People are sharing an “article” on WhatsApp, which claims that the Grand Hyatt Erawan murder victims were rival drug lords!

The Hidden World of Bangkok’s Drug Lords: A Riveting Tale of Poison and Power

In an unexpected twist that reads like a gripping crime thriller, the recent tragic deaths of six individuals at Bangkok’s Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel have unveiled a hidden underworld of drug cartels and ruthless rivalries. Contrary to initial reports of a shooting, it has now been confirmed that these six individuals, all of whom were either Vietnamese Americans or Vietnamese nationals, fell victim to a sophisticated poisoning orchestrated by their rivals.

The victims, three men and three women, were discovered by hotel staff in their opulent suite, leading to a swift and intense police investigation. As details emerged, a shocking narrative of deceit and power struggles within the international drug trade began to unfold.

Preliminary investigations suggest that this mass poisoning was a meticulously planned attack by a rival cartel, seeking to dismantle Minh’s empire and seize control of the lucrative drug routes. Sources indicate that a deadly toxin was discreetly introduced into their food or drinks during a seemingly innocuous business dinner.

The rival cartel, led by the enigmatic and elusive figure known only as “The Serpent,” has been vying for dominance in the drug trade for years. This calculated strike at the Grand Hyatt Erawan appears to be The Serpent’s most audacious move yet, signaling a new era of brutal power struggles in the criminal underworld.

### The Tour Guide: A Crucial Witness

Amid the chaos and tragedy, a sole survivor has emerged as a key figure in unraveling the mystery. An unsuspecting tour guide, hired to provide the group with local insights, miraculously escaped the poisoning. Now under protective custody, the tour guide has become an invaluable witness, offering crucial information about the group’s movements and interactions leading up to the fatal evening.

The tour guide’s testimony has shed light on the intricate web of deceit and betrayal that characterized the final hours of Minh and his associates. According to his account, the group seemed tense and on edge, frequently looking over their shoulders and speaking in hushed tones. His observations have provided investigators with critical clues about the possible involvement of hotel staff and other external collaborators in the poisoning plot.

Truth : Rival Drug Lords Did Not Poison Grand Hyatt Erawan Victims!

This is yet another example of fake news circulating on WhatsApp, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Grand Hyatt Erawan Victims Have Different Names

Let me start by pointing out that six victims who died in the Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel in Bangkok, have completely different names from what was mentioned in the viral WhatsApp article.

The article claimed that these were the victims – Minh Nguyen, Linh Tran, Bao Le, Ha Pham, Mai Vu, and Lan Huynh.

The Thai authorities have officially identified the victims as Sherine Chong, Thi Nguyen Phuong, Thi Nguyen Phuong Lan, Dinh Tran Phi, Hong Pham Thanh, and Hung Dang Van.

As you can see, the viral WhatsApp article didn’t even get a single name correct!

Fact #2 : There Is No Drug Lord Called Minh Nguyen

There is no also Vietnamese American drug lord called Minh Nguyen operating in the Southeast Asian region, with a trusted lieutenant called Linh Tran, and a financial mastermind called Bao Le.

The only Vietnamese American called Minh Nguyen who was involved in the drug trade was a small-time dealer who was arrested in September 2006 for distributing Ecstasy, and sentenced to 21 months in prison.

Fact #3 : There Is No Drug Lord Called The Serpent

Unsurprisingly, there is also no drug lord operating in Southeast Asia called The Serpent.

Fact #4 : Thai Police Called It Murder-Suicide

Thai police investigating the case believe that it was a murder-suicide committed by one of the victims – Sherine Chong, who laced cups of tea with cyanide. Tests confirmed the presence of cyanide in a tea flask and six tea cups, as well as the bodies of the six victims.

The group ordered food and English tea to be delivered to their room on the 5th floor of the Grand Hyatt Erawan hotel. When the hotel staff arrived with the food, only Sherine Chong was present. They offered to brew and serve the tea, but Chong allegedly declined and said that she would take care of it.

Shortly after that, CCTV footage showed all six members of the group gathering outside the room, and then entering. That would be the last time they were seen alive. According to Noppasin Poonsawat, the deputy commander of the Metropolitan Police Bureau:

It all started after 13:57 [on Monday], after the hotel staff brought six teacups, a milk pot and two flasks into the room. We found cyanide on the six cups. According to CCTV, there was no one else – apart from the six members of the group – going inside the room, and none of them were seen coming out, after 14:17.

After the group of six people entered the room, no other visitors were seen entering the room, and no one was observed leaving either. The door remained locked.

The six victims were only found dead the next day, on late Tuesday afternoon, when they were found by the housekeeping staff after they were late to check out.

The plates of food they ordered appeared to be untouched, and still sealed in cling wrap film. Only the tea appeared to have been consumed.

The police ruled out a mass suicide, as some of the victims made future arrangements for their trip, and they were not grouped together when they died. Four bodies were in the living room, two were in the bedroom, with two of the victims appearing to be reaching for the door but collapsed before they could.

Fact #5 : Murder-Suicide Related To Investment Debt Dispute

Police interviews with relatives of the deceased indicated that the murder-suicide is likely due to disputes over an investment project in Japan.

As Major General Theeradet Thumsuthee, head of the Bangkok Metropolitan Police Bureau’s investigation unit, explained:

The case likely stems from debt issues. There is no other possibility. The perpetrator is among the six deceased because they were the only ones who entered the room. There was no one else.

Investigators said that the deceased were a mix of borrowers, lenders, and guarantors. Vietnamese nationals Thi Nguyen Phuong, 46, and her husband, Hong Pham Thanh, 49, apparently invested about 10 million Thai bahts ($278,000/£214,000) with Sherine Chong and a Vietnamese woman to build a hospital in Japan.

When that project did not progress, the investors filed a lawsuit. The six individuals were scheduled to meet in court in two weeks, but Sherine Chong invited them to negotiate before the court date. Initially, they planned to meet in Japan, but later decided to meet in Bangkok instead due to visa issues.

Fact #6 : They Were Not Involved In Drugs

There is also no evidence that the deceased were involved in the trafficking or sale of narcotics.

Husband and wife Hong Pham Thanh and Thi Nguyen Phuong, for example, ran a construction company in Vietnam.

Meanwhile, Dinh Tran Phi is a famous Vietnamese make-up artist who goes by the name Phua Gia Gia, and has been in the beauty industry for almost 20 years. He appeared to be in Bangkok working for Sherine Chong.

Finally, Thi Nguyen Phuong Lan was apparently asked by Sherine Chong to act as a intermediary in the negotiations over the investment.

People are sharing an article (archive) by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), which claims that a WEF memo just revealed plans for three more assassination attempts on Donald Trump!

WEF Memo Reveals Three More Trump Assassination Attempts Incoming

A visibly angry Klaus Schwab told WEF members that they must keep trying to assassinate former president Trump and if they miss, “shoot shoot shoot until the job is done.”

According to a WEF insider, Schwab is hell bent on finishing the job the World Economic Forum started when Trump shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks climbed a conveniently placed ladder onto the roof of a building owned by a senior WEF member and was allowed by the Secret Service to unload the contents of his AK-15 at Trump’s rally stage.

Schwab said “shoot, shoot, shoot” and already this week we have had the Butler Park assassination attempt and two murderous psychopaths neutralized at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.

Now, according to a WEF insider citing a WEF memo, they are planning to take out Trump in the same way they have removed other troublesome world leaders. They want to blow his brains out in front of TV cameras – and they almost succeeded in Butler Park on Saturday.

Justifying the decision by stating the “world will be better off without Donald Trump,” the WEF memo cites Trump’s steady popularity despite everything the elite have thrown at him including unprecedented lawfare and years of increasingly extreme mainstream media rhetoric.

Truth : WEF Memo On More Trump Assassination Attempts Does Not Exist!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : There Is No WEF Memo On More Trump Assassination Attempts

Let me start by simply pointing out that there is no WEF (World Economic Forum) memo calling for more assassination attempts on Donald Trump.

If such a memo exists, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media, and criticised by both sides of the political spectrum and everyone in between! In fact, it would have triggered a criminal investigation! Yet none of that happened, because… it was all made up!

Unsurprisingly, the The People’s Voice article did not provide any evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.

Fact #2 : Yuval Noah Hariri Is Not Klaus Schwab’s Right-Hand Man

Yuval Noah Harari is an Israeli professor in the Department of History, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He does not work for the WEF, and he is certainly not Klaus Schwab’s right-hand man.

Yet again, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its claim that Yuval Noah Harari is Klaus Schwab’s right-hand man.

Fact #3 : FBI Believes Thomas Crooks Acted Alone

On Sunday, 14 July 2024, the FBI gave a press briefing on the failed assassination attempt on Donald Trump. It is still searching for a motive for the attack but said that the shooter – 20 year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, appears to have acted alone as a lone wolf.

At that press briefing, Kevin Rojek, an FBI special agent in charge of the Pittsburgh field office, said:

At present, we have not identified an ideology associated with the subject. At this time, the information that we have indicates that the shooter acted alone and that there are currently no public safety concerns.

According to sources familiar with the investigation, Thomas Matthew Crooks used an “AR-style 556 rifle” that his father legally purchased 11 years ago, in 2013.

Sometime before the shooting, Crooks search the Internet for both Donald Trump and President Joe Biden, as well as the dates and locations of the Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. Sources also said that Crooks left a message on the Steam gaming platform, in which he allegedly declared, “July 13 will be my premiere, watch as it unfolds.”

The day before the shooting, the counsel for the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club confirmed that Thomas Matthew Crooks practised on its rifle range. He also purchased ammunition shortly before the shooting, both online and in-person.

There is no indication that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is even remotely involved in this assassination attempt. And why should it? The WEF is only an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that focuses on public-private sector collaboration!

Fact #4 : WEF Post Is Fake!

The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the World Economic Forum posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:

Leaders must accept our New World Order – or die.

That is a fake screenshot, because there is no such post on X by the World Economic Forum! If the WEF actually made such a shocking post, it would have been reported by the media across the world, and mocked and criticised on social media.

But of course, that didn’t happen, because the WEF never made such a bizarre post! Why would The People’s Voice article use a fake screenshot???

Fact #5 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

The People’s Voice is the current name for NewsPunch, which possibly changed its name because its brand has been so thoroughly discredited after posting numerous shocking but fake stories.

Founded as Your News Wire in 2014, it was rebranded as NewsPunch in November 2018, before becoming The People’s Voice. A 2017 BuzzFeed report identified NewsPunch as the second-largest source of popular fake news on Facebook that year.

Its articles have been regularly debunked as fake news, so you should never share anything from NewsPunch / The People’s Voice. Here are some of its fake stories that I fact checked earlier:

Claim : Over 1,000 Military Vehicles Sent To Protect Xi Jinping!

Some people are claiming or suggesting that the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) sent over 1,000 military vehicles to protect Chinese President Xi Jinping during the CCP’s Third Plenary Session in Beijing!

It has even been suggested that those PLA military vehicles were sent because Xi Jinping suffered a stroke!

Jennifer Zeng : According to former Chinese journalist @uyunistar, over 1000 military vehicles were seen driving south from Wenzhou City in Zhejiang Province in China early this morning.

