Truth : The Mongols are not riding to Colorado to battle Venezuelan gangs!

This appears to be an example of fake news circulating on X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : This video shows the Mongols Victory Ride in 2010

This video clip does not show the Mongols MC bikers heading to Aurora, Colorado to fight against the Venezuelan gangs.

It actually shows the Mongols Victory Ride in 2010 (over 13 years ago!), after the Mongols Motorcycle Club won its legal case against the Department of Justice and the ATF.

The Mongols Victory Ride took place over 10 days – from 30 July until 8 August 2010, and covered four states:

July 30 : Mongols Victory Ride began in Los Angeles, California
August 1 : The Mongols stopped at Las Vegas, Nevada
August 3 : The Mongols continued to Denver, Colorado
August 8 : The Victory Ride concluded at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota

The viral video clip circulating on TikTok appears to be edited from the original video that was posted by the Mongols MC on its official YouTube channel on 3 October 2010.

Bizarrely, the first part of the video was flipped horizontally from the original video, so the bikers appear to be riding on the left side of the road. This may have been done to make it more difficult for fact checkers to identify the original video.

Fact #2 : This video was posted in 2022

This video most definitely does not show Mongols MC bikers on their way to Aurora, Colorado, to “help clean up the Apartments”.

It appears to have been digitally altered from an earlier video, which was posted by @pysssh on TikTok, on 6 November 2022 (archive), with the caption – Republicans ROARING to go vite [sic] Nov 8th!!!

It is unknown when that video was taken, and it does not appear to be related to the 2022 US midterm elections. But it is most certainly not a Mongols MC event, based on the casual clothes of some of the bikers, and the lack of Mongols MC patches.

A man can also be seen wearing a Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson t-shirt, while another is seen wearing a Harley-Davidson vest.

A Sidecarddog Riley booth can be seen at the back of this bike rally. The first available videos of Sidecarddog Riley show him at the Ocean City Bike Fest in Maryland, but the video does not seem to be taken in Ocean City. In fact, three bikes with readily visible number plates appear to be registered in Pennsylvania.

Fact #3 : This video was recorded in Brazil

This video does not show Mongols MC bikers heading to Aurora, Colorado, to fight against Venezuelan gang members either.

This video appears to be originally posted by @robertoguedesjr on TikTok on 7 July 2024 – over a month before the Aurora gang takeover video went viral.

While I cannot yet determine where it was actually recorded, you can see three police vehicles escorting the bikers, and they all have the words Policia printed on them. They appear to be São Paulo State Highway Police vehicles escorting Brazilian bikers.

In short, this video was recorded several weeks earlier in Brazil, not the United States.

Fact #4 : Aurora PD established a special task force to tackle the gangs

For those who are not sure what the fuss is about, here’s a quick summary of what’s going on in Aurora, Colorado.

On August 28, 2024, surveillance footage of a shooting incident that happened 10 days earlier at The Edge – an apartment building in Aurora, Colorado, went viral. It showed young men with handguns and at least one automatic rifle breaking doors in, and barging their way into the apartment units. In another video, gunshots rang out as people called to their loved ones.

The Edge was one of three apartment buildings that are allegedly being terrorised by the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TdA). However, Interim Aurora Police Chief Heather Morris said in an interview that officers found no evidence of a gang takeover:

We’ve been talking to the residents here and learning from them to find out what exactly is going on. And there’s definitely a different picture. I’m not saying that there’s not gang members that don’t live in this community, but what we’re learning out here is that gang members have not taken over this complex.

In any case, Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman said that the city is seeking an emergency court order to shut down those apartment buildings, and the Aurora Police Department has established a “special task force” in collaboration with local, state, and federal partners to handle the situation.

Truth : Hells Angels are not heading to Aurora to fight Venezuelan gangs!

This appears to be an example of fake news circulating on TikTok and X (formerly Twitter), and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : This video shows the Rolling Thunder protest

This video clip does not show Hells Angels heading to Aurora, Colorado on 31 August 2024. Neither does it show Hells Angels heading to Milwaukee in July 2024, as other people have alleged (example).

The original video clip was actually recorded in Canada, sometime in April 2022 – more than 2 years ago, as a convoy of motorcyclists headed to Ottawa for the 2022 Rolling Thunder protest ride.

The original clip was posted on TikTok by @bidmartcanada (but appears to have been removed) but it is still available on TikTok (here) and was also featured in this CTV News video on 25 April 2022.

