For the first time, the 2019 Digi Postpaid Family plans will offer the option for the supplementary lines to receive the same Internet Data Quota and Unlimited Calls as the principal line!

The 2019 Digi Postpaid Family Plans Revealed!

For example, a supplementary line user of the Digi Postpaid 120 plan will receive the same 40 GB data quota and unlimited calls as the principal line. Essentially, it is the same as the principal line!

Customers can add up to three supplementary lines at only RM 38 per line, monthly. This allows everyone in the family to enjoy worry-free phone calls and mobile Internet connectivity!

 

The Available 2019 Digi Postpaid Family Plans

There are four new 2019 Digi Postpaid Family plans :

  • Digi Postpaid 80 : RM 80 per month (principal) + RM 38 per month (supplementary)
  • Digi Postpaid 120 : RM 120 per month (principal) + RM 38 per month (supplementary)
  • Digi Postpaid 160 : RM 160 per month (principal) + RM 38 per month (supplementary)
  • Digi Postpaid 190 : RM 190 per month (principal) + RM 38 per month (supplementary)

The 2019 Digi Postpaid Family Plan FAQ

  1. Where can when can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family Supplementary line(s)?
    Effective from 13 May 2019, you may sign up for the new family lines at any Digi Store or Digi Store Express, nationwide!
  2. How many new Digi Postpaid Family lines can I sign-up?
    You may sign a maximum of three (3) Supplementary line(s) under the all new Digi Postpaid Family per Principal line.
  3. What are the bundled minutes and SMS offerings for Digi Postpaid Family?
    Both yourself and your family lines will enjoy Unlimited calls and 300 SMS to all domestic networks.
  4. How does the ‘Unlimited Calls’ work?
    You get to enjoy daily Unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excluding video calls, calls to special numbers and toll-free 1-300 number). The Unlimited calls are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia network.
  5. How does the All Day quota and Weekend quota work?
    The All Day quota is valid for usage at any time of the day regardless of weekdays or weekends. Whereas, the Weekend quota is only valid for usage during the weekends, from every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM. Both Internet quotas apply to all networks, both 4G and 3G networks.
  6. Can I control my Internet allocation to my free family lines?
    Principal line may opt to subscribe to Data Sharing at RM10 monthly. Principal line is only able to control the Internet quota allocation and deallocation of its own quota to all the Supplementary line(s), however Internet quota for each of the Supplementary line may not be shared and controlled by Principal.
  7. Does the new Digi Postpaid Family line(s) get to rollover any unutilized Internet quota?
    No, any unutilized Internet quota for the supplementary line(s) will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.
  8. What happens if I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?
    No, you will not be charged extra when you or your family line(s) exceed the monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be restricted until the next billing cycle. To continue surfing and sharing with your family lines, just purchase Share Internet Top-Up.
  9. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid Family to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?
    Your family line(s) can enjoy 5GB Internet and 60mins voice calls for roaming at selected countries/mobile operators at RM35/month. Alternatively, you and your family can opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators.   10. Can I use the bundled Internet quota, minutes and SMS under the new Digi Postpaid Family when I am roaming?
    All Internet quota, minutes and SMS bundled under the new Digi Postpaid Family are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia network. Any usage on Roaming will be charged on top of your monthly fee at per standard rates based on Pay-As-You-Use basis.
  11. I am an existing Digi Postpaid 80 subscriber; can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family plan as my Supplementary line?
    Yes, you may sign up for a supplementary line under the new Digi Postpaid Family plan i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 and above. Then you sign up as your Supplementary line for only RM38/line monthly.
  12. I am an existing Digi Postpaid 68 subscriber; can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family plan as my Supplementary line?
    Yes, however you are required to upgrade your existing Principal plan Digi Postpaid 68 to Digi Postpaid 80 and above. Then you sign up for a supplementary line under the new Digi Postpaid Family plan i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 Family as your Supplementary line for only RM38/line monthly.
