These messages and a video have gone viral, claiming that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was just found guilty in the UK of misleading the public about the COVID-19 vaccine for children!

Pfizer found guilty of violating 3 sections of the British Pharmaceuticals Code of Practice The complainant alleged a breach of the Code as no information, whatsoever, was provided about reporting of side-effects, or indeed the side-effects themselves.

Was Pfizer CEO Found Guilty Of Vaccine Misinformation In UK?!

Ultimately, the PMCPA found that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla made one statement that breached the British pharmaceutical industry association’s code of conduct.

This may sound significant, but it is really much ado about nothing, because it did not prove that the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children was deficient or dangerous in any way.

The PMCPA only ruled that Bourla made a single statement that was misleading, or not substantiated (at that time). Take a look for yourself…

Fact #1 : UK Regulatory Complaint Was Based On BBC Interview

First, let us establish some basic information and context about what’s going on.

This case is based on a December 2, 2021 BBC interview in which, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla made these statements.

  • Immunising that age group [children under the age of 11] in the UK and Europe would be a very good idea.
  • Covid in schools was thriving.
  • So, there was no doubt in my mind that the benefits completely were in favour of doing it.

Fact #2 : UsForThem Filed The Complaint

A parent campaign group who call themselves UsForThem filed a complaint with the UK Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA), claiming that those comments were “disgracefully misleading“, as well as “egregiously false and misleading“.

The UsForThem group argued that the BBC interview of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla breached several sections of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) code of conduct.

In addition, the group also alleged that Pfizer was guilty of a “breach of undertaking” after it was found guilty of “illegitimately promoting its Covid-19 vaccine” less than six months earlier.

Fact #3 : PMCPA Is A Self-Regulatory Body

It should also be noted that the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) is not a government body, but an independent self-regulatory body established by the pharmaceutical industry in Britain.

The PMCPA serves to administer the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Fact #4 : PMCPA Initially Ruled Some Breaches Of ABPI Code

The PMCPA panel initially agreed with the complainant, UsForThem, and ruled that Pfizer breached the ABPI Code in three of the five key claims:

Breach of Undertaking : The Panel ruled that there was “no breach of the Code”.

Immunising that age group … would be a very good idea : The Panel ruled that there was “a breach of the Code”

Covid in schools was thriving : The Panel ruled that there was “no breach of the Code”.

There was no doubt in my mind that the benefits completely were in favour of doing it : The Panel ruled that there were “breaches of the Code”.

The Panel also considered that Pfizer had failed to maintain high standards, and a breach of the Code was ruled.

Fact #5 : PMCPA Did Not Have Full Transcript Or Video

The PMCPA noted that it “did not have the full unedited transcript of the interview or the video” when it made its initial ruling.

While the Panel was “obliged” to make its ruling based on what Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla “actually stated rather than the edited published article and video”, it was only able to make its ruling “based on the limited BBC transcript”.

This is an important point to make, because the Panel noted that Pfizer CEO gave BBC a 45-minute interview, but only a small portion was posted on the BBC website. Pfizer was also not able to obtain the full video or its transcript from the BBC. Naturally, Pfizer appealed the Panel’s findings.

Fact #6 : PMCPA Appeal Board Overturned Most Breaches

In its final ruling on 6 December 2022, the PMCPA Appeal Board overturned the Code breaches in the PMCPA Panel’s initial ruling (AUTH/3591/12/21).

There was no doubt in my mind that the benefits completely were in favour of doing it : The Appeal Board ruled that there were “breaches of the Code”.

The Appeal Board also agreed that Pfizer breached the Code when its CEO stated that the benefits outweighed the risks when the UK regulatory authorities had not made any conclusions (at that time) to support that.

However, the Appeal Board overturned the claim that Pfizer failed to “encourage the rational use” of the vaccine, and ruled that there was “no breach of the Code”.

The Appeal Board also overturned the previous rulings of Code breaches by Pfizer in relation to high standards and Clause 2.

