JAG’s new detainment center on Guam will soon have its first detainee: Trump-hating, vaccine-loving, liberal talk show host Stephen Colbert, host of CBS’s Late Night with Stephen Colbert.

If all information is accurate, JAG got its first Christmas gift Saturday morning when Navy investigators grabbed Colbert after he stepped off the property of his Montclair, New Jersey, home wearing a blue jogging suit and $60,000 Bulgari Flora sunglasses. Colbert reportedly blurted, “What the fu** is this?” as investigators subdued him, snapping handcuffs around his trembling wrists. Colbert was informed his new designation was “detainee” and that he had no rights but might earn some with good behavior. Investigators pushed Colbert into their vehicle and brought him to a processing center in advance of a trip to Guam, our source said.

JAG Grills Pedophile Stephen Colbert

A U.S. Navy JAG investigator on Guam has grilled detainee Stephen Colbert over his ties to the Plandemic and alleged that he caused irreparable harm to young boys and girls he molested during trips to Jeffrey Epstein’s Island of underage debauchery, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

As reported yesterday, investigators arrested Colbert near his Montclair, New Jersey, home Saturday morning and hauled the sniveling creep to a safehouse before flying him (and yet to be named Deep State associates) to Camp Blaz. There, he underwent a second medical assessment, which included an incredibly invasive body cavity search, and soon found himself eyeballing an interrogator who had seated him in a child-size chair behind a metal table.

Fact #2 : Stephen Colbert Is Recovering From Surgery

It is impossible for Stephen Colbert to be arrested on Monday, 27 November 2023, outside of his home because he was recovering from emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix.

He could not have been arrested while preparing to go for a run in a blue jogging suit, while wearing $60,000 Bulgari Flora sunglasses.

He would end up cancelling two weeks of “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” as he continues to recover from his surgery.

Fact #3 : Stephen Colbert Is Still Active On Social Media

Stephen Colbert actually posted on Instagram about his surgery for a ruptured appendix on Tuesday, 28 November 2023:

Sorry to say that I have to cancel our shows this week. I’m sure you’re thinking, “Turkey overdose, Steve? Gravy boat capsize?” Actually, I’m recovering from surgery for a ruptured appendix. I’m grateful to my doctors for their care and to Evie and the kids for putting up with me. Going forward, all emails to my appendix will be handled by my pancreas.

This occurred one day after Michael Baxter / Tuffin claimed that JAG investigators arrested Stephen Colbert while he was preparing to go for a jog…

Fact #4 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

The claim that JAG investigators arrested Stephen Colbert is absurd. The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians like Stephen Colbert.

The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

Fact #5 : JAG Officers Cannot Arrest Anyone

JAG officers are not law enforcement officers. They are really military lawyers, and have no powers to arrest anyone – not even military personnel.

They can investigate crimes, defend or prosecute service members accused of those crimes. But JAG officers cannot actually arrest anyone.

Claim : US Army Lost + Recovered Stolen Sarin Gas Rockets!

On 9 and 10 July 2023, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote two articles claiming that the US Army just had sixty M55 Sarin gas rockets stolen from its Kentucky facility, but managed to recover them using Special Forces!

Chemical Rockets Stolen from Army Weapons Depot in Kentucky

Sixty chemical rockets went missing from a U.S. Army chemical weapons depot in Kentucky last week as workers—military and civilian contractors—rushed to destroy the old ordnance per the International Chemical Weapons Convention, which took effect in 1997 and was joined by 193 countries.

On July 7, a U.S. Army CBRN specialist (MOS 74D) stationed at BGAD contacted the office of Col. Brent Lindemen, 5th Special Forces Group commander and member of the White Hat Council, saying he had to discuss a crucial military matter. The colonel’s adjunct asked the soldier why he reached out to Special Forces instead of following his chain of command.

“Sir, I apologize for the improper protocol, but I don’t know who I can trust. I’ve been led to believe I can trust anyone answering this line,” the soldier reportedly said.

The adjunct implored him to not share his concerns on an open line and instructed him on how to send an encrypted message.

In the message, the soldier identified himself as a CBRN specialist at BGAD tasked with logging serial numbers of weapons scheduled for destruction. He said 60 GB nerve agent rockets scheduled for demolition on Friday were not in their storage racks where he had seen them Wednesday, having had Thursday off. He wrote that no one at the site seemed particularly concerned that he couldn’t account for the rockets’ whereabouts. He described the stringent regulations for weapon destruction. Serial numbers get checked three times—before a weapon leaves the bunker, as it’s placed on a truck for transport, and at the disposal facility. Once a weapon is destroyed, its serial number, stored and color-coded on iPad-like devices, is changed from red (live round) to green (destroyed or inert.) The rockets were missing, and the serial numbers had been entirely wiped from the database, he said.

“It’s been made to look like those rockets never existed,” he wrote.

The message went to Colonel Keirsey, who forwarded it to General Smith. If the CBRN’s story was true, only someone at the regime’s criminal Defense Department could have purged serial numbers from a restricted database and orchestrated the theft of deadly chemical weapons.

One cannot simply walk off with M55 rockets on his shoulder; each is 75lbs. and 78 inches long. The thief would also have to reconcile the theft with the armed guards protecting the storage facilities—a problematic heist.

A source in Gen. Smith’s office told Real Raw News that the general has confirmed the CBRN’s version of events, which contradicts public statements given by regime officials.

Special Forces Recover Stolen Sarin Gas Rockets

United States Special Forces and chemical weapon specialists have recovered the GB rockets that inexplicably vanished from what should have been an impregnable concrete bunker at Army Blue Grass Weapons Depot in Kentucky, a source in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

Our source said the general cashed in favors to acquire security recordings that showed protocol violations and evidence of rockets leaving the base, the most egregious being missing timestamped footage, 90 minutes of it, between 1:30-3:00 Friday morning, four hours before the whistleblowing specialist started work. Two cameras inside the bunker had been selectively disabled, as had three exterior cameras that, if working, would’ve shown persons or vehicles approaching the bunker’s impenetrable steel doors, sealed shut by massive shackle locks.

“Even with today’s tech, those old bunkers were never fitted with biometric security. Just good old-fashioned keys. And as you can imagine, access to those keys should be tightly controlled. As far as we know, there are only two sets on base. The commander has one, and one is in the security building. Live footage is also fed to the security shack,” our source said.

He mentioned that the whistleblower saw no physical evidence of a break-in—other than the missing rockets. The locks were intact, and no one besides him seemed to notice or care that 60 lethal rockets weren’t in their assigned location.

General Smith also reviewed the video of the base’s entrances and exits. Cameras covering the main gate, the only thoroughfare to weapon bunkers, had 90 minutes of lost time identical to that of the burgled depot.

Two guards, civilian contractors, should have been protecting the main gate at the time.

By Saturday, General Smith and 5th Special Forces Group commander Brent Lindemen had recalled a Special Forces detachment from an ongoing assignment, investigating a famous Hollywood producer suspected of running a child sex trafficking ring, and put them on the case of the missing rockets, which, our source said, took priority, at least temporarily. The general also recruited trustworthy CBRNs from the 48th Chemical Brigade to aid the recovery in case the rusty rockets had sprung leaks.

