In addition to the MySejahtera app, you can now register for COVID-19 vaccination online or by phone!

Malaysia kicked off registration for the COVID-19 vaccination plan through the MySejahtera app, with over 1.9 million people registering as of 5 March 2021.

But not everyone has a smartphone, or know how to use the MySejahtera app.

To reach out to even more people, the Malaysia Ministry of Health opened up online and phone registration.

So get registered for your FREE vaccination, and be amongst the first to be free from COVID-19!

Note : Do NOT register again online or by phone, if you have already registered via MySejahtera.

 

What Info Do You Need To Register By Online / Phone?

Here is the information you will need to register for the free COVID-19 vaccination :

• Full Name
• MyKad / Passport Number
• Mobile Number
• State
• Email Address (if available)
• Confirmation you wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine
• Any history of diseases (co-morbidities) like
  – Diabetes
  – Hypertension
  – Heart disease
  – Asthma
  – Cancer
  – Chronic lung disease
  – Chronic kidney disease
  – Liver disease
  – Stroke
  – Immunocompromised
  – Obesity
  – Other diseases
• Whether you are a disabled person registered with the Malaysia Department of Social Welfare.
