Judge Merchan blocked Donald Trump from Barron’s graduation?!

Did Judge Juan Merchan block Donald Trump from attending his son, Barron Trump’s graduation?! Take a look at the viral claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : Judge Merchan Blocked Donald Trump From Barron’s Graduation!

People are suddenly claiming or suggesting that WEF founder Klaus Schwab was hospitalised late last night, and may be dead.

Eric Trump : Judge Merchan is truly heartless in not letting a father attend his son’s graduation

Sebastian Gorka DrG : Judge tells Trump he cannot attend Barron’s graduation, and that he will be arrested if he misses a day in court.

Recommended : Is Trump Using Oprah’s Money To Pay $355 Million Fine?!

Truth : Judge Merchan Has Not Blocked Donald Trump From Barron’s Graduation… Yet

This appears to be yet another example of fake news circulating online, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Juan Merchan Said Trump Could Possibly Attend Graduation

Let me start by simply pointing out that New York Judge Juan Merchan has not ruled on whether Donald Trump can skip the trial to attend Barron Trump’s graduation ceremony.

On Monday, April 15, Judge Merchan said that he received requests from Donald Trump’s attorneys for the former president to miss the trial on May 17, to attend his son’s graduation from the Oxbridge Academy. They also asked for the trial to be adjourned on June 3, as one of Trump’s attorneys wanted to attend their son’s graduation.

Judge Merchan explained that he could not rule at this time, because it would depend on whether the trial was running on schedule. In fact, Judge Merchan said that it’s possible that he might adjourn the case, and allow Donald Trump and his lawyer to attend their sons’ graduation!

If everything is going according to schedule then I’m sure we’ll be able to adjourn for one or both of those days.

But if we’re running behind schedule we will not be able to. It really depends on if we are on time and where we are in the trial.

To be clear – Judge Juan Merchan did not say that Donald Trump is not allowed to attend Barron Trump’s graduation. He has not made that determination yet, and he left open the possibility that he might allow Donald Trump to attend his son’s graduation.

Fact #2 : Donald Trump Did Not Say He Cannot Attend Barron’s Graduation

Even more damning – Donald Trump himself did not say that he won’t be able to attend Barron Trump’s graduation. This was what he posted in his Truth Social post, with the relevant part in bold:

Who will explain for me, to my wonderful son, Barron, who is a GREAT Student at a fantastic School, that his Dad will likely not be allowed to attend his Graduation Ceremony

As you can see – Donald Trump himself only said that he will “likely not be allowed” to attend Barron’s graduation ceremony. He never actually said that Judge Juan Merchan told him he could not attend his son’s graduation.

Later in his Truth Social post, he said that the judged was “preventing me from proudly attending” his son’s graduation. But that was only because Judge Juan Merchan would not rule on the matter yet.

Recommended : Did Barack Obama’s Mother Pose In Nude Photos?!

Fact #3 : Donald Trump Not Required To Attend Supreme Court Hearing

Judge Juan Merchan only refused to allow Donald Trump to go to the Supreme Court on April 25 for oral arguments related to his claim of presidential immunity.

That’s because Donald Trump is not required to be present for the oral arguments at the Supreme Court, whereas he is required to attend the New York court for his criminal case, as Judge Merchan pointed out to Trump attorney Todd Blanche:

Your client is a criminal defendant in New York County Supreme Court. He’s required to be here. He is not required to be in the Supreme Court.

As Donald Trump was not required to attend the oral arguments at the Supreme Court, there was no reason for Judge Merchan to grant him another delay.

Fact #4 : Melania Was Allegedly Pregnant During Trump’s Affair

Ironically, this Barron Trump graduation controversy comes at the start of the case that revolved around not one, but two affairs, Donald Trump allegedly had during Melania’s pregnancy, and after she gave birth to Barron Trump, as Ron Filipkowski pointed out:

Trump is crying about supposedly having to miss Barron’s graduation when the state is introducing evidence that he was having an affair with a Playboy model the entire time Melania was pregnant. And that was before Stormy.

