Bill Gates has already lost his marriage due his friendship with the convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, but he is about to lose a whole lot more, according to investigators who revealed the globalist billionaire is about to be thrown under the bus and prosecuted on child rape charges.

Gates isn’t the only global elite facing charges. A whole host of household names, including members of the US House and Senate, are currently sweating as the walls close in on them.

Epstein’s Little Black Book revealed it is not just politicians who are compromised in the worst possible way. Titans of industry and globalist elites including Bill Gates feature prominently. But we already knew that when Melinda Gates divorced her husband because he wouldn’t break off his creepy friendship with the convicted pedophile with his island full of underage sex slaves.

Mainstream media don’t want you to know this, but there are still court cases ongoing involving Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and their victims. Mainstream media don’t want you to know because they are desperately prevent the release of the Epstein client list.

Why are they so keen to keep it under wraps? Because the media is the PR department of the global elite – and Epstein’s client list will blow their cozy little world apart once and for all.

Truth : Bill Gates Is Not Facing Life Behind Bars For Child Rape!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : The People’s Voice Provided No Evidence

The introduction to The People’s Voice article claimed that “investigators” revealed that Bill Gates is about to be “prosecuted on child rape charges“.

But if you actually read the long, rambling article, you will realise that it actually does not provide any evidence that any law enforcement official has actually revealed that Bill Gates is going to be “prosecuted on child rape charges“.

In fact, Bill Gates was only mentioned 4 times in the entire article body. Other than the introduction which claimed that he’s about to be prosecuted for child rape, the article itself did not once say that Bill Gates was about to be charged for child rape.

This is as exciting as going to the theatre to watch a movie starring Tom Cruise, and seeing his face plastered on the movie poster… only to find out in the actual movie that he was merely recorded in the background walking with his son Connor. Totally lame.

Fact #2 : Bill Gates Has Not Been Prosecuted For Child Rape

To be clear – Bill Gates has not been prosecuted for child rape. In fact, there is no known investigation tying him to any child rape.

On top of that – The People’s Voice article itself does not actually say that he has been prosecuted for child rape. In fact, most of the article appears to avoid mentioning Bill Gates!

Fact #3 : Melinda Gates Message Appears To Be Fake

The Melinda Gates post telling Bill Gates that “It’s prison time” and that “Epstein blackmailed” him appears to be completely fabricated.

Even though it served as the cover image for The People’s Voice video, it was not mentioned or shown even once in the 11-minute long video. It was also poorly mosaiced, which allowed us to make out some of the words:

It’s prison time Bill.

You’re a sick (sonofabitch?) for abusing those children.

I have it all on tape.

Epstein blackmailed you and it’s catching up with (you?)

I hope they throw away (the key?)

Don’t attempt to speak to me or our children.

Melinda Gates has never posted such a thing to her former husband. If she did, it would have been international news.

I should also point out that she uses her full name – Melinda French Gates, instead of just Melinda Gates, in her social media accounts.

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is A Fake News Website

The People’s Voice is the new name / brand for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from NewsPunch / The People’s Voice. Here are some of its fake stories that I personally fact checked earlier:

Japan Releases Evidence That ALL COVID Variants Were Engineered in Biolabs

An official new study out of Japan has concluded that all Covid variants were engineered in biolabs and intentionally released into the public.

The mainstream media has recently ramped up reports that Covid cases are on the rise in the run-up to the 2024 election.

Mainstream journalists and health officials have been promoting the return of masks and vaccines to tackle the spread of new variants EG.5.1 and BA.X.

However, a recent Japanese study suggests that the plot to lockdown the public again may be part of a sinister plan to take away more of our personal freedoms.

NN reports: The study found that all previous variants of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, were not naturally occurring but were, in fact, made in a laboratory.

Presumably, the latest EG.5.1 and BA.X variants were also engineered in a lab, according to the study.

The study was led by renowned Japanese Professors Atsuki Tanaka and Takayuki Miyazawa of Osaka Medical University and Kyoto University.

Tanaka and Miyazawa wanted to trace the historical evolution of the omicron variant of SARS-CoV2.

To trace the variant’s origins, they studied viral sequences found “in the wild” and deposited in public databases.

In doing this they found around 100 separate omicron subvariants that could not conceivably have arisen through natural processes.

The existence of these variants seems to provide definitive proof of large-scale lab creation and release of COVID-19 viruses.

Moreover, the variants appear to form comprehensive panels of mutations typical of those used in “reverse genetics” experiments to systematically test the properties of different parts of viruses, Substacker PSMI wrote.

According to the professors’ findings, COVID-19 and all of its variants came from a lab.

“Suppose the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant and its one amino acid reversion mutants were artificially and systematically generated,” they further clarify.

“In that case, we should suspect that the other variants (Alpha to Delta) may also be artificially generated viruses.”

They continue by raising questions about who may have engineered the virus and why.

“One idea, the hypothesis that these viruses were artificially generated, is more reasonable than proposing a novel mutation acquisition mechanism,” the paper reads.

“However, is there any reason to artificially create these mutants, which are unlikely to have occurred naturally, given the current SARS-CoV-2 epidemic?”

Truth : Japan Did Not Confirm COVID Variants Were Engineered!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS about COVID-19 and the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Study Does Not Appear To Be Official / Peer-Reviewed

First, let me just direct you to the study – Unnatural evolutionary processes of SARS-CoV-2 variants and possibility of deliberate natural selection, which you can read for yourself here.

This is not an official study conducted by the Japanese government, or its agencies. Neither does this study appear to be published or peer-reviewed by any journal.

This study appears to be only “published” in Zenodo on August 15, 2023. Zenodo is not a journal though, but a general-purpose open repository for research papers, data sets, and other research-related digital files.

Zenodo (https://zenodo.org) is an open repository for all scholarship, enabling researchers from all disciplines to share and preserve their research outputs, regardless of size or format.

While this does not mean that the study is rubbish, it is important for the study to be at least pass the peer-review process, which is itself merely the first step in any scientific research review process.

Fact #2 : Study Only Looked At Omicron Variants

While The People’s Voice article claimed that the study “concluded that all Covid variants were engineered in biolabs“, that is simply not the case. For one thing – the study only looked at Omicron variants.

In this study, we aimed to clarify the evolutionary processes leading to the formation of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variants, focusing on Omicron variants with many amino acid mutations in the spike protein among SARS-CoV-2 isolates.

The study authors certainly never concluded that “all Covid variants were engineered in biolabs“.

Fact #3 : Study Never Said COVID-19 Was Artificially Created

While The People’s Voice article claimed that the study “concluded that all Covid variants were engineered in biolabs“, that is also not the case.

The authors pointed out in their study (PDF download) that they “do not conclude” that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was “artificially synthesized”.

Furthermore, we do not conclude that these viruses were artificially synthesized…

In addition, the authors went to some length to point out that it is impossible to know if the original SARS-CoV-2 virus was natural or artificial.

It has been claimed that SARS-CoV-2 is artificially generated because of the unnatural presence of a codon (CGG) encoding a contiguous arginine at the furin cleavage site of SARS-CoV-2. This claim is refuted based on the following facts;

1) there is no logical reason for a genetically engineered virus to utilize such a suboptimal furin cleavage site.

2) The only previous study on artificial insertion of furin cleavage sites at the S1/S2 boundary of the S protein of SARS-CoV-1 using the pseudotype virus experimental system utilized the optimal “RRSRR” sequence, which is different from the furin cleavage site’s sequence present in SARS-CoV-2.

3) There is also no evidence of previous studies at the Wuhan Institute of Virology that artificially inserted a complete furin cleavage site in coronaviruses.

4) Unnatural CGG codons adjacent to the arginine at the furin cleavage site are rare in coronaviruses but are observed at a particular frequency in SARS-CoV-1, SARS-CoV-2, and other human coronaviruses.

However, these are only declarations and are illogical. No one explained why a naturally occurring virus would utilize a suboptimal furin cleavage site. It has not been mentioned about technically possible to insert this furin cleavage site or a CGG codon artificially. Inserting a polybasic furin cleavage site on the S protein makes it impossible to conclude whether SARS-CoV-2 is a naturally occurring or artificial virus by discussing whether it is natural or artificial.

Fact #4 : Study Never Said COVID-19 Was Intentionally Released

The People’s Voice article also claimed that the study “concluded that all Covid variants” were “intentionally released into the public“. Again, that is not the case.

The authors pointed out in their study (PDF download) that they “do not conclude” that the SARS-CoV-2 virus was “distributed based on malicious intent”.

… we do not conclude that these viruses were … distributed based on malicious intent.

Fact #5 : Study Hypothesises Gain-of-Function Creation Of Omicron

The study authors are hypothesising that the Omicron variants may have been artificially synthesised, based on their finding that “most of the mutations” in the S protein of the Omicron variants “are non-synonymous“, which they claim is “highly unnatural“.

The authors suggested that the mutations may have been “artificially generated to identify amino acids of the S protein involved in the infectivity and virulence” of the coronavirus.

While the authors did not explicitly say so, they are suggesting that the Omicron variant may have been introduced as an accidental lab leak of gain-of-function research into SARS-CoV-2.

Fact #6 : Study Called For Further Research

Rather that coming to the conclusion that “all Covid variants were engineered in biolabs and intentionally released into the public” as claimed by The People’s Voice article, the authors pointed out that their study had some weaknesses:

their databases had “a limited number of viral sequences”, and
their data may be unreliable due to “technical problems in sequencing or some malicious intent”

As such, their paper aims to “point out” that the SARS-CoV-2 virus has undergone “unthinkable mutations under conventional coronavirus mutation mechanisms“, and the authors “hope” that the “possibility of artificial theory” be “included in the discussion“.