Not sure what is happening, or whether it is related to the rumor that Xi Jinping just had a stroke at the CCP’s Third Plenary Session yesterday, which I talked about here.

赵兰健［Lanjian Zhao］ (translated) : [Thousands of military vehicles: Wenzhou appeared and drove south]
[Strange Weapon: Specifically Designed to Suppress the People]
At the Third Plenum, in order to defend Xi Jinping, the army has been fully armed to deal with petitioners. In the early morning of July 16, more than 1,000 military vehicles drove through Wenzhou. I was seen by the public and reported to me, and I hope to provide information for all netizens.

The Chinese army has gone beyond Hitler’s SS, and now it has become Xi’s army.

China is the only country in the world that uses the military to suppress its own people.

No Evidence Over 1,000 Military Vehicles Sent To Protect Xi Jinping!

This appears to be yet another example of fake news circulating on social media, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Claim Was Based On Unverified Third Party Report

Let me start by pointing out that this claim appears to be based on a single, unverified report by a third party to citizen journalist Zhao Lanjian (archive).

Apparently, he received a message from someone reporting that his friend claimed to have seen more than a thousand vehicles crossing the Oujiang River in Wenzhou:

惊天！我朋友说今凌晨温州瓯江边开过一千多辆军车大致往南边开

Shocking! My friend said that more than a thousand military vehicles drove past the Oujiang River in Wenzhou early this morning, heading roughly south.

…我问了军分区朋友，他是说为了三中全会的调度，估计是维稳。

… I asked a friend in the military sub-district, and he said it was for the the Third Plenary Session [of the 20th CPC Central Committee], probably to maintain stability.

As you can tell – the person reporting did not actually see those military vehicles. He was only telling Zhao that his friend saw many military vehicles crossing the Oujiang River.

In addition – there has been no corroboration of what was reported. No one else reported these PLA military vehicles, or what they were actually doing.

Fact #2 : Vehicle Does Not Belong To PLA

Zhao Lanjian shared a photo of a futuristic-looking vehicle with his post, appearing to suggest that it was one of the military vehicles crossing the Oujiang River, and headed south.

However, that photo was taken on 27 October 2022 – almost two years ago, and that particular vehicle was located over 2,700 kilometres away in the Qinghai province! It is also not a PLA military vehicle.

That is the Sanneng 8×8 riot control vehicle, whose design was “inspired” by the RT-01 Transport – a fictional vehicle from the 2012 movie Prometheus. This particular vehicle belongs to the Wulan County Public Security Bureau in the Qinghai province.

A similar Sanneng 8×8 riot control vehicle was also donated by the city of Huzhou in Zhejiang to the public security department of Ulan County, also in the Qinghai province.

It is said to be an electric vehicle (EV), with electric motors powering the rear axles, and is protected by bulletproof body panels. It has a camera on the roof, and can carry up to 8 fully-armed SWAT officers (source, source).

It is unknown how many Sanneng 8×8 riot control vehicles exist in China. Regardless of how many of these vehicles actually exist in China, what is certain is that they are owned and operated by Chinese police forces, and not the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

Fact #3 : Vehicle Photo Is Old

Interestingly, the message screenshot appear to show that the person who reported the vehicles to Zhao Lanjian did not actually take any photo of the convoy of over 1,000 military vehicles:

Zhao : There are no pictures (没有任何图吧)

Unknown : Correct. None. (对• 没有)

Instead, the person apparently provided that photo of the Sanneng 8×8 vehicle which he claimed he took during Speaker Nancy Pelosi’ visit to Taiwan, when he allegedly saw about 200-300 of such vehicles.

However, I should point out that Speaker Pelosi visited Taiwan on 2 August 2022, but that particular photo appears to have been taken sometime in May 2023 (source, source) – about 9 months later. Even the earliest official showcase of this vehicle happened in November 2022 (source) – 3 months after Nancy Pelosi’s visit.

The photo also shows a solitary Sanneng 8×8 vehicle, and not a convoy of 200-300 of these vehicles.

Fact #4 : Xi Jinping Did Not Suffer A Stroke

Falun Gong practitioner and writer Jennifer Zeng appears to believe that the PLA military movement might be related to the “rumor that Xi Jinping just had a stroke at the CCP’s Third Plenary Session“.

Well, that rumour proved to be false after the Chinese Communist Party concluded its Third Plenary Session, and issued an official communique which called for the whole CCP, the Chinese military, and the Chinese people to “stay closely rallied around the Party… with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core”.

Obviously, that can only happen if Xi Jinping isn’t incapacitated or dead from a stroke.

Fact #5 : No Reports Of Military Vehicles Clogging Beijing

Even a hundred military vehicles would have been quite a sight in Beijing, never mind over a thousand of them. All those vehicles would also have caused massive traffic jams in Beijing.

Yet, there have been no media or social media reports about large numbers of military vehicles in Beijing.

Fact #1 : Elon Musk Is Not Giving Away BTC / ETH!

First, let me just point out that Elon Musk is not giving away any Bitcoin or Ether. He is a businessman who loves making money, not give it away.

Fact #2 : Those Are Fake / Scam Websites

Those websites are fake, pretending to be a Medium post by Elon Musk. There is no such Medium post by Elon Musk.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò claims that the World Economic Forum is behind the recent assassination attempt of Donald Trump who he says will try to kill him again before the November election.

Viganò posted his support of Trump on X over the weekend after an attempt on his life at a Saturday rally, suggesting that “anti-WEF” policies link state leaders who have been targeted for assassination.

The archbishop pointed out that Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico and Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orbán have suffered “similar criminal attacks,” and share with Trump a “staunch opposition to the New World Order” and “defense of national sovereignty.”

Fico was shot five times in an assassination attempt in May, only a few days after his government announced that it would not support the WHO’s Pandemic Agreement. Slovakia’s health minister declared the country would not sign any agreements weakening the nation’s sovereignty. Slovakia has also halted arms deliveries to Ukraine, refusing to align with NATO objectives in the region.

As president, Trump sought to preserve U.S. sovereignty through actions such as barricading the southern border against illegal immigrants and withdrawing the nation from the Paris climate accord in 2017, an agreement that focused on international governance and enforcement of high-cost global warming theory fixes.

Viganò has frequently warned against the efforts of the “deep state” and “deep Church” to establish a New World Order that will negate national sovereignty under a totalitarian international government with a single global currency and a one-world religion. The “control of citizens under the pretext of a pandemic, and the reduction of the population through the use of vaccines with new technologies” are key parts of these efforts, according to Viganò.

Fact #1 : Archbishop Vigano Did Not Say WEF Is Behind Trump Shooting!

Let me start by simply pointing out that Archbishop Vigano did not claim that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is behind the attempted assassination of Donald Trump.

Carlo Maria Vigano (born 16 January 1941) is a highly controversial Archbishop, who has been spreading conspiracy theories about COVID-19, the New World Order, etc. He was also recently excommunicated from the Catholic Church in June 2024.

If Archbishop Vigano ever made such a claim, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media all over the world, and sparked outrage. It would also have been condemned and denied by the World Economic Forum. After all, the Archbishop would be publicly blaming the WEF for the assassination attempt.

Yet none of that happened because it was all made up! Unsurprisingly, the The People’s Voice article did not provide any evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.

Fact #2 : Archbishop Vigano Did Not Mention WEF In His Post

The only “evidence” for this claim appears to be a post on X (formerly Twitter) by Archbishop Vigano. While it was a conspiracy-fuelled rant about the “radical globalist Left” and the “New World Order”, he never once mentioned the World Economic Forum (WEF):

Adding to the previous criminal attacks against avowedly anti-globalist political leaders, is now this terrible attempt to eliminate President Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump, the leading opponent of the radical globalist Left.

Russian special forces have liberated dozens of children from an Israeli-registered ship, as President Putin’s war against the global adrenochrome industry kicks into high gear.

Following the discovery of a factory farm operation in Ukraine, Putin formed an “adrenochrome task force” of special agents and handpicked Spetznas to deal with the growing crisis.

According to reports, Israeli-registered ship was apprehended within the Russian sphere of influence in the Black Sea on July 10, and children were being held captive in atrocious conditions.

Hardened Russian soldiers who thought they had seen it all fought tears as they described the horrors of finding so many children with fragile, emaciated bodies hooked up to intravenous drips while their bodies were expertly drained of blood and adrenal fluid for the global adrenochrome trade operating out of Israel.

This is a significant discovery and Putin is determined to use the leads generated to destroy the global adrenochrome supply chain and punish those committing crimes against children.

According to the Kremlin, President Zelensky’s Kiev regime has been earning hundreds of millions of dollars per year by raising children in degrading factory farm conditions and selling them to the highest bidder on the international market – no questions asked.

As Putin explains, the Western elite have been stuffing their bellies with human flesh for centuries and the time has come to call it out and hold them to account.

Thanks to Putin’s adrenochrome task force, pedophile cult leaders around the world can no longer rest assured that their crimes against children will be swept under the carpet like they are in the West.

Truth : Russia Did Not Rescue “Adrenochrome” Children From Israeli Ship!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Russia Has No Adrenochrome Task Force

This is silly but it has to be said – Russian President Vladimir Putin did not establish any “adrenochrome task force” to destroy “the global adrenochrome supply chain”, as the article claims.

If Putin actually established such a task force, it would have been reported widely across the world, not only by the Russian media. And he would have been mocked for believing in such conspiracy theories. Yet, that never happened… because it was all made up!

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.

Fact #2 : Russia Did Not Rescue Children From Israeli Ship

Needless to say – Russian special forces most certainly did not rescue any children being trafficked on any Israeli ship for adrenochrome harvesting.

If that actually happened, it would have been reported widely across the world. Yet none of that happened, because it was all made up as well!

Yet again, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its claim that Russian special forces rescued kidnapped children from an Israeli ship in the Black Sea.

Fact #3 : No One Is Harvesting Children For Adenochrome

The People’s Voice article is based on a far-right conspiracy theory about adrenochrome being harvested from children’s blood or adrenal gland, and used as a drug or elixir of youth.

Truth be told – that’s a really silly conspiracy theory, as there is currently no medical use for adrenochrome, and it can be synthesized in a laboratory. So there is absolutely no need to kill any child to produce adrenochrome.

Fact #4 : Putin Wanted For Abducting Children From Ukraine!

It is ludicrous for The People’s Voice to suggest that Vladimir Putin would want to do anything to save children. After all, he has sacrificed the lives of hundreds of thousands of young Russian boys and men in his invasion of Ukraine.

But even more ironically, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on 17 March 2023, for abducting children from Ukraine!

Today, 17 March 2023, Pre-Trial Chamber II of the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “the Court”) issued warrants of arrest for two individuals in the context of the situation in Ukraine: Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and Ms Maria Alekseyevna Lvova-Belova.

Mr Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, born on 7 October 1952, President of the Russian Federation, is allegedly responsible for the war crime of unlawful deportation of population (children) and that of unlawful transfer of population (children) from occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation (under articles 8(2)(a)(vii) and 8(2)(b)(viii) of the Rome Statute). The crimes were allegedly committed in Ukrainian occupied territory at least from 24 February 2022.