Fact #2 : This video was recorded a year ago

This video was edited to claim that the Hells Angels bikers were going to, or are already at, Aurora, Colorado, in August 2024. That’s not true.

The original video was posted by @johnwauto on 17 August 2023 – a year ago. It showed bikers riding through Main Street of Sturgis, South Dakota.

It is unknown if those bikers were from Hells Angels. But why is certain is that they were in Sturgis for the 83rd Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, which ran for 10 days from 4-13 August.

To be clear – those bikers were there for a good time, not to trade fists and gunfire with Venezuelan gang members in Aurora, Colorado!

Fact #3 : This video was posted in 2022

Fact #4 : These bikers are from Survivors Motorcycle Club

This video does not show Hells Angels bikers heading to Aurora, Colorado, to fight against Venezuelan gang members. They are from the Survivors MC – a motorcycle club dedicated to combating addiction.

The video was originally posted by @aliens_are_purple on 31 August 2024, with hashtags like #cleanandsober, #soberlife, and #getyourmindright

He also shared in a later video that they had already arrived at the venue (which is obviously not Aurora in Colorado), and had a little barbecue, and explained that the 4-day road trip was to raise money for a good cause.

Fact #5 : This video was recorded in Brazil

Fact #6 : These do not appear to be Hells Angels bikers

This video was allegedly taken by @sp500_trades, who posted it on X (archive) saying “Can confirm. #HellsAngels headed to Aurora, CO!”

He said that he recorded the video on Highway 64, near the Arkansas-Oklahoma border, on the afternoon of August 30, 2024 (archive, archive). Apparently, it was a long convoy of bikes followed by some repair vans, headed west on Highway 64.

However, if you look closely, you can see that it’s an eclectic convoy of motorcycles and trikes in a staggered formation. The Hells Angels ride in a tight paired formation, and they do not ride trikes. So those are unlikely to be Hells Angels bikers.

In addition, you can see that shadows appear on the left side of the bikers, which suggest that the bikers are heading south. If they were headed west, they would be riding with the sun in their face, not to their right.

Of course, the highway may have curved south when this video was recorded, and the bikers are headed west to Colorado. After all, there was a biker rally in Durango, Colorado from 29 August to 1 September. But what is clear is that those are not Hells Angels bikers.

Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that US Marines just arrested Oregon AG Ellen Rosenbaum for treason!

As usual, the article is (intentionally?) long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpt. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

JAG Serial Hangs Four Criminal Colorado SCJs

The four Colorado Supreme Court Justices who tried keeping President Trump’s name off the state’s primary ballot earlier this year were sequentially executed for treason at GITMO on June 10—better late than never.

As reported, a panel of military officers unanimously found Justices Richard L. Gabriel, Melissa Hart, Monica Márquez, and William W. Hood guilty of treason, and Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall scheduled their executions for June 3. But for reasons not given to us, and which we could not independently determine, the admiral postponed the highly anticipated hangings until June 10.

The four were fed a final meal before being asked if they wanted Last Rites or a member of the cloth present at the gallows. Only Justice Márquez expressed interest in reconciliation, but said her faith, Paganism, required that a priestess of Kakia, the Greek goddess of vice and moral badness, deliver her from the “material plane” unto the next world. When told JAG had no priestesses available, Márquez accused JAG of discrimination and said that hanging a lesbian or non-binary person during pride month was morally and biblically unethical.

JAG’s response: she’d hang first, and her three co-conspirators would be privileged to watch her receive a rope necklace ahead of their respective turns.

Justice Gabriel had gone last. The admiral had told him he was wise to shut his eyes as the others swung, for even he found hangings distasteful—but necessary.

Truth : JAG Did Not Hang Four Colorado Supreme Court Justices!

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : JAG Did Not Hang Any Supreme Court Justice

This is really silly, but it has to be said – the US Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) did not hang any Colorado Supreme Court justice for any reason, never mind voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the 2024 US Presidential elections.

In fact, neither the US Marines nor JAG have arrested any Colorado Supreme Court, and they have certainly not executed any of them by hanging!

When Real Raw News first claimed that US Marines arrested Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez, Colorado Judicial Department spokesperson Rob McCallum said that “there is no legitimacy” to the claims.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

To be clear – no Colorado Supreme Court Justice was arrested or executed for any reason, by the JAG, the US Marines, or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

Regardless of the reasons, it is really silly for anyone to claim that JAG executed four Colorado Supreme Court justices by hanging.

