BUDI MADANI Step-By-Step Registration Guide!

Find out how to register for the BUDI MADANI diesel fuel subsidy initiative in our step-by-step guide!

BUDI MADANI Registration For Diesel Subsidy

On 22 May 2024, Malaysia Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced that the government will cut diesel subsidies in Peninsular Malaysia, with Sabah and Sarawak spared as the use of diesel vehicles is widespread in those states.

Cutting this diesel subsidy is expected to save the government about RM4 billion (about US$850 million a year) – or about 0.2% of its GDP, and help to achieve the goal of the Fiscal Responsibility Act (FRA) to reduce the debt level so that it does not exceed 60% of the GDP, with a fiscal deficit of between 3.5% and 3% by 2025.

Instead of providing a direct subsidy of diesel fuel, Malaysia has announced a new diesel subsidy scheme called BUDI MADANI, which is much more limited, and targeted.

Subsidy Removed : Diesel To Cost RM3.35 On June 10!

Malaysia just abolished its diesel fuel subsidy, and will float diesel prices on a monthly basis! Here is what you need to know…

Subsidy Removed : Diesel To Cost RM3.35 On June 10!

On 9 June 2024, Malaysia Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan announced that diesel prices will be floated on a monthly basis, abolishing the diesel fuel subsidy at least in Peninsula Malaysia.

Based on the Automatic Pricing Mechanism formula for the month of May, diesel will be priced at RM3.35 per litre starting midnight on Monday, June 10, 2024.

Currently, Euro 5 diesel (B10) is sold at the subsidised price of RM2.15 per litre, whereas so the new, unsubsidised price of RM3.35 per litre is about 55.8% higher. Those using B7 diesel will pay RM3.55 per litre, up from the current RM2.35 per litre – up by 51%.

While the diesel subsidy will remain in place for Sabah and Sarawak, it will eventually be removed. The Finance Minister II said that the “rationalisation” of the diesel subsidy will be implemented in Sabah and Sarawak later.

Instead of providing a direct subsidy of diesel fuel, Malaysia has announced a new diesel subsidy scheme called BUDI MADANI, which is much more limited, and targeted.

In addition, the government will continue to provide subsidies for farmers and traders using diesel-powered commercial vehicles, and public transportation. Ten types of public transportation vehicles, including buses and taxis, as well as 23 types of goods transport vehicles, will be subsidised under the Subsidised Diesel Control System (SKDS)

BUDI MADANI : 3 Categories Of Diesel Subsidy

On 27 May 2024, the Malaysia Ministry of Finance announced two categories for the BUDI MADANI diesel subsidy scheme, but there now appears to be a total of three categories.

BUDI Individu

BUDI Individu is the category for owners of private diesel vehicles. It offers a fixed cash aid of RM200 per month to qualified applicants who meet these requirements:

  1. Must be a Malaysian citizen
  2. Own a diesel vehicle that is registered with JPJ in Peninsular Malaysia, except luxury vehicles* that are less than 10 years old
  3. Diesel vehicle must have a valid road tax
  4. The annual income of the individual or couple must be RM100,000 and below

* What constitutes a luxury vehicle is currently undefined

Applications for BUDI Individu will be cross-checked with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN) to eliminate owners of luxury diesel vehicles that is less than 10 years old, and high-income individuals (T20).

In addition, the Ministry of Finance just added new limitations – these vehicles do NOT qualify for BUDI Individu:

  1. Diesel motorcycle
  2. Privately-licensed diesel vehicles used by a company or organisation
  3. Vehicles registered for e-hailing use
  4. These vehicle types – caravan, motorhome, tour van, tour bus

BUDI Agri-Komoditi

BUDI Agri-Komoditi is the category for farmers or smallholders. It also offers a fixed cash aid of RM200 per month to qualified applicants who meet these requirements:

  1. Must be registered as a farmer, or a smallholder, with relevant agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM), or the Ministry of Plantation and Commodities (KPK).
  2. Must be an active farmer, or smallholder, with annual agricultural sales of between RM50,000 and RM300,000.