In other words – the study authors suggest that more research should be conducted to look at the possibility that these COVID-19 variants were artificially created as part of reverse genetics / Gain-of-Function (GoF) research.

The activity on Hanks’ social media feeds follows explosive allegations against Hollywood royalty including Hanks and Steven Spielberg, accusing them of being abusive pedophiles.

According to the commenters, Hanks is a prolific pedophile who has been “hiding in plain sight” in the public eye for decades, while flaunting his depraved lifestyle through the use of signs and symbols.

There is no evidence that Tom Hanks only recently disabled comments on his Instagram account, due to a deluge of comments about his “child sex crimes”.

After scouring through past snapshots of his Instagram account, it appears that Tom Hanks disabled comments after posting on March 13, 2020 that he and his wife, Rita Wilson, were doing well after getting COVID-19.

According to snapshots from archive.today, Tom Hank appears to have disabled comments on his Instagram post sometime between 2 August 2020 and 13 September 2020.

In other words – Tom Hanks appears to have disabled comments on his Instagram account more than 3 years ago!

Fact #2 : Sarah Ruth Ashcraft Claims Were From 2018

The article appears to claim that these claims against Tom Hanks came after Sarah Ruth Ashcraft announced that her father sold her to Tom Hanks for sex when she was 13 years old.

The trouble is – Sarah Ruth Ashcraft made that claim back in July 2018 – more than 5 years ago. So that accusation is not new.

Fact #3 : No Evidence Tom Hanks Committed Child Sex Crimes

Despite Sarah Ruth Ashcraft publicly accusing Tom Hanks of sexually abusing her while she was under “mind control” over 5 years ago, she did not appear to file any police report, or provide any evidence to back up her claims.

This is me at 13, the age I was when @tomhanks purchased me from my father for sex as a dissociated #mindcontrol doll. I wonder how much he paid? I wonder how much $$$ my father made for breaking my mind & selling my child body throughout my life. Will I ever get to know?

So far, Sarah Ruth Ashcraft is the only person who ever accused Tom Hanks of sexual abuse.

Fact #4 : Sarah Ruth Ashcraft Also Accused Many People Of Sex Crimes

Interestingly, Sarah Ruth Ashcraft also accused other people of sexually abusing her as a child:

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has ordered world governments to being arresting citizens to refuse to believe in man-made climate change.

In a memo posted to their website, the WEF calls “climate inaction” a “human rights violation.”

The author of the memo suggests there will be an increasing number of climate-related lawsuits in the coming years.

“Climate-related litigation generally seems poised for expansion,” the article states.

Activistpost.com reports: According to the Global Climate Change Litigation database, there have been over 130 cases worldwide that have brought human rights-based claims against governments.

Furthermore, a legal advocate for climate litigation, Clémentine Baldon, told the WEF last year that there is a strong expectation that human rights-related climate claims “will continue to increase.”

On Wednesday, a lawsuit went to the European Court of Human Rights, brought forth by six young individuals against 32 European countries. The six individuals are alleging that the countries’ have failed to address the “climate crisis” caused by human activities.

“It’s being described as “unprecedented” in terms of potential impact,” the WEF stated.

“A win could push some of the wealthiest countries in the world to ramp up their responses to a changing climate; a loss could affect the numerous other legal efforts now underway to target inaction.”

Truth : WEF Did Not Order Arrests Of Climate Change Deniers!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created about the WEF, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : It Was An Article, Not A Memo

First, let me just point out that it was a World Economic Forum article (link here), and not a memo.

Unlike an article, a memo – short for memorandum – is a brief written record / reminder of the author’s memory, or to serve as a quick summary of a meeting or discussion.

The article was also written by two authors – John Letzing and Minji Sung, not a single author as claimed in The People’s Voice article.

Fact #2 : Article Was About Rights-Based Climate Lawsuits

The WEF article did not call “climate inaction” a “human rights violation” as claimed in The People’s Voice article.

In fact, the title of the article questioned that – Is climate inaction a human rights violation?

The WEF article also pointed out that “rights-based climate litigation” has “a mixed track record“.

Fact #3 : WEF Did Not Order Any Arrest

Nowhere in the entire WEF article did anyone call for the arrest of any climate change denier.

In fact, the words “arrest” or “arresting” do not appear a single time in the entire WEF article.

Just to be clear – issuing a lawsuit against someone or an organisation does not mean you are ordering them to be arrested.

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Offered Zero Evidence

Interestingly, The People’s Voice article itself has not offered any evidence that the WEF ordered world governments to arrest anyone, much less “citizens [who] refuse to believe in man-made climate change”.

In fact, the words “arrest” or “arresting” only appear twice in its entire article. Once in the title, and once in its byline:

People are sharing an article by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), suggesting or claiming that Japan just ordered an investigation into COVID-19 vaccines because of skyrocketing excess deaths?!

“Today, we filed a lawsuit against the Japanese government for cancellation of the administrative action,” announced Dr. Masanori Fukushima during a press conference. Because the Japanese Health Ministry refuses to acknowledge the causal link between vaccines and deaths, Professor Fukushima and a team of researchers said they “had no choice but to dare to take legal action.”

Masanori Fukushima is an infectious disease expert and Professor Emeritus at Kyoto University — with over 25 years of oncology experience. He has been hammering at the cracks in the vaccine narrative and publicly condemned Japan’s Ministry of Health late last year.

“Today, it is a matter of fundamental importance for the Japanese government to continuously collect and disclose accurate data,” Professor Fukushima expressed. “However, I have witnessed the recent fraud scandal committed by the Health Ministry.”

“I have come to realize that this is a historically serious problem that threatens the very existence of the nation of Japan,” he stressed. “As a medical doctor and a scientist, I had no choice but to dare to take legal action.”

Dr. Fukushima continues, explaining the importance of honestly disclosing public health data.

“Needless to say, it is absolutely important to disclose real-world data on the efficacy and safety of the vaccination against the COVID-19 virus. This is because such data is directly linked to people’s healthcare, livelihood, and economy. Therefore, I believe that the Japanese government, that is, the Health Ministry, must disclose the data properly to the public.”

Professor Masanori Fukushima then breaks down some startling data. “Take a look at the data for 65-69 and 70-79 age groups,” he implored. “Surprisingly, the number of new infections or positive cases per 100,000 people is four times higher for people who have been vaccinated twice, compared to unvaccinated people.”

“Also, look at the data provided by the Advisory Board in September 2021,” he invited. “The fatality rate of the unvaccinated people and the fatality rates of the one-dose and two-dose vaccine people were described properly. According to the description in red, vaccination has indeed reduced the fatality rate for those over 65 years of age. However, for all ages, vaccination has demonstrated the opposite effect, causing higher fatality rates. This is a paradoxical phenomenon,” he asserted.

“As such, data on the fatality rates had already been published in official documents after all. However, in last year’s data, the Health Ministry deleted all that information,” Dr. Fukushima loathed.

“In fact, vaccination has been recommended based on the explanation that vaccination does not prevent infection, but vaccination prevents severe illness and reduces the mortality rate.” However, Dr. Fukushima countered, “based on the data published by the Advisory Board in September 2021, the basis for recommending vaccination for all ages should no longer exist anymore. Despite the fact, the Health Ministry has pushed ahead with the vaccination.”

And as such, Professor Fukushima considers the situation to be “a serious national crisis.” “This is why I have decided to file a lawsuit against the government at this time.”

Truth : Japan Did Not Order Investigation Of COVID-19 Vaccine Deaths!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS circulating on social media, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Japan Did Not Order Any Investigation Into COVID-19 Vaccines

First, let me just point out that the Japanese government has not ordered any investigation into COVID-19 vaccines.

In fact, The People’s Voice article only makes that claim in its title. The article itself does not refer to any investigation by the Japanese government into COVID-19 vaccines!

The truth is – a Japanese private citizen called Dr. Masanori Fukushima took upon himself to call for a press conference to announce that he decided to “file a lawsuit against the Japanese government” over COVID-19 vaccines.

It looks like all those who shared the article, and claimed that Japan just ordered an investigation into COVID-19 vaccines after excess deaths skyrocketed did not actually read the article itself…

Of course, one has to wonder why The People’s Voice used a title that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the content of its own article…

Fact #2 : Dr. Fukushima Filed His Lawsuit In February 2023

The article by The People’s Voice isn’t even new. It was published on June 9, 2023. But even that article was based on old news.

Dr. Masanori Fukushima announced his decision to sue the Japanese government over COVID-19 vaccines on 2 February 2023 – 4 months before The People’s Voice published its article.

Interestingly, the video (and screenshots) of Dr. Fukushima announcing his lawsuit against the Japanese government was widely shared on social media in February 2023. Yet, both the video or its screenshots were not seen in The People’s Voice‘s article.

In the spirit of transparency, I attached it below. As you can see, it was posted by @ShortShort_News, and dated 2 February 2023.

Fact #3 : No Evidence Japanese Government Deleted Data

There does not appear to be any evidence that the Japanese government deleted data on the COVID-19 fatality rate of vaccinated vs unvaccinated people.

In fact, Dr. Fukushima mentioned that the Japanese government had earlier published the data in September 2021. Once published, the information is already public. So it wouldn’t matter even if the Japanese government actually tries to delete the data.

It is quite likely that the quote on the Japanese Health Ministry “deleting” the information was a mistranslation. Dr. Fukushima probably meant that the Japanese Health Ministry was no longer providing updated information, or stopped providing the data.