Fact #7 : PMCPA Did Not Penalise Pfizer

In the end, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla was only found to have breached the ABPI Code of Conduct for one specific statement he made – “So, there is no doubt in my mind that the benefits, completely, are in favour of doing it [vaccinating children against COVID-19]”

The penalty for that statement was listed in the PMCPA report as “Undertaking received“. In other words – Pfizer undertook not to repeat the breaches it committed.

In each case where a breach of the Code is ruled, the company concerned must give an undertaking that the practice in question has ceased forthwith and that all possible steps have been taken to avoid a similar breach in the future. A number of other sanctions can also be applied.

Fact #8 : PMCPA Did Not Rule On Safety / Efficacy Of Pfizer Vaccine

To end, I think it is critical to note that, whether it rules for or against Pfizer, the PMCPA ruling had nothing to do with the safety or efficacy of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

That’s because the PMCPA only adjudicates the code of conduct for the British pharmaceutical industry, not the individual company’s clinical trials or its products.

In the end, what matters most is whether the COVID-19 vaccine for children are safe and effective. Regardless of how the PMCPA ruled, the UK government approved and recommends the COVID-19 vaccines for children aged 5 to 11 years old.

A video of Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla ignoring questions on COVID-19 vaccines preventing transmission has gone viral.

Here is a rough transcript of what was said. It’s really long, so feel free to skip to the next section for the facts.

Ezra Levant : Mr. Bourla, can I ask you – when did you know the vaccines did not stop transmission? How long did you know that before saying it publicly?

Albert Bourla : Thank you very much.

Ezra Levant : To that question, I mean, we now know that the vaccines didn’t stop transmission, but why did you keep it secret?

Ezra Levant : You said it was 100% effective, then 90%, then 80%, then 70%, but we now know that the vaccines do not stop transmission. Why do you keep that secret?

Albert Bourla : Have a nice day.

Ezra Levant : I won’t have a nice day until I know the answer. Why did you keep it a secret that your vaccine did not stop transmission?

Avi Yemini : Is it time to apologise to the world, sir? To give refunds to the countries that borrowed their money into a vaccine that doesn’t work. An ineffective vaccine. Are you not ashamed of what you’ve done in the last couple of years?

Ezra Levant : Do you have any apologies to the public, sir?

Avi Yemini : Are you proud of it? You made millions on the backs of people’s entire livelihoods. How does that feel to walk the streets of millionaires on the backs of the regular person at home in Australia, in England, in Canada?

Ezra Levant : What do you think about on your yacht, sir? What do you think about on your private jet? Are you worried about product liability? Are you worried about myocarditis?

Avi Yemini : What about the seven deaths?

Ezra Levant : What do you have to say about young men dropping dead of heart attacks every day? Why won’t you answer these basic questions? No apologies, sir?

Avi Yemini : Do you think you should be charged criminally for some of the criminal behaviour you’ve obviously been a part of?

Ezra Levant : How much money have you personally made off the vaccine?

Avi Yemini : How many boosters do you think it will take for you to be happy enough with your earnings? Nothing?

Ezra Levant : Who did you meet with here in secret? Will you disclose who you met with? Who did you pay commissions to?

Ezra Levant : In the past, Pfizer has paid 2.3 billion dollars in fines for deceptive marketing. Have you engaged in that same conduct again? Are you under investigation like you were before for your deceptive marketing, sir?

Avi Yemini : If any other product in the world doesn’t work as promised, you get a refund. Should you not refund to countries that laid out billions for your ineffective vaccine?

Ezra Levant : Are you used to only sympathetic media, so you don’t know how to answer any questions?

Why Pfizer CEO Ignored Questions On Transmission!

This is yet another example of ANTI-VACCINE PROPAGANDA created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists, and here are the facts you need to know.

Fact #1 : COVID-19 Vaccines Were Never Meant To Stop Transmission

The COVID-19 vaccines, whether from Pfizer or any other pharmaceutical company, were designed to prevent hospitalisation and death from COVID-19.

Prevention of transmission would have been a nice bonus, but it was never the primary goal of any COVID-19 vaccine. And how do we know that?

Simple – there were only three endpoints in the Phase 3 trials of COVID-19 vaccines:

  • protection against symptomatic infection
  • protection against severe disease
  • protection against death

All vaccines – whether Pfizer or otherwise – were never designed or required to prevent transmission of COVID-19.