At 3:00 p.m. Sunday, Special Forces spotted a tractor-trailer with a green cab on an isolated stretch of road near Plover Pit Lake. Thermal scans showed a cold engine and an empty cab.

“They expected to find an empty trailer. But the CBRNs put on protective gear, used infrared detectors to check for nerve agent vapors, and broke the lock. And the rockets were in there, but no sign of the driver or passenger,” our source said.

Someone, he added, had retrofitted the interior with racks designed to safely cradle the rockets.

“Now, it was sitting there a damn long time, Friday morning until late Sunday afternoon, unattended before we arrived. Abandoning a truckload of WMDs made no sense. The general assumed the occupants expected another driver to come along and drive it to its final destination, but again, you’d think they’d have timed it better. Or something happened to delay a relief crew that long. We weren’t going to look a gift horse in the mouth,” our source said.

Fact #2 : Last M55 Sarin Gas Rocket Was Destroyed On July 7, 2023

It is impossible for any M55 Sarin gas rocket to be stolen, because they were all destroyed by Friday, July 7, 2023. In fact, President Joe Biden publicly announced the achievement that day:

Today, I am proud to announce that the United States has safely destroyed the final munition in that stockpile — bringing us one step closer to a world free from the horrors of chemical weapons.

This occurred two days before Michael Baxter / Tuffin claimed that sixty M55 Sarin (NATO designation GB) gas rockets were stolen from the Blue Grass Army Depot!

Fact #3 : Chemical Weapons Are Stored + Processed On-Site

The M55 Sarin gas rockets at stored and processed on-site at the Blue Grass Army Depot, and are heavily monitored at all points.

They are removed from their on-site storage igloos, and loaded into large pressure tanks called Enhanced ON-site Containers (EONCs) for transport to the Blue Grass Chemical Agent Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP). There, the weapons are kept in the EONCs, as these old chemical weapons are notorious for leaking!

Only when it is time to destroy them, do technicians test the EONC for leaks before removing the rockets for destruction. All this happens within the Blue Grass Army Depot itself, so it would be impossible for anyone to smuggle one M55 Sarin gas rocket out, never mind sixty of them!

Fact #4 : Destruction Process Is Automated + Monitored

The M55 Sarin gas rockets are removed from the EONC inside the BGCAPP by multiple technicians, and monitored on CCTV. After that, the process is pretty much automated, and handled by robots for safety reasons.

It is therefore impossible for any person to steal a single M55 rocket, especially when each rocket is 2 metres long and weighs 26 kg!

Fact #5 : BGCAPP Is Run By Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass Team

Even though the BGCAPP is located within a US Army facility, it is not manned by the US Army using its own soldiers.

Instead, the BGCAPP was built and operated by private contractors – specifically, the Bechtel Parsons Blue Grass Team – a joint venture of Bechtel National and Parsons Government Services.

So, the claim of US soldiers working at the BGCAPP is utter nonsense. They are all civilians.

Fact #6 : BGCAPP Is Monitored By OPCW

On top of that, operations in BGCAPP are monitored by witnesses representing the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) at the on-site Treaty Office Facility.

Even if BGCAPP technicians collude to steal M55 rockets, OPCW monitors would have spotted them trying to haul away sixty heavy rockets!

Fact #6 : General Smith Is Commandant Of US Marine Corp!

Michael Baxter / Tuffin appears to be simply Googling and using the names of US military officers without bothering to ensure consistency, or even logic!

The Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) is a US Army facility. Even if some kind of nefarious theft occurred, General Eric M. Smith would not be in charge of investigations. After all, he is a general in the United States Marine Corps, not the US Army!

On top of that, he is currently serving as acting commandant of the Marine Corps – its highest position! Why on Earth would the Commandant of the Marine Corps be investigating a US Army depot, even if it involves the theft of dangerous chemical weapons??

Did WBTV pilot Chip Tayag crash his helicopter, just four hours after his 4th COVID-19 vaccination?!

Claim : Chip Tayag Crashed Helicopter From Vaccine SADS!

On 23 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that WBTV pilot Chip Tayag crashed his helicopter and killed himself and meteorologist Jason Myers, after receiving his fourth COVID-19 vaccination just four hours earlier!

It is long and rambling, so please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

A recently boosted pilot for WBTV, a CNN affiliate, died Tuesday afternoon when the helicopter he was piloting spiraled out of control and crashed in a field near Interstate 77, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Passenger Jason Myers, a meteorologist, also perished in the wreck.

Although the National Transportation Safety Board has yet to release a preliminary accident report, two sources at WBTV told Real Raw News that pilot Chip Tayag had received a fourth Covid-19 vaccination four hours ahead of the fateful flight. They would only comment under condition of anonymity because, they said, WBTV legal issued a directive to all employees—avoid mentioning vaccines when discussing the crash, or don’t discuss it at all, on or off air.

Many employees at WBTV’s Charlotte Studio knew that Tayag was freshly vaxxed because he openly bragged about his vaccine status and beseeched coworkers to stay current on their vaccine regimens.

“Chip loved his vaccines,” one source said. “If he heard someone wasn’t up on their boosters, he’d say something. That morning he was at the studio to grab Jason. Chip was smiling and pointing to little band aid on his arm and telling folks he got another shot per CDC recommendations. He was fine then, looked healthy and was cracking jokes.

A second source affirmed the story, adding that Tayag was a skilled and competent pilot with 20 years of flight experience and thousands of hours of flight time on the station’s Robinson R44 chopper, the world’s best-selling general aviation helicopter since 1999. Built by Robinson Helicopter Company, the R44 has an excellent safety record; pilots say it’s reliable, dependable, quick, and easy to maintain.

RRN has been unable to get the maintenance records of WBTV’s R-44.

“We’ll wait and hear what NTSB has to say, but I’m having a hard time believing Chip lost control of the bird. He was too good for that. I hate to think the vaccine did him in; I got a couple of shots myself,” a source said.

Real Raw News is not ascribing WBTV’s fatalities to the clot shot, as substantive evidence is needed. However, there is an undeniable correlation between the vaccines and pilots falling ill or dropping dead midflight.

Real Raw News began reporting on these phenomena in September 2021, when USAF pilots started resigning en masse in protest of Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s vaccination mandate, and after their vaccinated brethren began plunging from clear blue skies in what the DoD called “training accidents.” On October 15, 2021, the vaxxed pilot in the number 1 seat on an American Airlines A320 suffered a heart attack due to acute myocarditis. The copilot’s reflexes stopped the airframe from falling out of the sky.

