ED#124 : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 Details Leaked!
NVIDIA is on track to release their GeForce GTX 580 in time for the Christmas season. In fact, NVIDIA will be briefing the worldwide press about the GeForce GTX 580 next Tuesday (November 9). We should have something solid to announce on the very same day. Be sure to check back at around 10 PM (GMT+8) on November 9, 2010!
The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 will be a GF110 part fabricated using the 40 nm process technology. It will have 512 stream processors with a core speed of 772 MHz with a 1544 MHz shader clock and run 1002 MHz (4008 MHz QDR) GDDR5 memory on a 384-bit wide bus. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 is a dual-slot card with dual-linked DVI ports and a HDMI port. It will also come with both 8-pin and 6-pin power connectors.