That was precisely what all COVID-19 vaccines aimed for, and that was what all Phase 3 trial results show. Here is a table I created from the initial Phase 3 trials of the major vaccines in March 2021:

Fact #2 : Pfizer CEO Did Not Claim COVID-19 Vaccine Prevent Transmission

On April 1, 2021, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla posted about a small South African trial in which 800 people vaccinated with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine did not get infected.

Although he could have been much clearer, he did not say that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine prevents transmission. He later clarified that it only shows that the vaccine produced a “robust neutralising antibody response” to a specific variant.

800 participants enrolled in South Africa with 0 cases of #COVID19 observed in the vaccinated group. Of the cases observed the majority were confirmed to be of the B.1.351 lineage, the prevalent strain in South Africa.

These data support previous results from immunogenicity studies demonstrating a robust neutralizing antibody response to the B.1.351 variant.

Fact #3 : It Is Quite Impossible To Prevent Transmission Of COVID-19

Anti-vaccination activists are harping on the prevention of transmission, because it’s a red herring – they know that it is quite impossible to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

The SARS-CoV-2 virus is primarily a respiratory virus that spreads by droplets and aerosols, but it is highly contagious, and can infect people through their eyes and mouths, and even through fomites (contaminated surfaces) – albeit, this is relatively rare.

The point is – vaccines are not force fields that repel the SARS-CoV-2 virus. They are basically training camps that teach our own immune system how to identify the virus, so they can make their own antibodies against it.

Even in a fully-vaccinated person, the antibodies only work after the virus enters the bloodstream. The antibodies cannot block or repel the virus, which is why the vaccine trials looked at preventing “symptomatic infections” and not preventing “infections”.

Similarly, the immune systems of vaccinated people are capable of preventing the virus from causing serious harm, but they can only partially block transmission by preventing the virus from replicating as much as it would normally be capable of.

The immune systems of vaccinated people, unfortunately, cannot do anything about virus particles that get inhaled into the lungs and then exhaled into the environment in respiratory droplets and aerosols.

I should point out that “natural immunity” from a prior COVID-19 infection cannot block or prevent transmission of COVID-19 either. So why should anyone insist that vaccines, whether Pfizer or otherwise, must prevent transmission of COVID-19?

Fact #4 : COVID-19 Vaccines Are Effective

Regardless of what the two men who questioned Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla may claim, the truth is – COVID-19 vaccines have proven to be effective in preventing severe disease and death from COVID-19 infections.

That is how most of the world was able to reopen without COVID-infected patients swamping hospitals and ICUs, as we saw throughout 2020 and early 2021.

Yes, fully-vaccinated people are still getting infected by COVID-19, but they no longer need to be hospitalised, and most of them no longer die from a COVID-19 infection.

Again, COVID-19 vaccines were designed to prevent severe illness and death, not transmission or infection. They have done an excellent job in those aspects.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Vaccine Efficacy Changes Against Variants

Like the influenza virus, the SARS-CoV-2 virus mutates rapidly – every infected person is literally a virus factory that is capable of producing new variants.

New virus variants may differ enough that the antibodies created by our own immune system may not attach to them properly.

This “immune escape” problem exists for people who obtained “natural immunity” through a COVID-19 infection, as much as those who are fully-vaccinated.

Each new variant is like an army that has learned to adapt to the battlefield, which is why the vaccines’ efficacy appear to “drop” with each variant.

It does not mean the vaccines do not work as advertised. Those vaccines still maintain the same efficacy against the ancestral COVID-19 virus that they were all tested against. It’s just that the antibodies they trigger may be less capable of attaching properly to the newer variants.

Fact #6 : Protection From Natural Immunity Is Reduced Against Variants Too

Antibodies created by our immune system from a prior COVID-19 infection – the “natural immunity” promoted by anti-vaccination activists, are also less effective against new variants.

That’s why people with natural immunity can and still do get infected again and again with new variants of COVID-19.

That is why it is important to develop new versions of the vaccines to deal with new COVID-19 variants that develop over time.