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is A Fake News Website

The People’s Voice is the new name / brand for NewsPunch, which likely changed its name because it has been so thoroughly discredited, its brand was worthless.

Like Real Raw News, NewPunch was a FAKE NEWS website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

Her grieving husband, Craig Smart, took to the school’s Facebook page to pay tribute to his beloved wife.

Expose Them : Former Olympic swimmer Helen Smart (formerly Don-Duncan) died suddenly at the age of 42. She was the head teacher at Worsley Mesnes Primary School. In 2022 the school promoted covid vaccination for children 5 and up.

No Evidence Helen Smart Died Suddenly From Vaccine SADS!

It’s now tradition for anti-vaccination activists to blame all sudden deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine.

Here are the reasons why this is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists…

Fact #1 : Helen Smart Died Suddenly In Her Sleep

Helen Smart (born Helen Don-Duncan on 9 June 1981) was an English competitive backstroke swimmer, who represented England in the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, and Great Britain in the 2000 Olympics Games in Sydney.

She retired from competitive swimming after the 2000 Sydney Olympics – 23 years ago, and began a career in teaching. She eventually became the headteacher of Worsley Mesnes Community Primary School in Wigan.

On Friday, 11 August 2023, the former Olympian and her brother, Robert, drove both their families and their parents to Cumbria, to celebrate Robert’s 40th birthday.

Their extended family stayed at a large cottage at the banks of Lake Coniston, where Helen went paddle boarding that evening. Hours later, she went to bed at midnight, saying that she was tired.

At around 4 AM in the morning, Helen’s 4 year-old daughter, Heidi woke up and tried to get in bed with her. That was when Helen was found unresponsive. Her mother, Linda, detailed what happened to Mailonline:

We are just in so much shock. You jump from believing it to not believing it. She had been paddle boarding a few hours before and had never even been ill apart from her knees swelling from swimming.

We’re distraught. They don’t know what it is but they think it must have happened shortly after she went to bed. She just died in her sleep.

At midnight, she went to bed telling me: ‘I’ll go to bed now mum as I know I’ll be woken at 6am by Heidi. I just want to get some sleep in as I’ve had a long day.

Heidi had woken up in the night and tried to get into bed with her. She said to her daddy: ”Mummy won’t wake up’. He said: ”Oh she must be very tired Heidi – you go back to bed.”

He put the torch on and he said later that when he looked he could tell. Robert woke us up at 4am and said: ‘Mum, dad you need to keep up – we think Helen’s died. We just ran up and followed up and there she was in bed

I touched her foot and she was cold. I walked round and to the side of her and she looked asleep but you could tell she was gone. I just said: ”Why couldn’t it have been me.” I would have happily swapped places with her. That’s not the way round it should have been. I just thought, no no.

Fact #2 : Helen Smart’s Cause Of Death Is Still Unknown

It is still unknown HOW or WHY Helen Smart died in her sleep. Her family has not publicly mentioned her cause of death. Even when her husband, Craig Smart, released a statement, he did not mention that her cause of death:

She loved the school, staff, children and parents so much. She was so proud to reach her goal of being headteacher.

She used to say to me all the time she could never see herself at another school. She was Worsley Mesnes through and through!

I remember only last week she said her goal was to get the school to outstanding and that she had the right staff to achieve this.

I hope you all keep learning like champions. Please learn from this and live your best life, no regrets.

It is unknown if an autopsy has been conducted, but until and unless her family or the coroner reveals her official cause of death, anyone who claims that Helen Smart / Helen Don-Duncan died from this or that cause is likely lying to you.

Fact #3 : Helen Smart Was Well Before Her Death

Anti-vaccination activists are suggesting that Helen Smart “died suddenly” from vaccine SADS or some vaccine injury, because she was perfectly healthy and well before her sudden death.

As I pointed out earlier – Helen Smart was paddle boarding just hours before her death. That suggests that she was healthy, and not suffering from myocarditis / pericarditis that is often blamed on mRNA vaccines, or any “vaccine injury” for the matter.

Just because she was not ill earlier, does not mean she died from a COVID-19 vaccine side effect. There are many causes of sudden death during sleep – stroke, sudden cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, heart disease, etc.

Until and unless an autopsy is conducted, and her official cause of death is known, we simply do not know why Helen Smart died suddenly in her sleep, much less blame her death on COVID-19 vaccines.

Fact #4 : No Evidence COVID-19 Vaccines Cause SADS

After billions of doses were administered worldwide over the last 2.5 years, there is still no evidence that COVID-19 vaccines cause Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS).

In fact, this is a rather ludicrous claim as SADS was first documented in 1977 – long before COVID-19 vaccines were invented!

SADS also occurs at a rate of 0.12 to 0.21 per 100,000 people every single year. In other words, approximately 9,000 to 16,000 people die from SADS every single year, before the COVID-19 vaccines were invented.

Despite what anti-vaccination activists may tell you – SADS is not a new vaccine-related syndrome.

SADS is usually caused by an abnormal heart rhythm that leads to a cardiac arrest. That’s why it can be prevented by implanting a cardioverter-defribillator.

Fact #5 : Unknown If Helen Smart Was Vaccinated

Despite claims that Helen Smart was fully-vaccinated, there isn’t any actual evidence that she ever received the COVID-19 vaccine. Her COVID-19 vaccination status has never been made public.

Even though The People’s Voice (formerly known as NewsPunch) declared in its title that Helen Smart died suddenly “following booster shot”, there is no evidence she received a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose recently, or even at all.

It is possible that Helen Smart was unvaccinated against COVID-19. After all, the COVID-19 vaccine is not mandatory in the United Kingdom.

In fact, many people who were injured or died suddenly were actually unvaccinated, like Kris Jordan, Aaron Carter, Kirstie Alley, Stephan Bonnar, Shane Macaulay, David Wayne Burleson, and Kaden Clymer.

Until and unless her family reveals her COVID-19 vaccination status, anyone who tells you that Helen Smart was vaccinated or otherwise, is likely lying to you. None of us have any evidence of that.

Fact #6 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Even if Helen Smart was fully-vaccinated against COVID-19, she would have received her doses more than a year ago! She cannot possibly have suffered from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days or weeks.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Your own immune system will identify the spike proteins as foreign, and destroy them within a matter of days, although some may last for up to a few weeks. This is part of how vaccines teach your immune system to identify the enemy and destroy it.

Fact #7 : Claims Of COVID-19 Vaccine Injuries Often Proven False

Most claims of sudden deaths / injuries due to the COVID-19 vaccine have been proven false. Here is the latest dozen of other false sudden death claims!

Will these anti-vaccination activists apologise for lying to you? Nope! They will just move on to the next death or tragedy…

Bill Gates has unveiled a new mRNA vaccine technology that uses patches instead of needles that he hopes government’s will force low-income people to wear.

Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, World Health Organization (WHO), and Gavi, the vaccine-containing microarray patches (VMAP) – also known as “micro-array patches” or “microneedle patches” – have been the subject of dozens of scientific papers in recent years.

According to Gates, the mRNA patches will solve the problem of vaccine hesitancy in countries that cannot afford traditional needle-based vaccines.

Childrenshealthdefense.org reports: Scientific and medical experts who spoke with The Defender raised questions about the technology and warned of potential dangers.

Brian Hooker, Ph.D., P.E., senior director of science and research for Children’s Health Defense, said that the term “vaccine patch” may also be misleading, as it might be confused with nicotine patches for smokers.

Hooker told The Defender:

“The term ‘vaccine patch’ is misleading in that this microarray technology is nothing like other patch-based delivery systems for nicotine or hormones. This ‘patch’ still breaks the skin in order to deliver the liquid vaccine that is contained in the microarray’s matrix.

“As such, I don’t quite understand how this injection system will be delivered to patients and parents to administer the vaccine directly. That seems quite risky.

“Unfortunately, repackaging the same vaccines in this different platform does nothing to improve their safety — as this seems more a ploy to convince consumers otherwise.”

Truth : Bill Gates Did Not Develop mRNA Vaccine Patches For The Poor!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created about Bill Gates, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Bill Gates Did Not Develop VMAP

As clever as Bill Gates may be, he did not develop vaccine-containing microarray patches (VMAP), or even the microarray patch technology.

Microarray patch technology, which is also known as microneedle patches, was first developed by a research group headed by Mark Prausnitz at the Georgia Institute of Technology,

Just because the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has funded some of this research, does not mean Bill Gates invented or developed VMAP, any more than any stock investor or venture capitalist can claim to be the inventor of the technologies developed by the companies they invest in.

Fact #2 : VMAP Has Been In Development Since 1998

Vaccine-containing microarray patches (VMAP) isn’t really new technology. They have been in development since Mark Prausnitz’s team demonstrated in 1998 that microneedles can penetrate the uppermost layer (stratum corneum) of the human skin, and therefore could be used to deliver therapeutic agents.

Since then, many research teams have worked on developing and improving the microarray / microneedle patch technology, and there are now 5 main types:

Solid microneedle array to create microscopic wells in the skin, for the drug to be applied via a transdermal patch.
Hollow microneedles to deliver the drug directly into the skin.
Coated microneedles to deliver the drug directly into the skin.
Dissolvable microneedles to ensure the drug only dissolves once inside the body.
Hydrogel-forming microneedles to create a hydrogel that releases the drug inside the skin.

Fact #3 : There Are No mRNA Vaccine Patches

The claim that Bill Gates has developed mRNA vaccine patches that he hopes to force poor people to use is utter nonsense. There are no mRNA vaccine patches, period.