Now, the regime’s HHS wants to reimpose mask and vaccination mandates, which could endanger the lives of even more naïve sheeple. Yesterday the regime used a prop to scare people into getting tested and boosted before the Thanksgiving travel rush. A facsimile of the late Dr. Anthony Fauci, also known as Doctor Death, appeared alongside administration Spokesdemon Karine Jean-Pierre in a replica of the White House Briefing Room before a press pool that has long abetted the regime’s charade. One reporter, though, flipped the script and challenged the fake Fauci on the origins of the virus. The body double or projection was apparently coached to answer only softball questions, prompting Jean-Pierre to erupt in a maniacal tirade and end the briefing prematurely.

Fact #2 : No Legitimate Report Of COVID-19 Vaccination Before Flight

Only Real Raw News has published anything about Chip Tayag receiving his 4th COVID-19 vaccination just four hours before crashing his helicopter.

If it’s true that Chip Tayag got his 4th vaccine dose just before a flight that ended in a crash, it would have been picked up by at least one or two other blogs, if not the mainstream media.

Yet, no one else could corroborate the claim? How likely is it for a one-man operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story” and the many other stories that turned out to be false?

Fact #3 : Unknown If Chip Tayag Was Vaccinated

It is currently unknown if Chip Tayag was vaccinated against COVID-19, so it would be wrong for anyone to claim that he died from COVID-19 vaccine side effects, or had a 4th vaccine dose before he died!

For all we know – he may not even be vaccinated! The COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory in the United States, despite what anti-vaccination activists may claim.

For example, anti-vaccination activists claimed that Kaden Clymer was almost crippled by a 6-foot long vaccine-induced blood clot, but the high school athlete was never vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #4 : WBTV Helicopter Took Off At 11:19 AM

The WBTV helicopter – a Robinson R44, crashed at around 12:20 PM local time, next to the Interstate 77 South highway.

But it took off 38 minutes earlier from the WBTV headquarters in uptown Charlotte at 11:19 AM, according to flight records from RadarBox.

In other words – it is really impossible for Chip Tayag to get his 4th dose of the COVID-19 vaccine four hours before that flight. Which vaccination centre opens at 7 AM?

Fact #5 : WBTV Helicopter Appeared To Be Malfunctioning

Despite suggestions that Chip Tayag may have died or collapsed from his 4th COVID-19 vaccination, eyewitness accounts stated that the helicopter appeared to be in trouble.

David Bristol, who is a trainee pilot, watched the WBTV Sky 3 helicopter that Chip Tayag was piloting, make slow circles for a while, when he noticed two odd things:

the sound Sky 3 made seemed to change
he then saw Sky 3 make two odd, hard turns to the left, before suddenly disappearing behind the trees.

Another eyewitness concurred that the helicopter appeared to be in trouble, and the pilot made an aggressive move to prevent crashing onto the highway.

I think that he absolutely knew that he was gonna have to put that down,” the man said. “He did his best to put it down … Whoever the pilot was, did their best to put that thing down where it wasn’t going to injure a lot of people, and in that respect, they did a fabulous job.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Chief Johnny Jennings confirmed that the pilot was in control, and managed to avoid hitting the busy highway.

It seems the pilot that was operating the aircraft made some diversionary moves to avoid hitting traffic … To me it looks like a heroic incident where the pilot tried to avoid injuring anyone else and putting anyone else in danger,” Jennings said. “If that is truly the case then that pilot is a hero, in my eyes, to make sure the safety and security of those driving on the road was not in jeopardy.

From all eyewitness accounts, Chip Tayag did not just collapse after getting his fourth dose of the vaccine. He was in control, and managed to crash the helicopter away from a busy highway.

Fact #6 : USAF Pilots Did Not Resign Over Vaccine Mandate

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to repeat their long-debunked claim that USAF pilots resigning over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin never sent any text message demanding that all Armed Forces members to immediately get the COVID-19 vaccine.

In any case, no F-22 pilot or B-52 crew member ever quit over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Claim : US Military Hanged Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel To Death!

On 18 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that the US Navy just hanged Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bancel at its Guantanamo Bay naval base!

Moderna CEO and eugenicist Stéphane Bancel lost his life Friday afternoon after a hangman for the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate Generals Corp’s put a noose around his neck and flipped a switch that opened a swinging door beneath the pharmaceutical mogul’s feet.

Bancel’s death was a quiet affair. Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall did not attend the execution, nor did the cadre of military of brass that had been present at earlier hangings. Instead, Bradley Earl, Command Master Chief, JAG Law Program Judge Advocate General’s Corps, oversaw the execution.

He, a few Marine guards, a Navy chaplain, and a physician were the only persons present to witness Bancel’s last moments. As expected, the perpetuator of Moderna’s clot shot protested his demise, saying that he, a French citizen, had been given immunity against prosecution by both French President Emmanuel Macron and U.S. Food & Drug Commissioner Director Robert M. Califf, both of whom purportedly told Bancel he would be “held harmless” in matters involving vaccine injuries or deaths.

As Bancel was led at gunpoint to the gallows, he insisted that he, a man of science, had conclusively proven that Moderna’s death shot was safe and effective and hadn’t killed a single human since it was made publicly in late 2020. Truth is, Bancel was not a man of science; he held an M.B.A. from Harvard as well as master’s in engineering from an obscure French university. He had no medication credentials, yet asserted himself as a medical professional, and officials around the world touted his non-existent contributions to medical science, namely the Covid-19 vaccine. The release of the vaccine saw Bancel’s net worth skyrocket from $657m to $5.04bn. When Bancel spoke, health authorities listened. As Bancel profited, people died.

Unlike Vice Adm. Crandall, Master Chief Earl uttered no humorous invectives at Bancel. He simply asked him whether he wanted Last Rites—Bancel spat at the suggestion—and ordered the hangman to fulfill his duty.

Bancel was declared dead at 12:30 p.m. EST.

Fact #2 : No Legitimate Report Of Stephane Bancel’s Arrest

Only Real Raw News has published his fantastical account of US special forces arresting Stéphane Bancel outside a DC restaurant. That’s because Michael Baxter / Tiffin made it up.

Naturally, there is no news from any legitimate news outlet, or the US military, about Stephane Bancel’s arrest sentencing and hanging in Gitmo.

How likely is it for a one-man operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story”?

Fact #3 : Moderna Is A Public-Listed Company

Moderna is a public-listed company, and is traded on the Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders would have to be informed if their company CEO was really arrested, and sentenced to death.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s not even legal to cover up such an event from the shareholders.

Fact #4 : Stéphane Bancel + Moderna Issued A Press Statement

On Thursday, November 16, 2022 – one day after Real Raw News claimed Stephane Bancel was sentenced to death, Moderna announced positive results for its two bivalent vaccines targeting the Omicron variant of COVID-19 – mRNA-1273.214, and mRNA-1273.222.

Instead of being incarcerated in Guantanamo Bay, as Michael Baxter/Tiffin claimed, Stephane Bancel announced from Cambridge, Massachusetts that:

We are pleased to see that both of our bivalent booster vaccine candidates offer superior protection against Omicron BA.4/BA.5 variants compared to our original booster, which is encouraging given COVID-19 remains a leading cause of hospitalisation and death globally. In addition, the superior response against Omicron persisted for at least three months after the mRNA-1273.214 booster.

