UN Troops To Be Deployed Across U.S. As Pentagon Prepares for ‘Civil Unrest’

The Biden regime has agreed to allow thousands of UN troops to be deployed across the U.S. in anticipation of mass civil unrest in America.

According to a report by Greg Reese, the U.N. is directing the migrant crisis in America with contingents of its own forces embedded in the military-aged migrant caravans to activate civil unrest at a later date.

We are told that these are poor families fleeing tyranny, but there are massive amounts of healthy young men without any families. And time and time again we have seen them act violently against the native population, with very little repercussions from the law. As we are expecting the announcement of Disease X, and another lockdown, a recent report from the UK’s Jim Ferguson provides a plausible explanation of what we are seeing.

“This isn’t normal. There’s something not right. This isn’t just refugees coming, these aren’t people fleeing from some kind of war zone. These are predominantly men aged between 25 and 35, young fighting age man, as my old boss, Nigel Farage once referred to them. And I think he’s right. John, what do you think’s going on here mate?”

Truth : UN troops are not being deployed in the United States!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : UN Does Not Have Its Own Troops

The claim that the UN is smuggling troops into the United States is just absurd. For one thing – the United Nations does not have any troops to speak of. It has no standing army of soldiers.

In fact, the United Nations rely on soldiers contributed by the national armies of individual countries, who are seconded to the UN for specific peacekeeping duties.

Fact #2 : UN Resolution Required To Deploy Troops

While these troops are under the command and control of the UN, they can only be deployed when there is UN Security Council resolution authorizing them to do so.

The UN can only deploy military personnel when there is a UN Security Council resolution authorizing them to do so.

The Security Council will say how many military personnel are required, and UN Headquarters will liaise with the Member States to identify personnel and deploy them.

Fact #3 : UN Is Not Deploying Troops In United States

Obviously, the UN Security Council did not approve any resolution to deploy troops in the United States, so it is impossible for any country to allocate soldiers for such an endeavour!

If the UN Security Council ever voted to deploy troops in the US, it would have been reported worldwide. Yet, no legitimate media outlet reported on such a shocking and unprecedented event because… it never happened!

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its claims!

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

WHO Director Says Independent Media Must Be ‘Wiped Out’ Before Disease X Arrives

World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus has ordered governments to eliminate independent media before the imminent arrival of ‘Disease X’.

The only way to prepare for the outbreak is by giving the WHO more power in the form of a global health treaty which will unify a common approach to combating it, according to Tedros.

He then made clear that the biggest stumbling block to the treaty’s passage was “conspiracy theorists” claiming it was a WHO power grab.

“That it’s a power grab by the World Health Organization. That it will cede sovereignty to WHO. That it will give WHO power to impose lockdowns or vaccine mandates on countries. That it’s an ‘attack on freedom.’ That WHO will not allow people to travel, and that WHO wants to control people’s lives,” he said.

Truth : WHO DG Did Not Order Elimination Of Independent Media!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : WHO DG Did Not Order Elimination Of Independent Media

This is really silly, but let me just start by pointing out that the WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus did not order the elimination of independent media. Neither did he order governments to eliminate the independent media before the arrival of Disease X.

If he actually issued such an order, it would have been derided widely by the independent media, as well as the mainstream media. Yet, no one else, not even other conspiracy theory websites, have reported on such a controversial order by the WHO Director-General? That’s because it never happened.

As usual, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claims. Just like when it claimed that the WHO Global Police Force was unveiled at WEF 2024!

Fact #2 : No One Censor The Entire World

Short of actually establishing a global police state, there is no way anyone can eliminate the independent media, and censor the entire world.

Some countries, like China and North Korea, have the capability to actively monitor and censor independent media. But many countries have free speech written into their constitutions, so it would be impossible to conduct such restrictions on free speech, without massive political blowback from their citizens.

In short – this can only happen in a MAGA / QAnon fantasy world, and not in the real world where the rest of us live. Naturally, The People’s Voice article has provided no evidence that such a dastardly plan ever exists outside of fevered minds and addled brains.

Fact #3 : Disease X Is Just A Placeholder Name

What The People’s Voice article does not tell you is that Disease X does not actually exist.

Disease X is merely a placeholder name for a hypothetical, unknown pathogen that could cause a future epidemic. It is used by healthcare organisations and policy makers as an easy way to label an unknown disease that could potentially emerge in the future.

If a new pathogen emerges, it won’t be called Disease X. It will be given a new name. Remember when news first broke about a new coronavirus emerging in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019? It wasn’t called Disease X then.

