary Scrutiny Group on Europe on 20 September 2023.

As far as I can tell – the Health & Democracy under WHO’s new proposed rules event was not an official European Parliament event. It appears to consist of allotted time for the speakers to speak to the attendees and a livestream from within a European Parliament room, similar to the earlier International COVID Summit III.

Perhaps that was ultimately the purpose of this event – to give those speakers the patina of European Parliamentary approval? Perhaps that was all they wanted.

Recommended : Why International COVID Summit III Criticised Vaccine!

Fact #3 : The Event Was Held At De Madariaga S7 Room

It took some digging, but I managed to trace the location of this event. It was not held in the grand plenary hall where the 705 Members of the European Parliament meet, of course.

Rather, the Health & Democracy under WHO’s new proposed rules event took place from 2:30 PM until 4:30 PM at the S7 room in the Salvador de Madariaga (SDM) building.

This is a different, secondary building across the river from the main Louise Weiss building, with many rooms available for MEPs to use.

This appears to be a smaller version of the earlier International COVID Summit III event.

Fact #4 : Event Was Hosted By ECR + ID Parliamentary Groups

The Health & Democracy under WHO’s new proposed rules event appears to be sponsored or hosted by several European Parliament Members from the ECR (European Conservatives and Reformists), and the Identity and Democracy (ID) groups.

  • MEP Christine Anderson, Identity and Democracy – Germany
  • MEP Mislav Kolakušić, Non-attached Member of the European Parliament – Croatia
  • MEP Ivan Vilibor Sinčić, Non-attached Member of the European Parliament – Croatia
  • MEP Cristian Terheş, European Conservatives and Reformists – Romania
  • MEP Virginie Joron, Identity and Democracy – France

That explains how this event was held within the European Parliament building, even though it was not an official or sanctioned event. This is similar to the earlier International COVID Summit III event.

Obviously, speaking to those five MEPs do not constitute speaking to the European Parliament itself, since 700 other MEPs were not in the room, and it wasn’t even an official event!

On top of that, the event banner shows that they were not there as official representatives of the European Parliament, but as “hosting MEPs”…

Recommended : Did US + UK Create COVID-19 As Bioweapon?!

Fact #4 : European Parliament Had Plenary Session At That Time

While it may appear that Dr. Peter McCullough and the other people at the event were speaking to the European Parliament itself, the truth is – the European Parliament was in the midst of a 4-day plenary session from 11-14 September 2023.

At the same time that Dr. McCullough was giving his “testimony” in the S7 room in the Salvador de Madariaga building across the river, the European Parliament itself was in the grand plenary hall in the Louise Weiss building for issues (itinerary) like:

  • Topical debate (Rule 162) – Reviewing the protection status of wolves and other large carnivores in the EU
  • Presentation by the Council of its position on the draft general budget – 2024 financial year
  • Report on the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for ensuring a secure and sustainable supply of critical raw materials and amending Regulations (EU) 168/2013, (EU) 2018/858, 2018/1724 and (EU) 2019/1020
  • Opening of negotiations of an agreement with the United States of America on strengthening international supply chains of critical minerals
  • Report with recommendations to the Commission on amending the proposed mechanism to resolve legal and administrative obstacles in a cross-border context

Recommended : Did CDC Say COVID Vaccines Cause AIDS + Cancer?!

Fact #5 : All Hosting MEPs Attended Plenary Session!

The Health & Democracy under WHO’s new proposed rules event was hosted by five MEPs. However, the video does not actually show them present in the McCullough testimony video.

When I checked the attendance register, I was surprised to see that all five MEPs attended the plenary session on 13 September 2023 at the Louise Weiss building across the river!

  • Christine Anderson
  • Mislav Kolakušić
  • Ivan Vilibor Sinčić
  • Cristian Terheş
  • Virginie Joron

It is possible that those five MEPs may have taken time off from the plenary session to drop by the unofficial event they hosted – a roundtrip would take 30-40 minutes by car.

But there is currently no evidence that I can find to show that those MEPs were actually present during Peter McCullough’s testimony.

Miss Taiwan Left Crying At WCIT 2022 Tech Event!

Miss Asia Global Taiwan was left crying after she was barred from the stage at the WCIT 2022 tech event in Penang, Malaysia!

Here is what you need to know…

Miss Taiwan Left Crying At WCIT 2022 Tech Event!

The 2022 World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT) kicked off on Tuesday, 13 September 2022, in Penang, Malaysia.

