On 28 and 29 November 2023, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote two articles claiming that the Stephen Colbert was just arrested for taking part in the Plandemic fraud, as well as molesting little boys and girls!

JAG Arrests Stephen Colbert

JAG’s new detainment center on Guam will soon have its first detainee: Trump-hating, vaccine-loving, liberal talk show host Stephen Colbert, host of CBS’s Late Night with Stephen Colbert.

If all information is accurate, JAG got its first Christmas gift Saturday morning when Navy investigators grabbed Colbert after he stepped off the property of his Montclair, New Jersey, home wearing a blue jogging suit and $60,000 Bulgari Flora sunglasses. Colbert reportedly blurted, “What the fu** is this?” as investigators subdued him, snapping handcuffs around his trembling wrists. Colbert was informed his new designation was “detainee” and that he had no rights but might earn some with good behavior. Investigators pushed Colbert into their vehicle and brought him to a processing center in advance of a trip to Guam, our source said.

JAG Grills Pedophile Stephen Colbert

A U.S. Navy JAG investigator on Guam has grilled detainee Stephen Colbert over his ties to the Plandemic and alleged that he caused irreparable harm to young boys and girls he molested during trips to Jeffrey Epstein’s Island of underage debauchery, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

As reported yesterday, investigators arrested Colbert near his Montclair, New Jersey, home Saturday morning and hauled the sniveling creep to a safehouse before flying him (and yet to be named Deep State associates) to Camp Blaz. There, he underwent a second medical assessment, which included an incredibly invasive body cavity search, and soon found himself eyeballing an interrogator who had seated him in a child-size chair behind a metal table.

Fact #1 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a FAKE NEWS website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

This disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate him money.

His articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from his website. Here are some of his fake stories that I debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : Stephen Colbert Is Recovering From Surgery

It is impossible for Stephen Colbert to be arrested on Monday, 27 November 2023, outside of his home because he was recovering from emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix.

He could not have been arrested while preparing to go for a run in a blue jogging suit, while wearing $60,000 Bulgari Flora sunglasses.

He would end up cancelling two weeks of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” as he continues to recover from his surgery.

Fact #3 : Stephen Colbert Is Still Active On Social Media

Stephen Colbert actually posted on Instagram about his surgery for a ruptured appendix on Tuesday, 28 November 2023:

Sorry to say that I have to cancel our shows this week. I’m sure you’re thinking, “Turkey overdose, Steve? Gravy boat capsize?” Actually, I’m recovering from surgery for a ruptured appendix. I’m grateful to my doctors for their care and to Evie and the kids for putting up with me. Going forward, all emails to my appendix will be handled by my pancreas.

This occurred one day after Michael Baxter / Tuffin claimed that JAG investigators arrested Stephen Colbert while he was preparing to go for a jog…

Fact #4 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

The claim that JAG investigators arrested Stephen Colbert is absurd. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians like Stephen Colbert.

The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

Fact #5 : JAG Officers Cannot Arrest Anyone

JAG officers are not law enforcement officers. They are really military lawyers, and have no powers to arrest anyone – not even military personnel.

They can investigate crimes, defend or prosecute service members accused of those crimes. But JAG officers cannot actually arrest anyone.

People are sharing an article by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), suggesting or claiming that Bill Gates is facing life behind bars after investigators reveal that the billionaire is about to be prosecuted for child rape!

Bill Gates has already lost his marriage due his friendship with the convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, but he is about to lose a whole lot more, according to investigators who revealed the globalist billionaire is about to be thrown under the bus and prosecuted on child rape charges.

Gates isn’t the only global elite facing charges. A whole host of household names, including members of the US House and Senate, are currently sweating as the walls close in on them.

Truth : Bill Gates Is Not Facing Life Behind Bars For Child Rape!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : The People’s Voice Provided No Evidence

The introduction to The People’s Voice article claimed that “investigators” revealed that Bill Gates is about to be “prosecuted on child rape charges“.

But if you actually read the long, rambling article, you will realise that it actually does not provide any evidence that any law enforcement official has actually revealed that Bill Gates is going to be “prosecuted on child rape charges“.

In fact, Bill Gates was only mentioned 4 times in the entire article body. Other than the introduction which claimed that he’s about to be prosecuted for child rape, the article itself did not once say that Bill Gates was about to be charged for child rape.

This is as exciting as going to the theatre to watch a movie starring Tom Cruise, and seeing his face plastered on the movie poster… only to find out in the actual movie that he was merely recorded in the background walking with his son Connor. Totally lame.

Fact #2 : Bill Gates Has Not Been Prosecuted For Child Rape

To be clear – Bill Gates has not been prosecuted for child rape. In fact, there is no known investigation tying him to any child rape.

On top of that – The People’s Voice article itself does not actually say that he has been prosecuted for child rape. In fact, most of the article appears to avoid mentioning Bill Gates!

Fact #3 : Melinda Gates Message Appears To Be Fake

The Melinda Gates post telling Bill Gates that “It’s prison time” and that “Epstein blackmailed” him appears to be completely fabricated.

Even though it served as the cover image for The People’s Voice video, it was not mentioned or shown even once in the 11-minute long video. It was also poorly mosaiced, which allowed us to make out some of the words:

It’s prison time Bill.

You’re a sick (sonofabitch?) for abusing those children.

I have it all on tape.

Epstein blackmailed you and it’s catching up with (you?)

I hope they throw away (the key?)

Don’t attempt to speak to me or our children.

Melinda Gates has never posted such a thing to her former husband. If she did, it would have been international news.

I should also point out that she uses her full name – Melinda French Gates, instead of just Melinda Gates, in her social media accounts.

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is A Fake News Website

The People’s Voice is the new name / brand for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from NewsPunch / The People’s Voice. Here are some of its fake stories that I personally fact checked earlier:

People are sharing an article by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), suggesting or claiming that the World Economic Forum (WEF) just ordered world governments to arrest climate change deniers!

WEF Orders World Govt’s To Begin Arresting ‘Climate Deniers’

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has ordered world governments to being arresting citizens to refuse to believe in man-made climate change.

In a memo posted to their website, the WEF calls “climate inaction” a “human rights violation.”

The author of the memo suggests there will be an increasing number of climate-related lawsuits in the coming years.

“Climate-related litigation generally seems poised for expansion,” the article states.

Activistpost.com reports: According to the Global Climate Change Litigation database, there have been over 130 cases worldwide that have brought human rights-based claims against governments.

Furthermore, a legal advocate for climate litigation, Clémentine Baldon, told the WEF last year that there is a strong expectation that human rights-related climate claims “will continue to increase.”

On Wednesday, a lawsuit went to the European Court of Human Rights, brought forth by six young individuals against 32 European countries. The six individuals are alleging that the countries’ have failed to address the “climate crisis” caused by human activities.

“It’s being described as “unprecedented” in terms of potential impact,” the WEF stated.

“A win could push some of the wealthiest countries in the world to ramp up their responses to a changing climate; a loss could affect the numerous other legal efforts now underway to target inaction.”

Truth : WEF Did Not Order Arrests Of Climate Change Deniers!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created about the WEF, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : It Was An Article, Not A Memo

First, let me just point out that it was a World Economic Forum article (link here), and not a memo.

Unlike an article, a memo – short for memorandum – is a brief written record / reminder of the author’s memory, or to serve as a quick summary of a meeting or discussion.

The article was also written by two authors – John Letzing and Minji Sung, not a single author as claimed in The People’s Voice article.

Fact #2 : Article Was About Rights-Based Climate Lawsuits

The WEF article did not call “climate inaction” a “human rights violation” as claimed in The People’s Voice article.

In fact, the title of the article questioned that – Is climate inaction a human rights violation?

The WEF article also pointed out that “rights-based climate litigation” has “a mixed track record“.

Fact #3 : WEF Did Not Order Any Arrest

Nowhere in the entire WEF article did anyone call for the arrest of any climate change denier.

In fact, the words “arrest” or “arresting” do not appear a single time in the entire WEF article.