Initially, the WHO called it the 2019 Novel Coronavirus, or 2019-nCoV. Then, the disease itself was named as COVID-19, while the virus that causes it was named as SARS-CoV-2.

Fact #4 : Pandemic Treaty Was Initiated By WHO Member States

It is also important to point out that the Pandemic Treaty was not initiated by the World Health Organization itself, but rather its member states.

The International Health Regulations (IHR) were first adopted by member states in 1969, empowering the WHO to monitor global diseases. Those regulations have since been revised over the years, including in 2005 – after the SARS outbreak.

On 1 December 2021, world leaders agreed to kickstart the process to draft and negotiate an agreement or convention to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response“.

Fact #5 : Pandemic Treaty Does Not Outlaw Free Speech

If you read the zero draft of the proposed Pandemic Treaty, you will realise that the WHO is not planning to control the Internet, or outlaw free speech. This is explicitly stated in Article 17, which refers to “Parties” that are the member states.

The Parties commit to increase science, public health and pandemic literacy in the population, as well as access to information on pandemics and their effects, and tackle false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation, including through promotion of international cooperation.

As you can see, under the agreement, each individual country will commit to increase knowledge about science and public health, as well as combat “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

Not only does the article clearly state that it is up to each country (not the WHO) to implement its policies, it does not mention anything about controlling the Internet.

The only people who need to worry about Article 17 of this proposed WHO agreement are those who peddle “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

WEF Admits Disease X Will Be Leaked in 2025

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has declared that ‘Disease X’ will be unleashed onto the public by the year 2025 – and the consequences will be devastating for humanity.

Last week, global elites met at the WEF Davos summit where the key topic of discussion was “Preparing for Disease X,” a hypothetical new deadly pandemic predicted to emerge in 2025 and kill 20 times more people than COVID-19.

Whatever the globalists claim will happen actually does happen at a remarkable frequency, and their prognostic capabilities become easier to explain when you consider that most lethal pandemics have been caused by manmade viruses, the products of gain-of-function research. It’s pretty easy to predict a new viral outbreak if you have said virus waiting in the wings.

With that in mind, recent research from China certainly raises concern, to say the least. According to a January 3, 2024, preprint,6 a SARS-CoV-2-related pangolin coronavirus — described as a “cell culture-adapted mutant” called GX_P2V that was first cultured in 2017 — was found to kill 100% of the humanized mice (ACE2-transgenic mice) infected with it.

The medical system has been used in the past to drive forward a New World Order agenda — now rebranded as “The Great Reset” — and it’s now being used to implement the final stages of that longstanding plan. COVID-19 was a real-world practice run, and showed just how effectively a pandemic can be used to shift the balance of power, and strip the global population of its wealth and individual freedoms.

So, there’s no doubt in my mind that additional pandemics will be declared, because they’re the means to the globalists’ ends. To prevent this global coup, we need everyone to speak and share the truth to the point that you’re able. Only then will our voices outnumber the voices of the propaganda machine.

Fact #1 : WEF Never Declared Disease X Would Be Unleashed In 2025

This is really silly, but let me start by pointing out that the World Economic Forum (WEF) never admitted or declared that Disease X would be unleashed onto the public in 2025.

If the WEF actually declared this publicly, it would have been international news, covered worldwide by legitimate media outlets. Yet, it has only been mentioned by conspiracy / fake news websites?

That’s because it never happened. The People’s Voice certainly offered no evidence to back up its claims.

Fact #2 : WEF Held A Panel On Disease X

On January 17, 2024, WEF held a panel discussion on Disease X, featuring WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and six other panelists.

If you watch the entire panel discussion, which was called Preparing for Disease X, you will see that no one ever claimed that Disease X would be unleashed or leaked onto the public in the year 2025.

So why are some people claiming that the WEF declared that Disease X would be released in 2025? Do they know something even the panel of health experts don’t know?

Fact #3 : Disease X Is Just A Placeholder Name

As such, some people are claiming on social media that Chinese scientists were creating bioweapons or Disease X through Gain-of-Function experiments:

Truth : China Did Not Develop New COVID Virus!

Let’s take a look at the study, and find out why scientists in China did not actually developed a new lethal COVID strain!

Fact #1 : Chinese Study Has Not Been Peer-Reviewed

First, I should also point out that the Chinese study, which was conducted by Lai Wei et. al. has not been peer-reviewed – the first step or many in the scientific review process.

Hence, it has not been published in a journal, but in bioRxiv – a preprint server operated by the Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL). You can read the paper in full here.

While that does not mean its findings are wrong, such preprint papers should “not be considered for clinical application, nor relied upon for news reporting as established information“, as per CSHL.