Only Michael Baxter / Tiffin can persist with such a stupid lie, and only his idiotic fans will continue to believe his fake stories.

Fact #5 : Only Enemy Combatants Are Detained At Gitmo

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that a US military tribunal in Gitmo (Guantanamo Bay) convicted Stephane Bancel, and sentenced him to death.

The Guantanamo Bay prison is only used to detain high-value enemy combatants. Stephane Bancel is not an enemy combatant by any military or legal definition, and would never be detained there.

If Stephane Bancel really committed a crime in the United States, he would have been brought to trial in an American court.

Fact #6 : US Military Tribunals Are Only For Foreign Combatants

It is also stupid for Real Raw News to claim that Bancel was trialed and convicted as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal, when he is a French civilian.

Military tribunals in the United States can only be conducted for members of enemy forces during wartime. The United States is not at war with France.

Needless to say – Stephane Bancel is also not in the French military, so even if he was arrested, there is no way he would be tried in a military tribunal.

Fact #7 : Death Sentences Take Years To Execute

It is also hilarious that Real Raw News readers actually believe the bullshit that someone sentenced to death would be executed just days later.

That may be possible in a country like North Korea, but certainly not in the United States

Death row inmates in the United States wait an average of 178 months – about 15 years after their sentencing, before they are executed.

In fact, none of the six Gitmo inmates charged with capital crime in the 9/11 attacks in 2001, and the attack on USS Cole in 2000, have actually been trialled to date, never mind convicted and sentenced to death.

Fact #8 : US Military Has Not Executed Anyone Since 1961

Even though the US military has killed many combatants intentionally, and civilians as collateral damage, they have not executed prisoners since 1961.

There are four US military inmates on death row, but none of them have been executed so far.

Fact #9 : US Military Cannot Execute Anyone By Hanging

The US military can no longer execute anyone by hanging. In fact, the last US military execution by hanging occurred in 1961 – their last execution ever.

If the US military has to execute anyone, only lethal injection is allowed. Death by hanging is no longer allowed.

Claim : Trump Just Averted World War III, With Putin’s Help!

On 16 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that Donald Trump just prevented World War III

It was President Donald J. Trump on Tuesday who urged the U.S. military to change its defense posture to Defcon-3 “Roundhouse” after hearing that Russian missiles splashed down in Poland and killed at least two people, but he rescinded that order after receiving an impassioned telephone call from Vladimir Putin and examining photographs of the wreckage.

When news of the attack, or accident, broke, Trump at once reached out to Marine Corps General David H. Berger, who, in accordance with the Insurrection Act of 1807, took charge of the nation’s nuclear command codes when Trump ceded provisional authority of the country to the military prior to departing Washington in January 2021. As Real Raw News has previously reported, White Hats, not the Biden regime, have sole access to the codes controlling the country’s nuclear triad, and sources say this still holds true; otherwise, Biden would have already sparked nuclear Armageddon.

Mar-a-Lago sources told RRN that although Trump immediately suspected a False Flag, he asked Gen. Berger to raise the nation’s alert level, just in case.

Minutes after speaking to Gen. Berger, Trump received a call from none other than Russian President Vladimir Putin, who insisted that any ordnance that might have struck Poland were not of Russian origin and were not launched from Russian soil.

Real Raw News reported last February, March, April, and May that Trump and Putin have kept an open line of communication since the latter began his “Special Military Operation” in Ukraine. The reason Putin speaks to Trump and not Biden is that Putin still acknowledges Trump as the lawful President of the United States.

Putin sent Trump images of the damage, including a picture of what appeared to be a metal fragment of the missile. He admitted it was a Russian-built S-300 air defense missile, which was developed by the Soviet Union and later exported to foreign countries, including Ukraine, and pointed out that mangled remnants had been stamped with Ukrainian writing, which would not be present on any of Russia’s current stockpile.

Putin suggested two possibilities: Either a Ukrainian-owned S-300 accidentally hit Poland, or Ukraine fired on Poland to trigger a False Flag war.

A beleaguered President Trump, exhausted from months of campaigning for midterm candidates, handling daughter Tiffany’s wedding, and preparing his own presidential announcement speech, had his military advisors evaluate images and video of the missile strike. They affirmed Putin’s assertions—the missile indeed belonged to Ukraine.

Trump then phoned Gen. Berger and told him to stand down, deescalating the nation’s defense condition and preventing the globe from being enveloped in a cloud of radioactive ash.

“White Hats are working to ascertain if this was an accident or an attempt to ignite a nuclear war,” our source said. “This really could have gone sideways, had cool heads not prevailed.”

Fact #3 : DEFCON Level Is Controlled By Sitting US President

Michael Baxter / Tiffin is apparently unaware that the DEFCON level is primarily controlled by the sitting US President, and the current US Secretary of Defense.

That would be President Joe Biden, and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. Not former President Donald Trump.

Only in his fevered mind would the US military take orders from a former US President, especially an infamously erratic and ignorant one like Donald Trump.

Fact #4 : US Has Been At DEFCON 3 Since October 2022

Real Raw News falsely claimed that Donald Trump asked the US military to increase its defense posture to DEFCON 3, and then rescinded it, insinuating that the United States is now at DEFCON 4.

Michael Baxter / Tiffin is apparently unaware that the United States increased its defense posture from DEFCON 4 to DEFCON 3 in October 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine. The US remains at DEFCON 3 today.

Fact #5 : Only US President Has Authority Over Use Of Nuclear Weapons

Real Raw News falsely claimed that Marine General David H. Berger has control of the nuclear launch codes.

Only the sitting US President has the authority to order the use of nuclear weapons. That command though must be authenticated by another high-ranking official, like the Vice President or Secretary of Defense.

Once authenticated, the order goes to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and to the US Strategic Command, and so on.

In no scenario ever, do nuclear weapons come under the authority of a lowly general from the US Marine Corps.

US Strategic Command is, after all, a separate unified command under the direct control of the US Department of Defense.

Fact #6 : Donald Trump Claimed The Missile Originated From Russia

Real Raw News falsely claimed that Donald Trump worked with Vladimir Putin to ascertain that the missile came from Ukraine, thus averting World War III.

The truth is – it was President Biden who said that “preliminary information” suggested that the missile that hit Poland did not originate from Russia.

I don’t want to say that until we completely investigate. But it is … it’s unlikely, in the minds of the trajectory, that it was fired from Russia. But we’ll see. We’ll see.

Then minutes later, Donald Trump announced that he would be running for President in 2024, and immediately claimed that the missile came from Russia.

Even just today a missile was sent in probably by Russia to Poland, 15 miles into Poland.

If anyone averted a war between Russia and NATO, and possibly World War III, it was President Biden, not Donald Trump.

Fact #7 : Missile Landed In Poland, Not Russia

It is also hilarious that Real Raw News readers actually swallowed Michael Tuffin’s bullshit claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin sent Donald Trump photos of the missile fragments.