While Judge Merchan agreed to allow prosecutors to introduce evidence of that alleged affair with Playboy model Karen McDougal, he blocked “bringing up that the defendant’s wife was pregnant and this went on and even after she gave birth“.

Perhaps it might not be a good idea for Donald Trump to attend his son’s graduation after all, as it could embarrass his son in front of his classmates…

Did FDA Lose Its War On Using Ivermectin For COVID-19?!

Did the US FDA just lose its war against the use of ivermectin for COVID-19?! Take a look at the viral claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : FDA Lost Its War On Using Ivermectin For COVID-19!

People are claiming or suggesting that the US FDA just lost its war against the use of ivermectin for COVID-19!

Mary Talley Bowden MD : 🚨BREAKING:
FDA loses its war on ivermectin and agrees to remove all social media posts and consumer directives regarding ivermectin and COVID, including its most popular tweet in FDA history.

This landmark case sets an important precedent in limiting FDA overreach into the doctor-patient relationship.

Recommended : Study Shows 10X Ivermectin Cannot Prevent Severe COVID-19!

Truth : FDA + Plaintiffs Settled, Ivermectin Still Not Approved For COVID-19

Let’s take a closer look at the claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Fact #1 : Both Sides Agreed To Settle Lawsuit

Let me start by pointing out that neither side in this lawsuit actually lost the case, as both sides agreed on a settlement. That was stated in the Stipulation Of Dismissal (PDF), which was filed on 21 March 2024.

Fact #2 : Case Was Dismissed With Prejudice

The plaintiffs, Robert L. Apter, Mary Talley Bowden, and Paul E. Marik, agreed to dismiss “with prejudice” all claims in the case. That means they agreed to dismiss the claims forever.

This means that the settlement is final, and not subject to further action; and the plaintiffs are prohibited from bringing any other lawsuit based on the claim, absent a successful appeal to a higher court.

Fact #3 : FDA Agreed To Remove Some Posts

While some people are claiming or suggesting that the FDA agreed to all posts on the use of ivermectin against COVID-19, that’s not really accurate. The FDA only agreed to do the following within 21 days:

  • retire an old 2021 article called Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19, and delete and not republish all social media posts that link to the article; but the FDA retains the right to post a revised version,
  • delete and not republish its old  Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook posts from 21 August 2021, that read “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it“,
  • delete and not republish its old Instagram post from 21 August 2021, that read “You are not a horse. Stop it with the #ivermectin. It’s not authorized for treating #COVID“, and
  • delete and not republish its old Twitter post from 26 April 2022, which read, “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.

Another article called Frequently Asked Questions was already retired by the FDA, and played no part in this settlement.

In short, the FDA agreed to remove an old article and some old social media posts about not using ivermectin to treat COVID-19. That said, all removed materials will be archived, as required by federal law.

Recommended : Dr. Pierre Kory Gets COVID-19, Despite Taking Ivermectin!

Fact #4 : Case Was Settled Without Admission Of Wrongdoing

According to Reuters, the three plaintiffs filed their lawsuit in 2022, stating that their reputations were harmed by the FDA campaign. Bowden lost admitting privileges at a Texas hospital, while Marik alleged he lost his positions at a medical school, and a hospital, for promoting the use of ivermectin against COVID-19.

But interestingly, this lawsuit appears to be settled without the FDA admitting to any wrongdoing, misconduct, or liability.

Neither this Stipulation of Dismissal nor the actions described herein shall constitute an admission or evidence of any issue of fact or law, wrongdoing, misconduct, or liability on the part of any party in this litigation.

In other words, the plaintiffs appear to have settled for the removal of an old article, and some old social media posts, without any change in FDA’s stance on ivermectin, or its use against COVID-19.

Overall, it seems to be a rather expensive way to remove an old article, and some old social media posts…

Fact #5 : Ivermectin Still Not Approved For Use Against COVID-19

It is important to point out that the FDA still has not approved or authorised the use of ivermectin in preventing or treating COVID-19. The FDA also pointed out that it has not stated that ivermectin is safe or effective for use against COVID-19.

