Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Price Leaks : Slightly Cheaper!

Price leaks from Korea and Vietnam show that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra will be slightly cheaper! Here are the details!

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 : Price Leaks!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it appears that Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Note 20 series with slightly lower prices in Korea :

Galaxy Note 20 : KRW 1.2 million, roughly US$994 / £794 / A$1,433 / S$1,386 / RM 4,249
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra : KRW 1.45 million, roughly US$1,200 / £959 / A$1,732 / S$1675 / RM 5,134

This was confirmed by a Vietnamese retailer who accidentally leaked these prices :

Galaxy Note 20 : VND 22.99 million, roughly US$993 / £793 / A$1,431 / S$1,384 / RM 4,240
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (LTE) : VND 25.99 million, roughly US$1,122 / £897 / A$1,618 / S$1,565 / RM 4,794
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (5G) : VND 29.99 million, roughly US$1,295 / £1,034 / A$1,867 / S$1,805 / RM 5,532

These are supposed to be the official prices in Europe :

Galaxy Note 20 (4G, 256 GB) : €999
Galaxy Note 20 (5G, 256 GB) : €1,099
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (5G, 256 GB) : €1,349
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (5G, 512 GB) : €1,439

How much will it cost in Malaysia? Based on last year’s Samsung Galaxy Note10 price list, we reckon it will be something like this :

Galaxy Note 20 (256GB) : RM 3,499
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (256 GB LTE) : RM 3,999
Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (512 GB 5G) : RM 4,599

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 : A Quick Primer!

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 will be revealed on Thursday, 5 August 2020!

But instead of a grand live show, it will be a virtual launch, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Samsung Galaxy Note20

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 has a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED+ display, with a Full HD+ resolution.

It will come with 8 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, and a 4,300 mAh battery. Its triple camera system will support 8K video recording :

a 12 MP main camera,
a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and
a 64 MP telephoto camera with 30X Space Zoom

Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra

The Samsung Galaxy Note20 has a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, with a 2K+ resolution.

It will come with 12 GB of RAM, up to 512 GB of storage, and a 4,500 mAh battery. Its triple camera system will come with laser focusing and support 8K video recording :

a 108 MP main camera,
a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, and
a 12 MP telephoto camera with 50X Space Zoom
