Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Pre-Order Instructions
Here are the eight steps you need to take to qualify for the Galaxy Note 10 pre-order campaign :
Step 1 : Visit the official Galaxy Note 10 pre-order page
Head over to the Samsung Malaysia Galaxy Note 10 pre-order page, and select Pre-Order Now. Alternatively, you can preorder the model and colour you prefer from the Samsung Malaysia Lazada store :
- Samsung Galaxy Note10 (256 GB) : Aura Glow | Aura Pink | Aura Black
- Samsung Galaxy Note10+ (256 GB) : Aura Glow | Aura White | Aura Black
Step 2 : Select the Payment and Collection method
You can select one of these two options :
[adrotate group=”2″]- Pay a RM 300 deposit, and self-collect at selected Samsung Experience Stores
- Pay in full, and have your preorder unit delivered FREE of charge to your doorstep
Step 3 : Agree to the Terms + Conditions
Read through the Terms & Conditions, and tick on the Agree box, and proceed
Step 4 : Make It Yours!
Fill in the required details, including preferred model, colour and collection outlet (if you want to self-collect).
You can also choose to preorder selected Samsung Galaxy Note 10 or Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ accessories at a special price.
Finally, to find out more about the Samsung Trade-In program, tick the Yes box before proceeding.
Step 5 : Confirm Your Order
Check the details you filled in to make sure everything is correct. You can click Change Details, if you need to make changes.
Otherwise, proceed to the next step by selecting Place My Order.
Step 6 : Register & Pay!
You will be redirected to the iPay88 website to make the RM 300 deposit payment.
iPay88 accepts the deposit on behalf of your selected outlet, and the deposit is not refundable, and is not transferable either.
Step 7 : Confirm Your Order
Upon successful payment of the deposit, you will receive an e-receipt from iPay88, and an Order Confirmation Email from Samsung Malaysia Electronics within 24 hours.
Print out the Order Confirmation Email and e-receipt, and bring them (together with your identity card) to your selected outlet to collect your device.
Step 8 : Collect Your Device!
You are required to collect your preordered Samsung Galaxy Note 10 or Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ within this collection period – from 10:00 AM, 22 August 2019 until 10:00 PM, 31 August 2019.
Pay the balance of payment at the selected outlet, and you will receive your preordered device together with the preorder free gifts!
