The ASUS Zenvolution 2016 launch event kicked off yesterday at the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. Malaysians have eagerly awaited the launch of the ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphones since they were announced at Computex 2016. Well, here they are!
ASUS also took the opportunity to launch two new ZenFone 3 models, as well as the ZenBook 3 notebook and two Transformer 3 tablets. Let’s check them out!
ASUS ZenFone 3 Revealed
ASUS APAC General Manager, Rex Lee, kicked off the ASUS Zenvolution 2016 revelations with the new ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphone.
ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe & ZenFone 3 Ultra Revealed
Next, ASUS Corporate Vice President, Eric Chen, revealed the details of the ASUS ZenFone 3 Deluxe and ZenFone 3 Ultra smartphones.
ASUS ZenFone 3 Max & ZenFone 3 Laser Revealed
These are the two models that were not revealed at Computex 2016. The honour of revealing them was given to TH Cheng, the ASUS Senior Mobile Product Manager.
ASUS ZenBook 3, Transformer 3 Pro & Transformer 3 Revealed
Finally, ASUS Malaysia’s System Group Country Manager, Jimmy Lin, revealed the new ASUS ZenBook 3 ultraslim notebook, as well as the new Transformer 3 Pro and Transformer 3 tablets.
Price & Availability
The ASUS ZenFone 3 smartphone is available on launch day, with the ZenFone 3 Ultra available for pre-order with delivery next week. However, all smartphone, notebook and tablet models revealed at the ASUS Zenvolution 2016 event will be available in the month of August 2016.