MySubsidi Diesel

Finally, the MySubsidi Diesel is a special category for public vehicles and qualified goods transportation, which will be able to obtain subsidised diesel through a “fleet card”.

This includes 10 types of public transport vehicles, and 23 types of goods transport vehicles under the Subsidised Diesel Control System, including buses and taxis.

BUDI MADANI : How To Apply + Get Aid / Subsidy

You can apply for any of the three BUDI MADANI categories through the official BUDI MADANI website.

BUDI Individu and BUDI Agri-Komoditi applicants who are approved before 3 June 2024 will receive their first cash aid by middle of June 2024, and thereafter receive it on a monthly basis.

Those who get approved after 3 June 2024 will receive the first BUDI MADANI payment within two weeks, and thereafter receive it on a monthly basis.

Cash aid through the BUDI MADANI programme will be credited directly into the recipient’s bank account every month. Those who do not have a bank account can claim their BUDI MADANI aid as cash at any Bank Simpanan National (BSN) branch nationwide.

For those whose applications failed, the Ministry of Finance will also open up an Appeals process to allow you to make an appeal.

Diesel Subsidy : Choose SKDS 2.0 / BUDI MADANI

On Thursday, 30 May 2024, Malaysia Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali clarified that people can only opt for one diesel subsidy – either the Subsidised Diesel Control System 2.0 (SKDS 2.0), or the new BUDI MADANI programme, but not both.

He explained that the Subsidised Diesel Control System is targeted at companies, while the BUDI MADANI is for individuals, and small farmers. The SKDS 2.0 programme is also handled by his ministry, whereas BUDI MADANI is being handled by the Finance Ministry instead.

They can only choose one. We observed that there are farmers or households that have small businesses and do not have a company. Hence, we will have to help them through the Budi Madani programme.

Further details on BUDI MADANI will be announced by the Finance Ministry, whereas our ministry handles the SKDS.

PDRM Warning : It’s Illegal To Stop On Zebra Crossing!

PDRM is warning motorists not to stop their vehicles on any zebra crossing, or be subject to a fine of up to RM2,000, or 6 month’s jail!

PDRM Warning : It’s Illegal To Stop On Zebra Crossing!

The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) is warning motorists not to stop their vehicles on any zebra crossing, or be subject to a fine of up to RM2,000, or 6 month’s jail!

On 28 July 2023, PDRM’s Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department (JSPT) announced that it would initiate a nationwide operation to enforce traffic laws under Op Pematuhan Peraturan Lala Lintas (Traffic Regulations Enforcement Operation).

One of the operations it is now carrying out is to enforce Rule 38 of the Road Traffic Rules 1959, which prohibits motorists from stopping their vehicles on any zebra crossing, unless it is out of their control – they are blocked by other vehicles from moving out of the way, or if it is necessary to prevent an accident.

OP PEMATUHAN PERATURAN LALU LINTAS

Jabatan Siasatan Dan Penguatkuasaan Trafik (JSPT) Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM) pada 28 Julai 2023 telah mengeluarkan satu kenyataan media berhubung pelaksanaan OP Pematuhan Peraturan Lalu di seluruh negara.

Salah satu daripada operasi yang dijalankan adalah Kaedah 38 Kaedah-Kaedah Lalu Lintas Jalan (LN166/1959) – Tidak Boleh Memberhentikan Kenderaan Di Lintasan, menyatakan bahawa ;

Here is the English translation:

TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ENFORCEMENT OPERATION

The Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) of the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) on 28 July 2023 issued a media statement regarding the launch of the Traffic Regulations Enforcement Operation throughout the country.

One of the operations carried out is Rule 38 of the Road Traffic Rules (LN166/1959) – Not Allowed To Stop Vehicles At Crossings, which state that;

– The driver must not cause the vehicle or any part of the vehicle to stop in the crossing area unless he is prohibited from moving by circumstances beyond his control or if it is necessary for him to stop to avoid an accident.

Recommended : Did JPJ Stop Issuing Physical Road Tax For Most Drivers?!