Sure, you can improve your immunity by repeatedly getting infected by new variants of COVID-19, but why not give your immune system a head start by getting the improved bivalent vaccines that are designed to better handle the Omicron variants?

Anti-vaccination activists are sharing a video that shows Pfizer CEO speaking at the World Economic Forum, saying :

I think that it’s really fulfilling of a dream that we had together with my leadership team when we started in ’19.

The first week we met, in January of ‘19 in California, and set up the goals for the next five years. And one of them was by 2023, we would reduce the number of people in the world by 50%.

I think today, this dream is becoming reality.

Are you shocked? Well, you would be even more shocked by the truth…

 

Truth : Pfizer CEO Does Not Aim To Cut World Population By 50%!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by anti-vaccination activists to scare people from protecting themselves against COVID-19, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Video Was Recorded At WEF In May 2022

First, let us establish some basic facts about this video.

  1. The full video shows WEF founder Klaus Schwab having a conversation with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla
  2. The viral video clip is a 30-second segment that starts at 2:36 minute of the full video.
  3. The video was recorded at the 2022 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting
  4. It was live-streamed on May 25, 2022 at about 2 PM CEST.

Fact #2 : Viral Video Was Edited

What you may not have noticed was that the viral video was edited, to remove the words “that cannot afford our medicines“.

If you watch the full video from the 2:36 minute point, you will see that Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla actually say :

And one of them was by 2023, we would reduce the number of people in the world that cannot afford our medicines by 50%.

By removing that small segment, the edited video makes Albert Bourla appear to say that it was his dream to reduce the world population to 50% by 2023.

Fact #3 : Big Pharma Needs More People, Not Fewer

It is frankly really stupid for anti-vaccination activists to claim that Big Pharma wants to reduce the world’s population.

Who do you think they sell their vaccines and medicines to? Aliens???

For Big Pharma to make tons of money, they need the world’s population to expand, not contract.

If they cut down the world’s population by 50%, that’s 50% fewer people to buy their drugs and vaccines.

Fact #4 : World’s Population Has Been Steadily Increasing

Regardless of whatever you may believe that the Pfizer CEO may have said, the fact still remains – the world’s population has not stopped increasing over time.

In fact, the world’s population is projected to hit 8 BILLION people on 15 November 2022!

The claim that Pfizer is achieving its dream of reducing the world’s population by half by 2023 is just ludicrous.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #6 : Anti-Vaccine Claims All Proven False

Even worse – antivaxxers went after their own, claiming that stridently antivax Meat Loaf died from his booster dose!

When antivaxxers started going after Bruce Willis, something broke. Not a dam. Maybe the rose-tinted glasses they have been wearing in the past two years.

So they got together for some mimosas and decided to do something about it – A Vax-A-Thon, with a twist.

For every $1000 donation to the FDA, you will get an autographed card of your favourite pharmaceutical executive. Pfizer’s Albert Bourla was reportedly 2:1 as popular as Moderna’s Stéphane Bancel. But Johnson & Johnson will give out cards signed by Ye, since they have no one famous on their team.

But here’s the kicker – if you can cough up a cool $1 million, you can get your favourite Hollywood celebrity to either receive or consume an ENTIRE COVID-19 vaccine vial of your choice!

Deadpool actor Ryan Reynolds and beloved country songstress Dolly Parton were amongst the first celebrities to get a full vial “the traditional way” this morning, and say that they have never felt better in their lives!

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow declined to get the shot in her Pure Blood body, but will prepare and drink a delicious Moderna sorbet (recipe to be shared on Goop) on YouTube Live next week.

Jim Carrey reportedly wanted to reprise his 1997 “man kiss” of Alicia Silverstone with Paltrow on her YouTube Live stream, and slurp the Moderna sorbet from her mouth.

That Paltrow-Carrey livestream will certainly be interesting… if it happens! Brad Falchuk allegedly told Carrey to keep his super-big mouth out of his wife’s mouth.

Nicki Minaj, unfortunately, is not in the list of participating celebrities. Her spokesperson, however, issued a statement saying that she would be open to getting the full vial if Pfizer comes out with a version that gives her nails like Wolverine.