The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians, even if they are American citizens. The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

Even if JAG officers are used to prosecute civilians like the Colorado Supreme Court Justices, they are not the judge, jury, and executioner.

Fact #3 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

That disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate money.

On 1 April 2024, Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that JAG arrested Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart for striking Donald Trump from the state’s primary elections!

JAG Arrests 4th Treasonous Colorado SCJ Melissa Hart

Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart, one of the four justices who ruled in favor of striking President Donald Trump’s name from the state’s primary ballot, received an unexpected visitor Sunday morning, and it wasn’t the Easter Bunny.

A White Hat source told Real Raw News that JAG investigators had discovered where Hart had ensconced herself—400 miles south of Denver, at a three-bedroom, two-bathroom Pueblo-style casa in Santa Fe, New Mexico—and decided to pay her a courtesy call.

He said investigators confronted Hart with a military arrest warrant when she stepped outside to retrieve the previous day’s mail. She incredulously told investigators they had the wrong woman and identified herself as Lissa Mather, a semi-retired elementary school teacher who relocated to the Santa Fe area following the tragic death of her husband, Brad.

They handcuffed Hart and drove her to a JAG processing center, where she will stay until flown to Guantanamo Bay to stand trial along with her three co-conspirators, Richard L. Gabriel, William W. Hood, and Monica Márquez—who have been in pre-trial detainment since earlier this year. JAG has said all four will be tried jointly.

On February 23, Gabriel returned to Denver International Airport, where JAG criminal investigators awaited him. They allowed him to leave the airport and rent a car before pursuing him along Pena Blvd toward downtown Denver. They’d been prepared to sideswipe him, to send his car careening off the road, but Gabriel simplified their mission by stopping at a convenience store a mile from the airport, in the northeast suburb of Montbello. He spent five minutes in the store and returned to his rental, only to find himself staring into an open window, behind which sat, in the driver’s seat, a JAG investigator pointing a pistol at Gabriel’s forehead. As he turned to flee on foot, three more investigators advanced on him from behind and placed him in handcuffs.

Our source said Gabriel will soon join Hood and Marquez at Guantanamo Bay.

We asked our source why JAG hasn’t yet held tribunals for the other two.

“Because Admiral Crandall will try them jointly. And that means we need all four, and we’ll have Melissa Heart soon enough,” he said.

Fact #1 : JAG Did Not Arrest Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart

This is really silly, but it has to be said – the Judge Advocate General did not arrest Colorado Supreme Court Justice Melissa Hart.

In fact, no Colorado Supreme Court justice was arrested for voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the upcoming 2024 US Presidential elections.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

To be clear – no Colorado Supreme Court Justice, not even Justice Melissa Hart, was not arrested for any reason, by the JAG (Judge Advocate General), the US Marines, or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

Regardless of the reasons, it is really silly for anyone to claim that the JAG officers arrested all four Colorado Supreme Court justices.

Fact #3 : JAG Officers Cannot Arrest Anyone

In addition, JAG officers are not law enforcement officers. They are really military lawyers, and have no powers to arrest anyone – not even military personnel.

They can investigate crimes, defend or prosecute service members accused of those crimes. But JAG officers cannot actually arrest anyone. So it’s really silly for anyone to write stories about JAG officers arresting anyone. What a ridiculous fantasy!

Fact #4 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

As reported previously, White Hats arrested Justices Monica Marquez and William Hood in December and January, respectively, saying in a criminal affidavit that their irrational, seething hatred for President Trump engendered an atmosphere of radicalism and constitutional hatred within the state’s courts. Charged with treason and insurrection, they were sent to Guantanamo Bay to await a military tribunal, as White Hats continued chasing their still-at-large co-conspirators, Justices Melissa Heart and Richard Gabriel, the latter of whom White Hats apprehended on February 23.

According to our source and a JAG memorandum, which RRN reviewed, Gabriel had fled the United States for Belgium in January following Hood’s arrest, to which he had apparently been tipped off. White Hats opted against following him abroad because they had predicted he’d return to the roost, as do many homesick Deep Staters, and in mid-February, learned Gabriel would reenter the U.S. at the end of the month.

Our source said Gabriel will soon join Hood and Marquez at Guantanamo Bay.