To be clear – all motorists – whether they are driving a car, a van, or riding a motorcycle, should not cross the white line. If any part of their vehicle crosses the white line, that constitutes an offence.

Road users are reminded to obey traffic rules and not stop beyond the white line because this act is one of the causes of traffic jams, accidents and can also disturb other road users.

Fine / Jail If Caught Stopping On Zebra Crossing!

JSPT is also warning that motorists may be fined up to RM2,000, or jailed for up to 6 months, if they are caught stopping any part of their vehicles on any zebra crossing.

Mana-mana individu yang melakukan kesalahan boleh dikenakan denda tidak melebihi RM2,000 atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi enam bulan.

Any individual who commits an offense may be fined not exceeding RM2,000 or imprisoned for a period not exceeding six months.

In other words – this is a serious offence, with serious consequences. Most of us motorists never think about this. So this is a timely warning. Please SHARE this warning with your family and friends!

Did MAGA trucks run Chelsea Clinton bus off highway?!

Did a squad of MAGA pickup trucks just run a Chelsea Clinton campaign bus off the highway?!

Take a look at the viral video, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : MAGA Trucks Ran Chelsea Clinton Bus Off Highway!

People are sharing a video that shows several MAGA pickup trucks with Trump flags hounding a Chelsea Clinton campaign bus, eventually running it off the highway!

GOH. mayoral candidate Chelsea Clinton’s campaign bus was run off the road by a so-called “Patriot Convoy” This is an unprecedented attack on our democracy 🙁

Wait is Chelsea Clinton okay? This MAGA squad ran her off the road!?!

Just captured this from the front window of my Uber. Unreal. Hope Chelsea is okay

Recommended : Did US FDA Just Ban Pfizer + Moderna Vaccines?!

Truth : MAGA Trucks Did Not Run Chelsea Clinton Bus Off Highway!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by TikTok content creators, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Viral Video Was Recorded In A Computer Game

The viral video, which has been viewed over 14 million times on Twitter alone, is NOT real.

It was actually recorded using the computer game, Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) using vehicle mods to create the MAGA pickup trucks with Trump flags, and the Chelsea Clinton campaign bus.

Fact #2 : TikTok Creator Only Posts GTA V Videos

lossantostruthseekerlive, who created the viral Chelsea Clinton campaign bus video has a TikTok, has a TikTok channel that is dedicated to GTA V videos created using various mods.

Fact #3 : Los Santos Is A Fictional City In GTA Universe

The name Los Santos Truth Seeker Live should immediately alert gamers that this is gaming or parody account, because Los Santos isn’t a real city.

Los Santos (often abbreviated as L.S.) is a fictional city located in southern San Andreas in the Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas games.

Los Santos is Spanish for “The Saints”, and is a play on Los Angeles, which means “The Angels”.

Fact #4 : Great Ocean Highway Does Not Exist

You may notice people, including the creator, mention GOH in reference to the video. That is actually an abbreviation for Great Ocean Highway.

The Great Ocean Highway (GOH) is not real. It only exists in the Grand Theft Auto game universe, specifically in the GTA V and GTA Online games.

Recommended : Did Pfizer Ignore Vaccine Autoimmune Adverse Events?!

Fact #5 : Chelsea Clinton Isn’t Running For Office

Chelsea Clinton (born Chelsea Victoria Clinton on February 27, 1080) is the only child of lifelong politicians, but has never run for political office. She is certainly not running to be a mayor.

Fact #6 : MAGA Trucks Had Trump 2020 Flags

The Trump flags that the MAGA pickup trucks were flying in the video are also a clue that the video isn’t real – they are old 2020 Trump flags.

Trump is running again in the 2024 US Presidential election, so real MAGA trucks would be flying 2024 Trump flags.

Fact #7 : No Legitimate Media Reported The Incident

Chelsea Clinton may not be as famous as her parents, but she is a notable figure, and a foil for right-wing conservatives and even anti-vaccination activists.

When she recently spoke about The Big Catch-up vaccination initiative, they pounced on her, claiming that she wanted to force jab every child!