There are reasonable grounds to believe that Mr Putin bears individual criminal responsibility for the aforementioned crimes, (i) for having committed the acts directly, jointly with others and/or through others (article 25(3)(a) of the Rome Statute), and (ii) for his failure to exercise control properly over civilian and military subordinates who committed the acts, or allowed for their commission, and who were under his effective authority and control, pursuant to superior responsibility (article 28(b) of the Rome Statute).

Some people are claiming or suggesting that the Secret Service blocked one of their snipers from shooting the assassin, Thomas Mathew Crooks, before he could shoot at Donald Trump!

Giordano Bruno : Jonathan Willis, the officer in the famous photo of the two snipers on the roof at Trump’s rally, has informed the public that he had the assassin in his sights for at least 3 minutes, but the head of the Secret Service refused to give the order to take out the perpetrator. They prevented him from stopping the assassin before he took shots at President Trump and killed a spectator and wounded 2 others 😡😠😡

No Evidence Secret Service Blocked Sniper From Shooting Trump Assassin!

This is yet another example of fake news surrounding the attempted assassination of Donald Trump, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Post Was Made Anonymously On 4Chan

Let me start by pointing out that the viral claim was made anonymously on the anonymous message board 4chan. The person who posted it claimed to be a Secret Service counter-sniper called Jonathan Willis.

My name is Jonathan Willis, I’m the officer in the famous photo of the two snipers on the roof at Trump’s rally. I came here to inform the public that I had the assassin in my sights for at least 3 minutes, but the head of the secret service refused to give the order to take out the perp. 100% the top brass prevented me from killing the assassin before he took the shots at president Trump.

I didn’t follow the orders though, as soon as the shooter opened on Trump I returned fire despite strict orders to not engage. I had eyes on the shooter for three minutes watching him fiddle with his rifle and adjust the scope, it was obvious he was a shooter yet I wasn’t allowed to engage. After I killed the shooter I was arrested, questioned by the FBI, and just released an hour ago. Already lost my job for not following orders, but I’m glad I took the shots anyway.

However, anyone can post anything on 4chan, and people often make bizarre and outright false claims on that anonymous message board all the time.

There is simply no evidence that a Jonathan Willis actually works for the US Secret Service as a counter-sniper. There is also no evidence that he was the sniper seen in the viral photo, who shot and killed Thomas Matthew Crooks – the gunman who almost killed Donald Trump.

Fact #2 : Post Has Many Logical Problems

On top of that, the anonymous post has many logical and factual problems, if you read it carefully. For example:

Donald Trump is the former president, and would not be referred to as “President Trump”.
Secret Service snipers are not known as “officers”.
It is rather ridiculous to think that Secret Service agents would clearly identify themselves publicly, or speak out publicly, during an active investigation.
Secret Service counter-snipers have great leeway to eliminate threats, as there is often no time to “ask for permission” before taking out a potential assassin.
Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle was not on site, and could not have denied permission for the counter-sniper team to engage the shooter.
Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle actually praised the quick action of the counter-sniper team in “neutralizing the shooter”.
It would be quite impossible for this “Jonathan Willis” to observe Thomas Matthew Crooks fiddling with his rifle scope, because his rifle has no scope on it!
Even if the two counter-sniper teams had strict orders not to shoot anyone (which is ridiculous), that order would have been rendered moot after the gunman started shooting.
There is no reason for the FBI to arrest Jonathan Willis, or any of the Secret Service counter-snipers, for doing their jobs.
There is no reason for the Secret Service to fire Jonathan Willis, or any of the Secret Service counter-snipers, for doing their jobs.
It seems preposterous that the first thing a Secret Service sniper would do after being released by the FBI is to “bitch” about it on 4chan.

There are just so many red flags with those posts which suggest that it’s completely fabricated, and was not posted by an actual Secret Service employee, never mind the sniper who shot the would-be Trump assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks.

Fact #3 : Jonathan Willis Does Not Work For Secret Service / Butler Police

The Associated Press investigated the claim, and found that “there is no agent or office by the name of Jonathan Willis working for the Secret Service or the Butler police“. In addition, it noted that there are no Internet records of such an officer.

Nate Herring, a spokesman for the Secret Service, also confirmed that no one by the name of Jonathan Willis is employed by the US Secret Service.

Fact #4 : Snipers Do Not Need Permission To Shoot

The spokesman for the Secret Service also said that its snipers are trained and instructed to act whenever they see a threat, and do not need to wait for instructions before they take a shot to neutralise a suspect.

Fact #5 : Secret Service Called Claims “False”

Finally, the Secret Service spokesman said that the claims made in the viral 4chan post were “false”.

Witnesses at the Butler rally spotted Thomas Matthew Crooks onto a nearby roof and alerted police officers. A local police officer climbed to the roof and saw Crooks, who pointed his rifle at the officer, forcing him to retreat down the ladder. Crooks then quickly turned and fired at Trump, which was when the Secret Service counter-sniper team shot him.

The People’s Voice warned that Trump would be targeted by globalist assassins after a World Economic Forum insider leaked information in May regarding an internal document that listed Trump as the the next world leader to be targeted.

Right on cue, it appears the globalists have taken their first shot.

Meanwhile, Trump announced he is “fine” in statement and says he is being checked at a medical facility.

According to a hospital source, the former president vowed to “burn the WEF to the ground” following the assassination attempt.

Let me start by simply pointing out that Donald Trump did not vow to ‘burn WEF to the ground’ after surviving a failed assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.

If that actually happened, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media all over the world, and sparked outrage as it suggested that the World Economic Forum (WEF) was responsible for the assassination attempt. Yet none of that happened because it was all made up!

In fact, Donald Trump did not even mention the WEF when he posted about his lucky escape on Truth Social:

I want to thank The United States Secret Service, and all of Law Enforcement, for their rapid response on the shooting that just took place in Butler, Pennsylvania. Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening. GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article did not provide any evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim that Donald Trump vowed to ‘burn WEF off the ground’ after surviving the assassination attempt. Neither did it provide any evidence that Trump believes that the World Economic Forum was responsible for the failed assassination attempt.

Fact #2 : FBI Believes Thomas Crooks Acted Alone

At that press briefing, Kevin Rojek, an FBI special agent in charge of the Pittsburgh field office, said:

According to Rojek, Thomas Matthew Crooks used a legally-purchased “AR-style 556 rifle” that the FBI believes was bought by the shooter’s father.

We do not know specifically how he accessed the weapon and whether he took it without his father’s knowledge.

Secret Service Given ‘Stand Down’ Orders Before Trump Assassination Attempt

Shortly after Saturday’s attempted assassination of Donald Trump, eyewitnesses and videos reveal that the Secret Service were given ‘stand down’ orders to allow the rooftop shooter to carry out the hit.

Footage of snipers pointing their guns at the assassin but refusing to pull their trigger, deliberately allowing Trump to remain in the direct line of fire, had pundits on X asking “Why didn’t they shoot him first?”

This isn’t the first time the Secret Service have stood down during an active assassination attempt on a U.S. President. On 22 November, 1963, the secret service ignored multiple witnesses who alerted them to a guy with a rifle pointed at JFK’s motorcade.

An eyewitness shockingly told BBC News he saw the shooter carrying a long rifle and climbing onto the top of a building about four hundred yards away from Trump’s stage.

“We noticed the guy bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us. We’re pointing at the guy crawling up the roof. He had a rifle. The police are down there running around on the ground and we’re like, ‘Hey, there’s a guy on the roof with a rifle.’”

The witness said he tried to get the attention of nearby police officers and started wondering, “Why is Trump still speaking? Why haven’t they pulled him off stage.”

According to the man, the shooter was on the roof for “three to four minutes” before firing five shots.

Truth : Secret Service Did Not Stand Down Before Trump Assassination Attempt!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Secret Service Did Not Stand Down

Let me start by simply pointing out that the Secret Service did not stand down before the assassination attempt was made on Donald Trump. There is also no evidence that the Secret Service received orders to stand down, and allow the shooter to carry out the hit.

If that actually happened, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media all over the world, and condemned by people on both sides of the political divide. Yet none of that happened because it was all made up!

In fact, the Secret Service had two heavily armed teams at the rally to protect Donald Trump – the counter-assault team with a code name of “Hawkeye” to eliminate threats so other agents can shield and take Trump away, and the counter-sniper team known as “Hercules” which is armed with long-range binoculars and sniper rifles.

Unsurprisingly, the The People’s Voice article did not provide any evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim that the Secret Services were given ‘stand down’ orders to allow the rooftop shooter to carry out the assassination attempt on Donald Trump.

Fact #2 : Shooter Was Killed By The Secret Service

I should also point out that it was a Secret Service sniper that shot and killed the shooter, who was later identified as Thomas Matthew Crooks.

That would not have happened if the Secret Service was given orders to stand down, and allow the shooter to open fire on Donald Trump.

Fact #3 : Trump Was Rushed Off Stage By Secret Service

Photos and videos of the event also show the Secret Service detail shielding and rushing Donald Trump off the stage. They clearly show that the Secret Service detail protecting Trump did not “stand down” as alleged.

Fact #4 : Bystander Reported Shooter To The Police

A bystander, Greg Smith, told BBC he witnessed Thomas Matthew Crooks crawling up the top of the building with a rifle, and pointed him out to the police, minutes before he shot at Donald Trump.

We noticed the guy bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50ft away. He had a rifle, we could clearly see a rifle.

We’re pointing at him, the police are down there running around on the ground, we’re like ‘Hey man, there’s a guy on the roof with a rifle’… and the police did not know what was going on.

Smith said he tried to alert the police for 3-4 minutes, but said he thought they probably could not see the shooter, because of the slope of the roof. Law enforcement sources confirmed the eyewitness report, and said that “officers lost track of [the gunman] before the shooting began”.

It is important to note that Smith only alerted the police, not the Secret Service. They also did not ignore him, but simply could not see the gunman before he started shooting.

Truth : Donald Trump Was Not Shot In Chest + Saved By Bulletproof Vest!

This is yet another example of fake news circulating on social media, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Donald Trump Was Only Shot In Right Ear

Let me start by pointing out that Donald Trump was only shot once, and the bullet only grazed his right ear. He was never shot in the chest.

Unsurprisingly, people who claimed that Donald Trump was shot in the chest, and saved by a bulletproof vest, never provided any evidence.

In fact, Donald Trump himself confirmed that he was only hit in the “upper part of [his] right ear”, when he posted on Truth Social that:

I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Much bleeding took place, so I realized then what was happening.

So why would people continue to claim that Donald Trump was shot in the chest, but saved by a bulletproof vest???

Fact #2 : Viral Photo Does Not Show Bullet Hole

The viral photo may have been edited. It appears considerably more blurred than the original photo, which makes it look like there is a black hole in Donald Trump’s jacket.

But if you blow up the viral photo and increase the brightness, or bring out the shadows, you can see that the “hole” is not part of Donald Trump’s jacket, but appears to be from a different jacket with a darker hue of blue.

If you compare it to the original photo, you can immediately see that that was not a hole at all, but the shadow of a fold in the jacket of a female officer who was protecting Donald Trump from the front with her body.

The viral photo may or may not have been edited, but what is certain is that – it does not show a bullet hole in Donald Trump’s jacket.