But the opening ceremony was marred by controversy after Miss Asia Global Taiwan, Kao Man-jung, was barred from taking the stage.

Miss Kao Man-jung was supposed to appear on stage with other Miss Asia Global contestants for the WCIT 2022 opening ceremony, when she was stopped at the last moment by a WCIT staff member.

Her crime? Waving the flag of her country – Taiwan. The other contestants were allowed to go on stage, waving the flag of their countries, except Miss Kao Man-jung.

Instead, the WCIT official pulled her aside, and she was seen bursting into tears, with Taiwanese officials around her looking befuddled.

WCIT organisers later apologised to Miss Kao, claiming that due to a “last minute change”, they could not allow her to appear on stage.

MOFA Condemns Mistreatment Of Miss Taiwan At WCIT 2022

The Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) issued an official statement on Wednesday, 14 September 2022, condemning the mistreatment of Miss Asia Global Taiwan at WCIT 2022.

MOFA expressed “regret and frustration” over the “flawed decision” by WCIT, and condemned China’s bullying of Taiwanese citizens and its intervention in unofficial exchanges.

Taiwan is a sovereign country, and its people have the right to display their national flag at international events.

MOFA stands with Kao and all Taiwanese in their efforts to speak up for Taiwan in international settings in their respective fields of expertise.

Penang Assemblyman Defends Barring Of Miss Taiwan At WCIT 2022

Penang assemblyman Jason Ong Khan Lee (PKR-Kebun Bunga) defended the decision by the World Congress on Innovation and Technology organisers to bar Miss Asia Global Taiwan from going on stage with the other contestants.

He said that many countries, including the United Nations, subscribe to the One China policy, and so, it would be insensitive to allow the Taiwanese contestant to go on stage with the flag.

I think there is no offence intended and I hope the Taiwanese beauty can understand that there is nothing personal against her.

WCIT Organisers States One China Policy Behind Decision

The WCIT 2022 organisers reportedly said that they had to abide by the One China policy that Malaysia adhered to, when they asked Miss Kao Man-jung not to wave her flag.

Since this was a national event, the organisers was “obliged” to abide by the One China policy.

However, the organisers did not explain why they did not inform the Taiwanese beauty queen and the Taiwanese delegation earlier, so she would not have to make the effort to dress nicely and appear for the event, only to be pulled aside and left looking like a jilted bride at the altar.

Regardless of the reason, the last minute decision showed a complete lack of foresight and discretion.

AMD Radeon RX 6000M Series Mobile Graphics

Scott Herkelman, Vice President & General Manager of AMD Graphics Business Unit, officially announced the introduction of the Radeon RX 6000M series mobile graphics for laptop gaming.

AMD Radeon RX 6800M

Their flagship model has a 2.3 GHz game clock and 12 GB of GDDR6 memory, and is designed to deliver 120 fps gaming at 1440p.

AMD says that it will offer significantly better performance than the competition :

  • 40% to 70% better gaming performance than the GeForce RTX 2070 at 1440p Max Settings.
  • 14% to 40% better gaming performance than the GeForce RTX 3080 while gaming on battery.

AMD Radeon RX 6700M

This model has a 2.3 GHz game clock and 10 GB of GDDR6 memory, and is designed to deliver 100 fps gaming at 1440p.

AMD Radeon RX 6600M

This model has a 2.177 GHz game clock and 8 GB of GDDR6 memory, and is designed to deliver 100 fps gaming at 1080p.

AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR)

FidelityFX Super Resolution, or FSR for short, is AMD’s spatial upscaling technology that is designed to boost frame rates, while delivering a high-quality gaming experience.

Think of it as AMD’s version of NVIDIA’s DLSS. But while DLSS is proprietary, FidelityFX Super Resolution is open-source, and will be supported on both AMD processors and GPUs as well as NVIDIA GPUs!

More than 10 game developers plan to integrate FSR into their top titles and gamer engines in 2021.

AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) will be available starting 22 June 2021.

AMD Advantage Gaming Laptops

Think of AMD Advantage as a marketing programme, based around a “design framework” of premium gaming features.

