Why Thousands Of Vaccinated Israelis Got COVID-19 Anyway

Did thousands of Israelis get infected with COVID-19 after receiving the Pfizer vaccine?

Find out what’s going on, and what the facts really are!

OMG : Thousands Of Israelis Got COVID-19 After Receiving Pfizer Vaccine!

After the 23 post-vaccination deaths in Norway, the media is now flogging the story that thousands of Israelis got infected with COVID-19 even after they received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Global Times from China, and RT from Russia have been particularly strident in their headlines :

GTCN : Recipients testing positive in Israel sparks concern over Pfizer vaccine efficacy

RT : Thousands of Israelis test POSITIVE for Covid-19 despite receiving Pfizer/BioNTech jab

While their actual report were tempered with facts and expert opinion, most people who share their news did not appear to have read them.

Instead, they were sharing the HEADLINES as evidence that the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine does not work.

Why Thousands Of Vaccinated Israelis Got COVID-19 Anyway

Let us share with you WHY it was no surprise that thousands of Israelis to get COVID-19, even after they received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine.

Fact #1 : There Was No Concern About Pfizer Vaccine Efficacy

There wasn’t actually any concern about the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine’s efficacy, when administered as it was meant to be.

Dr. Gili Regev-Yochay, director of the Infectious Disease Epidemiology Unit at the Sheba Medical Center outside Tel Aviv, said that, “the vaccine works wonderfully“.

A serological study by his hospital showed that 98% of vaccinated hospital workers developed a high level of antibodies after receiving their second dose of the vaccine.

A week after receiving the second dose, their antibodies jumped 6X to 20X higher than after their first shot.

Fact #2 : 99.44% Of Those Infected Received Only 1 Dose

While the headlines scream that over 12,400 Israelis were infected with COVID-19 after being vaccinated, the truth is 99.44% of them only received a single dose.

Fact #3 : Only 69 People Who Received Second Dose Were Infected

The Israelis tested 189,000 people after they were vaccinated, but did not mention how many received their second dose.

Only 69 who received their second dose developed COVID-19, and notably they were tested in the fourth week, which means they only just received their second dose.

Fact #4 : The Numbers Actually Show Immunity Building Up

If you tabulate the numbers provided by the Israelis, they actually show how immunity against COVID-19 builds up over time.

They show that immunity from the vaccine is low in the first two weeks, but builds up substantially in the third and fourth week.

After Vaccination Single Dose Two Doses
Week 1 5,348 cases
Week 2 5,585 cases
Week 3 1,410 cases
Week 4 84 cases 69 cases
TOTAL 12,358 cases
99.44%
69 cases
0.56%

Fact #5 : It Takes Time To Build Immunity

The mRNA vaccine doesn’t work immediately. It takes time for your body to react to the proteins it creates, and build up some immunity.

As the table above shows, it takes about two weeks after the first dose before you get some protection. This matches Pfizer’s warning that their vaccine will only offer some protection 12 days after the first dose.

It is therefore not surprising if some people continue to get infected after receiving their first dose.

That is why you MUST continue to take precautions like wear a face mask, keep a distance from strangers, and maintain good hand hygiene, even after you get vaccinated.

Fact #6 : Two Doses Are Required For 95% Protection

The Pfizer-BioNTech BNT162b2 vaccine requires TWO (2) doses to achieve its 95% efficacy.

  • first dose : 52% efficacy (after at least 12 days)
  • second dose : 95% efficacy (after about a week)

No one should be surprised that people remain vulnerable after receiving their first dose of the vaccine.

Recommended : Pfizer + Moderna mRNA Vaccines : How Do They Work?

Fact #7 : Pfizer Never Said Single Dose Would Deliver 89% Efficacy

You may have seen claims that according to Pfizer, a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine will deliver 89% efficacy between Day 15 and Day 21.

Neither Pfizer or BioNTech ever made such a claim.

That was actually a controversial estimate by the UK Vaccine Committee (JCVI), which decided to calculate the efficacy of the Pfizer vaccine differently – ignoring the number of infections in the first 2 weeks.

Fact #8 : US FDA + Pfizer Insist On Two Doses

Pfizer has consistently insisted that their BNT162b2 vaccine be administered as a two-dose regimen.

On 4 January 2021, the US FDA even issued a statement that there is not enough data to support administering a single dose of the Pfizer vaccine.

It would therefore be highly irresponsible for any health authority to only administer a single dose, without sufficient data showing that it would be efficacious.

Fact #9 : Israeli Results Show 93.4% Effectiveness

While some of the media suggest doubt over the Pfizer vaccine’s efficacy, the Israeli results actually show that it is as effective as the Phase 3 trial results show.

The Israelis vaccinated two million of their citizens, and tested 189,000 of them – a mix of people with one dose, and two doses.

It was from that 189,000 cases that they detected 12,427 people with COVID-19. That makes the Pfizer vaccine about 93.4% effective, even though many of those tested did not receive their second dose!

Focus On Fauci : These Vaccine Lies Can Get You KILLED!

The viral video of four “experts” talking about the dangers of the COVID-19 vaccine is full of lies that can get you and your family KILLED!

Find out what’s going on, and why the lies being told about the COVID-19 vaccine could get you (and your family) killed!

Focus On Fauci : What Is It?

Focus on Fauci was a two-hour livestream by former rock musician, Sacha Stone, and headlined four “experts” on 5 January 2021 :

  • Robert F. Kennedy Jr – renown anti-vaccinationist, and nephew of John F. Kennedy
  • Dr. Judy Mikovits, PhD – former biochemistry research scientist
  • Dr. David E. Martin, PhD – a Fellow at the Darden School of Business Administration, University of Virginia
  • Dr. Rocco Galati  – a Canadian lawyer specialising in constitutional law

It claims to bring before the public, “the vast pathology of crimes against humanity, which many key researchers and experts allege against Anthony Fauci (the most powerful man on earth in the public health administration sector)”.

The Bombshell Revelation Of Vaccine Lies

None of them have any expertise in medicine or vaccine, and the entire livestream was full of lies and misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccine.

Dr. David Martin, in particular, dropped a “bombshell” – the clip of which many people have been sharing on WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

It has also been posted on many natural health and antivax websites as a “shocking bombshell revelation”.

We will show you why the many claims about the COVID-19 vaccine in that video clip are nothing more than LIES that can get you and your family killed.

Why These Lies About The COVID-19 Vaccine Can Get You KILLED!

Let us be clear – the Focus on Fauci event was nothing more than a livestream of vaccine lies and deceit, by people who have no conscience about getting other people killed.

Suicide is meant to be a solitary hobby, and suicide enablers should not be allowed to livestream their poison to the world.

Now, we are not trying to be hyperbolic, but those vaccine lies they told can get YOU, and your family, KILLED.

If they convince you not to vaccinate against SARS-CoV-2 virus, it puts your family at risk of getting infected and developing a serious case of COVID-19.

The chance of dying from COVID-19 ranges from 0.2% to 8.6%. That’s an average of 4.4%, or 44 people dying out of every 1,000 patients.

Let us put it this way. Would you risk getting on a plane without a parachute, knowing that 9 out of every 200 passengers will be thrown out the door mid-flight?

The vaccine is your parachute. It can save your life if you are amongst the unlucky nine to be thrown out of the plane!

Workers wearing protective gear bury bodies in a trench on Hart Island in New York City on April 9.

Focus On Fauci : The Lies Debunked!

Now, let’s go through the claims Dr. David Martin, PhD made about the COVID-19 vaccine, and show you why they are all LIES.

Claim #1 : Let’s make sure we are clear… This is not a vaccine.

FALSE. The Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are vaccines, which by definition, are biological preparations that provide “active acquired immunity to a particular infectious disease“.

Claim #2 : They are using the term “vaccine” to sneak this thing under public health exemptions. This is not a vaccine.

FALSE. There is no public health exemption for COVID-19 vaccines. Neither is there a public health requirement for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination.

As a finance expert, and not a medical expert, he could be referring to the insistence by vaccine companies to be protected from legal liability for any side effects.

That, however, has to be approved by each individual country, and is constitutionally or financially impossible in most countries.

In countries that provide partial liability waivers for vaccine candidates that focus on fair distribution, instead of profits (e.g. AstraZeneca), the governments will pay claims that exceed an agreed limit.

Claim #3 : [The vaccine] is a medical device designed to simulate the human cell into becoming a pathogen creator.

FALSE. These vaccines do NOT turn your cells into pathogen creators. As we explained in our mRNA vaccine article, the mRNA only trains some of your cells to create the viral spike proteins.

These viral spike proteins are like the uniforms that identify the virus, and by expressing them on the surface of some of your cells, your body’s immune system is triggered.

Your body will learn to identify these “foreign uniforms” and create antibodies that target them, to prevent your cells from being infected when you get exposed to the real SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Claim #4 : [The vaccine] specifically has to stimulate both immunity… and disrupt transmission.

FALSE. Vaccines are, by definition, designed to confer active acquired immunity to the vaccinated. It does not need to prevent transmission, even though that would be ideal.

What this means is a fully-vaccinated person is protected against COVID-19, but may still inhale and retain the SARS-CoV-2 viral particles in his/her respiratory passages, and transmit them to an unvaccinated person.

That’s why it is important to vaccinate everyone, and not rely on the vaccinated to prevent transmission.

Claim #5 : [Pfizer and Moderna] have been abundantly clear [the vaccine] is not going to stop the transmission.

FALSE. Pfizer and Moderna said no such thing. They only said that there is NOT ENOUGH EVIDENCE YET to determine if their vaccines can ALSO prevent asymptomatic infection and transmission.

Claim #6 : It is a treatment [not a vaccine].

FALSE. They are vaccines that must be taken in advanced to train your body to build its own immunity. It cannot be used to treat anyone who has already contracted COVID-19.

Claim #7 : Moderna started as a chemotherapy company for cancer, not a vaccine manufacturer for SARS-CoV-2.

FALSE. Moderna started out specifically to commercialise mRNA technology. It’s even in their name – ModeRNA Therapeutics. That makes them perfectly suited to create and deliver mRNA vaccines.

Dr. David Martin is disingenuously insinuating that Moderna does not have any expertise in manufacturing SARS-CoV-2 vaccines. That’s true for every pharmaceutical company, big and small – because SARS-CoV-2 is a new virus!

We should also point out his hypocrisy – he is an expert on finance, not COVID-19. By his own standard, no one should bother with what he has to say about COVID-19! 🙂

Claim #8 : It Is A Medical Device (According To) CDRH Definition

FALSE. These mRNA vaccines are not defined as medical devices by the CDRH (Center for Devices and Radiological Health) of the US FDA, because :

  • the mRNA is absorbed and metabolised by the cells, and creates proteins through chemistry.

Like drugs, vaccines are NOT medical devices. It is illogical to call them devices.

Section 201(h) of the Federal Food Drug & Cosmetic (FD&C) Act defines a device as an “instrument, apparatus, implement, machine, contrivance, implant, in vitro reagent, or other similar or related article, including a component part, or accessory which is:

  • recognized in the official National Formulary, or the United States Pharmacopoeia, or any supplement to them
  • Intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions, or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, in man or other animals, or
  • Intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals, and

which does not achieve its primary intended purposes through chemical action within or on the body of man or other animals and which is not dependent upon being metabolized for the achievement of its primary intended purposes.

Claim #9 : It Is Designed To Make You Sick

FALSE. These mRNA vaccines have been PROVEN in their stage 3 trials to be about 95% efficacious in PREVENTING sickness.

Claim #10 : 80% of [vaccinated] people experience a clinical adverse event

FALSE. The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine’s trial result showed that there were only 8 adverse events out of 18,904 people who were vaccinated.

That’s 0.04%, not 80%. Dr. David Martin either miscalculated, or intentionally inflated the risk by 2000X. Quite a mistake for a finance expert…

23 Post-Vaccination Deaths In Norway : The Facts + The BS!

Everyone’s talking about the 23 deaths in Norway that happened after receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

Find out what’s going on, and what the FACTS really are!

Slightly updated, and reposted on 2021-01-18 because it is CRITICAL to correct the alarmist articles the media continues to put out.

OMG : 23 Post-Vaccination Deaths In Norway!!!

I have been besieged by questions about the 23 post-vaccination deaths in Norway, and many posts on WhatsApp groups and Facebook.

I had people asking me whether this means the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is dangerous. I had doctor friends complaining to me about the articles.

Looking at the titles of these articles, I can only shake my head. Here is a selection…

23 die in Norway after receiving Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine

Norway warns of Covid-19 vaccine risk after 23 die

COVID-19 vaccination: 23 elderly people dead after Pfizer shot in Norway

Norway: 23 seniors die soon after receiving COVID-19 vaccine

Norway: 23 Dead after Receiving Pfizer, BioNTech Vaccine

The media has, by large, failed to do their duty and tell the facts straight.

Instead, they played it up for the page views, which I’m sure will be pretty impressive. Nothing sells like death and tragedy, I’m sure.

The 23 Post-Vaccination Deaths In Norway : The Facts

Let me summarise the key takeaway points about the 23 post-vaccination deaths in Norway. This is what the news media should have reported.