Fact #3 : This Is Just Fake News About Donald Trump

This is ultimately just another example of fake news created about Donald Trump, like these other examples:

WEF Officially Declares Bird Flu an ‘International Pandemic’

The World Economic Forum has declared bird flu to be an international pandemic, and has ordered world governments to begin culling billions of chickens.

In America, Colorado has become the first state to enact emergency powers due to the outbreak, and has ordered farmers to slaughter millions of chickens to stop transmission of the disease.

Democrat Gov. Jared Polis announced the disaster emergency declaration last week which “unlocks the resources necessary to help affected poultry facilities respond to and contain outbreaks of avian flu.”

As a result of the incident, 1.78 million chickens will be killed at the Weld County facility where the outbreak occurred, with an afflicted worker reportedly recovering after testing positive and cattle also being affected.

The mass slaughter of close to 2 million chickens prompted concern on social media over the nation’s already beleaguered food supply.

Colorado’s emergency bird flu declaration follows news earlier this month the U.S. government will fund the development of a Moderna bird flu “vaccine” to the tune of $176 million.

The country of Finland also announced late last month they would offer vaccinations for bird flu, despite no documented cases of animal-to-human transmission.

The outbreak is also is drawing comparisons to the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, with some fearing it could be used as a pretext to interrupt the 2024 election similar to the Covid pandemic.

Fact #1 : WEF Did Not Declare Bird Flu As An International Pandemic!

Let me start by simply pointing out that the World Economic Forum (WEF) did not declare bird flu as an international pandemic. There was no such announcement by the WEF.

If the World Economic Forum actually made such an announcement, it would have been reported worldwide. Yet, there was no such report by the mainstream media… because it was all made up!

In fact, the The People’s Voice article only mentioned the World Economic Forum twice – in its title, and the lede. Thereafter, it never mentioned the WEF, or provide any evidence to support its claim.

Fact #2 : WEF Cannot Declare Any Pandemic

I should also point out that the World Economic Forum cannot declare any pandemic. The WEF is only an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that focuses on public-private sector collaboration.

The WEF is not a health organisation with the power or authority to declare a pandemic… like the World Health Organization (WHO).

So why on Earth would anyone believe its claim that the WEF just declared bird flu as an international pandemic???

Vaccinated Corpses Are Emitting Radio Frequencies That Trace Back to Bill Gates

Globalist control freak Bill Gates has been working behind the scenes to computerize the human body without our consent for years, and now chilling discoveries regarding the state of vaccinated corpses reveal that something very serious changed after 2021.

Are the vaccinated already walking, talking human cyborgs, fulfilling as yet unknown functions for the global elite – before they keel over and die at the flick of a switch?

According to a team of WEF-affiliated researchers at the University of Massachusetts and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, human beings could be used as part of an electromagnetic radiation (EMR) antenna system.

The researchers said they developed a low-cost way to “harvest” the radiofrequency (RF) radiation that gets “leaked” during visible light communication (VLC) — a technology they said is likely to be used in the “coming 6G networks.”

Evidence is now emerging that the elite have implemented their plan – without our consent – to turn the human race into a vast battery reserve to be harvested in secret.

Investigators are now reporting that vaccinated corpses who died after 2021 can be observed emitting radio frequency waves.

A patent granted to Bill Gates awarded the self-appointed world health czar the“exclusive right” to computerize human bodies and use them as local wireless networks.

The human body is a vibrating, throbbing, pulsing gateway of tubes and tunnels, filled with electrolytes and all capable of transmitting information, the lifeblood of the internet and the 21st century. Now it has emerged that Gates’ Microsoft was granted “exclusive rights” to this ability of the body to act as a computer network.

If this sounds too much like science fiction, then you are welcome to check this out for yourself. Microsoft was awarded US Patent 6,754,472, which is titled: Method and apparatus for transmitting power and data using the human body.

It really should be science fiction, if you stop and think about it. Did anybody consult you about whether you are willing to hand over the exclusive rights to your body to Bill Gates?

Truth : Vaccinated corpses are not emitting radio waves linked to Bill Gates!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Vaccinated Corpses are not emitting radio waves

Let me start by simply pointing out that corpses, vaccinated or unvaccinated, do not emit radio waves.

Living human beings give off radiation, mostly thermal or infrared radiation. Corpses create heat as a byproduct of decomposition, and emit infrared radiation too, regardless of whether the person was vaccinated or unvaccinated.

However, thermal or infrared radiation are not the same thing as radio waves. Infrared radiation have frequencies between 300 GHz and 400 THz, while radio waves have a lower frequency range of 3 KHz to 1 GHz. So no – corpses do not emit radio waves.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice provided no evidence to support its claim that “investigators are now reporting that vaccinated corpses who died after 2021 can be observed emitting radio frequency waves“.

Fact #2 : US Patent 6,754,472 has nothing to do with corpses / vaccines

The People’s Voice article appears to suggest that US Patent 6,754,472 is evidence that Bill Gates is somehow linked to (non-existent) radio waves from vaccinated corpses, because it was awarded to Microsoft.

The truth is – that patent refers to the use of electrodes attached to a human body to transmit power and data. It not only has nothing to do with corpses or vaccines, it doesn’t even involve radio waves!

Fact #3 : US Patent 6,754,472 was not granted to Bill Gates

The People’s Voice article appears to claim that US Patent 6,754,472 was granted to Bill Gates. That’s simply not true.

The patent was granted to Microsoft Technology Licensing LLC, and its inventors were listed as Lindsay Williams, William Vablais, and Steven N. Bathiche.

Bill Gates was not named in the patent at all. Neither was the patent awarded to Bill Gates.

Fact #4 : Microsoft applied for patent after Bill Gates stepped down

In addition, Microsoft only applied for US Patent 6,754,472 four months after Bill Gates stepped down as CEO of Microsoft in January 2000. So the patent application has nothing to do with Bill Gates.

Fact #5 : Satya Nadella is Microsoft CEO, not Bill Gates

Bill Gates not only stepped down as CEO more than 24 years ago, he also stepped down as Microsoft Chairman, when Satya Nadella was appointed as CEO in February 2014.

If Microsoft does indeed have any plan to “computerise human bodies and use them as local wireless networks”, that decision would have to be approved by its CEO and Chairman, Satya Nadella. Not its former founder, Bill Gates.

How is Bill Gates involved in this “story”? Nothing in the article even remotely suggests that Bill Gates is, in any way, involved in Microsoft affairs, or the non-existent plan to “computerise human bodies and use them as local wireless networks”.

Fact #6 : US Patent 6,754,472 has already expired!

On top of that, US Patent 6,754,472 has already expired. Microsoft applied for it on 27 April 2000, and the patent was created on 22 June 2004. Such patents are only granted 20 years of protection in the United States, and this one expired on 27 April 2020 – more than four years ago!

Fact #7 : Microsoft never developed anything using that patent

In any case, it does not appear that Microsoft ever developed any product using US Patent 6,754,472.

In fact, after the patent was granted in June 2004, Microsoft issued a statement, saying that it does not plan to use that patent, and only intended to licence it out for other companies to use:

Microsoft hasn’t recently held discussions about this patent, and it does not currently map to any particular Microsoft product that is either shipping or in development.

That said, one of the objectives of the intellectual property licensing policy Microsoft adopted in December 2003 is to provide other parties with access to the fruits of Microsoft’s nearly $7bn annual investment in R&D – especially to innovations that do not end up manifesting as Microsoft products.

Fact #8 : Bill Gates screenshot is fake

The cover image used by The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the Bill Gates posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:

Your body is a resource that belongs to science.

That is most definitely a fake screenshot, because there is no such post on X by Bill Gates.

If Bill Gates actually posted such a shocking tweet, it would have been reported by the worldwide media. But of course, that didn’t happen, because Bill Gates never posted it!

This appears to be yet another fake / edited screenshot created or posted by The People’s Voice!

Germany has introduced a new law that requires new citizens to swear allegiance and declare their belief in Israel’s right to exist.

It’s very strange for a sovereign nation to require citizens to pledge allegiance to a foreign country, yet Germany did just that in a bizarre move that shows where Western governments’ loyalty really falls.

The unprecedented and controversial legislation, which came into force last week, has also been criticized over its implications for free speech and political expression.

Germany’s new citizenship law echoes draconian steps in the US where as many as 35 states have enacted laws or executive orders that prohibit state agencies from contracting with or investing in companies that boycott Israel. Such measures have been described as a loyalty test imposed on US citizens which threatens the First Amendment in the service of an alien state, Israel.

MEM reports: While the liberal government of Chancellor Olaf Scholz initially proposed the law to streamline the path to citizenship for first-generation migrants, it has since been reframed as a measure to ensure adherence to “German values” amidst rising concerns about anti-Semitism and far-right politics.

If Germany ever implemented such a controversial law, it would have been widely reported by the mainstream media. Yet, that never happened because it was all made up.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claims.

Fact #2 : New German citizenship law forbids anti-semitism

If you read this summary of the new German citizenship law, you will see that it does not require new citizens to pledge allegiance to Israel. In fact, Israel does not seem to be mentioned in the law at all!

Rather, it excludes those who profess or practice “anti-Semitism, racism, and other forms of disrespect for human beings” from acquiring German citizenship.

The requirement of having adapted to the living environment in Germany is to be replaced with specific grounds for exclusion. Reasons for exclusion from naturalisation include polygamy and disregard for gender equality.

It is clearly established that anti-Semitism, racism and other forms of disrespect for human beings are incompatible with the guarantee of human dignity enshrined in the Basic Law, and are grounds for exclusion from the option to acquire citizenship.

Now, why would anyone want to grant citizenship to people who profess or practice “anti-Semitism, racism, and other forms of disrespect for human beings“???

People are sharing a video clip from a Dr. Phil interview, in which Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (RFK Jr) claimed or suggested that the NIH is getting kickbacks worth billions of dollars from the Moderna mRNA vaccine!

Not only does the NIH own half of the Moderna shots, raking in billions of dollars, but 4 to 6 high-level deputies under Fauci pocket a staggering $150,000 a year forever from it.

Truth : RFK Jr. Did Not Expose NIH Kickbacks From Moderna Vaccine!

This is yet another example of fake news created or promoted by anti-vaccine activists, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : NIH Is Not Getting Kickbacks From Moderna

Let me start by pointing out that the NIH isn’t getting kickbacks from the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Unsurprisingly, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. never provided any actual evidence to back up his claims.

The truth is – the NIH is merely asserting its intellectual property rights to licence technologies used in the creation of the Moderna mRNA vaccine for COVID-19. This is no different from how commercial companies licence out their technologies for other companies to use in their own products.

As Axios pointed out way back in June 2020, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) often invents basic scientific technologies that it licences out to pharmaceutical companies. As the NIH Director then, Dr. Francis Collins said in May 2020, “We do have some particular stake in the intellectual property” behind the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

Moderna ultimately licensed two technologies developed at the NIH for use in its mRNA vaccine for COVID-19. By the end of 2021, seven other pharmaceutical companies (including BioNTech) also paid royalties for using the same techniques in their COVID-19 vaccines.