We asked our source why JAG hasn’t yet held tribunals for the other two.

“Because Admiral Crandall will try them jointly. And that means we need all four, and we’ll have Melissa Heart soon enough,” he said.

Truth : JAG Did Not Arrest Three Colorado Supreme Court Justices!

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : JAG Did Not Arrest Any Supreme Court Justice

This is really silly, but it has to be said – no Colorado Supreme Court justice was arrested for voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the upcoming 2024 US Presidential elections.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

To be clear – no Colorado Supreme Court Justice was arrested for any reason, by the JAG (Judge Advocate General), the US Marines, or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

Regardless of the reasons, it is really silly for anyone to claim that the JAG officers arrested three Colorado Supreme Court justices.

Fact #3 : JAG Officers Cannot Arrest Anyone

In addition, JAG officers are not law enforcement officers. They are really military lawyers, and have no powers to arrest anyone – not even military personnel.

Fact #4 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

That disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate money.

Claim : Supreme Court Justice Was Arrested For Voting Against Trump!

On 21 December 2023, Real Raw News posted an article (archive) claiming that Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez was just arrested for voting to remove Donald Trump from the state’s ballots for the 2024 US Presidential election!

As usual, the article is long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpts. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

Marines Arrest Colorado SCJ Who Voted to Remove President Trump from State Ballot

United States Marines on Wednesday arrested on charges of treason one of the four Colorado Supreme Court justices who voted in favor of removing President Donald J. Trump’s name from the state’s 2024 ballot, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

Gen. Smith sent Marines to Colorado after Vice Adm. Crandall compared the court’s 230-page ruling against Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which states that “No person shall … hold any office, civil or military, under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath … as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

As Trump was neither charged with nor convicted of insurrection, Adm. Crandall decreed the court’s prevarication contorted the 14th Amendment’s text to fit an agenda—deny Coloradoans their constitutionally protected right to vote for their candidate of choice, thereby committing treason against the citizens of Colorado and the United States of America. After authoring indictments, the admiral asked Gen. Smith to apprehend the four criminal justices.

An intelligence brief, however, revealed that three of the four justices had “vanished” for holiday recess immediately after disqualifying Trump from participating in the 2024 primary. The Marines who arrived in Colorado Wednesday afternoon confirmed the report after establishing surveillance on the homes of Richard Gabriel, Melisssa Hart, Monica Marquez, and William Hood. This quartet said they had “little difficulty” in determining that the events of J6 constituted an insurrection and a rebellion started by President Trump.

Of the four, only Justice Monica Marquez, a lesbian and member of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association member, and a Yale Law School graduate, was at her publicly listed residence. Incidentally, she had spoken during “drag queen storytelling hours” at children’s libraries in Aurora and Denver. The other three justices’ homes were dark, deserted, and devoid of movement, the Marines reported to Gen. Smith’s office.

Fact #2 : No Colorado Supreme Court Justice Was Arrested

This is really silly, but it has to be said – no Colorado Supreme Court justice was arrested for voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the upcoming 2024 US Presidential elections.

Colorado Judicial Department spokesperson Rob McCallum said that “there is no legitimacy” to the claims made in the article by Real Raw News.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

Just to be clear – Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica M. Marquez was not arrested for any reason, by the US Marines or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #3 : US Marines Cannot Arrest Civilians

The claim that US Marines were sent to arrest a civilian is absurd. For one thing, the military justice system is separate from the civilian justice system. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians like Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez.

JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members. Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

On top of that – US Marines are not empowered to arrest even military personnel! If Justice Monica Marquez was hypothetically a serving member of the US Navy, she would have been arrested by US Navy Master-at-Arms and/or the Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS), not the marines themselves.

If any civilian like Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez is to be arrested, she would have been taken into custody by the Colorado state police, or the FBI, depending on the nature of the crime committed. US military members would never be involved in such arrests.

Claim : Tyler Sanders Died From COVID-19 Vaccine!

Mere hours after news broke that Tyler Sanders – who starred in Fear of the Walking Dead and 911 Lone Star – died, people started claiming that he died from the COVID-19 vaccine.

Here are just a few examples of those claims circulating on social media :

Tyler Sanders dead at 18: 9-1-1 Lone Star actor dies. Seriously. You don’t need a Uni Degree or be a Doctor to 100% know that he died from the COVID Vaccine. Are you people really going to just accept “Suddenly Unknown Reason” as a Valid excuse. FFS.