Hello? The S-300 missile landed in Poland, not Russia! So the photos could not have originated from Putin or the Russians. They would have to be taken by the Polish authorities!

Fact #8 : US + Poland Confirmed Ukraine Origin Of Missile

US and Polish officials rushed to investigate the origin of the missile, and soon evaluated that it could only come from a Ukrainian missile battery that was trying to intercept a Russian missile.

From the information that we and our allies have, it was an S-300 rocket made in the Soviet Union, an old rocket and there is no evidence that it was launched by the Russian side. It is highly probable that it was fired by Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense.

We have seen nothing that contradicts President Duda’s preliminary assessment that this explosion was most likely the result of a Ukrainian air defense missile that unfortunately landed in Poland.

Donald Trump had ZERO INPUT into this. He not only did not defuse the situation, he inflamed it by insisting that the missile came from Russia.

The Russians, including President Vladimir Putin also had no involvement in the investigation.

Claim : US Military Sentenced Stephane Bancel To Death!

On 15 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that a US military tribunal just convicted Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bancel, and sentenced him to death!

The U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps and Office of Military Commissions had difficulty finding three impartial panelists to hear evidence against Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel, for every interviewee knew someone whose life the vaccine had shattered—or killed. Following a weeklong search, JAG picked the three—two male Marine Corps officers and a female Navy captain—who expressed the least ill will toward Bancel. Nonetheless, they found Bancel guilty of murder five minutes after Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall rested JAG’s case and implored the panel to deliver upon Bancel a punishment commensurate to the damage his vaccines had caused the world.

Vice Adm. Crandall said a Navy nurse had drawn Bancel’s blood shortly after he arrived at Guantanamo Bay. The blood was introduced onto a card containing fusion proteins that detect Covid-19 antibodies.

He called to the witness stand Captain Richard G. Zeber, Director, U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, who stated his name, rank, and credentials for the record. Captain Zeber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Doctor of Optometry degree. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation, Navy Achievement, and Good Conduct medals.

Vice Adm. Crandall excused the witness, then asserted to the panel that Bancel, as Moderna’s CEO, must have had full knowledge of the clot shot’s deleterious effects but concealed that data to maximize profits. Moderna’s Covid shot made Bancel a multi-billionaire.

“I sincerely hope you won’t get to spend it,” Vice Adm. Crandall told Bancel.

The panel gave its verdict and held Bancel responsible for the deaths and injuries, suggesting he be hanged by the neck until dead as restitution for his crimes against humanity.

Upon hearing the panel’s decision, a furious Bancel came out of his seat and began shaking his cuffed wrists in the air. “How can you do this? I am a businessman. I have two children—”

“—Let’s hope you didn’t vaccinate them,” Vice Adm. Crandall interjected. “This commission stands adjourned.”

Bancel is scheduled to hang on November 18, at GITMO.

The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was confirmed to be safe and effective, after it successfully concluded its clinical trials with an efficacy of 94.5% against symptomatic COVID-19 infection, in a large study involving over 30,000 participants.

The VRBPAC committee vetted and discussed the study findings on 17 December 2020, and recommended that the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine receive its Emergency Use Authorisation, which the FDA granted on 18 December 2020.

Like ALL other vaccines, the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine was under FDA regulatory oversight. If Moderna lied about their results, the FDA would not have continued to re-issue or amend its EUA and full approval time and time again.

As citizens and politicians anxiously scrutinized results, so too did the White Hat partition of the U.S. military. At U.S. Army Cyber Command headquarters in Fort Gordon, Georgia, cyber security analysts began noticing election irregularities early in the day. Approximately 35% of vote tabulators—electronic devices into which ballots are fed and counted—experienced what the Maricopa County Elections Department called a “technical hiccup,” which persisted for several hours. Unbeknownst to election officials, White Hats had undercover boots on the ground as the “glitch” forced voters to cast ballots elsewhere or forego voting altogether. At least one machine had active Wi-Fi and was connected to the internet, a Cyber Command source told RRN.

“Tabulators that mark ballots shouldn’t be Wi-Fi capable. It makes them susceptible to outside tampering and intrusion,” he said.

Cyber Command, he added, has “obtained” a compromised machine and is evaluating “suspicious” connection logs.

Cyber Command is also analyzing a video that purportedly shows a Maricopa County election worker doctoring a stack of ballots.

Arizona is a hotbed rife with election fraud. Elsewhere in Maricopa County, voters seeking to cast ballots at locales with working machines were told by poll workers that if they had come to vote (why else would they be there?) they could vote only for Democrats because no Republican officials were on the premises. They were either told to come back later or to vote elsewhere.

“We’ve heard 50 such reports,” our source said. “We’re working to verify them.”

Despite the fraud in Arizona, Republican Kari Lake is projected to win the gubernatorial race.

Arizona wasn’t the only state subject to election fraud. According to our source, White Hats now have a “mail bag full of uncounted ballots” that someone had deposited in a drainage ditch in Baker County, Georgia. Baker is a Republican stronghold.

“There’s a lot going on now that doesn’t meet the eye. We will be looking into all allegations of fraud as we await the results. I can tell you this, if we decide fraud altered the outcome of this election, action will be taken,” our source said.

Fact #2 : Real Raw News Never Offer Actual Evidence

Real Raw News reports always quotes anonymous sources, and offer no evidence to back up those claims. It’s no different in this new claim of electoral fraud in the 2022 midterm election.

Michael Baxter / Tuffin wrote such a long story, and quoted anonymous sources, but when you really look carefully – there is ZERO EVIDENCE for any of his claims.

That’s not really surprising though. How likely is it for this “former English teacher” to get the “inside scoop” from so many anonymous sources from his home in Texas? And why do all his scoops always end up false?

Fact #2 : 2022 US Election Was Protected By Three Agencies

It is important to understand that the 2022 midterm US election was not actually protected by the US Army Cyber Command, as Real Raw News claimed.

The 2022 midterm election in the United States was protected by three different agencies, from two different departments:

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (Department of Homeland Security)
Cyber Command (Department of Defense)
National Security Agency (Department of Defense)

The US Army Cyber Command is merely one part of the US Cyber Command, which oversaw the protection of the 2022 election and is based in Fort Meade.

Fact #3 : All Three Agencies Detected No Fraud Or Threat

On November 8 and 9, 2022, officials from all three agencies said that they detected no evidence of fraud or threat to disrupt the election infrastructure.

Jen Easterly, director of the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency said:

We have seen no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was any way compromised in any race in the country.

General Paul Nakasone who heads the US Cyber Command and NSA operation to protect the 2022 midterm election said:

We continue to refine what we learned from the 2018 and 2020 elections. We generate insight to enable defense of the homeland, and ultimately impose costs by degrading and exposing foreign adversary capabilities and operations.

Fact #4 : No Legitimate Report Of Fraud In 2022 Election

There was no remotely similar report from any legitimate news outlet, nor an official statement by any government agency.

In fact, not even Fox News, which is notorious for pushing fake claims, actually reported that there was evidence of fraud in the 2022 midterm election.