Just to be clear – issuing a lawsuit against someone or an organisation does not mean you are ordering them to be arrested.

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Offered Zero Evidence

Interestingly, The People’s Voice article itself has not offered any evidence that the WEF ordered world governments to arrest anyone, much less “citizens [who] refuse to believe in man-made climate change”.

In fact, the words “arrest” or “arresting” only appear twice in its entire article. Once in the title, and once in its byline:

Comedian in China arrested + fined US$2.1 Million!

A comedian in China was just arrested and fined US$2.1 million for using a CCP slogan created by Chinese President Xi Jinping in his joke!

China Arrests + Fines Comedian US$2.1 Million For CCP Joke!

In the communist utopia of China, comedian Li Haoshi (who goes by the stage name, House) was just arrested by police after being fined a whopping 14.67 million yuan, which works out to about US$2.1 million!

What dastardly crime did Li Haoshi / House commit to deserve such a massive fine, and arrest? Well, the Chinese comedian simply made a joke using a CCP slogan created by Chinese President Xi Jinping!

The fine was issued by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, which concluded that his show was “a plot amounting to a serious insult to the People’s Liberation Army, and creates a bad social influence“.

We will never allow any company or individual to wantonly slander the glorious image of the People’s Liberation Army on a stage in the [Chinese] capital, never allow the people’s deep feelings for the soldiers to be hurt, and never allow serious subjects to be turned into entertainment.

What a glorious statement indeed by the most noble bureau of culture in China!

The Bureau confiscated RMB 1.32 million in “illegal proceeds” from the entertainment company representing House, and fined it RMB 13.35 million. The company was also banned from performing in Beijing indefinitely.

But that was not the end. On Wednesday, May 17, the Chaoyang branch of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau stated that an investigation was opened against Li Haoshi / House for making “derogatory remarks against the People’s Liberation Army”.

On the morning of Thursday, May 18, the comedian was arrested by the police. There has been no word on his whereabouts since then.

The US$2.1 Million CCP Joke That Made China Mad!

So what exactly was the world’s most expensive joke all about?

During his show in Beijing on Saturday, Li Haoshi / House spoke about how he adopted two stray dogs since moving to Shanghai. He joked that when they chased after a squirrel one day, he was reminded of these eight words:

作风优良，能打胜仗
Good style of work, capable of winning battles

That was a flipped version of the slogan that was coined by Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013, when he set out a list of qualities he wanted from the People’s Liberation Army (PLA)

建设一支听党指挥能打胜仗作风优良的人民军队
Build a people’s army that obeys the party’s command and can win battles with a good style of work

In the audio shared to Weibo, his audience can be heard laughing at the joke. Unfortunately, it went viral and caught the attention of Chinese nationalists and then the CCP government.

His joke was deemed to be insulting because “dogs” and “stray dogs” are used as insults in China. It is also common for Chinese netizens to also use insults like “American lapdogs”, for example.

In other words, his joke was perceived to be insulting both President Xi Jinping (who coined the slogan), and the PLA by referring to its soldiers as “stray dogs” that can win battles with a good style of work.

At military parades, especially when Xi Jinping is watching, PLA soldiers will often shout the slogan:

听党指挥，能打胜仗，作风优良！
Follow the Party’s command, capable of winning battles, with excellent conduct!

Now, such jokes may be par for the course in many free, democratic societies, but Li Haoshi / House appeared to have forgotten that China under the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is neither free nor democratic.

If he made the same joke using a slogan by Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen, he would have gotten only laughs, because Taiwan is free and democratic. Unfortunately, he made a joke about the CCP and the PLA. Even worse, he made a joke about something Xi Jinping said, and that was the ultimate sin that anyone in mainland China can commit.

Li Haoshi / House and his company were not the only casualties of this expensive joke. Three other comedy companies suspended all of their performances as a result of this controversy :

Danli Ren Comedy (单立人喜剧),
Owl Comedy (猫头鹰喜剧), and
Xiaosheng Comedy Club (笑生喜剧脱口秀俱乐部)

Even more startling – a 34 year-old woman surnamed Shi was detained by police in Dalian city, after she posted a comment online, asking “Why should House be banned? Aren’t all soldier brothers also dog brothers?”

This goes to show just how closely the CCP government monitors speech in China, and how swiftly and mercilessly it strikes at people who even deigns to mock its authority.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by pro-Russia activists, and promoted / shared by the Chinese 50 Cent Army (wumao, 五毛) and pro-CCP netizens, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : This Video Was From July 2022

While this video is being presented as new – “Breaking News!!“, it is actually more than 9 months old.

I traced the video to the opening statement of ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim A. A. Khan QC, which was recorded on July 14, 2022.

Fact #2 : ICC Called For Cooperation Into Ukraine War Crimes Probe

In the original video, ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan was speaking at the Ukraine Accountability Conference in The Hague, where he called for “an overarching strategy” to bring the perpetrators of war crimes in Ukraine to justice.

The simple truth is that, as we speak, children, women and men, the young and the old, are living in terror.

Just in case you are wondering – the Ukraine Accountability Conference was held to coordinate efforts to create a coherent approach in ensuring accountability for war crimes committed in Ukraine.

Fact #3 : Viral Video Features A Fake “Satire” Voice-Over

The video is real, but the original audio was replaced by a fake “satire” voice-over. Karim Khan spoke English in the original video, so there was no need for a translator.

The fake video creator actually mentioned this in the video’s title, but intentionally made the extra long to reduce visibility of that disclaimer. The fake news creator also mentioned the use of a fake voice-over in the description:

This goes to show just how many people don’t bother to even read the title. Of course, when it comes to pro-Russia and pro-CCP netizens, who cares? If it is anti-America, it must be true.

Fact #4 : It Was Posted By A New “Parody” YouTube Account

The viral video was posted by a new YouTube account created on March 15, 2023. So far, this YouTube channel – AlienJacket, posted seven anti-Western videos – six of which are fake “parody” videos.

The only non-parody video is of Zambian politician Fred M’membe criticising the United States at China’s recent “democracy forum” – the the Second International Forum on Democracy.

Fact #5 : Unknown Who Destroyed Nord Stream 2 Pipelines

It is currently unknown who destroyed the Nord Stream 2 pipelines. As far as plausible reasons go, many countries had plausible reasons to destroy the Nord Stream pipelines:

US : To prevent allies in Europe from being held hostage by their reliance on cheap Russian gas.
UK : To encourage allies in Europe to support Ukraine in its fight against the Russian invasion.
Russia : To stop supplying Europe without breaking its gas supply contracts, and/or to divide Europe.
Ukraine : To unite Europe against Russia.

While motive is important, it is not evidence that a country has committed the crime. There has to be actual evidence that the US / UK / Russia / Ukraine did it.

Regardless of what armchair experts may claim, there is simply no conclusive evidence YET that any of those countries are responsible for the destruction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines.

Truth : Secret Service Did NOT Arrest People For Protesting Joe Biden Motorcade!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by Chinese 50 Cent Army (wumao, 五毛) or pro-CCP netizens and groups, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Video Was Taken On June 8, 2022

This video is being shared by pro-CCP netizens in April 2023, it is actually more than two years old.

The video was recorded on June 8, 2022, as President Joe Biden was being driven in a motorcade to the LA Convention Center for the Summit of the Americas.

The video and photos of that incident were published by many news organisations, including CBS News, Fox News, NBC, Daily Mail, New York Post, etc. so this is easily verified by a simple online search.

Fact #2 : Protestor Was Arrested For Approaching Motorcade

The US secret agent did not wrestle the young woman to the ground for protesting President Joe Biden. She was tackled and arrested, because she broke the security cordon and approached the presidential motorcade.

By walking onto the restricted road into the path of the presidential motorcade, she not only risked getting hit by the passing vehicles, she posed a potential security risk to President Joe Biden and other people travelling in that motorcade.

Hence, the Secret Service agent had no choice but to tackle her, and remove her from the restricted roadway. Secret Service chief of communications Anthony Guglielmi later confirmed this:

Shortly after 5pm, an adult female entered a restricted roadway along a motorcade route on Chick Hearn Ct in Los Angeles.