The Vaccine kills another actor. Tyler Sanders dead at 18: ‘9-1-1: Lone Star’ actor was an Emmy nominee

Yet another young life lost. There’s Sudden Adult Death Syndrome too. Young athletes popping off et al. What’s changed eh? Some would suspect #vaccines I suppose. 9-1-1: Lone Star’ actor Tyler Sanders dead at 18

Tyler Sanders : Cause of Death Was Not Vaccine!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Police Found Tyler Sanders Dead At Home

The Los Angeles police received a call on Thursday, 16 June 2022, to conduct a welfare check on Tyler Sanders, after his friends didn’t hear from him after a night out.

They found Tyler Sanders alone in his home, and pronounced him deceased. His agent, Pedro Tapia, confirmed his death in a statement on Friday, 17 June 2022 :

Tyler was a talented actor with a bright future. He comes from a wonderful family and we ask that you respect their privacy at this time.

Fact #2 : Tyler Sanders’ Death Treated As Suspected Overdose

On July 5, sources connected to the investigation told TMZ that Tyler Sanders’ death was being “treated as a suspected [drug] overdose“.

Tyler Sanders reportedly had a history of drug use, and the LA police found a plastic straw and white powder in the room where his body was found.

Fact #3 : Autopsy Report Confirmed Tyler Sanders’s Cause Of Death

The L.A. County’s Medical Examiner-Coroner stated that they completed his autopsy on Friday (17 June), and posted on their website that they had already released his body (to his family).

At that time, they deferred the report pending additional investigations. Once the results of those tests / studies are in, , will make a final determination of his cause of death.

On Thursday, December 29, 2022, Dr. Parks – the Deputy Medical Examiner in charge of his case finalised the report, stating that his cause of death was fentanyl effects, and it was accidental.

In the autopsy report, the Medical Examiner said that Tyler Sanders told a friend in text messages the night before his death that he was using fentanyl. Tyler did not answer phone calls from that friend, after sending that message about fentanyl.

The Medical Examiner also said that Tyler Sanders had no known medical issues, but had a history of drug abuse of heroin, LSD, mushrooms and Xanax. Finally, the report noted that he was found unresponsive in his own bed, and illicit drugs were found in the bathroom.

Fact #4 : David Sanders Referred To An Apparent Drug Overdose

Someone who attended Tyler Sanders’ funeral in Houston told TMZ that his father, David Sanders, delivered an eulogy in which he told them that Tyler died of an apparent drug overdose.

Fact #5 : Tyler Sanders Was Apparently Battling Depression

Tyler Sanders allegedly started struggling with depression when he began filming “9-1-1”.

David Sanders also told those who attended his funeral “how Tyler’s brain was wired to where he could not feel happiness“.

Fact #6 : Tyler Sanders Looked Healthy + Well 3 Days Prior

Tyler Sanders was on vacation with his family in Vail, Colorado, just a few days before he died.

His last Instagram post was on June 13, which showed him looking real swank in his blue suit. He certainly looks fit and healthy.

Two days earlier, he posted this great shot of white water rafting with his family in Vail, Colorado.

These recent photos contradict claims that he was suffering from vaccine side effects.

Fact #7 : Unknown If Tyler Sanders Was Even Vaccinated

It is currently unknown if Tyler Sanders was vaccinated against COVID-19, so it would be wrong for anyone to claim that he died from COVID-19 vaccines.

For all we know – he may not even be vaccinated! The COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory in the United States, despite what anti-vaccination activists may claim.

Fact #8 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Fact #9 : Vaccine Side Effects Generally Last Only A Few Days

COVID-19 vaccine side effects are generally mild, and last only a few days.

In rare cases, the recipient may suffer from blood clots (AstraZeneca) or myocarditis (Pfizer), but they develop within days of receiving the vaccine, not months later.

If Tyler received the COVID-19 vaccine, he would have received all his doses last year. It is quite impossible for his death to be related to any COVID-19 vaccine he may have received months earlier.

Fact #10 : Post-Vaccination Myocarditis Occurs Within Days

If Tyler Sanders was indeed vaccinated with an mRNA vaccine from Pfizer or Moderna, it is true that he has a very small risk of developing post-vaccination myocarditis.

However, he would develop myocarditis within days of the vaccination, with symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, etc.