No mRNA vaccine patches are known to have been developed to date, never mind tested and approved!

In addition, there is no evidence that Bill Gates ever claimed that “mRNA patches will solve the problem of vaccine hesitancy”. After all… there are NO mRNA vaccine patches!

Fact #4 : No One Is Forcing Poor People To Get Vaccinated

The claim that these non-existent mRNA vaccine patches are being developed to force poor people to get vaccinated is utter nonsense as well.

As UNICEF points out – the VMAP technology is an alternative immunisation method that has the potential to:

increase acceptability by caregivers and recipients
make vaccines easier to administer
improve safety for healthcare workers
reduce the need for cold chains
enable easier storage and transportation
remove the risk of needle waste

There is no mandate to vaccinate using VMAPs, just as there is no mandate to vaccinate using standard intramuscular injections.

Truth be told – if people are really forced to get the COVID-19 vaccine, poor or otherwise, the “evil government” can just inject them all using existing intramuscular syringes. There is no need to develop new VMAP technology at all!

Needless to say, The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch) offered no evidence to back up its claim that Bill Gates developed mRNA vaccine patches that “he hopes governments will force low-income people to wear“.

Fact #5 : The People’s Voice Is A Fake News Website

The Peruvian government has declared a 90-day national state of emergency due to an explosion of cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, according to local reports.

Guillain-Barre syndrome is a rare disorder where the body’s immune system attacks part of the peripheral nervous system. While the syndrome is not contagious, a 90-day health emergency was declared because the current cases “have unusual and atypical characteristics that require rapid or immediate initial treatment,” Peru’s Institute of Neurological Sciences said.

The exact cause of Guillain-Barre syndrome is not known, however it is officially listed as a reaction in those who receive the Johnson & Johnson or AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine, both of which were widely administered in Peru, which has a national vaccination rate of 92%.

Fact #1 : Guillain-Barré Syndrome Is An Autoimmune Disorder

First, let me just start with a quick primer on Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS), which is a rare, autoimmune disorder that damages the patient’s peripheral nervous system.

Basically, the body’s own immune system mistakenly attacks the peripheral nerves and damages their myelin insulation, after being triggered by an infection, or less commonly, by surgery, and rarely, by vaccination.

GBS patients experience numbness, tingling sensation, and pain, as well as progressive muscle weakness. Some people will develop weakness of their breathing muscles, leading to life-threatening breathing difficulties.

Fact #2 : Peru Declared Health Emergency On July 8

On 26 June 2023, the National Center for Epidemiology, Prevention, and Disease Control (CDC) of Peru issued an epidemiological alert (PDF download) announcing an increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) cases across the country.

For the first 27 epidemiological weeks in 2023, 191 cases of GBS were reported, with 77 cases confirmed. Four deaths were reported – 1 in January, 1 in March, and two in May. Here was the breakdown:

58.6% (112 cases) were males between 2 and 86 years, with an average age of 41
40.3% (77 cases) were adults between 30 and 59 years
26.7% (51 cases) were senior citizens 60 years and older
19.9% (38 cases) were children under 17 years of age

On 8 July 2023, Peru issued a national Health Emergency decree, which authorises:

The implementation of an action plan that includes financing for the provision of strategic resources in health, including the acquisition of human immunoglobulin as part of the treatment of patients with Guillain Barré syndrome.
Intensification of surveillance, prevention, and response actions to possible cases.
Communication of risk to health professionals and issuance of key messages to the population to adopt preventive measures.
Advice, information, and guidance on Guillain Barré syndrome to health professionals and the general population.

Fact #3 : Peru Declared Similar Emergencies Pre-Pandemic

Globally, Guillain-Barré syndrome is considered a rare disease, with 1-2 cases per 100,000 people per year. However, it is surprisingly common in Peru, at least relatively to the rest of the world.

A country of 33 million people, Peru records 300 to 500 cases annually. The Peruvian government has previously declared similar health emergencies in 2018 and 2019. During the last 3 years, cases dropped – probably due to the lockdown and other COVID-19 health measures:

During the year 2020, 448 cases were reported nationally with a weekly average of 11 cases; in 2021, 210 cases were reported with a weekly average of 4 cases, and in 2022, 225 cases were reported with a weekly average of 4 cases.

This shows that Peru’s Guillain-Barré syndrome problem existed long before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, and certainly long before COVID-19 vaccines were invented.

Fact #4 : Previous Outbreaks Were Due To Infections

Guillain-Barre syndrome is most commonly caused by infections. So it comes to no surprise that the previous outbreaks in Peru were found to be caused by infections:

2018 outbreak : An enterovirus transmitted mainly by the faecal-oral route
2019 outbreak : Campylobacter jejuni bacteria, of the ST2993 genotype

Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is a known complication of Campylobacter jejuni infections.

Fact #5 : Current Outbreaks Linked To Bacterial Infection

In the current 2023 outbreak, most patients presented with infections, or signs of infection:

24.1% (46 cases) : respiratory infection
23% (44 cases) : gastrointestinal infection
16.2% (31 cases) : fever

Samples were collected from those patients, and as of 10 July 2023, eleven cases were confirmed to be infected with Campylobacter jejuni – the same bacteria that caused the 2019 outbreak!

Just to be clear – neither the SARS-CoV-2 virus, nor the COVID-19 vaccine, can transform into Campylobacter jejuni bacteria.

And let me just repeat this – Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is a known complication of Campylobacter jejuni infections.

Fact #6 : GBS Caused By Vaccine Is Rare

Guillain-Barré syndrome can be caused by vaccination, but this is very rare. When it comes to COVID-19 vaccines, it has been associated with the AstraZeneca and Janssen vaccines – both using the virus vector method.

It is plausible for the adenovirus used by the two vaccines to trigger GBS. After all, the vaccine works by “infecting” our cells with the harmless adenovirus to deliver the necessary genetic code to create the COVID-19 spike protein.

However, the risk of developing Guillain-Barré syndrome with these virus vector vaccines are rare. With the Janssen vaccine, only about 100 suspected GBS cases were reported after 12.8 million people received the vaccine.

The risk of developing GBS with the AstraZeneca vaccine, on the other hand, is between 98 to 140 cases per million doses of the vaccine.

While it is possible that some of the GBS cases in Peru might be due to COVID-19 vaccination, they would be relatively few.

Fact #7 : Guillain-Barré syndrome Is Rapid In Onset

Regardless of the risk of developing GBS from COVID-19 vaccines, it is very unlikely that the current outbreak has anything to do with COVID-19 vaccination. That’s because Guillain-Barre syndrome is rapid-onset – it occurs quickly.

Most Peruvians received their COVID-19 vaccinations by end of May 2022. Therefore, it is impossible for their past COVID-19 vaccinations to surface a year later as Guillain-Barré syndrome.

As usual, NewsPunch / The People’s Voice offered ZERO EVIDENCE to back up its claims. That’s because it’s a fake story – Chelsea Clinton never once say that it was time to force-jab every child in America with the mRNA vaccine, with or without parental consent!

NewsPunch / The People’s Voice also offered NO EVIDENCE that Chelsea Clinton said “she hopes to force jab unvaccinated children via a new initiative called “The Big Catch-up”.

In fact, anyone who spends just a minute or two to search on Google or Bing would have discovered that there is not even a single quote from any speech or video to show that Chelsea Clinton called for children to be forcibly vaccinated with the mRNA vaccines, with or without parent consent.

Fact #3 : The Big Catch-Up Is About Childhood Vaccinations

The NewsPunch / The People’s Voice is based on what Chelsea Clinton said at Fortune’s Barnstorm Health conference in Marin del Ray, California on April 26, 2023.

At the event, she was promoting The Big Catch-Up, which is a global public health initiative to vaccinate children against childhood diseases like measles, diphtheria, polio and yellow fever.

Not only was she referring to a global initiative, she was also referring to childhood diseases. She certainly did not said that children should be forcibly vaccinated. Neither did she say that they should be vaccinated with or without their parents’ consent.

The Big Catch-Up does not involve mRNA vaccines or COVID-19 vaccines. It only targets childhood vaccinations that have declined during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In other words – claims that this is about forcibly vaccinating American children with the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines is utter nonsense, and are pure lies.

Fact #4 : She Warned About Low Childhood Vaccinations In The US

The Big Catch-Up isn’t focused on the United States. Rather, it mainly targets the 20 countries where three quarters of children who missed vaccinations in 2021 lives – Afghanistan, Angola, Brazil, Cameroon, Chad, DPRK, DRC, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines, Somalia, Madagascar, Mexico, Mozambique, Myanmar, Tanzania, Viet Nam.

While the United States isn’t the main focus of The Big Catch-Up, Chelsea Clinton pointed out that many US c children failed to get their childhood vaccines. Less than 70% of children ages 2 and under in the US were considered fully vaccinated during 2020-2021, having received a full set of shots for diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, and other diseases common before the vaccine era.

No one should die of polio, measles, or pneumonia—including in this country, where we also need people to vaccinate their kids.

Hungarian prosecutors are preparing charges against 92-year-old Hungarian-American financier George Soros for aiding and abetting the murder of thousands of Hungarians during the Nazi occupation during World War II.

Soros is set to be charged with “knowingly and willfully” aiding and abetting the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest from September 1942 to January 1943, according to a source in the prosecutor’s office in Budapest, Hungary.

Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s administration have been seeking justice for historical crimes committed by Hungarian Nazi collaborators and Soros is understood to have been using his vast resources to “hide in plain sight” for decades.