As the woman approached passing vehicles, a United States Secret Service agent swiftly removed her from the roadway and placed her into custody.

There was no impact to the motorcade movement or our protectees. Our investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Fact #3 : Summit of the Americas Protestors Were Not Arrested

In the United States of America, people have the right to protest. It is enshrined in the First Amendment of its Constitution, which states:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The First Amendment not only guarantees freedom of religion and speech, it also guarantees the right to assemble and protest peacefully.

Like many major international events, the 2022 Summit of the Americas saw people from different camps coming out to protest.

One group protested President Joe Biden’s decision to exclude Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela from the event, while the other group were there to counter-protest in agreement with the president.

Fact #4 : She Was Not Protesting President Joe Biden

Ironically, the protestor who was wrestled to the ground was not even protesting the Summit of the Americas. Neither was she protesting against President Joe Biden.

She was just a pro-choice activist who was incensed by a leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion to overturn the landmark Roe v Wade decision on abortion rights. She was heard screaming, “An abortion ban will not stop abortions – only safe ones.”

The Biden Administration is pro-choice, and is in favour of abortion rights. So the claim that she was protesting President Joe Biden is nonsense.

Even if she was protesting Joe Biden, she would not have been arrested if she did not breach the security cordon surrounding the presidential motorcade.

Fact #5 : China Often Arrests Protestors

It is extremely hypocritical for pro-CCP netizens to share this fake news, because China often arrests people who protest. Even something as innocuous as putting up a protest banner can get you arrested.

Take for example, the famous Bridge Man. On Thursday, 13 October 2022, a man was quickly arrested after he strung banners across a bridge in Beijing that accused President Xi Jinping of being a dictator.

Needless to say, people who actually participate in a protest are quickly arrested by Chinese police, as the photo below shows – that man was arrested for protesting COVID-19 restrictions in Shanghai on 27 November 2022.

Even online dissent is firmly and quickly quashed. Anything remotely sensitive is quickly censored, and the user’s account either suspended or deleted. People who make controversial comments are also often called up by the police, and may be arrested for making them.

Fact #6 : This Is Just Chinese Propaganda

This appears to be yet another example of Chinese propaganda created by the infamous Chinese 50 Cent Army (wumao, 五毛), or pro-CCP netizens.

The truth is these viral Donald Trump arrest photos are fake, and were generated by artificial intelligence, and is really based on a famous Hollywood movie!

Fact #1 : They Were Generated Using Artificial Intelligence

First, let me just confirmed that all those viral photos of police officers trying to arrest Donald Trump are fake, and were generated by artificial intelligence.

They were created by Bellingcat founder Eliot Higgins using the text-to-image generator, Midjourney, which works like other AI image generators – DALL-E and Stable Diffusion.

Eliot Higgins specifically pointed out in his tweets that they were not real, and that he created them:

Fact #2 : The Photos Have Anomalies

If you look closely, many of those Donald Trump arrest photos have graphical anomalies that will tell you that they were generated by AI. Just take a look at this one iconic photo:

Donald Trump’s head is abnormally large, with misplaced hair, and half an ear that is misplaced under his jawline.
The police officer’s hand is missing a finger.
Donald Trump appears to be wearing a belt with a baton attached!
Not highlighted here, but the caps of the police officers have nonsensical text.

Based on those anomalies alone, this photo was very likely created using a text-to-image generator.

Fact #3 : Eliot Higgins Got Banned From Midjourney

After Eliot Higgins shared his work on Twitter, he apparently got banned from Midjourney.

Apparently doing a viral thread about Donald Trump using Midjourney images is enough to get you banned from Midjourney, oops.

Fact #4 : The Photo Story Was Based On Shawshank Redemption

While most people only shared the photos of Donald Trump getting arrested, Eliot Higgins actually posted about 50 photos, all of which tell a story he called “Trumpshank Redemption“, because it was based on the legendary 1994 movie, Shawshank Redemption!

At least I still have ChatGPT 4, so here’s the Trumpshank Redemption for those of you who have stuck around this long.

Here was a mini-script he wrote for TrumpShank Redemption, interleaved with some of what I felt were his best AI-generated prison photos.

INT. TRUMPSHANK PRISON – NIGHT

A dark, imposing prison stands tall in the night. The year is 1994. A bus arrives, carrying a group of prisoners, including DONALD TRUMP, a wealthy businessman convicted for tax fraud and various other crimes. Bill Gates Arrest Warrant Issued in Philippines For ‘Premeditated Murder’ Linked To Vaccine Roll Out

A Philippines court has issued an international arrest warrant for Bill Gates, as part of an investigation into the Covid-19 vaccination roll-out in the territory.

Excess deaths have spiked in the aftermath of the vaccination drive in the Philippines with hundreds of thousands of citizens dying unnecessarily and many more injured and maimed, according to prosecutors.

The judge said Gates, as the founder of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is “wanted in connection with hundreds of thousands of deaths, a number which cannot be estimated at present and is certain to increase exponentially in time.”

The Philippines had already banned Gates from entering the country in 2016, and has asked Interpol to relay the arrest warrant as a “red notice” to other police forces around the world, a request that has so far gone unmet.

The Heinous Crimes Court in Manila issued the order for the arrest of Gates under article 248 of the revised penal code (RPC), which carries a minimum prison term of 20 years and one day.

The news was immediately met with a superinjunction issued by the Gates Foundation which prevents media in relevant jurisdictions reporting on the arrest warrant or the existence of the superinjunction until the case is resolved.

The Philippines has a history of court action against international agencies pushing vaccines in the territory.

In 1995, the Philippines accused the UN agency UNICEF of waging a secret sterilization campaign in the territory. The state won a court order halting a UNICEF tetanus program that was using tetanus vaccine secretly laced with an abortion drug. Anti-hCG-laced vaccines had also been found in at least four other countries.

A Gates Foundation spokesperson declined to comment on the arrest warrant on Thursday, telling local radio: “This is a misunderstanding that we are going to have ironed out.

Their articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from NewsPunch. Here are some of their fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : Philippines Court Did Not Issue Arrest Warrant For Bill Gates

To be clear, there is no active arrest warrant for Bill Gates in the Philippines, or any other part of the world.

For one thing, no legitimate media outlet in the Philippines, or internationally, has reported such an arrest warrant. If an arrest warrant was issued for a billionaire and celebrity like Bill Gates, you can be sure it would have been reported far and wide.

A judge in the Philippines can issue an arrest warrant, but only if a public prosecutor files for one in an actual court case.

There are also no court cases involving Bill Gates, or the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the Philippines. So how can any judge issue an arrest warrant?

Fact #3 : No Such Thing As International Arrest Warrant

There is no such thing as an international arrest warrant. Arrest warrants issued by courts in the Philippines are limited to that country.

In the event the person is overseas, the police may file an Interpol Red Notice. However, an Interpol Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant.

Fact #4 : Bill Gates Was Not Involved In Philippines Vaccination Program

Bill Gates was never involved in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Philippines, which was run by the government itself, under the Philippine National Vaccination Program and Implementation Plan.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was also not involved in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Philippines. Even if the Foundation was involved in some kind of crime, it would have been charged in court, not Bill Gates himself.

Fact #5 : Murder Is Premeditated By Definition

It is odd for any court to issue an arrest warrant for premeditated murder, since murder is by definition, premeditated. Accidentally killing someone is called “manslaughter”

It would be like saying that you need a towel to wipe “wet water”, when a normal person would simply say “water”.

Fact #6 : Bill Gates Was Never Banned From Philippines

As far as I can ascertain, Bill Gates was never banned from entering the Philippines in 2016, or anytime in his life.

Fact #7 : Heinous Crimes Court Does Not Exist

There is no court in the Philippines, or anywhere else in the world, that is known as the Heinous Crimes Court.

Fact #8 : Organisations Cannot Issue Super-Injunctions

The claim that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation issued a super-injunction is ludicrous. Only a court can issue a super-injunction.