Claim : Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel Arrested For Murder!

On 7 November 2022, Michael Baxter (real name : Michael Tuffin) wrote an article claiming that the CEO of Moderna, Stéphane Bancel, was just arrested by US Special Forces and charged with multiple counts of murder related to its COVID-19 vaccine.

It is long and rambling, so please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

U.S. Special Forces on October 30 arrested Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel on charges of murder as the pharmaceutical mogul and eugenicist exited a posh restaurant on the outskirts of D.C., where he had planned a business dinner with CDC Director Rochelle Walensky—but she never showed up. Sources in General David H. Berger’s office told Real Raw News that White Hats had been monitoring the detestable duo’s phone calls for months; Bancel and Walensky had spoken often, at least weekly, with Bancel asking her to board a flight to Paris, his home city, to discuss in person the “many lucrative benefits” of merging Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations into a single inoculation.

But a fearful Walensky, who spoke in tremulous whispers, expressed trepidations about leaving the Beltway. She told Bancel on an Oct 17 call that she “felt safe” in D.C. and that “Covid deniers” were plotting her downfall. She admitted to him that she hadn’t even visited the CDC’s Atlanta headquarters in months, for fear of being “illegally apprehended” or killed. She agreed, though, that further discussion on the hybrid vaccine ought to be in person to mitigate risk of someone eavesdropping on phone calls or digital transmissions. Donald J. Trump, she said, had spies everywhere.

After much back and forth, Bancel on October 25 agreed to fly from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris to Dulles International Airport in Virginia. He would arrive in the U.S. aboard Air France flight AFR26 at approximately 7:00 pm, on October 29, he said to Walensky, adding that he would spend the night at a hotel before meeting her at Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Mclean, Virginia, the following evening. His last message to Walensky before boarding the flight: “I know, Rochelle, you are also talking to [Pfizer CEO] Bourla. It would be in both our interests to reach a deal of exclusivity.”

Unbeknownst to Bancel, U.S. Special Forces had eyes on him the moment he deplaned. According to sources, Marine Corps General David H. Berger and 5^th Special Forces Group Commander Col. Brent Linemen considered grabbing Bancel at the hotel and picking up Walensky at the restaurant the next evening. They ultimately rejected that idea, believing that Walensky might get tipped off to Bancel’s sudden disappearance. “It’s better to kill two birds with one stone,” Gen. Berger reportedly said.

Special Forces dressed in civvies and driving civilian vehicles tailed Bancel and his chauffer from the airport to the Watermark Hotel in Tysons, Virginia, where he used fake credentials to check in under an assumed name–Émile Blaise. His chauffer, later identified as Ralph Adleman, an employee of Virginia Limousine Service of Richmond, stayed at the same hotel in a different suite, paid for by Bancel.

Neither Bancel nor Adleman left their rooms until 6:30 pm the next day. They then drove a stretch limousine from the hotel to the restaurant, a 15-minute drive. Adleman stayed with the limo in the parking lot as Bancel entered the restaurant and was seated at a corner table—but his guest of honor, Rochelle Walensky, was not present. Meanwhile, Special Forces across the street watched Bancel with binoculars and listened to him with parabolic microphones as he ate a plate of Hors D’oeuvres and imbibed a few cocktails. Bancel mumbled under his breath, “Where are you? Why aren’t you here?” and tried to reach someone, ostensibly Walensky, on his cellphone.

Thirty minutes later Bancel paid his tab and left the restaurant, hustling across the parking lot to the limo. Special Forces shadowed the limousine as it peeled out of the parking lot and began speeding toward an unknown location. It got less than a mile when Special Forces cut it off, blockading it between their own SUVs. It took less than two minutes for Special Forces to pull Bancel from the limo and place him under arrest, while the chauffer was set free with a dire warning to not discuss under any circumstances what had just happened. Special Forces took Bancel to a processing center for interrogation, sources told RRN.

“We don’t know why Walensky didn’t show. We wanted both. But for now, we’ll take Bancel. We can’t charge him with treason because he’s not a U.S. citizen. But we can charge him on many counts of murder based on the number of people his vaccine has killed. Maybe Walensky caught wind of our operation—we don’t know. We’ll get her eventually, just like we got Fauci. They can run but they can’t hide forever. Bancel is now detained as an enemy combatant, and he will face a military tribunal,” our source said.

Fact #3 : Moderna Is A Public-Listed Company

Moderna is a public-listed company, and is traded on the Nasdaq as MRNA. Its shareholders would have to be informed if their company CEO was really arrested.

It is NOT POSSIBLE to keep quiet and pretend it didn’t happen. It’s not even legal to cover up such an event from the shareholders.

Fact #4 : Stéphane Bancel + Moderna Issued A Press Statement

On Tuesday, November 1, 2022, Moderna issued an updated 2022 COVID-19 vaccine sales forecast. In that statement, its CEO Stéphane Bancel said:.

Along with production delays, Moderna’s third quarter was marred with manufacturing complexities due to shifting from 10-dose vials to 5-dose vials and the roll out of new bivalent vaccines that target both the original coronavirus and Omicron variants. We are working through a lot of those issues as we speak.

That would not be possible if Stéphane Bancel was really arrested by US Special Forces less than 2 days earlier!

Fact #5 : US Military Cannot Arrest Civilians Within The United States

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that US special forces arrested Stephane Bancel.

The Posse Comitatus Act (18 U.S.C. § 1385) prohibits “the wilful use of any part of the Army or Air Force to execute the law unless expressly authorised by the Constitution or an act of Congress“.

If the US government wanted to arrest Stephane Bancel, they would have sent the police with a warrant… not US special forces.

Fact #6 : France Has Extradition Treaty With The United States

France and the United States have an extradition treaty since 1996.

That means that the United States can order the arrest of Stephane Bancel even if he is residing in Paris. There is no need to wait for him to return to the United States.

Fact #7 : Stéphane Bancel Lives In Boston, Not Paris

It is also ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that US Special Forces had to wait for Stephane Bancel to fly from Paris into US territory to arrest him, because he actually lives in the city of Boston, Massachusetts!

If the US government wanted to arrest Stephane Bancel, they can do it at any time. It’s not like no one knows where he lives in Boston.

On 30 September 2021, a group of scientists, doctors and public health advocates actually protested in front of his home on Chestnut Street in Beacon Hill.

They brought a 12-foot-tall structure of artificial human bones, and called for Moderna to share its vaccine knowledge with the US government and other countries.

Fact #8 : US Military Tribunals Are Only For Foreign Combatants

It is also stupid for Real Raw News to claim that Bancel would be charged as an enemy combatant in a military tribunal, when he is a French civilian.

Military tribunals in the United States can only be conducted for members of enemy forces during wartime. The United States is not at war with France.

Needless to say – Stephane Bancel is also not in the French military, so even if he was arrested, there is no way he would be tried in a military tribunal.

Were Dr. Anthony Fauci and Loretta Lynch just executed in Gitmo by the US Navy Judge Advocate General?!