Prime Minister Orban has been warning about Soros’ corrosive influence on society for decades. “Europe must not succumb to the Soros network,” wrote Orbán recently.

Soros was born to a Jewish family in Hungary in 1930, and survived the Holocaust by collaborating with the Nazis. He has expressed a total lack of remorse for his actions, telling 60 Minutes in 1988 that if he didn’t do it, somebody else would have anyway.

Soros was been missing since at least March 5, shortly after news leaked about the impending charges. He was expected to attend a conference on his recent work on African education however he did not arrive.

The prosecution considers Soros fit to stand trial despite his advanced age, the prosecutor’s office said, however the case will be on hold until he is arrested.

Soros founded the Open Society Foundation in 1993 to help promote far-left values and open borders around the world. Laura Silber, a spokesperson for the foundation, told USA TODAY that the claim Soros aided and abetted Nazis is “100% false.”

US-based fact checkers have regularly defended Soros from claims that he was a Nazi during his teenage years. However, these same fact checkers are funded in part or wholly by Soros and they have failed to identify this conflict of interest while reporting on Soros.

The Hungarian government and media certainly made no mention of any legal action against George Soros, an American citizen who lives in New York.

Fact #3 : George Soros Was A Jewish Child During World War 2

The claim that George Soros is a lifelong Nazi who collaborated with them in World War 2 is laughably false.

George Soros (born György Schwarz on August 13, 1930) was only 9 years old when World War 2 broke out in Europe. On top of that, he was a Jew!

To protect themselves from antisemitism, his family changed their name from the German-Jewish name of Schwartz to Soros, which meant “next in line” in Hungarian. His family only survived the war by purchasing documents that declared them as “Christians”.

As a Jewish child, George Soros had to pose as the Christian godson of a Hungarian government official. He would personally witness the confiscation of Jewish property, calling it a very personal experience of evil.

Fact #4 : Tivadar Soros Saved Other Hungarian Jews

It is also ridiculous to claim that George Soros collaborated with Nazis, when his father, Tivadar Soros, was notable for helping to save other Hungarian Jews.

When George Soros was 13 years old, the Jewish Council asked kids like him to hand out deportation notices. His father recognised the list for what it really was, and asked George to warn them.

The Jewish Council asked the little kids to hand out the deportation notices. I was told to go to the Jewish Council. And there I was given these small slips of paper … I took this piece of paper to my father. He instantly recognized it. This was a list of Hungarian Jewish lawyers. He said, ‘You deliver the slips of paper and tell the people that if they report they will be deported.’ I’m not sure to what extent he knew they were going to be gassed. I did what my father said.

George Soros would later call 1944 as “the happiest [year] of his life” because it gave him the opportunity to witness his father’s heroism.

Fact #5 : Nazi Germany Only Occupied Hungary In 1944

The claim that George Soros “knowingly and willfully” collaborated with Nazis, and aided and abetted the murder of Jewish Hungarians in Budapest from September 1942 to January 1943 is easily proven false.

Not only was he a child (as mentioned above), the Nazis only occupied Hungary in March 1944. So he could not possibly have aided the Nazis in killing Jews in Budapest 1-2 years earlier.

Fact #6 : George Soros Is Vehemently Anti-Nazi

It is ludicrous for people to claim that George Soros is a lifelong Nazi, when he is a Jewish survivor of Nazi occupation of Hungary in World War 2, who personally witnessed other Jews getting taken away to be killed.

Since then, he has been a supporter of progressive and liberal political causes, which he supports through his Open Society Foundations. He has personally influenced the Fall of Communism In Eastern Europe.

He has donated billions on philanthropy promoting democracy and good governance, which makes him unpopular amongst nationalists and populists, who often create and/or spread conspiracy theories about him, including labelling him as a Nazi, amongst other things.

Preparations are underway for crimes against humanity trials at the International Criminal Court in the Hague, according to an ICC insider who reveals that key figures from the globalist establishment are set to be sacrificed on the altar of public outrage for their crimes in the elite’s failed Covid plandemic.

The globalist elite have made the last three years hell for the majority but we have held strong, maintained our dignity, and exposed their lies, one by one. Ultimately the Nazis just rebranded and tried again under a new disguise.

Nazi scientists and doctors were exported to the United States and Europe was overrun by globalist organizations featuring children and grandchildren of the Nazi leadership. Schwab, Soros and EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen are just a few examples of globalist leaders with direct ties to the Nazi leadership that was supposedly eradicated at Nuremberg. And these globalist leaders are continuing their work in a new disguise.

Given the failures of Nuremberg, we have to learn from history and make sure this time the real criminals are held accountable for crimes against humanity. The evidence to convict is already out there. We have been methodically building our case against our abusers, building files of their slip-ups and admissions, ever since they became arrogant enough to think they could deprive us our our freedoms and subjugate the entire human race.

There is plenty of evidence to prove that major players knew exactly what they were doing all along. That includes Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Klaus Schwab, and Big Pharma CEOs including Stephane Bancel of Moderna and Albert Bourla of Pfizer. There will be no “I was just following orders” defense for these characters at Nuremberg 2.0.

There is also plenty of evidence that politicians in every World Economic Forum-infiltrated country knew exactly what was going on too. And the evidence continues to emerge. This week in the UK, journalist Isabel Oakeshott passed more than 100,000 leaked Whatsapp messages to the Telegraph, revealing that senior government ministers discussed when to “deploy” the next variant to “frighten the pants off” the public.

Health Secretary Matt Hancock’s private messages reveal the British government “deployed the new variant” to intimidate people into getting the vaccine. Tell me how this is any different to the behavior of terrorists?

Make no mistake, the people are waking up. The Biden government paid influencers to shill for the vaccine during the Covid years as part of the elite’s brainwashing campaign, but those lies didn’t stand the test of time. Russell Brand appeared on the Joe Rogan podcast this week and they combined to red pill millions of people about the evils of Bill Gates, including truth bombs about his work in Africa.

Damning stuff that we at the People’s Voice have been reporting on for years. But Rogan and Brand weren’t finished with Gates yet. And remember, millions upon millions of people are watching this content. Gates’ evil works are slowly but surely being exposed to the whole world.

Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel was caught admitting to his friends at the World Economic Forum that his company produced 100,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccine doses in 2019 – before the pandemic started.

In the revealing footage from the World Economic Forum, Bancel also let slip that he had foreknowledge of a little something called the Covid pandemic. Make no mistake, this is proof, from the horse’s mouth, that Moderna and the Big Pharma cartel were complicit in planning the pandemic so they could push the global elite’s depopulation drug on the masses.

And you might remember that Dr Ugur Sahin, the CEO of BioNTech, the biotechnology company that worked with Pfizer to develop their Covid vaccine, admitted on camera that he did not get jabbed with a Covid vaccine.

There is ZERO EVIDENCE that the International Criminal Court is preparing to launch any Nuremberg-like trials for COVID-19 crimes against humanity, whatever that means.

NewsPunch certainly offered no evidence to back up its claims that the ICC is preparing to launch Nuremberg 2 trials for COVID-19 crimes.

The official ICC website also has no reference or mention of COVID-related crimes.

Fact #3 : ICC Tweet Does Not Exist

A quick check for the ICC tweet that figured so prominently in the NewsPunch graphics, show that the tweet does not exist.

Not only did the International Criminal Court not tweet that, no one else on Twitter did so. The tweet was completely fabricated, as far as we can tell.

Fact #4 : ICC Tweet Appears To Be Fabricated

A closer examination of the ICC tweet shows many suspicious aspects. For example:

the official International Criminal Court account has a grey tick, not a blue tick.
the fake ICC post lacks a date stamp
real ICC posts often include a link to an official ICC statement

Based on those indications, it is more likely than not that the ICC tweet was fabricated.

Twitter started implementing a grey tick for government, official, or multilateral organisations, on 20 December 2022. That means this “fake tweet” was created before that time.

Fact #5 : ICC Has No Jurisdiction Over Non-Member Countries

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is an intergovernmental organisation and tribunal based in The Hague, Netherlands, and the only permanent international court with the jurisdiction to prosecute individuals for international crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression.

However, the ICC only has jurisdiction in States (countries) that have signed and ratified the Rome Statute. Many major countries refuse to ratify the Rome Statute, and are therefore not under ICC jurisdiction.

The United States, Russia and Israel signed the Rome Statute, but have declared that they no longer intend to ratify it. China, India, Pakistan, Singapore, among other countries, completely refuse to sign the Rome Statute.

It would therefore be impossible for the ICC to prosecute citizens or residents of non-Member countries, which include many of those who conspiracy theorists claim would be charged in Nuremberg 2 trials, like Bill Gates, Dr. Anthony Fauci, George Soros, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel.

Fact #6 : “New Variant” Message Happened Before Vaccines Were Readily Available

The claim that UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock messaged that the British government “deployed the new variant” to intimidate people into getting the COVID-19 vaccine is nonsense.

Even if the leaked WhatsApp message is genuine, Matt Hancock sent it on 13 December 2020 – just 5 days after the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine was administered in the UK.

At that time, Matt Hancock wanted to reveal the new (at that time) Kent variant of COVID-19 to “scare” people into complying with the lockdown. It had nothing to do with COVID-19 vaccines, which was in very short supply at that time.

The next day, he announced the Kent variant of COVID-19, and four days later, the UK government scraped its plans to relax COVID-19 measures for Christmas.

Fact #7 : Moderna Did Not Make COVID-19 Vaccine In 2019

The claim that Moderna made 100,000 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine in 2019 – before the pandemic happened, was an (intentional?) misunderstanding of what CEO Stephane Bancel said at Davos 2023.

