realme 5i Preview : A Slightly Different realme 5!
Contrary to expectations, the realme 5i is not a cheaper version of the realme 5, but a slightly different variant.
In fact, it has the same price as the realme 5, just trading the high-resolution front camera for more memory. This is probably why realme gave it two different colour options.
Here is a summary of its key features :
- It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665, which is fabricated on the 11 nm process technology
- It comes with 4 GB RAM – 1 GB more than the realme 5 at the same price point
- It has a triple slot tray, which supports two nano SIM cards and a microSD card
- It has an 8 MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture – the realme 5 has a 13 MP front camera
- Its rear quad-camera consists of a 12 MP main camera, an 8 MP wide-angle camera, a 2 MP portrait camera and a 2 MP macro camera
- It comes with realme’s largest battery yet – a 5,000 mAh lithium-ion battery