  1. The Norwegians believe that the mild side effects of COVID-19 vaccines (pain at injection site, tiredness, headache, muscle pain, chills, joint pain and fever) may be too much for the very old and the terminally ill to withstand.
  2. The deaths have NOT been attributed to any vaccine, and are still being investigated.
  3. They issued this advisory because they are vaccinating much older patients than the average participant in the vaccine trials.
  4. They are suggesting that the benefits of the vaccine may be negligible or irrelevant for the very old and the terminally ill, and therefore, not worth the risk of even mild side effects.
  5. Severe allergic reactions are extremely uncommon – only about 11 cases in every million shots administered.

We should also point out that the Norwegian Medicines Agency is NOT alarmed by the deaths, and are asking their doctors to CONTINUE vaccinating people.

Why The Media Is Exaggerating The 23 Post-Vaccination Deaths In Norway

Now, let me share with you all WHY I think the media should be ASHAMED of exaggerating the report out of Norway about 23 post-vaccination deaths.

But first, let me be clear – we should never scoff at any death. Every life is precious. All the more reason not to abuse these deaths for page views.

Reason #1 : The Titles Were Intentionally Made To Be Alarming

If I’m not mistaken, the news originated from this Bloomberg article by Lars Erik Taraldsen and Naomi Kresge.

The Bloomberg article title was very specific – Norway Warns of Vaccination Risks for Sick Patients Over 80.

That headline tells even those who are too lazy to read the article – probably 99% of the world – that the vaccination risks are for SICK PATIENTS OVER 80 years of age.

It did not say that 23 people died from the Pfizer vaccine, or left their frail conditions ambiguous.

Yet the other media decided NOT to bother with context, and decided to grab our eyeballs with alarming headlines. Shock and awe FTW!

Reason #2 : Norway Did Not Blame The Pfizer Vaccine

The very first sentence of the article said, “Norway said Covid-19 vaccines may be too risky for the very old and terminally ill“.

Norway did not state which Covid-19 vaccine was involved with those deaths. Neither did the Bloomberg report say that the 23 deaths were all related to the Pfizer vaccine.

That’s because Norway is currently using TWO (2) COVID-19 vaccines – the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.

In fact, the Bloomberg article itself noted, “The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine approved late last year has been used most broadly, with a similar shot from Moderna Inc. approved earlier this month also now being administered.

So why did so many news media report that it was the Pfizer vaccine at fault???

Reason #3 : The Deaths Were NOT Linked To Any Vaccine

The Bloomberg article did not state that the deaths were linked to any vaccine. In fact, it stated that the deaths are still being investigated.

Steinar Madsen, the medical director of the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NOMA) also told The BMJ that,

It may be a coincidence, but we aren’t sure. There is no certain connection between those deaths and the vaccine.

Reason #4 : Norway Was Referring To VERY OLD And TERMINALLY ILL People

According to the Norwegian Medicines Agency, 23 people died a short time after receiving their first dose of the vaccine. 13 of those deaths were autopsied, with the results suggesting that the common side effects may have contributed to severe reactions in frail, elderly people

Let me break that up into easier-to-digest points :

  1. They were talking about risks to the “VERY OLD” and the “TERMINALLY ILL“.
  2. Very old and terminally ill people can die at any time, so it is critical to INVESTIGATE and determine if their deaths were really caused by the vaccine.
  3. They were suggesting that because the very old and the terminally ill are very frail, even mild side effects like a slight fever, muscle pain, or a mild allergic reaction may be too much for them.

The Norwegian Institute of Public Health said, “For those with the most severe frailty, even relatively mild vaccine side effects can have serious consequences.

They then pointed out that, “For those who have a very short remaining life span anyway, the benefit of the vaccine may be marginal or irrelevant.

In other words – they were pointing out that when it comes to the VERY OLD and the TERMINALLY ILL, the marginal extension of their lifespan may not be worth risk of the mild side effects exacerbating their pre-existing condition.

Reason #5 : Norway Asked Their Doctors To Continue Vaccinating People

While the news media blared alarming headlines, the Norwegians were NOT alarmed by the deaths.

Steinar Madsen, the medical director of the Norwegian Medicines Agency (NOMA) told The BMJ that,

We are not alarmed or worried about this, because these are very rare occurrences and they occurred in very frail patients with very serious disease“.

They also asked their doctors to CONTINUE vaccinating people, just taking extra evaluation of VERY SICK PEOPLE whose underlying condition might be aggravated by the side effects.

Reason #6 : Allergic Reactions Are Uncommon

The same Bloomberg article that all these news media appear to be quoting or paraphrasing from, also said that :

  • Allergic reactions have been uncommon so far
  • In the US, there were 21 cases of severe allergic reactions after 1.9 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine were administered.
  • That works out to just 11.1 cases per MILLION doses

In other words, your risk of getting a severe allergic reaction from a dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is 0.001105%.

You are 35X more likely to DIE choking on your food, and 85X more likely to DIE from a car accident than to get a severe allergic reaction from the Pfizer vaccine.

But here’s the kicker – Norway has a COVID-19 mortality rate of 0.89% – one of the lowest in the world. Yet, that super-low risk of dying from COVID-19 is 804X higher than the risk of getting an allergic reaction from the Pfizer vaccine.

Can Inhaling Steam + Supplements Prevent COVID-19?

Is the natural health company Champ Fit correct that inhaling steam and supplements can prevent COVID-19?

Find out what they are claiming, and what the FACTS really are!

Champ Fit Claims That Inhaling Steam + Supplements Prevent COVID-19!

A Champ Fit video of Managing Director Hema Malini Nidamanuri claiming that inhaling steam and supplements can prevent COVID-19 is going viral on WhatsApp.

Let’s go through her claims one by one, and see if what the facts really are…

Claim #1 : No Vaccines For Respiratory Diseases Have 100% Efficiency

She does not appear to understand the difference between EFFICACY and EFFICIENCY.

Efficiency is about achieving something in the most economical way, so it’s a management term, not a medical term.

When it comes to the performance of vaccine, medical professionals refer to either its efficacy or its effectiveness :

  • Efficacy : how much protection the vaccine offers under ideal, controlled trial conditions
  • Effectiveness : how much protection the vaccine offers in a real world condition (people have underlying conditions, and take medications that may interfere with the vaccine, for example)

Claim #2 : The First Set Of COVID-19 Vaccines Maybe At 50% To 70% Efficiency

While she claims that is what WHO has said, she is WRONG. WHO said no such thing.

The first two COVID-19 vaccines, from Pfizer and Moderna, have efficacy rates of 95% and 94.5% respectively.

That means they will reduce cases of COVID-19 in a vaccinated population by 95% and 94.5% respectively.

Recommended : Pfizer + Moderna mRNA Vaccines : How Do They Work?

Claim #3 : The Rest Depends On Your Body Immunity

FALSE. SARS-CoV-2 is a novel coronavirus – a brand new virus that our body has NEVER encountered.

Therefore, our immune system has no defences, no understanding of how to fight off SARS-CoV-2.

A good immune system doesn’t make your immune to COVID-19.

In fact, severe COVID-19 disease (and death) is caused by the immune system overreacting to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, inducing a cytokine storm.

Claim #4 : WHO Said That These Vaccines Are Only 50% Efficient

FALSE. WHO never said or promised that COVID-19 vaccines are only 50% efficacious. In fact, WHO isn’t even the body that licenses vaccines.

The US FDA was the body that set a MINIMUM EFFICACY of 50% for a COVID-19 vaccine to be approved.

Other regulatory bodies may have their own minimum efficacy rates to licence COVID-19 vaccines. But not WHO.

Claim #5 : The Coronavirus Hides In The Paranasal Sinus For The First Two Days

FALSE. Coronaviruses of any kind, SARS-CoV-2 other otherwise, do NOT go for a 2-day holiday in your paranasal sinuses before infecting you.

That’s pseudoscience bullshit.

Claim #6 : It Takes A Few Days For SARS-CoV-2 To Reach Your Throat And Lungs

FALSE. She is probably confused by the incubation period, which is the time between exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus and when symptoms start appearing.

After exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus will IMMEDIATELY hijack your cells to replicate. It takes a few days before it infects enough cells, and your body recognises and reacts to the threat, for symptoms to show.

But that doesn’t mean they are on a holiday in your paranasal sinuses, or taking their own sweet time trekking their way to your lungs.

A higher power magnification image shows the structure and density of SARS-CoV-2 virions (red) produced by human airway epithelia. Credit : EHRE LAB, UNC SCHOOL OF MEDICINE

Claim #7 : Steam Weakens / Kills The Virus In The Nose

FALSE. Inhaling steam will NOT weaken or kill any virus in your nose. Inhaling hot steam at 60°C to 70°C can cause burn damage to your nose.

In fact, Dr. Satyanarayana Mysore, the HOD of Pulmonology at Manipal Hospitals reported seeing many cases of scalded airways and worsening asthma due to steam inhalation in March, April and May 2020.

Claim #8 : Steaming Was Promoted In China, Japan, Taiwan To Control COVID-19

FALSE. These countries have NEVER used steaming to control COVID-19. They simply used a mixture of :

  • physical distancing or lockdowns
  • mandatory requirement to wear face masks in public
  • stringent hand hygiene practices

She also FALSELY made the claim that those countries promoted steaming as a way to control COVID-19.

Recommended : Face Mask vs COVID-19 : Should You Wear One?

Claim #9 : Using Eucalyptus Oil While Inhaling Steam Works Against COVID-19

FALSE. No medical expert has ever recommended inhaling steam with eucalyptus oil. In fact, they are warning about the dangers of Essential Oil-Induced Seizures (EOIS)!

Dr. Thomas Mathew, Professor and HOD of Neurology at St. John’s Medical College Hospital, said that, “People must avoid adding essential oils, eucalyptus oil and pain balm to water while inhaling steam. These stimulate the brain and cause seizures. We see at least two such cases every month“.

Claim #10 : All The Doctors Are Inhaling Steam + Saying It Really Works Against COVID-19

There are tons of photos of doctors and nurses working in ICU wards, and they all have one thing in common – they are all wearing PPE including face masks and face shields.

There are NO DOCTORS inhaling steam to prevent COVID-19, because IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

And let me remind you again – doctors are WARNING against inhaling steam because it can scald and damage your airways!!!

Claim #11 : Supplements Help Against COVID-19

FALSE. There is no evidence that any supplement can help prevent or cure COVID-19.

Taking multi-vitamin supplements will not help boost your immune system, unless you have a very poor diet.

There’s a reason why they are called supplements – because they are meant to supplement a bad diet.

A good, wholesome diet, will provide your body all the necessary macro- and micro-nutrients it needs.

Can This Corona Kashayam Recipe Prevent COVID-19?

Does this recipe for a corona kashayam really work to prevent COVID-19 infections?

Take a look at this corona kashayam recipe, and find out if it actually works against COVID-19!

Corona Kashayam : A Handwritten Recipe

On 14 January 2021, MDEC Chairman Dr. Rais Hussin shared a recipe for a Corona Kashayam – an Ayurvedic medicinal tea designed to combat COVID-19.

This handwritten Corona Kashayam recipe claims to “protect before corona symptoms, cure after coronavirus“.

Dr. Rais Hussin stated in his tweet, “Try this… I have started … May help to prevent virus attack!

Note : We added the HOAX and laughing overlays to prevent this from being further abused.

Corona Kashayam : As Effective As English Breakfast

We have to CLEARLY and UNEQUIVOCALLY state that the medicinal tea made using this Corona Kashayam recipe will NOT, repeat, will NOT prevent or cure COVID-19.

This Corona Kashayam is as effective as English Breakfast against COVID-19, just doesn’t taste as nice.

Our advice? Enjoy a cup of English Breakfast, and if you do leave home, make sure :

And if you are lucky enough to get a COVID-19 vaccine, TAKE IT!

For those who want to find out more why this Corona Kashayam is useless against COVID-19…

Fact #1 : There Is Still No Cure For COVID-19

As of January 2021, there is still NO CURE for COVID-19.

If this is a proven cure, the inventor would be a good candidate for the Nobel Prize for Medicine.

Fact #2 : There Are Now Vaccines To Prevent COVID-19

Fortunately, there are now several vaccines that have been proven to prevent COVID-19.

The first two are mRNA-based vaccines from Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna.

If you have the opportunity to get vaccinated against COVID-19, you should take it, instead of relying on a handwritten recipe.

Recommended : Pfizer + Moderna mRNA Vaccines : How Do They Work?

Fact #3 : Kashayam Is Used In Ayurveda, Not Allopathic Medicine

The handwritten recipe claims that it was described by an allopathic doctor.

Allopathy refers to modern, science-based medicine, as opposed to homeopathy, Ayurveda and other “alternative” kinds of treatments.

Kashayam is a medicinal tea concoction that is only used in Ayurvedic medicine. No doctor trained in science-based medicine would ever prescribe such a “treatment”.

