Sean Sands is the Managing Director of the ACRS Research Unit and Associate Professor of Marketing at the Monash Business School.

As Managing Director at the Australian Consumer, Retail, and Service (ACRS) Research Unit, Sean works with some of the biggest brands in Australia, and globally. In this role, Sean work with brands to create alignment between service experiences and brand promise to deliver meaningful interactions for customers by conducting user research, evaluating existing customer experience initiatives and designing appropriate service blueprints.