At that time, Bancel said that Moderna made 100,000 vaccine doses for the whole of 2019. However, it was the entire year’s production of vaccines for cancer, the Zika virus, a flu vaccine, and vaccines against other respiratory viruses.

China only announced its novel coronavirus outbreak on 31 December 2019, and only released the first draft of its genome on 11 January 2020. So it would not be possible for Moderna to develop any COVID-19 vaccine in 2019, much less manufacture 100,000 doses.

Fact #8 : Dr Ugur Sahin Received COVID-19 Vaccine In 2021

The claim that one of the inventors of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine – Dr. Ugur Sahin, refused to receive his own mRNA vaccine against COVID-19 is utter nonsense that was debunked in 2021.

It was based on a 22 December 2020 interview by DW News that was edited to show Dr Ugur Sahin appear to admit that he did not take his own vaccine.

The truth is – the interview occurred before COVID-19 vaccines were rolled-out in Germany, and therefore, he would not be eligible to receive one.

Dr. Ugur Sahin was fully vaccinated by early 2021, and received his booster dose sometime in November 2021.

People are sharing an article by NewsPunch, which claims that the WHO (World Health Organization) is planning to take control of the Internet, for the “benefit of humanity”!

WHO Moves Forward With Plans To Take Total Control of the Internet ‘For the Benefit of Humanity’

The World Health Organization (WHO) this week held a meeting to advance the international pandemic treaty — a legally binding instrument that will grant the global health agency total control over the internet to censor anything it deems to be “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

Specifically, WHO member states are instructed to “tackle false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation, including through promotion of international cooperation” and manage “infodemics…through effective channels, including social media.” Infodemics is a term that the WHO uses to describe “too much information including false or misleading information in digital and physical environments during a disease outbreak.”

Additionally, Article 16 (“Whole-of-government and whole-of-society approaches at the national level”) recommends that WHO member states collaborate with non-state actors and the private sector when carrying out their obligations under the treaty.

As the treaty has progressed, it has faced increased political pushback from elected officials in member states, with US Republican Senators recently introducing a bill that would require the treaty to be approved by two-thirds of the Senate.

But despite this pushback, the Biden administration committed to the international pandemic treaty on the first day of the recent WHO meeting.

And the WHO is continuing to discuss the treaty and plan for its future. The global health agency has another meeting to discuss the treaty scheduled for April 3 to April 6, plans to present the treaty to its decision-making body, the World Health Assembly (WHA), in May, and hopes to finalize the treaty by May 2024.

The WHO intends to adopt the treaty under Article 19 of the WHO Constitution through an international lawmaking process where a group of mostly unelected diplomats vote on the treaty.

If the treaty passes, WHO member states will be required to “raise financial resources for effective implementation” of the treaty and commit to allocating at least 5% of their annual health expenditure to “pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and health systems recovery.” Additionally, the treaty tells member states to commit an undisclosed amount of their gross domestic product (GDP) to “international cooperation and assistance on pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and health systems recovery.” This equates to billions of dollars in annual expenditure for many WHO member states and hundreds of billions of dollars per annum for some.

This WHO push to crack down on speech via this international pandemic treaty is being made in tandem with another WHO effort that targets “misinformation” and “disinformation” — proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (2005).

Like the treaty, these proposed amendments will be legally binding under international law if finalized. The amendments include provisions for the WHO to “counter misinformation and disinformation” at “the global level” and to develop member states’ capacities to gain “leverage of communication channels to communicate the risk, countering misinformation and dis-information.”

In a report that was released alongside the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR), the WHO suggested it would use its new misinformation and disinformation targeting powers to go after content that could “undermine public trust in health agencies and impede public confidence in, and compliance with, governmental or WHO guidance.” It also called for “a balance between ensuring more accurate scientific information on one hand and freedom of speech and the press on the other.”

Truth : WHO Is NOT Planning To Take Over Internet!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS about the World Health Organization – WHO, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : NewsPunch Is A Fake News Website

Like Real Raw News, NewPunch is a FAKE NEWS website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should NEVER share anything from NewsPunch. Here are some of its fake stories that I personally debunked earlier:

Fact #2 : WHO Member States Want To Better Prepare For Future Pandemics

This claim is based on WHO member state discussions in 2022, to amend existing International Health Regulations to strengthen the world’s preparedness against future global pandemics.

The International Health Regulations (IHR) were first adopted by member states in 1969, empowering the WHO to monitor global diseases. Those regulations have since been revised over the years, including in 2005 – after the SARS outbreak.

On 1 December 2021, world leaders agreed to kickstart the process to draft and negotiate an agreement or convention to “strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness and response“.

The proposed recommendations came from WHO member states, and not WHO itself. Among the more than 200 recommendations on how to better prepare for the next pandemic were:

sharing of data and genomic sequences on emerging viruses
a plan for equitable vaccine distribution
a ban on wildlife markets
incentives for reporting new viruses or variants

In other words – this agreement is being formulated by WHO member states, and not the WHO itself.

Fact #3 : WHO Is Not Planning To Control Internet

If you read the zero draft of the proposed WHO agreement, you will realise that the WHO is not planning to control the Internet. This is explicitly stated in Article 17, which refers to “Parties” that are the member states.

The Parties commit to increase science, public health and pandemic literacy in the population, as well as access to information on pandemics and their effects, and tackle false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation, including through promotion of international cooperation.

As you can see, under the agreement, each individual country will commit to increase KNOWLEDGE about science and public health, as well as combat “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

Not only does the article clearly state that it is up to each country (not the WHO) to implement its policies, it does not mention anything about controlling the Internet.

The only people who need to worry about Article 17 of this proposed WHO agreement are those who peddle “false, misleading, misinformation or disinformation”.

Fact #4 : No One Can “Take Over” The Internet

The Internet is not some kind of organisation that the WHO can “take over”, even if it wants to. The Internet is a global system of networks, literally a “network of networks” connecting the networks in each country to each other.

Until today, there is no centralised control of the Internet – no one sets the rules or policies, or even technical implementations. It is up to each country to adopt its own policies, although to ensure interoperability, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) manages the domain name system (DNS), while the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) helps to standardise and improve technical aspects of the Internet.

Due to its autonomous nature, no one can control the Internet, never mind take over control. Individual countries and organisations can control its own networks, limiting or filtering access as they wish, but they cannot do so for other networks.

Fact #4 : Many Countries Do NOT Want A Binding Treaty

The claim that this is a binding treaty is, currently, false.

While the European Union, Britain, Indonesia and Kenya have proposed that the changes be adopted in the form of a binding treaty, the United States, India and Brazil opposed that idea.

The EU proposed the treaty and is its biggest backer, with support from Britain, Indonesia, Kenya and others.

The United States will take part in the talks but has opposed a binding treaty. India and Brazil have also voiced reservations.

With so many member countries involved, securing agreement is likely to be tricky.

Fact #6 : Future WHO Agreement May Not Be Binding

If you download and read the zero draft, you will realise that the WHO is still calling it a “convention, agreement, or other international instruments“, clearly showing that member countries have not decided whether they want it to be binding or otherwise.

In the third point noted on the very first page of the draft, it was even pointed out that this is just a draft that is being used for “commencing negotiations“, and that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed“.

The INB (Intergovernmental Negotiating Body) further agreed that the zero draft would be considered at its fourth meeting as a basis for commencing negotiations at that meeting, it being understood that the zero draft will be without prejudice to the position of any delegation and following the principle that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”.

So it is ludicrous for anyone who read the first page of the zero draft to claim that this is a binding treaty.

Fact #7 : WHO Agreement Must Be Ratified By Member Countries

The claim that the proposed WHO agreement will be voted on by “mostly unelected diplomats” is nonsense.

First of all, the agreement was drafted and amended by member countries themselves. The WHO is only facilitating this agreement. It is not the one creating the agreement.

Secondly, even after member countries agree on a final WHO agreement, it must be approved and adopted by each individual country. This is clearly stated in Article 33(1) with my emphasis in bold:

The WHO CA+ shall be subject to ratification, acceptance, approval or accession by States, and to formal confirmation or accession by regional economic integration organizations. It shall be open for accession from the day after the date on which the WHO CA+ is closed for signature. Instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval, formal confirmation or accession shall be deposited with the Depositary.

Fact #8 : All Treaties Require US Senate Ratification

The move by Republican Senators to introduce a bill that would require the WHO treaty to be approved by two-thirds of the Senate is nothing more than political drama, because it is already the law of the land.

The US Constitution gives the Senate the sole power to approve, by a two-thirds vote or more, all international treaties (binding agreements) negotiated by the executive branch.

[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur;

In other words, the bill by Republican senators is irrelevant political theatre. If the WHO agreement is a binding treaty, the US Constitution already requires two-thirds of the US Senate to ratify it.

Bill Gates Arrest Warrant Issued in Philippines For ‘Premeditated Murder’ Linked To Vaccine Roll Out

A Philippines court has issued an international arrest warrant for Bill Gates, as part of an investigation into the Covid-19 vaccination roll-out in the territory.

Excess deaths have spiked in the aftermath of the vaccination drive in the Philippines with hundreds of thousands of citizens dying unnecessarily and many more injured and maimed, according to prosecutors.

The judge said Gates, as the founder of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, is “wanted in connection with hundreds of thousands of deaths, a number which cannot be estimated at present and is certain to increase exponentially in time.”

The Philippines had already banned Gates from entering the country in 2016, and has asked Interpol to relay the arrest warrant as a “red notice” to other police forces around the world, a request that has so far gone unmet.