Fact #4 : Turmeric, Cloves, Lemon + Ginger Will Not Kill SARS-CoV-2

Turmeric, cloves, lemon and ginger are common ingredients in Asian cuisine, so if they do really work against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, Asian countries would not be affected by COVID-19.

Yet, India saw her COVID-19 CASES rise from 8,000 per day in June 2020, to over 97,000 per day in September 2020!

Fact #5 : This Kashayam Recipe Was Confirmed False In June 2020

This Corona Kashayam recipe has been circulating since June 2020, and was confirmed false by Dr. Govind Khati, Dean of the RA Polar College of Ayurveda in Mumbai, who said that it was only an “immunity booster“.

All these ingredients help in improving immunity against normal colds, coughs, and fevers but have their own limitations in terms of action. They only help in reducing pressure on the lungs

Malaysian experts found that gargling with BETADINE or LISTERINE, 3 times a day for 4 days consecutively can kill the COVID-19 virus.

The results of this discovery has been submitted to the Malaysia Ministry of Health.

Can Betadine + Listerine Prevent COVID-19? No, They Cannot!

Here is the short, TLDR summary – NO, gargling Betadine or Listerine mouthwash will NOT kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and prevent it from infecting you.

For those who want to learn more WHY this is just another Internet hoax…

Fact #1 : SARS-CoV-2 Is A Respiratory Virus

SARS-CoV-2 infects mainly through respiratory droplets that you BREATHE in.

No amount of gargling with Betadine or Listerine mouthwash can prevent you from breathing in SARS-CoV-2, and getting infected.

Fact #2 : LISTERINE Cannot Prevent COVID-19

LISTERINE ís an antiseptic mouthwash, that has little to no antiviral properties. Some formulations have alcohol, but only up to 20%.

Johnson & Johnson even has a special page to warn people that LISTERINE is NOT intended to “reduce the risk of, prevent or treat COVID-19 infections”.

It also warns against using it to sanitise your hands or surfaces, because it simply will NOT kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Fact #3 : Betadine Cannot Prevent COVID-19

Betadine mouthwash uses povidone iodine, but it has not been demonstrated to be effective at killing the COVID-19 virus.

In fact, Avrio Health has a special page to warn people that Betadine has NOT been demonstrated to be “effective for the treatment or prevention of COVID-19 or any other viruses.

Fact #4 : KKM Confirms It’s Fake News

In a post posted on 13 January 2021, Dr. Iqbal Rosali, a dentist from the Ministry of Health, confirmed that this is fake news.

He also explained that in dentistry, mouthwash is used to reduce the risk of getting infected by their patients (who may have COVID-19).

Before doing a procedure that can create an aerosol (filling, scaling), the patient will be asked to gargle with mouthwash.

Fact #5 : Mouthwash Protects Dentists, Not Users

Studies like this show that povidone iodine is effective in reducing the viral load in a patient’s mouth.

This helps to reduce the risk of an asymptomatic COVID-19 patient unknowingly infecting the dentist.

However, it does not prevent the mouthwash user from getting infected. It only protects the dentist.

Is WhatsApp Forcing Us To Share Data With Facebook In February 2021?

Many websites are claiming that WhatsApp is forcing us to share our data with Facebook in February 2021.

Find out what’s going on, and what the FACTS really are!

WhatsApp Sharing Data With Facebook : What’s Going On?

We wrote about this earlier, but it looks like many websites (including very influential ones) are still peddling the claim that WhatsApp is going to force us to share data with Facebook in February 2021.

It all started with this pop-up alert that started appearing on WhatsApp a few days ago, alerting us to a change in its terms and privacy policy.

You must accept this new privacy policy to continue using WhatsApp from 8 February 2021 onwards. Otherwise, the alert subtly suggests, you should “delete your account”.

Since then, numerous articles have been written about how this new privacy policy is forcing us to share our WhatsApp data with Facebook.

This has led to many people switching to alternatives like Telegram and Signal, in fear that the new privacy policy would allow Facebook to access and read all of their WhatsApp messages.

No, WhatsApp Is Not Forcing You To Share Data With Facebook

As we shared earlier, NO, the new WhatsApp privacy policy does not force you to share data with Facebook, because…

Fact #1 : It Has Been A Requirement Since September 2016!

It is perplexing why so many websites claim that this new privacy policy forces us to let WhatsApp share data with Facebook. After all, this has been a requirement since September 2016!

Back in August 2016, WhatsApp announced that they would start sharing data with Facebook. At that time, they gave existing users 30 days to opt-out.

This was a one-time offer that has never been repeated. Since then, every new and current user MUST agree to let WhatsApp share data with Facebook.

Fact #2 : WhatsApp Will Still Honour The Opt-Out

If you are a WhatsApp veteran who opted out of data sharing in August 2016, WhatsApp will still honour that opt-out.

You can safely agree to the new privacy policy – your data opt-out will remain active.

Fact #3 : WhatsApp Will Share MORE Information With Facebook

The new WhatsApp privacy policy is mainly focused on enabling Businesses on WhatsApp.

So while they DO NOT need your permission to continue sharing data with Facebook, they still need your permission to SHARE MORE data with Facebook.

This is the list of additional data that we must agree to let WhatsApp share with Facebook :

  • Status Information. You may provide us your status if you choose to include one on your account. Learn how to use status on Android, iPhone, or KaiOS.
  • Transactions And Payments Data. If you use our payments services, or use our Services meant for purchases or other financial transactions, we process additional information about you, including payment account and transaction information. Payment account and transaction information includes information needed to complete the transaction (for example, information about your payment method, shipping details and transaction amount). If you use our payments services available in your country or territory, our privacy practices are described in the applicable payments privacy policy.
  • Location Information. We collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission when you choose to use location-related features, like when you decide to share your location with your contacts or view locations nearby or locations others have shared with you. There are certain settings relating to location-related information which you can find in your device settings or the in-app settings, such as location sharing. Even if you do not use our location-related features, we use IP addresses and other information like phone number area codes to estimate your general location (e.g., city and country). We also use your location information for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes.
  • User Reports. Just as you can report other users, other users or third parties may also choose to report to us your interactions and your messages with them or others on our Services; for example, to report possible violations of our Terms or policies. When a report is made, we collect information on both the reporting user and reported user.
  • Businesses On WhatsApp. Businesses you interact with using our Services may provide us with information about their interactions with you. We require each of these businesses to act in accordance with applicable law when providing any information to us.When you message with a business on WhatsApp, keep in mind that the content you share may be visible to several people in that business. In addition, some businesses might be working with third-party service providers (which may include Facebook) to help manage their communications with their customers. For example, a business may give such third-party service provider access to its communications to send, store, read, manage, or otherwise process them for the business. To understand how a business processes your information, including how it might share your information with third parties or Facebook, you should review that business’ privacy policy or contact the business directly.

Fact #4 : WhatsApp + Facebook Cannot Read Your Messages

WhatsApp finished implementing end-to-end encryption on 5 April 2016, about 4.5 months before instituting the requirement to share data with Facebook.

Since then, WhatsApp nor Facebook can no longer read your messages, as they are encrypted. Only the sender and receiver(s) can read them.

WhatsApp shares a considerable amount of data and metadata that Facebook can use to identify and track your movements and activities. But not the content of your messages.

Fact #5 : Telegram Is Less Secure!

For those who are fleeing to Telegram, you should note that Telegram does not encrypt messages (only Secret Chats).

In fact, all of your data – messages, photos, videos, documents – are stored in Telegram servers, which is a big security risk because… they are NOT encrypted!

In contrast, WhatsApp data is only stored in your devices. WhatsApp also does not retain messages in their servers after they are delivered, and will only store files (like photos and videos) and undelivered messages for 30 days.

WhatsApp will, however, store the time and date of the messages you send and receive

Fact #6 : Signal Is The Most Secure Alternative

Those who want a more private and secure messenger should opt for Signal, instead of Telegram.

It offers end-to-end encryption using the open-source Signal protocol, the same protocol which WhatsApp uses in its own proprietary format.

On top of that, it offers a Sealed Sender feature which prevents everyone – including Signal – from knowing the sender and recipient of a message.

But best of all, Signal does not share your data with any third-party company. In fact, the only metadata it collects is your phone number, and even that is not linked to your identity.

That said, Signal lacks features found in WhatsApp and Telegram, so we cannot call it the best alternative, only the most secure alternative.

Fact Check : Sungai Buloh Hospital Cramped With Patients?

A viral message, with photos and a video, alleges that Sungai Buloh Hospital is cramped with COVID-19 patients.

Find out what’s going on, and what the FACTS really are!

Claim : Sungai Buloh Hospital Is Cramped With Patients!

This message, with these photos and a video, have gone viral on Facebook and WhatsApp.

It alleges that Sungai Buloh Hospital is filled to the brim, cramped with COVID-19 patients.

From my friend’s wife in Sg Buloh Hospital:

As you all know my wife is an anaesthetist in Sg Buloh Hospital and she has a very depressing message for all of us. She just told me that all Selangor government hospitals emergency departments are now filled with intubated Covid patients who they are not equipped to deal with the situation. Patients as young as early 30s.

She says that there are a few more doctors getting infected in Sg Buloh.

She has advised me to tell everyone to stop eating outside. And do not go out unnecessarily! The virus is now all over the place! Stay safe!

Below is a photo of the cramped sickening situation in the hospital!

The Truth : That Is MAEPS, Not Sungai Buloh Hospital!

The video and photos are genuine, but they are not of the Sungai Buloh Hospital.

They are of the temporary COVID-19 quarantine centre at MAEPS (Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang).

Fact #1 : That Is The MAEPS Quarantine Centre

On 28 March 2020, the Director General of Health Datuk Dr. Noor Hisham Abdullah announced that MAEPS was being converted into a temporary COVID-19 hospital.

Technically, it is a COVID-19 Quarantine and Low Risk Treatment Centre (PKRC), which doubles as a quarantine centre and treatment facility for asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic patients.

This temporary COVID-19 hospital at MAEPS was closed on 15 July 2020 and disassembled after Malaysia flattened the curve.

On 9 December 2020, the Ministry of Health reactivated MAEPS as a COVID-19 Quarantine and Low Risk Treatment Centre (PKRC).

Fact #2 : The MAEPS Quarantine Centre Has 10,000 Beds

Dubbed MAEPS PKRC 2.0, it has about 10,000 beds.

It started with 3,000 beds in Phase 1, followed by a 3,300 bed expansion in Phase 2; and finally 3,700 beds in Phase 3.

Fact #3 : The MAEPS Quarantine Centre Is For Patients With Mild Or No Symptoms

The MAEPS quarantine centre is limited to Category 1 (asymptomatic) or Category 2 (mildly symptomatic) patients only.

As such, you will not find any intubated patients, or even an ICU. This is a quarantine centre for mild cases.

Fact #4 : These Photos Were Circulating Since December 2020

These photos have been circulating since mid-December 2020. At that time, netizens were critical of the lack of physical distancing.

The fact of the matter is – only those who tested positive for COVID-19 are quarantined here. There is, therefore, no need for physical distancing.

2021 MCO / PKP Of 6 States : Not True… For Now

Is the Malaysian government going to announce MCO / PKP in six states?

Find out what’s going on, and what the facts really are!

Updated @ 2021-01-08 : Added the details of PM’s announcement on 11 January 2021

Claim : 2021 MCO / PKP Of 6 States Next Week

A document showing the Malaysian government preparing for the reinstatement of MCO / PKP in six states has gone viral.

Specifically, the key part which states, “DECISION : The meeting agreed that MCO (PKP) be implemented in 6 states, that are Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Johor and Sabah, for a period of 2 weeks which will be extended if there is a need“.

It also states that, “The meeting agrees to give the AGC (Attorney General Chambers) a week to prepare the legal provisions to implement MCO (PKP).

Finally, the document also states that, “Mind conditioning should precede the announcement by the Minister of Defence and DG Health on the implementation of MCO (PKP) to assuage the concerns of the citizens.

2021 MCO / PKP Of 6 States : Not True… For Now

The Malaysia National Security Council (MKN) quickly shut down the viral document as FAKE. But that may not be fake for very long…

Fact #1 : MKN Only Disputed On A Small Part Of The Document

Did you notice how MKN deliberately mosaiced the rest of the document? They never did this for their previous debunking of fake news.

It appears that MKN is only disputing a very small part of the document, specifically “Decision : The meeting agreed for MCO (PKP) to be implemented”.

It is possible that MKN is waiting for the AGC to come up with the legal provisions, before making a final decision.

Fact #2 : MOH Requested For MCO Several Times

From our recollection, the Malaysia Ministry of Health (MOH) earlier stated at least three times that they requested for the implementation of MCO / PKP, but it was rejected by the government.

So it would not be surprising if they are requesting for the implementation of MCO again, now that the hospitals are full of COVID-19 patients.

Fact #3 : MOH Will Propose New Strategies To MKN

On 6 January 2021, the MOH stated that they are studying new strategies to MKN after persistent large increases in COVID-19 cases due to the reopening of interstate travel.

We would not be surprised if one of those strategies will include the implementation of MCO for “red states”.

Fact #4 : The Decision Will Be Announced On 11 January 2021

The Prime Minister of Malaysia will announce the government’s decision on what stricter measures to take on Monday, 11 January 2021.