This isn’t a kickback / bribery. It is basic common sense to licence NIH technologies to commercial companies, instead of letting them use them for free! What exactly is wrong with that?

Does RFK Jr. prefer that the NIH let Moderna use those technologies for free??? Why should Moderna not pay NIH for the work done by its researchers???

Fact #2 : US Government + Taxpayers Benefit From Moderna Vaccine!

It is ludicrous to claim or suggest that the NIH is receiving kickbacks from Moderna, because those patents that NIH licences out belong to the US government. The NIH also explained this in its statement three years ago:

NIAID scientists created stabilized coronavirus spike proteins for the development of vaccines against coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2. Recognizing the importance of these novel immunogens, NIAID has sought patents to preserve the government’s rights to these inventions and to provide incentive for commercial partners to invest the capital and resources needed to advance their development, commercialization, and public use as vaccines.

NIAID has adopted a non-exclusive licensing approach for these patent rights in order to allow multiple vaccine developers to utilize these immunogens in their proprietary vaccine platforms. The mRNA vaccine candidate resulting from NIAID’s collaboration with Moderna, embodied in the material transferred to UNC, is an example of this approach: the stabilized spike protein developed by NIAID investigators is expressed from Moderna’s proprietary mRNA vaccine platform. Responsibility for obtaining regulatory approval of the mRNA vaccine candidate, a product produced and formulated by Moderna, rests with Moderna.

Federal employees listed as inventors on these patent applications assigned their rights to the US government. Accordingly, should the USPTO and other national patent authorities grant the patents, the US government will hold ownership interest in the patents.

The US government owns those patents, and not the individual inventors working at the NIH. After all, the research was funded by the US federal government. Ultimately, the US government and taxpayers benefit from the licensing of NIH technologies to Moderna.

Fact #3 : NIH Inventors Benefit From Their Hard Work

This isn’t the first time Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed that top NIH officials are being paid $150,000 a year for life for the Moderna mRNA vaccine against COVID-19. Back in March 2021, RFK Jr. made similar claims in a NewsGuard interview.

The Moderna vaccine—his agency owns half, but six of the top guys who work for him own pieces of that patent, so they will each get $150,000 a year for life for every patent that they own.

However, he never provided any evidence – then or now, that Dr. Anthony Fauci, or any top NIH official, are actually receiving $150,000 per year from the Moderna mRNA vaccine patents.

The truth is – the $150,000 per year figure is the official limit on royalty that any scientist may receive from all inventions while working at the NIH. As NIAID spokesperson Jennifer Routh explained in February 2021:

[In NIH licensing agreements,] the first $2,000 of royalties received under a license go to the inventor, and then at least 15 percent thereafter per year are shared with the inventors as a group under that license. Inventors are capped at $150,000 per year per person from all licenses. Very few NIH inventors receive that amount.”

In other words – even if an NIH scientist invents ten groundbreaking drug that makes BILLIONS each for the NIH, he/she is only entitled to $150,000 per year for all ten drugs.

While it is plausible that the six NIH scientists listed in the two patents used by Moderna and other pharmaceutical companies may receive $150,000 per year, there is still no evidence that they actually received that much.

But to be clear – the only people getting this royalty money are the scientists whose names are listed in the patent applications, and simply “top NIH officials”.

Fact #5 : Patent Protection Only Lasts 20 Years

In the video, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. claimed that NIH officials would receive $150,000 per year forever – not only during their lifetime but also their children’s.

That is rather absurd as patent protection generally lasts only 20 years in the United States. There won’t be a need to licence for any pharmaceutical companies to licence those two patents from the NIAID / NIH for future mRNA vaccines after patent protection expires 20 years later.

In other words – those inventors in NIH can only expect to receive royalty payments for a maximum of 20 years, not forever…

The World Economic Forum has ordered infiltrated world governments to pass new laws that will ensure Artificial Intelligence (AI) will be used to destroy all freedoms and clamp down on anti-globalist dissent.

According to Klaus Schwab’s right-hand-man Noah Yuval Harari, the WEF now commands the technology to become the “worst totalitarian regime in history” and completely eliminate every last human in the world who opposes the globalist agenda of the elite.

As Harari explains, the elite will view the disposal of non-compliant humans in the same way they view recycling – it’s ethical and vital for the survival of our planet.

Yuval Noah Harari has emerged from the shadows to brag about the new technology developed by WEF scientists which he warns has the power to destroy every human in the world by transforming them into transhuman entities.

Harari has made clear who will survive the great depopulation event the elite have been warning us about for years.

According to Harari, the global elite will survive thanks to a “technological Noah’s ark” while the rest of us will be left to perish.

In this vastly depopulated world, the elite will be free to change themselves into transhuman entities and become the gods they already believe themselves to be.

But first the elite need to eliminate the non-compliant masses, those who are opposed to the anti-life and godless WEF agenda, and as Harari boasts, the elite now command the AI technology to “ethically” destroy non-compliant humans by hijacking their brains.

Disturbingly, Harari’s claims are grounded in reality and the WEF is rolling out the mind-control technology as we speak. Davos claims the tech can transform criminals, including those accused of thought crimes, into perfectly compliant globalist citizens who will never dissent again.

Truth : WEF Did Not Develop AI Tech To Eliminate Humans!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : WEF Did Not Develop Any AI Technology

First, let me just point out that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is only an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that focuses on public-private sector collaboration.

The WEF does not conduct research into artificial intelligence, and has no scientists doing such research either. It certainly did not develop, or introduce, any AI technology designed to replace humans.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claims.

Fact #2 : Yuval Noah Harari Is Not Klaus Schwab’s Right-Hand Man

Yuval Noah Harari is an Israeli professor in the Department of History, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He does not work for the WEF, and he is certainly not Klaus Schwab’s right-hand man.

Yet again, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its claim that Yuval Noah Harari is Klaus Schwab’s right-hand man.

Fact #3 : There Is No AI Tech To Hijack Human Brains

There is also no AI technology that can hijack someone’s brains. Neither did Yuval Noah Harari make any claims that such technology currently exists.

Needless to say, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up that claim either…

Fact #4 : WEF Post Is Fake!

The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the World Economic Forum posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:

Non-compliance can be fixed by reprogramming brains.

Why would The People’s Voice article use a fake screenshot???

Fact #5 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

Claim : Alvin Bragg was just arrested for treason!

Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that the US Army Criminal Investigation Division just arrested New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg for committing treason and election interference!

As usual, the article is (intentionally?) long, rambling and confusing, so here is an excerpt. Please feel free to skip to the next section for the facts!

Alvin Bragg Arrested!

The U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division on Friday arrested Deep Stater and District Attorney of New York County Alvin Bragg on charges of treason and election interference near his home—he owns several—in New York City’s historic St. Nicholas District, also known as Striver’s Row, sources in General Eric M. Smith’s office told Real Raw News.

If justice prevails, Bragg will soon live on a different row—death row at Guantanamo Bay’s Camp Delta internment facility for Deep State prisoners.

CID, he said, had been watching three of Bragg’s properties for several months, during which time they saw at least one Bragg imposter come and go as if he were lord of the household, affectionately and amorously greeting the real Bragg’s wife, Jamila Ponton, upon returning to the Striver’s Row home each day after work. They would embrace rapturously, hugging and kissing on the doorstep.

At 7:00 a.m. Friday, the CID surveillance team saw the fake Bragg wearing a blue pinstriped suit and oxford shoes leave the house, get into his car, and drive toward downtown Manhattan. Forty minutes later, a Cadillac Escalade pulled in front of the residence and out stepped Bragg from the passenger seat. This Bragg, however, wore a charcoal suit and wingtip shoes. CID could not identify the driver because the car’s windows had a dark tint. The investigators allowed the vehicle to depart and then moved against Bragg before he reached the front door.

Bragg spotted the investigators and tried to wobble away, but he collapsed to the ground convulsing when struck by four Tasers in his back, chest, neck, and face. CID zip-tied Bragg, whose bulbous wrists were too large for cuffs—and heaved his portly body into the rear seat of an SUV that had come screeching to a halt the second Bragg had hit the ground.

Our source said White Hats have overwhelming, irrefutable evidence proving Bragg is guilty of treason and election fraud and that Vice Admiral Darse E. Crandall will publish it at the Deep Stater’s military tribunal.

In a follow-up, the source confirmed the man in custody is the true Alvin Bragg and that his body double will also be arrested as soon as possible.

This is really silly, but it has to be said – New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg has not been arrested for any reason.

If Alvin Bragg was ever arrested for any reason, it would have been reported across the United States, if not the world. However, there has been no legitimate media report of the US Army or any authority arresting the New York County AG!

Unsurprisingly, the Real Raw News article offered no evidence to back up its claim, just rambling nonsense.

Fact #1 : US Army CID cannot arrest civilians

It is also silly for anyone to claim that the US Army Criminal Investigation Command (now known as the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division) has arrested Alvin Bragg.

The US Army CID is the law enforcement agency of the US Department of the Army, whose primary function is to investigate felony crimes and serious violations of military law, within the US Army. It has no jurisdiction outside of the US Army.

The United States is not a police state, or under martial law. In the US, criminals are arrested by the state police, or the FBI, depending on the nature of the crime committed. US military members would never be involved in such arrests.

Fact #3 : Real Raw News is known for fake news

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

That disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate money.

First, let me just point out that the International Criminal Court (ICC) did not issue any arrest warrants for crimes against humanity that were allegedly committed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

If the ICC really issued arrest warrants against anyone for crimes against humanity, it would have been reported all over the world. In fact, the ICC itself would have issued a public statement, like it did just 3 days ago, when it issued arrest warrants against the Russian Minister of Defence Sergei Shoigu, and the Russian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov.

Needless to say, there was no ICC press release or reputable media report on arrest warrants being issued for crimes against humanity allegedly committed during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s because it was all made up!

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.

Fact #2 : President Joe Biden Was Not Arrested

The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a photo which purportedly shows US President Joe Biden being arrested by police officers.

That is a fake, AI-generated image. If you look closely, you can see Biden’s right hand is bizarrely dislocated from his arm. The police officers also have bizarre fingers (that disappear), as well as have bizarrely-placed face masks, or in one case – a face mask that disappears halfway!

Needless to say – President Joe Biden was not arrested for any reason.

Fact #3 : International Criminal Court Post Is Fake!

The cover image used in The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the International Criminal Court posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:

Elites behind depopulation agenda will face swift and severe justice.

That is a fake screenshot, because there is no such post on X by the International Criminal Court! If the ICC actually made such a shocking post, it would have been reported by the media across the world. But of course, that didn’t happen, because the ICC never posted it!

In addition, the actual ICC account on X has a grey checkmark, not a blue checkmark. Why would The People’s Voice article use a fake screenshot???

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice Is Known For Fake News

Truth : 13 Countries Did Not Sign WEF Ethical Global Famine Treaty!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : There Was No WEF Treaty

First, let me just point out that no country in the world signed any WEF treaty or agreement to engineer an “ethical global famine”. The WEF treaty that the The People’s Voice article referred to was just a statement.

It was just an announcement that 13 countries have committed to “reduce methane emissions in agriculture“. Those countries did not sign any legal agreement or treaty. Neither did they commit to any goals in methane emission, or any particular timeline to achieve those goals.