The Heinous Crimes Court in Manila issued the order for the arrest of Gates under article 248 of the revised penal code (RPC), which carries a minimum prison term of 20 years and one day.

The news was immediately met with a superinjunction issued by the Gates Foundation which prevents media in relevant jurisdictions reporting on the arrest warrant or the existence of the superinjunction until the case is resolved.

The Philippines has a history of court action against international agencies pushing vaccines in the territory.

In 1995, the Philippines accused the UN agency UNICEF of waging a secret sterilization campaign in the territory. The state won a court order halting a UNICEF tetanus program that was using tetanus vaccine secretly laced with an abortion drug. Anti-hCG-laced vaccines had also been found in at least four other countries.

A Gates Foundation spokesperson declined to comment on the arrest warrant on Thursday, telling local radio: “This is a misunderstanding that we are going to have ironed out.

Fact #2 : Philippines Court Did Not Issue Arrest Warrant For Bill Gates

To be clear, there is no active arrest warrant for Bill Gates in the Philippines, or any other part of the world.

For one thing, no legitimate media outlet in the Philippines, or internationally, has reported such an arrest warrant. If an arrest warrant was issued for a billionaire and celebrity like Bill Gates, you can be sure it would have been reported far and wide.

A judge in the Philippines can issue an arrest warrant, but only if a public prosecutor files for one in an actual court case.

There are also no court cases involving Bill Gates, or the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in the Philippines. So how can any judge issue an arrest warrant?

Fact #3 : No Such Thing As International Arrest Warrant

There is no such thing as an international arrest warrant. Arrest warrants issued by courts in the Philippines are limited to that country.

In the event the person is overseas, the police may file an Interpol Red Notice. However, an Interpol Red Notice is not an international arrest warrant.

Fact #4 : Bill Gates Was Not Involved In Philippines Vaccination Program

Bill Gates was never involved in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Philippines, which was run by the government itself, under the Philippine National Vaccination Program and Implementation Plan.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was also not involved in the COVID-19 vaccination program in the Philippines. Even if the Foundation was involved in some kind of crime, it would have been charged in court, not Bill Gates himself.

Fact #5 : Murder Is Premeditated By Definition

It is odd for any court to issue an arrest warrant for premeditated murder, since murder is by definition, premeditated. Accidentally killing someone is called “manslaughter”

It would be like saying that you need a towel to wipe “wet water”, when a normal person would simply say “water”.

Fact #6 : Bill Gates Was Never Banned From Philippines

As far as I can ascertain, Bill Gates was never banned from entering the Philippines in 2016, or anytime in his life.

Fact #7 : Heinous Crimes Court Does Not Exist

There is no court in the Philippines, or anywhere else in the world, that is known as the Heinous Crimes Court.

Fact #8 : Organisations Cannot Issue Super-Injunctions

The claim that the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation issued a super-injunction is ludicrous. Only a court can issue a super-injunction.

Even then, super-injunctions do not prevent the media from reporting on any court case. It only blocks the publication of WHY an injunction was obtained, and the reporting that an injunction was obtained.

Fact #9 : Bill Gates Was Only Arrested In 1977

Interestingly, Bill Gates was once arrested in 1977, for driving his Porsche far above the speed limit in New Mexico.

His mugshot went viral at that time, even though there was no social media back then. Quite a feat!

Fact #10 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Anti-vaccination activists have often claimed that those who received the vaccine would die. Yet, the opposite was true – the vaccines are not only safe, they are effective in protecting people from getting hospitalised or dying from COVID-19.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

It’s becoming a tradition for anti-vaccination activists to immediately blame all celebrity deaths or illnesses on the COVID-19 vaccine, while ghoul news websites try to peddle other causes.

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created and propagated by anti-vaccination activists and ghoul news websites, and here are the reasons why… and the current facts that we know so far.

Fact #1 : Matthew Rodrigopulle Died Of Natural Causes

24 year-old Matthew Rodrigopulle died suddenly of natural causes at his home in Regina on Sunday, September 4, 2022.

So he did not die from the COVID-19 vaccine, or a car accident.

This was confirmed in an article by the School of Journalism at his alma mater – the Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly Ryerson University.

Fact #2 : His Family Never Blamed Vaccine For His Death

Matthew Rodrigopulle’s funeral was held in Ajax, Ontario, on September 12, 2022; and his family asked that donations be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.

In that memorial page, Matthew’s family wrote about the impact he had on everyone’s lives, and celebrated his achievements and abilities.

But not once did they blame the COVID-19 vaccine for his death. If his death was caused by COVID-19 vaccination, you can be sure that his family would have said something to that effect, but they notably did not do that.

So anyone who claims that Matthew Rodrigopulle died from the COVID-19 vaccine is simply… LYING to you.

Fact #3 : Matthew Rodrigopulle Was Fully Vaccinated

When news broke that Matthew Rodrigopulle died suddenly, anti-vaccination activists gleefully posted evidence of his COVID-19 vaccination on his last Twitter post.

So yes, Matthew Rodrigopulle was fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, and he strongly encouraged people to wear a face mask and get vaccinated.

Fact #4 : Vaccine Side Effects Appear Within Hours / Days

Matthew Rodrigopulle was fully-vaccinated against COVID-19 a long time ago – on June 4, 2021, He also received his booster dose on December 23, 2021.

In other words, he received all of his doses more than 9 months ago.

He cannot possibly have died from a vaccine side effect, because they appear within hours or days, not months later.

Mild side effects like injection site pain, fever, muscle ache, headache, lethargy develop within minutes to hours of the vaccination.

Anaphylaxis develops within minutes, while other severe adverse reactions like myocarditis and VITT develop within days.

The spike proteins produced by the COVID-19 vaccines also do not stick around for months. If these spike proteins are permanent (as antivaxxers claim), we would have lifelong immunity.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Vaccines Do Not Cause SADS

It is possible that Matthew Rodrigopulle may have died from Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome (SADS), also known as Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

But that does not mean SADS is caused by COVID-19 vaccines. That would be rather ludicrous as SADS was first documented in 1977 – long before COVID-19 vaccines were invented!

Despite what anti-vaccination activists may tell you – SADS is not a new vaccine-related syndrome.

SADS is usually caused by an abnormal heart rhythm that leads to a cardiac arrest. That’s why it can be prevented by implanting a cardioverter-defribillator.

The UK Office for National Statistics data on Sudden Adult Deaths from 2016 to 2020 also showed NO INCREASE in SADS cases, demonstrating that COVID-19 vaccines did not increase the prevalence of SADS.

Fact #6 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up celebrity deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and VITT can be proven.

Anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) from Pfizer or Moderna mRNA vaccines happens within minutes. That’s why people are asked to wait for 15-30 minutes after getting the vaccine. People who get an anaphylactic shock will require an epinephrine shot to quickly relieve it.

Vaccine-induced myocarditis has distinct histopathology findings that are different from typical myocarditis, so a pathologist will be able to determine if the myocarditis was caused by the vaccines or otherwise.

Vaccine-induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia (VITT) is very specific to the AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson vaccines. It is also easily differentiated by its unique combination of blood clots in large veins of the brains, abdomen and lungs, together with low platelet counts leading to bleeding tendencies.

Fact #7 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

COVID-19 vaccines underwent massive clinical trials, and were only approved after they were proven to be safe and effective.

In addition, they were constantly monitored after they received their approvals, which picked up rare side effects after they were administered to billions of people.

Even prominent antivaxxer Steve Kirsch is healthy and well, despite being fully-vaccinated against COVID-19!

Fact #8 : Claims Of Celebrities Injured By COVID-19 Vaccine Proven False

Truth : All Three Doctors Did Not Die From 2nd Booster Dose!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS created by anti-vaccination activists, to scare people from protecting themselves against COVID-19, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : No Evidence They Received 2nd Booster Dose

There is no evidence any of the three doctors received the 2nd booster dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Sure, the province of Ontario started recommending the 2nd booster dose (4th vaccine dose) just before the doctors died, but that is no evidence they actually got their 4th vaccine dose.

Fact #2 : Two Doctors Were On Medical Leave When They Died

Two of the three doctors were confirmed to be on medical leave for severe illness when they died.

Dr. Lorne Segall was on long medical leave, with office closed until at least until September 2022.
Dr. Stephen McKenzie was “seriously ill”, to the point his office was “permanently closed”.

Fact #3 : Second Booster Dose Same As Primary Vaccine

Canada offers three booster doses – from Moderna, Pfizer and Novavax (upon request).

The Pfizer and Novavax booster doses have the same dosage as the primary doses, but the Moderna vaccine is offered at half the primary dose.

The first and second booster doses are really the same vaccine as the primary series vaccine, so there is no reason for new adverse effects to develop.

If you experienced no adverse effects with the first two primary doses, there is simply no reason why you should develop new adverse effects with either the first or the second booster doses, if they are of the same vaccine.

Fact #4 : 2nd Booster Dose Was Not Mandatory In Ontario

The Ontario government only recommended the 4th vaccine dose (2nd booster dose) for specific groups :

individuals aged 60 and over
First Nation, Inuit and Métis individuals or a non-Indigenous household member aged 18 and over
residents of long-term care homes / retirement homes / Elder Care Lodge, or older adult living in other congregate settings providing assisted living / health services
moderately to severely-immunocompromised individuals

None of the three doctors who died were in those recommended groups.

Fact #5 : Dr. Lorne Segall Died Of Lung Cancer

Dr. Lorne E. Segall died after “a ridiculously unfair and hard fought year-long battle with advanced lung cancer“, according to his family.