Is Genting Highlands Closed Over Many COVID-19 Cases?

Did Genting Highlands just get shut down after many of their employees tested positive for COVID-19?

Find out what’s going on, and what the facts really are!

Genting Highlands : Closed Over Many COVID-19 Cases?

On 6 January 2021, we received a video taken inside First World Hotel in Genting Highlands, together with this message :

Genting Highland just 25 minutes ago was found that some few Customers are having Covid-19 and all was Stop the whole Casino of Genting Highlands, too

Customers are Not allowed to return back and all are detained for further Quarantine for (10) days because of this Dangerous Various Covid-19 !!……………….

Even all Genting Highlands Casino’s Staff all must Quarantine for (10) days………. And all Casino in Genting Highlands are Not allowed to Operate in between these (14) days………

The video appears to show Genting Highlands casino employees waiting to be quarantined after being identified as close contacts of COVID-19 patients.

The lady recording the video claimed that someone at the (staff) canteen was infected, so those who came into contact had to quarantine for 10 days.

She was being quarantined because she was seen in the CCTV packing food from the canteen. She also complained that she had to wait a long time in the queue.

Genting Highlands : Not Closed Over COVID-19 Cases, Yet

The video is genuine, but the message attached to it is false. Here are the facts…

Fact #1 : This Video Was Shot On 5 January 2021

According to someone working at Genting Highlands, the video is genuine, and was shot on 5 January 2021.

Fact #2 : That Was A Check-In Line For Employees

At the 9th and 10th second of the video (right screenshot below), you can see the sign saying “Check In At Counter  – EMPLOYEES“.

So it does indeed look like employees are lining to check in for their quarantine at the First World Hotel.

Fact #3 : The Shorter Quarantine Period Is Correct

Malaysia reduced the quarantine period from 14-days to just 10 days from 14 December 2020 onwards.

Fact #4 : Several Workers At Staff Canteen Positive For COVID-19

On 7 January 2021, Resorts World Genting confirmed that several workers at their staff canteen were positive for COVID-19.

They were isolated, and employees who had been to the canteen were asked to be “accommodated separately for a certain period” – a quarantine, in other words.

However, they did not reveal how many workers were infected, and how many were quarantined.

Fact #5 : Genting Highlands Is Still Open

Despite a number of employees testing positive, and what looks like a large number of employees quarantined, Genting Highlands remains open to the public.

The staff canteens are not accessible to the public, and have been “thoroughly sanitised and disinfected“.

They also sanitised and disinfected the areas frequented by the affected workers.

Resorts World Genting : Official Statement On COVID-19 Cases

Here is Resorts World Genting’s official statement on the COVID-19 exposure at their resort.

7 January 2021

Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 at Genting Highlands

In early January, several workers at our staff canteens were tested RTK-Antigen positive. The affected workers were detected during our regular health and safety screening and were immediately isolated. Contact tracing is in progress and for precaution, we have asked some employees who have been to these canteens, be accommodated separately for a certain period. Meanwhile, we have reported the matter to the Ministry of Health (MOH) and will work closely with the authority to address this.

We have thoroughly sanitised and disinfected the staff canteens as well as any areas frequented by the workers. These canteens are not accessible to the public.

We assure everyone that SOPs are in place and will be continuously reviewed and enhanced to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all in Resorts World Genting. The resort remains open to the public.

We will continue to take the necessary precautionary measures as the health and safety of all our guests and employees have always been our utmost priority. We kindly advise everyone to remain vigilant and adhere to the SOPs issued by the government. This includes wearing a face mask, observing physical distancing, and adopting good personal hygiene practices at all times.

Hello? WhatsApp Is Already Sharing Data With Facebook!

People are worried that a new WhatsApp privacy policy update will force them to share data with Facebook.

Well, here’s the real surprise – don’t you know that WhatsApp is already doing that?

Find out what’s going on, and what WhatsApp is really changing…

New WhatsApp Privacy Policy : Share Data With Facebook?

Many of you may have woken up to this pop-up on WhatsApp, alerting you to a change in its terms and privacy policy, which takes effect on 8 February 2021.

While you can delay the decision by clicking NOT NOW, you have to accept the new terms and privacy policy, to continue using WhatsApp.

Otherwise, the alert subtly suggests, you should “delete your account”.

Hello? WhatsApp Is Already Sharing Data With Facebook!

Many WhatsApp users are shocked by this new development, and pondering about whether they should jump to Telegram or some other instant messenger.

What’s more egregious though is that many websites are “warning” their readers about this new, shocking development.

The fact of the matter is – WhatsApp has been sharing data with Facebook for years!

In The Beginning : Private Communication Assured

After Facebook bought WhatsApp for a cool US$19 billion, Jan Koum set the record straight on 17 March 2014 :

Respect for your privacy is coded into our DNA, and we built WhatsApp around the goal of knowing as little about you as possible: You don’t have to give us your name and we don’t ask for your email address. We don’t know your birthday. We don’t know your home address. We don’t know where you work. We don’t know your likes, what you search for on the internet or collect your GPS location. None of that data has ever been collected and stored by WhatsApp, and we really have no plans to change that.

2016 : WhatsApp Starts Sharing Data With Facebook

In August 2016, WhatsApp announced that they would start sharing data with Facebook, after rolling out end-to-end encryption.

[B]y coordinating more with Facebook, we’ll be able to do things like track basic metrics about how often people use our services and better fight spam on WhatsApp. And by connecting your phone number with Facebook’s systems, Facebook can offer better friend suggestions and show you more relevant ads if you have an account with them. For example, you might see an ad from a company you already work with, rather than one from someone you’ve never heard of.

At that time, WhatsApp offered existing users a special one-time only option to opt-out of the data sharing, but only if they did it within 30 days.

If you are an existing user, you can choose not to have your WhatsApp account information shared with Facebook to improve your Facebook ads and products experiences. Existing users who accept our updated Terms and Privacy Policy will have an additional 30 days to make this choice by going to Settings > Account.

If you did not opt-out within 30 days back in August 2016, your data would be shared with Facebook.

This opt-out option was NOT provided to new WhatsApp users who registered on or after 25 August 2016.

After 24 September 2016 : WhatsApp Has Been Sharing Data With Facebook

With the singular exception of existing users who managed to opt-out by 24 September 2016, the data of every other WhatsApp user has been shared with Facebook.

8 February 2021 Onwards : More Information Is Shared

What will really change from 8 February 2021 onwards is the additional information that WhatsApp will share with Facebook :

Opted Out In 2016? It Is Still Honoured!

WhatsApp will apparently continue to honour the decision of those who opted-out of data sharing in August 2016.

For those who opted out, you can agree to the new policy, and your data will still NOT be shared with Facebook.

To check if you opted-out in August 2016, you will need to check in your WhatsApp account – Settings > Account > Request Account Info.

Shopping Malls With COVID-19 Cases : Misleading!

A PowerPoint presentation on Klang Valley shopping malls with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days has gone viral, but it is really misleading.

Find out what happened, and what the facts really are!

Shopping Malls With COVID-19 Cases : The Viral List

The PowerPoint presentation was prepared by Sensata Technologies Malaysia, apparently for their internal use.

It boasts that no Sensata Technologies Malaysia employee has tested positive for COVID-19, and included a list of shopping malls with COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days.

It appears to suggest that STM employees should not go to these shopping malls, or any shopping mall, to ensure they won’t get infected.

Shopping Malls With COVID-19 Cases : Misleading!

The list of shopping malls with COVID-19 cases was compiled by Sensata Technologies Malaysia based on the MySejahtera app.

The list accurately shows what MySejahtera reported, but the list is MISLEADING and here are the reasons why…

Reason #1 : KKM Confirmed That It’s Misleading

The Malaysia Ministry of Health (KKM) confirmed that this list is misleading, because of the reasons below…

Reason #2 : MySejahtera Does Not Show Cases For Specific Locations

The MySejahtera app allows you to look up specific locations, but it will NOT show the case numbers for any specific location.

It is not possible for anyone to use MySejahtera to find out that IKEA Damansara has 3 cases, for example.

MySejahtera will only show you the number of reported COVID-19 cases within a 1 km radius. That’s a 3.14 square kilometre area.

Reason #3 : MySejahtera Shows Cases In 1 KM Radius In Past 14 Days

The MySejahtera Hot Spot tracker feature only lists the number of reported COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days.

If you try it out now, you can search for Pavilion KL, and it will say,

There have been 804 reported case(s) of COVID-19 within a 1 km radius from your searched location in the last 14 days.

It cannot be used to confirm that Pavilion KL has 834 cases on 1 January 2021, and 804 cases on 2 January 2021.

What those numbers mean is that on 1 January 2021, the area surrounding Pavilion KL had 834 cases, and that dropped to 804 cases on 2 January 2021.

Act 342 Control of Infectious Disease is still in force.
The main focus and action of operations is to prevent motorcycle and illegal racing activities.
Arrests and prosecutions will be imposed on all violations of the law as above.

PDRM Alert On 2021 New Year Eve Celebrations : Possibly True

We attempted to verify the warning with PDRM, but they have not replied as of 9 PM.

Therefore, we are unable to confirm if there is actually a massive operation planned. However, we believe it is “possibly true” to some extent, because…

Fact #1 : PDRM Warned About Increase Inspection + Monitoring

On 28 December 2020, PDRM issued a statement regarding the year-end holidays and the 2021 New Year celebrations.

It acknowledge that people will be travelling and visiting each other, and this would likely lead to an increase in COVID-19 cases.

They reminded everyone to follow the SOP strictly, and warned that PDRM will increase their inspection and monitoring to ensure that the SOP is followed.

Fact #2 : New Year Eve Celebrations Are NOT Allowed

On 28 December 2020, Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said that the Malaysian government will NOT allow mass gatherings for the 2021 New Year Eve celebrations.

As a result, firework displays at the top New Year celebration spots like The Curve  and IPC Shopping Centre in Mutiara Damansara, Dataran Merdeka in downtown KL, and Resort World Genting in Genting Highlands, have been cancelled.

Fact #3 : PDRM Declined To Issue Any Permit For 2021 New Year Eve Celebrations

According to Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador, PDRM received requests for firework displays for the 2021 New Year Eve celebrations.

However, he said that PDRM decline to issue any permit for any 2021 New Year Eve celebration, including firework displays.

He also pointed out that this is in line with the 28 December 2020 announcement (Fact #2) that no mass gathering is permitted.

COVID-19 Hot Spot Areas In KL : Hoax Debunked!

The map of COVID-19 hot spot areas in KL has gone viral on WhatsApp, but it’s really just a hoax.

Find out what happened, and what the facts really are!

COVID-19 Hot Spot Areas In KL : The Viral Map

This is the map that went viral on WhatsApp – showing 7233 cases in seven COVID-19 hot spot areas in KL :

  • Dorsett KL : 1446 cases
  • Pavilion : 1419 cases
  • Times Square : 1419 cases
  • Lot 10 : 1066 cases
  • Low Yat Plaza : 1027 cases
  • Wisma Genting : 701 cases
  • Petaling Street : 155 cases

COVID-19 Hot Spot Areas In KL : Hoax Debunked!

The map of COVID-19 hot spot areas in KL claims to be based on the MySejahtera app.

However, it is FALSE and here are the reasons why…

Reason #1 : KKM Confirms It’s False

The Malaysia Ministry of Health (KKM) confirmed that this map is false.

Reason #2 : MySejahtera Does Not Show Cases For Specific Locations

The MySejahtera app allows you to look up specific locations, but it will NOT show the case numbers for any specific location.

So it is not possible for anyone to use MySejahtera to find out that Low Yat Plaza has 1027 cases, for example.

Reason #3 : MySejahtera Shows Cases In 1 KM Radius In Past 14 Days

The MySejahtera Hot Spot tracker feature only lists the number of reported COVID-19 cases within a 1 km radius in the last 14 days.

In other words, it shows you how many COVID-19 cases were reported within a 3.14 square kilometre area over the past 14 days.

If you try it out now, you can search for Pavilion KL, and it will say,

There have been 805 reported case(s) of COVID-19 within a 1 km radius from your searched location in the last 14 days.

HUAWEI New Year Gift Scam : Do NOT Click Or Share!

Scammers are sending out this message on WhatsApp, claiming that HUAWEI is giving away New Year gifts.

Please do NOT click on the message, or share it. Just delete it and warn your family and friends!

Why This HUAWEI New Year Gift Offer Is A Scam

Let us show you why this HUAWEI New Year Gift offer (and similar offers) is just a scam.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : Not Using The Real HUAWEI Domain

A genuine HUAWEI campaign would use the real HUAWEI domain – www.huawei.com.

The use of a different domain (2021-whatsapp3w.bar) should warn you that this is not a legitimate HUAWEI website.

Warning Sign #2 : HUAWEI Does Not Give Away Free Gifts

HUAWEI is a for-profit corporation whose goal is to make money, not give it away.

They are not a charity, and will never give free gifts to celebrate a new year, or anniversary.

They only give free gifts to promote the purchase of their latest products.