Although FDA has approved ivermectin for certain uses in humans and animals, it has not authorized or approved ivermectin for use in preventing or treating COVID-19, nor has the agency stated that it is safe or effective for that use.

In addition, the NIH continues to strongly (AIIa) recommend against the use of ivermectin for the treatment of COVID-19.

Does Red Cross test COVID-19 vaccinated blood donations?

Does the Red Cross test blood donations from COVID-19 vaccinated donors? Take a look at the drama, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : Red Cross Does Not Test Vaccinated Blood Donations!

People are sharing video clips of other people making calls to the Red Cross, asking if any test is conducted on the blood donations they received from COVID-19 vaccinated people.

They appear to be suggesting or implying that the vaccinated blood contain spike proteins, and/or that the Red Cross wants unvaccinated people to receive vaccinated blood. Cue the (feigned?) shock, horror and outrage on social media…

DC_Draino :The Red Cross has some explaining to do

We now know they ask your C19 vax status but it’s not for reasons most expect

We dug deeper & found *Big Pharma* execs are on the Board

And they want vaxxed blood pumped into the unvaxxed

Recommended : Is Red Cross Rejecting COVID Vaccinated Blood?!

Truth : Red Cross Tests Vaccinated Blood Donations!

This is yet another example of fake news circulating on X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Red Cross Tests Vaccinated Blood Donations!

Let me start by pointing out that the American Red Cross conducts tests on all blood donations, whether they are from donors vaccinated against COVID-19, or unvaccinated donors.

This is clearly stated in the American Red Cross website, which anyone can locate with a quick search online. For your convenience, here is what they currently test blood donations for:

Blood donations are tested for multiple disease markers.

On top of that, the American Red Cross also conducts the usual tests for red blood cell antigen genotyping, leukocyte antigen and antibody, and human platelet antigen genotyping.

To be clear – all blood donations undergo tests for multiple disease markers, regardless of whether they were donated by people vaccinated against COVID-19, or otherwise.

Fact #2 : Red Cross Used To Test For COVID-19 Antibodies

Even before the COVID-19 vaccines were invented, the American Red Cross did not test its blood products for the spike protein. Instead, it tested all blood donations for COVID-19 antibodies from June 2020 until June 2021 (source).

However, that was not because COVID-19 can spread through blood, because not a single case of such an infection has been reported to date. Rather, the American Red Cross tested for COVID-19 antibodies in those blood donations for two reasons:

  • to provide blood donors insight into whether they may have been exposed to COVID-19
  • to identify potential convalescent plasma donors

This COVID-19 antibody testing program ceased after a majority of Americans received their COVID-19 vaccinations, and the American Red Cross stopped its own convalescent plasma collection program.

Fact #3 : Blood Of Vaccinated People Are Safe For Transfusions

On 27 January 2023, Red Cross, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies and America’s Blood Centers issued a joint statement to combat misinformation about blood donated by vaccinated people. They stated, unequivocally, that blood of vaccinated people are safe for transfusions:

The following statement has been issued by AABB, America’s Blood Centers and the American Red Cross regarding misinformation concerning COVID-19 vaccines and blood donations:

Amid ongoing misinformation about COVID-19 vaccinations and blood donation, America’s Blood Centers, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies (AABB), and the American Red Cross reiterate the safety of America’s blood supply and assure the public that vaccines do not pose a risk to patients receiving blood transfusions.

Blood donations from individuals who have received a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for use in the U.S. are safe for transfusion. Similar to other vaccines such as those for measles, mumps or influenza, COVID-19 vaccines are designed to generate an immune response to help protect an individual from illness, but vaccine components themselves do not replicate through blood transfusions or alter a blood recipients’ DNA.

In summary, there is no scientific evidence that demonstrates adverse outcomes from the transfusions of blood products collected from vaccinated donors and, therefore, no medical reason to distinguish or separate blood donations from individuals who have received a COVID-19 vaccination.