So he most definitely did not die from getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #6 : Dr. Stephen McKenzie Was Seriously Ill

According to his office, Dr. Stephen W. McKenzie had been “seriously ill” leading up to his death.

Although the nature of his illness was not disclosed, his office had earlier been permanently closed, so it must have happened earlier and is thus unrelated to the 2nd booster dose.

Fact #7 : Dr. Jakub Sawicki Died From Stomach Cancer

According to his wife, Iris Sawicki, Dr. Jakub Sawicki was diagnosed with Stage 4 gastric cancer in August 2021 – just two weeks after the birth of their son, John-Paul.

Specifically, Dr. Jakub Sawicki had signet ring cell adenocarcinoma (SRCC) – a rare and very aggressive form of stomach cancer. He most certainly did not die from the COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #8 : Trillium Confirmed Doctor Deaths Unrelated To Vaccine

Trillium Health Partners confirmed that none of their doctors died from the COVID-19 vaccine in a statement on Wednesday, 27 July 2022.

The rumour circulating on social media is simply not true. Their passings were not related to the COVID-19 vaccine.

Fact #9 : Deaths / Injuries From COVID-19 Vaccines Can Be Proven

Despite anti-vaccination activists chalking up celebrity deaths to the vaccine; death or injury from rare vaccine adverse effects like anaphylaxis, myocarditis and VITT can be proven.

Fact #10 : COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

People are sharing articles from websites like News Punch, claiming that an Italian court just ruled vaccine mandates as unconstitutional, because their fatal side effects are too risky!

Italian Court Rules Vaccine Mandates Unconstitutional: ‘Fatal Side Effects Too Risky’

An Italian court has ruled that Italy’s mandatory Covid vaccination program is ‘unconstitutional’ due to the “serious or fatal adverse effects” posed by the experimental jabs.

Sicily’s Court of Administrative Justice stated that any death due to the jab is enough to render the mandate completely illegal in Italy.

I have good, excellent news.

Let’s wait for more people to connect, and we are ready to start.

All right, this is a very important ruling.

It is the ruling made by the Court of Administrative Justice of Sicily.

The Court has forwarded the case to the Constitutional Court, concerning the unconstitutionality of mandatory vaccination imposed, in this specific case, on the medical staff.

But the explanatory statements affect mandatory vaccination in its entirety.

According to the Court of Administrative Justice of Sicily, mandatory vaccination is unconstitutional.

This 53-page ruling will surely put pressure on the Constitutional Court.

The latter will not be able to preserve the mandatory vaccination and the Government’s stances, unless it makes a politicized ruling.

They already acted upon it, nominating Giuliano Amato, a politician, as president of the Constitutional Court. Frankly, they couldn’t have provided better explanatory statements.

A very interesting part is the data from Eudravigilance, which is the pharmacovigilance database of the European Union.

Whose data are really shocking.

The ruling says: “The data which have been collected by the European database reveal that by the end of January 2022, 570 million Pfizer doses had been administered within the EU, so far.

In relation to them, 582,000 cases of adverse effects were reported, 7,000 of which had a fatal outcome.”

That was Pfizer. As for AstraZeneca, “among 69 million doses, 244,000 cases of adverse effects were reported, 1,447 of which had a fatal outcome.”

Then they mention Moderna, too. 139 million doses, 150,000 adverse reactions, 834 of which had a fatal outcome.

Then Janssen. 19 million doses, 40,766 cases reported, 279 of which were fatal.

“Most of the aforementioned side effects are undoubtedly mild.

But among those effects, there are also serious pathologies which in some cases are likely to compromise the vaccinated patient’s health irreversibly,” and that is exactly the point.

Causing disability, or in the most unfortunate cases, death.

So therefore it is doubtful whether such medical products, whose data about the adverse reactions are being collected, fulfill the aforementioned constitutional requirement.”

And then they wrote nine spectacular lines.

And I wonder what Giuliano Amato will write about those lines.

Since he is a politicized person, and in line with the Government’s stance.

“It is true that the cases of serious adverse effects turn out to be a small portion.”

Please, listen to this: “nevertheless, the criterion set by the Constitutional Court,”

“The criterion set by the Constitutional Court for compulsory medical treatments to be enforced is not likely to include a quantitative evaluation.

So the lawfulness of a mandatory vaccination is to be excluded, if it uses products whose effects on the vaccinated patients’ health exceed the threshold of normal tolerability.

Which cannot include the risk of serious or fatal adverse effects, even if these are small portion in relation to the vaccinated population.”

So, even if they are few, one fatal effect suffices to make this inadmissible.

“And even in the case we accept the risk of — albeit rare — fatal adverse effects, this criterion would have sensitive ethical implications.”

For instance, who would determine the percentage of disposable citizens?

It is indisputable. Otherwise it results in Nazism.

It is indisputable. If the Constitutional Court rules against this judgment, it means its members are servants of politics.

They are politicians, not jurists. A jurist cannot but reach the same conclusion as this ruling.

If the members of the court rule differently, it means they are not ignorant, of course, but surely someone extremely biased and politicized.

Someone to dismiss faster than the speed of light.

So we should challenge them on this matter, and on the duty to state grounds.

Truth : Italian Court Did NOT Rule Vaccine Mandate As Unconstitutional!

This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS that anti-vaccination activists are concocting to mislead people about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Italy Only Has A Limited Vaccine Mandate

First, I need to point out that Italy only has a limited vaccine mandate.

Since 15 October 2021, it has been mandatory for workers in both private and public sectors, who are 50 years and older, to present a valid COVID pass.

This does not affect younger employees, and is not exactly a vaccine mandate, because the COVID pass only requires :

at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose, OR
proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the previous 48 hours, OR
proof of having recently recovered from COVID-19.

Technically, you can refuse to get the vaccine and receive the COVID pass, as long as you keep testing negative for COVID-19.

Fact #2 : Italian Court Did Not Rule Vaccine Mandate Unconstitutional

If you translate the court judgement to English, you will quickly realise that the Italian court did not rule the vaccine mandate as unconstitutional.

In fact, the court document clearly states that the judge suspended the trial, and sent the documents to the Italian Constitutional Court for their decision instead.

Fact #3 : Italian Court Did Not Call Vaccine Side Effects Too Risky

The Italian court certainly did not claim that the “fatal side effects” of the vaccine are “too risky”.

In fact, the court document pointed out that “undoubtedly, most of the side effects, listed in the database, show modest and transient symptoms”.

Fact #4 : Court Photo Was From 2013

The picture that is often used to convey the “importance” of this court finding was misappropriate, and does not show the Administrative Justice Court for Sicily.

That is a local court for Sicily, which has a single judge. The presiding judge for this case was Maria Abbruzzese.

The photo was actually taken in Rome, on 1 August 2013, and shows Chief Justice Antonio Esposito of the Italian Supreme Court reading the verdict of the Mediaset trial involving former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

Fact #5 : Correlation Is Not Causation

I also have to point out that correlation does not imply causation. In other words, just because something after vaccination, it does not mean it was caused by the vaccine.

For example, if you get pregnant after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, does it mean that the vaccine made you pregnant? Of course, not.

There is also the fact that many events can result in the same “side effect”.

For example, the mRNA vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna are known to cause anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction) in rare cases. However, anaphylactic reactions can also occur due to a peanut allergy or a bee sting.

That is why every reported case must be examined to determine if it is actually related to the vaccine.

Fact #6 : EudraVigilance Data Have Yet To Be Verified

The EudraVigilance system is not an open system like VAERS, or the UK Yellow Card system, which makes it less susceptible to abuse.

However, EudraVigilance data and reports cannot be considered “evidence” of side effects of any particular drug or vaccine, because :

they may contain duplicated information and/or reports
the reported event may be caused by an illness, like a COVID-19 infection for example,
the reported event may be caused by a different drug taken by the patient at the same time
they have not been assessed by the EMA to ascertain if it’s even “biologically plausible”

In fact, the EudraVigilance website specifically warns against using their data as “evidence” of a drug / vaccine’s side effects :

The information on this website relates to suspected side effects , i.e. medical events that have been observed following the use of a medicine, but which are not necessarily related to or caused by the medicine.

Information on suspected side effects should not be interpreted as meaning that the medicine or the active substance causes the observed effect or is unsafe to use. Only a detailed evaluation and scientific assessment of all available data allows for robust conclusions to be drawn on the benefits and risks of a medicine.

They even created a dedicated page on COVID-19 vaccines to warn against using their data to draw any conclusions about a vaccine’s side effects.

Fact #7 : Vaccines Proven Safe + Effective

Irrespective of what’s argued in any court, the approved COVID-19 vaccines have all been proven safe and effective.

Not only did they undergo and passed very large clinical trials, almost 12 billion doses have been administered worldwide in the past 1.5 years.

Despite scaremongering by anti-vaccination activists, ongoing pharmacovigilance monitoring show that they are safe and effective for the vast majority of people who received them.

Fact #8 : COVID-19 Infections Are Far Riskier Than Vaccines

In addition to the aforementioned anaphylaxis risk, pharmacovigilance surveillance picked up rare severe side effects like VITT, myocarditis and pericarditis.

But what anti-vaccination activists don’t tell you is that COVID-19 infections cause similar side effects, but at much higher rates.

Take myocarditis for example. Anti-vaccination activists love to tell us how they put our children’s lives at risk. But they conveniently leave out the fact that your child is hundreds of times more likely to develop myocarditis from a COVID-19 infection than from three doses of a COVID-19 vaccine!