Warning Sign #3 : Ridiculous Prizes

While brands may sometimes give away branded swag like a face mask, a t-shirt, or a cap; they will NEVER give away CASH as a prize.

And there is no way they would give away US$5,000 cash prizes. That’s just nuts! It should be cheaper to just give away one of their latest Mate 40 Pro smartphones.

Maybank B40 Subsidy Scam : Do NOT Click Or Call!

Watch out for the new Maybank B40 subsidy scam! It is a phishing attack to gain access to your Maybank account!

Do NOT click or call. Just delete it, and WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Maybank B40 Subsidy Scam : Do NOT Click Or Call!

Scammers are sending out this SMS claiming that Maybank (MBB) will issue the B40 subsidy after you fill in some information.

Please do NOT click on the message, or call the telephone number. Just delete it and warn your family and friends!

Why This Maybank B40 Subsidy Offer Is Just A Scam

Let us show you why this Maybank B40 subsidy offer (and similar offers) is just a scam.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : No Such B40 Subsidy Program

The Malaysian government has not announced any B40 subsidy program.

Neither would Maybank offer free money for the B40. It’s a bank, not a charity.

Warning Sign #2 : Bad Grammar

The bad English grammar should be a warning sign that this is not a legitimate offer.

Warning Sign #3 : Not Using The Real Maybank Domain

A genuine Maybank campaign would use the real Maybank domain – www.maybank.com.my.

The use of a different domain should warn you that this is not a legitimate Maybank website.

In fact, Google Chrome will warn you that this website is a phishing attack – to get your personal and banking information.

Warning Sign #4 : Asking You For Your Information

The banks – whether they are Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, etc – will NEVER ask you to fill in your personal details.

Think about it – they already have your information because you have an account with them!

Even if there is a legitimate B40 subsidy programme, they only need you to log into your Maybank account. They do NOT need you to register your details again.

These scammers ask you for these details so they can use them in phishing calls, to convince you that they are really from Maybank.

Warning Sign #5 : Asking You For Your Bank Login!!!

This is a BIG warning sign. Banks will NEVER ask you for your user name and password.

If you key in this information, you are basically giving these scammers access to your Maybank account.

They will call or message you and try to get your TAC (Transaction Authorisation Code) number that is sent to your mobile number. DO NOT GIVE THAT TO THEM!

If you sent them your user name and password, please contact the bank immediately, and change your password!

Tesco New Year Scam Alert : Do NOT Click / Forward!

Now that the New Year is almost here, the Tesco New Year Scam is going viral on WhatsApp!

Do NOT click on the message if you receive it. Do NOT forward it either!

Just delete it, and WARN YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

Tesco New Year Scam Alert : Do NOT Click / Forward!

People are sharing this Tesco New Year promotion that claims to offer a gift card valued up to RM1000, but it is really nothing more than a SCAM!

Please do NOT click on the message, or forward it to anyone. Just delete it and warn your family and friends!

Why This Tesco New Year Offer Is Just A Scam

Let us show you why this Tesco New Year gift card offer (and similar offers) is just a scam.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : Bad Grammar

Most of these Tesco gift card scams have bad grammar (example #1, example #2), which is a big clue that this isn’t a genuine Tesco offer.

In this example, they capitalised TESCO and use the grammatically incorrect “win up to RM1000 Tesco Gift Card!

Warning Sign #2 : Offering You Free Money Or Gifts

Please do NOT be naive. Nothing is FREE in this world, much less a RM1000 gift card.

Tesco isn’t going to give you FREE money, just because it’s the new year, or their anniversary.

They are a corporation whose business is to make money, not a charity to give you free money.

Warning Sign #3 : Not Using The Real Tesco Domain

A genuine Tesco Malaysia campaign would use the real Tesco Malaysia domain – www.tesco.com.my.

Or they would run it off the official Tesco Malaysia page on Facebook – www.facebook.com/TescoMY.

This scam is using a BlogSpot.com domain – which is not something any genuine company would do.

Warning Sign #4 : Asking You To Forward The Offer

No brand will insist that you must share the offer with 5 groups or 20 friends on WhatsApp.

Do not click to forward their offer to your family and friends. They will not appreciate being scammed with your help!

Warning Sign #5 : Asking You To Download + Register An App

If you click through and joined the fake survey scam, you will eventually be asked to download and register for an app.

That is VERY DANGEROUS. Never agree to download and register for any unknown app from a website.

Always download your apps from an official App Store like Google Play Store (for Android smartphones) and Apple App Store (for iPhones).

Antivaxxers Keep Creating Fake Tiffany Dover Death Claims!

Antivaxxers are still creating and spreading fake death claims about Tiffany Dover, while hounding her family and her!

Find out what’s going on, and what YOU can do to help Tiffany Dover and her family!

Tiffany Dover : Who Is She? What’s Going On?

Here’s a quick primer for those who have not heard of Tiffany Dover, or what has energised anti-vaccination groups recently.

On 17 December 2020, Tiffany Dover fainted on live TV after getting her Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, due to vasovagal syncope – a very common condition.

She recovered within minutes, and explained that it wasn’t a surprise because she often faints when she feels pain.

However, antivaxxers pounced on the incident as evidence that the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine is dangerous, sharing edited versions of the video to sow fear, doubt and uncertainty about the vaccine.

Antivaxxers Keep Creating Fake Tiffany Dover Death Claims!

After her fainting episode was explained and the full video was shared, antivaxxers had to switch gears.

They decided to claim that Tiffany Dover later DIED, after recovering from her fainting spell.

Here are three examples…

Joe Leonard

It looks like rumors of Tiffany Dover’s death are TRUE and it is being covered up.

No activity since her highly publicized public vaccination despite regular use of Instagram. No replies to dozens of questions. Family set their profiles to private.

RIP

Kitty Lynn

OMFG! FAINTING NURSE DIED
Tiffany Dover IS DEAD

I saw that fainting nurse died, so I checked it out!
This death record has to be her! Same town, age, and most importantly, the family listed all show up as her friends on fb!

Shannon Haas

BREAKING There is reports Tiffany Dover is dead. She is the nurse who collapsed on live television when being interviewed about the vaccine. We can’t confirm it, we are trying to collect as much intel as possible.
INTEL WE KNOW
– She is from Tennessee
– She collapsed 15+ minutes after taking the Pfizer vaccine on live television
– Her Instagram account is tiffany_dover_ and she hasn’t posted for 5 days, she generally posts every 2-3 days
– There is social media posts about her death from people who were allegedly connected to her or her family
– There is reports of death threats against her family for sharing the info
– There is reports of censorship
– The debunkers are saying it is all false but are providing very little evidence

Someone even created a fake Tiffany Dover memorial page on Instagram (now removed), saying :

She will always be remembered for her bravery. She was a wonderful nurse. #nurse #bravery #covid_19 #tiffanydover #inmemoryof #hospital #alwaysremember

It gained 1650 followers before Instagram finally shut it down. While it was up, antivaxxers used it to promote the claim that she truly did die after being vaccinated with the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

How To Help Tiffany Dover With These Fake Death Claims

Creating and sharing fake death claims about Tiffany Dover isn’t about “having an open mind” or “just investigating the truth” or “exploring the possibilities“.

This is literally cyberbullying!

And it doesn’t even stop with fake death claims. People are also hounding her family and friends, calling them fake or crisis actors.

Help stop this cyberbullying of Tiffany Dover, her family and her friends, by :

  • sharing such fact check articles, including this and this.
  • telling the truth to those who shared with you those fake claims
  • sharing the fact check links as comments on those fake social media posts
  • DO NOT SHARE those fake social media posts

Why Tiffany Dover Death Claims Are ALL FAKE!

Fact #1 : Tiffany Dover Is Alive And Well!

According to the NewsChannel 9 ABC crew who recorded the whole event on 17 December 2020, Tiffany Dover quickly recovered, and within minutes, was able to get up and speak with them again.

While antivaxxers are claiming that she subsequently died, those are complete lies. She did NOT die.

Her hospital – CHI Memorial – posted this tweet two days later, confirming that she is well, asking that people give her and her family privacy.

Fact #2 : Tiffany Dover Alive And Well On Video, 4 Days Later!

On 21 December 2020, CHI Memorial followed up with a short video showing that she is alive and well, surrounded by her colleagues.

To prove that it was not filmed before her vaccination and alleged “death”, they held up banners that said, “Nursing Leadership Vaccinated Together, #CHIMemorialStrong” and the date “12-21-20“.

Fact #3 : People Found The Wrong Death Record

Conspiracy theorists and antivaxxers are parading online search results showing her death record.

Many searched Tiffany Dover in the wrong state, because they thought she was a nurse in Alabama. Is it any wonder she got the wrong death record?

Some even assumed that SearchQuarry lists only dead people. It’s actually a search engine for public records in the United States.

With such amazing keyboard investigators, who needs the FBI?

Fact #4 : Tiffany Dover Is Not A Unique Name

As unique as Tiffany Dover surely is as a person, her name isn’t unique.

In the entire US, there are currently 47 Tiffany Dovers, with nine of them in Tennessee. And no, they are NOT CLONES, as some people are alleging.

And they do not include Tiffany Dovers who have actually passed away years or even decades ago.

Fact #5 : People Are Not Obligated To Be Active On Social Media

Skeptics like Shannon Haas claim that she must be dead because “she hasn’t posted for 5 days” even though “she generally posts every 2-3 days“.

First of all, NO ONE is obligated to post anything on social media, much less maintain their activity level.

Secondly, a lack of updates does NOT mean she is dead. Some of us actually have lives, like a real social life outside of social media?

Let’s not forget that she’s a nurse manager in CHI Memorial, which is not only actively treating COVID-19 patients, they are also working to administer the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

So is it really that surprising if she has been too busy to update your stalkers with her latest selfies?

But since you are so “concerned” about her well-being, here’s a photo of Tiffany Dover with her CHI Memorial colleagues on 21 December 2020 :

Fact #6 : Claims Of Reports Are Just Claims, Not Actual Evidence

People like Shannon Haas, Joe Leonard and Kitty Lynn are not true skeptics. They are just too damn lazy to go beyond making unverified claims on social media.

He claimed that there are “reports of death threats against her family for sharing the info” and “reports of censorship“.

But when a friend asked for links for those reports, he could only reply, “Not sure.” I kid you not.

Yet, he had no qualms claiming too that “debunkers are saying it is all false but are providing very little evidence“.

If you see claims like that, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, please treat it the same way you would if someone told you he/she can fly without wings.

With the utmost skepticism : Yeah, sure, bro… sure… preferably with a middle finger.

Did Alabama Nurse, Tiffany Dover, Die From Pfizer Vaccine?

Antivaxxers are claiming that an Alabama nurse, Tiffany Dover, died on live TV after taking the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine!

Find out what’s going on, and what the facts really are!

Updated @ 2020-12-25 : Added more fact checks, because antivaxxers continue to post fake claims about Tiffany. It’s Christmas, for crying out loud!

Originally posted @ 2020-12-23

Did Alabama Nurse, Tiffany Dover, Die From Pfizer Vaccine?

There are several versions of this story, but they basically boil down to two main storylines :

a) an unnamed Alabama nurse died on live TV after taking the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine!

COVID 19 -TEST A nurse in Alabama dies directly on the air after taking the Pfizer vaccine for Corona This is clear evidence of the danger of the vaccine, including the toxins and animal genes .. LOOK AT VEDIO CLIP!

b) a Tennessee nurse, Tiffany Dover, died after fainting on live TV (after taking the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine)

OMFG! FAINTING NURSE DIED
Tiffany Dover IS DEAD

I saw that fainting nurse died, so I checked it out!
This death record has to be her! Same town, age, and most importantly, the family listed all show up as her friends on fb!

So the nurse who took the COVID-19 vaccination on live television is now dead days after being vaccinated..

No, Tiffany Dover, Did NOT Die From Pfizer Vaccine!

The short and sweet summary is this – no nurse died after taking the Pfizer vaccine, whether on live TV or otherwise.

For the skeptics who are fond of asking, “How do you know? Were you there?”, here are the facts…

Fact #1 : No Nurse Died On Live TV In Alabama

Despite claims that an unnamed nurse died in Alabama after being injected with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, that is not true.

The claim was shared with the video of Tiffany Dover, a nurse in Tennessee, fainting on live TV after receiving her Pfizer vaccination.

It is likely that antivaxxers intentionally switched the location from Tennessee to Alabama, to mislead those who already knew about Tiffany Dover.

Fact #2 : Tiffany Dover Is Alive And Well!

In fact, her hospital – CHI Memorial – posted this tweet, confirming that she is well, asking that people give her and her family privacy.

Fact #3 : Tiffany Dover Alive And Well On Video, 4 Days Later!

In fact, Kitty Lynn in this example searched for Tiffany Dover in the wrong state – Alabama. Is it any wonder she got the wrong death record?

Note : We intentionally added the HOAX overlay, to prevent it from being misleadingly shared

And this intrepid online investigator discovered that he/she was also listed on searchquarry.com.