All blood collection organizations in the U.S. are required to follow Food and Drug Administration guidelines and regulations to collect, process and distribute blood products for patients in need. The FDA explicitly allows donors who have recently received approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccines to give blood as long as they are healthy on the day of donation and meet all other eligibility criteria. On multiple occasions, the Food and Drug Administration has confirmed that there is no evidence to support concerns related to the safety of blood donated by vaccinated individuals.

All Americans, including both blood donors and blood recipients, should feel confident that receiving a blood transfusion is safe. COVID-19 vaccines do not replicate, and all blood donations offer the same life-saving therapeutic benefits, regardless of the vaccination status of the donor.

Recommended : Why Red Cross Don’t Separate COVID Vaccinated Blood!

Fact #4 : Vaccinated People Would Have Antibodies In Blood

There is no reason to be worried about spike proteins in the blood of people who were vaccinated against COVID-19, because they would have antibodies that would attach to any circulating spike proteins.

COVID-19 vaccines work by triggering our own immune system to recognise, and create antibodies against, the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Those antibodies circulate in the blood, and attach to the spike protein of any invading SARS-CoV-2 virions. Once attached to the spike proteins, these antibodies physically block the SARS-CoV-2 virus from attaching to our cells, thereby blocking any infection.

Hence, it is extremely unlikely that the blood of people who were vaccinated against COVID-19 would contain free-floating spike proteins. Even if they happen to be infected with COVID-19 at the time they made their blood donations, their circulating antibodies would be attaching themselves to the virus particles.

Fact #5 : Some Unvaccinated People Would Have Antibodies In Blood Too!

Some unvaccinated people who had a prior COVID-19 infection would have similar antibodies against the COVID-19 virus spike protein as well.

With most of the American population either vaccinated, or having survived a prior COVID-19 infection, the vast majority of blood donations would likely contain such anti-spike protein antibodies.

Therefore, it is highly unlikely that any blood donation, whether from a vaccinated person or otherwise, will contain COVID-19 spike proteins in significant amounts, if at all.

Red Cross begins deferring COVID-vaccinated blood donors?!

Did the American Red Cross just begin to defer blood donors who had the COVID-19 vaccine?!

Take a look at the viral claim, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : Red Cross Begins Deferring COVID-Vaccinated Blood Donors!

People are sharing an article (archive) by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), which claimed or suggested that the WHO Director-General just order governments to eliminate independent media, before the arrival of Disease X!

American Red Cross Begins Deferring Blood Donors Who Had Covid Vaccine

Recommended : Is Red Cross Rejecting COVID Vaccinated Blood?!

Truth : Red Cross Did Not Begin Deferring COVID-Vaccinated Blood Donors!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Red Cross Deferment Isn’t New

Let me start by pointing out that this deferment by the American Red Cross isn’t new. It actually dates back to at least 28 July 2021 (archive), which is more than 2.5 years ago!

Q: Are individuals who received a COVID-19 vaccine eligible to give blood, platelets and plasma?

A: Yes, you can donate blood after getting a COVID-19 vaccine, as long as you are symptom-free and feeling well at the time of the donation. Please come prepared to share the manufacturer name of the vaccine you received. If you do not know the name of the vaccine manufacturer, we request you wait two weeks to donate after vaccination, out of precaution.

The fact that some people are only realising this now isn’t shocking. What’s shocking is that some people would actually claim that the Red Cross is only “now” asking blood donors if they ever received the COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #2 : Red Cross Has No Problem With mRNA Vaccines

The People’s Voice article claimed or suggested that the American Red Cross if asking blood donors if “they ever received the Covid mRNA vaccine“. That’s not true.

The American Red Cross only asks that if you received the COVID-19 vaccine to share “the manufacturer name” to determine if you need to “wait two weeks… after vaccination” to donate your blood.