Last month, the Global Methane Hub collaborated with the Ministries of Agriculture of Chile and Spain to convene the first-ever global ministerial on agricultural practices to reduce methane emissions. The ministerial brought together high-ranking government members to share global perspectives on methane reduction and low-emission food systems.

The gathering led to a statement in which the nations committed to support efforts to improve the quality and quantity of, and access to, finance for climate change adaptation and mitigation measures in the agriculture and food sectors and to collaborate on efforts aimed at lowering methane emissions in agriculture and food systems.

Anyone who reads the announcement can clearly see that none of those countries signed any treaty or legal agreement to reduce methane emissions in agriculture.

If the The People’s Voice article cannot even get this right… you have to wonder – is there anything credible in its article???

Fact #2 : It Happened Over A Year Ago

While the The People’s Voice article appears to suggest that this happened recently, I should point out that this even occurred more than a year ago – on 17 May 2023 to be precise.

It must either be a really slow day at The People’s Voice, or it took them more than a year to read / realise this…

Fact #3 : World Economic Forum Was Not Involved

The The People’s Voice article claimed that the (non-existent) agreement was a treaty by the World Economic Forum (WEF), but that’s simply not true.

Not only does that agreement not exist, the conference which led to the statement of commitment (to reduce methane emissions in agriculture) was hosted by the Global Methane Hub. in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture of Chile and Spain.

The Global Methane Hub is an independent philanthropic organisation dedicated to reducing methane emissions globally, that was established in 2022 in Santiago, Chile. It is led by Marcelo Mena, the former environment minister of Chile, and the director of Climate Action Center at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaís.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has vowed to shut down the adrenochrome supply chain servicing Hollywood after Russian forces made a series of horrifying discoveries in Ukraine in recent days.

Putin has enlisted Hollywood insiders including Mel Gibson and Steven Seagal to put all the chess pieces together so he can make his move.

The elites in Tinseltown are already feeling the effects of Putin shutting down child factory farms in Ukraine, and according to reports on the ground they have begun moving their operations elsewhere – including with in the United States and Mexico.

However, Putin has a plan to save those children as well and it involves enlisting the help of those who are intimately acquainted with the sick Hollywood system.

According to CIA sources, eight million children go missing in the world each and every year, the vast majority of them lost into a system of pedophilia and adrenochrome blood trafficking, while mainstream media downplay the gravity of the situation out of fear of angering their overlords.

Children are now a more valuable commodity than drugs to the criminal class, and in Hollywood, children operate as a unit of currency, according to Mel Gibson, who warns that entertainment industry elites, including many household name celebrities, regularly “feast on the blood of children.”

Russian forces claim that Ukraine is a hub for child trafficking and organ harvesting. These crimes are not limited to the criminal underworld; the lucrative nature of these activities has attracted the involvement of the Ukrainian elite, who have dominated the market.

Ukraine’s former Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine Mykhailo Zagreychuk and ten other surgeons were arrested for illegal organ trafficking with Europe and the US.

Meanwhile, children are being smuggled out of Ukraine and sold to the highest bidder, regularly changing hands for tens of thousands of dollars.

This is silly but it has to be said – Russian President Vladimir Putin did not vow to shut down the Hollywood adrenochrome supply chain in Ukraine!

If he actually made such a vow, it would have been reported widely across the world, not only by the Russian media. Yet, that never happened… because it was all made up!

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its “fact checked” claim.

Fact #2 : There Are No Child Factory Farms In Ukraine

The People’s Voice article claimed that Vladimir Putin was “shutting down child factory farms in Ukraine“. That’s also utter nonsense.

There are no child factory farms in Ukraine. What are child factory farms anyway? It’s all made-up nonsense.

Yet again, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence to back up its suggestion that “child factory farms” exist in Ukraine.

Fact #3 : No One Is Harvesting Children For Adrenochrome

The People’s Voice article is based on a far-right conspiracy theory about adrenochrome being harvested from children’s blood or adrenal gland, and used as a drug or elixir of youth.

Fact #4 : Putin Wanted For Abducting Children From Ukraine!

But even more ironically, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin on 17 March 2023, for abducting children from Ukraine!

NATO is planning to launch a false flag attack on a European city using a nuclear “dirty bomb” and pin the blame on Russia, according to British Member of Parliament Andrew Bridgen who was citing high-level parliamentary intelligence.

Bridgen explained on GB News that British intelligence service agents have warned him about the plot to embroil the world in the Ukraine war with Russia and spark World World 3.

An “attack” by Russia on any NATO country in Europe would result in Article 5 being triggered, requiring the United States and all NATO members to declare war on Russia. A false flag by NATO, pinned on Russia, could perform the same function. Watch:

Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization holds that “The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all.”

NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg has been desperate to bring more parties into the war in Ukraine, citing Russia as an expansionist threat, despite the fact Russian forces have remained stationed within Russian territory for decades, while NATO forces have been steadily encroaching closer to Russian borders.

The outgoing secretary-general used a recent interview with NPR to stress the importance of Article 5 and call for the US to re-commit to defending Europe in the event of an attack.

Truth : British MP Did Not Warn Of NATO Dirty Bomb False Flag Op!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Andrew Bridgen Is Not Privy To Parliamentary Intelligence

The People’s Voice article claimed that Andrew Bridgen cited “high-level parliamentary intelligence” and “British intelligence service agents” when he warned about a false flag attack on a European city using a nuclear dirty bomb. That’s simply not true.

First of all, Andrew Bridgen is an independent Member of Parliament, who does not sit in the Intelligence and Security Committee. Therefore, he has no access to sensitive or classified material provided by the UK intelligence community.

But more importantly – Andrew Bridgen himself never cited “high-level parliamentary intelligence” or claimed that “British intelligence service agents” told him about it. If you watch the GB News video above, he only referred to “defence analysts” – which could refer to anyone outside of the UK intelligence services with an opinion on defence matters.

Fact #2 : Andrew Bridgen Never Mentioned NATO

The People’s Voice article claimed that Andrew Bridgen said that “NATO is planning to launch a false flag attack on a European city using a nuclear dirty bomb“.

That’s not true either, because Andrew Bridgen never mentioned NATO at all!

Andrew Bridgen only claimed on GB News that there would be a nuclear detonation, and in fact, appears to make that comment after being asked about Russia using nuclear weapons:

GB News : Well, Putin said that he will use nuclear weapons if Russia is threatened, so isn’t there actually a way of winning any war against Russia?

Bridgen : Well, if he has nuclear, no one’s winning, aren’t they? I’ve got defence analysts feeding me information, and they’re in you know, services, and they’re saying that there is going to be a nuclear detonation in Europe.

When GB News pressed him on who would do such a dastardly deed, Bridgen notably did not mention NATO.

Fact #3 : No Dirty Bomb Has Exploded In Donbas

Andrew Bridgen bizarrely claimed that a dirty bomb may have already exploded in the Donbas region of Ukraine.

Bridgen : Well, it could be a dirty bomb. There’s a lot of nuclear material floating around in Ukraine from their nuclear reactors.

I mean to create contamination, all you need is some conventional explosives and some nuclear material and you’ve got a dirty bomb. They may have already been set off in the Donbas area now.

It may seem silly, but it has to be said – no dirty bomb has exploded in Donbas. If that occurred, it would have sparked international outrage as the affected area would have been contaminated for years.

Fact #4 : Ukraine Is Not A NATO Country

The People’s Voice article bizarrely referred to Article 5 of the NATO treaty, saying that an attack by Russia on any NATO country would require the United States and all NATO members to “declare war on Russia”. It then states that such a “false flag by NATO, pinned on Russia” could be that trigger.

Well, that’s a really silly claim. Even if the (non-existent) dirty bomb did indeed explode in the Donbas region of Ukraine, it would not trigger Article 5… because Ukraine is not a NATO member!

Truth : US Is Not Building Secret Detention Facilities For Dissidents!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : US Isn’t Building Secret Detention Facilities For Dissidents

First, let me just point out that the US government isn’t building secret detention facilities to house millions of dissidents.

If that is actually happening, it would have been reported by the mainstream media, and criticised widely. As you can tell – none of that happened, because it was all made up!

The People’s Voice article never provided any evidence that secret detention facilities to house millions of dissidents. It only referred to existing Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities.

Fact #2 : There Was No Whistleblower

The People’s Voice article claimed that a whistleblower who worked for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) revealed that the US government isn’t building secret detention facilities to house millions of dissidents. That’s not true.

The article and its video showed Christie Hutcherson talking about illegal immigrants coming into the United States, and how ICE facilities could be used as “concentration camps” and “processing facilities” for dissidents.

However, Christie Hutcherson is not a whistleblower who worked for the HHS. Instead, Christie Hutcherson is the founder and leading spokesperson of Women Fighting For America – an organisation designated by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a hate group.

Christie Hutcherson never claimed to be a whistleblower who worked for the HHS, so why would anyone suggest otherwise???

Fact #3 : ICE Is Under DHS, Not HHS

Even if Christie Hutcherson somehow used to work for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), she cannot possibly be a whistleblower because she would have no insight into what’s going on at the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

That’s because ICE is under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), not the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)!

Fact #4 : WEF Not Involved In ICE Facilities

I should also point out that the World Economic Forum (WEF) is an international non-governmental organisation (NGO) that focuses on public-private sector collaboration.

It is not a construction company, nor does it have any expertise or input into the design or construction of ICE facilities.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article did provided no evidence of the WEF being involved in ICE facilities.

Fact #5 : Homeland Security Post Is Fake

The cover image used by The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly shows the US Department of Homeland Security posting on X (formerly Twitter) that:

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for non-compliance.

That is a fake screenshot, because there is no such post on X by the US Department of Homeland Security. If the DHS actually made such a shocking post, it would have been reported by the media across the world. But of course, that didn’t happen, because the DHS never posted it!

Why would The People’s Voice article use a fake screenshot???

Truth : 13 Nations Did Not Sign WEF Agreement To Destroy Food Supply!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by Global Research, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : There Was No Agreement To Destroy Food Supply

First, let me just point out that no country in the world signed any agreement to destroy food supply. The agreement that the Global Research article referred to was just a statement.

It was actually just an announcement that 13 countries have committed to “reduce methane emissions in agriculture“. Those countries did not sign any legal agreement or treaty. Neither did they commit to any goals in methane emission, or any particular timeline to achieve those goals.

Anyone who reads the announcement can clearly see that none of those countries signed any treaty or legal agreement to reduce methane emissions in agriculture.

If the Global Research article cannot even get this right… you have to wonder – is there anything credible in its article???

Fact #2 : It Happened Over A Year Ago

While the Global Research article appears to suggest that this happened recently, I should point out that this even occurred more than a year ago – on 17 May 2023 to be precise.

It must either be a really slow day at Global Research, or it took them more than a year to read / realise this…

Fact #3 : WEF + UN Were Not Involved

The Global Research article claimed that the (non-existent) agreement was drawn up by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations (UN). That’s not true.

A US State Department report not only labeled it as the most accessed proxy website allied with pro-Kremlin disinformation, a NATO report stated that it plays a “key accelerant role in helping popularize articles with little basis in fact“.