Funnily enough, herdsheeple thought that SearchQuarry lists only dead people. It’s actually a search engine for public records in the United States.

With fantastic investigators like herdsheeple and Kitty Lynn, who needs the FBI?

Fact #4 : Tiffany Dover Is Not A Unique Name

As unique as Tiffany Dover surely is as a person, her name isn’t unique.

In the entire US, there are currently 47 Tiffany Dovers, with nine of them in Tennessee. And no, they are NOT CLONES, as some people are alleging.

And they do not include Tiffany Dovers who have actually passed away years or even decades ago.

Fact #5 : No Animal Genes In mRNA Vaccines

Some of these messages include the claim that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine contains animal genes, that’s completely false.

There are no genes of any sort in mRNA vaccines, whether they are from Pfizer or Moderna.

The mRNA in these COVID-19 vaccines are merely RNA instructions – coding for the SARS-CoV-2 spike proteins. That’s it.

Can Donald Trump Really Blame Iran For Rocket Attack?

Donald Trump just accused Iran of the rocket attack on the US embassy in Baghdad, threatening retaliation!

Take a look at the picture of three rockets he posted, and find out what the facts really are!

Donald Trump : Iran Responsible For Rocket Attack On US Embassy

Even in the waning days of his Presidency, Donald Trump isn’t quite done with Iran.

In a new threat against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Trump posted a picture of three unfired rockets, which he claimed were from Iran.

Our embassy in Baghdad got hit Sunday by several rockets. Three rockets failed to launch. Guess where they were from: IRAN. Now we hear chatter of additional attacks against Americans in Iraq…Some friendly health advice to Iran: If one American is killed, I will hold Iran responsible. Think it over.

As Trump isn’t a very popular president outside of his fanatical base (no kidding), there is much skepticism about his post.

Some have pointed out that the rockets have English markings and could be American-made. Others wonder if these are even rockets – they look more like large versions of a rifle cartridge than rockets.

Rocket Attack On US Embassy : A Quick Primer

Before we look into the veracity of Trump’s claims, here’s a quick primer on the rocket attack on the US embassy in Baghdad, Iraq.

At around 8:30 PM on Sunday, 20 December 2020, approximately 21 rockets were fired on the US embassy in Baghdad.

Only about half of the rockets hit the embassy compound, while the others missed and hit an Iraqi apartment complex and vehicles near the embassy.

In the end, two buildings and a gym in the embassy, vehicles outside the embassy and a generator at the apartment complex, were damaged.

There was only one injury – an Iraqi soldier – no one else died or were injured by the attack.

Is Iran Responsible For Rocket Attack On US Embassy?

Unfortunately, the answer isn’t quite so simple as yes or no, Iran did or did not fire those rockets at the US embassy in Baghdad.

Let’s take a look at the facts…

Fact #1 : Those Are 107 mm Haseb Rockets

The Haseb is an Iranian copy of the Chinese Type 63-2 – a spin-stabilised 107 mm rocket with a high-explosive (HE) warhead.

The entire rocket weighs about 18 kg, with an 8 kg cast TNT warhead and a Chinese MJ-1 (Jiàn-1) impact and graze fuse.

Fact #2 : Iran Manufactures + Uses 107mm Haseb Rockets

Haseb rockets are manufactured by Iran’s Armaments Industries Group (AIG), and used by Iranian forces as a short-ranged barrage weapon.

In this picture, IRGC commandos are seen loading a Type 63 rocket launcher mounted onto a pickup truck.

Fact #3 : The English Markings Are Genuine

Some sharp-eyed netizens noticed that rockets have English words on them, instead of Farsi or Arabic words :

107mm ROCKET
LOT : 573
DATE : 2016
N.W : 18kg
R.No. : 2103

This has led to suggestions that the rockets may be fake, or made by Americans themselves, or replicas of the real rockets used in a false flag operation.

Here you can see the actual rockets (on the left) and inert replicas of the Haseb rockets. No doubt they look very similar.

However, there is really no need for the US military to purchase replicas even for a false flag operation. Many Haseb rockets have been captured over the years.

The English markings do not mean they are American-made. The Haseb rocket is also made for export by Iran’s Armaments Industries Group (AIG), and so uses English markings.

The inert replica above has English markings, because the real Haseb rockets have English markings.

Fact #4 : Haseb Rockets Have A Very Short Range

Haseb rockets have a very short range – up to 9 kilometres, and are not very accurate.

That means they would have to be fired very close to the Baghdad Green Zone in order to have a reasonable chance of hitting the US embassy inside.

Any suggestion that Iranian forces fired them inside Baghdad itself would be ludicrous. Even if Iran wanted to strike at the Americans, they would use an allied militant group to make attribution difficult.

Fact #5 : Attribution Is Difficult

The Haseb rockets are not exclusively used by Iranian forces. They are exported to Iranian auxiliary forces and allied militant groups like the Hezbollah.

So it would not be possible for the United States to directly attribute the rocket attack to Iran, unless they capture the people who actually fired the rockets.

It could also be a rogue militant group, or even a false flag action by a rival nation-state. After all, numerous examples of the Haseb rocket have been captured by other militant groups and even countries like Israel.

In fact, Gen. Frank McKenzie, who leads the US Central Command and once warned that American forces imminent threat from Iran specifically told The Wall Street Journal,

I do not know the degree to which Iran is complicit. We do not seek a war, and I don’t actually believe they seek one either.

Even Iran-backed Kataib Hezbollah described the rocket attack on the US embassy as “undisciplined“.

Fact #6 : We Don’t Know Who Owned Those Rockets

The three Haseb rockets that Donald Trump posted were obviously not fired.

But whether they “failed to launch” as Trump claimed, or were simply captured unfired, is unknown. Trump likely can’t tell the difference.

Unless the rocketeers were captured together with these three rockets, it would be impossible to also attribute the rocket attack to any particular group, never mind Iran.

Even so, the mere possession of these rockets does not mean that they actually launched that particular attack.

RM 0.00 CIMB: Confidential!

Dear CIMB users, your account will TERMINATED on 24/12/20. Verify via http://www.cimbclickikm.cc to keep on using CIMB Clicks services.

Please make verification within 24hours to avoid service interruption.

If you receive any of these SMS messages, please DO NOT click on the link, or call the number. JUST IGNORE THEM, or delete them.

Note : These scams do not just affect CIMB Bank. In fact, all banks are affected :

Why These CIMB SMS Messages Are Fake

Let us show you how to identify these fake CIMB SMS messages.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : Grammatical Mistakes

If you carefully read the first SMS message above, you can easily spot numerous grammatical mistakes. A bank will never send such poorly worded messages to their customers.

The second SMS message has proper grammar, and is likely a copy of the real SMS message to trick you into thinking that this is a real transaction.

Warning Sign #2 : Embedded Links

Banks will NEVER embed links (URLs) into the message. If you see embedded links, always think – SCAM SMS!

Unlike the Public Bank SMS scam, they used a copy of the real SMS message to trick you into clicking the URL in the first message.

Warning Sign #3 : Wrong Links

And always check the link – www.cimbclickikm.cc is not the correct address for the CIMB Bank websites (www.cimbclicks.com.my or www.cimb.com.my)

When you see any website with .cc links, be wary because the .CC domains are registered in the Cocos (Keeling) Islands – an Australian territory of only 14 km², with only about 600 inhabitants.

Warning Sign #4 : No Personal Login Phrase / Picture

To avoid phishing attacks, banks now give you a secret response (like a picture or a phrase) to confirm that you are visiting their legitimate website.

Will COVID-19 Turn Breastmilk Yellow With Antibodies?

Will getting infected by COVID-19 turn your breastmilk yellow with antibodies?

Find out what happened, and what the facts really are!

Claim : COVID-19 Turns Breastmilk Yellow With Antibodies!

A mother, who apparently was infected with COVID-19, shared a photo of her frozen breastmilk, saying….

Breastmilk is truly amazing! This was my milk just a few weeks before I had Covid (right). The other milk (left) is filled with my antibodies to protect my babies.

It naturally went viral, with mothers sharing it as evidence of the power of breastmilk.

Some even suggested that scientists should look at using such yellow breastmilk as a treatment for COVID-19 patients.

Will COVID-19 Turn Breastmilk Yellow With Antibodies? The Facts…

As amazing as breastmilk may be, and as much as we encourage breastfeeding, it’s not right to make such claims. Here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : There Has Been NO Research On Colour Change

There has been ZERO research on breastmilk changing colour because of a COVID-19 infection, so no one can definitively say either way.

Fact #2 : Breastmilk Changes Colour In A Single Feeding

Breastmilk colour actually changes during a feed. This may not seem obvious to breastfeeding mothers, but those who express their milk will notice the change.

The foremilk (left), which looks white and watery, is what flows out first when your baby starts feeding. It has a higher water and lactose content.

The hindmilk (right), which looks thicker and yellowish, is what flows out later. It has higher fat content.

It’s not that your breast makes different milk at different times. It makes only one kind of milk.

It’s just that the more watery part of the milk flows easier down the ducts, than the thicker fats that tend to stick to the milk secreting cells and moves slower down the ducts.

So the picture that the mother posted may be nothing more than normal colour changes in the milk – literals, hind milk versus fore milk.

Here is a picture of fore milk (left) and hind milk (right) from the same mother in a single pumping session.

Fact #3 : Breastmilk Can Change Colour With Diet / Medication / Supplement

In addition to natural changes in the body, breastmilk can also change colour with diet and/or medication / supplements.

Foremilk can look white or even bluish, while hindmilk can look creamy white or yellow.

Breastmilk can turn green, if you eat a lot of vegetables or certain herbs or supplements, or green-coloured drinks like Gatorade.

Beets and orange- or red-coloured drinks, can turn your milk pink, orange or even red in colour!

If your breastmilk looks brown (rust-coloured) or dark orange, it just means there is some blood in it. It may also get blood-tinged if you have cracked nipples.

Infographic Credit : VeryWell

Fact #4 : A Small Study Found COVID-19 Antibodies In Breastmilk

A small study of 15 mothers who contracted and recovered from COVID-19 found significant secretory Immunoglobulin A (sIgA) and some IgG antibodies in 12 of their breastmilk samples (80%), but not for IgM.

This is a preprint, which has not been peer-reviewed, and a very small study. Therefore, it only suggests that further research is warranted.

It also does NOT suggest that the detected antibodies have any protective effect on the child. That requires… yes, MORE RESEARCH!

Fact #5 : Scientists Are Looking At Breastmilk Transmission Of COVID-19

Scientists are concerned that the SARS-CoV-2 virus can also be transmitted from the mother to the child through breastmilk, so they did a living systematic review of mothers with COVID-19.

A total of 46 mother-infant dyads were selected for the study, in which all mothers were COVID-19 positive, but only 13 of their infants tested positive.

When their breastmilk samples were tested, 3 came back positive for SARS-CoV-2 particles, while the other 43 were negative.

Of the 3 mothers whose breastmilk had SARS-CoV-2 particles, only one infant tested positive for COVID-19. However, it was impossible to know how the infant was infected – through breastmilk, respiratory droplets from the mother, or even another infected close contact.

It is important to note that this does NOT mean SARS-CoV-2 can be transmitted through breastmilk. It merely means more research is required!

The fact that the other two infants did not contract COVID-19 from their mothers also is not proof that breastmilk protects against SARS-CoV-2. It merely means, yes – MORE RESEARCH is needed!

Did This Nurse Faint After Getting Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine?

Did a nurse really faint after getting the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine? A viral video seems to show just that!

Find out what happened, and what the facts really are!

Did This Nurse Faint After Getting COVID-19 Vaccine?

A viral video is being shared on social media and YouTube, showing a nurse faint after getting injected with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.

The video is usually accompanied by comments or warnings like these :

17 minutes after receiving the shot GATES VACCINE, NURSE PASSES OUT on LIVE TV

3 cameramen, witnesses were live, but stopped filming

Watch this nurse pass out after receiving the COVID vaccine. It’s so safe though, right? This will become a mass genocide if people continue to follow these rabid dictators.

This is an experimental vaccine that has not received official approval from government regulators. The Pfizer vaccine has only received EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) and the trials are still ongoing. So that makes this an experimental vaccine in my book and the public appears to be the guinea pigs.

Yes, this nurse – Tiffany Dover, a nurse manager – did indeed faint after receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.

It actually happened during the NewsChannel 9 ABC livestream of the vaccinations at the Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Antivaxxers and Google University doctors immediately pounced on the video as “evidence” that the Pfizer vaccine is dangerous. Is that true?

Why Did This Nurse Faint After Getting Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine?

So now that we establish that this nurse did indeed faint after getting the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, we should not stop there.

We should establish the other facts, including whether the vaccine is safe. Let’s address that…

Fact #1 : She Recovered Within Minutes

According to NewsChannel 9 ABC, whose crew was recording the whole event, Tiffany Dover quickly recovered, and within minutes, was able to get up and speak with them again.

While there were also claims that she died subsequently, those are complete lies. She did NOT die.

Fact #2 : NewsChannel 9 ABC Did Not Stop Filming

While there are claims that NewsChannel 9 ABC stopped filming when Dover fainted, that isn’t true. The video actually shows that the camera continued filming, just not of her.