Even then, super-injunctions do not prevent the media from reporting on any court case. It only blocks the publication of WHY an injunction was obtained, and the reporting that an injunction was obtained.

Fact #9 : Bill Gates Was Only Arrested In 1977

Interestingly, Bill Gates was once arrested in 1977, for driving his Porsche far above the speed limit in New Mexico.

His mugshot went viral at that time, even though there was no social media back then. Quite a feat!

Fact #10 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

ABC producer Dax Tejera went viral on social media, after he died suddenly from a heart attack which anti-vaccination activists blame on the COVID-19 vaccine. His death was confirmed by ABC News President Kim Goodwin in a staff memo on Christmas Eve :

Our thoughts are with his wife, Veronica, the couple’s two young daughters, and the entire Tejera family.

Why NYPD Arrested Dax Tejera’s Wife After His Death!

As if the tragedy of Dax Tajera’s sudden death wasn’t enough, his wife was arrested shortly after he passed, and charged with “acting in a manner injurious to a child”!

Apparently, Dax Tejera and his wife, Veronica, left their two young daughters alone and unattended in their hotel room, while they went for dinner at a nearby restaurant – the popular Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, which is about a 15 minute walk.

The couple were in midtown Manhattan to celebrate the holidays with their two daughters – aged just five months old, and two years old, and stayed at the exclusive Yale Club. They allegedly left both girls sleeping in their hotel room at the Yale Club for at least two hours while they had dinner, albeit keeping an eye on them using two cameras.

However, Dax Tejera suffered a heart attack while they were walking back to the hotel, and was taken to the Bellevue Hospital. Veronica Tejera, who is a senior producer at the Washington Post, asked a close friend and her parents to attend to their children while she accompanied her husband in the ambulance.

Unfortunately, the hotel would not allow her friend in, and instead, called the New York Police Department (NYPD). Dax Tejera died en route to the hospital.

The NYPD said it received the 911 call at 11 PM over “unattended children” at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, Manhattan – the address of the members-only Yale Club hotel. There, they discovered “a two year old female, and a five month old female” who were “left alone inside of a hotel room for an extended period of time”.

The NYPD arrested Veronica Tejera at around 12:20 AM, and charged her with two counts of “acting in a manner injurious to a child”. The children, who were unharmed, were released to the care of their grandmother.

Veronica Tejera was later released shortly after 4 AM, and given a desk ticket which would require her to appear in court on January 12, 2023.

What Dax Tejera’s Wife Said About Her Arrest + His Death

This was what Veronica Tejera said about her arrest, and Dax Tejera’s death.

When Dax collapsed on December 23rd, I accompanied him in an ambulance to the hospital. I asked both a close friend and my parents to rush to my children’s hotel room to attend to them as I monitored them by camera. The hotel would not allow my friend in and instead called the NYPD.

We had two cameras trained on my children as they slept, and I monitored them closely in the time I was away from them. While the girls were unharmed, I realize that it was a poor decision.

Our family has suffered a terrible tragedy. I respectfully ask for privacy while my children and I mourn Dax’s death.

U.S. Special Forces on October 30 arrested Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel on charges of murder as the pharmaceutical mogul and eugenicist exited a posh restaurant on the outskirts of D.C., where he had planned a business dinner with CDC Director Rochelle Walensky—but she never showed up. Sources in General David H. Berger’s office told Real Raw News that White Hats had been monitoring the detestable duo’s phone calls for months; Bancel and Walensky had spoken often, at least weekly, with Bancel asking her to board a flight to Paris, his home city, to discuss in person the “many lucrative benefits” of merging Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations into a single inoculation.

But a fearful Walensky, who spoke in tremulous whispers, expressed trepidations about leaving the Beltway. She told Bancel on an Oct 17 call that she “felt safe” in D.C. and that “Covid deniers” were plotting her downfall. She admitted to him that she hadn’t even visited the CDC’s Atlanta headquarters in months, for fear of being “illegally apprehended” or killed. She agreed, though, that further discussion on the hybrid vaccine ought to be in person to mitigate risk of someone eavesdropping on phone calls or digital transmissions. Donald J. Trump, she said, had spies everywhere.

After much back and forth, Bancel on October 25 agreed to fly from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris to Dulles International Airport in Virginia. He would arrive in the U.S. aboard Air France flight AFR26 at approximately 7:00 pm, on October 29, he said to Walensky, adding that he would spend the night at a hotel before meeting her at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Mclean, Virginia, the following evening. His last message to Walensky before boarding the flight: “I know, Rochelle, you are also talking to [Pfizer CEO] Bourla. It would be in both our interests to reach a deal of exclusivity.”

Unbeknownst to Bancel, U.S. Special Forces had eyes on him the moment he deplaned. According to sources, Marine Corps General David H. Berger and 5^th Special Forces Group Commander Col. Brent Linemen considered grabbing Bancel at the hotel and picking up Walensky at the restaurant the next evening. They ultimately rejected that idea, believing that Walensky might get tipped off to Bancel’s sudden disappearance. “It’s better to kill two birds with one stone,” Gen. Berger reportedly said.

Special Forces dressed in civvies and driving civilian vehicles tailed Bancel and his chauffer from the airport to the Watermark Hotel in Tysons, Virginia, where he used fake credentials to check in under an assumed name–Émile Blaise. His chauffer, later identified as Ralph Adleman, an employee of Virginia Limousine Service of Richmond, stayed at the same hotel in a different suite, paid for by Bancel.

Neither Bancel nor Adleman left their rooms until 6:30 pm the next day. They then drove a stretch limousine from the hotel to the restaurant, a 15-minute drive. Adleman stayed with the limo in the parking lot as Bancel entered the restaurant and was seated at a corner table—but his guest of honor, Rochelle Walensky, was not present. Meanwhile, Special Forces across the street watched Bancel with binoculars and listened to him with parabolic microphones as he ate a plate of Hors D’oeuvres and imbibed a few cocktails. Bancel mumbled under his breath, “Where are you? Why aren’t you here?” and tried to reach someone, ostensibly Walensky, on his cellphone.

Thirty minutes later Bancel paid his tab and left the restaurant, hustling across the parking lot to the limo. Special Forces shadowed the limousine as it peeled out of the parking lot and began speeding toward an unknown location. It got less than a mile when Special Forces cut it off, blockading it between their own SUVs. It took less than two minutes for Special Forces to pull Bancel from the limo and place him under arrest, while the chauffer was set free with a dire warning to not discuss under any circumstances what had just happened. Special Forces took Bancel to a processing center for interrogation, sources told RRN.

“We don’t know why Walensky didn’t show. We wanted both. But for now, we’ll take Bancel. We can’t charge him with treason because he’s not a U.S. citizen. But we can charge him on many counts of murder based on the number of people his vaccine has killed. Maybe Walensky caught wind of our operation—we don’t know. We’ll get her eventually, just like we got Fauci. They can run but they can’t hide forever. Bancel is now detained as an enemy combatant, and he will face a military tribunal,” our source said.

The truth is – this is just another FAKE STORY created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a FAKE NEWS website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

This disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news that will go viral, and generate him money.

His articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from his website. Here are some of his fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : No Legitimate Report Of Stephane Bancel’s Arrest

Only Real Raw News has published this fantastical account of US special forces arresting Stéphane Bancel outside a DC restaurant.

There is no remotely similar report from any legitimate news outlet, nor an official statement by the government.

How likely is it for a one-man operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story”?

Fact #3 : Moderna Is A Public-Listed Company

Moderna is a public-listed company, and is traded on the Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders would have to be informed if their company CEO was really arrested.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s not even legal to cover up such an event from the shareholders.

Fact #4 : Stéphane Bancel + Moderna Issued A Press Statement

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Moderna issued an updated 2022 COVID-19 vaccine sales forecast. In that statement, its CEO Stéphane Bancel said:.

