Qget Mobile App For iOS Devices Released

Taipei, 20 June 2016 – QNAP Systems, Inc. today released the Qget mobile app for iOS devices, enabling users to remotely manage download tasks on their QNAP NAS, easily search download resources, and manage downloaded files on the go.

Qget is a convenient, easy-to-use download management app for QNAP NAS. Its support for DDNS and CloudLink makes it easy to connect to the NAS, and users can directly add BT, HTTP, FTP, and Magnet link download tasks to Download Station with the built-in web browser as well as setting up download schedules. Qget also supports RSS feeds for users to subscribe to desired contents and to automatically download files.

“We are happy to introduce Qget for iOS devices to allow users to experience this handy, useful app for flexibly managing downloads at anytime and anywhere, and to enjoy an enriched entertainment life with their QNAP NAS,” said Dylan Lin, Product Manager of QNAP.

Qget supports iOS devices with iOS version 7.0 (or newer). To enjoy the full functionality of Qget, QNAP NAS users should upgrade their firmware to QTS 4.2 (or newer) and install Download Station from the QTS App Center.
