People are claiming that the GE15 ballot papers will feature a new Pakatan Harapan logo in black and white.
Is this true? -> This is the PAKATAN HARAPAN new LOGO – neither colour nor wordings; just black & white on the ballot paper.
Many are not aware especially the senior citizens.

This is true? (Yesterday I just asked people to vote for the red red one).
A forwarded what’s app msg… worrying about PH… but then again same goes for BN too…. no color, no wording right? So does that means all other logos too same?
Truth : GE15 Ballot Will Feature Pakatan Harapan Logo With Words!
This is yet another example of FAKE NEWS circulating on WhatsApp and social media, and here are the reasons why…
Fact #1 : Paper Ballots Have Always Been Printed In Black
First of all, let me just point out that while the paper ballots are printed on coloured paper, the words and logos have always been printed in black ink.
The party or political coalition logos have never been printed in colour, in any election in Malaysia, ever.
Fact #2 : Paper Ballots Have Candidate Names
The actual voting ballot will have candidate names, in addition to the party logo. Here is a sample of a GE15 paper ballot, showing :
- the candidate’s name
- the candidate’s political party / political coalition logo
As you can see, the paper ballot is printed on yellow coloured paper, but using only black ink.
Fact #3 : GE15 Paper Ballot Will Feature Pakatan Harapan Logo With Words
The GE15 paper ballot will not feature a new Pakatan Harapan logo without words, but the current Pakatan Harapan logo with words.
The Pakatan Harapan Presidential Council initially agreed in August 2022 on a new logo for the coalition. However, it decided on 5 October 2022, to go with its existing logo (with words) as the GE15 general elections was expected to be held soon.
Therefore, the Pakatan Harapan logo you will see in your paper ballot will be the current Pakatan Harapan logo with words.