  • Amplified Performance : AMD Ryzen processor + AMD Radeon RX 6800M graphics + AMD Radeon Software for gaming at 100 fps at 1080p
  • Premium Displays : 144Hz+ with LFC, low latency, AMD FreeSync Premium, 300 nits+ brightness, IPS / OLED panels, 100% sRGB / 72% NTSC minimum
  • Built To Game : NVMe SSD, less than 40°C WASD keyboard temperatures when gaming, >10 hours binge watching on battery

AMD 3D Chiplet Technology

AMD continues to build on their packaging technologies with their new 3D Chiplet technology, developed in collaboration with TSMC.

It enhances their existing chipset architecture with 3D stacking using a hybrid bond approach that provides over 200X the interconnect density of 2D chipsets and more than 15X the density of existing 3D packaging solutions.

This new 3D chiplet technology also consumes less energy than current 3D solutions, and is the most flexible active-on-active silicon stacking technology.

In Computex 2021, Dr. Lisa Su showed off the 3D vertical SRAM cache bonded to an AMD Ryzen 5000 Series processor prototype.

AMD is on-track to begin production on high-end computing products with 3D chiplets by the end of 2021.

Here is what we know so far…

AZ Vaccination @ WTC (15-16 May) Rescheduled!

Just minutes ago, JKJAV – the Special Committee On COVID-19 Vaccine Supply – announced that a number of AstraZeneca vaccination appointments at WTC KL will be rescheduled.

This decision was taken to reduce overcrowding, as the number of daily COVID-19 cases has gone up.

There were 9,500 AstraZeneca vaccination appointments on each of those two days – a total of 19,000 people. To manage the crowd, they are reducing it to just 8,100 vaccination appointments per day.

To be clear – NOT ALL of the AstraZeneca vaccination appointments on those two dates will be rescheduled. Only some 2,800 people are affected.

AstraZeneca vaccination appointments on other dates at WTC are NOT affected.

AstraZeneca vaccination appointments at other vaccination centres are also NOT affected.

Those selected to be rescheduled will receive their new appointment dates from TOMORROW, 12 May 2021 onwards.

The new appointment dates will be from 17 to 23 May 2021.

On 25 February 2021, Defence Minister Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob announced that MKN decided to lift restrictions on MICE and busking activities in MCO / PKP areas.

Starting 26 February 2021, street musicians and buskers are allowed to perform in MCO / PKP areas, as long as they comply with existing SOP.

MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) activities, on the other hand, can start from 5 March 2021 onwards, with these restrictions :

  • up to 25% of maximum venue capacity, or
  • up to 250 people at the venue, whichever is fewer
  • physical distancing must be maintained

MICE + Busking Activities : Are We At Greater Risk?

This new change would make MCO (PKP) even more similar to RMCO (PKPP) and CMCO (PKPB), which begs the question – why bother with the three different classifications?

But more importantly – how does this affect our risk of getting COVID-19?

MICE Risks

The risks of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) activities greatly varies.

Meetings, talks and training sessions, for example, are small and can be conducted with minimal risks, as long as both organisers and participants comply with the SOP.

Conferences and exhibitions, on the other hand, are more challenging because they generally involve personal interactions. Physical distancing and face masks can help to reduce the risk, but only if everyone remembers to use them.

Busking Risks

This is generally quite safe, as long as the performer(s) is static, like the example above. This would allow for proper physical distancing of at least 2-3 metres (if not further).

However, all spectators MUST wear face masks at all times, as it would not be reasonable for buskers to perform with face masks.

Walking buskers should be discouraged, as it would difficult for them to maintain physical distance from the public. And there should be no physical interaction.

Watch : Arecibo Telescope Before & During The Collapse!

The catastrophic collapse of the Arecibo telescope on 1 December 2020 was captured by a control tower camera and a drone.

Take a look at the just-released footage, and find out what it showed!

Arecibo Telescope : A Brief History

The Arecibo Telescope is a 305 meter wide radio telescope, with a steerable receiver hanging 150 meters over the spherical reflector dish.

Built over a natural sinkhole, it was completed in November 1963 and was the world’s largest single-aperture telescope for 53 years.

Culturally, the Arecibo Telescope is famous for the SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) program, and being featured in the 1995 James Bond film, Goldeneye; and the 1997 sci-fi film, Contact.

Scientifically, the Arecibo Telescope allowed for numerous discoveries in astronomy :

  • discovered the first binary pulsar in 1974, for which Hulse and Taylor won their 1993 Nobel Prize in Physics
  • produced first radar maps of the surface of Venus in 1981
  • discovered the first millisecond pulsar (PSR 1937+21) in 1982
  • discovered ice at the north and south poles of Mercury in 1992
  • discovered the first ever exoplanet in 1992
  • discovering the first ever repeating fast radio burst (FRB) in 2016

Arecibo Telescope : Scheduled For Decommissioning

The Arecibo Telescope was damaged by hurricanes and storms over the years, as well as budget cuts.

