The new realme Buds Air TWS earphones look very similar to the Apple AirPods they are targeted at, but they are quite different internally.
Take a closer look at the realme Buds Air, and find out what it offers, and the great launch deal realme is offering!
realme Buds Air : AirPods Lookalike TWS Earphones!
After Apple introduced their AirPods, everyone wants to get into the TWS (True Wireless Stereo) earphones game, including realme.
It is no coincidence that their Buds Air is designed to look very similar to the AirPods, right down to its charging case!
But while the realme Buds Air look superficially like identical twins of the Apple AirPods, they are quite different internally. Let’s take a look…
Custom R1 SoC
The realme Buds Air uses a custom R1 SoC (system-on-chip) that offers Bluetooth connectivity and smart controls.
Super Low Latency Gaming Mode
A long press on both earbuds will kick them into the Gaming Mode, which offers dual-channel transmission with super-low latencies.
Instant Auto Connection
Once paired with your smartphone, the realme Buds Air automatically reconnect whenever you open the case cover.
Smart In-ear Detection
The realme Buds Air uses an optical sensor to detect when they are in your ears. They will automatically pause music playback when you remove them, and start the music up again when you place them back.
Touch Controls
The realme Buds Air offers four touch controls :
- Double tap : answer a call, play / pause music playback
- Triple tap : skip to the next song
- Long press on one side : launch voice assistance, end / decline a call
- Long press on both sides : launch or exit Gaming Mode
Wireless Charging Case
The realme Buds Air’s charging case supports Qi wireless charging, in addition to USB-C wired charging.