Real Raw News posted an article (archive) which claimed that US Marines just arrested Oregon AG Ellen Rosenbaum for treason!

JAG Serial Hangs Four Criminal Colorado SCJs

The four Colorado Supreme Court Justices who tried keeping President Trump’s name off the state’s primary ballot earlier this year were sequentially executed for treason at GITMO on June 10—better late than never.

As reported, a panel of military officers unanimously found Justices Richard L. Gabriel, Melissa Hart, Monica Márquez, and William W. Hood guilty of treason, and Vice Adm. Darse E. Crandall scheduled their executions for June 3. But for reasons not given to us, and which we could not independently determine, the admiral postponed the highly anticipated hangings until June 10.

The four were fed a final meal before being asked if they wanted Last Rites or a member of the cloth present at the gallows. Only Justice Márquez expressed interest in reconciliation, but said her faith, Paganism, required that a priestess of Kakia, the Greek goddess of vice and moral badness, deliver her from the “material plane” unto the next world. When told JAG had no priestesses available, Márquez accused JAG of discrimination and said that hanging a lesbian or non-binary person during pride month was morally and biblically unethical.

JAG’s response: she’d hang first, and her three co-conspirators would be privileged to watch her receive a rope necklace ahead of their respective turns.

Justice Gabriel had gone last. The admiral had told him he was wise to shut his eyes as the others swung, for even he found hangings distasteful—but necessary.

Truth : JAG Did Not Hang Four Colorado Supreme Court Justices!

The truth is – this is just another fake story created by Real Raw News, just to generate page views and money.

Fact #1 : JAG Did Not Hang Any Supreme Court Justice

This is really silly, but it has to be said – the US Navy Judge Advocate General (JAG) did not hang any Colorado Supreme Court justice for any reason, never mind voting to remove Donald Trump from the state ballots in the 2024 US Presidential elections.

In fact, neither the US Marines nor JAG have arrested any Colorado Supreme Court, and they have certainly not executed any of them by hanging!

When Real Raw News first claimed that US Marines arrested Colorado Supreme Court Justice Monica Marquez, Colorado Judicial Department spokesperson Rob McCallum said that “there is no legitimacy” to the claims.

Justice Márquez has not been arrested by the Marines, and is not in custody.

To be clear – no Colorado Supreme Court Justice was arrested or executed for any reason, by the JAG, the US Marines, or any law enforcement officials.

Fact #2 : JAG Has No Powers Over Civilians

Regardless of the reasons, it is really silly for anyone to claim that JAG executed four Colorado Supreme Court justices by hanging.

The Judge Advocate General’s Corps is the military justice branch of the American military. It has no powers or jurisdiction over civilians, even if they are American citizens. The civilian justice system is separate from the military justice system. JAG officers can only prosecute US military service members.

Only in rare exceptions are JAG officers allowed to prosecute civilians. For example, if the civilian committed a crime on a military base, or while working in a foreign country and the local laws allow it. They can also prosecute civilians with special authority from the President, or Congress.

Even if JAG officers are used to prosecute civilians like the Colorado Supreme Court Justices, they are not the judge, jury, and executioner.

Fact #3 : Real Raw News Is A Fake News Website

Real Raw News is a fake news website that capitalises on making shocking but fake stories to generate page views and money.

To protect himself from legal repercussions, the owner and writer, Michael Baxter (real name – Michael Tuffin), claims that his articles are “humour, parody, and satire“.

That disclaimer, which is not clearly mentioned in his articles, lets him keep creating fake news to go viral, and generate money.

US Bans Kaspersky Software Over National Security Risk!

On Thursday, 20 June 2024, the Biden Administration announced a ban of the sale of software made by Kaspersky Lab in the US, due to national security concerns. Unfortunately, this will also cut off updates for users who have already purchased Kaspersky software.

Kaspersky will generally no longer be able to, among other activities, sell its software within the United States or provide updates to software already in use.

US Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo stated that Russia’s influence over the Russian company posed a significant security risk:

Russia has shown time and again they have the capability and intent to exploit Russian companies, like Kaspersky Lab, to collect and weaponise sensitive US information.

In response, Kaspersky issued a statement to AFP, denying the claim and saying that the US Commerce Department “made its decision based on the present geopolitical climate and theoretical concerns” and vowed to “pursue all legally available options to preserve its current operations and relationships”.

Kaspersky does not engage in activities which threaten US national security and, in fact, has made significant contributions with its reporting and protection from a variety of threat actors that targeted US interests and allies.

In addition to banning its software, the US Commerce Department also added two Russian and one UK-based unit of Kaspersky Lab to its Entity List, for allegedly cooperating with Russian military intelligence to support Moscow’s cyber intelligence goals. US companies are forbidden from providing goods or services to companies on the Entity List.

This is the most serious sanction affecting the Russian company after the US Department of Homeland Security banned its flagship antivirus software from federal networks in 2017, alleging ties to Russian intelligence. The DHS also pointed out that Russian law lets intelligence agencies compel assistance from Kaspersky and intercept communications using Russian networks.

What Does US Ban Of Kaspersky Software Mean?

While the US has publicly announced its ban of Kaspersky Labs software, it doesn’t go into effect immediately.

The ban on sales of Kaspersky Lab software will only kick in on 29 September 2024 – 100 days after publication, to give businesses time to switch to alternative software. The ban also bars resales, and licensing of Kaspersky products in the US.

New US business for Kaspersky will also be blocked 30 days after the restrictions are announced. Sales of white-labelled products – software products sold or packaged under a different brand name, will also be banned.

Under the new rules, sellers and resellers who violate these restrictions will face fines from the US Commerce Department. Software users won’t face legal penalties, but are strongly encouraged to stop using Kaspersky software. However, critically – users will stop receiving updates for their software from 29 September 2024 onwards.

Russian companies are already subject to US export sanctions, but the UK-based unit of Kaspersky Lab will now be banned from receiving goods and services from US companies.

Truth : US Court Did Not Rule That mRNA COVID-19 Jabs Are Not Vaccines!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by anti-vaccine supporters, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : Appeals Court Did Not Rule That mRNA COVID-19 Jabs Are Not Vaccines

First, let me just point out that the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit did not rule that the mRNA COVID-19 injections are not vaccines. You can read the court’s opinion for yourself – PDF.

In November 2021, the Health Freedom Defense Fund filed a lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District, claiming that the COVID-19 vaccines are not actually vaccines, but are instead “medical treatments” and cannot be mandated.

That lawsuit was dismissed in 2022, so the case was never litigated. The Health Freedom Defense Fund appealed, which led to the June 7 decision by the US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit to reverse that dismissal.

This does not mean that the Health Freedom Defense Fund won the lawsuit. Two Trump-appointed judged on that three-judge panel ruled that the lower court was wrong to dismiss the case and that the school district’s “pattern of withdrawing and then reinstating its vaccination policies was enough to keep this case alive.”

The court also said clearly that its decision to reverse the dismissal did not mean that the plaintiff’s allegations were true:

We note the preliminary nature of our holding. We do not prejudge whether, on a more developed factual record, Plaintiffs’ allegations will prove true.

To be clear – the US Court of Appeals did not rule that COVID-19 vaccines are not actually vaccines.

Fact #2 : Court Has To Legally Accept Plaintiff’s Claims As True

It is customary for appellate courts to assume that the plaintiff’s allegations are accurate, as fact-finding has not yet occurred when a case was dismissed. As Doris Reiss – a professor at the University of California’s Collage of the Law explains:

The court said that since it must assume the plaintiffs’ claims are true, and since they are claiming COVID-19 vaccines just mitigate symptoms and do not prevent transmission, the case can go on to fact-finding.

It did not directly rule on whether the vaccines prevent transmission or just ‘mitigate symptoms.’

Fact #3 : LAUSD Can Appeal Again, Or Proceed To Court

According to CalMatters, the LAUSD school district can appeal the ruling to a larger panel of judges on the 9th Circuit.

If they don’t or the new ruling stands, then the lawsuit returns to the US District Court for Central California in Los Angeles for further arguments.

Regardless of what the school district decides, it will be quite some time before this lawsuit is settled one way or another.

Fact #4 : Vaccines Are Meant To Prevent Diseases

The CDC defines a vaccine as a “preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases“.

COVID-19 vaccines are not a medical treatment because they have to be taken before you get infected, for the express purpose of training your immune system to build its own defences against an actual SARS-CoV-2 infection.

If COVID-19 vaccines are actually “medical treatments” as the plaintiffs are claiming, it would have been given after infection, not before.

The truth is – COVID-19 vaccines are true vaccines, and work by stimulating our body’s own immune system to create an immune response to the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

Elon Musk has called for the banning of all electronic voting machines in America, warning that they are designed to allow rampant fraud to take place by bad faith actors.

Posting on the X platform, Musk responded to a post from RFK. Jr., who himself was weighing on the recent rampant fraud that took place during Puerto Rico’s primary elections.

Kennedy posted:

Puerto Rico’s primary elections just experienced hundreds of voting irregularities related to electronic voting machines, according to the Associated Press. Luckily, there was a paper trail so the problem was identified and vote tallies corrected. What happens in jurisdictions where there is no paper trail? US citizens need to know that every one of their votes were counted, and that their elections cannot be hacked. We need to return to paper ballots to avoid electronic interference with elections. My administration will require paper ballots and we will guarantee honest and fair elections.

Musk said he agreed with this sentiment. “We should eliminate electronic voting machines,” he wrote. “The risk of being hacked by humans or AI, while small, is still too high.”

As long reported by The Gateway Pundit, electronic voting machines are one of the many methods that Democrats and their electoral allies have used to steal elections. The most notable example of this was in 2020, when machines played an important part in swinging the election to Joe Biden.

This is not the first time that Musk, who has a following of nearly 188 million people, has warned about the risks to America’s electoral system. Last month, he reposted a video urging whistleblowers to come forward to report irregularities ahead of the 2024 presidential election.

Fact #1 : Elon Musk Did Not Say US Voting Machines Are Designed For Fraud!

First, let me just point out that Elon Musk never said that US voting machines are designed to allow fraud.

If he actually made such a controversial and explosive claim, it would have been extensively reported by the mainstream media. Needless to say – that never happened, because Elon Musk never said anything to that effect.

Needless to say, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence that Elon Musk said that US voting machines are designed to allowed fraud.

In fact, beyond mentioning it in its title and lede, the rest of the article never mentioned anything about Elon Musk saying that US voting machines are designed to allow fraud.

Fact #2 : Elon Musk Only Spoke Out Against Electronic Voting Machines

In response to a Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s post about voting irregularities involving electronic voting machines in Puerto Rico, Elon Musk only stated that “electronic voting machines” should be eliminated due to the risk of being hacked:

We should eliminate electronic voting machines. The risk of being hacked by humans or AI, while small, is still too high.

As you can see, Elon Musk never said that US voting machines (which are still based on paper ballots) are designed to allow fraud. So why would The People’s Voice article claim otherwise???

Fact #3 : Puerto Rico Uses Paper Ballots

I should also point out that Puerto Rico does not use electronic voting machines that record the votes directly, called Direct Recording Electronic (DRE) systems.