Along with production delays, Moderna’s third quarter was marred with manufacturing complexities due to shifting from 10-dose vials to 5-dose vials and the roll out of new bivalent vaccines that target both the original coronavirus and Omicron variants. We are working through a lot of those issues as we speak.

That would not be possible if Stéphane Bancel was really arrested by US Special Forces less than 2 days earlier!

Fact #5 : US Military Cannot Arrest Civilians Within The United States

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that US special forces arrested Stephane Bancel.

The Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385) prohibits “the wilful use of any part of the Army or Air Force to execute the law unless expressly authorised by the Constitution or an act of Congress“.

If the US government wanted to arrest Stephane Bancel, they would have sent the police with a warrant… not US special forces.

Fact #6 : France Has Extradition Treaty With The United States

France and the United States have an extradition treaty since 1996.

That means that the United States can order the arrest of Stephane Bancel even if he is residing in Paris. There is no need to wait for him to return to the United States.

Fact #7 : Stéphane Bancel Lives In Boston, Not Paris

It is also ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that US Special Forces had to wait for Stephane Bancel to fly from Paris into US territory to arrest him, because he actually lives in the city of Boston, Massachusetts!

If the US government wanted to arrest Stephane Bancel, they can do it at any time. It’s not like no one knows where he lives in Boston.

On 30 September 2021, a group of scientists, doctors and public health advocates actually protested in front of his home on Chestnut Street in Beacon Hill.

They brought a 12-foot-tall structure of artificial human bones, and called for Moderna to share its vaccine knowledge with the US government and other countries.

Fact #8 : US Military Tribunals Are Only For Foreign Combatants

It is also stupid for Real Raw News to claim that Bancel would be charged as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal, when he is a French civilian.

Military tribunals in the United States can only be conducted for members of enemy forces during wartime. The United States is not at war with France.

Needless to say – Stephane Bancel is also not in the French military, so even if he was arrested, there is no way he would be tried in a military tribunal.

Fact #9 : Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Under FDA Regulatory Oversight

The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was confirmed to be safe and effective, after it successfully concluded its clinical trials with an efficacy of 94.5% against symptomatic COVID-19 infection, in a large study involving over 30,000 participants.

The VRBPAC committee vetted and discussed the study findings on 17 December 2020, and recommended that the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine receive its Emergency Use Authorisation, which the FDA granted on 18 December 2020.

Like ALL other vaccines, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was under FDA regulatory oversight. If Moderna lied about their results, the FDA would not have continued to re-issue or amend its EUA and full approval time and time again.

Claim : Xi Jinping Was Just Arrested In Sudden Military Coup!

The Internet is abuzz with claims that Chinese President Xi Jinping was just arrested and overthrown by a sudden military coup in China.

A video showing a long line of military vehicles went viral, and some websites posted articles like “Chinese President Xi Jinping arrested, what is happening in China?”

Xi Jinping has been removed from the post of Chairman of the Chinese Military Commission. After the conclusion of the SCO conference in Uzbekistan, Jin Jinping, who returned to China, was arrested by the country’s army and kept under house arrest.

Military special forces have gathered at Shenyang Military Airport on the orders of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) General Li Qiaoming. Not only this, a video recording has also been released that the military vehicles of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army started invading Beijing from September 22.

These military vehicles are lined up for about 80 kilometers from Huanlai to Zhangjiakou near Beijing. The root cause of all this is the removal of Xi Jinping from the leadership of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army by senior and top officials of the Chinese Communist Party.

Even former Indian cabinet minister and BJP leader, Subramaniam Swamy, jumped on the bandwagon, posting:

New rumour to be checked out: Is Xi jingping under house arrest in Beijing ? When Xi was in Samarkand recently, the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party were supposed to have removed Xi from the Party’s in-charge of Army. Then House arrest followed. So goes the rumour.

Truth : Xi Jinping Was Not Arrested In Any Military Coup!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS that started as a rumour, but was used to generate page views for rumour / fake news websites. Here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : It Started As A Rumour

It started when China Democracy Party Chairman Wanjun Xie 谢万军 posted a video showing a very long convoy of PLA military vehicles heading to Beijing, with this message:

9月22日，中共解放军大部队开往北京。军队的车头在北京怀来，车尾在河北省张家口，行军队伍长达80公里。

On September 22, a large troop of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army left for Beijing. The front of the army was in Huailai, Beijing, and the rear was in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. The marching team was 80 kilometers long.

Then Chinese human rights activist, Jennifer Zeng 曾錚 posted the same video, but this time, mentioning the rumour that Xi Jinping was under arrest.

#PLA military vehicles heading to #Beijing on Sep 22. Starting from Huanlai County near Beijing & ending in Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, entire procession as long as 80 KM. Meanwhile, rumor has it that #XiJinping was under arrest after #CCP seniors removed him as head of PLA

The video, however, does not actually show that the military convoy stretched out for 80 km.

Fact #2 : Jennifer Zeng Admitted Rumour Was Not True

Jennifer Zeng admitted a few hours later that the rumour that Xi Jinping was arrested was not true.

Someone told me that he knows the family of a #CCP admiral, the rumor about Xi’s arrest is not true.

Unfortunately, the rumour had already gone viral by then, and rumour / fake news websites capitalised on it to generate page views for the ad money.

It didn’t help that there were earlier reports of flights in and out of Beijing being cancelled…

Fact #3 : Xi Jinping Issued Two Statements The Next Day

While no photos of Xi Jinping were taken on 23 September 2022, he issued two letters on that day – a day after he was supposedly deposed and imprisoned.

While not direct evidence that Xi Jinping is not under some kind of house arrest, both statements still referred to him as the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China.

Xi Jinping is likely still in quarantine, after returning from the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit, which was held in Samarkand, Uzbekistan less than a week ago.

Fact #4 : Sun Lijun Was Sentenced To Death The Next Day

If Xi Jinping was really arrested and overthrown on Thursday, 22 September 2022, the sentencing of Sun Lijun the next day would have at least been postponed, if not cancelled.

On Friday, 23 September 2022, Sun Lijun was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve, that would eventually be commuted to life imprisonment with no possibility of commutation or parole.

Officially, the former Vice Minister of Public Security was found guilty of taking more than 646 million yuan (US$90.6 million) of bribes, manipulating the stock market, and illegally possessing two firearms.

Unofficially, Sun was part of a “political clique” that challenged Xi Jinping’s authority. Xinhua reported that “Sun failed to stay true to the Party’s ideals and faith, displayed “extremely inflated political ambition and very poor political integrity,” issued groundless criticisms of the Party’s policies, and spread political rumours“.

Several members of this political clique, like former Justice Minister Fu Zhenghua and three former police chiefs of Shanghai, Chongqing and Shanxi provinces, also received long jail sentences.

Fact #5 : No Evidence Of Military Coup / Arrest

As much as many people would like to see Xi Jinping experience the pleasures of the Chinese prison system, there is simply NO EVIDENCE of any military coup, or Xi Jinping getting arrested.

If Xi Jinping was arrested in a military coup, the first thing the plotters would have done is publicly reveal that they not only toppled him, they have him in custody.

They would also seize control of major government institutions and the media, to secure power and ensure that Xi loyalists cannot regain power. Martial law would have been declared, with a complete lockdown of Beijing, and the military barricading government buildings.

These are all “noisy” actions that would be clearly visible, not only to the Chinese public but the entire world as well, especially in a time of smartphones and social media.

Yet, there was no mention of anything remotely close to an arrest or a coup of any kind, in any mainstream media or social media, either inside or outside of China.

It may be possible to keep a lid on such a major event in North Korea – the hermit kingdom, but not in China. Not even with the Great Firewall (防火长城).

Medicine Hat Police Did NOT Arrest Myles Sanderson!

The Medicine Hat Police Service (MHPS) just issued a public statement, refuting an online report claiming that they arrested Myles Sanderson, thus ending the mass stabbing spree in Canada.

Contrary to an online report circulating, the MHPS has NOT arrested Myles Sanderson, wanted for 1st deg murder in connection to the multiple deaths in SK. The male arrested in Medicine Hat was not connected in anyway to those offences.