He would not be able to undertake strenuous activities like… going white water rafting with his family!

I should also point out that the risk of developing myocarditis from a COVID-19 infection is over a hundred times higher than developing myocarditis from three doses of the Pfizer vaccine.

So if you are really worried about myocarditis, you should definitely get vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #11 : Claims Of Celebrities Dying From COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing celebrity deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of celebrity deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance. Here is the latest dozen that I have personally fact checked.

Will these anti-vaccination activists apologise for lying to you? Nope! They will just move on to the next celebrity death…

Colorado State Representative Hugh McKean did NOT die from the COVID-19 vaccine, and here are the reasons why!

Claim : Hugh McKean Died From Vaccine Sudden Death!

Right after news broke that Hugh McKean died suddenly at 55 years of age, anti-vaccination activists immediately claimed that the Colorado State Representative died from vaccine-induced sudden death (SADS / VIDS / VDS)!

Here is a selection of social media posts accompanying links or articles on her death:

Truth : Hugh McKean Died Of A Heart Attack!

It’s now a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Hugh McKean Died Of A Heart Attack!

Hugh McKean (born October 27, 1967) passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022 – just three days after his 55th birthday.

According to his deputy chief of staff, Roger Hudson, McKean had complained of pain on the left side of his torso recently. But at that time, he attributed the pain to the stress of building a new home.

Other sources said that McKean complained of chest pain on Saturday, and called a friend late that n night. But by the time she reached his Loveland home on early Sunday, he was already dead.

Dr. Joe White from the Larimer County Coroner’s Office conducted a forensic autopsy on Hugh McKean’s body, and determined that his cause of death was acute myocardial infarction, and noted that it was a natural cause of death.

On 10/30/2022, the Larimer County Coroner’s Office responded to Loveland, CO to investigate the death of a 55-year-old male. The decedent was identified as Colorado State Representative Hugh McKean of Loveland, CO. Rep. McKean was transported to the Larimer County Coroner’s Office where a forensic autopsy was performed.

Larimer County Forensic Pathologist Dr. Joe White has determined the following:

Cause of Death: Acute Myocardial Infarction

Manner of Death: Natural

No other information will be released at this time.

So let me be clear – Hugh McKean died from a heart attack, not a COVID-19 vaccine side effect of any kind.

Fact #2 : Heart Attack Is A Common Cause Of Sudden Death

An acute myocardial infarction (AMI), or a heart attack, occurs when blood supply to the heart muscle is abruptly cut off, usually due to a blockage of one or more coronary arteries.

It is a very common cause of sudden death. Every year, about 805,000 Americans suffer a heart attack, of which about 382,000 die. Every year.

Just to be clear – people have been dying from heart attacks long before COVID-19 vaccines were invented.

And no, COVID-19 vaccines do NOT cause heart attacks, no matter what anti-vaccination activists may claim.

Fact #3 : Unknown If Hugh McKean Was Vaccinated

Colorado state lawmakers were offered early access to COVID-19 vaccines in January 2021, but it was not mandatory. The COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory in the United States, despite what anti-vaccination activists may claim.

The state sent 240 doses of COVID-19 vaccine to UCHealth to vaccinate legislators and their staff, although the governor’s office does not know how many actually received the shots.

It is currently unknown if Hugh McKean was vaccinated against COVID-19, so it would be wrong for anyone to claim that he died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects. For all we know – he may not even be vaccinated!

For example, anti-vaccination activists claimed that Kaden Clymer was almost crippled by a 6-foot long vaccine-induced blood clot, but the high school athlete was never vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #4 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Even if Hugh McKean was fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, he definitely received his vaccine doses 19 months earlier.

He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not many months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #5 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up sudden deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and VITT can be proven.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines happens within minutes. That’s why people are asked to wait for 15-30 minutes after getting the vaccine. People who get an anaphylactic shock will require an epinephrine shot to quickly relieve it.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Vaccine-induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

The fact that the Larimer County Coroner’s Office did not not discover any of these findings in their autopsy of Hugh McKean proves that the vaccines were not a factor in his death.

Fact #6 : Claims Of Politicians Dying From COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

This is yet another example of anti-vaccination activists abusing sudden deaths / injuries to create and propagate FAKE NEWS about the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines.

So far, claims of deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false at every instance. Here is just the latest dozen that I fact checked!