In the news report, her fainting scene was shown in its entirety. But once she was down and being attended to by doctors at the scene, they cut away.

That doesn’t mean they had anything to hide. But there’s nothing newsworthy about showing a nurse passed out. Put yourself in her shoes – would you want the world to see you passed out?

Fact #3 : She Faints When She Feels Pain

Dover herself explained that she has a condition where she often faints when she feels pain, so this wasn’t a surprise to her that it happened.

The videos that are being shared online were intentionally cut to show only the moments when she fainted. The full video explains that, which is why it was edited before being shared.

Fact #4 : Vasovagal Syncope Can Cause Such Fainting

People with vasovagal syncope will faint when exposed to certain triggers like pain, emotional stress, fear of needles or even just the sight of blood.

So it is not surprising if some people faint after getting an injection, whether it’s of a COVID-19 vaccine or a placebo.

Credit : Verywell / Brooke Pelczynski

Fact #5 : The Pfizer-BioNTech Vaccine Is NOT Experimental

Despite what Google University doctors may say, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is no longer an experimental vaccine.

After delivering an efficacy rate of 95% (p<0.0001) in its Phase 3 trials, the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine received its Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) from the US FDA.

Once it receives that EUA, it is no longer considered an experimental vaccine, even though it has yet to receive a full US FDA licence.

Fact #6 : Not All EUAs Are The Same

While it is true that the EUA is a shortcut, it is necessary in an urgent public health crisis like this COVID-19 pandemic.

A typical US FDA approval requires two separate, well-controlled studies to prove that a drug / vaccine / tool is safe and substantially efficacious – typically taking 5-10 years (if not longer). During that time, millions of people would have died from COVID-19.

Its EUA may be withdrawn if further data suggests that it doesn’t work. For example, chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine received EUAs for use with COVID-19 even though NEITHER were tested for their efficacy against SARS-CoV-2.

But in June 15, 2020, their EUAs for use in COVID-19 were revoked after studies showed that they were completely useless against SARS-CoV-2, even killing people.

Is First Woman To Get COVID-19 Vaccine In Critical Condition?

Is Margaret Keenan, the first woman to receive the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, in critical condition after developing an inflammation of the spinal cord?

Find out what happened, and what the facts really are!

Margaret Keenan : First Woman To Get COVID-19 Vaccine

On 8 December 2020, Margaret Keenan entered the history books as the first person in the world to receive a COVID-19 vaccine outside of clinical trials.

At 6:45 AM, a nurse injected her 90 year-old grandmother’s arm with the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine.

It was such a momentous occasion, her vial and syringe will join the Science Museum Group Collection in South Kensington, London. The Museum is planning to put the vial on display at the “Medicine: The Wellcome Galleries” in early 2021.

Is First Woman To Get COVID-19 Vaccine In Critical Condition?

Soon after, people began sharing claims that Margaret Keenan is in critical condition after receiving her COVID-19 vaccination. Here is one example :

Update- Now the first woman to recieve covid-19 vaccine in the UK is in critical condition. Margaret Keenan 90, was of the first to receive the covid-19 vaccine earlier yesterday, and now it would appear that Margaret appears to have inflammation of the spinal chord, which is causing extreme neurological symptoms, possibly encephalitis

People also shared a screenshot of an article that appears to confirm that Margaret Keenan was in critical condition after receiving her COVID-19 vaccination.

Note : We added the HOAX overlay to prevent the screenshot from being further abused.

Margaret Keenan NOT In Critical Condition After Receiving COVID-19 Vaccine

All those posts about Margaret Keenan being in critical condition after receiving her COVID-19 vaccine are FALSE.

Yes, including the screenshot of that article above… and here are the reasons why.

Fact #1 : There Were No Complications With Her COVID-19 Vaccine

Margaret Keenan stayed in the hospital overnight and headed home on 9 December 2020. She suffered no complications from her COVID-19 vaccine.

In fact, she called the experience a “whirlwind“, saying that she felt “great“, and described the vaccination as “the best early birthday present” as she would be celebrating her 91st birthday on 16 December.

She also urged “everybody to get their vaccine as and when they are asked to do so.

COVENTRY, ENGLAND – DECEMBER 9: Margaret Keenan, 90, the first patient in the United Kingdom to receive the Pfizer/BioNtech covid-19 vaccine, leaves University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire with grandson Conor (L) and daughter Sue (R), the day after receiving the first of two doses of the vaccine, on December 9, 2020 in Coventry, United Kingdom. The UK is the first country in the world to start vaccinating people with the Pfizer/BioNTech jab. (Photo by Jonny Weeks/The Guardian – Pool/Getty Images)

Fact #2 : The Article Is Fake

The screenshot of an article by Sam Weinberg is fake. There is no such article.

There is also no News and Engagement Editor called Sam Weinberg at any known publication.

If it at all exists, it is probably a page from one of the “satire” websites that create such fake stories for page views.

Fact #3 : The Transverse Myelitis Case Was For A Different Vaccine

While some (including the fake article) claimed that Margaret Keenan suffered from an inflammation of the spinal cord, others claimed she suffered from transverse myelitis.

It is likely that these Google University doctors confused the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine with the adenovirus vaccine by Oxford-AstraZeneca. They are two completely different vaccines, using different methods.

In fact, some of them shared links to an article about a UK woman suffering from transverse myelitis – an inflammation of the spinal cord – during the AstraZeneca Phase 3 COVID-19 vaccine trial.

The Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine – AZD1222 – uses an adenovirus as a vector for the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.

The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine – BNT162b2 – uses the new, and completely different mRNA technology to create the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.

They are completely different vaccines…

Public Bank : How To Identify Fake SMS Messages

With a little help from Public Bank, let’s show you how to identify fake SMS messages.

If you spot any of these warning signs, BACK OFF and DO NOT PROCEED!

Warning Sign #1 : Grammatical Mistakes

Read the two SMS messages above, and you can easily spot numerous grammatical mistakes. A bank will never send such poorly worded messages to their customers.

Warning Sign #2 : Embedded Links

Banks will NEVER embed links (URLs) into the message. If you see embedded links, always think – SCAM SMS!

Warning Sign #3 : Wrong Links

And always check the link – www.mypbebank.cc is not the correct address for the Public Bank website (www.pbebank.com)

When you see any website with .cc links, be wary because the .CC domains are registered in the Cocos Islands – an Australian territory of only 14 km², with only about 600 inhabitants.

Warning Sign #4 : No Personal Login Phrase / Picture

To avoid phishing attacks, banks now give you a secret response (like a picture or a phrase) to confirm that you are visiting their legitimate website.

If the website you are visiting gives you the wrong picture or secret phrase, you have been tricked into visiting a fake website designed to mimic the real bank website.

You should also remember that the bank website must show you secret picture or phrase right after you enter your login, but BEFORE you key in your password.

If you are asked to key in your password without the website displaying the secret phrase or picture, you have been tricked into visiting a fake website designed to mimic the real bank website.

Did Pfizer Use A Toxic Placebo In COVID-19 Vaccine Trial?

Did Pfizer use a toxic placebo in their COVID-19 vaccine trial, killing 4 people, just to make their vaccine look safer?

Find out what’s going on, and what the FACTS really are!

Did Pfizer Use A Toxic Placebo In COVID-19 Vaccine Trial?

Antivaxxers are claiming that Pfizer used a toxic placebo in their COVID-19 vaccine trial, to make their vaccine look safer than it really is.

They believe that Pfizer injected the placebo group with toxins, killing four of the volunteers in the process. This was done intentionally to make the two deaths in the vaccine group look safe in comparison.

Here is one example of the claims being shared on social media and instant messengers like WhatsApp :

Six people died in Pfizer’s late-stage trial of the COVID-19 #vaccine, the US Food and Drug Administration has revealed just hours after Britain became the first country in the world to roll out the vaccine. (4 of the 6 died from the placebo injection, why would #Pfizer have to use a deadly #placebo, short of manipulating data by attempting to reduce the appearance of the induced cytokine storm from injected toxins compared by skewed contrast to even deadlier toxins!?)

One of the vaccine recipients had a cardiac arrest 62 days after a second dose of the two-dose vaccination and died three days later. The other died from arteriosclerosis three days after a first dose of the vaccination. One of the placebo recipients died from myocardial infarction, another from haemorrhagic stroke and two others from “unknown causes”.

Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Placebo : The Facts

NO, Pfizer did not use a toxic placebo to skew the vaccine trial results, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : The Placebo Was Just Saline

A placebo is, by definition, a substance meant to have no therapeutic effect.

So it comes to no surprise that Pfizer used normal saline (NS) as the placebo in their COVID-19 vaccine trial.

Normal saline is a common salt solution of 0.90% w/v of sodium chloride (NaCL), frequently used in intravenous drips.

However, the small amount injected as placebo has no effect on the body. Exactly what a placebo is meant to do.

Fact #2 : Correlation Is Not Causation

As we earlier pointed out in our articles on the Pfizer vaccine causing Bell’s palsy or deathscorrelation does not imply causation.

Even though four people died after receiving the placebo, we simply cannot say that the placebo killed them.

For example, if you get pregnant after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, does it mean that the vaccine made you pregnant? Of course, not.

Here are three examples of why correlation is NOT the same thing as causation.

Fact #3 : The Deaths Were Within Normal Rates

People die every day, and in the United States, about 2.8 million people died in 2018 – an average of 7,779 every single day.

  • Overall mortality rate : 0.8678% of population per year
  • From heart disease : 0.200% of population per year
  • From cancer : 0.183% of population per year
  • From accidents : 0.051% of population per year
  • From stroke : 0.045% of population per year

A total of 37,796 people participated in the safety phase of the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine trial, divided equally into 18,904 people (BNT162b2 vaccine), and 18,892 people (placebo).

Based on the normal mortality rate, we would expect 164 people from each cohort (vaccine or placebo) to die from “natural causes” this year, or 82 people in the roughly 6 month trial period.

Yet only 4 people died after taking the placebo, instead of the expected 82. That’s a mortality rate of just 0.021%41X lower than the normal mortality rate.

Does that mean normal saline placebo protected them from natural causes of death? Again, correlation does not imply causation.

Fact #4 : The Deaths Were Of Natural Causes

The US FDA briefing document also laid out the causes of two of those four deaths :

  • Placebo recipient #1 : myocardial infarction
  • Placebo recipient #2 : haemorrhage stroke
  • Placebo recipients #3 and #4 : unknown causes

As you can see, the two deaths are completely unrelated to any normal saline or vaccine injections. More importantly, there’s no indication they died of any toxins.

When they list the cause of the other two cases as unknown, it doesn’t mean there’s a cover-up. People do just die of natural causes.

Did China Create This Amazing Female Dancing Robot?

Did China create this amazing female dancing robot for a dance show in Shanghai?

Watch the viral video for yourself, and find out what the FACTS really are!

Did China Create This Amazing Dancing Robot?

Here is the video that countless people have been sharing on social media and even on YouTube. It is often paired with a short explanation in (broken) English.

Can u believe that this female dancer is robot ? The dance was held in Shanghai n it lasted only 5 minutes but the queue was 4hrs n cost 499 Yuan!

It has surpassed Japan in complexity, and saw its perfect facial expressions. Send this video to everyone to watch, let us enjoy together…

Amazing Female Dancing Robot : The Truth

The agility and grace of this female dancing robot, and its facial expressions, are incredible.

The less gullible would point out that it is something you would only expect from a real human being, and they would be right.

Fact #1 : That Is A Video Of A WDSF Competition

That is actually a video clip from the 2018 World Dance Sport Federation Championship in Lithuania.

The initials WDSF (World Dance Sport Federation) can be seen, together with the recording date at the upper left corner of the video.

Fact #2 : The Dance Only Lasted A Minute

The dance in the video only lasted just over a minute, even though the accompanying fake message claimed it lasted for 5 minutes.

Fact #3 : Those Are Lithuanian Dance Champions

Both dancers are very human. In fact, they are Lithuanian dance champions Ieva Zukauskaite (female), and Evaldas Sodeika (male).

Fact #4 : 499 Yuan Was The Entry Price To Shanghai Disneyland

The fake story claimed that the ticket to watch this performance costs 499 Yuan – about US$73 / £55 / RM303. That would be ridiculously exorbitant for a short dance.

In truth, that was “copied” from the two earlier hoaxes (here and here) about robot dancers at the Shanghai Disneyland.

Even that was not accurate, because 499 Yuan was the cost of an entry ticket to the Shanghai Disneyland when it first opened in February 2016.

Since 6 June 2018, it has been priced at 399 Yuan (off-peak), 575 Yuan (peak) and 665 Yuan (peak holiday).

Why Would Someone Create This Fake Story?

With China’s aggressive foreign stance in recent years, it is not uncommon to see such fake stories being created and shared.

Some believe it’s part of a concerted attempt to burnish China’s image overseas.

Others believe the many fake stories are being created to drown out the negative coverage of China’s controversial Belt and Road Initiative, and their aggressive moves in the South China Sea.