Fact #2 : COVID-19 Means Coronavirus Disease 2019

I should also point out that COVID-19 is short for Coronavirus Disease 2019, and it refers to the disease, not the virus. COVID-19 is not the name of the virus, which is called SARS-CoV-2.

Even though there are many diseases caused by coronaviruses, there is only one disease named under this convention, which is COVID-19, and it is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. So it would be wrong to refer to other coronaviruses, or the diseases that they cause, as COVID.

Fact #3 : Chinese Study Was Done On GX_P2V Virus

The Chinese study did not perform any research on the COVID-19 coronavirus called SARS-CoV-2. Instead, it was conducted on a mutated variant of GX_P2V, which is a pangolin coronavirus.

As they had never studied this GX_P2V mutant variant, the Chinese scientists decided to clone and test its pathogenicity in hACE2 mice.

Fact #4 : The GX_P2V Virus Mutated In Cell Culture

Right at the beginning, the study authors pointed out that they did not “create” the GX_P2V virus. Instead, it spontaneously mutated when the original GX/2017 virus was cultured in 2017.

A coronavirus related to SARS-CoV-2 was identified prior to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2017. Hence, it was called GX/2017.
The virus was cultured in 2017, and the isolate was called GX_P2V.
The GX_P2V virus isolate was found to infect both golden hamsters and hACE2 mice (transgenic mice that express the human ACE2 receptor), although it did not appear to cause disease.
It was later discovered that the virus mutated while it was cultured into a mutant that had 104 nucleotides deleted at the 3′-UTR site. This mutated variant was named as GX_P2V(short_3UTR).

From what was written in the paper, the Chinese scientists were not conducting Gain-of-Function (GoF) experiments. The GX_P2V coronavirus mutated on its own while being cultured.

The scientists even pointed out in their paper that coronaviruses have a “propensity” to “undergo rapid adaptive mutation in cell culture”. They were merely testing this mutant that was discovered earlier, but they did not test before.

Fact #5 : Type Of hACE2 Mice Used May Affect Results

hACE2 mice are transgenic mice that were developed to express the human ACE2 (Angiotensin-converting enzyme 2) receptor. Multiple hACE2 mice models have been created (example), expressing the human ACE2 in different tissues.

The Lai Wei et. al. study used the hACE2 mouse model from Beijing SpePharm Biotechnology Company, which was created using the random integration technology.

As the authors noted, the company has not published any papers on its mouse model, but their results suggest that the human ACE2 may be “highly expressed” in the brain of this particular hACE2 mouse model. If so, that could explain why the infection caused death through brain infection.

The authors also noted that these hACE2 mice had “abnormal physiology”, with “relatively reduced serum triglyceride, cholesterol, and lipase levels”.

Fact #6 : An Earlier Study Contradicted Their Findings

The study authors pointed out that their report was the “first” to show that a pangolin coronavirus can cause 100% mortality in hACE2 mice. They also pointed out that their results were “inconsistent” with that of the earlier Zhengli Shi et. al. study.

The Zhengli Shi et. al. study (source), which tested the GX_P2V(short_3UTR) mutant variant, found that it caused lung infections without severe disease in two different hACE2 mouse models.

Our findings are evidently inconsistent with those of Zhengli Shi et al. (5), who tested the virulence of GX_P2V in two different hACE2 mouse models.

The authors cautioned that there may be differences between their GX_P2V(short_3UTR) mutant variants as they may have mutated further during their respective laboratory cultures.

Again, this does not mean that both teams were conducting Gain-of-Function (GoF) modification of the pangolin coronaviruses. They were testing a variant of the GX_P2V pangolin coronavirus that spontaneously mutated through cell culture adaptation.

But these contradictory findings of the GX_P2V(short_3UTR) mutant means there is more work to be done. For certain, the Lai Wei et. al. study would need to be peer-reviewed, and verified through replication.

In short – more research is needed, and no, Chinese scientists did not just create a bioweapon…

Ostensibly, this WHO Global Police Force has the power to arrest people who spread “non-mainstream content” on the Internet!

WHO Unveils ‘Global Police Force’ To Arrest Citizens Who Post Independent Media Online

The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced plans to rollout a global police force that will be responsible for punishing citizens who spread non-mainstream content on the Internet.

In a session titled “Disease X,” WHO Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared that in order to be “better prepared” and “to understand disease X,” the WHO’s legally binding ‘Pandemic Agreement’ needs to be adopted by leaders worldwide.

The Pandemic Agreement would grant the WHO unprecedented control over sovereign nations – allowing them to outlaw free speech and imprison citizens for sharing so-called ‘misinformation’ online.