If MAGA pickup trucks really ran her bus off the highway, it would have been reported by the mainstream media, as well as both liberal and right-wing media. Yet no one reported the incident? That’s because it never happened!

Kelana Jaya LRT Line Shuts Down For 1 Week!

At 4:55 AM on 9 November 2022, Rapid KL announced that they are suspending sixteen stations on the Kelana Jaya LRT line for 7 days!

In addition, all other LRT stations will end their services earlier at 11 PM. Here is their official notice, with my English translation:

Kemaskini Gangguan Perkhidmatan LRT Laluan Kelana Jaya:

Kelana Jaya LRT Line Disruption Caused By ATC System

At a special media briefing at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, 9 November 2022, Prasarana CEO Mohd Azharuddin Mat Shah stated that the disruption of the Kelana Jaya LRT line was due to faulty electronic components in its Automatic Train Control (ATC) system.

The disruption, which resulted in the loss of signal between the control centre and also the trains caused the trains to be dysfunctional automatically between the Kelana Jaya station and the Ampang Park station.

This is a serious problem that has never happened before. Rapid Rail is assisted by a special team from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Thales Group from Toronto, Canada, to find short and long-term solutions. This includes tests on existing devices and software.

Efforts will be made by RapidRail to address the problem. Free feeder bus service will be provided for passengers and to reduce congestion at the affected stations.

He said that as of 11 AM today, Rapid KL has provided 69 feeder buses to ferry passengers for free on the Kelana Jaya LRT route.

The 7-day shut down will give Rapid KL engineers time to analyse and identify the problem, and hopefully solve the problem long enough for an ATC replacement to be completed.

In response to a question, Prasarana CEO Mohd Azharuddin Mat Shah said that they had already foreseen the need to replace the ATC system because it’s at the end of its lifespan, and will upgrade it after this incident.

However, he shared that the RM150 million ATC system replacement will take a few months.

SUKE Highway : Launched In September, Free For 1 Month!

SUKE was officially launched on September 16, 2022, with Phase 1 made free to use for one month.

The 16.6 kilometre stretch of Phase 1 of the SUKE highway runs from the Cheras-Kajang Interchange to Bukit Antarabangsa. The subsequent stretch from Sri Petaling and KESAS Highway to Cheras-Kajang will open at a later date.

SUKE will have three toll plazas – Alam Damai, Bukit Teratai and Ampang, of which only the Bukit Teratai and Ampang toll plazas are open.

Once fully completed, SUKE will have 14 interchanges in total – Sri Petaling, Sungai Besi, Alam Damai, Cheras-Kajang, Cheras-Hartamas, Bukit Teratai, Tasik Tambahan, Permai, Kosas, Pekan Ampang, Ampang Point, Ulu Kelang, Hillview, and Bukit Antarabangsa.

SUKE is notable for featuring Malaysia’s first helicoidal ramp – the Cheras-Kajang Expressway (CKE) connects to SUKE through two spiral loops.

Tragically, it was also involved in an accident that killed three people during its construction.

Limo For Western Leaders, Bus For Africans @ Queen’s Funeral?!

Were Western leaders driven in limos, while African and Asian leaders had to take the bus for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral?!

Take a look at the viral claims, and find out what the facts really are!

Claim : Limo For Western Leaders, Bus For Africans @ Queen’s Funeral

Many people are claiming that Western leaders were driven in limos to Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, but African and Asian leaders had to take the bus! Here are some examples :

Queen’s Funeral: President Biden Arrives Buckingham Palace in His Presidential Armoured Convoy While slave master’s house keepers African Presidents Were Blocked and Conveyed in a Bus 🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤔.
Africa wake up. @_AfricanUnion #Africa

Our leaders went to the UK and are being treated the way they treat us🤡

A video by a Malaysian TikToker who calls himself ArtieKohDr has gone viral making the same claims on WhatsApp:

Truth : Limo For A Few Leaders, Bus For Everyone Else @ Queen’s Funeral!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and circulated on social media, and WhatsApp, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Bus Only Used For Short Trip To Westminster Abbey

First, I should point out that buses were only used to transport invited world leaders and VIPs for a short trip.