The end came when an auxiliary support cable for the hanging platform broke on 10 August 2020, causing a 30 metre gash in the reflector dish.

Before a new cable could be installed, one of the two main support cables broke on 7 November 2020, shattering part of the dish.

On 17 November 2020, the National Science Foundation announced that it was impossible to repair the Arecibo telescope, and it will be recommissioned instead.

Unfortunately, before that could happen, the remaining support cables failed, and the hanging platform collapsed into the dish on 1 December 2020.

Watch : Arecibo Telescope Before & During The Collapse!

The National Science Foundation just released footage of the Arecibo telescope, before and during the collapse.

The footage was captured by a video camera from the control tower (Tower 12), and a drone inspecting the cables at the top of Tower 4.

Here is how the National Science Foundation described the footage of the collapse :

This video, that starts with a view of the top of Tower 4, was taken from the vantage point of an Arecibo Observatory drone, utilized for monitoring the condition of Tower 4 support cables.

Four cables are seen in the center of this video. The top cable does not support the telescope platform, but instead supports the catwalk described in the narrative for the previous video. The three lower cables are, from left to right, M4-1, M4-2, and M4-3.

Note that a number of individual wire strands of the M4-1 and M4-2 cables are noticeably broken at the beginning of this video. The M4-3 cable does not appear to have any broken wires at the beginning of this video.

The first indication of the coming failure is the breaking of another M4-2 wire, accompanied by a puff of “smoke” and chips of paint flying away from the surface of the cable. Four seconds later the entire M4-2 cable appears to disintegrate.

The failure of M4-2 is followed a fraction of a second later by the demise of M4-1, followed a fraction of a second later by the failure of M4-3.

The drone operator then swings the drone around to view the reflector dish and fallen platform, azimuth arm, Gregorian dome and the falling cables and catwalk.

The top section of Tower 12, near the Visitor Center, can be seen tumbling down the hill to the left of the operations building. The Tower 12 backstay cables that connect the top of Tower 12 to the ground cause damage behind Tower 12, well away from the edge of the telescope dish.

According to the NSF’s initial findings, the top section of all three support towers broke off, and both the 900-ton hanging instrument platform and its support cables fell onto the dish.

The observatory’s learning center sustained significant damage from the falling cables, although fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

This is what the Arecibo telescope looked like, after the hanging platform crashed into the reflector dish below.

We sat down with both principals for a quick chat on this new partnership between Fortesys and CommScope.

Exclusive ROKiT Williams Tour of Singapore Grand Prix 2019!

As part of the Acronis CyberFit Week, we were invited to an exclusive ROKiT Williams tour of the Singapore Grand Prix 2019!

We also had the opportunity to sit down and talk to ROKiT Williams CIO Graeme Hackland, who has over 20 years of F1 experience under his belt!

Checking In At The Singapore Grand Prix Media Centre!

After picking up our media passes, we checked in at the Singapore Grand Prix Media Centre. This is what it looks like inside!

It’s located directly over the garages, so the windows look out directly into the pit stop!

Exclusive ROKiT Williams Tour of Singapore Grand Prix 2019!

Barbara Clemente of the ROKiT Williams Racing Team took us on a special tour of Singapore Grand Prix 2019.

We were not allowed to take photos or videos inside the ROKiT Williams garage, of course. But we had the rare and exclusive opportunity to check out the paddock and pit stop in person!

Graeme Hackland on the ROKiT Williams + Acronis Partnership

We then sat down with ROKiT Williams CIO Graeme Hackland, who has over 20 years of F1 experience under his belt.

He spoke about the importance of data collection to the team’s performance, and how much data they now collect – not just at the tracks and races, but also in the factory back in the UK.

He also revealed that the team was hit by two ransomware attacks in 2014, losing data to one of them. That spurred their adoption of Acronis data protection solutions.

Now, all of their data is notarised and almost instantaneously backed up on the cloud, and can be quickly restored if they are compromised in any way, or hijacked by ransomware.

Protecting all that data is important, not just for the success of their team, but also Williams Advanced Engineering. After all, the technologies they refine with each race will end up being commercialised by Advanced Engineering.
