The new Samsung Galaxy A71 2020 smartphone is designed to replaced last year’s Galaxy A8+ smartphone, with a bevy of new design and features inspired by the Galaxy S20.
Performance
The Samsung Galaxy A71 2020 is built around the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730, and comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
It also offers up to 512 GB of additional storage through a microSD card, and comes with a large 4,500 mAh battery, which supports 25 watt fast charging.
6.7-inch Infinity-O Display with Super AMOLED Plus
The Samsung Galaxy A71 comes with a very large 6.7-inch Infinity-O display, with the Super AMOLED Plus panel, which promises to deliver “real-to-life colour”.
It has very thin bezels, giving you maximum display space in a small form factor. Its 32 MP selfie camera is symmetrically-aligned in a punch hole.
Quad Camera System
At the back, the Samsung Galaxy A71 2020 boasts a new quad camera system, which consists of :
- a 64 MP main camera, with f/1.8 aperture,
- a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, with f /2.2 aperture,
- a 5 MP macro camera, with f/2.4 aperture, and
- a 5 MP depth sensor, with f/2.2 aperture
Faster, Better Security
The Samsung Galaxy A71 2020 comes with Samsung Knox built-in, to offer multi-layered security that protects your sensitive information from malware and unauthorised users.
It also comes with a new on-display fingerprint scanner, which is faster and more accurate.