Those who were invited to attend Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral all arrived in their own vehicles at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, where they disembarked.

The dignitaries then rode a fleet of buses for a short 3 km ride to Westminster Abbey – a trip that lasted less than 10 minutes.

This “park and ride” plan was meant to reduce security and logistical difficulties in transporting so many dignitaries to Westminster Abbey, amidst the huge crowds gathered there.

Fact #2 : Only President Biden Was Allowed To Use His Own Car

US security protocol required President Joe Biden to travel in an armoured Cadillac known as The Beast.

Hence, he was the only leader to receive special permission to travel to Westminster Abbey in The Beast, escorted by other vehicles.

However, that didn’t turn out well when his motorcade got stuck in a traffic jam, and his car came to a standstill near the Marble Arch – a significant security risk.

Fact #3 : All Other Invited Guests Took The Bus

With the singular exception of US President Joe Biden, the claim that Western leaders were driven in limos to the Queen’s funeral is nonsense.

Everyone else had to park at Royal Hospital Chelsea and take the bus to Westminster Abbey. They included both Western, African and Eastern leaders like :

  • Irish Prime Minister Micheál Martin
  • Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau
  • Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese
  • New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern
  • King Abdullah II of Jordan
  • Tanzania President Samia Suluhu Hassan
  • Kenyan President William Ruto
  • Malaysian Agong Al-Mustafa Billah Shah
  • Singaporean President Halimah Yacob
  • Japanese Emperor Naruhito
  • Polish President Andrzej Duda, and
  • German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

While some “prima donnas” were (allegedly) annoyed by the need to take the bus, many were happy enough to be amongst the few to be invited at all, and had no issues taking the bus.

Fact #4 : Many Asian + African Leaders Were Seated In Front At Funeral

While President Joe Biden was given the exceptional privilege of driving directly to the Queen’s funeral in his own car, he was seated behind many Asian and African leaders.

However, this was not a snub or payback for allowing him to be driven to the funeral in The Beast.

The royal funeral seating protocol strictly prioritises royalty and Commonwealth leaders over all other leaders, even those from much larger / influential countries.

Hence, President Joe Biden was seated 14 rows to the back, behind many African and Asian leaders. A point that many who complained about Western bias against African and Asian leaders seem to have conveniently ignored.

Rapid KL Survey NOT Required For Taxpayer-Paid Free Rides!

You are NOT required to fill in their survey for the free rides on Rapid KL trains or buses subsidised by Malaysian taxpayers!

Here is what you need to know!

Free Rapid KL Rides For 1 Month : Subsidised By Taxpayers!

On 16 June 2022, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Ismail Sabri Yaakob officially launched the opening of Phase 1 of the MRT Putrajaya Line.

In conjunction with that launch, he announced that all Rapid KL train and bus rides will be free of charge for a month, from 16 June to 15 July 2022. This free ride program also includes KTM Komuter rides in the Klang Valley.

However, it was not some kind of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or launch promotion by Rapid KL. These free rides were subsidised by the Malaysian government, to the tune of RM155 million – RM140 million will go to Rapid KL, while KTM will receive RM15 million.

In other words – taxpayers are ultimately footing the bill for these free rides.

Read more : All Rapid KL + KTM Rides Are FREE For 1 Month!

Initially : Rapid KL Requires Survey For Gov-Paid Free Rides?!

About a day after the announcement of the free rides, Rapid KL released its Terms and Conditions (PDF download), in which passengers were asked to participate in their survey, in order to enjoy the Rapid KL Free Rides (RKLFR) programme.

Passengers were asked to either install and register an account the MyRapid PULSE app, and fill in the survey there; or fill in a physical form at the stations. They were also asked to “keep a screenshot or the top portion of the completed [survey] form to enjoy the RKLFR“.

Its Terms & Conditions stated, explicitly, that (with my emphasis in bold) :

5. Customers who are using tokens are required to redeem the token at any of Rapid KL Customer Service Offices (LRT/MRT/Monorail/BRT/ Selected Bus Hubs) and fill up the form in MyRapid PULSE or fill up the hardcopy survey form before entering the gates.