Anyone with infor relating to the whereabouts of Myles Sanderson should call 911 immediately. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, not approach or attempt to apprehend.

The MHPS continues to monitor the events in SK and will update the community with timely and accurate information when it is received. #medhat #yxh

Damien Sanderson Dead, Myles Sanderson Still On The Run!

Earlier, notorious fake news website – Vancouver Times – posted an article claiming that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) had already shot and killed both Damien and Myles Sanderson.

However, that is fake news.

On Monday morning, 5 September 2022, Damien Sanderson was found dead in a heavily-grassed area near a house on the James Smith Cree Nation. He had injuries that are not believed to be self-inflicted, but he was not shot by the RCMP.

After 11:30 a.m., a deceased male was located on the James Smith Cree Nation. At 1:17 pm., it was confirmed by Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Investigation Section the deceased is wanted Damien Sanderson.

Saskatchewan RCMP continues to search for Myles Sanderson, who is 6 foot one inch and 240 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He may be injured and seek medical attention. He may be in a black Nissan Rogue with SK license plate 119 MPI. It’s unknown if he’s travelling with anyone.

His brother, Myles Sanderson, is still at large. The RCMP believes he may have sustained injuries, and may seek medical attention.

That probably is based on a report by Leona Lees about a mysterious man who approached her claiming he was stabbed in his mouth, and asking for medical help.

On the morning of the mass stabbings, Leona Lees was with her mother when she saw a dark-coloured SUV speed by her house. A few minutes later, a man walked to her house with his face covered.

He said, ‘I need somebody to take me to the hospital. My mouth has been hurt — I’ve been stabbed.

Both ladies asked to see the man’s injuries but he refused. When Leona went to grab her phone, the man ran away.

The RCMP warned that Myles Sanderson would still be dangerous even if injured, and asked people not to approach him.

Vancouver Times just scored another “scoop”, claiming that the German military just arrested Microsoft billionaire founder, Bill Gates, on INTERPOL orders!

Bill Gates Arrested By German Military, Faces Death Penalty

Bill Gates, billionaire and founder of Microsoft, has been arrested at one of his residences in Germany by the military on orders of Interpol. He is facing charges for crimes against humanity and genocide. Gates is facing a slew of additional charges due to what was found in his secret hideout.

Interpol has begun cracking down on the architects of the “plandemic,” a plan by shady globalists to orchestrate a fake pandemic, and use it as an excuse to impose communism, steal people’s liberties, then kill the disobedient ones.

Two underage girls were found in Gates’ lair, both bound in handcuffs, with bruises on their bodies. Due to their age, their identities will remain private. Gates is facing additional charges for human trafficking, forcible confinement, possession of marijuana and ecstasy, as well as possession of child pornography.

1,000s of images of underage girls and boys were found on Gates’ computers. He faces charges in both Germany and Holland.

Tedros, director of the WHO, was arrested earlier this week for similar crimes. He was taken to Holland to answer to his charges, but is currently out on bail.

He is expected to plead not guilty and has hired a team of experienced lawyers. Experts expect Tedros to be acquitted on all charges, despite reports there is extensive evidence of his guilt.

Klaus Schwab and Justin Trudeau are also wanted by Interpol for their involvement in the scheme. All parties face the death penalty, and possibly hanging, if convicted.

They are presumed innocent until proven guilty. The media has failed to report on their arrests, which is common with these types of cases.

The mainstream media and big tech want to hide the truth. Beat them at their own game by sharing this article!

Truth : Bill Gates Was NOT Arrested By German Military!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by Vancouver Times to generate page views and money from gullible people.

Fact #1 : Vancouver Times Is A Fake News Website

Vancouver Times is a “content aggregator” (copy and paste) website that is known for creating fake news to generate more page views and money.

To look legitimate, they copy and paste news from legitimate news organisations. To drive traffic, they create fake news, sometimes masked as “satire”.

To give themselves a veneer of deniability, they label themselves as a “satire website” in their About Us section.

Vancouver Times is the most trusted source for satire on the West Coast. We write satirical stories about issues that affect conservatives.

Fact #2 : Bill Gates Was Not Arrested By German Military

It may seem obvious, but it has to be said – Bill Gates was not arrested, or charged with crimes against humanity, by INTERPOL.

In fact, he’s not in Germany, but in the United States. We know this for sure because he posted a picture with Warren Buffett.

Fact #3 : German Military Would Not Be Arresting Civilians

The German military would not be the ones arresting civilians like Bill Gates, even if he was in Germany. It would have been the German Federal Police – the Bundespolizei.

The Bundeswehr is meant to defend Germany against external threats, not conduct police activities like arrest civilians.

Fact #4 : Interpol Did Not Issue Arrest Warrant For Bill Gates

Just in case you are wondering, INTERPOL did not even issue any arrest warrant for Bill Gates.

To convince you that it’s genuine, Vancouver Times linked “international arrest warrants” to the INTERPOL news page, but it was just subterfuge – there was no announcement about Bill Gates.

Fact #5 : INTERPOL Has No Jurisdiction In Any Country

INTERPOL is an international organisation that facilitates police cooperation between different countries.

It acts as a liaison between police organisations, and does NOT have any jurisdiction in any country.

INTERPOL does NOT the power to arrest or charge anyone of any crime in any country around the world.

Investigation, arrest and prosecution of any crime is conducted by the individual country’s police force, not INTERPOL.

Fact #6 : There Is No Death Penalty In Germany / Netherlands

Even if Bill Gates was arrested and charged with crimes against humanity and genocide in Germany, or The Hague in the Netherlands, he would not face capital punishment.

The death penalty was abolished in West Germany in 1949, and East Germany in 1987.

The Netherlands abolished the death penalty completely in 1983, with all references removed from Dutch law in 1991.

Regardless of whatever charge he may face in Germany or The Hague, there is no risk of death upon conviction. That was just bullshit made up by Vancouver Times.

Fact #7 : Bill Gates Was Only Arrested In 1977

Interestingly, Bill Gates was once arrested in 1977, for driving his Porsche far above the speed limit in New Mexico.

His mugshot went viral at that time, even though there was no social media back then. Quite a feat!

Fact #8 : Bill Gates Had No Role In Creating COVID-19 Vaccines

Bill Gates has NO ROLE in the creation of COVID-19 vaccines, which were created by different scientific teams all over the world – from the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States to Russia, China and India.

Fact #9 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

Interpol has issued arrest warrants for several people involved in the “plandemic.”

Justin Trudeau, Bill Gates, and Klaus Schwab all face international arrest warrants for crimes against humanity and genocide. If convicted, they could face the death penalty.

The director of the WHO, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, was arrested by Interpol earlier this week, and is currently in jail awaiting trial in the Netherlands for similar crimes.

INTERPOL is an international organisation that facilitates police cooperation between different countries.

It acts as a liaison between police organisations, and does NOT have any jurisdiction in any country.

INTERPOL does NOT the power to arrest or charge anyone of any crime in any country around the world.

Investigation, arrest and prosecution of any crime is conducted by the individual country’s police force, not INTERPOL.

Fact #4 : There Is No Death Penalty In The Netherlands

Even if all three of them were arrested and charged with crimes against humanity and genocide at The Hague in the Netherlands, they would not face capital punishment.

The Netherlands abolished the death penalty completely in 1983, with all references removed from Dutch law in 1991.

The prime minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, may be facing charges of crimes against humanity and genocide, according to several members of Interpol. Trudeau faces the death penalty if charged and convicted. Agents from Interpol confirmed these details with the Vancouver Times during an exclusive interview. One agent described the evidence against Trudeau as “overwhelming.”

Trudeau is under fire for turning Canada into a dictatorship and forcing millions of Canadians to take an experimental and dangerous vaccine against their will. Podcaster Joe Rogan was one of many public figures to denounce the authoritarian prime minister, referring to Trudeau as a “creepy dictator.”

This comes as Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus of the WHO arrives in Holland to face similar charges. Tedros was caught on an airplane to Africa with a bag of hundred dollar bills and expensive jewelry.