Claim : Dr. Anthony Fauci & Loretta Lynch Were Just Executed In Gitmo!

People have been sharing a Real Raw News article claiming that Dr. Anthony Fauci and former US Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, was just executed in Gitmo – the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base!

The article is long, so feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

For reasons not given but easily imagined, the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps abruptly amended Anthony S. Fauci’s scheduled date of execution from April 26 to April 25 and on Monday morning fulfilled its obligation to execute not only him, but also GITMO’s other celebrity of the day, former Clinton advisor Loretta Lynch who was sentenced on 7 April.

The back-to-back hangings began at 8:00 a.m. sharp, two hours after GITMO security woke Fauci and asked whether he wanted a final meal. A bedraggled Fauci seemed dumbfounded, purportedly telling his jailors, “Its’ only Monday, you morons. Obama might still call.”

According to a JAG memorandum reviewed by RRN, Fauci genuinely believed that Obama had authority to phone GITMO and grant a stay of execution or supersede the Office of Military Commissions’ judgement against him. When told Obama wouldn’t be calling, Fauci, desperate and belligerent, began proclaiming his innocence, hollering into the air, his crackled voice echoing off the walls of his Camp Delta detention cell. “You can’t do this to me; I’m Dr. Fauci,” he screamed.

Meanwhile, GITMO security on the opposite side of Camp Delta informed Loretta Lynch her time had come. Unlike Fauci, she not once invoked Obama’s name. Rather, she resigned herself to her fate with, as a GITMO staff member described her demeanor, surprising alacrity and unexpected dignity. In one hand she clutched a King James Bible; in the other, a crucifix. A JAG representative told RRN that Lynch claimed to have found religion during her brief stint at Guantanamo Bay.

Her execution came first.

At 8:00 a.m. the Humvee carrying Lynch and an armed security detail entered the clearing where a military ensemble and the gallows had been awaiting her arrival. She exited the vehicle and moved toward the lethal apparatus, saying, “Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”

As was customary, a U.S. Navy Chaplain stood beside the hangman atop the gallows. The chaplain present was Drew d’Auguste, the very man whose blood ran cold at Gavin Newsom’s execution earlier this year. Standing stoically beside him, Lynch asked, “Will you pray for me?” as the hangman fitted the noose around her neck.

“Of course, I will,” Chaplain d’Auguste said. “O God from whom all holy desires, all right counsels and all just, accept this child into thou welcoming arms…”

Below them, Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall spoke: “If you’ve truly accepted Christ into your heart, I commend you. If only you’d done it sooner in life. You’ve been found guilty of treason and sentenced to hang.”

“Admiral Crandall, you must do what you have to do. I don’t fear death for I am saved. A better world awaits me, a world of jeweled sidewalks and golden roads, a world free of suffering. I forgive you,” Lynch said.

Vice Adm. Crandall stood in silence a moment, then signaled the hangman.

A second later Lynch was dead.

“Get it ready again,” Vice Adm. Crandall said, gesturing at the gallows. “one hour.”

By the time Fauci arrived at 9:15, Lynch’s corpse had been removed from the scene, and the gallows restrung. He had no way of knowing someone else had been hanged that day. Under armed guard, he emerged from the Hummer with a nasty disposition, clamoring about Donald J. Trump and Senator Rand Paul, and whining of constitutional illegalities of military tribunals. It was Obama this and Obama that, as if expecting his dark overlord to miraculously appear.

He was hurling obscenities at Vice Adm. Crandall when he felt the barrel of an M18 pistol pressed firmly against his back. The Marine holding the pistol ordered Fauci up the steps to the platform. There, Chaplain d’Auguste offered Last Rites, which Fauci refused.

“F*** you and your Rites,” Fauci said.

“Anthony Stephen Fauci, having been found guilty of treason, murder, attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and, you sick bastard, sex crimes against children, you’ve been sentenced to hang by the neck until dead. Have you any final words?” Vice Admiral Crandall called out.

The hangman was putting the noose around Fauci’s scrawny neck.

“You’re killing me because I believe in science,” Fauci croaked. “None of you understand science, and if you did, you’d release me right now. Science is immutable—”

“Let us help you understand science, Fauci,” Vice Adm. Crandall interrupted. “In science there’s this thing called gravity—it’s inescapable. Let us show you.”

The door beneath Fauci’s feet swung open and he dropped to his death, emitting a gurgling cry a split-second before his neck snapped.

He was pronounced dead and zipped into a polyurethane bag.

There is no legitimate report of Dr. Fauci or Ms. Lynch getting arrested, much less flown to Gitmo and executed without trial.

Why on Earth should anyone trust this man, Michael Tuffin, when no one else has verified such a fantastical story?

Fact #3 : Dr. Fauci Appeared On PBS After His “Execution”

Real Raw News claimed that Dr. Anthony Fauci was executed on April 25, 2022.

However, Dr. Fauci “miraculously” appeared on PBS News Hour with Judy Woodruff two days after his “execution” – on April 27, 2022.

If you watch the video, you can see that he’s still very much alive! Dr. Fauci was certainly not executed.

Fact #4 : NIAID + Pentagon Called It False

Representatives for both the NIAID and the Pentagon confirmed that the claim that Dr. Fauci was “sentenced to hang” was false.

Fact #5 : US Military Has No Jurisdiction Over Civilians

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that the US Navy executed Dr. Fauci and Ms. Lynch.

If the US government wanted to arrest Dr. Fauci or Ms. Lynch, they would have sent the police with a warrant, not the Navy.

The United States Armed Forces certainly has no legal jurisdiction over both Dr. Fauci and Ms. Lynch, and cannot put them to trial. The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) does NOT apply to civilians.

The 18 offences punishable by death under the UCMJ clearly do not apply to civilians – Mutiny or sedition, misbehaviour before the enemy, subordinate compelling surrender, improper use of countersign, forcing a safeguard, aiding the enemy, espionage, improper hazarding of vessel, murder, rape, desertion, assaulting or wilfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer, acting as a spy, and misbehaviour of a lookout.

And the US Armed Forces cannot execute US civilians willy-nilly, even if they flew them to Gitmo, because the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base is still considered US territory!

Fact #6 : Capital Punishment By Federal Government Was Halted In 2021

Even if they committed truly serious crimes, both Dr. Fauci and Loretta Lynch would not have been executed so quickly.

Never mind the fact that there was apparently no trial, even if they were sentenced to be executed, they would first spend many years on death row, as the appeal process takes place.

More importantly, US Attorney General Merrick Garland halted all federal executions on 1 July 2021, pending review of changes made under the Trump administration.

There is literally NO WAY either one of them would have been executed on 25 April 2022, as Real Raw News alleged.

Fact #7 : Lethal Injection Is Official Execution Method For US Military

The US military stopped executing convicted prisoners by hanging in 1961, which was the last military execution to date.

Currently, the official approved method of execution for the US military is lethal injection, not hanging.

If Dr. Fauci and/or Loretta Lynch was somehow executed by the US military, it would have been by lethal injection, not hanging.