Puerto Rico uses paper ballots, that are marked either by hand or assistive marking devices called Ballot Marking Devices (BMDs). The paper ballots are then tabulated by hand-fed optical scanning machines.

In fact, the voting discrepancies were not actually due to the machines used, but the software used to calculate the vote totals.

The problem stemmed from a software issue that caused machines supplied by Dominion Voting Systems to incorrectly calculate vote totals, said Jessika Padilla Rivera, the commission’s interim president.

Top BBC Presenter Found Dead After Vowing To Expose COVID Vaccines

It appears they wanted his death to receive maximum media attention to have maximum impact.
Could the beloved doctor’s death have had anything to do with his work analyzing his own body’s response to the Covid vaccines?

Known for popularizing the 5:2 diet and his willingness to medically experiment on himself, BBC insiders reveal Mosley was preparing to use his vast influence in the UK to expose the disastrous consequences of the Covid vaccine roll out.

Mosley was horrified to discover that his blood work was getting worse and his bodily organs were slowly but surely shutting down.

In threatening to use his influence to inform the masses about the truth, did Dr. Mosley sign his own death certificate?

The deaths of hundreds of Big Pharma whistleblowers in recent years would suggest his death requires a full coroner’s inquest, as does Dr. David Kelly, the man who warned the world about the New World Order’s duplicitous plans for endless war.

Truth : Dr. Michael Mosley Was Not Killed For Exposing COVID Vaccines!

Fact #1 : Dr. Michael Mosley Died From Natural Causes

First, let me just point out that Dr. Michael Mosley (born Michael Hugh Mosley on 22 March 1957) died from natural causes.

On Wednesday, 5 June 2024, Dr. Michael Mosley was on holiday with his wife on the Greek island of Symi, when he left the St. Nikolas beach at about 1:30 PM to walk to Symi Town about 3 km away. He was later reported missing when he did not show up.

After four days of searching, his body was found on Sunday, 9 June, on the rocky slope above the Agia Marina beach by a British journalist who was on a boat with the mayor and ERT TV journalists.

An initial post-mortem established that, based on the position of his body, and the lack of any fatal injury, Dr. Michael Mosley likely died from natural causes at about 4 PM the day he disappeared.

Coroner Grigoris Leon who reviewed his death cited exhaustion as one of the likely causes of death.

The most likely thing in these conditions is for a person of this age to walk under the sun and in a rocky environment, at some point the body will be exhausted. The most likely cause of death is from natural causes.

Needless to say, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence that Dr. Michael Mosley was murdered for any reason, much less killed for exposing the COVID-19 vaccines.

Fact #2 : CCTV Footage Showed Him Alone

I should also point out that there was CCTV footage showing the 67 year-old doctor and BBC presenter’s last hours. It showed that he was alone, and not attacked by anyone.

At about 2 PM, CCTV footage showed Dr. Michael Mosley walking past a house towards a trail leading to the Agios Marina beach. He did not have a mobile phone with him, and only brought a purple umbrella to protect him from the sun, and the high temperatures of between 36°C to 40°C.

He was then seen making his way down a rocky slope before falling over. However, the Hellenic Police stated that they did not believe that he died from the fall:

It is emphasised that from the preliminary investigation material so far, it does not appear that the British presenter fell from a height.

Yet again, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence that someone murdered Dr. Michael Mosley. Instead, all evidence so far show that Dr. Micheal Mosley died from exhaustion in the hot sun that tragic day.

Fact #3 : Dr. Michael Mosley Never “Exposed” COVID-19 Vaccines

The People’s Voice article claimed / suggested that Dr. Michael Mosley was killed for attempting to “expose the disastrous consequences of the Covid vaccine roll out“, but provided no evidence to back up its claims.

In fact, Dr. Michael Mosley has repeatedly emphasised the importance of getting vaccinated against COVID-19. He even published a book called COVID-19: What you need to know about the coronavirus and the race for the vaccine (US | UK | AU | SG | MY).

He also wrote an article for The Daily Mail, called “Why vaccine immunity is better than natural immunity (and why unjabbed Novak Djokovic is so wrong to claim he’s protected by antibodies after a recent bout of Covid)“.

Frank Stronach, a billionaire with ties to Justin Trudeau and Canada’s Liberal Party, was arrested on Friday on a slew of child sex charges.

Stronach was charged with rape and indecent assault on an underage female, two counts of sexual assault, and forcible confinement, according to a press release by Peel Regional Police.

Police believe there may be more victims, and are asking anyone with information about the alleged crimes to contact them.

Stronach, the founder of automotive parts manufacturer Magna International, was a candidate for the Liberal Party in 1988.

His daughter, Belinda, joined the Liberal Party in 2004 and sat in former prime minister Paul Martin’s cabinet. She worked as the minister of human resources and skills development, as was reported by the media at the time.

Truth : Billionaire Frank Stronach Was Not Arrested For Child Rape!

Fact #1 : Frank Stronach Was Not Arrested For Child Rape!

First, let me just point out that Frank Stronach was not arrested for child rape. He was arrested on 7 June 2024, and charged with rape and indecent assault on a female, as well as sexual assault and forcible confinement.

According to the Peel regional police, the sexual assaults spanned from the 1980s to as recent as 2023. However, there was no mention of Frank Stronach raping any child, or having sex with children.

In fact, The People’s Voice article linked to a Peel Regional Police report (archive) that clearly did not mention anything about child sex or child rape:

On June 7, 2024, Frank Stronach was arrested and charged with five criminal offences, rape, indecent assault on a female, sexual assault x2 and forcible confinement. He has been released on conditions and will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton at a later date.

Police are appealing to members of the public to come forward if they have any relevant information.

The Peel Regional Police never said that Frank Stronach was arrested for child rape or child sex, so why would The People’s Voice claim otherwise???

Fact #2 : Frank Stronach Is Now An Austrian Politician

While The People’s Voice article tried to link Frank Stronach to Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party, the truth is – Frank Stronach is now an Austrian politician.

Stronach ran as the Liberal Party candidate in York – Simcoe in the 1998 Canadian federal election, but lost to John E. Cole. However, he left Canadian politics and went into Austrian politics in 2011. In September 2012, Frank Stronach launched a new Austrian political party called Team Stronach for Austria.

As investigators and prosecutors circle, Hillary Clinton is still trying to explain away the fact pedophile code words were found in her campaign chair John Podesta’s emails.

For the record, Podesta was caught using a string of pedophile code words previously published in an FBI guide, and he also owns numerous pizza-themed items including a pizza handkerchief he was desperate to track down after leaving at one of his co-conspirator’s houses.

According to Hillary, Podesta likes pizza so much because he has Greek and Italian heritage.

The Clintons have always been predators and they have always surrounded themselves with prey.

Trump has never been afraid to open the curtains and expose their crimes to the light of day.

Truth : Hillary Clinton is not facing prison for crimes against children!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : No evidence Hillary Clinton is under investigation

First, let me just point out that there is zero evidence that any law enforcement entity is investigating Hillary Clinton for “crimes against children”.

If Hillary Clinton was actually being investigated for crimes against children, this would have been covered by mainstream media all across the world, not announced only in a notorious misinformation website.

Right-wing QAnon and MAGA conspiracy theorists, fuelled by Russian operatives have long claimed that Hillary Clinton runs a child sex ring in the basement of a Washington D.C. pizza restaurant. Yet, they have not been able to furnish even one iota of evidence that Hillary Clinton was ever investigated for any child sex crime.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice provided no evidence to back up its claims. In fact, it never even mentioned the investigator or the investigation that would be putting Hillary Clinton behind bars for “crimes against children”.

Fact #3 : Hillary Clinton screenshot is fake

The cover image used by The People’s Voice article and video has a screenshot which purportedly showed Hillary Clinton posting that:

Arrest warrants are issued.

frazzledrip tapes … been seized.

There is no evidence that Hillary Clinton ever posted this on social media, and why would she? Think about this for a moment – why would Hillary Clinton ever post publicly that arrest warrants have been issued for her crimes against children???

And if that was something Hillary Clinton really posted that on social media, why would The People’s Voice censor it?! Isn’t that odd???

Fact #4 : The People’s Voice is known for fake news

People are sharing an article (archive) by The People’s Voice (formerly NewsPunch), which claimed that 194 WHO member countries just agreed to begin arresting and prosecuting those who oppose the bird flu vaccine!

194 WHO Countries Agree to Arrest Citizens Who Oppose Bird Flu Vaccine – Media Blackout

194 World Health Organization (WHO) member states have agreed to begin arresting and prosecuting citizens who speak out against the Bird Flu vaccine, as part of tough new measures designed to stomp out so-called ‘misinformation’.

The World Healthy Assembly this week adopted amendments to the controversial International Health Regulations without any fanfare from the mainstream media. These amendments abolish the national sovereignty of countries, grant the WHO sweeping powers to pass laws in western nations, and criminalizes speech that the WHO says undermines the official narrative.

Expose-news.com reports: The following are brief descriptions of articles, podcasts and press conferences from various sources in recent days. Some of the concerns are the agreement for governments to “address” misinformation and disinformation, and the wording that further strengthens surveillance – thus laying the groundwork for the surveil-declare-threat-lockdown-coerced mass vaccination approach.

It is important to note that countries have 10 months to reserve or reject provisions, except those countries which rejected the 2022 amendments and so have 18 months. We must, therefore, keep raising awareness and put pressure on our governments to reject the amendments before the end of March 2025.

Truth : WHO Countries Are Not Arresting Those Who Oppose Bird Flu Vaccine!

This is yet another example of fake news created / promoted by The People’s Voice, and here are the reasons why…

Fact #1 : WHO Countries Are Not Arresting Those Who Oppose Bird Flu Vaccine

Let me start by pointing out that WHO member countries did not just agree to “begin arresting and prosecuting citizens who speak out against the bird flu vaccine“, as alleged by The People’s Voice.

Unsurprisingly, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence that any country has begun arresting and prosecuting people who speak out against the bird flu vaccine!

In fact, other than making that claim in the title and the lede, the word “arrest” is not even mentioned in the rest of the article!

Fact #2 : WHO Pandemic Agreement Has Not Been Finalised

I should also point out that the WHO Pandemic Agreement has not been finalised. So it’s absurd to claim or suggest that WHO member countries are going to arrest people based on amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR).

Needless to say, The People’s Voice article provided no evidence that WHO member countries have agreed to arrest and prosecute people based on amendments to the IHR.

Fact #3 : WHO Pandemic Treaty Does Not Affect Sovereignty!

If you download and read the zero draft, or any of the Pandemic Treaty’s draft agreements, you will realise that WHO Member States will continue to have the right to “determine and manage” their own healthcare initiatives, including how to tackle future pandemics!

In fact, the issue of sovereignty was addressed at least three times in the latest April 2024 draft:

… reaffirming the principle of sovereignty of States in addressing public health matters,

Recalling the sovereign right of States over their biological resources…

… the sovereign right of States to adopt, legislate and implement legislation, within their jurisdiction, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, the WHO Constitution and the principles of international law, and their sovereign rights over their biological resources;

Only those who did not read any of the draft agreements will remain unaware that the WHO Pandemic Treaty would not affect any country’s sovereignty!