Whatever the reasons may be, it is our duty as global citizens to stop the proliferation of such fake stories.

Please share this fact check with your friends, so they know the truth!

Fact Check : Six People Died From Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine?

Antivaxxers and Google University doctors are warning that six people died from the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine!

Find out what’s going on, and if six people actually died from the Pfizer mRNA vaccine for COVID-19!

Don’t forget to also read Does The Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine Cause Bell’s Palsy?

Claim : Six People Died From Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine!

Antivaxxers and Google University doctors are warning that six people died from the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine!

Many of them are sharing news articles with clickbait headlines, or pictures with the warning, without context.

And most people only read the headlines, and just share the article. The pictures just get shared with shocked comments or warnings not to take the vaccine if offered.

Needless to say, these warnings and pictures have gone viral, together with warnings to avoid COVID-19 vaccines.

Six People Died From Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine? Here Are The Facts!

With the frenzied coverage of these six deaths in the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine trial, people are wondering :

  • how did the vaccine kill them?
  • how safe is the vaccine?
  • why did they approve the vaccine for use, if it’s killing people?

Let’s break down the facts for you, so you can better weigh the risks and benefits for yourself.

Fact #1 : Only 2 Deaths In The Vaccine Group

While the headlines and viral pictures scream that six people died in the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine trial, the truth is less shocking.

On 10 December 2020, the FDA released the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine briefing document for the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC).

In that document, they stated very clearly that yes, there were six deaths in the trial, but only two of them were from the group that received the vaccine. The other four deaths were from the group that received a placebo.

Fact #2 : Correlation Is Not Causation

As we earlier pointed out in our article on the Pfizer vaccine causing Bell’s palsy, correlation does not imply causation.

Basically, just because something happened during the vaccine trial, it does NOT mean that the vaccine caused it.

For example, if you get infected with the flu virus after getting the COVID-19 vaccine, does it mean that the vaccine infected you with the flu virus? Of course, not.

Here is a famous example – showing how organic food sales correlated exactly with the incidence of autism. Can we therefore conclude that organic foods cause autism? Naturally, not.

Therefore, even though two people died after receiving the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine, we simply cannot say that the vaccine caused their deaths. There is simply no data to support that conclusion.

Fact #3 : The Deaths Were Within Normal Rates

Many people forget that people die every day, even if they don’t get the vaccine.

In the United States, about 2.8 million people died in 2018 – an average of 7,779 every single day.

Based on the normal mortality rate, we would expect 328 people from this vaccine trial to die from “natural causes” this year, or 164 people in the roughly 6 month trial period.

Yet only 6 people died during the vaccine trial, instead of the expected 164. That’s a mortality rate of just 0.159%5.5X lower than the normal mortality rate.

Does that mean the vaccine and placebo protected them from natural causes of death? Again, correlation does not imply causation.

This was noted in the document TWICE (here and here):

All deaths represent events that occur in the general population of the age groups where they occurred, at a similar rate.

Fact #4 : The Deaths Were Of Natural Causes

The US FDA briefing document also laid out the causes of those six deaths :

  • Vaccine recipient #1 : >55 years old, cardiac arrest 62 days after second vaccination, died 3 days later
  • Vaccine recipient #2 : >55 years old, died from atherosclerosis 3 days after first vaccination
  • Placebo recipient #1 : myocardial infarction
  • Placebo recipient #2 : haemorrhage stroke
  • Placebo recipients #3 and #4 : unknown causes

Do they look like they were caused by the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine? They sure look like natural causes to me.

Fact #5 : COVID-19 Mortality Rate Is Roughly 2.3%

Based on the 10 December 2020 global statistics, the COVID-19 mortality rate is approximately 2.3% – 69.9 million people were infected, and 1.59 million of them died.

Compare that to the “risk” of getting dying from the Pfizer BNT162b2 vaccine – 0.0106% (2 out of 18,904 people), or the risk of dying naturally – 0.8678% per year.

In other words, the risk of dying from COVID-19 (after getting infected) is 217X higher than the potential risk of dying from the vaccine, and 2.7X higher than dying from natural causes.

Now that you know the odds, how would you like to bet your life?

Claim : Heavy Gadget Use Is Killing Kids With Radiation!

This is the WhatsApp message that has gone viral, and is being furiously shared by alarmed parents.

A very IMPORTANT & SERIOUS message.
Please kindly read till the end with out skipping.

Most of your kids will be attending online classes and addicted to gadgets, please be very careful. I am writing about the current happening.
My very close, best friend’s younger sister son is studying
12th standard a very bright student from his childhood, and only son to my friend’s sister.

His online classes starts daily at 10am so laptop is on by 9am. Due to peer school pressure with the online classes going on, he used to either be on laptop or mobile atleast till 10pm daily, No physical activity at all, no one to play due to COVID-19 fear and being single child,in their family.

On Tuesday 27/10/2020, morning, he was saying he was not feeling well, 2 days prior to that he had mild pain on his left hand. No one took that seriously. On Tuesday, he was saying he doesn’t want to attend on line classes and wanted to be with parents’. Parents were surprised and asked him to take rest. He tried to sleep but was not able to, he asked his father not to go to office. His father asked if we should go to hospital, child said everywhere there is corona which hospital to go, I will be alright after a good sleep. He asked his father to go to work. He said he was very hungry and asked his mother to feed him dosa. He again tried to sleep but could not, then around afternoon, he called his father to come home immediately and take him to hospital. His father came home within 15 min and the son came and hugged him and said take me to hospital.

By the time he started the car, child collapsed. They rushed to a hospital 4 km away and doctor checked for pulse it was not there. They tried CPR and the heart started to function. They took all scans and found the child was brain dead. They tried all medication till Saturday31/10/2020 morning ,and finally decided to remove the ventilator.

He is now no more.
A case of BRAIN DEAD
Pathetic thing is that hospital has handed over the body to police since the child was unconscious when brought to hospital and in his teens. They will hand over the body only after postmortem and corona test. So not sure if they would get it today 31/10/2020, or tomorrow,01/11/2020.

Doctor said this is 05th such case during
The past 20days, Heavy usage of gadgets, radiation has affected the brain and stopped the supply of oxygen.

Use GADGETS sparingly, Avoid earphone/headset to the maximum extent possible.
Humble request to all parents, guardians, please take care of your kids, teenage boys, girls,Ask them to read only hard copy books and no gadgets except for attending classes
I felt this is very useful important message, so Iam forwarding to all my what’s app contacts, relations, well wishers, all near and dear.

Heavy Gadget Use Killing Kids With Radiation : The FACTS!

NO, heavy gadget use is NOT, repeat… NOT killing kids with radiation!

Here are the reasons why this is yet another fake story being circulated on the Internet to spread FUD (Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt).

Reason #1 : No Evidence The Case Even Exists

The story appears to originate in India, and is quite specific that the student died on 31 October 2020.

However, we could not find any reference to any Standard 12 student in India, being taken off the ventilator after being pronounced brain dead in October 2020.

While that does not mean that the case does not exist (India is a HUGE country), there is currently no evidence that this case actually exists.

Reason #2 : No Evidence Gadget Radiation Is Killing Kids

The claim that the doctor said that it was the 5th case during the past 20 cases is preposterous.

If that was true, it would have been major news, and would have been discussed in hospital mortality and morbidity conferences, and certainly covered by the mainstream media.

Yet, there is no mention of gadget radiation killing kids anywhere in the world.

Reason #3 : Radiation Cannot Stop Supply Of Oxygen

When brain death occurs as a result of ischaemia – the lack of oxygen supply to the brain, that is often due to :

  • bleeding in the brain from an AVM, or insult to the brain
  • blood clots blocking blood vessels in the brain
  • cardiac failure reducing blood flow to the brain

While high doses of radiation can cause brain damage, radiation per se cannot stop the supply of oxygen to the brain.

As the student was said to have no pulse on admission to the hospital, his brain death was likely due to a complete lack of blood supply to the brain after heart stopped beating.

Reason #4 : Electronics Have Low Radiation

All electrical devices produce small amounts of electromagnetic radiation. That means everything from your microwave oven to your television, not just laptops and mobile devices.

They all have to comply with the laws regarding electromagnetic radiation. Not because it’s dangerous to us, but because it would interfere with other electronics in your house.

Reason #5 : Electronics Have To Comply With SAR Limits

The US FCC limit for RF radiation from a mobile phone is 1.6 watts per kilogram, while the EU sets a higher limit of 2.0 watts per kilogram. Practically all smartphones have much lower SAR values (head) :

With smartphones emitting significantly lower RF radiation, it is unlikely for them to have any effect, much less kill kids or turn their brains into mush.

Reason #6 : RF Radiation Is Non-Ionising

The type of radiation emitted by electrical devices is radio frequency (RF) radiation, which is a type of non-ionising radiation.

Non-ionising radiation do not have enough energy to knock electrons from an atom, which means it cannot create free radicals that can damage our cells.

In fact, RF radiation has lower energy than visible light and infrared (heat) radiation!

So it would be quite impossible for RF radiation to kill anyone by destroying their brains.

Reason #7 : Earphones + Headphones Reduce Exposure

Earphones and headphones actually reduce your exposure to RF radiation from your smartphone.

That’s because they allow you to listen to calls and music, without putting the smartphone close to your head.

Those who are paranoid about exposing their brains to RF radiation from their smartphones should use earphones or headphones.

Are Hackers Using Good Morning Messages To Hack You?

Are hackers using Good Morning videos, pictures and messages to hack your devices, and steal your data?

Find out what is happening, and what the FACTS really are!

Claim : Hackers Are Using Good Morning Messages To Hack You!

This post about Chinese hackers using Good Morning videos, pictures and messages to hack your devices, has gone viral on social media and WhatsApp :

Dear friends, please delete all welcome photos and videos in Good Morning format and the like. Read below the article to the end, which will be clear why I ask about it. From now on I will only send personally prepared greetings.

Read it all !!! Send this message urgently to as many friends as you can to stop the invasion.

Olga Nikolaevna Lawyer: Caution:
ATTENTION

For those who like to send Good Morning pictures! Good day! Good evening!

Do not send these “good” messages.

Today, Shanghai China International News sent SOS to all subscribers (this is the third reminder) that experts recommend: please do not send good morning, good night, pictures and videos,.
Reports show that hackers in China designed the images, the video is so beautiful to hide the phishing codes inside them, when everyone sends these messages, the hackers use your devices to steal personal information, such as bank card information and data to crack the phone.

It has been reported that more than 500,000 victims of fraud have already been deceived.

If you want to greet others, write your own message to protect yourself and your family and friends.

Important! Delete all greeting messages and pictures that you have on your phone for your own safety. If someone sent you such a picture, immediately remove it from the device. Malicious code takes time to deploy, so if you act immediately, no harm will be done.

Tell all your friends about this to prevent hacking.

Greet others by writing your own words, and send only images you create. The material you create yourself is completely safe. Please understand me correctly! All have credit cards attached to their phone. Everyone has a lot of contacts in their phones. You will create a threat not only to yourself, but to all the contacts that you have on your phones, your friends and acquaintances.
Take this very carefully! This is a harsh reality

Hackers Using Good Morning Messages To Hack You : Just Another Hoax!

Many of get blasted with Good Morning or Good Night messages every day from well-meaning friends and family.

While they are literally spam that clog up Facebook, Telegram and WhatsApp groups, they really do NOT allow hackers to hack your devices.

While it would be nice to see people stop this irritating practice, here are the reasons why Good Morning messages are harmless…

Fact #1 : Shanghai China International News Does Not Exist

The news organisation, Shanghai China International News, that was stated in the hoax does not exist.

Fact #2 : No Reports On Hackers Designing Good Morning Pictures + Videos

There are no reports on hackers from China or anywhere else creating these Good Morning pictures and videos.

In fact, they are mostly created by websites and Facebook pages for people to share, and hopefully attract new followers.

Fact #3 : No Fraud Involving Good Morning Messages

There has been no fraud involving Good Morning or even Good Night messages, videos or pictures.

Certainly, half a million victims of such a scam would have made front page news. Yet there is not a single report on even one case.

Fact #4 : Image-Based Malware Is Possible, But…

Digital steganography is a method by which secret messages and other data can be hidden in digital files, like a photo or a video, or even a music file.

It is also possible to embed malicious code within a Good Morning photo, but it won’t be a full-fledged malware that can execute by itself. At most, it can be used to hide the malware payload from antivirus scanners.

In January 2019, cybercriminals created an online advertisement with a script. The script itself would appear innocuous and pass any check.

However, the image itself has an “almost white” rectangle that is recognised by the script, triggering it to redirect the user to the cybercriminals’ website.

Once there, the victim is tricked into installing a Trojan disguised as an Adobe Flash Player update.

Fact #5 : Malicious Code Executes Immediately

If you accidentally download and trigger malware, it will execute immediately. It won’t wait, as the hoax message claims.

Deleting Good Morning or Good Night photos or videos will free up storage space in your phone, but it won’t prevent any malware from executing.

Also, most malware require some sort of action to trigger their execution. Generally (but not always), just downloading a malware won’t trigger it.
