Acer TravelMate P6 : A Project Athena Laptop!

The Acer TravelMate P6 is designed for mobile professionals who have to be on-the-go. To do that, it is designed to be thin, light and yet tough and last long. It also comes with the ability to stay connected on both Wi-Fi and 4G LTE.

Co-Engineered With Intel

The Acer TravelMate P6 is co-engineered with Intel under the Project Athena program. This means it has been verified to deliver advanced mobile performance in responsiveness, instant wake and battery life.

Performance

The Acer TravelMate P6 can be configured with up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, with an optional NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU, and up to 24 GB DDR4 memory.

It comes with a fast PCIe x4 SSD, with up to 1 TB of storage – delivering high throughputs, as well as a large storage capacity.

High-Speed Connectivity

The Acer TravelMate P6 comes with Intel Wireless Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) technology, that delivers 3X faster speeds than Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). It can be configured to support eSIM to let you to stay connected using 4G LTE.

Thin + Light + Lasts Long

The Acer TravelMate P6 has a premium magnesium-aluminium alloy chassis, and weighs just 1.1 kg and is only 16.6 mm thick.

Yet its battery will last up to 23 hours, with fast charging capability that lets it recharge up to 50% in less than 45 minutes!

Military Tough

The Acer TravelMate P6 is both MIL-STD-810G and 810F compliant, allowing it to withstand bumps, drops and other mishaps. It is also resistant to rain, humidity and extreme temperatures.

Secure

Users can log into the TravelMate P6 using Windows Hello via the fingerprint reader on the power button, or through the IR webcam that utilises biometric facial recognition. When not in use, the camera shutter can be physically closed for added security.

It also comes with an integrated Trusted Platform Module (TPM) 2.0 chip hardware-based protection for passwords and encryption keys.

The pre-loaded Acer ProShield includes a suite of security and management tools that help safeguard sensitive data, while Acer Office Management lets IT professionals deploy security policies and monitor assets from one unified interface.