He explained that the deadline for the legislation is May of this year and member states are negotiating between countries to implement it.

Truth : WHO Did Not Unveil Any Global Police Force!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : WHO Did Not Unveil Any Global Police Force

First, let me just point out that the WHO (World Health Organization) did not unveil any Global Police Force, whether at the 2024 World Economic Forum, or elsewhere.

If such a police force was actually established, it would have been reported by mainstream media all over the world. There was no such coverage because it never happened. The People’s Voice article certainly offered no evidence of such a WHO Global Police Force.

In fact, if such a global Internet police force was established, the creators behind fake news websites would have been arrested. The fact that The People’s Voice can freely post such fake news is evidence that such a police force does not exist.

The only people who need to worry about Article 17 of this proposed WHO agreement are those who peddle “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

Fact #4 : Pandemic Treaty May Not Be Binding

If you download and read the zero draft, you will realise that the WHO is still calling it a “convention, agreement, or other international instruments“, clearly showing that member countries have not decided whether they want it to be binding or otherwise.

In the third point noted on the very first page of the draft, it was even pointed out that this is just a draft that is being used for “commencing negotiations“, and that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed“.

The INB (Intergovernmental Negotiating Body) further agreed that the zero draft would be considered at its fourth meeting as a basis for commencing negotiations at that meeting, it being understood that the zero draft will be without prejudice to the position of any delegation and following the principle that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”.

While some countries like the European Union, Britain, Indonesia and Kenya would prefer a legally-binding Pandemic Treaty, other countries like the United States, India and Brazil oppose a legally-binding agreement.

So it is ludicrous to claim that the Pandemic Treaty will be legally binding. No such decision has been made.

People are sharing a video on X (formerly Twitter), while claiming or suggesting that China is buying up, or assembling, mobile cremation vans for an outbreak of Disease X, which has a 100% kill rate!

At the same time, China is assembling mobile crematoriums. How do you interpret this?

Truth : China Is Not Preparing Mobile Cremation Vans For Disease X!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS circulating on X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Disease X Does Not Exist

First, let me start by pointing out that Disease X does not exist. Disease X is merely a placeholder name for a hypothetical, unknown pathogen that could cause a future epidemic.

It is used by healthcare organisations and policy makers as an easy way to label an unknown disease that could potentially emerge in the future.

If a new pathogen emerges, it won’t be called Disease X. Remember when news first broke about a new coronavirus emerging in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019? It wasn’t called Disease X then.

Initially, the WHO called it the 2019 Novel Coronavirus, or 2019-nCoV. Then, the disease itself was named as COVID-19, while the virus that causes it was named as SARS-CoV-2.

Fact #2 : Disease X Was Adopted By WHO In 2018

Disease X itself isn’t even new, being adopted by the World Health Organisation (WHO) in February 2018. Its genesis is even older.

Disease X was “created” as part of pandemic preparations initiated in May 2015, when the WHO was asked by member nations to generate ideas to reduce the time lag between the identification of viral outbreaks, and the approval of vaccines and treatments.

To address the very real possibility of an unknown infectious disease that could potential cause a future epidemic or pandemic, the WHO added Disease X as a placeholder name for that “knowable unknown” pathogen in February 2018.

Fact #3 : There Is No Disease X In China

To be clear – there is no Disease X in China, or anywhere else in the world. Needless to say, claims that Disease X has killed 100% of lab-tested mice are also false.

Fact #4 : Video Shows A Mobile Pet Cremation Van

These fake news posts attach a video of mobile cremation vans to scare you into believing that China has an outbreak of Disease X, or that there is a conspiracy to create a Disease X pandemic.

The truth is – this appears to be a promotional video for mobile cremation vans for pets! It’s even mentioned in the video, at around the 30 second mark (thanks, Yuh Hui!):

At around the 18 second mark, the video also states that the cremation chamber measures 90 cm x 130 cm. That is only big enough for a pet, like a cat or a dog. Such mobile pet cremation vans are common in Japan and Korea.

Fact #5 : Cremation Requires A Lot Of Energy

While cremation is popular in China, and is used extensively to handle bodies of people who died from COVID-19, it is not practical to use mobile crematoriums. After all, it takes a lot of energy and time to create bodies.

Cremating a body takes 2-4 hours, at temperatures of 760-1,150 °C. That’s roughly equal to the amount of fuel the van would need to drive some 7,725 kilometres (4,800 miles)! A van would not be large enough to hold a human-sized crematorium, or have enough fuel to cremate a single body.

It also doesn’t make sense for China to use mobile cremation vans, when it has over 7,000 crematoriums, which are capable of cremating some 6 million bodies (in 2021).