That only happens if they successfully complete their Phase 3 trials, and undergo a stringent review process. So it is not possible to use an experimental vaccine for mass vaccination.

I should also point out that the Pfizer vaccine received its full FDA approval on 23 August 2021, while the Moderna vaccine received its full FDA Approval on 31 January 2022.

So none of those COVID-19 vaccines are experimental. They have all passed their clinical tests, and have been fully approved.

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the current director of the World Health Organization (WHO) has been arrested by Interpol and is being held in prison for crimes against humanity and genocide. This comes as police agencies across the world have begun targeting politicians, businessmen, and corporate leaders for their role in the “plandemic,” and for pushing unnecessary and deadly vaccines on the human population.

Interpol recently issued an arrest warrant for Ghebreyesus and he was caught on an airplane trying to escape to Africa with a large amount of cash and expensive jewelry. He is being transported to Holland to stand trial for his crimes. If found guilty, he faces the death penalty.

Born in the African country of Eritrea, Dr Tedros holds a multitude of university degrees, including a Master of Science (MSc) in Immunology of Infectious Diseases from the University of London.

Ghebreyesus has faced calls for arrest previously, due to his promotion of the dangerous, untested Covid-19 vaccine. Thousands of people worldwide have died as a result of the vaccine, something that the media has been hiding from the public.

In addition, Ghebreyesus is a prolific human right abuser. Right-wing libertarian John Ruddick is one of the many people that publicly called for Ghebreyesus’ imprisonment. Millions of Africans have already died under Ghebreyesus’ watch.

Ghebreyesus’ is the first member of the WHO to be charged with crimes against humanity. Even if he is not given the death penalty, Ghebreyesus will likely spend the rest of his life in prison if convicted.

Fact #3 : No Criminal Case Against Prince Andrew

There is currently no criminal case against Prince Andrew, so there is no reason for the police to arrest him.

The case Virginia Giuffre v. Prince Andrew was a civil suit, and ultimately settled out of court on 15 February 2022.

Fact #4 : He Is Currently A Potential Witness In A Civil Lawsuit

He is currently embroiled in a civil lawsuit involving Jeffrey Epstein, albeit as a potential witness.

The accuser, Caroline Kaufman, claimed that the Duke of York was visiting Epstein’s house in New York on the night she was raped by Epstein.

He was never accused of human trafficking or possession of child porn. Vancouver Times created those false claims to go viral.

Fact #5 : There Is No Such Thing As A Publication Ban

If Prince Andrew was really arrested for human trafficking and child porn, it would have been worldwide news.

Vancouver Times likes to use the “media blackout” claim, to explain why you can’t find any reputable media outlet reporting on Prince Andrew’s purported arrest for human trafficking and child porn.

That’s utter and complete bullshit. No one – not a judge, not even the UK government – can control the worldwide media, or prevent anyone from writing about such a momentous arrest.

You can also be sure that even if the mainstream media refused to run the story, it would have been gleefully published by celebrity bloggers and websites.

Yet, not a single press / gonzo outlet published their account of this incredible story? That’s because IT NEVER HAPPENED…

Fact #6 : Mainstream Media + Big Tech Would Have Loved The Hype

Vancouver Times is gaslighting you about how mainstream media and Big Tech want to hide the “truth” about Prince Andrew’s (false) arrest.

They would all loved it if Prince Andrew was really arrested for ANY crime. The news would have driven tons of traffic and engagement to their websites / platforms.

People have been sharing a mugshot of Paul Pelosi – US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband – who was arrested for DUI.

Claim : This Is The Paul Pelosi Arrest Mugshot

For many American conservatives, the story of Paul Pelosi getting arrested for DUI has not gotten enough media attention. So they have resorted to claiming that he was also arrested for possessing child porn and drugs, or that Nancy Pelosi was with the real culprit, and Paul was covering for her.

More recently, they shared a photo, claiming that it was of Paul Pelosi, with a blackened eye.

The police refused to release it but his mugshot got leaked.

Paul Pelosi : Real vs. Fake Arrest Mugshot Compared!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS that American conservatives are creating to smear politicians across the aisle.

Fact #1 : That Mugshot Was Photo Edited

The Paul Pelosi mugshot that went viral was digitally altered from a photo taken at the Pre-Grammy Gala, taken by Kevork Djansezian on February 14, 2016.

Here is a comparison of the crop of that Pre-Grammy Gala photo (on the left), and the edited photo on the right.

You can see that many parts of the face are similar – ears, nose, mouth, left eye, both eyebrows, and even the wrinkles on his face.

The person who altered the photo made him look heavier, added hair from a different person, as well as a blackened right eye.

Fact #2 : His Real Mugshot Was Released

Perhaps as a response to the fake mugshot being shared online, Paul Pelosi’s real mugshot was released by the Napa County Department of corrections, with this statement :

Napa County Department of Corrections Releases Paul Pelosi Mugshot

(NAPA, California) — On the night of May 28, 2022, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) arrested Paul Pelosi (DOB 4/15/40) for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Driving with a .08% Blood Alcohol Content or Higher. He was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections and subsequently cite released the following morning.

In Napa County, the decision to release or withhold mugshots or booking photos lies with the Napa County Department of Corrections, not the District Attorney’s Office. In the days after Mr. Pelosi’s arrest, Napa County followed the Department of Corrections’ policy regarding the release of booking photos and mugshots. Mr. Pelosi received the same treatment under that policy that all individuals released from County Jail receive.

No state law specifically requires the release of booking photos or mugshots, but policies regarding this topic can vary by jurisdiction. Napa County updated its policy to reflect current best practices and align with the policies of similar jurisdictions. As such, Napa County is now making available to the media and the public the booking photo of Mr. Pelosi taken at approximately 4:30 a.m. on May 29, 2022, at Napa County Department of Corrections.

As you can see, Paul Pelosi did not suffer any facial injuries from his crash.

Fact #3 : Paul Pelosi Was Arrested For DUI

Paul Pelosi was driving home from a dinner party at around 10:15 PM on Saturday night, when he attempted to cross a State Route 29 intersection at Walnut Lane in the Napa County.

His 2021 Porsche was hit by a 48 year-old Jeep driver, Jesus Lopez. Fortunately, neither men were hurt seriously, although both cars were written off in the crash.

After the accident, Paul was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.08%, and arrested on “suspicion of DUI”.

Fact #4 : He Faces Two Misdemeanour Charges

Paul Pelosi’s bail was set at $5,000 for two counts of misdemeanour :

driving under the influence
driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher

He is scheduled to appear in court on August 3, 2022; although Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley said that she has not decided whether to bring charges.

This is standard protocol for any DUI case that is referred by a law enforcement agency in Napa County.

No decision has been made at this time. Any speculation to the contrary is incorrect.

When a filing decision is made by the Napa County District Attorney, the media and public will be notified.

Fact #5 : A Young Lady Was Not Involved

The claims that Paul Pelosi was with a (very) young lady are also false.

This was confirmed by the accident report, which only shows two drivers involved. There were no passengers in both cars.

Fact #6 : Nancy Pelosi Was Not Involved

To be clear, there were only two people involved in the accident – Paul Pelosi and Jesus Lopez.

Claim that US Speaker Nancy Pelosi was the real driver, but her husband covered for her are false. This was confirmed by her spokesperson, who stated :

The Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast.

She could not be with her husband as she was in the East Coast to deliver a commencement address to the 2022 graduates and receive an honorary doctorate degree at Brown University in Rhode Island, on Monday, 30 May 2022.

Claim : Paul Pelosi Was Arrested For Child Porn + Cocaine!

Within hours of the news breaking that US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested in California, Vancouver Times posted a story that claimed he was found to also be in possession of child porn and crack cocaine!

They later updated their story to also claim that Nancy Pelosi would also face charges, and that she was tied to international sex trafficking rings.

Paul Pelosi is in serious trouble and could face many years in prison.

Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, was re-arrested this weekend for possession of child pornography and crack cocaine. The MSM reported on the first arrest, but not the second arrest.