Claim : US Special Forces Just Arrested Dr. Anthony Fauci!

People have been sharing a Real Raw News article claiming that US special forces just arrested Dr. Anthony Fauci for treason, medical malpractice and seditious conspiracy!

US Special Forces on Saturday scored a major victory in the war against the Deep State–the arrest of Deep State mastermind and plandemic architect Dr. Anthony Fauci, a JAG source told Real Raw News.

The “White Hat” partition of the US military, he said, had for “a very long time” attempted to shadow Fauci but often lost his scent because the Deep State doctor used every trick in the book to delay his inevitable capture. When in public, Fauci was well-protected and often surrounded by at least a dozen armed guards and civilians who would have been caught in the crossfire had the military grabbed him in the open. And when travelling to and from events, Fauci used decoy vehicles to reduce risk of being captured. The decoy vehicles, our source said, often held Fauci lookalikes or even mannequins that someone had built and painted to resemble him.

On Saturday afternoon, however, the military caught a break.

“We got very good intel that Fauci on Saturday had minimum protection—two guards—and was leaving his D.C. house for a visit with his wife, who he hadn’t seen in months. The Deep State kept them separated because they thought we’d target her to get to Fauci. We’ve known all along where they hid her, and we were hoping for just such a stroke of luck,” our source said.

Fauci’s wife, Christine Grady, had been staying at the Ivy Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland, under an assumed name.

Special Forces in civilian vehicles discretely tailed Fauci’s car to an underground parking garage near the hotel and made their move. They boxed him in, drew weapons, and ordered Fauci’s guards to toss their firearms out the window.

“Fauci’s security complied, and Special Forces dragged Fauci from the vehicle, subdued him, and carted him off for processing.”

Incidentally, the arrest took place shortly after Bloomberg TV aired a taped interview with Fauci. During the interview, Fauci predicted a Covid resurgence and told host David Westin that the US would likely have to reimpose mask mandates and programs to encourage citizens to get more frequent booster shots.

Our source jokingly said JAG has evidence proving Fauci’s a prophet.

“Fauci seems to have an uncanny ability to look into the future. He has prerecorded literally thousands of videos about Covid that foresee what’ll happen one, three, and five years from now. In one video, he’s sitting at a desk in front of an electronic clock and calendar, and the date reads August 4, 2023, and Fauci’s going on and on about a new Covid variant that’s swept the country and pleading with citizens to obey new stay-at-home mandates. The breadth of these, I’m sure, will be shown at his military tribunal. The charges against him are astronomical,” our source said.

Those charges include treason, mass medical malpractice, and seditious conspiracy, and criminal homicide, according to a military arrest warrant.

Only Real Raw News has published this fantastical account of US special forces arresting Dr. Anthony Fauci.

There is no remotely similar report from any legitimate news outlet, nor an official statement by the government.

How likely is it for a one-man operation like Real Raw News to have a scoop on this “story”?

A spokesperson for the NIAID called the claim that US special forces arrested Dr. Fauci “a fabrication“.

Fact #5 : Pentagon Called It Completely False

The Pentagon labelled the story as “completely false“, and said that it was “a total and utter fabrication and abuse of the word news“.

Fact #6 : US Military Cannot Arrest Civilians Within The United States

It is ludicrous for Real Raw News to claim that US special forces arrested Dr. Fauci.

If the US government wanted to arrest Dr. Fauci, they would have sent the police with a warrant… not US special forces.

Claim : US Air Force Pilots Resigned Over Vaccine Mandate!

A video by a bodybuilder called Justin Y. O’Donnell, and an article by Real Raw News have gone viral on social media, claiming that US Air Force pilots and bomber crews walked off their jobs over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

In his video, Justin claimed that “my dad just let me know” that the Secretary of Defense sent a text message at night to all active members of the military, threatening them with a court martial if they did not get a COVID-19 vaccination by 10 AM in the morning.

Twenty-seven active-duty U.S. Air Force pilots have resigned their commissions over the unconstitutionality of Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s mandate requiring all Armed Forces members to at once receive a Covid-19 vaccination, Real Raw News has learned.

The exodus began on August 27, with 12 pilots from the 1^st Fighter Wing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, submitting to their commanding officer letters of resignation only hours after they received a 4:00 a.m. text message instructing them to submit to mandatory Covid-19 vaccinations by 10:00 a.m. that same day. It’s unknown whether the pilots collaborated ahead of resigning, but all 12 resignations were handed in within a 90-minute period.

One officer, a 29-year-old F-22 Raptor pilot, said of the situation, “We undergo routine physicals and must meet rigorous fitness standards to stay on flight duty. I think it’s safe to say all Air Force pilots are in good physical condition. We must be to endure extreme G-force stress on our body. There is no reason we should be at risk of Covid-19 or becoming sick from it. I know I’m not alone in rejecting this potentially dangerous and soundly untested shot.”

Pilots at other airbases apparently joined him in solidarity.

A day later, 15 pilots of the 2^nd Bomb Wing in Barksdale, Louisiana tendered letters of resignation after they, too, received orders to get the jab. The orders stated explicitly that any officer refusing a Covid-19 vaccination would lose his flight status and be subject to disciplinary action, including a potential dishonorable discharge from the service.

A pilot with the 2^nd Bomb Wing told RRN that he and his fellow pilots marched into their commanding officer’s office and dropped the resignation letters on his desk. He added that airmen and maintenance crews—enlisted persons who cannot simply resign from the service—are also furious about the mandatory vaccination requirement. Several of them, he told RRN, have sent hardship letters asking for early dismissal from the Air Force, mainly because they don’t have faith in a vaccine that has killed thousands of healthy people, military and civilians alike.

“This is only the beginning. A lot more of us will be turning in our wings,” he said.

Fact #3 : USAF Announced Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccination

The US Air Force announced mandatory COVID-19 vaccination on 3 September 2021, which required all Airmen and Guardians to be FULLY-VACCINATED against COVID-19 by :

Active duty personnel : November 2, 2021
Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve personnel : December 2, 2021

There was no need for a force-wide text message because the notice was officially issued earlier.

Fact #4 : Secretary Of Defense Did Not Send Any Text Message

Defense Department spokesman, Charlie Dietz, confirmed that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin never sent a text message to all active members of the military.

It is also not logical for him to only give active military personnel all over the world only a few hours to get vaccinated.

Fact #5 : You Cannot Just Quit The US Air Force

Whether you are on Active Duty, or in the Reserves or Air National Guard service, you cannot just quit and walk away from the US Air Force.

Literally walking off the job is considered going AWOL (Absence Without Leave) – a court martial offence under Article 86 of the US Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Fact #6 : No F-22 Pilot Quit Over COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A spokesperson for Joint Base Langley-Eustis confirmed to Reuters that :

“To date, no pilots from the 1st Fighter Wing have resigned their commission due to the COVID-19 vaccination mandate”.

Fact #7 : No B-52 Crew Member Quit Over COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

A spokesperson for Barksdale Air Force Base told Reuters that the viral story was “completely false“.