6. Customers who are using cashless (My50 pass, Touch ‘N Go card and Concession card) need to fill up the form in MyRapid PULSE or fill up the hardcopy survey form before entering the gates.

There was an immediate social media backlash to the requirement to participate in the Rapid KL survey, in return for the taxpayer-sponsored free rides.

Now : Rapid KL Survey NOT Required For Taxpayer-Paid Free Rides!

Rapid KL quickly responded to the furore by “clarifying” that passengers are not forced to download the PULSE app, or participate in the survey.

When I took the MRT and LRT recently, there was no one enforcing the survey requirement. I just tapped my Touch ‘n Go card through the gantries. No one asked to check for a completed survey.

However, it is unlikely that the RapidKL Terms & Conditions was a misunderstanding. Rapid KL repeated the “requirements” in social media posts, like this example (with my English translation)

Terma Dan Syarat

2. Muat turun aplikasi MyRapid PULSE untuk menebus 30 hari perjalanan percuma.

Terms And Conditions

2. Download the MyRapid PULSE app to redeem 30 days of free travel.

In another Facebook post, Rapid KL specifically asked passengers to complete the survey to obtain the free rides.  Here is my English translation of their requirements :

To redeem free rides:

  1. Users are encouraged to download the MyRapid PULSE app in Google Play or Apple Store, and register for an account and fill in the provided [survey] form. After the form is completed, users need to take a screenshot and show it to the officer at the station, while passing through the gantry, or on entering a bus.
  2. Forms are also provided at all RapidKL passenger service counters, selected bus hubs, in the bus, and downloadable through the Rapid KL website and social media platforms. Passengers must take a picture or the top portion of the complete form to enjoy RKLFR.
  3. For passengers who do not have Touch ‘n Go card or other passes, they can obtain a free token at the customer service counter by filling in their information through the MyRapid PULSE app or the provided form, before entering the station.

It appears that they genuinely wanted people to participate in their survey, and only backtracked on those requirements after the social media uproar.

Based on my ride experience, they did not appear to station officers to check for the completely survey forms.

But it was possible that they asked people to fill in the form to obtain a free token. I can’t confirm that as I used my own Touch ‘n Go card, and didn’t collect a free token.

In any case, there is NO LONGER a need to fill in any survey form, to enjoy the taxpayer-sponsored rides on Rapid KL trains or buses. If anyone insists on seeing a completed survey form, just say NO.

All Rapid KL + KTM Rides Are FREE For 1 Month!

All Rapid KL and KTM train and bus rides are now FREE for a whole month! Here is what you need to know!

All Rapid KL + KTM Rides Are FREE For 1 Month!

On 16 June 2022, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Ismail Sabri Yaakob officially launched the opening of Phase 1 of the MRT Putrajaya Line.

In conjunction with that launch, he announced that all Rapid KL train and bus rides will be free of charge for a month, starting today.

KTM Komuter rides in the Klang Valley will also be free for an entire month, starting today.

I hope that Malaysians will take this opportunity to try these public transportation services, parking their vehicles at Park n Ride facilities.

From 16 June to 15 July 2022, you will be able to ride for free at all MRT, LRT, BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), monorail or Rapid KL bus services, as well as KTM Komuter rides in the Klang Valley.

These free rides are subsidised by the Malaysian government, to the tune of RM155 million – RM140 million will go to Rapid KL, while KTM will receive RM15 million.

The MRT Putrajaya Line, which is being developed in two phases, will serve about two million residents in the Klang Valley when it’s fully completed, running from Kwasa Damansara all the way to Putrajaya.

Phase 2 of the MRT Putrajaya line will pass through key areas in the KL city centre, with stations in Titiwangsa, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, Ampang Park and the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

There will be 36 stations in total, including nine underground stations. But MRT Corp. plans to add another four stations to improve access to the MRT Putrajaya line.

The new Putrajaya is projected is expected to serve over 104,000 users a day when it’s fully completed. Hopefully, that will greatly alleviate traffic congestion in Kuala Lumpur.