Sources indicate Pelosi paid off the prosecutor’s office to keep the second arrest “off-the-books.”

Paul Pelosi was first arrested late Saturday in Napa County north of San Francisco, according to a sheriff’s office online booking report.

He was caught driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher, the report said.

Pelosi was originally released on bail, but was re-arrested after police found child pornography on his phone, as well as crack cocaine and pipes in his car. The child porn and drugs were not found during the initial search.

California Highway Patrol Officer and the FBI stated the investigation is ongoing and both Pelosi and his wife Nancy could be facing more charges. There has long been speculation the Pelosi’s are tied to international sex trafficking rings.

Pelosi’s arrest was first reported by TMZ.

Truth : Paul Pelosi Was Not Arrested For Child Porn Or Cocaine…

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created to generate page views and money from gullible people.

Fact #1 : Vancouver Times Is A Fake News Website

Vancouver Times is a “content aggregator” (copy and paste) website that is known for creating fake news to generate more page views and money.

To look legitimate, they copy and paste news from legitimate news organisations. To drive traffic, they create fake news, sometimes masked as “satire”.

To give themselves a veneer of deniability, they label themselves as a “satire website” in their About Us section.

Vancouver Times is the most trusted source for satire on the West Coast. We write satirical stories about issues that affect conservatives.

We are not affiliated with the mainstream media (CBC, CTV etc.) in any way, and any similarities between our content and the work of the MSM is purely coincidental.

Fact #2 : They Relabel Fake Stories As Satire

The Satire section in Vancouver Times appears to be a place where their fake stories go to “die”.

It looks like their SOP is to post fake stories as genuine news, to trick people and go viral. They will then shift their fake stories to the Satire section after getting fact checked.

They first posted this fake story about Paul Pelosi under their America section, only moving it to their Satire section after I fact checked it.

Here are some of the fake news that they created recently, that we debunked :

Fact #3 : Paul Pelosi Was Arrested For DUI

Paul Pelosi was driving home from a dinner party at around 10:15 PM on Saturday night, when his 2021 Porsche was hit by a 48 year-old Jeep driver on Walnut Lane in the Napa County while he was trying to cross a State Route 29 intersection.

After the accident, Paul was arrested on “suspicion of DUI”. He was not arrested for possession of child porn or crack cocaine.

Vancouver Times created that fake claim that the police found child pornography and crack cocaine to drive traffic to their website.

Fact #4 : He Was Granted Bail Within Hours

Paul Pelosi was granted bail within hours, which would not be possible if he was really found to possess child pornography and crack cocaine, as Vancouver Times falsely claimed.

According to Napa County records, this was what happened :

11:44 PM, May 28 : Paul Pelosi was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
4:13 AM, May 29 : Paul Pelosi was booked into jail
7:26 AM, May 29 : Paul Pelosi was released at 7:26 on bail

Fact #5 : He Faces Two Misdemeanour Charges

Paul Pelosi’s bail was set at $5,000 for two counts of misdemeanour :

driving under the influence
driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher

As the police booking record shows, there was NO MENTION of child porn or crack cocaine – the possession of which are felonies, not misdemeanours.

Vancouver Times made up those claims, to drive traffic to their fake news article.

Fact #6 : Nancy Pelosi Was Not Involved

US Speaker Nancy Pelosi was not with her husband during the incident, it is nonsensical for Vancouver Times to claim that she could be facing charges herself.

This was confirmed by her spokesperson, who stated :

The Speaker will not be commenting on this private matter which occurred while she was on the East Coast.

Fact #7 : Nancy Pelosi Was Not Tied To Sex Trafficking Rings

Nancy Pelosi was never tied to sex trafficking rings.

That is part of QAnon conspiracy theories about Democrat sex trafficking rings that have been repeatedly debunked.

Fact #8 : Napa County DA Reviewing DUI Charges

On Thursday, June 9, 2022, Napa County District Attorney Allison Haley announced that the Napa County DA’s Office was reviewing the DUI charges.

Haley also said that Paul Pelosi agreed to a court date for early August, although no decision has been made at this time (to charge him for DUI).

If it’s not obvious by now, Paul Pelosi was never arrested and will not be charged for possession of child porn or crack cocaine.

On 20 November 2021, they wrote another “Beaver Exclusive” claiming that the CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, was just arrested and charged with multiple counts of fraud related to their COVID-19 vaccine.

Stéphane Bancel – the CEO of Moderna – has been arrested at his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts and charged with numerous counts of fraud in relation to the COVID vaccine.

The charges stem from Bancel lying to consumers about the effectiveness of the vaccine and misleading the public on the vaccine’s serious side effects.

The police are in the process of executing a search warrant on his many properties across the United States and Europe.

The police have ordered a media blackout, which was promptly approved by a judge.

Truth : Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel Was NOT Arrested!

The truth is – this is just another FAKE STORY created by Conservative Beaver, just to generate page views and money.

10 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about Pfizer CEO’s wife – Myriam Bourla – dying from vaccine complications. That naturally did not happen.

5 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about the FBI arresting Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla for fraud. It was quickly debunked by Bourla appearing on CNN and CNBC on the day of his “arrest”.

4 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe being arrested and charged with possession of child porn and cocaine. This never happened.

1 November 2021 : They wrote a fake story about an American Airlines plane crashing into the Atlantic ocean after the pilot died from a heart attack, after taking his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. There was no such plane crash.

Fact #2 : Stéphane Bancel Was Not Arrested

It may seem silly since Conservative Beaver’s slew of famous arrests have all turned out to be false, but we still have to point out (yet again) that this is FAKE NEWS.

There is ZERO EVIDENCE that Stéphane Bancel was arrested at his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

And we know this for sure because…

Fact #3 : Stéphane Bancel Lives In Boston, Not Cambridge

Conservative Beaver has always been lazy in writing their fake stories, and there is always an obvious flaw in their fake news.

This time, it’s their claim that Stéphane Bancel was arrested at his home in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which is not possible because he does NOT live there.

Stéphane Bancel resides in the Beacon Hill district of the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Cambridge is where the Moderna headquarters is located.

On 30 September 2021, a group of scientists, doctors and public health advocates actually protested in front of his home on Chestnut Street in Beacon Hill.

They brought a 12-foot-tall structure of artificial human bones, and called for Moderna to share its vaccine knowledge with the US government and other countries.

Fact #4 : Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Efficacy Confirmed In Clinical Trial

Fact #5 : Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Under FDA Regulatory Oversight

I should point out that like ALL other vaccines, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was under FDA regulatory oversight.

If Moderna lied about their results, the FDA would not have continued to re-issue or amend its EUA time and time again.

Fact #6 : FDA Just Reissued EUA For Moderna Vaccine!

On 19 November 2021 – just one day before Conservative Beaver created their fake news – the FDA issued an updated letter of reauthorisation, expanding the booster dose to individuals 18 years and older.

This demolishes the Conservative Beaver’s claims that Moderna was found to have lied about the COVID-19 vaccine’s efficacy and side effects.

Fact #7 : Police Cannot Order Media Blackout

This stupid claim by Conservative Beaver is getting really tired. They always claim that you will never read about this, because the police or FBI ordered a media blackout and a judge approved it.

It’s just not possible to do that, which is why there is extensive coverage of arrests in the United States, especially of celebrities and important people.

Even if that is somehow possible – it’s not – the Massachusetts state police cannot prevent people from OTHER states, or even around the world, from covering the story!

You can be sure that even if the American press refused to run the story, it would have been gleefully published by the likes of RT, Al Jazeera, CGTN, Global Times, etc.

Yet, not a single press outlet published their account of this incredible arrest? That’s only because IT NEVER HAPPENED…

Fact #8 : Moderna Is A Public-Listed Company

Moderna is a public-listed company, and is traded on the Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders would have to be informed if their company CEO was really arrested.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s not even legal to cover up such an event from the shareholders.

Ultimately, this is just another FAKE STORY by the Canadian fake news website – Conservative Beaver.