In fact, the American Red Cross specifically pointed out that donors who received mRNA-based vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna do not need to wait to donate their blood.

There is no deferral time for eligible blood donors who are vaccinated with an inactivated or RNA based COVID-19 vaccine manufactured by AstraZeneca, Janssen/J&J, Moderna, Novavax, or Pfizer.

To be clear – the American Red Cross has never said that mRNA vaccines were dangerous, and donors who received it would need to defer giving blood.

Fact #3 : Red Cross Only Wants To Defer Live Attenuated Vaccine

The truth is Red Cross is only asking blood donors who received a “live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine” to wait two weeks before giving blood.

But guess what – no live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine has ever been approved anywhere in the world, as of 21 February 2024!

It appears that the Red Cross initiated this decision as far back as July 2021, out of an abundance of caution – because some donors may be a participant in a clinical trial involving a live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine, and kept it as a forward-looking requirement, when such COVID-19 vaccine is ever approved.

Eligible blood donors who received a live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine or do not know what type of COVID-19 vaccine they received must wait two weeks before giving blood.

Even that deferral isn’t set in stone, as it appears that the Red Cross will still accept blood donations from donors who are “symptom free and feeling well at the time of donation”:

In most cases, there is no deferral time for individuals who received a COVID-19 vaccine as long as they are symptom free and feeling well at the time of donation.

Fact #5 : Red Cross Is Helping To Vaccinated People

Interestingly, the American Red Cross points out that while they are not a healthcare provider that administers COVID-19 vaccinations in the United States, its teams are helping to vaccinated US service members overseas!

The Red Cross, as an organization, is not a healthcare provider and is not administering COVID-19 vaccinations in the U.S. However, Red Cross volunteers who are medical professionals may work with local authorities to help give vaccinations if their state licenses permit them to do so. In addition, Red Cross teams are currently helping to vaccinate U.S. service members on bases around the world.

Yet again, it shows that the Red Cross does not have an issue with COVID-19 vaccinations. So why would anyone suggest otherwise???

Fact #6 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should never share anything from NewsPunch / The People’s Voice.  Here are some of its fake stories that I fact checked earlier:

Is Red Cross Rejecting COVID Vaccinated Blood?!

Is the American Red Cross rejecting blood from people who were vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccines?!

Take a look at the viral claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Truth : Red Cross Is Not Rejecting COVID Vaccinated Blood!

This is yet another example of fake news circulating on X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : This Eligibility Requirement Isn’t New

Let me start by pointing out that this eligibility requirement isn’t new. The American Red Cross posted about this in a Q&A (archive) on 28 July 2021. That’s 2.5 years ago!

The fact that some people are only realising this now isn’t shocking. What’s shocking is that they are actually making a fuss about it.

Fact #2 : Red Cross Isn’t Rejecting Any COVID Vaccinated Blood

I should also point out that the American Red Cross has not, and is not, rejecting any blood from people who were vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.

This was stated clearly in their July 2021 Q&A on COVID-19 vaccines and blood, platelet, or plasma donation eligibility.

Fact #3 : Red Cross Only Defers Some Blood Donations

The truth is Red Cross is only asking blood donors who received a “live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine” to wait two weeks before giving blood.

Fact #4 : There’s No Deferral For Inactivated / RNA / mRNA Vaccines

In any case, all of the approved COVID-19 vaccines in the United States, and the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccines, do not require any deferral, because they are based on the inactivated or RNA and mRNA vaccine technologies:

There is no deferral time for eligible blood donors who are vaccinated with an inactivated or RNA based COVID-19 vaccine manufactured by AstraZeneca, Janssen/J&J, Moderna, Novavax, or Pfizer.

So why would anyone throw a (pretend?) hissy fit about something that has zero effect on blood donors in the United States?

Fact #6 : Red Cross Is Helping To Vaccinated People

Interestingly, the American Red Cross points out that while they are not a healthcare provider that administers COVID-19 vaccinations in the United States, its teams are helping to vaccinated US service members overseas!
